- 0:17Speaker 4: I'm doing fine. How are you doing?
- 0:20Speaker 1: Let me check?
- 0:20Speaker 4: This is very exciting. Let me it's my first call.
- 0:23Speaker 4: Uh oh and I yeah. I listened to you all
- 0:27Speaker 4: the time in the morning, but it's the first time
- 0:29Speaker 4: I called U. You were talking about the money that
- 0:33Speaker 4: was being spent in the for the war, and all
- 0:36Speaker 4: I have to say is it's money well spent. And
- 0:40Speaker 4: how much money did they spend on all these endless
- 0:43Speaker 4: wars we had? What about the money Obama gave to
- 0:46Speaker 4: the Iranians and the money that Biden gave and all
- 0:50Speaker 4: the pork that's always in every damn bill. And they're
- 0:52Speaker 4: worried about this. This is something that had to be
- 0:55Speaker 4: done because we would be getting hit. There you go,
- 1:00Speaker 4: just a matter of when and not if.
- 1:03Speaker 1: There you go. Well, Barbara, you did very well for
- 1:05Speaker 1: your first call.
- 1:07Speaker 5: Thank you.
- 1:08Speaker 4: I had something to say, Come.
- 1:10Speaker 1: All right, good job, thanks for calling. Yeah, it's a
- 1:13Speaker 1: billion dollars a day. This will be like a twenty
- 1:17Speaker 1: five day war, something like that twenty five billion clean
- 1:20Speaker 1: up Iran liberate. I ran fix the Middle East by
- 1:24Speaker 1: this one thing that it's worth it. Hey, you know,
- 1:27Speaker 1: it's like a billion dollars a day in the Ukraine.
- 1:29Speaker 1: Nobody said a word. It's like year five. Nobody even
- 1:31Speaker 1: mentions it. Let's go to Chris in Manhattan. Chris, how
- 1:35Speaker 1: you doing, good morning, welcome.
- 1:36Speaker 3: Good thanks. Listen about Billahan and Omar, not that we're
- 1:39Speaker 3: talking about her, but has that investigation stopped? I read
- 1:44Speaker 3: that they even the.
- 1:45Speaker 1: Republicans it actually just started.
- 1:49Speaker 3: So there's still hope that they're going to get it's
- 1:53Speaker 3: actually underway.
- 1:53Speaker 1: There's no vote. You can't vote on anything. It's a
- 1:56Speaker 1: Justice Department investigation. Nobody gets there.
- 1:58Speaker 3: The Republicans aren't walking.
- 2:01Speaker 1: You'll block whatever you want to block whatever you want.
- 2:03Speaker 1: It doesn't affect the investigation's done with the Justice Department. Okay, thanks, No,
- 2:08Speaker 1: there's no vote that would affect it. Let's go to
- 2:10Speaker 1: h Richard and Bay Shore. Richard, how you doing, Thank
- 2:14Speaker 1: you morning.
- 2:14Speaker 5: Mark. You know, the President's I did of ensuring the
- 2:17Speaker 5: ships transli into the war zone is great, but when
- 2:20Speaker 5: taking a step further and try to develop an American
- 2:23Speaker 5: version of Lloyd's me.
- 2:25Speaker 1: Well, that we have that. We have that. In fact,
- 2:28Speaker 1: that's what the President said he'll do. If if you
- 2:30Speaker 1: can't get the insurance companies come in, we'll it. We'll
- 2:32Speaker 1: just insure them, which is easy to do. We'll we'll
- 2:35Speaker 1: insure the tankers and then escort them through. But expect
- 2:38Speaker 1: it to happen later this week or next week. They'll
- 2:39Speaker 1: start bringing tankers through. And once the tankers start moving
- 2:42Speaker 1: through with the oil, you'll see prices coming right back down.
- 2:46Speaker 1: Let's go to Roberta in Queen's Roberta. How you doing, hi, Mark?
- 2:51Speaker 2: You know the demonstrations in front of Grating mansion. Why
- 2:54Speaker 2: didn't they tend.
- 2:55Speaker 5: Social workers instead of belief?
- 2:57Speaker 1: Yeah, that's right, that's right outside your house. Terrorists with bombs. Yes,
- 3:02Speaker 1: send a social worker to discuss it with him. So
- 3:05Speaker 1: good point. Thanks for calling mom. Donnie still talking about that. Hey,
- 3:10Speaker 1: I don't know if he knows, but the NYPD has
- 3:12Speaker 1: tried this experiment where if it's a domestic violence call,
- 3:16Speaker 1: you send in a social worker. They've tried this about
- 3:18Speaker 1: four times over the last thirty forty years. It never works.
- 3:22Speaker 1: It fails every time. In fact, the problem is a
- 3:26Speaker 1: lot of social workers get harmed, killed, murdered. There's no
- 3:29Speaker 1: social worker that wants to answer a domestic violence call.
- 3:32Speaker 1: To begin with. Let's go to Joel in Florida. Joel,
- 3:35Speaker 1: how you doing.
- 3:36Speaker 2: Good morning, Mark. I'm just a simple question. For years,
- 3:40Speaker 2: we've been talking about drill, baby, drill, and we have
- 3:43Speaker 2: our own domestic oil instead of having to deal with
- 3:47Speaker 2: all these tankers coming through the Middle East. Why can
- 3:49Speaker 2: we not just use our own oil more efficiently?
- 3:53Speaker 1: Oh, we do. We have more oil than Saudi Arabia.
- 3:56Speaker 1: We have more oil than around, We have plenty of Well,
- 3:59Speaker 1: this hold price of oil spiking way up. This happens
- 4:03Speaker 1: Wall Street will panic. You saw it when the President
- 4:06Speaker 1: Trump started the terrace. I remember the market went down,
- 4:09Speaker 1: just plunged, just plunged. It was no reason for that,
- 4:12Speaker 1: absolutely no reason for that. And then a week later
- 4:14Speaker 1: it came back and not only came back, but went
- 4:16Speaker 1: to record highs and went to fifty thousand. Same thing here,
- 4:20Speaker 1: stock market panicked, and the oil companies panic, and they
- 4:23Speaker 1: take advantage of it. For a couple of weeks, spike
- 4:25Speaker 1: the price up to one hundred dollars a barrel. There's
- 4:28Speaker 1: actually no reason for it right now. There's plenty of oil.
- 4:30Speaker 1: There's no shortage of oil. In fact, we have a
- 4:33Speaker 1: glut of oil as we speak. In fact, if you
- 4:36Speaker 1: want to bring some oil, and we don't even have
- 4:37Speaker 1: any storage space left, oil is filling every storage space
- 4:42Speaker 1: right now. There's absolutely no reason to do all of this. Hey,
- 4:46Speaker 1: coming up, Well, Michael Goodwin will be with us in
- 4:49Speaker 1: a few moments. We've got a lot to get to. Hey, Also,
- 4:51Speaker 1: remind me to get to the big Arch McDonald's a big, huge, Well,
- 4:56Speaker 1: i'll tell you what I think. We'll get to that
- 4:58Speaker 1: coming up. Also, depart and stories are closing like crazy
- 5:02Speaker 1: all over the Tri state area. It's getting really, really
- 5:05Speaker 1: really bad. So that and a lot more just ahead.
- 5:08Speaker 1: And as I said, Michael Goodwin he's been under the
- 5:10Speaker 1: weather for a few weeks, hasn't been with us, but
- 5:13Speaker 1: he's back doing well. And we'll talk to Michael Goodwin
- 5:17Speaker 1: next on seven ten wo
