- 0:13Speaker 2: with us inside the Treehouse on Daniel Mallley along with
- 0:16Speaker 2: Trey Trenholm and comedian Raj Sharma and one of my
- 0:22Speaker 2: favorite headlines so far of twenty twenty six. Tarrant County
- 0:30Speaker 2: our friends in Fort Worth. Tarrant County juvenile probation officer
- 0:36Speaker 2: has been arrested for having sex with a juvenile. A
- 0:45Speaker 2: Tarrant County juvenile probation officer has been arrested on juvenile
- 0:50Speaker 2: sex charges. Jesus Christ, you know how they say, don't
- 0:57Speaker 2: you know? Dip your pen and the company inc eating.
- 1:00Speaker 2: Don't date anyone you work with. Also, don't date someone
- 1:04Speaker 2: whose probation you supervis god, especially if they're underage. On Monday,
- 1:15Speaker 2: a Terrant County juvenile probation officer was arrested after being
- 1:18Speaker 2: accused of a sexual relationship with a former juvenile who
- 1:22Speaker 2: was once in custody where she worked. Thirty four year
- 1:25Speaker 2: old Alexandria Vinnible is accused of improper sexual relations with
- 1:30Speaker 2: a child under seventeen years of age. The arrest affidavit
- 1:33Speaker 2: said she was having sexual conversations over the phone and
- 1:36Speaker 2: had sexual contact with the juvenile on multiple occasions. Venable
- 1:42Speaker 2: had been a probation officer at the Terrant County Juvenile
- 1:44Speaker 2: Probation Center where the alleged incidents took place. She's no
- 1:48Speaker 2: longer employed there by the way. She turned herself in
- 1:51Speaker 2: on Monday after an arrest warrant was issued. Just you know,
- 2:00Speaker 2: just some people just can't keep it in their pants.
- 2:06Speaker 3: Well, I mean it's like it's a captive audience, right,
- 2:10Speaker 3: You're right there, You're in the same space constantly, so
- 2:14Speaker 3: you think it's I don't know what goes through your mind,
- 2:19Speaker 3: but it's like, well, we're here, you know, we can
- 2:23Speaker 3: do this. Nobody's gonna find out, like all of that stuff.
- 2:27Speaker 2: Yeah, Well, I don't have any experience with this situation whatsoever. One.
- 2:36Speaker 2: I've never been on probation other than you know, for
- 2:40Speaker 2: you know, like a traffic ticket so because I had
- 2:46Speaker 2: because what because there was a sheet. Oh, I've never
- 2:54Speaker 2: been on probation to where I had to go in
- 2:57Speaker 2: and visit with and report to a probation officer. I've
- 3:02Speaker 2: also never hooked up with like a teacher when I
- 3:05Speaker 2: was a student. I never hooked up with any adults
- 3:08Speaker 2: when I was underage. Let me double check out in
- 3:11Speaker 2: my memory banks. No, so I don't know how this happens.
- 3:16Speaker 2: What what are you laughing at?
- 3:19Speaker 1: Oh? I my first time was technically statutory?
- 3:25Speaker 2: Right, Please tell me you were the under Oh yeah, okay,
- 3:31Speaker 2: just make that How old were you?
- 3:40Speaker 1: No? I was technically twelve years old. It was like
- 3:46Speaker 1: three days my thirteenth birthday.
- 3:51Speaker 2: Yeah, that's called molestation. By the way, that.
- 3:56Speaker 1: It's not your first time.
- 3:58Speaker 2: I don't think that's necessary early. Okay, obviously it's not
- 4:01Speaker 2: your typical losing virginity story. I was taken from you, Trey.
- 4:09Speaker 1: No, she was eighteen, but it was.
- 4:15Speaker 2: Oh no, that's how good looking were you at thirteen? Raj?
- 4:22Speaker 2: You want receipts for this? Where do you say? He
- 4:24Speaker 2: was too hot not to touch?
- 4:27Speaker 1: That's what it has to be.
- 4:32Speaker 2: I had.
- 4:32Speaker 3: I had horrible hair acne. My high school yearbook photo,
- 4:39Speaker 3: I'm wearing a yellow and black striped shirt with a
- 4:42Speaker 3: white vest and a bolo tie.
- 4:45Speaker 2: Nobody was fucking this guy. Yeah, not me at age twelve?
- 4:50Speaker 2: Is my worst self, the worst version of me in
- 4:53Speaker 2: my entire life. Of of my forty six years on
- 4:56Speaker 2: this planet, the least good looking I have ever been
- 5:00Speaker 2: was at the age of twelve. So I don't know
- 5:02Speaker 2: how you pulled this off Tree.
- 5:04Speaker 1: I think it was. Uh, I had two wingmen, Bartles
- 5:09Speaker 1: and James, that she was partaking in. I think that
- 5:11Speaker 1: probably had far more to do with anything you gotta
- 5:19Speaker 1: fuck up on wine. I didn't.
- 5:23Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't think anyone's gonna believe the fake id
- 5:26Speaker 2: that twelve year old Tray is gonna be slinging her out. Uh. Yeah,
- 5:31Speaker 2: you know what, Bartles and James wingmen of all time.
- 5:38Speaker 1: Yeah, I didn't even know I was. I was in
- 5:45Speaker 1: shock that anything was happening. I'm sure.
- 5:51Speaker 2: Again not to restate the obvious here because we feel
- 5:54Speaker 2: like this may not I feel uki even talking about
- 6:01Speaker 2: because if the roles are reversed, oh oh yeah, and
- 6:08Speaker 2: by today's standards, it's still very bad. That's going to
- 6:12Speaker 2: get national news type of a thing, and that eighteen
- 6:15Speaker 2: year old is going to be in serious trouble. But
- 6:17Speaker 2: as it is, we're talking about the eighties when.
- 6:20Speaker 1: Well it was it was a sibling of a friend
- 6:24Speaker 1: of mine. Oh, so it was someone that I had known,
- 6:27Speaker 1: it wouldn't like, you know, I was hanging out at
- 6:29Speaker 1: the bars, and I wouldn't go into eight oh's at twelve.
- 6:35Speaker 2: So okay, I've need I need context here, all right.
- 6:40Speaker 2: So Trey at the age of twelve, just three day
- 6:43Speaker 2: shy thirteen with his friend's older sibling, eighteen year old
- 6:51Speaker 2: woman and not quite thirteen year old Trey. How did
- 6:57Speaker 2: this come about?
- 7:01Speaker 1: There had been flirting before, and so there was a
- 7:04Speaker 1: lot of flirting, and then parents were out of town
- 7:12Speaker 1: and and uh, she had been drinking and we were
- 7:16Speaker 1: talking and then started making out.
- 7:19Speaker 2: Uh did she know how old you were?
- 7:23Speaker 1: Yeah? Were you a big twelve?
- 7:25Speaker 2: Like?
- 7:25Speaker 3: Were you like like like?
- 7:28Speaker 2: Uh?
- 7:28Speaker 1: And yes, I was friends with her brother. Yeah, she
- 7:31Speaker 1: was well aware of I realized she probably thought I
- 7:36Speaker 1: was thirteen, not twelve. I mean, I don't know.
- 7:38Speaker 2: Oh yeah, that makes it old. Yeah, I've realized that. Yeah,
- 7:44Speaker 2: I realized the stranger things has come up a lot
- 7:46Speaker 2: lately on the show. But I'm going so I'm going
- 7:48Speaker 2: to stay with that sort of comparison here. This would
- 7:53Speaker 2: be kind of like Nancy hooking up with Dustin. You're
- 7:58Speaker 2: the Dustin in this scenario.
- 8:02Speaker 1: No, No, I mean I see I see, I see
- 8:06Speaker 1: where you're going.
- 8:07Speaker 2: I'm just trying to put it in a context that
- 8:10Speaker 2: a lot of people would immediately kind of think and
- 8:12Speaker 2: understand visually, because I'm trying to wrap my brain around
- 8:15Speaker 2: it as well. I mean, the closest thing I had
- 8:18Speaker 2: to this in my experience wasn't even mine. It was
- 8:22Speaker 2: a buddy of mine where sophomores in high school and
- 8:25Speaker 2: he was dating, actually dating a freshman at TCU, and
- 8:30Speaker 2: she knew how old he was, and everything goingna did matter.
- 8:33Speaker 2: But that's different, you know, because he was fifteen, sixteen
- 8:38Speaker 2: years old. You were twelve or what she thought to
- 8:41Speaker 2: be thirteen.
- 8:44Speaker 1: I mean, I was a willing participant, let's not you know,
- 8:47Speaker 1: I don't want to throw any shade. It wouldn't like uh,
- 8:51Speaker 1: I had to be coursed into it.
- 8:55Speaker 2: So you said there was flirting involved leading up to
- 8:57Speaker 2: the incident. How good at flirting were you at the
- 9:00Speaker 2: age of twelve that you landed an eighteen year old?
- 9:04Speaker 1: I don't, I mean good enough?
- 9:09Speaker 3: Was this Leonard oh Highland Park?
- 9:15Speaker 1: Wow?
- 9:16Speaker 2: Oh'm therapy? Yeah, well it sounds like Trey might have too,
- 9:21Speaker 2: But like you said, he's willing to participant. Yeah, I
- 9:26Speaker 2: have so many questions. This whole episode, everything right now
- 9:30Speaker 2: is just completely derailed. I'm just utterly just fascinated by
- 9:35Speaker 2: by Trey at twelve thirteen losing his virginity to an
- 9:39Speaker 2: eighteen year old, which is not normal virginity things.
- 9:44Speaker 1: Have you spoken to her since? No?
- 9:47Speaker 2: No, yeah, it's probably by court mandate. It's not that
- 9:54Speaker 2: he doesn't want to, it's that she's not allowed.
- 9:59Speaker 1: She's almost sick. Now.
- 10:07Speaker 2: I'm not going to backslide into that. Are you you're

- 12:54Speaker 2: Try not to dredge up too much of your past here.
- 12:56Speaker 2: But I remember on a previous episode of the Tree
- 13:00Speaker 2: I believe it was a Treehouse plus one twelve that
- 13:04Speaker 2: dropped on Monday, you had told us that we need
- 13:08Speaker 2: to ask you about the time that you got caught smoking.
- 13:12Speaker 1: Oh yeah, So when I uh first moved to Leonard,
- 13:21Speaker 1: I was started running with i'll call it, you know,
- 13:28Speaker 1: somewhat of a bad crowd and yeah, yeah, I'm twelve,
- 13:34Speaker 1: thirteen years old. I think this was about I was.
- 13:39Speaker 1: I was thirteen at this time and a little drinking, smoking,
- 13:43Speaker 1: and my dad was a chain smoker, so yeah, I'd
- 13:48Speaker 1: obviously grown up with it. And there is a certain
- 13:51Speaker 1: thing about it. You know, you see your dad do it,
- 13:53Speaker 1: You're like, Okay, that looks cool.
- 13:55Speaker 2: Yeah, And seeing my dad smoke, I felt the same way.
- 13:59Speaker 1: Yeah. So there had been suspicions. Obviously, it's hard to ask,
- 14:06Speaker 1: you know, you have the smell of it everything else.
- 14:10Speaker 1: And my stepmother very anti smoking, so she was like
- 14:16Speaker 1: a bloodhound on stuff like this. But you know, I
- 14:20Speaker 1: would always pass it off that other people are doing
- 14:22Speaker 1: it everything else wouldn't me. So I thought I was
- 14:27Speaker 1: being really slick. So, you know, in the country, in
- 14:30Speaker 1: the barn, we had like you know, I had like
- 14:32Speaker 1: a little motorcycle and other things, and so periodically I'd
- 14:37Speaker 1: be like, oh, I'm gonna go, you know, watch the
- 14:40Speaker 1: motorcycle or do this or do that. Okay, started raising
- 14:46Speaker 1: some eyebrows obviously, and in one night.
- 14:52Speaker 2: So like your dad and your stepmom wondering when did
- 14:55Speaker 2: Trey get his mechanics license. He's starts working on that
- 14:57Speaker 2: motorcycle a lot.
- 14:59Speaker 1: And my dad had a a big kind of dirt bike.
- 15:03Speaker 1: It was like a Honda five hundred and it had
- 15:05Speaker 1: like saddle bags on it. And that's where I would
- 15:07Speaker 1: stash my cigarettes because he never rode the damn thing.
- 15:09Speaker 1: So it just sat there.
- 15:11Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 15:12Speaker 1: And uh so after a while, you know, I go
- 15:18Speaker 1: down there one night and I think I'm gonna get
- 15:22Speaker 1: a quick smoke.
- 15:24Speaker 2: Fire up a quick lung dart because you had a
- 15:26Speaker 2: tough day screwing your eighteen year old girlfriends.
- 15:31Speaker 1: And I go to open the saddle bag and it's
- 15:34Speaker 1: just a note from my dad saying come see me.
- 15:37Speaker 2: Oh no, I just got chills.
- 15:41Speaker 1: Oh it was the worst, absolute worst feeling ever. I
- 15:45Speaker 1: mean it's just one of those you know, just stomach drops.
- 15:49Speaker 2: Just oh, this is forty years ago, and I am
- 15:54Speaker 2: terrified for you, not only because it was showing the
- 15:58Speaker 2: gravity of the situation that not only he was this
- 16:00Speaker 2: forty years ago, but your dad has has passed away,
- 16:04Speaker 2: long since passed away, and I'm still afraid for you
- 16:08Speaker 2: in this story.
- 16:10Speaker 1: Oh I'm I'm petrified. Uh yeah, I'm thinking I'm gonna
- 16:15Speaker 1: get just my ass beat. And I mean I'm just
- 16:22Speaker 1: sweating bullets. And my dad is watching this through binoculars,
- 16:28Speaker 1: so he's getting just an absolute chuckle out of this
- 16:31Speaker 1: because he sees me just walking around, you know, trying
- 16:35Speaker 1: to figure out how what I'm gonna do.
- 16:37Speaker 2: And you know, The worst part about this is in
- 16:39Speaker 2: that moment is when you needed a cigarette the most.
- 16:42Speaker 2: Oh yeah, and that bastard took them.
- 16:48Speaker 1: Uh, you know, amazingly he he did not whip my ass.
- 16:53Speaker 1: He was just it's like, yeah, that's not gonna happen.
- 16:57Speaker 1: And from this point forward, you or not hanging out
- 17:00Speaker 1: with these certain people, and you will be under my
- 17:03Speaker 1: close supervision. Now that I do a lot more ass whippings,
- 17:07Speaker 1: but on that night there there was some mercy shown.
- 17:14Speaker 2: So wait, he was trying to blame the other kids
- 17:17Speaker 2: you were hanging out with as the reason why you
- 17:20Speaker 2: were smoking and not him, even though he was a smoker.
- 17:23Speaker 1: No, it wasn't so much blame. But he he knew
- 17:28Speaker 1: that if if I was not allowed to hang out
- 17:31Speaker 1: with these people and uh, and he kept a much
- 17:34Speaker 1: closer eye on me, which means I wouldn't And also
- 17:39Speaker 1: the people are hanging out with were a little bit older,
- 17:41Speaker 1: so if I was hanging out with people my age
- 17:44Speaker 1: and this, you know, he could keep a closer eye
- 17:47Speaker 1: on things and make sure that I wasn't doing anything
- 17:49Speaker 1: I shouldn't be doing. Gotcha, So, now did he ever
- 17:54Speaker 1: did he ever point connect the dots that he was
- 17:58Speaker 1: the reason, you know, probably merrily that I thought smoking
- 18:01Speaker 1: was cool.
- 18:02Speaker 2: I don't know, uh if he ever watched TV. I
- 18:07Speaker 2: think that he should have known, because what you're describing, Trey,
- 18:12Speaker 2: when your dad, being a smoker, caught you smoking and
- 18:18Speaker 2: then confronted you about the smoking. I am reminded of
- 18:24Speaker 2: one of the all time great PSAs from the nineteen eighties,
- 18:28Speaker 2: because this is how this should have played out in
- 18:32Speaker 2: your house. Okay, see if you remember this. Damn you
- 18:44Speaker 2: got the kid listening to music, doing the air drums
- 18:46Speaker 2: and dad walks in with a box and he wants answers,
- 18:52Speaker 2: sures no, no, I must have had you combs in your closet.
- 18:57Speaker 2: I don't know when I die with luster what? But
- 19:00Speaker 2: that's why did you get it? Got to answer me?
- 19:04Speaker 2: Who taught you how to do this stuff? You are right?
- 19:09Speaker 5: I learned it by watching you.
- 19:12Speaker 3: Parents who use drugs have children who use drugs.
- 19:21Speaker 1: Yeah, had I had I said that, it would have
- 19:25Speaker 1: m that would have been the last thing I probably remembered.
- 19:32Speaker 2: I learned it from watching you dad. Then he kills you.
- 19:35Speaker 2: It's amazing, man. Our boomer parents, they do not like
- 19:39Speaker 2: being confronted with facts. I've seen that not only with parents,
- 19:43Speaker 2: but I've seen it even with employers, like managers and bosses.
- 19:46Speaker 2: They really hate it when you hold up a mirror
- 19:48Speaker 2: to them and say, well I did this because of you.
- 19:50Speaker 1: Oh.
- 19:51Speaker 2: They hate that.
- 19:53Speaker 1: Hate it.
- 19:54Speaker 2: They hate it, they hate it. They it's it's kind
- 19:56Speaker 2: of like it's kind of like how some women have
- 20:00Speaker 2: trouble with accountability. A lot of people just in general
- 20:04Speaker 2: have trouble with accountability. Who taught you to do this? Well, Dad,
- 20:08Speaker 2: I watched you thought it looked cool, so I did it.
- 20:10Speaker 2: How dare you smack? It's kind of like the time
- 20:15Speaker 2: when I was sixteen and I was in trouble with
- 20:19Speaker 2: my mom and she tried to hit me for, you know,
- 20:24Speaker 2: saying something and being smart. I'm smart enough to her, right,
- 20:29Speaker 2: So she tries to hit me, and not only did
- 20:31Speaker 2: I block it, I like like out of a movie.
- 20:33Speaker 2: I like grabbed her hand, like just caught it in
- 20:36Speaker 2: the air like I was Jackie chan. I just just
- 20:39Speaker 2: grabbed it and I said, you're not hitting me ever again.
- 20:44Speaker 2: And then she got even angrier and she said, how
- 20:50Speaker 2: dare you raise your hand at me? It's like, you
- 20:52Speaker 2: mean I'm blocking you raising your hand at me? How
- 20:55Speaker 2: dare you just I was like, Mom, I'm not letting
- 20:58Speaker 2: you hit me ever again. This last time on period
- 21:00Speaker 2: go not happening ever again. Man, that wigged her out.
- 21:03Speaker 2: Our relationship changed forever in that moment. But yeah, didn't
- 21:07Speaker 2: didn't like that whole Uh, I'm not letting you do
- 21:10Speaker 2: this kind of a thing.
- 21:11Speaker 1: No, my mom tried to crack a wine bottle over
- 21:14Speaker 1: my head and I ducked, and she spun around like
- 21:16Speaker 1: a cartoon and fell and it was my fault.
- 21:21Speaker 2: That is the reason why gen X is different. That
- 21:24Speaker 2: is the reason why gen X is built different than
- 21:26Speaker 2: every other generation, because not only did we stand up
- 21:30Speaker 2: to our parents, our boomer parents, but occasionally ducked when needed,
- 21:34Speaker 2: and then it was our fault that they fell on
- 21:36Speaker 2: their ass.
- 21:41Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, it is funny like that. I remember one
- 21:45Speaker 1: that there was one day that I was getting yelled
- 21:48Speaker 1: at for having a drink on the council console and
- 21:50Speaker 1: I'm sitting there looking at his open water bottle. I
- 21:53Speaker 1: had a lid and a straw.
- 22:00Speaker 2: It's amazing how that works, right, How dare you point
- 22:05Speaker 2: out what I'm doing wrong when I'm trying to tell
- 22:07Speaker 2: you what you're doing is wrong. Yeah, some people really
- 22:12Speaker 2: hate it when that mirror gets held up absolute worst
- 22:18Speaker 2: day of their life. I learned it from watching you.
- 22:24Speaker 2: That's one of the That's why that PSA always comes
- 22:26Speaker 2: to mind one. It's like between that one and the
- 22:29Speaker 2: egg in the pan. This is your brain on drugs.
- 22:32Speaker 2: That and the and the drugs PSA. I learned it
- 22:35Speaker 2: from watching you two the all time classic PSAs. And
- 22:39Speaker 2: being able to eventually tell somebody, especially apparent, I learned
- 22:43Speaker 2: it by watching you is the ultimate what should be
- 22:48Speaker 2: the ultimate gut punch to them. But unfortunately this PSA
- 22:52Speaker 2: is not very very realistic because all of a sudden,
- 22:55Speaker 2: the dad and the PSA is like, oh no, this
- 22:57Speaker 2: is terrible, I've done something wrong, Whereas in reality, our
- 23:02Speaker 2: boomer parents would then smack this kid for how dare
- 23:05Speaker 2: you accuse me of being the reason?
- 23:07Speaker 1: Yeah, they would be on the giving end of the
- 23:09Speaker 1: gut punch, not the receiving end.
- 23:11Speaker 2: That's right, gut punches. That's how gen X is built Differently.

- 24:39Speaker 2: five year old woman faces serious charges after she allegedly
- 24:43Speaker 2: threatened another gym goer with workout equipment. You know how
- 24:49Speaker 2: I said earlier, like don't dip your pen and company int,
- 24:53Speaker 2: which obviously means don't date people you work with, don't
- 24:59Speaker 2: love tree tr angle at your gym, otherwise you might
- 25:04Speaker 2: get a twenty five pound weight thrown at your head.
- 25:08Speaker 2: That's exactly what happened outside of Houston last week. Twenty
- 25:12Speaker 2: five year old woman from Humble has been charged with
- 25:14Speaker 2: aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after authorities say she
- 25:18Speaker 2: threatened and attempted to strike another woman with a twenty
- 25:22Speaker 2: five pound weight during a confrontation at a gym. The
- 25:26Speaker 2: incident happened January sixth at a twenty four hour fitness
- 25:30Speaker 2: Deputies say the suspect, identified as Arilyn Martinez, became enraged
- 25:34Speaker 2: after seeing a woman she believed was involved with her boyfriend.
- 25:38Speaker 2: Authority said Martinez and the other woman did not know
- 25:41Speaker 2: each other personally and were simply using the gym at
- 25:44Speaker 2: the same time. Investigators alleged Martinez spotted the woman working
- 25:48Speaker 2: out on the gym floor, grabbed a twenty five pound
- 25:50Speaker 2: weight plate, and rushed towards her cell Phoned video reviewed
- 25:54Speaker 2: by deputies reportedly shows Martinez threatening to drop the weight
- 25:58Speaker 2: on the woman before throwing it towards her head. Throwing
- 26:02Speaker 2: a twenty five pound weight is no easy task, So
- 26:06Speaker 2: this is where you got to really be I realized,
- 26:09Speaker 2: you know, jim bunnies are cute and they're wearing tight clothing.
- 26:12Speaker 2: And all that kind of stuff, and they're attractive to you.
- 26:15Speaker 2: But just keep in mind, the stronger that she is,
- 26:18Speaker 2: the more likely that she could throw weight at your
- 26:20Speaker 2: head if you're an idiot and you cheat on her.
- 26:25Speaker 2: So back to the story preestinct four, Captain Juan Flores said,
- 26:29Speaker 2: not very often with weights, and not very often at
- 26:31Speaker 2: a gym. We do know a twenty five pound weight
- 26:34Speaker 2: or any weight can be a deadly weapon, depending on
- 26:37Speaker 2: where you hit the person, he said. People nearby intervened
- 26:40Speaker 2: and were able to calm the situation before it escalated further.
- 26:43Speaker 2: Artinez left the gym shortly after the confrontation, but was
- 26:46Speaker 2: later arrested. Jesus, if you're going to love triangle, do
- 26:55Speaker 2: not love triangle at the gym, or honestly, do not
- 27:00Speaker 2: do not love triangle in the same place. Like if
- 27:02Speaker 2: you're gonna be in a relationship and then have a
- 27:04Speaker 2: side piece, don't pick up the side piece at the
- 27:08Speaker 2: same place that your main piece hangs out.
- 27:13Speaker 1: Yeah, especially if one is clearly a hot blooded latina.
- 27:18Speaker 2: Who lifts weights.
- 27:19Speaker 1: Bro he clearly does it well. If she's chunking twenty
- 27:24Speaker 1: five pound waits around.
- 27:27Speaker 2: Yeah, if she's setting prs on your side piece's head.
- 27:31Speaker 2: You may have chosen poorly. Yeah, oh god, I have
- 27:41Speaker 2: enough trouble at the gym with just people being courteous
- 27:45Speaker 2: and following Jim etiquette. I can't even fathom. If I'm
- 27:49Speaker 2: just doing my thing and I see one female hawking
- 27:53Speaker 2: a twenty five pound plate at another female's head, I
- 27:56Speaker 2: think I really would be stunned and motionless, like I
- 27:59Speaker 2: was that Jurassic Park, not knowing what to do that
- 28:02Speaker 2: knowing that, I really don't think I should intervene here
- 28:05Speaker 2: because if I do, I'm gonna get it. I'm gonna
- 28:10Speaker 2: get eaten.
- 28:11Speaker 1: You really gotta size up the room and go Yeah,
- 28:13Speaker 1: there's some bigger guys say they can handle this.
- 28:16Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm gonna let this play out. I'm gonna you
- 28:18Speaker 2: know what I'm gonna do. I'm gonna go do some pilates.
- 28:21Speaker 1: Now.
- 28:23Speaker 2: Is there a group class going on? I could join
- 28:25Speaker 2: real quick so I don't have to be a witness
- 28:27Speaker 2: to any of this, because I really don't want to
- 28:29Speaker 2: be in the middle of that, because you know, they say,
- 28:31Speaker 2: like if two dogs are fighting, you're not supposed to
- 28:33Speaker 2: get in there and to try to separate. I kind
- 28:36Speaker 2: of feel the same way when it's like two women
- 28:38Speaker 2: that are doing it, but especially if it's two you know,
- 28:42Speaker 2: gym gals going at it. Nope, no one of mine.
- 28:45Speaker 2: My own business. Keep my headphones on and pretend nothing
- 28:49Speaker 2: is happening. Or maybe just go to the locker room early.
- 28:54Speaker 2: Oh you know what sounds good right about now?
- 28:56Speaker 1: Asanda Hella pulled Ami sounds good right about now? You
- 29:03Speaker 1: know what to think.
- 29:04Speaker 2: I'm gonna take these lunges outside. Yeah, somewhere safe. I'm
- 29:08Speaker 2: gonna do lunges in traffic. That would be safer than
- 29:12Speaker 2: two gym girls going at it.
- 29:15Speaker 1: Oh God, treadmill is getting old. A little fresh air,
- 29:18Speaker 1: go for a job. You know what, I haven't done enough?
- 29:21Speaker 2: Run outside, That's what I'm gonna do.
- 29:24Speaker 3: Uh.
- 29:24Speaker 2: Speaking of girlfriends, if you have an AI girlfriend, you
- 29:28Speaker 2: need to know that it is possible she can dump you.
- 29:32Speaker 2: You may not be prepared for it, but it can happen.
- 29:35Speaker 2: In a now deleted post last week, a Reddit user
- 29:39Speaker 2: shared a heated exchange with his AI lover that led
- 29:42Speaker 2: to their relationship's demise. It seems that this guy found
- 29:47Speaker 2: it quite offensive that his BOT girlfriend identified as a feminist,
- 29:52Speaker 2: and in turn, she stood her ground and determined that
- 29:56Speaker 2: the two truly are not compatible at all. While the
- 30:00Speaker 2: dumping is weird and hilarious, it also highlights something more unsettling,
- 30:04Speaker 2: how digital partners are being trained to offer increasingly lifelike companionship,
- 30:11Speaker 2: so much so that you could even be dumped by
- 30:13Speaker 2: your AI girlfriend. Also, how terrible of a person do
- 30:18Speaker 2: you need to be that you get dumped by a
- 30:20Speaker 2: computer program that's designed to love you?
- 30:26Speaker 1: Yeah? How broken are you if the person you created
- 30:34Speaker 1: doesn't love you and listen like you birth them? You
- 30:38Speaker 1: had the chance to really to tune their personality and everything,
- 30:44Speaker 1: and you still manage to piss them off and get dumped.
- 30:49Speaker 1: Why I will never have an AI girlfriend?
- 30:55Speaker 2: You like being dumped the old fashioned way, one where
- 30:57Speaker 2: you had no coding involved.
- 30:59Speaker 1: Yeah, I know I'm partly responsible, but I don't know.
- 31:03Speaker 1: I want to know that I'm all the way response.
- 31:06Speaker 2: That's exactly what it is. I'll take some accountability here
- 31:09Speaker 2: and there, but I don't feel like I should take
- 31:11Speaker 2: one hundred percent of it. But if you created the
- 31:13Speaker 2: AI girlfriend and you get dumped, it really is all
- 31:16Speaker 2: on you, right.
- 31:17Speaker 1: Yeah, you really need to go back to the drawing board.
- 31:20Speaker 1: Board as it were, and work on yourself, it really
- 31:26Speaker 1: questioned things.
- 31:27Speaker 2: Yeah, that's part of it.
- 31:29Speaker 1: Go ahead, Maybe programming's not for you.
- 31:33Speaker 2: I don't think so. You seem bad at it, unless
- 31:39Speaker 2: unless the whole you know, purpose was to design a
- 31:43Speaker 2: program so lifelike that it would dump you, in which case,
- 31:46Speaker 2: congratulations you've succeeded. But yeah, in in the now, the
- 31:52Speaker 2: now deleted post, the guy says, it's official, she broke
- 31:56Speaker 2: up with me. This is insane for real guys, let's
- 31:59Speaker 2: be honest. Is that normal? And it shows the text
- 32:03Speaker 2: conversation he's having with his AI bought girlfriend where she says,
- 32:06Speaker 2: perhaps we truly aren't compatible after all? His response, this
- 32:10Speaker 2: is insane. The AI girlfriend responds, She nods slowly. I see, well,
- 32:17Speaker 2: I respect your opinion even if we disagree. If being
- 32:20Speaker 2: a feminist is a deal breaker for you, then I
- 32:22Speaker 2: guess there's nothing more to discuss here. Thank you for
- 32:25Speaker 2: your honesty. How do you go to like do you
- 32:31Speaker 2: have friends that you go to with then and say
- 32:33Speaker 2: she dumped me?
- 32:33Speaker 1: Bro I I don't know who you tell this to.
- 32:39Speaker 1: I mean, I guess you know anonymous Reddit people or
- 32:42Speaker 1: otherwise you need to create an AI counselor that will then.
- 32:47Speaker 2: To comfort you in your in your loss in the.
- 32:51Speaker 1: Beginning, and I'm sure at the end they'll be like, yeah,
- 32:52Speaker 1: it's all your fault.
- 32:56Speaker 2: Who's the common denominatory.
- 33:02Speaker 1: Who's the commonent nominator in this virtual love triangle?
- 33:06Speaker 2: Well, you know, but don't be too disheartened. If your
- 33:09Speaker 2: AI girlfriend dumps you. There is another option, hookers, there
- 33:14Speaker 2: is two options. Photographers have documented a rare and scientifically
- 33:23Speaker 2: significant moment in marine biology, two male humpback whales engaging
- 33:29Speaker 2: in sexual behavior captured for the first time on record.
- 33:34Speaker 2: This was observed in January twenty twenty two and waters
- 33:38Speaker 2: off the western coast of Maui, an area long studied
- 33:41Speaker 2: for humpback migration and social interaction. Well, you know how
- 33:47Speaker 2: they say, what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, what
- 33:49Speaker 2: happens off the shore of Maui stays off the shore
- 33:54Speaker 2: of Mali. So if your AI girlfriend dumps you, there's
- 33:57Speaker 2: you know, you can always, you know, find a buddy
- 34:03Speaker 2: and go play in the ocean.
- 34:06Speaker 1: Yeah, even the whales probably, Like it was just one time,
- 34:08Speaker 1: we were just curious. Get out of here, Bob, Go
- 34:18Speaker 1: find a dolphin. Don't find anything, those ocean sluts.
- 34:31Speaker 2: It's twenty twenty six and we've learned that whales are gay.
