Dominican Day Parade hits Midtown Sunday, August 9th — a dazzling celebration of identity and culture with a powerful mission: empowering Dominican youth through education. This year’s grand marshal, Dr. Ramón Tallaj, leads the 44th annual march down Sixth Avenue, honoring 15 community leaders. Since 2015, the parade’s scholarship program has awarded over $1 million to more than 200 students across 20 states.
