- 0:25Speaker 1: Hi, and welcome back to Pinky Boo Hauntings. I'll be
- 0:29Speaker 1: your witchy host Shy, and I'll be your guide to
- 0:32Speaker 1: all things paranormal, weird and spooky. Happy Friday the thirteenth,
- 0:38Speaker 1: and Happy Valentine's Day. I know I'm late, but I
- 0:43Speaker 1: got my episode schedules mixed up and thought this one
- 0:46Speaker 1: would be the one that came out last week. I
- 0:49Speaker 1: only realized after I went to post last week's episode
- 0:52Speaker 1: what I did. So now you know why there was
- 0:56Speaker 1: no themed episode for the special days. I didn't forget.
- 1:01Speaker 1: I just messed up, which I guess was a good
- 1:04Speaker 1: thing because I was trying so hard to find some
- 1:07Speaker 1: good stories for the special occasions, and I swear there
- 1:11Speaker 1: was like none. Okay, not none, because I did find one.
- 1:16Speaker 1: This story is called The Message from Beyond. Earlier today,
- 1:22Speaker 1: I was scrolling Instagram and saw an ad for a
- 1:24Speaker 1: memorial locket. I had to put it out of my mind,
- 1:28Speaker 1: think mine think. I know they didn't mean that, but
- 1:34Speaker 1: I swear I can't even work out what word they
- 1:38Speaker 1: meant to put there. Anyways, They go on to say
- 1:42Speaker 1: I wanted one a year ago for some of my
- 1:44Speaker 1: boyfriend's hair. Backstory I was dating an amazing guy I
- 1:50Speaker 1: met August twenty twenty two. He was a wild child
- 1:54Speaker 1: biker with a heart. We were dating six months before
- 1:59Speaker 1: he was hit on motorcycle by a drunk driver. He
- 2:03Speaker 1: was on his way to pick me up for a date.
- 2:06Speaker 1: But he didn't die. He was in a coma for
- 2:10Speaker 1: three weeks. And this is why we don't fucking drink
- 2:14Speaker 1: and drive kids. You can ruin other people's lives. Plus,
- 2:18Speaker 1: that's fucking selfish and everyone hates you. Three weeks, I
- 2:25Speaker 1: stood by his side, holding his huge, lifeless hand in mine.
- 2:31Speaker 1: Eventually he did pass due to complications. He passed right
- 2:36Speaker 1: before our first Valentine's Day as a couple. It was
- 2:42Speaker 1: very hard on me. I'm sure you all are now
- 2:46Speaker 1: happy I fucked up, Huh. I was about to make
- 2:51Speaker 1: us all depressed for Valentine's Day. I have always believed
- 2:58Speaker 1: in the paranormal and have been upset that I never
- 3:01Speaker 1: got a sign. I even started to question my own
- 3:05Speaker 1: faith in the afterlife or paranormal. Yeah, that definitely can
- 3:12Speaker 1: make you question everything, But sometimes they just don't come
- 3:16Speaker 1: to you or come to you in the way you expect.
- 3:21Speaker 1: It's still hard when you're waiting on a sign. Though.
- 3:25Speaker 1: Last March, an out of town friend visited a mutual
- 3:29Speaker 1: friend and they borrowed my car. My friend and I
- 3:33Speaker 1: swap vehicles. She has a motorcycle. I haven't been able
- 3:38Speaker 1: to ride since the accident and had even sold my
- 3:41Speaker 1: own bike. This forced me back on a bike. One evening,
- 3:47Speaker 1: I'm riding home, listening to some music in my helmet.
- 3:50Speaker 1: It's a fancy bluetooth thing to my phone. Oh, I
- 3:54Speaker 1: think I know what you're talking about. My husband wanted
- 3:57Speaker 1: one once. I'm riding, feeling finely comfortable on a bike again.
- 4:03Speaker 1: I see him in my mind's eye on a bluff
- 4:06Speaker 1: above me that I knew he loved well, looking out
- 4:10Speaker 1: at the valley in the ocean in the distance. He
- 4:14Speaker 1: was waving as I passed by, and I heard him
- 4:17Speaker 1: say at a girl like he would when he was
- 4:21Speaker 1: teasing me. I was shook up, but at peace. Managed
- 4:27Speaker 1: to get home safely before breaking down in my living
- 4:30Speaker 1: room with my dogs in half of my gears still on. Oh,
- 4:35Speaker 1: he finally came to you. It might have been late
- 4:39Speaker 1: in your eyes, but he still came to see you.
- 4:42Speaker 1: I wouldn't be surprised if he was waiting to visit
- 4:44Speaker 1: until the perfect time, or maybe he saw you finally
- 4:48Speaker 1: getting back on the bike and was really proud of you.
- 4:53Speaker 1: Either way, I'm happy you had that moment with him.
- 4:57Speaker 1: So today I see an ad for a memorial locke it.
- 5:01Speaker 1: It reminded me I haven't done this yet. I smiled, sadly,
- 5:05Speaker 1: thinking I should get on that before scrolling to some
- 5:10Speaker 1: other nonsense and forgetting again. He's about to annoy you
- 5:15Speaker 1: into finally getting it, isn't he. Just after dinner, I
- 5:22Speaker 1: turn on my TV to watch an internet streaming channel
- 5:24Speaker 1: on something I don't have cable cheap Landlord. So when
- 5:30Speaker 1: I turn on my TV, it's a feed from all
- 5:33Speaker 1: of my streaming apps. I turn on my TV today
- 5:37Speaker 1: and it's on my deceased boyfriend's favorite internet news website.
- 5:42Speaker 1: At first, I was confused and asked my current boyfriend
- 5:45Speaker 1: if he queued this website up. He shaked his head
- 5:49Speaker 1: and asked, what even is it? I turned pale and
- 5:54Speaker 1: sat down hard sobbing. This particular website isn't that easy
- 6:00Speaker 1: to find, and to my knowledge, we've never watched it
- 6:03Speaker 1: at my place, only ever at his. I think you
- 6:09Speaker 1: even need to log in, so I have no idea
- 6:12Speaker 1: how it even appeared on my TV. Your former boyfriend
- 6:18Speaker 1: was trying to get your attention. I was joking a
- 6:22Speaker 1: minute ago, but I do think he might want you
- 6:25Speaker 1: to get that locket, or maybe he's just saying hi.
- 6:31Speaker 1: Current boyfriend is alarmed and comes up to hug me,
- 6:35Speaker 1: asking what is wrong. I just said my deceased boyfriend's
- 6:39Speaker 1: name and explanation. Current boyfriend just holds me and reassures me,
- 6:46Speaker 1: saying he is just saying hi to me, and then
- 6:49Speaker 1: says hi Gary out loud to the TV. I then
- 6:54Speaker 1: turn it off and shakily laugh saying the same. I
- 6:59Speaker 1: like your current boyfriend and he sounds so sweet and caring,
- 7:03Speaker 1: even saying hi to your former boyfriend. Most guys wouldn't
- 7:07Speaker 1: probably do that, so it shows just how much he
- 7:11Speaker 1: cares for you and loves you. And I bet your
- 7:14Speaker 1: former boyfriend also approves of him. In posting this, I
- 7:18Speaker 1: realized this week would have been our third anniversary of
- 7:22Speaker 1: our first date. I don't know why it took him
- 7:25Speaker 1: so long to reach out, but I have some feelings
- 7:28Speaker 1: about it now. Obviously, I guess since I'm writing this
- 7:32Speaker 1: post at two am while current boyfriend it's sound asleep
- 7:36Speaker 1: and I'm crying again in the living room with the dogs,
- 7:39Speaker 1: so I wanted to share. I guess wait, I just
- 7:42Speaker 1: realized you didn't say whether you got the locket or not.
- 7:46Speaker 1: I do hope you did, because even though you keep forgetting,
- 7:49Speaker 1: it seems to be important to you. But hey, at
- 7:53Speaker 1: least you finally got your sign. I hope that helped
- 7:56Speaker 1: you in whatever way you needed. That story was so
- 8:00Speaker 1: sweet and tender at the end. I guess I'm actually
- 8:04Speaker 1: happy I picked it out for Valentine's Day. In the end,
- 8:07Speaker 1: it would have been a perfect one for last week.
- 8:10Speaker 1: What might not be so sweet and tender is their
- 8:13Speaker 1: next story. This glitch in the matrix is something strange
- 8:17Speaker 1: happened when my daughter came home from school. Just how
- 8:20Speaker 1: a strange thing happened, and not sure what to think
- 8:23Speaker 1: of it. Yesterday afternoon, I was doing a few dishes
- 8:28Speaker 1: and then headed outside to put away my Christmas decorations.
- 8:32Speaker 1: While I was doing the dishes, my daughter came home
- 8:35Speaker 1: from school, and just like every day, she came in
- 8:38Speaker 1: the kitchen and I asked her how school was, and
- 8:41Speaker 1: she said it was good. And then I watched her
- 8:44Speaker 1: walk away and head upstairs to her room. I even
- 8:48Speaker 1: heard her close her door, so I grabbed my boxes
- 8:51Speaker 1: and headed outside. As soon as I got outside, I
- 8:56Speaker 1: put the boxes down and looked up and I see
- 8:59Speaker 1: my daughter coming up the driveway. I thought it was strange.
- 9:05Speaker 1: I asked her where she was, thinking she may have
- 9:08Speaker 1: went next door for a sack or something, and she
- 9:12Speaker 1: looked at me like I was crazy and said I
- 9:17Speaker 1: was at school. I told her, I'm confused because she
- 9:22Speaker 1: just came in the house and I was talking to her,
- 9:25Speaker 1: and she said, no, I just got home. She then
- 9:29Speaker 1: rolled her eyes and chuckled as she walked away, now
- 9:33Speaker 1: definitely thinking her mother is nuts. But I know one.
- 9:40Speaker 1: I saw her and spoke to her, so I'm completely confused.
- 9:47Speaker 1: I don't know about you, guys, but doesn't this sound
- 9:50Speaker 1: more like a mimic instead of a glitch in a matrix?
- 9:54Speaker 1: Because when I think of glitches and the matrix, I
- 9:57Speaker 1: think about having a figure that you know you only
- 10:00Speaker 1: have one of in finding another just like it in
- 10:03Speaker 1: your house or something like that. Anyways, seeing and talking
- 10:08Speaker 1: to a whole person just for them to show up
- 10:11Speaker 1: in another place just sounds like mimic behavior. And if
- 10:16Speaker 1: that's the case, you better start protecting that house just
- 10:19Speaker 1: in case. Let's move on from this story of a
- 10:25Speaker 1: person feeling like they were going crazy to another. This
- 10:29Speaker 1: one is called I'm honestly at my breaking point. I've
- 10:33Speaker 1: spent months telling myself I'm just stressed and imagining things.
- 10:39Speaker 1: Everyone keeps telling me it's just old pipes or the wind,
- 10:43Speaker 1: and I'm sick of hearing it. Three weeks ago, around
- 10:48Speaker 1: three am, my bathroom door didn't just close, it slammed hard.
- 10:55Speaker 1: Oh yeah, old pipes are known to cause doors to
- 10:59Speaker 1: slam hard. People try so hard to explain things that
- 11:03Speaker 1: clearly don't have an explanation, at least in their mind.
- 11:10Speaker 1: Sometimes that supposed logical explanation doesn't actually make sense when
- 11:15Speaker 1: you truly think about it. My windows were shut, no draft, nothing. See,
- 11:25Speaker 1: just because you say it's the pipes or the wind
- 11:27Speaker 1: doesn't mean it actually makes sense when you really think
- 11:30Speaker 1: about it. I live alone, so that should have been impossible.
- 11:38Speaker 1: Then the footsteps started, not settling noises, actual heavy footsteps
- 11:47Speaker 1: right outside my door. I froze completely terrified just listening
- 11:54Speaker 1: to them stop right in front of the room. When
- 11:58Speaker 1: I finally got the guts to check empty. It's only
- 12:03Speaker 1: getting worse. Cabinets are popping open, my dog is growling
- 12:07Speaker 1: at empty corners, and things are moving around when I'm
- 12:11Speaker 1: not in the room. Last night was the final straw.
- 12:17Speaker 1: My TV turned on at full volume. The remolt wasn't
- 12:22Speaker 1: even near me. No, it's just the pipes in the wind.
- 12:28Speaker 1: It can totally turn the volume up like that. Emplaes
- 12:33Speaker 1: Before anyone says check your carbon monoxide detector or ask
- 12:38Speaker 1: if I'm sleepwalking, I've done all of that. I've checked
- 12:44Speaker 1: the locks, the electric everything, It's all normal. I just
- 12:49Speaker 1: need to know I'm not crazy, as anyone else had
- 12:54Speaker 1: something start small and escalate like this. I keep playing
- 13:00Speaker 1: up with a freezing cold, feeling like someone is standing
- 13:03Speaker 1: right over me, and I'm terrified to go to sleep.
- 13:08Speaker 1: Tell me I'm not the only one dealing with this. Oh,
- 13:14Speaker 1: trust me, you are not crazy. It definitely sounds like
- 13:17Speaker 1: a spirit is messing with you and can be feeding
- 13:19Speaker 1: off of your energy, Especially with how it's escalating, It's
- 13:25Speaker 1: best to put your foot down and make it understand
- 13:28Speaker 1: it's living with you, not the other way around. Never
- 13:31Speaker 1: give those beings your energy. They only get worse and
- 13:36Speaker 1: will leave you living in a constant state of fear.
- 13:40Speaker 1: It's not fun. But if you make it clear that
- 13:44Speaker 1: it's not wanted and it's not allowed to mess with you,
- 13:48Speaker 1: you would be surprised how easily they back off. They
- 13:52Speaker 1: are a lot like a bully. If you don't show
- 13:55Speaker 1: fear and you stand up to them, they back down
- 13:57Speaker 1: so fast it's kind of cute. Well, guys, that's all
- 14:05Speaker 1: I got for today. I hope you enjoyed it, and
- 14:07Speaker 1: I hope you had a good Valentine's Day, however that
- 14:10Speaker 1: might look for you. So I hope you spend the
- 14:15Speaker 1: day loving and not hating, because love is stronger than hate, right,
- 14:21Speaker 1: and we could really use some more love in this world.
- 14:25Speaker 1: Oh and if you would like to show this podcast
- 14:27Speaker 1: some love, don't forget to leave a review and braid us.
- 14:31Speaker 1: And of course, if you're watching on YouTube, do the
- 14:33Speaker 1: YouTube things. And if you have a story of your own,
- 14:39Speaker 1: I'd love to hear it. You can send your stories
- 14:42Speaker 1: to our email. It will be in the show notes
- 14:45Speaker 1: and the description below. But for now, the coven is ajourn.
- 14:50Speaker 1: See you next time. Bye,
