Speaker 1: What's up everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
0:05
Hope everybody's having a great Sunday morning out there, and
0:08
hopefully you've all had a great weekend as well. Today
0:12
on the program, we have two separate articles that we're
0:15
going to discuss, one of them talking about how Prince
0:20
Andrew and Glaine Maxwell we're a bit closer than he's
0:25
letting on, considering she was introduced as Prince Andrew's ex
0:29
girlfriend during the Palace tour. That would indicate to me
0:33
that you might have known Gallaine Maxwell at some point
0:36
in your life if she's being introduced as your ex.
0:39
But remember, according to the Prince of Nothing, they're not
0:43
very close. They don't know each other. He has no
0:45
idea if they're really friends, he can't recall when in reality,
0:49
the writing's on the wall. We can all see it
0:52
for what it is. And the fact of the matter
0:54
is Prince Andrew and Gallainne Maxwell very good friends. Where
0:58
they romantically connected? I don't know. I don't have any
1:02
evidence to prove that, but a lot of these people
1:05
that were around them seem to believe they were. And
1:08
would that shock you, Glenn Maxwell, that's the kind of
1:12
person she was. Do you think that she would be
1:14
above using sexuality to try and rope somebody in There's
1:19
also reports about her having a romantic relationship with Bill Clinton.
1:24
Nobody wants to talk about that though. And you know
1:26
what else is funny while we're talking about old slick
1:28
Willy here the fact that just recently, when it was
1:33
asserted that him and Epstein were super close this that
1:37
the other thing, his spokesperson referred to the statement that
1:42
they put out two years ago, two and a half
1:45
years ago, as if that statement was still factual when
1:48
we know now, especially after the trial and everything that
1:51
has come after that, Bill Clinton has been lying as well.
1:57
Yet nobody in the legacy media ischallenging him. Nobody's challenging
2:01
his spokesperson about it. I can't tell you how annoying
2:07
it is to get on Twitter and see these blue
2:09
check marks talk about ridiculous nonsense like the Sarah Palin trial.
2:14
You're gonna clog up people's feeds with that, and not
2:17
one of you is going to challenge Bill Clinton and
2:21
his narrative. It's gross, but I come to expect that
2:26
from our legacy media they have no desire to hold
2:29
Bill Clinton accountable zero desire when we all know that
2:34
Bill Clinton was super close with these people. See my
2:37
point is, Prince Andrew is under the microscope in England.
2:41
Prince Andrew is getting hammered in all of these articles.
2:45
Where's the same pressure, where is the same energy for
2:50
Bill Clinton? All right, so let's jump into this first
2:55
article today and let's see what the Mirror has to
2:58
say about Glen max Well introducing introduced as Prince Andrew's
3:03
ex girlfriend. Headline Gleaanne Maxwell introduced is Prince Andrew's ex
3:08
girlfriend on guided palace tour? Well that's nice. A guided
3:13
palace tour. Huh, must be nice to get one of those.
3:18
The author of the article is Graham Murray. Gleanne Maxwell
3:23
was introduced as a former girlfriend of Prince Andrew on
3:26
a Buckingham Palace tour, reports have claimed. So that's pretty
3:30
interesting considering they're not very close, right, They don't really
3:34
know each other according to Prince Andrew, So why would
3:38
she be introduced as his ex girlfriend? And wouldn't that
3:44
call into question everything else Prince Andrew has told us,
3:47
considering he can't even get the very basics of the
3:50
story correct. He can't even tell the truth about if
3:53
he knows or doesn't know somebody. So you tell me
3:57
how you can believe anything this, this bumbling moron has
4:02
to say. The introduction was reported to have been made
4:06
while former US President Bill Clinton was taking part in
4:09
the guided visit. You know, birds of a feather, right,
4:12
Prince Andrew sure does hang out with a lot of
4:14
people who have either a been convicted of sexual offenses
4:18
or b under the microscope for him. I don't know
4:22
about you folks out there, but I don't know one
4:24
sex offender, never mind the whole entire gaggle of them.
4:32
In a picture published this weekend, convicted sex offender Glenn Maxwell,
4:36
who faces a possible forty years in jail, is seen
4:39
with the Duke of York and mister Clinton. No, I
4:42
don't think that was the Duke of York. I think
4:44
it was the body double, the Irish body double. Remember
4:47
the Lady of Victoria Hervey was telling us about, maybe
4:51
it's a fake picture, Maybe this is all just a simulation.
4:54
Lady Victoria Heavey. Andrew is seen pointing into the distance
5:02
past Maxwell, who stands with her back turned and arms folded,
5:06
looking at something in the ballroom with mister Clinton. An
5:10
unidentified woman with Maxwell wears a T shirt with the
5:13
words God Saved the Queen emblazoned on it. Yeah, well,
5:16
the God's gonna have to step in to save the
5:18
queen after the mess andrews made? Could this guy have
5:23
ruined anything worse? Could he caused any more damage to
5:28
the monarchy and to the queen and to her legacy
5:31
than he has? This is legitimately a crisis for the monarchy.
5:42
Andrew sixty one disputes being a close friend of Maxwell.
5:45
In a legal response to Virginia Roberts thirty eight, who
5:48
is taking legal action against the Prince. The son quotes
5:51
a member of a two thousand and two tour party
5:53
as saying, Glane was described to me as an ex
5:56
girlfriend of Andrew. And again that shouldn't shock anybody. Do
6:00
you know that Gallain Maxwell got around. She wasn't you
6:02
know some Uh, she wasn't a nun right sitting around
6:06
not dating nobody. She knew how to use her sexuality
6:09
to get what she wanted, and she certainly did that.
6:14
The impression we all had was that there was some
6:16
relationship there. They clearly knew each other very well. She
6:20
was very friendly and cheery. Hollywood actor Kevin Spacey, also
6:24
a alleged abuser and sex offender, was also seen with
6:29
Maxwell as the pair enjoyed sitting on thrones in the palace.
6:32
So you had two sex offenders sitting on the thrones
6:34
in the palace. This is what Prince Andrew brings to
6:37
his house. Imagine bringing these kinds of people into your
6:40
parents' home. I mean, that's kind of weird to say,
6:43
considering he's a grown ass man. He shouldn't be living
6:45
with his parents. But I guess that's neither here nor
6:47
there for now. But really, you're gonna bring these people
6:51
into your home and let them sit on the throne.
6:55
I'm sure William the Conqueror is very very happy about that.
6:58
He's not rolling over in his gray I've the source
7:03
suggested that Maxwell was familiar with the palace and newer
7:06
way around. Well, yeah, we know that because she had
7:09
carte blanche, right, she had like a season's pass to
7:12
the palace. Back in the day here in Las Vegas,
7:14
we had a place called Wet and Wild, and you'd
7:16
buy a season's pass, or your parents would buy you one,
7:19
and it would be your babysitter for the whole summer.
7:21
That was like Maxwell, she had like a season's pass
7:23
to Buckingham Palace. Just show up whenever she wants to
7:27
go on the Deristuka or the bubble up. Andrew Maxwell,
7:33
mister Clinton and the women were pictured seen in the
7:36
ballroom eighteen months after Andrew is alleged alleged who have
7:40
had sex with seventeen year old Virginia at Maxwell's London home.
7:46
In the other picture, Maxwell and Spacey are shown sitting
7:48
on chairs of the State which were used for the
7:51
nineteen fifty three coronation. I mean, wow, now you have
7:55
to burn them. Maybe just nuke it from the sky
7:59
to bee sure, like Ripley said in Aliens, because who
8:04
wants to sit on a chair after these disgusting people
8:06
have sat on it? Talk about soiling it up. The
8:10
Daily Telegraph first published the image of Andrew with Maxwell
8:14
and mister Clinton. A source told the newspaper the tour
8:19
was for Clinton and Spacey, they were Prince Andrew's guests,
8:22
but Glaine seemed to be leading the charge at such bs.
8:26
It wasn't so really, you made for Kevin Spacey be
8:30
the whole tour for the Palace for Kevin Spacey. Huh.
8:32
And as far as Bill Clinton goes, Bill Clinton could
8:34
tour the Palace whenever he wants with one phone call.
8:37
This was all about Maxwell, and Maxwell was certainly leading
8:41
the charge. Just like they say. The impression we all
8:45
had was that there was some sort of relationship between
8:48
between Prince Andrew and Glenn Maxwell. They clearly knew each
8:52
other very well. She was very friendly and cheery. The
8:55
former US President toured Africa with Maxwell and mister Spacey
8:59
the previous week. Andrew has denied Virginia Roberts claims in
9:03
a US court. Look, so that trip to Africa, who
9:09
knows what went down on that trip. I'm not saying
9:11
anyone was abused or anything like that, but it is
9:14
such a bad look that Bill Clinton is flying around
9:17
with Jeffrey Epstein. And then you add to that the
9:20
fact that there's pictures of him getting a massage from
9:24
Chante Davies, who is one of Epstein's victims, and it's
9:28
just beyond the pale. The Mirror told this week how
9:35
an order for flags to be flown in honor of
9:37
Prince Andrew's birthday has been scrapped. In the latest humiliation
9:41
for the disgraced royal. The decision taken in consultation with
9:45
Buckingham Palace means government buildings will not be expected to
9:49
raise the Union flag when the Duke of York turned
9:52
sixty two. Ah, poor Duke not gonna have any banners
9:56
raised for him, who cares man. While it is encouraged.
10:03
While it is encouraged that buildings should always fly the
10:06
flag on some days like the Queen's birthday, it is
10:09
compulsory until this week. These days included February nineteenth, the
10:13
Duke of York's birthday, but it has now quietly been
10:16
removed from civil service guidance. Virginia Roberts thirty eight claims
10:21
she was forced by Epstein to have sex with Andrew
10:24
three times between nineteen ninety nine and two thousand and
10:27
two in London, New York and on the Dead Pedophiles
10:31
Caribbean Island. So there is the first article for you
10:36
folks this morning, and again it just goes to show
10:38
you the relationship between Maxwell and Andrew. And that's what
10:43
I continue to try and show you folks, that these
10:46
two were super close. Andrew is lying through his teeth
10:49
and the things that he was asserting in his legal
10:53
documentation is is borderline bullshit. All of it right, every
10:58
bit of it is one toe in the bullshit water.
11:03
So I don't know how he's going plans on defending
11:05
all of that moving forward with all of this evidence
11:07
against him, But words are wind. At the end of
11:10
the day, you're gonna have to bring some evidence to
11:12
the table and back up the bullshit that you're pumping.
11:17
All right, now onto article number two. This is an
11:21
article from The Independent and the headline Glenn Maxwell's motion
11:26
for retrial has been unsealed and it makes no mention
11:30
of Jerry bias. This article was authored by Nathan Place.
11:35
So Glenn Maxwell and her legal team made this huge,
11:39
huge stink about Scottie David or fifty and his supposed
11:44
transgressions as far as becoming a jur. Well, now that
11:50
it's all unsealed, Judge Nathan unsealed the request and unsealed
11:55
their ask and wouldn't you know, has nothing to do
12:00
with anything like that. So let's jump into this article
12:04
and let's see exactly what the hell is going on here.
12:09
Glenn Maxwell's motion for a new trial makes no mention
12:13
of her jur excuse me of the jur her lawyers
12:16
have loudly accused of bias. Court documents show so right
12:20
there from the jump, it shows you the misdirection that
12:23
they were playing with right the game that they were playing.
12:26
Oh well, it's all about duror misconduct, it's the other thing,
12:30
and trying to sow seeds of discontent within the you know,
12:35
media or the population whatever. But they were trying to
12:40
make it look like Maxwell wasn't served up a fair
12:42
trial and when in reality she really was. Lawyers from Maxwell,
12:48
who was convicted of five of six sex trafficking charges
12:52
in December, had previously argued that a jur known as
12:56
Scotty David, who says he was sexually abused as a child,
13:00
erupted the jerry selection process and tainted the trial. In
13:04
a letter to Judge Allison Nathan, the defense implied that
13:07
this was the basis of their request for a retrial.
13:10
So they basically lied to Judge Nathan saying that this
13:13
was their basis for a retrial. Right, it's because of
13:17
jura misconduct. She didn't get a fair shake, Scottie David
13:21
wasn't honest, and on and on and on and on
13:26
Juror fifty's responses to the Jerry questionnaire and questions posed
13:31
to him during in person questioning corrupted the process and
13:35
violated Miss Maxwell's right to a fair trial. Attorney Christian
13:39
Everdell wrote, so right away, you think, all right, they
13:42
have something here. Maxwell's team found something. They're gonna chew
13:46
on it, bite on it, and see where it goes.
13:49
But in reality, it's just another pathway to nowhere. And
13:56
we've seen it throughout the whole entire ordeal for Maxwell.
13:59
They have tried every every every loophole, every technicality, you
14:02
name it, they have tried it. But when you don't
14:05
have the truth on your side, it is very difficult
14:08
for you to defend yourself in front of a jury
14:11
of your peers. You have to rely on loopholes, and
14:13
you have to rely on technicalities, and if your lawyer
14:16
cannot find them or exploit them, it's going to be
14:18
a long, long day. As set forth in the motion,
14:24
the defense believes that the existing record is clear and
14:28
more than sufficient for the court to grant Miss Maxwell
14:31
a new trial without the need for further factual development.
14:34
So what they're saying is there's enough here for a
14:36
new trial. They don't even need an investigation or anything
14:39
like that. Let's just get the new trial started because
14:41
there's plenty here, uh wrong. In the same letter, mister
14:46
Everdell asked the judge to keep the motion for retrials
14:49
sealed along with all other documents related to it. Now
14:53
when that first cracked off, of course, you know how
14:56
I feel about it. Transparency is the most important thing,
15:00
especially when there's no faith in the institutions. So the
15:03
second they filed this under seal, everybody was like, up
15:06
here we go. But thankfully Judge Nathan she quashed this
15:10
shit and they weren't able to get away with filing
15:13
it under seal. Judge Nathan refused, and both the motion
15:21
and the defense's memorandum supporting it were unsealed on Saturday.
15:26
What's inside, oddly, is completely unrelated to the jur And see,
15:30
this is what I'm talking about with them playing fast
15:33
and loose. When you have high powered attorneys like this,
15:37
they will do anything they possibly can to try and
15:39
change the narrative, to try and get the public opinion
15:42
on their side to try and that's what they did here.
15:44
They made it look like Glenn Maxwell got absolutely steamrolled
15:48
by the process, when in reality she got a fair shake,
15:52
and in fact, she was only convicted on five of
15:54
the six. If she was getting steamrolled, don't you think
15:57
all six of those would have come back with guilty please?
16:03
The memo sets forth a number of arguments that Maxwell's
16:06
trial was unfair, including that the charges were brought too late,
16:09
many of the alleged sex acts took place outside of
16:12
New York, and the conspiracy charges overlapped and therefore should
16:17
not count as separate crimes. So basically they're just going
16:20
through a nitpicking and trying to find anything to sink
16:23
their teeth into. But the reality of it is this.
16:27
They asserted that this was going to be about jur
16:30
number fifty, and now that we see it's not, they've
16:33
shown their hand. And again I wonder, like I said
16:37
from the beginning, did Maxwell's defense team just miss all
16:40
of this? Maybe the proof at trial established at most
16:46
a single conspiracy. Maxwell's lawyers wrote again with the conspiracy too,
16:51
don't you need more than one person to be involved
16:53
in a conspiracy? Where are all of her co conspirators
16:56
and why are they not indicted? But no mention is
17:01
made of Scottie David nor does the memo even address
17:04
the questions of whether a sexually abused person should have
17:07
been able to serve on the jury or whether that
17:10
juror answered the pre trial questionnaire. Honestly, the memo silence
17:15
on those issues was startling, considering how aggressively Maxwell's lawyers
17:20
had pursued them before. And again, whenever there's smoke, there's fire. Right,
17:25
there's something else going on here, and there's something going
17:28
on behind the scenes, always is. But for me anyway,
17:34
Maxwell and her team they've shown their hand now and
17:36
we see why they were trying to keep it under sealed.
17:38
They have nothing here, and even Juror fifty, it looks
17:41
like they have nothing there. So Glenne Maxwell, like I've
17:45
said for a very long time, better get comfortable in
17:48
that jail cell. Better get comfortable knowing she's going to
17:51
be in prison for the rest of her natural life.
17:56
Miss Maxwell vigorously asserts that she did not receive a
17:59
fair trial because of Juror fifty's presence on the jury
18:03
and potentially the presence of other jurors who were the
18:07
victims of sexual abuse. Mister Everdell had written in his
18:10
letter to Judge Nathan so that was the letter that
18:13
they wrote initially, right, talking about Juror fifty, talking about
18:17
how he corrupted the process, all of that. But in
18:21
the actual court filings there is no mention of any
18:24
of that. So what does that tell you, folks? Nice
18:28
pump fake It's not going to work though. The court
18:33
is on to you, the public is on to you. Hell,
18:36
the whole world is on to you. And you're going
18:39
to have to really prove all of this stuff if
18:43
you want it to work in your favor, because guess
18:45
what you are now? A convicted human trafficker, Glenn Maxwell,
18:51
That's what you are, okay, Not a former socialite, none
18:53
of that. Convicted human trafficker and somebody who, in my opinion,
18:58
is going to spend the rest of their life in prison.
19:02
Enjoy the Boloney sandwiches. All right, folks, that's gonna do
19:06
it for today's morning update. Now, today's Super Bowl Sunday,
19:10
as you all know, so I probably won't be back
19:13
with an evening update. However, there will be context episodes
19:17
coming your way like usual. If you're fans of football
19:21
and you're gonna be sitting around watching the ball game today,
19:23
Hope you all have a great time with your friends
19:25
and your family, all your loved ones, whatever it might be.
19:29
To the rest of you who might not enjoy football, well,
19:32
I hope you enjoy your Sunday doing whatever it is
19:35
you enjoy doing. If you'd like to contact me, you
19:38
can do that at Bobby Capuci at ProtonMail dot com.
19:41
That's b O b b Y c ap you Cci
19:45
at ProtonMail dot com. You can also find me on
19:48
that cesspool Twitter at Bobby Underscore cap you Cci. The
19:55
links that we discussed in this episode can be found
19:58
in the description box. So we've been talking, obviously a
20:02
lot about the Joe exotic of the Windsor family and
20:06
his refusal to do the honorable thing and speak with
20:11
the authorities. Now, remember he is the one who said
20:16
that he would speak to the authorities. Nobody made that
20:20
statement up. Nobody just woke up one day and attributed
20:24
that statement to him. Those words came out of his
20:26
mouth on the interview. And yet he is still refused
20:33
to speak to the authorities, refused to help with the
20:36
investigation and in fact refused to be a man Instead.
20:41
What has he done went in a hid with mummy
20:45
up at Balmoral, ducked and dodged the media, and they
20:52
even had a press release put out saying that no
20:55
pictures were to be allowed to be taken at Bellmoral.
20:59
So he's done everything incomplete opposite of what he said
21:05
he was going to do and who he said he was.
21:10
Someone like this who says they're going to talk to
21:12
the authorities and then does not the lawyers up the
21:17
way he did, and then still refuses to speak to
21:20
the authorities, Well that kind of sends up a few
21:24
red flags because most people would be chomping at the
21:29
bit to clear their name. You mean to tell me
21:33
if this was you, you wouldn't be going crazy to get
21:36
your name cleared. I certainly wouldn't be hiding at my
21:38
mom's house. Not like that would be an option anyway
21:41
for me. But I mean, I don't understand how this
21:46
guy isn't standing on mountaintops declaring his innocence. See what's
21:51
going on here is it's not only his name that's
21:54
in jeopardy, right, He's dragging his whole entire family's name
21:57
through the mud. The whole entire monarchy is on a
22:02
precipice because of this man, and he refuses to step
22:06
up to the plate, he refuses to do what is necessary,
22:12
and even after he was served in a manner that
22:17
is befitting the treaty that has been signed between the
22:21
United States and the UK and the Hay Convention. Even
22:26
though that has occurred, Andrew and his team have been obstinate,
22:31
They've refused to cooperate, they've refused to speak to the authorities. Well,
22:37
it looks like those days are coming to a screeching
22:40
haul of folks because the UK High Court they're ready
22:44
to weigh in on the Prince Andrew situation. And if
22:50
he thinks that he is going to get away with
22:56
all of this, if he thinks that he's not going
22:58
to be served, he is wrong because the High Court
23:01
of the UK, according to this report in Bloomberg, is
23:06
ready to step in and serve his punk ass. So
23:12
what's he gonna do? Now? Where's there to run? Now,
23:14
there's nowhere left to run. The walls are closing in.
23:20
And like we have seen in the other instances in
23:24
this case, once the walls close in in a civil suit,
23:28
and once the civil suit commences, the person who is
23:31
being targeted in that civil suit is in severe jeopardy
23:35
of a criminal suit coming up after it. And we've
23:41
seen it with Maxwell and we've seen it with Epstein
23:44
both in this case, it seems to be the pattern
23:47
that is emerging. And for Prince Andrew, you know that
23:54
his legal team is certainly aware of it. But his
24:00
days of honoring himself and thinking he's going to get
24:05
away with this are coming to a screeching halt. Now again,
24:09
I'm not saying, oh, he's going to prison or you know,
24:12
they're gonna find a judgment against him. He's gonna have
24:15
to answer for this shit though, right, and really that's
24:19
what all of this is about, these people not answering
24:23
for what they have done. So it's definitely a step
24:25
in the right direction, right, gotta walk before we crawl,
24:30
Before you build a skyscraper, you gotta have that foundation, right,
24:34
And each one of these people who get slapped in
24:37
the mouth by the law, well that's another building block
24:40
to build on top of. All right, So let's jump
24:45
in here to Bloomberg and let's see what author Jonathan
24:50
Browning has to say UK Court to weigh in over
24:56
Prince Andrew's sex assault case. Probably not the headline that
25:01
Prince Andrew and his high flying team of lawyers wanted
25:06
to see or hear. Right, certainly not the news you
25:09
want to wake up to if your Prince Andrew knowing
25:12
that your country now is also getting in the mix,
25:16
that the authorities in your home country are now also
25:20
getting involved. And if you don't think that some of
25:27
these folks who are involved in situations such as this
25:36
don't want to blow the doors off of Prince Andrew
25:40
and the royal family, you're wrong, right. I'm sure that
25:45
there's a lot of axes to grind here as far
25:48
as you know, the monarchy and some of the politicians
25:52
in the UK. So again, Andrew's in serious, serious jeopardy here,
26:00
and maybe the UK courts are looking to, you know,
26:04
make a statement that they're they're not going to harbor
26:09
a man like Andrew, They're not going to facilitate his
26:13
avoidance of the law in the United States. That's a
26:18
good sign, right, certainly a good sign to see right
26:21
off of the bat. Now, like usual, though, like we
26:24
always have to be cautious of, we have to make
26:28
sure that they follow through with it, right. It's one
26:31
thing to say something, it's another thing for these people
26:33
to actually follow through with it. So we'll see where
26:36
this all goes. But with the current wins and the
26:40
way things are going in the world right now, I
26:43
would be very, very shocked if the UK courts didn't
26:47
step in and make sure that this becomes more of
26:50
a seamless process because they understand the stakes, right They
26:56
believe me, the people in the UK courts, people, everybody
27:02
understands that this is a big, big, big deal and
27:09
the world is watching. Prince Andrew, who has so far
27:15
avoided responding to a US claim of sexual assault, may
27:19
have to formally answer the lawsuit after the British Court
27:23
said they were prepared to weigh in over the disputed litigation.
27:27
And I know that this was a discussion I was
27:29
having with several people about the UK courts and if
27:33
they would step in or not. And like I said
27:36
during those conversations, I'm not an expert on UK law.
27:40
I really don't know any of the players on the
27:42
stage or anything like that, so I don't have a
27:46
firm grip on what the lawmakers in the UK will
27:50
or will not do. So to see this this morning
27:56
when I woke up, it was pretty interesting, honestly, because
28:00
I really didn't know what to make of the talk
28:04
about the British courts getting involved, because they've seemed to
28:08
be very hesitant to do so thus far. But now
28:13
them signaling that they're willing to be part of the
28:16
process here, I you know, I have a lot more
28:20
confidence that perhaps Scotland Yard and the investigators and the
28:28
legal system of the UK has finally woken up to
28:31
what's going on here and they're starting to take it
28:35
a bit more serious. Perhaps. The second son of Queen
28:41
Elizabeth has been contesting the service of a New York
28:45
suit by a woman who claims she was recruited no more.
28:48
That's let's rephrase that in a suit by a woman
28:52
who was recruited by Jeffrey Epstein as a teenager and
28:56
lent out to the British Royal and other men for sex. Well,
29:00
we haven't proven that part yet, right as far as
29:03
the British Royal goes. So that's alleged, but there's no
29:06
alleged about her being recruited by Jeffrey Epstein as a
29:10
teenager and being lent out. Those are facts. Again, if
29:14
that wasn't the case, why would the estate take on
29:17
the liability and pay out that money. Don't you think
29:20
they would have fought those charges tooth and nail if
29:23
it wasn't true. So they accepted responsibility for what Jeffrey
29:28
Epstein did to Virginia and others. Just so we're clear,
29:37
London's High Court said lawyers representing Virginia Roberts had provided
29:41
new information allowing for judges to accept the request for service.
29:47
The High Court will now take steps to serve the
29:50
Prince unless service is arranged by agreement between the parties.
29:54
A spokesman for the court said in an email Wednesday, YO,
29:58
I hope they send one of those do dudes that
30:00
wears the hat and stands there at attention, you know,
30:03
the red outfit with the big ass black hat. I
30:06
don't know what they're called, the Queen's Guards or something.
30:08
They should send one of those dudes to serve him.
30:11
That would be sick, That would be hilarious or Like
30:14
I've said from the beginning, one of my favorite authors
30:18
is Joe Abercrombie, and he has an incredible, incredible series
30:22
of books, the First Law Trilogy, and one of those
30:26
characters in the book is an inquisitor named san Dan Glocta,
30:31
and the dude is an absolute savage. One of the
30:35
greatest characters ever penned in my opinion as far as
30:38
fantasy goes, I mean right up there with Tiry and Lanister.
30:42
And the dude is an absolute savage when it comes
30:47
to questioning prisoners. So maybe Joe Abercrombie, who is a
30:54
subject of the Queen, maybe he could lend us, mister
30:58
glocta all sticks to go on have a conversation with
31:01
Prince Andrews, since you know the UK courts are getting
31:03
involved in all. The suit was filed last month by Roberts,
31:10
who claims Prince Andrew sexually abused her in Epstein's New
31:14
York home, on his private island in the US Virgin Islands,
31:18
and in the London home of British socialite what co
31:22
conspirator general all around scusbag fellow child abuse her and
31:27
bipedal serpent Glean Maxwell, who is in jail awaiting trial
31:31
on sex trafficking charges. Prince Andrew has denied he had
31:36
ever had sex with Roberts. Yeah, not only deny that, right,
31:39
because if he denied that then it's a he said,
31:42
she said situation, And I'd be a lot less inclined
31:46
to dive in and believe what was being said about him.
31:52
But the problem with him is this, he hasn't just
31:55
denied that, he's denied even knowing Virginia, even though we
31:58
know that's not the case. And you know, I don't
32:02
want to rehash all of that again. We've talked about
32:03
it at nauseum lately. But the fact of the matter
32:07
is this, he's done nothing but lie as far as
32:09
I can tell, whereas Virginia and her claims, as far
32:13
as we know, as far as the circumstantial evidence points,
32:18
certainly seems to be telling the truth here. So when
32:22
you have somebody who's lying about the basic details of
32:26
even meeting somebody, and then somebody else, being Virginia, who
32:30
is providing proof, pictures, corroborated statements, and the rest of it,
32:35
how can anyone believe that this moron is telling the truth. Look,
32:45
you're not hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein because the guy
32:48
had great fashion tips for you. You're not hanging out
32:51
with Jeffrey Epstein because he makes a fantastic plate of
32:56
spotted dick. You were hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein because
33:01
A you love the fact that he had doe and
33:04
B you wanted access to all of those beautiful ladies
33:07
he had around them, and those young ladies he had
33:10
around him. Just be honest, Prince Ling, you're a piece
33:15
of shit. Just admit it and move on with your life.
33:19
The hiding, the ducking, the obfuscating, straight bitch move, and
33:25
the whole world sees it. I mean, look, I'm sure
33:28
there's a few people still that are rallying around mister
33:31
dildo head over here. I'm sure there are. Look, there's
33:34
always some sick people in the world, right, Even like
33:36
with Elizabeth Holmes, you have people who think that she's
33:41
some kind of hero or something. And that's just the
33:44
way society works, right, There's always a few buffoons who
33:47
think they're edgy or whatever. But the fact of the
33:50
matter is this Joe Exotic of the Windsor family has
33:56
straight up lied to us several times. So if you
34:01
want to believe somebody who's lied to you a bunch
34:03
of times, that's cool, that's your business. But me, when
34:07
a motherfucker shows me who they are, I pay attention.
34:13
And we all know what Andrew has shown us and
34:18
who he has shown us to be, So I'm gonna
34:20
take him at his word. Prince Andrew likely must answer
34:27
sex abuse suit, the judge says. The Duke of York
34:30
spokeswoman did not immediately comment on the development. His US
34:34
lawyers didn't respond to a request for comment sent outside
34:37
of usual business hours. The Prince's UK lawyers, who aren't
34:41
instructed on the US matter, declined to comment. Yeah, they
34:44
better decline to comment. And it's no wonder they hired Brettler,
34:49
mister Hollywood hotshot lawyer, mister Southern District of New York
34:57
old chum. They know that that they're in for it now.
35:01
They know that this is serious. This is not something
35:03
that can be ignored, and especially now with the British
35:07
courts weighing in. So old boys getting it from both ends, right,
35:13
He's catching heat from both ends, both sides of the pond. Now,
35:17
where are you gonna go? What are you gonna go?
35:18
Run away and hide with one of your arms dealer
35:20
friends in barn or something, because that's the next step
35:24
for this dude. I'm telling you right now. If this
35:27
was the old days and we're talking about like you know,
35:30
the Tutors or the Plantagenets or William the Conqueror bro
35:36
this guy would have been sent to the furthest flungs
35:38
of the Empire would have been put in London Tower
35:42
until nobody ever saw him again. He certainly wouldn't be
35:47
walking around still and mucking shit up. The guy's in
35:52
absolute embarrassment to the country, to the Queen, and to
35:57
men in general. Honestly. US District Judge Lewis Kaplan said
36:04
this week that the Prince will be properly served sooner
36:07
or later with papers requiring him to respond. A filing
36:12
in the US suit claimed to have successfully delivered the
36:14
lawsuit papers to the Prince at his home in Windsor
36:17
at the end of August. The documents were left at
36:21
the gates of the residents and the agent didn't hand
36:24
them to the Prince directly. Again, it's a game of
36:27
technicalities for these people. They're not interested in the truth
36:32
or whose right, or who's wrong, or what's true and
36:35
what's untrue. All they care about is trying to make
36:39
sure that this dude gets off, and that's the lawyer's job, right.
36:44
But it's not going to be so easy this time.
36:53
According to Roberts, Prince Andrew is liable for battery and
36:57
for intentional infliction of emotional distress. Prince Andrew committed sexual
37:01
assault and battery upon plaintiff when she was seventeen years old,
37:05
she claimed in the complaint. The case is Roberts versus
37:09
Prince Andrew won twenty one Dash CV Dash zero six
37:14
seven zero two at the US District Court, Southern District
37:18
of New York, Manhattan. All right, so things are eating
37:22
up here, right, we got you know, things are moving
37:25
and things are happening behind the scenes that you know
37:28
are going to tell the story of where this all goes.
37:34
And I'm very, very interested to see the response now
37:38
from the Joe exotic of the Windsor family's team in
37:42
light of the UK Court saying it's willing to get
37:45
involved here because this is a new significant hurdle for
37:49
him and his team. Up until this point, he had
37:52
the shroud of protection, if you will, of being in
37:58
the UK, of not being in the United States, of
38:01
hiding at Mummy's house at Balmoral. He had all of
38:05
these advantages before the UK courts decided to step in.
38:09
Now that the UK Court is also involved, those advantages
38:13
have all shriveled up and the walls most certainly are
38:20
closing in. If you'd like to contact me, You can
38:24
do that at Bobby Kapuci at ProtonMail dot com. That's
38:28
bo bb Y c ap u Cci at ProtonMail dot com.
38:35
You can also find me on Twitter at Bobby Underscore
38:39
c ap Ucci. All of the links that go with
38:43
this episode can be found in the description box. Today,
38:47
we're gonna dive right back in to the whole entire
38:51
Prince Andrew situation and the confidential document that he requested
38:56
be turned over to him. Now we know that the
38:59
court agreed, We know that David Boyse and Virginia's legal
39:03
team they agreed as well. Well. Now the estate has
39:07
also agreed, so there is no impediment to the Joe
39:11
Exotic of the Windsor Family aka Prince Andrew getting this document.
39:20
So that's one rest technicality that we have to deal with. Hopefully,
39:25
hopefully he'll get this document, Brettler will look over it,
39:28
see that it means nothing, and we'll keep it moving
39:32
because I have had my fill of technicalities and loopholes
39:36
from these people. Today is the three year anniversary of
39:40
the podcast, Folks, three years every single day on air
39:46
airing these dudes out, and we're gonna be here every
39:52
day until this trial ends. But the fact remains that
39:59
with this document coming to the forefront here now and
40:03
everybody agreeing to it, hopefully we can move past the
40:08
technicality and loophole issue here at least and get down
40:13
to some of the meat and the potatoes. Everybody has
40:19
been calling for the same thing, Prince Andrew to answer questions,
40:23
and he wouldn't even do that for all these years now,
40:29
especially since his interview on the BBC. He talked about
40:33
how honorable he was and how he's willing to help authorities,
40:38
and we knew none of that's true. If he wanted
40:40
to help authorities, he wouldn't be talking about it, he'd
40:43
be doing it. And they had the strategy of mum's
40:49
the word, let's keep quiet, let's not talk about anything.
40:52
We'll just shut our mouths and hope this goes away. Well,
40:55
that's not going to work, certainly not going to work
40:58
with somebody like Virginia. So now he's forced to actually
41:04
come to terms with the reality that he's going to
41:07
have to answer these questions. And for Prince Andrew, we
41:13
all know that's not going to be an easy task.
41:17
We saw how he acted with Emily Maitliss talking to him.
41:21
Imagine an FBI interrogator would not end well for Prince Andrew,
41:26
so his team is trying to maneuver behind the scenes
41:29
to make sure that doesn't happen. They don't want this
41:32
to ever get to court. They don't want him sitting
41:35
down to get deposed, they don't want any of it.
41:39
In their perfect world, this all gets thrown out. The
41:42
document that's being released will be the the straw that
41:45
breaks the camel's back. They'll get it thrown out, and
41:48
the Prince will be on his way to go in
41:50
grifts steel and have shooting parties to his heart's delight.
41:56
That's the scenario they hope play out in reality. I
42:01
don't think that's going to be the case. I think
42:05
Prince Andrew's in some jeopardy here, folks. Now, not criminal,
42:09
but as far as civily goes, there is a lot
42:14
of jeopardy for Andrew here. And now that we're going
42:19
to be able to probably get rid of this document
42:23
and put it in the past, they're gonna have to
42:25
come up with another strategy. And unless that strategy has
42:29
something to do with, you know, the truth, I don't
42:32
think they have that gread of a chance because remember,
42:35
they're not going against some jerk off lawyer. They're not
42:38
going against some you know, better call Saul knockoff. They're
42:43
going out, you know, up against a very powerful lawyer
42:46
in his own right, with a lot of resources of
42:48
his own. So when that's the case and the lawyers
42:52
are basically you know, locking horns as equals in the courtroom,
42:56
it comes down to a who has the connections and
43:01
then be well, who's telling the truth. And I think
43:07
when all is said and done here, I think Andrew's
43:09
gonna end up on the losing end. Is That's what
43:13
I think will end up happening. However long this takes.
43:17
Either there'll be some sort of settlement out of court
43:19
that he'll have to pay money, or it'll be a
43:21
judgment against him. That's my personal opinion. Now I don't
43:24
have anything to back that up. I don't have any
43:27
you know, sources or inside info about it. That's just
43:29
my gut feeling. And that's why he's fighting so hard
43:33
to not even get to that point. All right. So
43:38
our article today is from Law and Crime and Adam Klasfeld.
43:44
And again, if you guys aren't following Adam Klassfeld on
43:46
Twitter or social media or whatever, you probably should. He
43:50
has great insight when it comes to things in the
43:53
realm of the legal land, and especially has given some
43:57
really good insight throughout this whole entire Epstein's situation. So
44:02
I would definitely suggest checking him out if you're not
44:04
familiar with his work. Headline Jeffrey Epstein's estate agrees to
44:10
disclose confidential deal requested by Prince Andrew. Court documents say
44:17
Jeffrey Epstein's estate has agreed to disclose a confidential settlement
44:21
agreement that Prince Andrew invoked in an attempt to scuttle
44:24
a lawsuit filed against him by Virginia Roberts, a US
44:28
court filing revealed on Thursday. So that just means everybody's
44:32
in agreement here, David boys, Prince Andrew's people and the
44:40
state as well as the court, that this is okay
44:45
for this document be given to Prince Andrew for his
44:48
team to take a look at and to see what's what. Now.
44:52
They're all biz they're going to find something in there
44:54
that helps Prince Andrew get rid of this lawsuit altogether.
45:00
They're hoping that it gives him cover. But according to
45:05
David Boyes and other people close to the situation. It
45:08
doesn't look like that's going to occur. During a court
45:14
hearing on September thirteenth, the Prince's attorney, Andrew Brettler, claimed
45:18
the deal would expose Robert's lawsuit as baseless, non viable,
45:22
and potentially unlawful. There has been a settlement agreement that
45:26
the plaintiff has entered into in a prior action that
45:30
releases the Duke and others from any and all potential liability,
45:36
Bretler said earlier this month to US District Judge Lewis Kaplan,
45:40
who appeared to have little patience for the claim. Yeah,
45:43
because it's a stupid claim. All right, Let's be real.
45:47
Prince Andrew was not in the employee of Jeffrey Epstein?
45:49
Was he not to our knowledge? And if he was,
45:53
boy that's a story in itself. Prince Andrew wasn't you know,
46:00
to Jeffrey Epstein except for a friend supposedly. So how
46:03
could this agreement have anything to do or have any
46:06
bearing on Prince Andrew. It's such a reach by his
46:11
team that it's not even funny. Another way to muddy
46:14
things up, another way to try and steer everybody into
46:19
the mud and out of the clear water. At the time,
46:26
the Prince had been disputing that Robert served him properly
46:29
with the lawsuit, and the judge wanted to resolve that
46:32
issue before turning to different arguments. Prince Andrew formally stipulated
46:37
last week that Robert successfully served him with the court papers.
46:41
Oh yeah, did she really? Oh thanks, Prince Andrew. This
46:45
guy's such a clown, him and his team, all of them.
46:48
You should have accepted the papers right away. This was inevitable.
46:52
The fact that you won't even accept the papers to
46:55
battle it out in the courtroom tells me everything I
46:58
need to know about you. Robert's high powered attorney, David Boyce,
47:06
called the Epstein agreement in question irrelevant to the Duke
47:09
the Duke's case, but the attorney agreed he has a
47:12
right to see it. Although we believe that the release
47:15
is irrelevant to the case against Prince Andrew. Now that
47:18
service has been accepted and the case is proceeding to
47:21
a determination on the merits, we believe that the Council
47:25
for Prince Andrew have a right to review the release
47:28
and to make whatever arguments they believe appropriate based on it.
47:32
Boys wrote in a letter on September twenty third. So
47:35
what that says to me is that David Boys is
47:37
pretty confident that this documentation is not going to have
47:41
any bearing on the outcome of this case. That's what
47:45
it says to me. Again, I could be wrong. He
47:48
could just be floss and and flexing and acting like
47:50
he's confident. I don't know, but when you look at
47:54
his reaction to this and his comments, it certainly seems
47:57
to me that he's confident that this document is going
48:02
to mean nothing. The agreement is currently under a protective
48:10
order in Robert's litigation with former Epstein lawyer and professor
48:14
at Harvard Law School, Alan Dershowitz, Roberts has also accused
48:18
Dershowitz of sexually abusing her. Dershowitz, who denied the allegations,
48:23
countersued Roberts for defamation. Look, Alan Dershowitz is one of
48:28
the most reprehensible people I have ever ever had the
48:35
disgusting luck of hearing about in my life. I just
48:40
do not like the man, the way he goes about himself,
48:42
the way he carries himself, and certainly the way he
48:46
manipulates the law. We all know that when you're hiring
48:51
Alan Dershowitz. You're not hiring him for the courtroom. You're
48:54
hiring him because he has access to all of his
48:56
buddies at Harvard who litter. On Thursday, Boys followed up
49:02
with another letter informing the judge presiding over this dispute
49:06
about the breakthrough regarding Epstein's estate. Jeffrey Epstein's estate has
49:10
now consented to Miss Roberts providing a copy of the
49:13
confidential agreement at issue to Prince Andrew. Boys told uh
49:18
Senior US District Judge Loretta Presca, we thus request permission
49:22
from the Court the Court pursuant to this Court's protective
49:26
order to furnish a copy of the release to Prince
49:29
Andrew's council. So again, sure seems like Boys and company
49:34
here are like, all right, here's the document, Bring it on,
49:38
let's see what you got. And I'm pretty interested to
49:43
see where this all goes, what comes of this. Roberts,
49:53
one of the most widely known women to accuse since
49:56
deceased sex offender Jeffrey Epstein of abuse, has sued three
49:59
other people for allegedly sexually exploiting her. Robert's Sybil complaint
50:04
alleging that accused sex trafficker Glainne Maxwell turned her into
50:08
Epstein's sex slave, helped spark the British heiress's criminal prosecution.
50:13
The lawsuits against Alan Dershowitz and Prince Andrew sprung from
50:16
allegations that first became public during the litigation with Maxwell. Now,
50:22
that was all during the deposition, and the stuff that
50:26
Virginia talked about in that deposition very very disturbing, and
50:31
it's obvious that prosecutors believed her because well, Maxwell is
50:36
charged with perjury based on her responses during that deposition.
50:44
Robert's latest lawsuit accuses Prince Andrew of sexually assaulting her
50:48
in three locations, Epstein's New York mansion and private island
50:51
in the US Virgin Islands, as well as Maxwell's London home.
50:56
The latter locale is where the Prince was pictured with
50:58
his arm around Robert's waist. And that's the clincher for me.
51:03
That's the evidence. That is the Locke evidence, right, the
51:07
evidence that you look at it and you're like, oh, man,
51:09
I don't know how you get over that dude has
51:13
a picture with her at Maxwell's house, arm around her barrel,
51:17
Wiste and then he has the audacity to say he
51:20
doesn't even know her. Nobody's believing that. Roberts filed her
51:29
claims on August ninth, as the window was closing on
51:32
the New York Child Victims Act, which suspended the statute
51:35
of limitations on civil allegations involving alleged sexual abuse against miners.
51:41
She was seventeen years old when she alleges the conduct occurred.
51:45
Andrew has not been charged with any crimes. The Prince's
51:48
attorney did not immediately respond to an email requesting comment. Yeah,
51:53
that's the mo of these guys. They're not going to
51:55
say nothing. Andrew's people, Mum's the word, folks. That's how
52:00
it's been for a while. Now. With Bretler being involved,
52:04
it might become a little different. He's a Hollywood guy.
52:07
Might take to a little more public denial or whatever.
52:11
We'll have to see. But as of now, we've heard
52:14
nothing pretty much from the Joe Exotic of the Windsor
52:17
Families camp, and I don't expect that to change, all right. So,
52:24
also tomorrow we have a there's a new article out
52:28
in Politico about the fund and it's relatively long. So
52:32
I'm going to do it in a couple of pieces
52:34
starting tomorrow morning. I think that's the best way to
52:38
do those long articles. It's worked out for us in
52:40
the past like that. I'll probably break it down into
52:42
three pieces and then that way you folks can digest
52:46
it a little bit at a time, as opposed to
52:49
going through, you know, a marathon hour and a half
52:52
or whatever it may be. So that's gonna be that
52:56
for today and for tomorrow. That's what you can expect. Obviously,
53:01
if anything else happens, we get some breaking news or
53:04
something that turns the case on its head, I'll definitely
53:07
be back. But if not, we will pick up where
53:12
we left off tomorrow. If you'd like to contact me,
