- 0:00Speaker 1: I'm getting Urban Dictionary fines and it's talking about like
- 0:03Speaker 1: tennis rackets and stuff. It says, first you must find syrup. Second,
- 0:06Speaker 1: you must find an unwilling participant. Remove the shirt of
- 0:09Speaker 1: the individual you found. Then place a tennis racket across
- 0:12Speaker 1: the belly. Take syrup and pour it on the racket
- 0:15Speaker 1: while pressing the racket and against the belly. Do not
- 0:19Speaker 1: forge to chant awful waffle. It's humiliating and brings hours
- 0:24Speaker 1: of entertainment to your camp experience. This is mentioned several times.
- 0:28Speaker 1: It's at camp. I never went to camp.
- 0:31Speaker 2: I'm never sending a kid to camp. Now, stay out
- 0:34Speaker 2: of my fish.
- 0:35Speaker 3: It's there.
- 0:41Speaker 2: I was like, can you see me? I couldn't see
- 0:43Speaker 2: this me either way. The voice you're hearing, it's me.
- 0:46Speaker 2: It's Matt Spard Douger mean as always, a Brandon Jay McDermott,
- 0:49Speaker 2: the golden voice on the Internet and the one the
- 0:52Speaker 2: only you've been fucking of fellas. It's been a week
- 0:55Speaker 2: and I feel like we're all just like you didn't
- 1:00Speaker 2: wake up with snow that actually stuck to the ground
- 1:02Speaker 2: like we did. How much to get a couple of inches,
- 1:07Speaker 2: you know, just enough to appease her.
- 1:10Speaker 1: That's right.
- 1:11Speaker 3: So, but you guys are still going to get snow
- 1:13Speaker 3: for the next potential for it, right for the next
- 1:15Speaker 3: what month? Yeah?
- 1:16Speaker 2: Probably. I was looking at the forecast before it was
- 1:20Speaker 2: going to be in the twenties for most of the
- 1:22Speaker 2: lows coming up for the next ten days. Yep, ten days,
- 1:27Speaker 2: thirty five low, thirty three low thirty three, thirty three,
- 1:31Speaker 2: twenty twenty.
- 1:32Speaker 3: Yeah, we're we're we're in the spot now where it's
- 1:35Speaker 3: still the highs are up and down in the sixties
- 1:37Speaker 3: and seventies, but the lows are kind of topping out
- 1:39Speaker 3: in the upper forties, lower fifties.
- 1:41Speaker 2: M hm.
- 1:42Speaker 1: And we might get the occasional storm, you know, we're
- 1:44Speaker 1: getting hail, we're getting high winds and everything else. But
- 1:47Speaker 1: I would still take them high sixty days over snow
- 1:50Speaker 1: in twenties any day.
- 1:52Speaker 2: Yeah. I mean, there's a couple of days the highs
- 1:54Speaker 2: in the fifties, so it's gonna be wild. Because in
- 1:58Speaker 2: New York with softball and baseball season, they have to
- 2:01Speaker 2: be done as the kids are like getting ready to
- 2:04Speaker 2: take their state tests, which usually like the beginning first
- 2:06Speaker 2: week of June or so, so that means and then
- 2:08Speaker 2: they sprinkled in the spring break, then they sprinkle in
- 2:10Speaker 2: senior trips and then proms, so they essentially are going
- 2:15Speaker 2: to have to play almost every day of the week
- 2:17Speaker 2: to try to get in a softball season. And it
- 2:19Speaker 2: just doesn't make sense why they do softball in the
- 2:21Speaker 2: spring when they could flop it to a fall and
- 2:24Speaker 2: get all the games in and not have to rush them.
- 2:28Speaker 2: But what do I know.
- 2:29Speaker 1: You Well, now they're talking about Missouri's getting flag football
- 2:34Speaker 1: as a sanctioned sport or whatever, so it's gonna be
- 2:39Speaker 1: for women. And I was like, hey, that's pretty cool.
- 2:41Speaker 1: I was like, that's I'd watch my daughter tear up
- 2:43Speaker 1: some flag football.
- 2:44Speaker 2: And knowing your daughter she is going to sign up
- 2:46Speaker 2: and play.
- 2:47Speaker 1: One hundred percent.
- 2:47Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 2:48Speaker 1: I even told her. I was like, hey, that flag football.
- 2:49Speaker 1: She's like ah, and I was like listen. I was like,
- 2:52Speaker 1: they're only introducing it into a few schools. I was like,
- 2:54Speaker 1: by the time that maybe you're a senior of flag football, dude,
- 2:57Speaker 1: I think that'd be fun to watch too. And you know,
- 3:00Speaker 1: I sent Sarah with in a pickle radio the menu
- 3:04Speaker 1: for the neighboring town's ball association for their concession stand
- 3:09Speaker 1: and the prices are cheap. I think the most expensive
- 3:11Speaker 1: thing on there was six bucks. Maybe I might even
- 3:15Speaker 1: have to look at that. Now I have it pretty
- 3:17Speaker 1: handy here, so there it is. So the most expensive
- 3:21Speaker 1: thing on here is actually five dollars, and that is
- 3:24Speaker 1: for pulled pork nachos.
- 3:26Speaker 2: Damn, that's a good price.
- 3:28Speaker 1: You know, you need a pulled pork sandwich for four dollars.
- 3:32Speaker 1: A hot dog runs you at two bucks. Cheeseburger three
- 3:36Speaker 1: p fifty. It's not bad, it's not bad. But and
- 3:40Speaker 1: you can even get bubble gum five pieces for twenty
- 3:43Speaker 1: five cents. So children, grab your quarters, get you some
- 3:47Speaker 1: bubble gum ring pops and blowpops. I mean, but she
- 3:51Speaker 1: just she could not believe that the pulled pork nachos were,
- 3:53Speaker 1: you know, was still on the menu, and the fact
- 3:54Speaker 1: that it's pretty consistent here, like that's a staple. You know,
- 3:58Speaker 1: if we say, hey, you're not having hot dogs today,
- 4:00Speaker 1: that's cool, all the pulled pork sandwich because I know
- 4:03Speaker 1: you're guaranteed to have that.
- 4:06Speaker 2: That's solid there. Yeah, we don't get that around these parts.
- 4:09Speaker 2: Hot dogs, cheap burgers.
- 4:13Speaker 3: So you were talking meats, and I decided to take
- 4:18Speaker 3: a plunge recently. And I know you guys. You guys
- 4:21Speaker 3: probably take part in content creator like stuff that they
- 4:25Speaker 3: have more than I do. But there's this hot sauce
- 4:28Speaker 3: guy that's been around for a long time. I know
- 4:30Speaker 3: you guys have heard of him, and I bought a
- 4:33Speaker 3: bunch of his hot sauces and I also bought uh
- 4:36Speaker 3: some syrups from him, and I have been blown away
- 4:39Speaker 3: by this dude. Do you guys know who I'm talking about?
- 4:42Speaker 1: Oh, okay, I've seen his videos, but I don't follow
- 4:46Speaker 1: him off, but yeah, I know.
- 4:48Speaker 3: Him, pepper Belly Pete.
- 4:50Speaker 2: Pepper Belly Pete.
- 4:51Speaker 1: Never heard of him, so he has he has the
- 4:53Speaker 1: spices on a belt. You would see him where's overalls.
- 4:59Speaker 1: I swear you you probably come across one of his videos.
- 5:01Speaker 3: He's got wristbands with hot sauce holder, a wristband holder
- 5:04Speaker 3: for ot sauces and stuff.
- 5:06Speaker 1: The dude is locked and loaded this time like he is. Yes,
- 5:10Speaker 1: and he has a good beard as well, so he
- 5:12Speaker 1: definitely will be on your feet as well.
- 5:14Speaker 3: But one of the things I bought was uh, and
- 5:18Speaker 3: he he didn't. This is completely I paid out of
- 5:20Speaker 3: pocket for the record, but was pecan syrup, which if
- 5:26Speaker 3: you're not a fan of pecanji ain't gonna like it.
- 5:28Speaker 3: But it came with pecans in there, so like you, Oh,
- 5:30Speaker 3: it was so buttery and so good. And then there
- 5:33Speaker 3: was this apple pie syrup, which I've yet to try,
- 5:36Speaker 3: but I am really excited for it.
- 5:39Speaker 1: But I had no idea that he made syrups, dude,
- 5:42Speaker 1: And I can't remember if it was on this podcast
- 5:44Speaker 1: or if its body wrong, but I mentioned butter pecan
- 5:47Speaker 1: syrup as being the staple syrup I don't. I will
- 5:51Speaker 1: be upset if I have to have. If I'm making
- 5:54Speaker 1: pancakes or waffles at my house and I'm like, yes,
- 5:55Speaker 1: everything's done, all right, let me grab the butter out,
- 5:58Speaker 1: let me grab everything else. And then I grabs and
- 6:00Speaker 1: I'm like, ah, there's no butter pecone, there's only regular.
- 6:03Speaker 3: Maple or whatever.
- 6:05Speaker 1: The again, peasants, this is ridiculous. I've got a lot
- 6:08Speaker 1: of third world problems here that I'm mentioning today, but
- 6:10Speaker 1: that is definitely one of them. If I'm having maple syrup,
- 6:13Speaker 1: my day's ruined.
- 6:14Speaker 3: Absolutely rude.
- 6:15Speaker 2: Give me that butter gone, man. I'm a I'm a
- 6:17Speaker 2: maple syrup fan. Through and through. Just give me the
- 6:21Speaker 2: og right from the source, because you know, we're in
- 6:25Speaker 2: Maple City, the Maple Trail. You can go tap your
- 6:27Speaker 2: own tree, all that good stuff. But actually we took today.
- 6:30Speaker 2: We had some older cinnamon rolls. I'm not sure how
- 6:34Speaker 2: long I think they've been in the fridge, about a week.
- 6:36Speaker 2: Figure they're still good. Threw them in the air forray
- 6:38Speaker 2: a little bit, drizzled some plain old maple syrup on
- 6:42Speaker 2: top of it. My day wasn't ruined because god damn
- 6:44Speaker 2: a good homemade and it was like the wife's grandma
- 6:47Speaker 2: made these homemade cinnamon rolls.
- 6:49Speaker 3: Oh god damn.
- 6:52Speaker 1: I'm just maple syrup is okay, right, and so are
- 6:56Speaker 1: hand jobs. But if you get the opportunity to have
- 6:58Speaker 1: a blow job, that's what butter precan syrup is.
- 7:01Speaker 2: Like.
- 7:02Speaker 1: You know, well, I guess I should rephrase that because
- 7:04Speaker 1: I'm not going to be unhappy if I have a
- 7:05Speaker 1: hand job either. Poor phrasing, but still, yes, go ahead bring.
- 7:09Speaker 3: I'm sorry, No, you're good man. That was way better
- 7:11Speaker 3: than what I was gonna say. Matt, though, touched on
- 7:15Speaker 3: cinnamon rolls, and I just remembered that I had a
- 7:18Speaker 3: good listener of the show won a bunch of these
- 7:21Speaker 3: gift cards to a local meat store. And in the
- 7:26Speaker 3: meat store and they sell like specialty atams, like cinnamon rolls,
- 7:30Speaker 3: and they're freeze frozen section and they've got these one
- 7:32Speaker 3: cinnamon rolls that you don't even need icing there. They're
- 7:35Speaker 3: so damn good. Well, he goes out and he buys
- 7:37Speaker 3: like eight, you're ten of these things and brings him
- 7:39Speaker 3: to my house because he's just a good guy. And
- 7:41Speaker 3: I'm like, dude, like those gift cards are for you, man,
- 7:43Speaker 3: you didn't have to He's like, ah no, they didn't
- 7:45Speaker 3: worry about it. I've got like eight packs of cinnamon
- 7:48Speaker 3: rolls in my freezer right now, and I've got that
- 7:50Speaker 3: apple pie, oh, that butter pecan. I think I might
- 7:54Speaker 3: waffle some of these too.
- 7:58Speaker 1: Have you seen like the load did waffles where people
- 8:01Speaker 1: are putting like bacon and hash browns and stuff like
- 8:04Speaker 1: that in there and smashing everything together. Oh, my Lanta.
- 8:08Speaker 2: That's what you need to do at the concession stand.
- 8:10Speaker 2: You need to just waffle some Just take the the
- 8:13Speaker 2: pulled pork nachos and put them in waffle form.
- 8:18Speaker 1: Oh now that's Moneything's better, isn't there people that that
- 8:22Speaker 1: is their whole content, as they just take normal meals
- 8:25Speaker 1: and put them into waffle form.
- 8:27Speaker 2: I saw something the other day and it made perfect sense.
- 8:29Speaker 2: I can't remember what it was, but if you needed
- 8:32Speaker 2: to add like a say, ketchup or a hot sauce
- 8:34Speaker 2: or something, it just made so much more sense to
- 8:35Speaker 2: be in waffle form. So you had those little pockets
- 8:38Speaker 2: where the sauce could be in there, and it was
- 8:39Speaker 2: just god damn.
- 8:42Speaker 3: So I must say, Uh totally had a brain fright there.
- 8:46Speaker 3: So I lost it, but it was gonna be good, though,
- 8:49Speaker 3: it was gonna be real good.
- 8:51Speaker 1: Any anything can be waffled, and honestly, if there you go,
- 8:54Speaker 1: that's bring it back.
- 8:55Speaker 3: You start that waffle restaurant. I just got the name
- 9:00Speaker 3: for you. It's perfect. It's it's it's a it's a
- 9:02Speaker 3: play on words. It doesn't make sense, but it will
- 9:05Speaker 3: the awful Waffle.
- 9:08Speaker 1: I think that's actually a place already.
- 9:10Speaker 3: I will, damn it.
- 9:10Speaker 1: I think I've heard that before. Hold on, was that
- 9:12Speaker 1: in a cartoon or something?
- 9:14Speaker 3: Because I always wanted to make the Falaffel waffle.
- 9:19Speaker 1: Well, speaking of weird things to my nephew had a
- 9:22Speaker 1: trip to Nebraska, yes, Friday, and he had like a
- 9:27Speaker 1: field trip or whatever, and he was texting, uh, my
- 9:31Speaker 1: son while we were on our trip down to uh
- 9:34Speaker 1: mid Missouri.
- 9:36Speaker 3: Uh.
- 9:36Speaker 1: They're like, hey, uh we stopped and he's like, I
- 9:39Speaker 1: stopped in at at this place in Nebraska and he's
- 9:40Speaker 1: like it was called Runza and he goes awful, don't
- 9:43Speaker 1: recommend it you. I wanted to call you up and
- 9:47Speaker 1: be like, hey man, everything that you've said about this
- 9:50Speaker 1: apparently is a lie because this ten year old that
- 9:53Speaker 1: is a.
- 9:55Speaker 3: Mac and cheese and chicken nuggies, Mommy, I want some
- 9:58Speaker 3: ranch out here.
- 10:00Speaker 1: And I believe he even said overpriced, but he sounds
- 10:03Speaker 1: like an old man because I don't think he just
- 10:04Speaker 1: realizes just how everything is priced nowadays. But it was
- 10:07Speaker 1: funny hearing him just saying disgusting and overpriced.
- 10:10Speaker 3: I would put seriously, if you go there, you have
- 10:12Speaker 3: to try a Runza. Any kind doesn't matter. They've got
- 10:14Speaker 3: barbecue ones, they've got a cheeseburger one, they've got a
- 10:17Speaker 3: Swiss mushroom one, they've got a regular cheese one. But
- 10:19Speaker 3: you have to try one of them. But additionally, they're
- 10:22Speaker 3: cheeseburgers are patty freshly fresh daily, never frozen beef. I've
- 10:26Speaker 3: seen him do it. It's so good. Their cheeseburgers are so good.
- 10:29Speaker 3: I put I put it top five fast food burgers
- 10:32Speaker 3: I've ever had.
- 10:36Speaker 2: That's a that's a high praise.
- 10:39Speaker 3: It's a fast food restaurant in Nebraska, and there's some
- 10:41Speaker 3: in Iowa. I think maybe one in Missouri. Maybe not.
- 10:45Speaker 3: I thought. I don't know if the closest was fal
- 10:47Speaker 3: City or something like that to you, but.
- 10:49Speaker 2: I want to I want to circle back to the
- 10:50Speaker 2: Awful Waffle. I don't know if you've done some stuff too,
- 10:52Speaker 2: but the came up when you searched because I used
- 10:55Speaker 2: I used Google right, and it came up, and apparently
- 10:57Speaker 2: it's telling me that there was a restaurant located where
- 11:01Speaker 2: I live that was named this that is now permanently closed.
- 11:05Speaker 2: And I can tell you that I have never heard
- 11:08Speaker 2: of this, so I don't. I'm curious what your Google
- 11:10Speaker 2: brought up, because it told me that the Awful Waffle
- 11:13Speaker 2: is a trouble Booster pedal from Keiley Electronics for its
- 11:17Speaker 2: unique creamy dissertation distortion. There was an extra TM missed distortion.
- 11:25Speaker 1: I uh, I don't know if you guys want to
- 11:27Speaker 1: see the one when I got on Google because my god, dude,
- 11:29Speaker 1: I'm getting I'm getting Urban Dictionary fines and it's talking
- 11:33Speaker 1: about like tennis rackets and stuff. It says, first you
- 11:37Speaker 1: must find syrup. Second, you must find an unwilling participant.
- 11:39Speaker 1: Remove the shirt of the individual you found. Then place
- 11:42Speaker 1: a tennis racket across the belly. Take syrup and pour
- 11:45Speaker 1: it on the racket while pressing the racket and against
- 11:49Speaker 1: the belly. Do not forge to chant awful waffle. It's
- 11:54Speaker 1: humiliating and brings hours of entertainment to your camp experience.
- 11:58Speaker 1: This is mentioned several times. It's at camp. I never
- 12:02Speaker 1: went to camp.
- 12:03Speaker 2: I'm never sending a kid to camp now.
- 12:05Speaker 3: So I sent you an article. I didn't realize this,
- 12:08Speaker 3: maybe that this is like an unlocked nostalgic thing for me.
- 12:11Speaker 3: Do you guys remember the TV show Salute Your Shorts
- 12:14Speaker 3: from Nickelodeon.
- 12:15Speaker 2: That's the other thing I found.
- 12:17Speaker 3: There was the awful waffle comes from there. I didn't realize.
- 12:20Speaker 3: Maybe it's a core memory. I used to love the show,
- 12:23Speaker 3: but core memory I must not have like thought of
- 12:25Speaker 3: because now I have. But there it is. It was.
- 12:30Speaker 2: There's also the Awful Waffle in Provo, Utah.
- 12:36Speaker 1: I'm also seeing that it's a residential building at four
- 12:38Speaker 1: thirty two Park Avenue in Manhattan, New York, named for
- 12:43Speaker 1: its ugly architecture and overwhelming height.
- 12:47Speaker 2: Yeah, it's said that there was a restaurant that was
- 12:52Speaker 2: in this area. That's really weird. I'm not buying it. Oh,
- 12:55Speaker 2: the Awful Waffles us on Instagram has some pretty good stuff. Hmm. Interesting.
- 13:04Speaker 1: I don't mind's gonna be the Awful Blue Waffle. And
- 13:06Speaker 1: I don't think out.
- 13:07Speaker 3: There it is there it is.
- 13:10Speaker 2: Yeah, it's all over. There's a damn it. I'm sorry, Brandon.
- 13:13Speaker 2: It was a good idea. Somebody just beat us to
- 13:16Speaker 2: it about a waffle placed it'd be get some some
- 13:21Speaker 2: good profit margins. It's hard to come up with a
- 13:24Speaker 2: like a restaurant or an idea that nobody else is doing.
- 13:27Speaker 2: And usually when things get popular all over the world,
- 13:30Speaker 2: then ten years later somebody brings one to my area
- 13:32Speaker 2: and the fed's kind of over.
- 13:33Speaker 1: So, like, how expensive could it be to make some waffles?
- 13:37Speaker 2: That's what I'm saying.
- 13:38Speaker 1: You know what I mean? I could be one of
- 13:42Speaker 1: those things where people line up, you have flavors of
- 13:44Speaker 1: the month you have it where certain week is that
- 13:46Speaker 1: you're like a special for like a mood. I don't
- 13:48Speaker 1: know what, you know what I mean, like people would
- 13:50Speaker 1: line up or something like that. Look what they do
- 13:51Speaker 1: with cupcakes and cookies. Crumble cookies. Those are terrible, by
- 13:56Speaker 1: the way, crumble cookies.
- 13:59Speaker 3: I honestly feel like I feel like we all spend
- 14:03Speaker 3: way too much time with our air fryers, and we
- 14:04Speaker 3: should spend more time with our waffle makers, because like
- 14:09Speaker 3: she's the side piece that you.
- 14:11Speaker 4: Know, honestly, and I'm the first that I've neglected her,
- 14:14Speaker 4: and I think I'm gonna pull her out and use
- 14:17Speaker 4: her for many things with that include eggs and bacon
- 14:19Speaker 4: and cheese and cinnamon rolls, and it's gonna be a
- 14:23Speaker 4: hell of a time.
- 14:23Speaker 3: Boys.
- 14:24Speaker 2: Should we should challenge ourselves just seven days, seven meals,
- 14:28Speaker 2: all with the waffle maker, not doing just waffles, although
- 14:32Speaker 2: I could live off waffles and just playing maple syrup
- 14:35Speaker 2: pretty much any day.
- 14:38Speaker 1: You know what this is? We may agree with Spaghettio's,
- 14:41Speaker 1: but we can disagree on syrup. Okay, that's uh. I
- 14:45Speaker 1: don't know again, I prefer a sloppy beecher. I would
- 14:49Speaker 1: rather have the butter pecan.
- 14:50Speaker 2: I've never had it, so I can't. I'm not saying
- 14:54Speaker 2: it's it's not top tier. I've just it's just never
- 14:57Speaker 2: been on my radar.
- 14:58Speaker 3: I will give Matt this that he is. I mean,
- 15:00Speaker 3: he's in the heart of like where it's at. Like
- 15:02Speaker 3: we probably haven't even actually ever had real maple syrup before.
- 15:07Speaker 1: That'd be like him critiquing us on barbecue.
- 15:10Speaker 2: Yeah, there's not much of that.
- 15:15Speaker 3: I wanted to share something else with you boys. So
- 15:18Speaker 3: my wife wife and I we get delivery from Walmart
- 15:21Speaker 3: sometimes because we're like lazy and shit, never do produce
- 15:25Speaker 3: because we've gotten so many packs of strawberries with mold
- 15:29Speaker 3: on them, like it's not even funny. So never never
- 15:32Speaker 3: do your own. Never do that. Always get your own
- 15:34Speaker 3: produce whatever. But there's a couple of things like that.
- 15:35Speaker 3: But I'm getting this. You remember the instant putting, the
- 15:41Speaker 3: jello instant putting mixes. Have you guys seen the ones
- 15:44Speaker 3: that have Milky Way dark chocolate, Dove dark chocolate, And
- 15:49Speaker 3: then there was another one I forgot what it was.
- 15:51Speaker 3: It was like not butterfinger, but something like that. But
- 15:54Speaker 3: that was the pudding, but that flavor from Walmart and
- 15:59Speaker 3: I'm getting eascake and I'm getting this pudding. Ah, it's
- 16:04Speaker 3: gonna be so good.
- 16:06Speaker 1: It in my mouth. That sounds good.
- 16:08Speaker 2: We had we had the cheesecake one within the last week.
- 16:12Speaker 2: It was just like the normal Jello brand or whatever,
- 16:15Speaker 2: and it was pretty damn good.
- 16:17Speaker 1: I like some good pudding, you know, and my favorite
- 16:21Speaker 1: banana cream pie. Mm hmmmm, I like them both, my
- 16:25Speaker 1: two favorite things.
- 16:28Speaker 2: Yeah, that's I'm trying. I was trying to look up
- 16:30Speaker 2: real quick some of the other flavors. But yeah, we
- 16:33Speaker 2: we've been messling with the old pudding. I mean, it's
- 16:35Speaker 2: a cheap meal. I think you can get it for
- 16:36Speaker 2: like a buck.
- 16:36Speaker 1: Oh look at that. Well that sounds so good. Oh
- 16:40Speaker 1: my god, snickers. Yeah, bro, there was trying to lose weight,
- 16:45Speaker 1: but that's uh, that's not gonna help out at all.
- 16:48Speaker 1: Do the Milky Way wine. I will with it.
- 16:51Speaker 3: Now.
- 16:51Speaker 1: You said you said Dove dark chocolate.
- 16:53Speaker 3: Yes, get that out of here.
- 16:55Speaker 1: That's disgusting. I hate dark chocolate. I had a debate
- 17:00Speaker 1: with my coworker about, you know, like the the Hirshey's
- 17:03Speaker 1: miniatures that has the Mister goodbar, the Hershey's. What is
- 17:07Speaker 1: the worst option in that variety bag dark chocolate.
- 17:14Speaker 3: You're not a fan dark chocolate. I get it. There's
- 17:17Speaker 3: only what's funny is like when you guys get into
- 17:19Speaker 3: the like I like a certain one, you know, like
- 17:23Speaker 3: certain people like up to a certain percent of how
- 17:25Speaker 3: dark it is. Like some people are like, oh, I
- 17:27Speaker 3: like the ninety two, Get out of here. That shit
- 17:29Speaker 3: tastes literally like your scuba dirt into your mouth, Like
- 17:32Speaker 3: it's not good at all. But if you do get
- 17:35Speaker 3: some like sixty percent, you know, something that's on the
- 17:37Speaker 3: low end, it's like, all right, I can I can
- 17:39Speaker 3: handle this, but I'm with you on some of that
- 17:41Speaker 3: straight up like non sweet dark, job the fuck out
- 17:44Speaker 3: of here.
- 17:45Speaker 1: So what's your what's the worst option though? Out of
- 17:47Speaker 1: the Hershey's miniatures for you? Is it the regular Hershey dark,
- 17:51Speaker 1: the cackle crackle, whatever the hell it is, Mister Goodbar.
- 17:54Speaker 3: I would just go dark just because I'll eat the
- 17:56Speaker 3: other one's first boom. Okay, I don't prefer dark chocolate,
- 17:59Speaker 3: It's what I mean. But it's I won't turn it down.
- 18:03Speaker 1: It's it's my least favorite. Uh, mister Goodbar though top
- 18:07Speaker 1: tier candy bar, but for some reason, though, if you're
- 18:10Speaker 1: at a gas station, you're like, is it a Mister
- 18:13Speaker 1: Goodbar king size? I like the mini ones, Let me
- 18:16Speaker 1: get the king size. It's not as good, flimmy. I
- 18:20Speaker 1: don't know what the hell is, uh, but it I'm
- 18:23Speaker 1: just my mouth is water and thinking about it. Mister Goodbar,
- 18:25Speaker 1: but only the many ones. The miniatures taste better, kind
- 18:28Speaker 1: of like some people who say the Riese's miniatures taste better.
- 18:31Speaker 1: I don't believe it.
- 18:32Speaker 2: I'm not buying that one, yep.
- 18:34Speaker 1: But the Mister Goodbar ones, though they do, I'm gonna believe.
- 18:38Speaker 2: Mister Goodbar is a damn good kinda bar. We got
- 18:41Speaker 2: talking yesterday. There was a one of the restaurants. There
- 18:45Speaker 2: was a waitress. She's from Toronto and more or less
- 18:49Speaker 2: just bashing our some of our food because in Canada
- 18:53Speaker 2: the regulations and stuff are so much better, Like even
- 18:55Speaker 2: the ketchup has to be like all organic, no high fruit,
- 18:58Speaker 2: toast corn syrup, and you know a couple other examples.
- 19:02Speaker 2: And she was even saying how the Cadbury mini eggs
- 19:05Speaker 2: in the States are trash compared to the ones in Canada,
- 19:09Speaker 2: and I was like, huh. And then we talked to
- 19:11Speaker 2: a couple of other people like, oh no, to the
- 19:13Speaker 2: point where people were paying like thirty dollars just to
- 19:16Speaker 2: get the big bag of the Canadian ones over the
- 19:19Speaker 2: ones in the States. I guess they are just that
- 19:22Speaker 2: much better. Now I'm like, well, I want to get
- 19:24Speaker 2: myself some Canadian uh, Canadian Cadbury mini eggs, because those
- 19:29Speaker 2: are pretty damn good.
- 19:31Speaker 1: That's wild, because I think the US ones are indeed trash,
- 19:34Speaker 1: and I would assume the Canadian ones are as well terrible.
- 19:37Speaker 1: That Russell Stover's too, I don't know what is it,
- 19:41Speaker 1: Russell Stovers something. Are they the chocolate people?
- 19:43Speaker 2: They do some chocolate, I believe, I think so.
- 19:46Speaker 1: They Yeah, they have their little heart shaped boxes during
- 19:49Speaker 1: Valentine's Day.
- 19:51Speaker 2: Yeah, ass give them trash, trash, trash.
- 19:54Speaker 1: Give me that pot of gold and you might even
- 19:58Speaker 1: get anal Oh, I know how many boxes have pot
- 20:02Speaker 1: of gold. So I'm gonna be getting this.
- 20:07Speaker 3: I wanted to show you guys something that I've recently purchased,
- 20:10Speaker 3: and it looks like the price has gone up. I
- 20:12Speaker 3: think maybe because of I don't know, just the cost
- 20:17Speaker 3: of stuff. It was only thirty one dollars when I
- 20:19Speaker 3: got it, but it was totally worth it. It's a
- 20:21Speaker 3: huge bot. I mean you've seen like people get subscriptions
- 20:23Speaker 3: to these things. But I just off the wind bought
- 20:25Speaker 3: one of these. It was thirty one bucks and I
- 20:27Speaker 3: did it. So it's gone up a little bit. But
- 20:29Speaker 3: you get like a shit ton of different chocolates from Turkey,
- 20:34Speaker 3: and like, dude, they're they're like they use a lot
- 20:37Speaker 3: of it. You see this like this green show.
- 20:40Speaker 1: We'll go back to the cone, go back to tones.
- 20:45Speaker 1: I think the very bottom one. Yes, yeah, that's honestly
- 20:49Speaker 1: whatever you said beforehand, I kind of on the fence.
- 20:52Speaker 1: You got to these cones, and I'm highly invested in
- 20:54Speaker 1: what these things are.
- 20:56Speaker 3: These you've had these kinds of things. These are great
- 20:57Speaker 3: and you've got a tick a pie. Like their chocolate
- 21:01Speaker 3: is so much so to your point of why American
- 21:03Speaker 3: chocolate's not as great as there's just so much sugar
- 21:05Speaker 3: in it and so like, But what the Turks use
- 21:08Speaker 3: a lot of is a lot of pistachio. So you
- 21:10Speaker 3: see a lot of the green stuff and a lot
- 21:12Speaker 3: of hazelnut. So like their chocolate's very hazelnut heavy and
- 21:15Speaker 3: pistachio heavy. I can do about that. So good if
- 21:19Speaker 3: you don't like hazelnut or a pistaschio, you're not gonna
- 21:22Speaker 3: like it. But we got it just as like a
- 21:24Speaker 3: novelty for the family, and like each night we would
- 21:27Speaker 3: each get a candy bar kind of a thing. It
- 21:28Speaker 3: was kind of fun, you know, And for thirty bucks.
- 21:31Speaker 3: I was like, oh, this is cool. I'm gonna spend
- 21:32Speaker 3: thirty bucks in candy at Walgreens anyway, if I wanted
- 21:35Speaker 3: to pay for enough for this, you know, you brought
- 21:38Speaker 3: up the candy and it made me think of that.
- 21:41Speaker 1: No, absolutely, And I like those boxes of the variety
- 21:44Speaker 1: from different countries and stuff. We used to have a
- 21:46Speaker 1: subscription box like that too, and that's always fun. Same
- 21:48Speaker 1: thing that the kids involved. You get to try different
- 21:50Speaker 1: ones and it's funny to seeing them rank differently in
- 21:53Speaker 1: their palates. They're like, oh this is awful. I'm like,
- 21:55Speaker 1: oh yeah, I agree, let me have them.
- 21:57Speaker 3: I'll take this.
- 21:59Speaker 1: These are delicious.
- 22:00Speaker 2: Uh.
- 22:00Speaker 1: That Dubai chocolate though not gonna lie, looks like shit
- 22:04Speaker 1: that every time I see one of those videos of
- 22:07Speaker 1: somebody making Dubai chocolate, they're like, come make to buy
- 22:10Speaker 1: chocolate me. I was like, are you gonna shit in
- 22:11Speaker 1: an ice? Cube tray, because that's what it looks like
- 22:13Speaker 1: you're doing and just stuffing grass in there. I know
- 22:16Speaker 1: it's pistachios. I fuck with pistachios. When they break that
- 22:19Speaker 1: shit apart, some it triggers me to want to vomit immediately.
- 22:24Speaker 1: I don't know what it is. I every time I
- 22:26Speaker 1: see it desgusting.
- 22:29Speaker 3: Hmm.
- 22:30Speaker 2: Yeah, it looks like I'm ash horseshit and they just
- 22:33Speaker 2: put some chocolate around it, and.
- 22:35Speaker 1: Yeah, it looks like if you would break up the
- 22:37Speaker 1: hulks turds like I don't know, like it looks disgusting.
- 22:42Speaker 2: Not messing with that was speaking of amish or shit.
- 22:46Speaker 2: One time we were in high school, we had this
- 22:48Speaker 2: student teacher I can't remember as a student teacher an
- 22:51Speaker 2: actual teacher, but it was like this teacher who was
- 22:52Speaker 2: a little bit younger, thought he was like super cool.
- 22:55Speaker 2: You know, all those teachers almost think he was a
- 22:57Speaker 2: music teacher. I don't remember, but like just thought he
- 23:00Speaker 2: was real cool and like smooth and was like trying
- 23:02Speaker 2: to be cool with the girls and stuff, which is
- 23:04Speaker 2: even more weird when you're a teacher. And we decided
- 23:07Speaker 2: one day that we were going to take some amish
- 23:10Speaker 2: horseshit and wedget in all of his door handles, and
- 23:14Speaker 2: then he saw it when he went to get in there.
- 23:17Speaker 2: He's like, you're not gonna get but apparently his fiance
- 23:19Speaker 2: your girlfriend at the time, wasn't paying attention, went right
- 23:22Speaker 2: in there and was pissed a little bit of some
- 23:26Speaker 2: horse shit right under the fingernails for a while. Oh man, Yeah,
- 23:30Speaker 2: they're pretty piss couldn't prove it was us those before
- 23:32Speaker 2: all these cameras were taken.
- 23:34Speaker 3: Over the world. Yeah, you can't. You can't get away
- 23:39Speaker 3: with stuff like that anymore. We've talked about that. You
- 23:42Speaker 3: leave your house, you are on camera somewhere m hm.
- 23:46Speaker 1: Yeah and everywhere, like it's just ring cameras are everywhere, Like,
- 23:49Speaker 1: so you can't get away with the crime because everyone's like,
- 23:51Speaker 1: oh hey, there was no surveillance footage at this residence.
- 23:54Speaker 1: But thank god there was the security, you know, the
- 23:56Speaker 1: surveillance from Dominoes and the thirteen ring cameras around the
- 23:59Speaker 1: build leans. So it's wild. But Brandon, I was seeing
- 24:04Speaker 1: too that your hat, that the vintage Denver bronc who's
- 24:07Speaker 1: had there? Would you think of the draft?
- 24:12Speaker 3: I honestly didn't pay much attention to the draft of
- 24:15Speaker 3: what they of what they did other than the first
- 24:16Speaker 3: two picks, I don't know much. I used to just
- 24:18Speaker 3: know so much more about college players, but it was
- 24:21Speaker 3: more paying attention to where Nebraska guys went and then
- 24:23Speaker 3: following the Shadar Sanders thing. Yeah, but what did you think?
- 24:27Speaker 3: What were the o're all thoughts there?
- 24:29Speaker 1: So I mainly watched it just to see, uh shoulder,
- 24:32Speaker 1: I see where they go. And I watched the Cowboys
- 24:34Speaker 1: a little bit. But once they start picking their same
- 24:37Speaker 1: picks over and over again and disappointed me typically a
- 24:40Speaker 1: year in and year out, it makes you realize that
- 24:42Speaker 1: Jerry Jones, I don't think he's ever watched his team
- 24:44Speaker 1: play a single game of football. But I really wanted
- 24:48Speaker 1: to running back that Cam scat scatabow whatever.
- 24:52Speaker 3: That's who I want to do. That's that's the one
- 24:54Speaker 3: guy I wanted for for Denver too.
- 24:56Speaker 1: Yeah, and just I just I like the way he
- 24:58Speaker 1: plays and this the intensity, and I was like, you
- 25:00Speaker 1: know what, Dallas literally has no running backs. Gambled on him,
- 25:04Speaker 1: you know what I mean? And of course he went
- 25:05Speaker 1: to the Giants. So I can't wait to not only
- 25:08Speaker 1: play him and sa quon twice a year, just aggravating,
- 25:14Speaker 1: but no to see Sanders drop to this. Was it
- 25:17Speaker 1: seventh not seventh round? Was it seventh round?
- 25:20Speaker 3: I think it was sixth I believe.
- 25:22Speaker 2: Yeah, fifth or six?
- 25:23Speaker 3: Yeah? Was it?
- 25:24Speaker 1: His brother or his brother was undrafted too, but I
- 25:26Speaker 1: think he got picked up by the Bucks. Interesting.
- 25:30Speaker 2: See it was funny because they gave your Cowboys an
- 25:33Speaker 2: A plus on the draft.
- 25:35Speaker 3: Yeah, that's what I'm saying.
- 25:38Speaker 1: It's because I got three defensive ends. I think back
- 25:40Speaker 1: to back to back, didn't they it was? And then
- 25:42Speaker 1: I know they replaced offensive line.
- 25:43Speaker 2: It was all all, yeah, your first part was a
- 25:46Speaker 2: guard because Zach Martin retired. So they wanted to go
- 25:49Speaker 2: in and get that first, they said, So they took
- 25:50Speaker 2: one with a twelfth pick. Then he got an ed drusher, cornerback,
- 25:54Speaker 2: running back, linebacker, tackle, defensive line, running back. Again, never
- 26:00Speaker 2: mind that I didn't till you do it at all.
- 26:01Speaker 1: Apparently whenever I looked at it, I said, dee, where
- 26:05Speaker 1: it said the edge rusher or whatever? And then I
- 26:07Speaker 1: saw that we were getting defense.
- 26:08Speaker 2: But they got the running back from Clemson and the
- 26:11Speaker 2: running back from Texas.
- 26:13Speaker 1: I wanted I want to scaut about whatever his name was.
- 26:15Speaker 1: I wanted him, you know. I was really hoping gent
- 26:18Speaker 1: would fall to the first pick because they had that
- 26:21Speaker 1: in some drafts and I was.
- 26:22Speaker 3: Like, oh shit.
- 26:23Speaker 1: I was like, that would be nice. And then of
- 26:24Speaker 1: course the Raiders got him. But then I hope he
- 26:26Speaker 1: ships all over Casey. So I'm like, you know, what
- 26:29Speaker 1: slight win in my book?
- 26:31Speaker 2: I like how bad Cleveland got ranked and how much
- 26:36Speaker 2: they were getting shipped on for taking that one quarterback
- 26:39Speaker 2: in the third round from Oregon.
- 26:41Speaker 1: Why do they have so many quarterbacks now? Like it's insane.
- 26:45Speaker 1: So they have Watson Flacco, that Dylan guy that they
- 26:52Speaker 1: just drafted. God, I thought there was somebody else too,
- 26:56Speaker 1: so they got.
- 26:58Speaker 2: Drafted.
- 26:58Speaker 1: There was a fifth one though, who's the fifth I
- 27:01Speaker 1: can't remember.
- 27:02Speaker 2: And it's why I was talking with Tony as soon
- 27:05Speaker 2: as they got Sanders and he's like, what the hell,
- 27:09Speaker 2: And he's like, I'm honestly thinking we just took Sanders
- 27:11Speaker 2: so the Steelers couldn't. I was like, all right, I
- 27:14Speaker 2: was like, I'd rather have the Steelers get the dude
- 27:15Speaker 2: from Ohio State. Will Howard said he had a hell
- 27:18Speaker 2: of a year. He's doing some NFL like throws and
- 27:21Speaker 2: this and that, and then the Steelers went out and
- 27:22Speaker 2: got him, and I'm like, I can't hate that.
- 27:25Speaker 1: Can he? Pickett is the other one I was thinking of.
- 27:28Speaker 1: I forgot he got He went to the Browns as well.
- 27:31Speaker 1: Pickett did yep, no shit, right after the Super Bowl.
- 27:36Speaker 1: He uh, he went to the Browns.
- 27:39Speaker 2: Good for him.
- 27:39Speaker 1: So the Cleveland Browns quarterback room consists of Joe Flacco,
- 27:43Speaker 1: Kenny Pickett, Deshaun Watson, Shadoor Sanders, and whoever the other
- 27:47Speaker 1: guy was that they just drafted.
- 27:49Speaker 2: Yeah, Steelers ended up getting Robinson I believe from Nebraska.
- 27:55Speaker 3: Yeah, the Eagles did.
- 27:56Speaker 2: No, Pittsburgh did, could they? Tyro Ubinson?
- 28:00Speaker 3: Ye? Are you sure? Because are you looking at PFF?
- 28:05Speaker 2: I'm looking at yeah CFF.
- 28:08Speaker 3: That's what that they But if you read into that article,
- 28:10Speaker 3: it says that he was drafted by the Eagles. Because
- 28:13Speaker 3: I looked it up and I thought he went to
- 28:14Speaker 3: the Steelers too, But he actually went to the Eagles.
- 28:16Speaker 2: Well, that's confusing.
- 28:18Speaker 3: That's it's a it's PFF's fault. I looked. I just
- 28:21Speaker 3: saw that.
- 28:23Speaker 2: There goes up.
- 28:24Speaker 3: Yeah, he was a good pick up though.
- 28:26Speaker 2: Yeah, that's the only one they had wrong on there.
- 28:28Speaker 3: Yeah, the other ones are right interesting.
- 28:31Speaker 2: Yeah, it's kind of one of those things. Yeah, you
- 28:33Speaker 2: get a little excited for the draft, usually when your
- 28:35Speaker 2: team's not doing is great, and then you have all
- 28:37Speaker 2: this hope like oh, this is the answer, and then
- 28:39Speaker 2: you realize, oh, this guy's not gonna be good probably
- 28:42Speaker 2: ever for a little bit, and it's like, oh, they're
- 28:44Speaker 2: going to be a different team in two or three years,
- 28:46Speaker 2: and it's like football still, Oh he's away.
- 28:50Speaker 3: Yep, you ain't lying.
- 28:52Speaker 1: And while the draft was going on, we were traveling
- 28:55Speaker 1: to uh Missoo for a school event for my daughter
- 28:59Speaker 1: and and they have like these bulletin boards of you know,
- 29:03Speaker 1: people just request and help or just events that are
- 29:05Speaker 1: going on, and one just caught my eye. Normally don't
- 29:09Speaker 1: even stop and read those things, but had a drawing
- 29:11Speaker 1: of a guy on there, and I was like what
- 29:13Speaker 1: is this? And it mentioned saving Hacky sack Man, and
- 29:18Speaker 1: I was like, I'm invested, what the hell is this?
- 29:22Speaker 1: So I'm looking at Apparently this guy usually hangs around
- 29:26Speaker 1: the student center or whatever that's over there and where
- 29:30Speaker 1: they get their food and do all their study and everything,
- 29:33Speaker 1: but he hangs out of there listens to music and
- 29:36Speaker 1: just talks with the people and just kicks a hacky
- 29:37Speaker 1: sack around and people like to hang around and watch
- 29:40Speaker 1: them do it. Apparently he's pretty good at it, and
- 29:42Speaker 1: he's been doing it for quite some time. But the
- 29:44Speaker 1: school told him that he can don't look to play music,
- 29:46Speaker 1: that it is a sound violation or there's a sound
- 29:48Speaker 1: ordnance or whatever. And he's applied for permits to be
- 29:53Speaker 1: able to play music and he doesn't. But I forgot
- 29:55Speaker 1: there was like a petition on this thing, and we
- 29:57Speaker 1: end up signing it. It was like twelve hundred signatures
- 30:00Speaker 1: long or deep on this thing, and I was like, dude,
- 30:03Speaker 1: revolution with Hackey sack I've never met this guy day
- 30:06Speaker 1: in my life, but he sounds awesome.
- 30:08Speaker 2: Yeah, change dot org, you guys can look it up.
- 30:11Speaker 2: Twelve hundred and six signatures the issue. We all know
- 30:15Speaker 2: Hackey sack Man, the legend who brings energy, rhythm, enjoyed
- 30:18Speaker 2: to Missoo's campus with every kick and speaker circle. But
- 30:23Speaker 2: now the music that makes the magic happen has been silenced.
- 30:25Speaker 2: Miszoo has told him he can no longer play his music,
- 30:28Speaker 2: and denying his request for a noise permit.
- 30:31Speaker 1: Oh, I do see that this was not mentioned, but
- 30:35Speaker 1: apparently he was featured on Vice and it says Missouri's
- 30:39Speaker 1: half naked hacky sack Champion.
- 30:42Speaker 2: Hm, which party thinks naked?
- 30:44Speaker 1: That's what I'm trying to wonder if I'm guessing he's
- 30:46Speaker 1: just a shirtless dude who just enjoys playing hacky sack.
- 30:51Speaker 2: Interesting he is, and for anybody looking, I'm just looking
- 30:54Speaker 2: at the picture that's unchanged at org, he looks like
- 30:56Speaker 2: one of your creepy uncles, you know what I mean, Like,
- 30:58Speaker 2: he just looks like a guy that.
- 31:01Speaker 1: We're not helping this case at all. We're like, hey,
- 31:03Speaker 1: go to this change dot org. But also he might
- 31:06Speaker 1: touch you, I don't know.
- 31:07Speaker 3: Now.
- 31:07Speaker 2: If you look in the background, though, there's a bunch
- 31:09Speaker 2: of people watching him do this, and they all got
- 31:11Speaker 2: a smile on their face, So I mean, he's clearly
- 31:13Speaker 2: doing something right. I'm gonna sign it.
- 31:17Speaker 1: There we go, just revolution. I'm gonnaeck, we're gonna update
- 31:20Speaker 1: this next week and we're gonna be like, man, we're
- 31:22Speaker 1: gonna be up to like twenty five thousand now, right.
- 31:25Speaker 2: Twelve ten, baby, save the hacky sack man. What a
- 31:30Speaker 2: dying art. That was man Hacky sack. Hacky Sack was fun.
- 31:33Speaker 2: We used to play in between classes for the bell Ring,
- 31:36Speaker 2: get a little couple of kicks in just a.
- 31:40Speaker 1: It was just wild beeat on campus and I went
- 31:42Speaker 1: to go take my toddler to the bathroom and as
- 31:46Speaker 1: we're washing our hands everything, these kids come in and
- 31:50Speaker 1: I see kids and they're probably early twenties, but they
- 31:53Speaker 1: walk in and they're like, Hey, how'd you earn your
- 31:56Speaker 1: first billion dollars sir? And I was like, did you
- 31:58Speaker 1: say billion with a B? I was like scratched that
- 32:01Speaker 1: it doesn't matter because I could. I couldn't even tell
- 32:03Speaker 1: you the m you know. I was like, what are
- 32:04Speaker 1: you talking about? And Edith, he starts laughing. I was
- 32:06Speaker 1: like shit. I was like, I think I owe a
- 32:09Speaker 1: billion dollars probably at this point. And I was like,
- 32:11Speaker 1: I am worth absolute dog shit And they're like damn,
- 32:14Speaker 1: They're like, you carry yourself like a billionaire. I was like,
- 32:17Speaker 1: I was washing my hands in the bathroom. What the
- 32:19Speaker 1: hell is going on here? I was like, am I
- 32:20Speaker 1: being punked? Still one of the most weird interactions I've
- 32:24Speaker 1: had probably this.
- 32:26Speaker 3: Week or were.
- 32:27Speaker 1: They're just no, just walked right in. Yeah, it's just
- 32:31Speaker 1: weird and that's why it's like And I was like,
- 32:33Speaker 1: is this some kind of weird trend? And I was like,
- 32:35Speaker 1: am I not hip to what this is being asked
- 32:37Speaker 1: of me right now? Was I supposed to respond back
- 32:39Speaker 1: with are these lyrics to my song? I don't know,
- 32:42Speaker 1: but yeah, but I mean they left or whenever I
- 32:46Speaker 1: was walking out, they were laughing to my response. So
- 32:48Speaker 1: I was like, did I win?
- 32:50Speaker 3: What do I win?
- 32:51Speaker 2: Huh?
- 32:53Speaker 3: I was.
- 32:53Speaker 2: I just googled real quick to see if it was
- 32:55Speaker 2: a weird trend or something. Nothing really comes up.
- 32:59Speaker 1: Threw me off, and just in in the restroom of
- 33:02Speaker 1: all places, and I was like, Okay, I mean, do
- 33:05Speaker 1: I feel like a billion bucks after dropping a load? Yeah?
- 33:10Speaker 3: Did I?
- 33:11Speaker 1: There?
- 33:11Speaker 2: No, just you drop a load and no, hmm, that's
- 33:15Speaker 2: a weird question, especially you got the kid there. How'd
- 33:17Speaker 2: you make your first billions here? Huh?
- 33:20Speaker 3: Wild?
- 33:21Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 33:22Speaker 2: I was like, I was really thinking that you had
- 33:26Speaker 2: something smart as and something funny to come back with that,
- 33:28Speaker 2: but you're probably throwing very, very off, Like I could
- 33:32Speaker 2: just see you being like, well, it was the porn
- 33:35Speaker 2: industry really, and.
- 33:38Speaker 1: The fact that it was just a crowded restroom, you
- 33:40Speaker 1: know what I mean, like, and I'm just like again
- 33:42Speaker 1: with a with a five year old, just going uh huh.
- 33:46Speaker 1: And I was like what what. I just couldn't think
- 33:49Speaker 1: of anything. I was just like okay, I was like shit,
- 33:52Speaker 1: I was like, I owe everybody money. And then I
- 33:54Speaker 1: got your thinking. As I'm like walking back to where
- 33:56Speaker 1: the family's at, I was like, I I do, oh
- 34:00Speaker 1: a lot of money.
- 34:01Speaker 3: Everything.
- 34:02Speaker 1: It's like this sucks. I was like I went in
- 34:04Speaker 1: there feeling good about taking a piss and I was like,
- 34:06Speaker 1: now I'm just like upset and depressed that I'm financially irresponsible.
- 34:11Speaker 1: I hate it billion this rooster is about to get killed.
- 34:15Speaker 1: I don't know if you guys can hear it though,
- 34:16Speaker 1: but it's definiting towards me.
- 34:18Speaker 2: Mm hmm.
- 34:20Speaker 3: How does yardbird taste? By the way, yep, you know what.
- 34:26Speaker 1: I couldn't tell you, just because we got these with
- 34:29Speaker 1: the attentions of eating the chickens, and I married someone
- 34:34Speaker 1: who's too much of a pussy to kill them, so
- 34:37Speaker 1: and then I've almost died twice from their feces. So
- 34:43Speaker 1: I'm splendid to have these motherfuckers just roaming around my
- 34:45Speaker 1: yard shitting everywhere, and they pronominantly do it on the
- 34:49Speaker 1: concrete next to where we walk. So if there's any
- 34:52Speaker 1: Amazon deliveries or any kind of packages being delivered, it's
- 34:55Speaker 1: just resting in and around chicken shit. So it's very pleasant.
- 35:01Speaker 1: Let me tell you.
- 35:02Speaker 3: I was.
- 35:02Speaker 2: I accidentally was telling the person that we buy our
- 35:05Speaker 2: eggs off about how you almost died a couple of
- 35:08Speaker 2: times from chicken shit, and they had no idea that
- 35:10Speaker 2: that was a thing, and I was like, oh shit,
- 35:12Speaker 2: did I just ruined my egg connection.
- 35:14Speaker 1: God, it's rare, like mister Clean with hair, you know
- 35:17Speaker 1: what I mean.
- 35:17Speaker 2: And I'm just I told her too, without the mister
- 35:19Speaker 2: Clean thing.
- 35:21Speaker 1: So I added the mister clean. We have somebody here
- 35:24Speaker 1: here that I doesn't have hair, and that's what we
- 35:26Speaker 1: always tell them. Okay, It's it's rare like Andy his
- 35:30Speaker 1: name with hair, and he's always off guys. I can
- 35:34Speaker 1: see he has an hair. I mean I think he
- 35:35Speaker 1: went bald shit and he lost his hair like twenty one,
- 35:40Speaker 1: so I mean, I just dude's always not had hair.
- 35:42Speaker 3: So dude having a friend like that. My cousin the
- 35:46Speaker 3: same way was like nineteen twenty I'm like, bro, life
- 35:51Speaker 3: throws you a curveball, like loosing your fair at twenty. Oh,
- 35:56Speaker 3: you have a got a tough life ahead of you, brother,
- 35:59Speaker 3: that is that's right.
- 36:00Speaker 2: What do you think's worse going bald at twenty or
- 36:03Speaker 2: going gray or like white hair at twenty because I
- 36:06Speaker 2: know some people that got went gray early too.
- 36:10Speaker 3: I don't I think having a full head of hairs
- 36:12Speaker 3: there's I don't know, there's something that's like would you
- 36:14Speaker 3: rather have a tooth missing or an eyebrow missing? Right?
- 36:18Speaker 2: See?
- 36:18Speaker 1: I mean that's I've seen some people too that they
- 36:20Speaker 1: just pull off the bald look better than whenever they
- 36:23Speaker 1: did have hair. And so there was one guy on
- 36:24Speaker 1: TikTok too who he was showing his wife shaving his
- 36:27Speaker 1: head and everything. He's just like, oh man, you know
- 36:29Speaker 1: it was time and he had thinning hair, and then
- 36:32Speaker 1: like whenever he got done, everyone's like, damn dude, like
- 36:35Speaker 1: you actually you look a lot better. And then people
- 36:37Speaker 1: were coming on they're like I wish I look this
- 36:39Speaker 1: tough bald, and you could see this guy was like
- 36:41Speaker 1: comedy back with comments. He's like, holy shit, you think
- 36:43Speaker 1: I look tough? I can't wait to send this to
- 36:45Speaker 1: the boys because you know, he's just getting razzed by
- 36:46Speaker 1: his friend group and he goes, Hey, these people on
- 36:48Speaker 1: TikTok think I look like Jason Stephen like you. But
- 36:53Speaker 1: speaking of friend groups, oh the I mentioned it before,
- 36:56Speaker 1: but it's just crazy. Now it has reached two years
- 37:00Speaker 1: that this has now been a thing my friends. And
- 37:03Speaker 1: that damn golf bag that sits in front of a TV.
- 37:06Speaker 1: Did I ever tell you guys about that?
- 37:08Speaker 2: It doesn't ring a bell.
- 37:10Speaker 1: So two years ago we went golfing on four to
- 37:12Speaker 1: twenty and we invited these two gentlemen that live together,
- 37:16Speaker 1: and one guy is incredibly lazy, like he just refuses
- 37:19Speaker 1: to do anything. These people had a one working outlet
- 37:23Speaker 1: in their entire house at one moment in time, just
- 37:26Speaker 1: because they are comfortable living like bachelor's and they're each
- 37:30Speaker 1: almost forty. If that does you or anything, yikes. Absolutely,
- 37:34Speaker 1: they didn't even have a spoon to stir like because
- 37:36Speaker 1: they don't cook. They just eat out every single day.
- 37:40Speaker 1: So yeah, so just paint me the picture of this, right, Okay,
- 37:42Speaker 1: So the one individual we take we go golfing, he
- 37:45Speaker 1: sits his bag, his golf bag whenever he gets done.
- 37:49Speaker 1: Right in front, like pretty much, you walk into the door,
- 37:51Speaker 1: the TV's right there against the wall. He set it
- 37:53Speaker 1: up just right almost where you barely can get to
- 37:57Speaker 1: the door, but not enough to cover any of the TV.
- 38:00Speaker 1: So it's sat there now for two years. It has
- 38:03Speaker 1: not moved from that spot, and it's a running joke.
- 38:06Speaker 1: They go there to watch the Chiefs games or any
- 38:10Speaker 1: kind of sporting events and everything. That's the house that
- 38:12Speaker 1: they go to, and nobody says a word because it's
- 38:15Speaker 1: an inside joke between the friends, like, let's see how
- 38:18Speaker 1: long it'll go before that one individual picks up his shit.
- 38:22Speaker 1: So we've even invited him golf and he's like, no,
- 38:24Speaker 1: I don't really feel like. He's like I don't want
- 38:25Speaker 1: to get my stuff out, and we're like what Absolutely.
- 38:30Speaker 1: I get pictures and updates of this damn golf bag
- 38:34Speaker 1: all the time because I never go over there because
- 38:35Speaker 1: I was like, one, I never have time, but two
- 38:38Speaker 1: I was like, you have one outlet and no utensils
- 38:40Speaker 1: and what the golf bag is sat there and it's
- 38:45Speaker 1: just crazy, Like I was like, how are you almost
- 38:47Speaker 1: forty and still living like this? But yeah, So they
- 38:50Speaker 1: celebrated the two year anniversary. I got a text update
- 38:54Speaker 1: that the back is still indeed still there.
- 38:57Speaker 3: Why wow?
- 38:59Speaker 1: So now I'm I'm gonna desperately dig while you guys talk.
- 39:03Speaker 1: But I'm going through to see because I used to
- 39:05Speaker 1: get just picture updates. And I think it was the
- 39:07Speaker 1: AFC Championship game and he goes bro He's like because
- 39:12Speaker 1: the game was getting he was like pretty neck and
- 39:13Speaker 1: neck and he's like, I'm not having a good time
- 39:15Speaker 1: with this shit. But he's like, look what's still here
- 39:18Speaker 1: that fucking golf bag and now I can't find it.
- 39:21Speaker 2: That is wild. I've been watching. I keep telling myself
- 39:26Speaker 2: that this is the year that I get back into golf.
- 39:29Speaker 2: But the problem is, if I start to get back
- 39:31Speaker 2: into golf, I realize that my clubs are pretty old,
- 39:34Speaker 2: and then I'm like, do I really want to invest
- 39:36Speaker 2: in some new clubs? Golf's gotten expensive too, But you
- 39:40Speaker 2: know what I mean. So by the time you get
- 39:41Speaker 2: out there and you drop the money, and it's like,
- 39:44Speaker 2: do I want to get back into it? Kind of?
- 39:46Speaker 2: Do I have time to get back into it?
- 39:49Speaker 3: No?
- 39:51Speaker 1: No, I don't found it. Well, that's golf is expensive.
- 39:54Speaker 1: And then even shop for anything though, like my daughter
- 39:57Speaker 1: needed a new bat for softball, and so we're looking
- 39:59Speaker 1: for these bat and she's like, hey, Dad, these ghost
- 40:02Speaker 1: bats are sick. And I was like, I look at
- 40:04Speaker 1: the price, so and I was like, yeah, they appear
- 40:06Speaker 1: to be five hundred dollars for a bat. You were
- 40:08Speaker 1: out of your damn mind. I was like, no way.
- 40:12Speaker 1: I was like, go use a stick. That's what they
- 40:13Speaker 1: used back in the days. They used to have bottle caps. Yeah,
- 40:16Speaker 1: go have fun with that, Like, I'm not going five
- 40:18Speaker 1: hundred dollars for a bat. And then I'm reminded too
- 40:22Speaker 1: that golf clubs are super expensive. And then I enjoyed
- 40:24Speaker 1: doing that, right, And I was like mine was stolen
- 40:28Speaker 1: and my buddy hooked me up, like he stole them.
- 40:30Speaker 1: They're brand new. I bought them for one hundred bucks.
- 40:32Speaker 1: Are they worth a lot more?
- 40:34Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 40:34Speaker 1: Did I spend that?
- 40:35Speaker 4: No?
- 40:36Speaker 1: Do I have a driver that's almost two hundred dollars.
- 40:39Speaker 3: Yes.
- 40:41Speaker 1: So they make points every once in a while, but
- 40:43Speaker 1: I'm like, damn. And then it was also mentioned that
- 40:46Speaker 1: I golf maybe two or three times a year, and
- 40:47Speaker 1: I was like, this is also good point. It's also
- 40:50Speaker 1: good point. But so the golf bag sits again right
- 40:55Speaker 1: by the doorway where it's you can almost barely open
- 40:58Speaker 1: the door of the entire way, but just enough to
- 41:00Speaker 1: where if you sit on the floor you can't like
- 41:04Speaker 1: the bag almost covers the TV if you're sitting at
- 41:06Speaker 1: a ground level right.
- 41:07Speaker 3: So, but yeah, that's said, hey can we move this?
- 41:12Speaker 1: No, that's the thing is so it is even if
- 41:14Speaker 1: somebody else is invited to the house, which is rare
- 41:16Speaker 1: that is not a part of the friend group. It
- 41:18Speaker 1: is told to them. They're like, hey, you're gonna see
- 41:20Speaker 1: this golf bag. Don't mention golf, don't say anything about it.
- 41:23Speaker 1: Do not act like that bag is there. You've got it.
- 41:26Speaker 1: And so there was one time where one guy got
- 41:28Speaker 1: heated and was drunk and he goes, you lazy, and
- 41:31Speaker 1: he started pointing at the bag and they all literally
- 41:33Speaker 1: tackled him and told him like you shut your mouth,
- 41:36Speaker 1: do not ruin this. And the goal the entire time
- 41:39Speaker 1: was to get to a year. That's when they were like,
- 41:42Speaker 1: he won't move it for a year. There was bets
- 41:43Speaker 1: on it and everything else. We've now made it two years,
- 41:46Speaker 1: which I'm like the other person that lives there, I'm like,
- 41:49Speaker 1: how does he feel about this? Like this is crazy
- 41:52Speaker 1: like that would drive me nuts. After one day of
- 41:54Speaker 1: that being there, I would physically move it myself. I'm like, no,
- 41:58Speaker 1: I can't do this. I don't live like I don't know.
- 42:00Speaker 1: So he refuses to like he just like, ah, just
- 42:03Speaker 1: part of the house now, it's just kind of like
- 42:05Speaker 1: a just a Christmas tree. It's up year around. He
- 42:06Speaker 1: because I'm give who cares And I'm just like okay, man,
- 42:09Speaker 1: like that's that's on you. The whole outlet situation though.
- 42:12Speaker 3: I asked him.
- 42:12Speaker 1: I was like, how are you running all of your stuff?
- 42:16Speaker 1: And they're like, just extension court after extension court, They're like,
- 42:18Speaker 1: we got a twenty footer that goes to our bedroom
- 42:20Speaker 1: and they're going I was like, dude, I know you
- 42:23Speaker 1: and your wife split up. And I was like you
- 42:24Speaker 1: one of them has the uh the guy who doesn't
- 42:26Speaker 1: own the golf bag. I was like, your kid comes
- 42:28Speaker 1: and stays here, right. He's like yeah. And I was like,
- 42:32Speaker 1: you know, this is like a fire hazard. And I
- 42:34Speaker 1: was like, outlets are one of the easiest things. Like myself,
- 42:37Speaker 1: I don't know anything. Let me change your outlets for you.
- 42:39Speaker 1: I was like, I'm begging you, I will buy the
- 42:42Speaker 1: box of f outlets and I was like, you probably
- 42:43Speaker 1: don't nim. I was like, it's probably just loose wires
- 42:45Speaker 1: and shit, dude. I was like, let me just let
- 42:46Speaker 1: me just look. He's like, nah, nah, hire an electrician finally, right,
- 42:52Speaker 1: and he's like, oh, it's gonna be eleven hundred dollars
- 42:54Speaker 1: and he's like I can't. I can't do that, and
- 42:55Speaker 1: I go here. He knows you're stupid, and I was like, dude,
- 42:59Speaker 1: stop it. That's like, please, let me just come over there.
- 43:02Speaker 1: But he's just he doesn't want to accept help from anybody.
- 43:05Speaker 1: And I'm like, let your house burn down, Dune. At
- 43:08Speaker 1: this point, I don't give a shit. That's the golf
- 43:10Speaker 1: clubs would still be the only thing there. If that
- 43:12Speaker 1: place burned down, they would go through the ashes and
- 43:14Speaker 1: the golf bag would still be sitting in that exact
- 43:16Speaker 1: same spot.
- 43:18Speaker 2: I was expecting the picture to be a much not
- 43:21Speaker 2: nice house. I was. I was picturing like dirty carpets
- 43:24Speaker 2: and you know what I mean, stuff there that looked
- 43:26Speaker 2: like a pretty nice place with a nice I mean
- 43:29Speaker 2: golf bag. Decore looks like a nice golf bag too.
- 43:33Speaker 1: And yeah, just sitting there. So this picture I've got
- 43:36Speaker 1: I've now received four pictures in in a year's span.
- 43:41Speaker 1: But yeah, just crazy. And then when I was wiping
- 43:44Speaker 1: through the pictures, I'm getting the stupid pictures that he sends.
- 43:47Speaker 1: And one of them was a guest who was a
- 43:51Speaker 1: disabled veteran, so all respect to him, but he was
- 43:54Speaker 1: pissing in water bottles and just leaving them everywhere. So
- 43:57Speaker 1: there was just water bottle of piss literally all throughout
- 44:02Speaker 1: this desk in his in his hotel room, and so
- 44:06Speaker 1: you can imagine the smell of said room and pretty
- 44:11Speaker 1: incontinent to where if he shit, he would just roll
- 44:14Speaker 1: out of the chair he was sitting in. So god damn,
- 44:17Speaker 1: I got to stumble upon that picture again. So really
- 44:20Speaker 1: worth it to show the golf bag.
- 44:23Speaker 2: Yep, yep, you h brought in some some memory. So
- 44:27Speaker 2: those are some interesting people, especially that there'd be a lot
- 44:30Speaker 2: of fun golfing with.
- 44:31Speaker 1: Though it was if I can remember two years ago,
- 44:33Speaker 1: I think it was a pretty good die, but just wild.
- 44:38Speaker 1: The commitment level of those guys is unmatched.
- 44:41Speaker 2: Yeah, and they're in there. Wow, Okay, that reminds me
- 44:44Speaker 2: of some college type stuff, some similar things. Hey, just
- 44:49Speaker 2: like us were we were told to never grow up.
- 44:51Speaker 2: We were just gonna be toys, r us kids, toys.
- 44:55Speaker 1: The rest are back in Macy's. But I think Macy's
- 44:57Speaker 1: a probably getting ready to close, so probably.
- 45:00Speaker 2: Probably. But all right, I know you got a hard
- 45:03Speaker 2: stop here in a couple of minutes, and we all
- 45:05Speaker 2: got a lot of things to do, and I gotta
- 45:07Speaker 2: go find my waffle maker, so figure, well we'll call
- 45:11Speaker 2: this one a rap Brandon. You've been appreciate you guys,
- 45:14Speaker 2: and remember goes, go sign that petition. We gotta save
- 45:17Speaker 2: the hacky sack Man, and we want to get it
- 45:22Speaker 2: to at least thirteen hundred signatures so he can keep
- 45:25Speaker 2: being a Miszoo legend. That's right, when you're on campus,
- 45:29Speaker 2: I want you to take a selfie with him.
- 45:30Speaker 1: Yeah, and if you if you're listening to the show,
- 45:32Speaker 1: send us a picture of your waffle. And if you
- 45:34Speaker 1: mean breakfast or the other, well, what's that both.
- 45:37Speaker 2: Mm you've been at you've been whacking off dot com?
- 45:40Speaker 2: Check it out while you're there by yourself. A blue
- 45:42Speaker 2: waffle candle.
- 45:44Speaker 3: There you go.
- 45:45Speaker 2: All right, that's all I got. You guys, got anything else?
- 45:49Speaker 1: No, I think I'm gon golfing.
- 45:52Speaker 2: I'm gonna go shovel and hope that spring comes back.
- 45:57Speaker 2: And then I'm gonna have to listen to all those
- 45:58Speaker 2: people that just came back from spring break and probably
