  It is June 19th, Thursday of 2025, and I am here with Cody. We were walking.

  The rain has finally stopped again, but now it's a little muggy. The gnats are out.

  Hey, I'll take it. You know, we got no rain for a day, for a morning.

  I'll take it. I'll take it. I promise.

  So what are we going to do today? Well, I wanted to talk to each and every one
• 1:41
  of you about yesterday's episode.

  We got a lot of amazing feedback about Dear God, Letter Six.

  So by doing this, it's just giving
• 1:51
  you an opportunity to kind of voice and stretch out all your feelings,
• 1:57
  your internal feelings that maybe you don't want to, let's say,

  share out loud to other people.

  But at the same time, by writing it and sending it to me and me doing it for
• 2:10
  you, it helps you know that you're sharing with others what you're going through.

  And that could be good, bad, ugly. It doesn't matter.

  So what happens is, let me give you an example.

  When people are depressed, I know from my own personal experience,
• 2:24
  I can't speak for everyone.
• 2:26
  So let me rephrase that. When I was depressed, hearing other people having struggles,
• 2:32
  not that it made me feel better, but made me understand that it wasn't just
• 2:36
  me that was struggling out of the entire world.
• 2:39
  I knew then that others were dealing with their own issues and their own concerns.
• 2:46
  So I began to pray for others rather than myself.
• 2:50
  And then when people heard my issues, they were praying for me.
• 2:54
  And I feel that when we pray for each other, it allows us to understand that
• 2:59
  by being a team, by working together, that's why we call it the body of Christ.

  You see, I always believe that when we pray for each other, when we pray for
• 3:11
  one another, when we pray to God, God is listening, right?
• 3:15
  But when we do it all together as one family, as one unit, I feel like the power
• 3:21
  of the Holy Spirit really comes in and says, okay, wait a minute here.
• 3:25
  I've got a lot of prayers coming in at once.
• 3:28
  Let me help them out. Let me see what I can do to lift them up,
• 3:32
  to make them feel good and empowered.
• 3:34
  Now, that's not to say that you have to pray with others just to get your prayers
• 3:38
  heard. No, that's not what I'm saying.
• 3:39
  I'm just saying that sometimes when you do things together or with other people
• 3:44
  as a team, you feel like you're not alone, right?
• 3:48
  Because here on earth, we can see one another, right?
• 3:50
  You can't see the Holy Spirit, right? You can't see Jesus, but you can in one aspect.
• 3:56
  See, the Holy Spirit will come through you at any point in time, and the Holy Spirit,
• 4:01
  It could happen just by a small breeze. It could happen by a small interfeeling.
• 4:07
  And then seeing Jesus may not be the way we think we see Jesus.

  You can see Jesus maybe through a bird, through a deer, through an action,
• 4:16
  through a sound, through a song.
• 4:18
  You know, Christ will reveal himself to you in different ways.

  So the reason why I'm doing today's episode this way is because I want everyone
• 4:27
  to know, you're all welcome to share your prayer with me.

  I will never give out your name that's one of the things about dear God,

  and you know just you know make a small prayer and then send it to me and next
• 4:40
  Wednesday because it'll be every Wednesday I will reach out and I will say dear

  God and then read your prayer,

  if we don't have any submissions coming in I will more than likely just give
• 4:50
  out my own prayer but I'd like to share it with everyone others I think it's

  something that we could do together

  so that was my that was my comment for today here's your message for this morning

  as the sun rises in the east,

  and we wake up and the birds are chirping and you're walking your dog or maybe
• 5:10
  you're just walking on your own or just looking out the window and having a

  cup of coffee or having a bagel whichever whatever you start spending your morning

  i want you to remember how much god loves you i want you to remember how much

  We thank you for wisdom, for guidance, for strength.

  This morning, I lift up in prayer my father, who's still in the hospital.

  We ask you, Lord, to be with him and to be with the surgeons and to be with
• 6:54
  the doctors and whoever is treating him.
• 6:57
  May they find all that is needed so that he can come home and we can actually
• 7:02
  celebrate Father's Day the right way.
• 7:04
  Lord, we pray for those that are dealing with mental illness,
• 7:09
  those that need assistance with prayer.
• 7:11
  We pray for understanding.
• 7:15
  We pray for freedom. We pray for peace. We pray for no wars.

  We continue to lift up in prayer those that have reached out to us. We pray for Linda.

  God is with you. We lift up in prayer.
