Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome back to the program. As
• 0:04
Speaker 1: you can imagine, in the coming days, weeks, and couple
• 0:07
Speaker 1: of months, basically till the middle of January, there is
• 0:11
Speaker 1: going to be a ton of content about Ghislaine Maxwell
• 0:16
Speaker 1: and her trial and the fallout surrounding it. Now, not
• 0:24
Speaker 1: only is there going to be a ton of episodes...
• 0:28
Speaker 1: I am also going to be live streaming quite a
• 0:31
Speaker 1: bit as the trial gets closer, you know, the week
• 0:36
Speaker 1: of and throughout the whole entire trial, possibly even, you know,
• 0:41
Speaker 1: one or two live streams a day, depending on the
• 0:43
Speaker 1: information that's out there and what we need to cover.
• 0:48
Speaker 1: Because after all of these years, all of these months,
• 0:53
Speaker 1: all of these hours, we're finally getting to a point
• 0:57
Speaker 1: Where Ghislaine Maxwell finally is going to have to sit
• 1:01
Speaker 1: in front of a jury of her peers. And she's
• 1:05
Speaker 1: going to have to answer for the allegations laid before her.
• 1:11
Speaker 1: And for decades, her and her friends have avoided something
• 1:18
Speaker 1: like this. They have avoided being held responsible for their
• 1:23
Speaker 1: part in Jeffrey Epstein's criminal conspiracy. But those days are
• 1:29
Speaker 1: quickly coming to an end. And through all of the wiggling,
• 1:34
Speaker 1: all of the loophole jumping, all of the game of technicalities,
• 1:42
Speaker 1: Maxwell and her team have been met with resistance each time.
• 1:47
Speaker 1: And they've captured nothing but L's throughout the whole entire process.
• 1:53
Speaker 1: And honestly, I don't see how that changes. With just
• 1:59
Speaker 1: the circumstantial evidence that we have available to us, I
• 2:03
Speaker 1: do not see any way that Ghislaine Maxwell can wiggle
• 2:07
Speaker 1: out of this. Now, again, we are dealing with the
• 2:11
Speaker 1: United States government. We know how they love to take
• 2:15
Speaker 1: care of their friends. But I think that with all
• 2:19
Speaker 1: of the interest in this case, all of the eyeballs
• 2:22
Speaker 1: on this case, and all of the people who are
• 2:25
Speaker 1: not only asking for justice in this event, But demanding justice?
• 2:31
Speaker 1: I think that the federal government understands that they can't
• 2:35
Speaker 1: play their little game this time around. And Maxwell's going
• 2:39
Speaker 1: to have to get a good hard look by a
• 2:42
  Speaker 1: jury this time.
• 2:44
Speaker 2: No more plea deals.
• 2:45
Speaker 1: No more non-prosecution agreements. No more, you know, friendly prosecutors
• 2:51
Speaker 1: turning it into a solicitation charge. That shit's over. That
• 2:55
Speaker 1: ship has sailed. And guess what? Now it's time to
• 2:58
Speaker 1: answer these allegations. So you can expect a ton of
• 3:05
Speaker 1: information coming up as we get closer to this trial,
• 3:09
Speaker 1: a ton of new content. And also I'm going to
• 3:12
Speaker 1: be posting episodes about other players within the circle that
• 3:17
Speaker 1: you'll probably be hearing about in the next few weeks.
• 3:21
Speaker 2: That way, those of you who have just.
• 3:23
Speaker 1: Found my work, you can get caught up to date.
• 3:26
Speaker 1: You can get an idea for some of the players
• 3:29
Speaker 1: on the stage and kind of get a better idea
• 3:32
Speaker 1: at the gigantic, enormous scope of this whole entire operation.
• 3:38
Speaker 1: And now, trial. Because it is monstrous as far as
• 3:44
Speaker 1: information goes. So with that said, let's take a look
• 3:49
Speaker 1: at our article for tonight. from The Guardian, and this
• 3:54
Speaker 1: article was authored by Victoria Bekempis, and the headline is,
• 3:59
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell appears relaxed in pre-trial court appearance. New York
• 4:04
Speaker 1: court considers jury selection arrangements for trial of British socialite, co-conspirator,
• 4:10
Speaker 1: general all-around scuzzbag, on sex trafficking charges linked to Jeffrey Epstein.
• 4:16
Speaker 1: And while that is true in the essence of it,
• 4:20
Speaker 1: Let's not forget that there are girls who are alleging
• 4:23
Speaker 1: that Maxwell abused them as well. That she wasn't just
• 4:28
Speaker 1: an enabler or a scheduler or Jeffrey Epstein's ex-girlfriend. According
• 4:34
Speaker 1: to these young ladies, she actually engaged in the abuse herself.
• 4:39
Speaker 1: So let's make sure we always pop that in there
• 4:42
Speaker 1: as well and not just say that she's, you know,
• 4:45
Speaker 1: for helping Jeffrey Epstein. because that takes a little bit
• 4:48
Speaker 1: of the blame off of her, right? Let's her set
• 4:51
Speaker 1: it up as if she's a victim, as if she's
• 4:53
Speaker 1: been victimized, when in reality, she's the one causing people
• 4:57
Speaker 1: to be victimized. Less than 24 hours before Ghislaine Maxwell
• 5:03
Speaker 1: will be in a courtroom with prospective jurors who will
• 5:06
Speaker 1: decide her fate in a Manhattan federal court sex trafficking case,
• 5:10
Speaker 1: the former British socialite, co-conspirator, general all-around scuzzbag, fellow child
• 5:15
Speaker 1: abuser and bipedal serpent, appeared notably at ease during a
• 5:19
Speaker 1: proceeding on Monday morning. Oh, well, that's nice to know.
• 5:23
Speaker 1: I'm glad you're at ease now, Ms.
• 5:24
  Speaker 2: Maxwell.
• 5:25
Speaker 1: Very nice to see. Because guess what? Your days of
• 5:28
Speaker 1: ease are certainly, it would seem, coming to a screeching halt.
• 5:35
Speaker 1: Your days of ease, your days of floating through life
• 5:38
Speaker 1: with servants and people doing your every little bidding, those
• 5:43
Speaker 1: days are over. And hopefully, After your trial here, you'll
• 5:50
Speaker 1: be fitted for a jumpsuit and stuck behind bars for
• 5:55
Speaker 1: the rest of your natural life. So enjoy being comfortable now.
• 5:59
Speaker 1: Enjoy it while it lasts, because I have a sneaking
• 6:02
Speaker 1: suspicion that it's not going to be for much longer.
• 6:07
Speaker 1: One woman, who identified herself as a family member to
• 6:10
Speaker 1: a court security officer, waved at Maxwell shortly before proceedings started.
• 6:15
Speaker 1: She carried a yellow legal pad and scribbled notes throughout
• 6:18
Speaker 1: the proceeding. Oh, well, scribbling notes, are you? Sure, the
• 6:21
Speaker 1: prosecutors are terrified. Maxwell, her lawyers and prosecutors were appearing
• 6:29
Speaker 1: before Judge Allison Nathan to discuss the logistics of questioning
• 6:33
Speaker 1: potential jurors. And you know that this is definitely a
• 6:37
Speaker 1: very sore subject for both sides, right? They want to
• 6:40
Speaker 1: make sure that they get the proper jurors to move
• 6:44
Speaker 1: their case forward. And that goes for the prosecution and
• 6:48
Speaker 1: for the defense. So when it comes to jockeying over
• 6:51
Speaker 1: lawyers and which I mean over jurors and which jurors
• 6:56
Speaker 1: are going to sit in for the case, they go
• 6:59
Speaker 1: real hard in the paint. And originally there were there
• 7:02
Speaker 1: were like 600 jurors for this whole entire situation. Of
• 7:07
Speaker 1: the roughly 600 jurors who completed questionnaires earlier this month,
• 7:12
Speaker 1: Nathan said that Maxwell's lawyers and prosecutors agreed on 231
• 7:17
Speaker 1: who should be called back for further questioning. I believe
• 7:20
Speaker 1: that's a sufficient number, Nathan said. And I would think so, right?
• 7:25
Speaker 1: I mean, 231 people after weeding it down from 600.
• 7:29
Speaker 1: You should have a nice and varied juror pool there
• 7:33
Speaker 1: to choose from. people from different walks of life, people
• 7:37
Speaker 1: from different backgrounds, you know, people of all different stripes,
• 7:41
Speaker 1: whatever it may be. A pool of 600 in a
• 7:44
Speaker 1: place like New York, chances are you're getting a pretty
• 7:47
Speaker 1: diverse juror pool. Nathan also said she hoped that they
• 7:53
Speaker 1: would question 50 possible panelists a day, divided into morning
• 7:58
Speaker 1: and afternoon sessions. Virtually all questioning of potential jurors will
• 8:02
Speaker 1: be public, Nathan has said. So that's going to be
• 8:05
Speaker 1: an interesting situation starting tomorrow for sure. And your boy's
• 8:10
Speaker 1: going to be here for it.
• 8:11
Speaker 2: Absolutely. Got a couple.
• 8:13
Speaker 1: Of energy drinks ready to go and cleared my schedule.
• 8:20
Speaker 1: And I plan on being in the studio, honestly, folks,
• 8:22
Speaker 1: for the next, I don't know, five, six, seven weeks
• 8:26
Speaker 1: until this trial, at the very least until I leave
• 8:28
Speaker 1: for New York, because this information is going to come fast.
• 8:33
Speaker 1: And it's going to come quickly. So we're going to
• 8:35
Speaker 1: have to document it the same way we have throughout
• 8:38
Speaker 1: this whole entire ordeal. That way we can keep everything
• 8:42
Speaker 1: in context, right? Make sure we have enough meat on
• 8:45
Speaker 1: the bone and have a good idea of the puzzle
• 8:48
Speaker 1: that we're trying to put together. Maxwell, an alleged accomplice
• 8:54
Speaker 1: in the late disgraced financier, pedophile, sex abuser, disgusting wannabe
• 9:01
Speaker 1: human being, Epstein's sex trafficking of minor teens appeared in
• 9:05
Speaker 1: good spirits when the proceedings ended around 10.30 a.m., laughing
• 9:09
Speaker 1: as she spoke with her attorneys. Several of her lawyers
• 9:13
Speaker 1: rubbed her shoulders supportively. Aw, isn't that nice? For $ 2, 000
• 9:17
Speaker 1: an hour, you get.
• 9:18
Speaker 2: A massage as well.
• 9:20
Speaker 1: Not only do you catch all of these L's throughout
• 9:23
Speaker 1: the proceedings, we'll give you a nice little supportive massage.
• 9:27
  Speaker 2: I mean, really?
• 9:28
Speaker 1: Give me a break already. Weren't massages one of the
• 9:31
Speaker 1: things that got them in this mess in the first place?
• 9:34
Speaker 1: Talk about being tone deaf. So now let's just start
• 9:37
Speaker 1: giving out Jeffrey Epstein style massages to our client at
• 9:42
Speaker 1: the courthouse because that's a fantastic idea.
• 9:46
  Speaker 2: I mean, really?
• 9:47
Speaker 1: And again, I ask myself, how in the hell are
• 9:51
Speaker 1: these people charging two grand an hour?
• 9:54
Speaker 2: I missed my calling.
• 9:55
Speaker 1: I should have finished up law school instead of changing
• 9:58
Speaker 1: my major back in the day. so I could have
• 10:01
Speaker 1: got paid $ 2, 000 an hour for all kinds of L's
• 10:04
Speaker 1: and all kinds of losses inside of the courtroom. But
• 10:08
Speaker 1: at the very least, I'll throw you a shoulder rub.
• 10:11
  Speaker 1: I mean, I'm a pretty fair guy. Maxwell sported a
• 10:15
Speaker 1: black turtleneck. What is she, Steve Jobs? and gray slacks
• 10:19
Speaker 1: as she was escorted into courtroom 518 of the Thurgood
• 10:22
Speaker 1: Marshall U.S. Courthouse about 9.40 a.m., the first time she
• 10:26
Speaker 1: has appeared in court wearing something other than shapeless jail scrubs. Oh, wow,
• 10:32
Speaker 1: the socialite got to socialize it up.
• 10:34
Speaker 2: A little bit, huh?
• 10:36
Speaker 1: She was able to wear something besides the court-ordered clothing.
• 10:40
Speaker 1: And I'm sure that was just fantastic for her, right?
• 10:44
Speaker 1: How dare anybody put her in state-issued clothing? Don't you
• 10:49
Speaker 1: know who I am, peasant? She wore black boot-like shoes
• 10:54
Speaker 1: rather than institutional slip-ons that appeared on her feet at
• 10:58
Speaker 1: prior court proceedings. She was neither handcuffed nor shackled and
• 11:02
Speaker 1: carried a Poland Springs water bottle just like countless others
• 11:07
Speaker 1: do as they move around New York City. Wait, why
• 11:11
Speaker 1: are you guys doing that? I thought the plastic bottles
• 11:13
Speaker 1: weren't good. Gotta get yourselves a nice little reusable cup, folks.
• 11:17
Speaker 1: Come on, get with it. All kidding aside, though, for
• 11:20
Speaker 1: Maxwell not being in the shackles, not being in handcuffs,
• 11:24
Speaker 1: that's definitely something that is a good thing for her, right?
• 11:32
  Speaker 2: Appearance matters.
• 11:33
Speaker 1: And honestly, unless you're like a violent felon and shit,
• 11:38
Speaker 1: like somebody who's hurt people, like, you.
• 11:40
  Speaker 2: Know, a violent.
• 11:42
Speaker 1: way, assaults, all of that stuff, then I think that
• 11:45
Speaker 1: you probably shouldn't be shackled in front of the jurors.
• 11:50
Speaker 1: And that goes towards my whole thing of the system
• 11:53
Speaker 1: being more fair, right? You don't want to taint the
• 11:57
Speaker 1: jurors' opinions, bringing someone shackled for, you know, financial crime, right?
• 12:04
Speaker 1: And again, it is just appearances. And for Maxwell, it
• 12:10
Speaker 1: is certainly... The first time, like the article saying, that
• 12:13
Speaker 1: we have seen her appear without all of the newly
• 12:17
Speaker 1: found gear that was donated to her by the taxpayers
• 12:21
Speaker 1: of the United States. So for her, she's loving that,
• 12:24
Speaker 1: I bet. Epstein was arrested in July 2019 for sex
• 12:30
Speaker 1: trafficking of minor teens. He killed himself, allegedly, in jail
• 12:34
Speaker 1: while awaiting trial. Maxwell was arrested one year after Epstein's arrest.
• 12:39
Speaker 1: for her alleged role in procuring teenage girls for him
• 12:42
Speaker 1: between 1994 and 2004. And we know that Maxwell was
• 12:48
Speaker 1: crucial to Jeffrey Epstein's operation. She was his, you know, underboss,
• 12:55
Speaker 1: the person that was helping things move behind the scenes.
• 12:59
Speaker 1: Her job was to climb into the social class of
• 13:03
Speaker 1: New York City, the so-called elite, And Jeffrey Epstein's job
• 13:07
Speaker 1: was to continue building these dossiers. And they were perfect
• 13:14
Speaker 1: for each other. Things worked out swimmingly for years. Not
• 13:18
Speaker 1: only were they able to access some of the most
• 13:20
Speaker 1: high-profile people in the financial world, but they were also
• 13:25
Speaker 1: rubbing elbows with ex-presidents, ex-prime ministers, and a bunch of
• 13:35
Speaker 1: other politicians of all kinds of stripes. And trust me
• 13:39
Speaker 1: when I tell you, they didn't care about political party.
• 13:43
Speaker 1: It was all about who could increase the profile. Who
• 13:48
Speaker 1: could offer the most. And wherever that wind blew, you
• 13:53
Speaker 1: better believe that Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell were not
• 13:57
Speaker 1: far behind. They were the epitome of social grifters. Audrey Strauss,
• 14:06
Speaker 1: acting Manhattan U.S. attorney at the time, stated that Maxwell
• 14:09
Speaker 1: played a critical role in helping Epstein to identify, befriend,
• 14:13
Speaker 1: and groom minor victims. And that in some cases, Maxwell
• 14:17
Speaker 1: participated in the abuse. And see, that's why I say
• 14:21
Speaker 1: in these articles, it's almost like a lie of omission
• 14:24
Speaker 1: when they don't say that.
• 14:26
Speaker 2: What are they scared of?
• 14:27
Speaker 1: You have the Manhattan U.S. attorney at the time, Audrey Strauss,
• 14:32
Speaker 1: coming out and saying it. I think it's a pretty
• 14:35
Speaker 1: safe assumption to say that this is the case here.
• 14:42
Speaker 1: Maxwell has been fingered by survivors who said that not
• 14:46
Speaker 1: only was she instrumental in the whole entire logistical part
• 14:50
Speaker 1: of this, but she also took part in the actual abuse.
• 14:55
Speaker 1: So I think it's crucial when these articles come out
• 14:58
Speaker 1: and they're talking about Maxwell's role in this for them
• 15:00
Speaker 1: to touch on that. because it doesn't give you the
• 15:04
Speaker 1: whole story, right? If you're just reading that article, you
• 15:08
Speaker 1: could definitely take it as, oh, Maxwell, she facilitated this stuff.
• 15:12
Speaker 1: She wasn't actually doing the abuse. But in reality, that's
• 15:16
Speaker 1: not what the court documents say. That's not what's being
• 15:18
Speaker 1: alleged by some of these survivors. So it's important to
• 15:23
Speaker 1: have all of the details, right? It's important to have
• 15:26
Speaker 1: as much context as possible so you can build this
• 15:30
Speaker 1: puzzle out. And one thing that I have found since
• 15:33
Speaker 1: we've been covering this case is that they don't do
• 15:36
Speaker 1: that nowhere near enough in the legacy media. So that's
• 15:39
Speaker 1: where the independent content creators come in or the independent
• 15:42
Speaker 1: journalists come in or just the people following the case,
• 15:46
Speaker 1: reaching out to these journalists and setting them straight, putting
• 15:49
Speaker 1: them on the right course, if you will. Maxwell maintains
• 15:57
Speaker 1: she is innocent. Opening arguments in Maxwell's trial are expected
• 16:00
Speaker 1: to take place on November 29th. If convicted, Maxwell faces
• 16:05
Speaker 1: up to 80 years in federal prison. And I don't
• 16:08
Speaker 1: think that's long enough, honestly. Should be 880 years. If
• 16:13
Speaker 1: you're engaging in a human trafficking ring and you're helping
• 16:16
  Speaker 1: groom 16, 17, 15-year-old girls to be involved in a
• 16:21
Speaker 1: sex trafficking ring, probably should be getting thrown underneath the
• 16:25
Speaker 1: prison if you're convicted of those charges. Because, again, there's
• 16:29
Speaker 1: no coming back from that, right? You're not wired like
• 16:32
Speaker 1: the rest of us. You're not normal. That's not normal behavior.
• 16:35
Speaker 1: And anyone normalizing behavior such as that needs to have
• 16:39
Speaker 1: their head checked. There is no scenario that could be
• 16:43
Speaker 1: put in front of me where this behavior is normal.
• 16:49
Speaker 1: And Ghislaine Maxwell was at the forefront of Jeffrey Epstein's
• 16:54
Speaker 1: operation at his right hand for years. And now, when
• 17:02
Speaker 1: all is said and done, and all of the glowing
• 17:05
Speaker 1: fallout is tumbling from the sky, Ghislaine Maxwell is finally
• 17:13
Speaker 1: being held responsible for her part. And I'll tell you what, folks.
• 17:20
Speaker 1: I cannot wait for this trial and for her day
• 17:25
Speaker 1: in front of the jury. If you'd like to contact me,
• 17:28
Speaker 1: you can do that at BobbyCapucci at ProtonMail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I
• 17:36
Speaker 1: at ProtonMail.com. You can also find me on Twitter at
• 17:40
Speaker 1: B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I. The link that I discussed can be
• 17:47
Speaker 1: found in the description box. All right. Back to the
• 17:50
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. Day one of the Ghislaine Maxwell trial is
• 17:55
Speaker 1: now in the books. The proceedings wrapped up about 45
• 18:00
Speaker 1: minutes ago, and they even got to the first witness today. Now,
• 18:08
Speaker 1: the defense, well, they're going with the same strategy that
• 18:11
Speaker 1: we all thought they were going to use. They're trying
• 18:14
Speaker 1: to demean the credibility of the survivors, of the accusers,
• 18:19
Speaker 1: and flip the whole entire script on its head to
• 18:22
Speaker 1: make it seem like Ghislaine Maxwell is some kind of
• 18:25
Speaker 1: victim here. When in reality, we know that that's not
• 18:28
Speaker 1: the case. But that's what the defense is going to
• 18:31
Speaker 1: try and prove. And the prosecution better be ready for it. Now, obviously,
• 18:38
Speaker 1: I am not in that courtroom. Not yet anyway. So
• 18:42
Speaker 1: we're relying on reports from other people. And there are
• 18:46
Speaker 1: several different sources that you can rely on. Adam Klatsfeld
• 18:52
Speaker 1: does a good job reporting. Inner City Press. has been
• 18:57
Speaker 1: doing a fantastic job reporting. Kate Bricklett from over at
• 19:02
Speaker 1: the Daily Beast has been fantastic throughout this whole entire thing.
• 19:06
Speaker 1: And I'm sure there's a couple of other people that
• 19:08
Speaker 1: I'm missing. Attican from Addy Ads, he's been covering the case.
• 19:15
Speaker 2: He's doing a great job. So these are all people.
• 19:17
Speaker 1: That are on site, on the scene, that are covering
• 19:21
Speaker 1: things and keeping an eye on the case as it unfolds.
• 19:25
Speaker 2: Now, that's crucial work, right?
• 19:27
Speaker 1: Because unfortunately for this case, which is a complete bummer,
• 19:32
Speaker 1: there's no call in line for the public to call
• 19:34
Speaker 1: in and get an idea of what's going on. Throughout
• 19:38
Speaker 1: this case, we have had different hearings where we have
• 19:42
Speaker 1: been able to call in and follow along, specifically when
• 19:47
Speaker 1: we were talking about the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
• 19:51
Speaker 1: So it's a real bummer that we can't follow along
• 19:54
Speaker 1: for ourselves and we have to rely on a third
• 19:59
Speaker 1: party to give us the information. But the people that
• 20:03
Speaker 1: I just mentioned, those are all solid folks who are
• 20:08
Speaker 1: aren't you know looking to cause any sort of disinformation
• 20:11
Speaker 1: or anything like that just trying to get to you
• 20:14
Speaker 1: know the bottom of the story so when you have
• 20:17
Speaker 1: people like that at least we have that as a
• 20:19
Speaker 1: crutch to rely on because frankly after the piss poor
• 20:24
Speaker 1: job the legacy media has done throughout this whole entire
• 20:28
Speaker 1: thing i don't know how anyone can rely on them.
• 20:31
Speaker 2: To give them the truth.
• 20:34
Speaker 1: But there's people out there that will adamantly argue with
• 20:38
Speaker 1: you if you try and disrupt their biases. And it's
• 20:44
Speaker 1: wild how many people have come out of the woodwork
• 20:46
Speaker 1: as of late who are all of a sudden experts
• 20:49
Speaker 1: about Epstein. And you can tell the type. They come
• 20:55
Speaker 1: out of the woodwork and they try and use the
• 20:57
Speaker 1: issue as a political cudgel to slap their opponents over
• 21:00
Speaker 1: the head with. And it's just an absolutely... ridiculous way
• 21:05
Speaker 1: to spend your time. So I won't be spending much
• 21:09
Speaker 1: time on social media throughout this whole entire thing because
• 21:12
Speaker 1: it's not worth it for me.
• 21:14
  Speaker 2: It's just stupid.
• 21:15
Speaker 1: A bunch of people yelling at each other and acting
• 21:17
Speaker 1: the fool. So what I'll do is I'll continue my
• 21:20
Speaker 1: research and continue covering this case the same way I have.
• 21:23
Speaker 2: I don't really need social media for all of that.
• 21:26
Speaker 1: It's just a vile place in general, right? People just
• 21:29
Speaker 1: have no act right and people have gotten way too
• 21:31
Speaker 1: comfortable with saying things behind the computer screen that they
• 21:35
Speaker 1: would never say in real life. And I look at
• 21:37
Speaker 1: the way people talk to each other, and I'm like,
• 21:39
Speaker 1: holy cow, what the hell is wrong with you? But
• 21:43
Speaker 1: whenever you have a case like this, a trial like this,
• 21:46
Speaker 1: it brings out all of the carnival barkers, brings out
• 21:49
Speaker 1: all of the weirdos, and certainly brings out all of
• 21:51
Speaker 1: the grifters as well. And you'll also see a lot
• 21:55
Speaker 1: of people who really have no idea what they're talking about.
• 22:00
Speaker 1: And all you have to do is listen to them
• 22:01
Speaker 1: for a little while and they'll expose themselves. So it's
• 22:07
Speaker 1: important that there are some sources on site that are reliable.
• 22:12
Speaker 1: And like I said, my plan is to get into
• 22:14
Speaker 1: New York for at least the last week of this trial,
• 22:17
Speaker 1: maybe even a little earlier. I'm trying to shuffle some
• 22:20
Speaker 1: things around to maybe get into New York a little
• 22:22
Speaker 1: earlier for this. But At least, at the very least,
• 22:28
Speaker 1: we have a few people on the ground, a few
• 22:30
Speaker 1: people in the courtroom who are going to shoot us straight.
• 22:35
Speaker 1: So with that said, let's take a look at this
• 22:38
Speaker 1: article from Law and Crime and let's see what they
• 22:43
Speaker 1: have to say about the opening of this trial. Headline,
• 22:48
Speaker 1: Dangerous Predators. Prosecutors open long-anticipated trial of Ghislaine Maxwell with
• 22:53
Speaker 1: a tale of Jane and Jeffrey Epstein. So again, prosecutors
• 23:00
Speaker 1: are going to make the case that Ghislaine Maxwell was
• 23:05
Speaker 1: a huge component of what Jeffrey Epstein was up to.
• 23:09
Speaker 1: She wasn't a victim. She wasn't somebody who was just
• 23:11
Speaker 1: along for the ride. And that's where both of these
• 23:15
Speaker 1: narratives are going to collide head on. You have prosecution
• 23:19
Speaker 1: who is pitching a completely different narrative to what the
• 23:22
Speaker 1: defense is pitching. And it's going to come down to
• 23:25
Speaker 1: what the jury ends up believing. And for me, all
• 23:29
Speaker 1: of the evidence that we have seen thus far, circumstantial,
• 23:33
Speaker 1: but all of the evidence that we have seen so far,
• 23:36
Speaker 1: it certainly looks like it's not going to end up
• 23:39
Speaker 1: well for Ghislaine Maxwell. Ghislaine Maxwell's sex trafficking trial, a
• 23:46
Speaker 1: lurid case a quarter century in the making, began in
• 23:48
Speaker 1: the style of a storybook with a hideous twist on
• 23:51
Speaker 1: Monday as a federal prosecutor told jurors, I want to
• 23:55
Speaker 1: tell you about a young girl named Jane. Describing Jane
• 23:59
Speaker 1: as a 14-year-old girl who met a man and woman
• 24:02
Speaker 1: at a camp, Assistant U.S. Attorney Laura Elizabeth Pomerantz told jurors,
• 24:07
Speaker 1: what Jane didn't know is that the man and the
• 24:10
Speaker 1: woman were predators, later using the phrase dangerous predators. So
• 24:16
Speaker 1: right out of the gate, AUSA Elizabeth Pomerantz was going
• 24:23
Speaker 1: hard in the paint. calling them what they are, calling
• 24:26
Speaker 1: them predators, and making that assertion right out of the
• 24:30
Speaker 1: jump block. And that's a little off of the pattern as.
• 24:36
Speaker 2: The usual MO. They usually ease into it, right?
• 24:39
Speaker 1: But I have a sneaking suspicion that they feel like
• 24:43
Speaker 1: they have a lot of evidence here and that they
• 24:46
Speaker 1: can go this route of labeling her as a dangerous
• 24:49
Speaker 1: predator right here and right now.
• 24:53
Speaker 2: So it's going to be interesting.
• 24:54
Speaker 1: To see how this narrative is challenged as this case proceeds, right?
• 24:59
Speaker 1: Because we know that the defense wants nothing to do
• 25:02
Speaker 1: with talk like that. The last thing they want to
• 25:05
Speaker 1: hear is their client being called a dangerous predator. The
• 25:11
Speaker 1: prosecutor identified the man as Jeffrey Epstein and, in steady
• 25:15
Speaker 1: and soothing tones, built up dramatic anticipation for the woman.
• 25:20
Speaker 1: Who was that woman targeting young girls for sexual abuse?
• 25:23
Speaker 1: It was the defendant, Ghislaine Maxwell, Pomerantz charged. So think
• 25:29
Speaker 1: about that for a second. That's pretty heavy for those
• 25:31
Speaker 1: of us who have been following this case for a
• 25:33
Speaker 1: long ass time, and especially for the survivors. Forget the
• 25:36
Speaker 1: rest of us. To see Ghislaine Maxwell in that courtroom
• 25:40
Speaker 1: and to see the prosecutors call her a predator like that,
• 25:45
  Speaker 1: that's definitely.
• 25:46
Speaker 2: A move towards the goal line.
• 25:49
Speaker 1: Considering the rhetoric we've seen previously, the way they keep
• 25:53
Speaker 1: calling her a socialite and all of that, it's almost
• 25:57
Speaker 1: surreal at this point to see her on the stand
• 26:00
Speaker 1: and being held accountable. Or at the very least, they're
• 26:04
Speaker 1: going to try and hold her accountable. Because if you
• 26:09
Speaker 1: would have told me this was going to happen, oh,
• 26:11
Speaker 1: I don't know, two and a half years ago, three
• 26:12
Speaker 1: years ago, I would have said, there's no way.
• 26:17
  Speaker 2: No way.
• 26:23
Speaker 1: A little less than a year after Epstein was found
• 26:26
Speaker 1: dead in his prison cell, Maxwell became the first accused
• 26:29
Speaker 1: co-conspirator of his to be charged by prosecutors. Yeah, so
• 26:36
Speaker 1: she is the only co-conspirator who is being charged by
• 26:43
Speaker 1: these prosecutors as of now that we know of. Now,
• 26:45
Speaker 1: Jean-Luc Brunel is being charged as well, but he is
• 26:48
  Speaker 1: being charged in.
• 26:51
  Speaker 2: France, right?
• 26:52
Speaker 1: He's not here in America facing charges. So that's pretty interesting.
• 26:59
Speaker 1: If she's convicted of all six charges, she is facing
• 27:04
Speaker 1: at 70 years. And the indictment charges at four of
• 27:07
Speaker 1: her alleged victims, the prosecutor did hint at more. He
• 27:12
Speaker 1: told the jurors that Maxwell and Epstein had devised a
• 27:14
Speaker 1: pyramid scheme of abuse. And we've used that analogy before
• 27:18
Speaker 1: on the podcast even. That's definitely what he had going on.
• 27:22
Speaker 1: There's no doubt about it. That's exactly what he was
• 27:24
Speaker 1: up to. And it's a generic way of describing it,
• 27:30
Speaker 1: but it is a way that the Unsullied, those who
• 27:33
Speaker 1: don't know much about the case, a way for them
• 27:36
Speaker 1: to get an idea of what was going on here.
• 27:38
Speaker 1: When you look at a pyramid scheme, you understand the
• 27:41
Speaker 1: dynamics of it, right? You understand the way it works.
• 27:45
Speaker 1: And instead of doing it with money, Epstein and Maxwell
• 27:48
Speaker 1: and their cohorts were doing it with human beings, according
• 27:52
Speaker 1: to the prosecutors. And more importantly to me anyway, according
• 27:55
Speaker 1: to the survivors themselves. Assistant Attorney General Pomerantz went on
• 28:04
Speaker 1: to say, ladies and gentlemen, Jane was not the only one.
• 28:09
Speaker 1: She called Jane that name in this because... three of
• 28:13
Speaker 1: these minor victims are going to be coming forward anonymously.
• 28:20
Speaker 1: And the one who is going to be coming forward
• 28:22
Speaker 1: with their name in public is Annie Farmer. So, when
• 28:28
Speaker 1: you hear people referred to as Jane 1, 2, or 3,
• 28:31
Speaker 1: those are the other accusers in this case who have
• 28:35
Speaker 1: elected to keep their names private. Several other women have
• 28:43
Speaker 1: made the same kind of allegations in court. But this
• 28:47
Speaker 1: is the first time since Epstein's case in 2018 that
• 28:51
Speaker 1: a plea deal for these allegations related to his conspiracy
• 28:54
Speaker 1: went all the way to a criminal trial. And we
• 28:57
Speaker 1: have seen time and time again with Epstein and his friends,
• 29:00
Speaker 1: they've been able to buy their way out of these allegations, right?
• 29:03
Speaker 1: They've been able to pay people off. make sure that
• 29:09
Speaker 1: they don't have to go to jail, settlements as far
• 29:12
Speaker 1: as civil cases go. And then what they do is
• 29:15
Speaker 1: get people to sign away their rights in return for
• 29:18
Speaker 1: some money. Bobby Sternum, who is Ghislaine Maxwell's lawyer, she
• 29:27
Speaker 1: depicted the case as one about a woman getting the
• 29:29
  Speaker 1: blame for a man's misdeeds. And it's a pretty shrewd
• 29:33
  Speaker 1: move on Sternheim's.
• 29:35
Speaker 2: Part, right? It's a good strategy usually. If you could
• 29:39
  Speaker 2: set it up.
• 29:40
Speaker 1: That Jeffrey Epstein was the number one motivation here, the
• 29:46
Speaker 1: number one engine here, and Ghislaine Maxwell was simply just
• 29:51
Speaker 1: a passenger, that is a dream outcome for the defense.
• 29:56
Speaker 1: And that is exactly what they're going to try and do.
• 29:59
Speaker 1: But that's not going to work out, I don't think.
• 30:01
Speaker 1: I really don't think that that kind of defense in
• 30:06
Speaker 1: this current place where we find ourselves as a society
• 30:13
Speaker 1: is the proper way to go about it. But again, look,
• 30:16
Speaker 1: that's just my opinion. I'm certainly not a lawyer, right?
• 30:19
Speaker 1: And I'm certainly not somebody making two grand an hour
• 30:21
Speaker 1: for my legalese advice. But it just seems like a
• 30:25
Speaker 1: bad strategy to me. And then that in turn leads
• 30:29
Speaker 1: me to believe that that's all they have to go on.
• 30:33
Speaker 1: We've talked about it a lot here. They really don't
• 30:35
Speaker 1: have any kind of tenable ground. Ever since Eve was
• 30:44
Speaker 1: accused of tempting Adam for the apple, women have been
• 30:47
Speaker 1: blamed for the bad behavior of men, and women are
• 30:49
Speaker 1: often villainized and punished more than men ever are, Sternheim said.
• 30:54
Speaker 1: And again, look, it's a shrewd move. And if she
• 30:56
Speaker 1: wasn't dealing with minor victims, minors who are going to testify,
• 31:03
Speaker 1: then it might have more of an impact on the jury.
• 31:06
Speaker 1: But when you look at the whole entire case, I
• 31:08
Speaker 1: do not think that it's going to play out. I
• 31:12
Speaker 1: just don't think it's going to play out. Countering the
• 31:20
Speaker 1: prosecution's first words to jurors, Sternheim said... I wish I
• 31:24
Speaker 1: could tell you a progressive, once upon a time narration.
• 31:27
Speaker 1: But she added that the evidence of the case was
• 31:29
Speaker 1: not conducive to that approach. Instead, Sternheim depicted the case
• 31:35
Speaker 1: in themes of four words beginning.
• 31:37
Speaker 2: With the letter M.
• 31:38
Speaker 1: Memory, manipulation, media, and money. And that's really what it
• 31:43
Speaker 1: all comes down to for these people always, right? They
• 31:46
Speaker 1: always say, oh, it's all about money. It's all about
• 31:49
Speaker 1: making a dollar, it's all about a payday, blah, blah, blah, blah.
• 31:56
Speaker 1: But if that was the case, then why would some
• 31:58
Speaker 1: of these survivors continue the fight after the fact of
• 32:02
Speaker 1: the matter? After they've had settlements, why would they continue
• 32:06
Speaker 1: to deal with having their lives dragged through the media,
• 32:09
Speaker 1: having to deal with disinformation agents, and having to deal
• 32:12
Speaker 1: with a bunch of other knuckleheads? It doesn't make sense
• 32:16
Speaker 1: to me. And to set it up like these ladies,
• 32:23
Speaker 1: these survivors, it's all about money is just so gross
• 32:26
Speaker 1: on its face. This isn't one person claiming that this occurred.
• 32:32
Speaker 1: A he said, she said matter where we don't have
• 32:35
Speaker 1: all of the information. This is literally dozens upon dozens
• 32:40
Speaker 1: of girls and little girls and women coming forward and
• 32:42
Speaker 1: saying this happened. So there's really not, you know, a
• 32:47
Speaker 1: he said, she said.
• 32:48
Speaker 2: Kind of gray area here.
• 32:52
Speaker 1: So this morning, the jury was in panel, the 12
• 32:55
Speaker 1: jurors and six alternates. That was all locked away before
• 32:59
Speaker 1: everything started. And Maxwell was accompanied into and out of
• 33:06
Speaker 1: the courtroom without handcuffs. She wore a cream colored sweater
• 33:10
Speaker 1: and black pants, a white mask. And yeah, she adhered
• 33:17
Speaker 1: to all the pandemic related social distancing and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah,
• 33:21
Speaker 1: all that stuff. And there were some people at the
• 33:24
Speaker 1: trial who have a big say in the matter, such
• 33:29
  Speaker 1: as Sarah Ransom.
• 33:32
  Speaker 2: And when she.
• 33:33
Speaker 1: Was talked to by reporters outside of the courthouse, she
• 33:37
Speaker 1: said she never thought that this day would come. And
• 33:40
Speaker 1: for me, you have to look at these survivors and
• 33:43
Speaker 1: what they've been through and how long they have been
• 33:45
Speaker 1: dealing with all of this. And think about that for
• 33:48
Speaker 1: a minute. How it must be surreal. How it must
• 33:51
Speaker 1: be almost like it's not happening. So that's definitely something
• 33:58
Speaker 1: that I'm interested to see. How many of the survivors
• 34:03
Speaker 1: end up showing up in court here. And how many
• 34:05
Speaker 1: of them, you know, are maybe put on the stand.
• 34:09
Speaker 1: Should be an interesting path that we're on here, folks.
• 34:14
Speaker 1: Another thing that happened at the... trial today, which was
• 34:18
Speaker 1: very interesting, is they had a witness on the stand already.
• 34:24
Speaker 1: And that witness was Larry Vesosky. Larry Vesosky was Jeffrey
• 34:29
Speaker 1: Epstein's airplane pilot. And I've done several episodes on him.
• 34:34
Speaker 1: I've posted some recently. Maybe I'll repost it for those
• 34:38
Speaker 1: of you who have just found the podcast and don't
• 34:41
Speaker 1: want to navigate through the gigantic catalog. Maybe I'll just
• 34:44
Speaker 1: repost it again. But Larry Vysotsky was Jeffrey Epstein's pilot,
• 34:49
Speaker 1: his top dog, so much so, in fact, that he
• 34:51
Speaker 1: was given a parcel of land on Jeffrey Epstein's Zorro Ranch.
• 34:57
Speaker 1: Larry Vysotsky's daughter was also married on Jeffrey Epstein's Zorro Ranch.
• 35:04
Speaker 1: So there's a little bit of background of who Lawrence
• 35:08
Speaker 1: Paul Vysotsky is. So he was on the stand today,
• 35:12
Speaker 1: called as a witness for the prosecution. And he was asked, obviously,
• 35:19
Speaker 1: some questions. You know, what his name was, gave his name,
• 35:25
Speaker 1: who he worked for, Jeffrey Epstein. He was asked where
• 35:29
Speaker 1: he was hired. Where did Epstein hire him out of?
• 35:32
Speaker 1: And he was hired out of Columbus, Ohio, as we've
• 35:35
Speaker 1: talked about previously, along with David Rogers, who was the
• 35:39
Speaker 1: other pilot who we also talked about. Maureen Comey went
• 35:44
Speaker 1: on to say, how long did Mr. Rogers work for Mr.
• 35:47
  Speaker 2: Epstein?
• 35:48
Speaker 1: And Vysotsky said, about the same duration as himself. Some
• 35:52
Speaker 1: other questions about Maxwell's hairstyle. Another question about, can he
• 36:00
  Speaker 1: identify Ms.
• 36:01
  Speaker 2: Maxwell?
• 36:02
Speaker 1: And he said that she was over in the corner
• 36:04
Speaker 1: wearing a white sweater. Questions continued to come in about
• 36:09
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein and about the private jets. And one of
• 36:12
Speaker 1: the questions was, did Jeffrey Epstein always take the private jet?
• 36:17
Speaker 1: And Vysotsky said the only time he didn't do that
• 36:20
Speaker 1: was when the Concorde was flying. And he also went
• 36:23
Speaker 1: on to add that Ms. Maxwell, she used the airplane sometimes,
• 36:27
Speaker 1: used airlines sometimes. In the 90s, she had an option
• 36:31
Speaker 1: on a quarter share of a private jet, according to
• 36:33
Speaker 1: Larry Vesosky. So, we know that Epstein was not flying commercial, okay?
• 36:40
Speaker 1: We know that he was rocking out in his private jets.
• 36:44
Speaker 1: And we know that Maxwell also, for the most part, was,
• 36:47
Speaker 1: you know, afforded the same kind of transportation.
• 36:50
  Speaker 2: Um....
• 36:53
Speaker 1: Now, Vysotsky started to get on to a little bit
• 36:55
Speaker 1: of talking about the flight logs and who was flying
• 36:58
Speaker 1: on the plane with him. And he said for domestic flights,
• 37:01
Speaker 1: he didn't need to know who was flying in the plane.
• 37:04
Speaker 1: And that's kind of mind-blowing. How is that even possible?
• 37:07
Speaker 1: The pilot doesn't need to know who's in his plane? Now,
• 37:10
Speaker 1: I'm not questioning if he's right or wrong saying that.
• 37:12
Speaker 1: I'm sure he knows the rules and regulations. But as
• 37:17
Speaker 1: a bystander sitting over here in the peanut gallery, you
• 37:20
Speaker 1: would think that you would have to know who's on
• 37:22
Speaker 1: your plane, right? kind of an important thing. Comey went on,
• 37:30
Speaker 1: Maureen Comey, who's one of the attorneys working the case,
• 37:36
Speaker 1: went on to ask him, you didn't get all of
• 37:38
Speaker 1: the names? And Vysotsky said he did not. He said
• 37:42
Speaker 1: there were New York City, Palm Beach, Santa Fe, actually Stanley,
• 37:46
Speaker 1: New Mexico, and then an apartment in Paris, and an
• 37:49
Speaker 1: island in St. Thomas. So he was talking about all
• 37:52
Speaker 1: the places that he took Epstein. And it is crazy
• 38:01
Speaker 1: to think that this guy's flying Epstein and all these
• 38:04
Speaker 1: people all across the country, across international boundaries, and doesn't
• 38:10
Speaker 1: even have all of the information on who's on his flight. Now,
• 38:14
Speaker 1: I'm guessing on the international flights, he has to know
• 38:18
Speaker 1: considering he pointed out for a domestic flight, he doesn't
• 38:21
Speaker 1: need to know. So I don't know one way or
• 38:24
Speaker 1: the other what the rules and regulations are about that.
• 38:27
Speaker 1: I'll have to look that up. Comey went on to
• 38:32
Speaker 1: ask some more questions about Epstein's Palm Beach residence, and
• 38:36
Speaker 1: Vysotsky went on to explain what they looked like. She
• 38:40
Speaker 1: went on to ask, who drove Epstein up to the plane?
• 38:49
Speaker 1: And Vysotsky answered that it was the butler who did that.
• 38:53
Speaker 1: But he said others did too. So again, a little
• 38:59
Speaker 1: more context about Larry Vysotsky, right? We've talked about him
• 39:03
Speaker 1: plenty of times, but the fact that he is on
• 39:05
  Speaker 1: the witness stand right now, I didn't really, I didn't
• 39:07
Speaker 1: expect that, especially not this quickly. So the questioning continued.
• 39:16
Speaker 1: And Comey asked him what he did at the 9th,
• 39:20
Speaker 1: 71st Street place. He said, pick up luggage and install
• 39:25
Speaker 1: video equipment. So that's the townhouse. So he picked up
• 39:29
Speaker 1: luggage and installed... video equipment at the townhouse.
• 39:32
  Speaker 2: Very interesting.
• 39:33
Speaker 1: Very interesting indeed. Maureen Comey also asked about which airport
• 39:38
Speaker 1: he used. And he said, Teterboro or Newark or JFK
• 39:43
Speaker 1: if they had the larger plane. Right after the questioning
• 39:47
Speaker 1: of Larry Vesosky, they wrapped it up for the night.
• 39:51
Speaker 1: And it looks like Judge Nathan wrapped it up at
• 39:53
  Speaker 1: around 4.58.
• 39:56
  Speaker 2: So.
• 39:57
Speaker 1: Again, we're lucky that we have some people in there
• 40:00
Speaker 1: documenting what went on. And make sure that you're following
• 40:04
Speaker 1: people like Inner City Press and Adam Klarsfeld. And all
• 40:08
Speaker 1: of these people who are actually there and on the scene.
• 40:12
Speaker 2: Because... Without them, we wouldn't.
• 40:15
Speaker 1: Have any idea of what's going on in this courtroom
• 40:17
Speaker 1: right now. So... For me, it's a very interesting development
• 40:22
Speaker 1: that Larry Vesoski was on the stand today and that
• 40:26
Speaker 1: he was taking these questions. Now, come tomorrow, there's going
• 40:31
Speaker 1: to be some cross-examination and the defense is going to
• 40:34
Speaker 1: get their crack at Mr.
• 40:36
  Speaker 2: Vesoski.
• 40:37
Speaker 1: And I'm sure that the prosecution probably has some more
• 40:41
Speaker 1: to ask him as well.
• 40:43
Speaker 2: So we'll see where it all goes, folks.
• 40:45
Speaker 1: But That's kind of a compartmentalized version of what occurred today.
• 40:52
Speaker 1: And while there was nothing too bombshell-ish, I think that
• 40:56
Speaker 1: Larry Vesosky taking the stand tonight is a pretty big development.
• 41:00
Speaker 1: And he is somebody who has a lot of knowledge
• 41:03
Speaker 1: about the inner workings of Jeffrey Epstein's organization as far
• 41:07
Speaker 1: as where they went, where they were traveling to, etc., etc.,
• 41:11
Speaker 1: And you have to think that Larry Vesosky is somebody
• 41:15
Speaker 1: who is deeply, deeply in Epstein's confidence or was. If
• 41:20
Speaker 1: Epstein's given him 40 acres at Zorro Ranch with a
• 41:23
Speaker 1: beautiful property like that, you have to think they're pretty close.
• 41:27
Speaker 1: So it's going to be interesting to see which line
• 41:30
Speaker 1: of questioning the prosecution goes with tomorrow. And we'll just
• 41:35
Speaker 1: have to see, right? We'll have to, you know, Keep
• 41:38
Speaker 1: following it and see where it goes. But it's already
• 41:41
Speaker 1: turning interesting. So... We're going to keep at it, folks.
• 41:47
Speaker 1: We're going to keep following the case every day. We'll
• 41:49
Speaker 1: have at least two updates. We'll have the live streams.
• 41:52
Speaker 1: And we'll try and make heads or tails of it.
• 41:55
Speaker 1: Because one thing's for sure. There is a lot of
• 41:58
Speaker 1: murky water that we've got to swim through. A lot
• 42:01
  Speaker 1: of BS.
• 42:01
Speaker 2: A lot of nonsense. And a lot of carnival barkers.
• 42:07
  Speaker 1: So.
• 42:08
  Speaker 2: We'll continue to.
• 42:08
Speaker 1: Follow the case through these trusted sources, through people who
• 42:13
Speaker 1: have motivation of seeing the truth be told. And I
• 42:16
Speaker 1: highly suggest that if you're interested in following this stuff
• 42:19
Speaker 1: real time, you follow places like people like Inner City
• 42:23
Speaker 1: Press or Adam Klasfeld or Kate Bricklett or, you know,
• 42:27
Speaker 1: somebody that is working this case who has a track
• 42:30
Speaker 1: record of telling the truth. Because there is a lot
• 42:35
Speaker 1: of disinformation out there, folks. Be very mindful of it.
• 42:39
Speaker 1: All right, everybody, that's going to wrap it up for
• 42:41
Speaker 1: day one, Ghislaine Maxwell trial coverage. We'll be right back
• 42:46
Speaker 1: at it tomorrow morning, nice and early. We'll get a,
• 42:50
Speaker 1: you know, a pre-trial show in, talk about what's going on,
• 42:54
Speaker 1: some of the headlines. And then as the day progresses,
• 42:57
Speaker 1: we'll keep an eye on the news, keep an eye
• 42:59
Speaker 1: on how the trial is progressing. And if we need
• 43:02
Speaker 1: to have more than one update, I'm certainly here and
• 43:05
Speaker 1: prepared for it. But as of now, it looks like
• 43:08
Speaker 1: the two updates a day will be sufficient. And we'll
• 43:11
  Speaker 1: go from there.
• 43:13
Speaker 2: So with that said, folks, I hope you all have.
• 43:15
Speaker 1: A great Monday night. And I will see you all
• 43:18
Speaker 1: back here at the same time, same place, same channel
• 43:22
Speaker 1: tomorrow morning. Have a great night, everyone. If you'd like
