A $11,000 reward is now on the table for tips leading to the capture of Isabelle Johnson, 38, accused of murdering 43-year-old Jason Coulthart, whose remains were found in a shallow grave after a months-long search. DNA confirmation came only last week, and authorities say Johnson is actively evading capture, using aliases and possibly altering her appearance.
