Matthew’s Miracles Sermon on the Mount: God’s Moral Health Manual
All authors write with a certain style. Matthew’s method is easy to observe. (1.) He gives summary statements at junctures in his story of Jesus Christ. We have such a one in 4:23-25 where he writes, “Now Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease among the people.
