- 0:00Speaker 1: Ashley, Good morning, Good morning, what's up.
- 0:03Speaker 2: I just bought, you know, my first house, and I've
- 0:07Speaker 2: been in like my DIY home improvement era, and I
- 0:15Speaker 2: have these countertops that I just got re done, and
- 0:18Speaker 2: I sound like that this tiny stain on it. So
- 0:22Speaker 2: I watched a video on how to get the stain out,
- 0:26Speaker 2: and I put some cleaning product on it and let
- 0:29Speaker 2: it set for ten minutes. Came back, took it off
- 0:33Speaker 2: and there was like a huge dull circle where I
- 0:39Speaker 2: put the cleaning product, and I realized the video I
- 0:42Speaker 2: watched was for an entirely different kind of countertop.
- 0:46Speaker 3: Oh no, that sounds expensive. So you made the little
- 0:50Speaker 3: stain a big stain.
- 0:52Speaker 2: I mean it's a really big stain.
- 0:55Speaker 4: Is there another video telling you how to get out
- 0:57Speaker 4: the really big state?
- 0:58Speaker 1: Or we just we just screwed the whole thing up.
- 1:01Speaker 2: Not that I can find. I've been I've just been
- 1:04Speaker 2: throwing like different products on it, like Chlorox wipes, and
- 1:09Speaker 2: I put Windex on it. I think it's making it worse,
- 1:12Speaker 2: and uh, you know, I just kind of panicked, and
- 1:16Speaker 2: so finally I called a professional and uh he said,
- 1:20Speaker 2: you need to stop touching it, and uh, they're going
- 1:25Speaker 2: to come over and take a look at it. But
- 1:28Speaker 2: I don't know how much that's costs. So basically, you know,
- 1:33Speaker 2: my biggest home improvement task, I guess is leaving my
- 1:39Speaker 2: house right right.
- 1:42Speaker 5: It's like it's like the simple job that became not
- 1:46Speaker 5: such a simple job. Do you guys see that thing
- 1:48Speaker 5: that happened in Illinois? They were like in this high
- 1:49Speaker 5: school was putting this big jumbo tron up and the
- 1:51Speaker 5: harness actually snap, the jumbo tron came crashing down. Let
- 1:56Speaker 5: me just give you perspective here that jumbotrons cost anywhere
- 1:59Speaker 5: between third thirty to one hundred thousand dollars.
- 2:02Speaker 3: So simple job.
- 2:03Speaker 6: They were just supposed to put it up.
- 2:04Speaker 5: Harness dropped in, harness broke crashed, literally cost school one
- 2:08Speaker 5: hundred thousand dollars.
- 2:10Speaker 6: It's like when rich I had to turn on that
- 2:12Speaker 6: light right there and.
- 2:13Speaker 1: It crashed down behind it.
- 2:14Speaker 3: You got one job.
- 2:15Speaker 6: You should turn on the light.
- 2:17Speaker 4: Wow, it's little, it's not. It's not in balance. I'll
- 2:19Speaker 4: tell you that.
- 2:20Speaker 1: I'd like I like to know more do it yourself
- 2:24Speaker 1: projects that have gone wrong. Totally thought you're improving it
- 2:26Speaker 1: and you screwed it up.
- 2:27Speaker 6: You try to do it yourself. The gym that I
- 2:31Speaker 6: go to, the gym that I go to that you
- 2:34Speaker 6: dropped when you're done lifting weight, you dropped. You know,
- 2:36Speaker 6: you drop a weight if it's heavy. And I guess
- 2:37Speaker 6: someone had dropped weight and it hit the concrete, broke
- 2:39Speaker 6: the concrete. So the husband of the lady that owns
- 2:43Speaker 6: the gym went in and put concrete over it. But
- 2:45Speaker 6: what happened was it healed it. It's like a little bump,
- 2:48Speaker 6: you know. So they had it's been like a year
- 2:50Speaker 6: like that. So now a new a construction crew has
- 2:52Speaker 6: come in to try to fix it. This morning. I
- 2:55Speaker 6: was there this morning and they had they put more
- 2:58Speaker 6: concrete over. So now it's more like a speed bump.
- 3:00Speaker 6: It's like it got worse. It's a bigger bumps. It's
- 3:04Speaker 6: a bigger pump. And it's all because someone tried the
- 3:06Speaker 6: di Wyatt. And now you can't because if you're working out,
- 3:09Speaker 6: if you put a bench over it to lift, the
- 3:11Speaker 6: bench wobbles.
- 3:11Speaker 5: That's literally like Ashley's probably like it.
- 3:13Speaker 1: Actually you're not.
- 3:14Speaker 6: Alone, and it's a small tym, so it's like you
- 3:16Speaker 6: can't wherever you go, you have to wobble. If you're
- 3:19Speaker 6: gonna exercise wobble. Yeah, so thank you Ashley for bringing
- 3:23Speaker 6: that up. Let's do it. Thank you eight seven seven
- 3:27Speaker 6: ninety three seven one oh four seven. Let's hear about
- 3:29Speaker 6: your DIY do it Yourself project gone wrong. Hello Maddie,
- 3:34Speaker 6: you're on the air.
- 3:34Speaker 1: Good morning, Good morning.
- 3:37Speaker 7: A couple of months ago, I had a washing machine
- 3:40Speaker 7: in my apartment that I noticed was like shaking really
- 3:44Speaker 7: badly and moving around every time I ran it. So
- 3:47Speaker 7: I decided to try and fix it myself. I was like,
- 3:50Speaker 7: this can't be too hard, and then I watched this
- 3:54Speaker 7: video on YouTube that said the problem was that the
- 3:57Speaker 7: machine probably wasn't level. So I started adjusting those little
- 4:01Speaker 7: feet underneath it my house. Yeah, and apparently, according to
- 4:05Speaker 7: my phone, I got it perfectly leveled. I was like,
- 4:07Speaker 7: we're good. Then ran it again. The whole washing machine
- 4:12Speaker 7: started like slowly walking across the laundry room, spinning faster
- 4:17Speaker 7: than I've ever seen a spin, and it ends up
- 4:19Speaker 7: pulling the drain hose out of the wall and flooding
- 4:22Speaker 7: my laundry.
- 4:22Speaker 1: Oh that's bad.
- 4:25Speaker 6: Oh my gosh.
- 4:26Speaker 8: I've definitely had one of those like washers though that
- 4:28Speaker 8: will move when the closer in carry. I can actually
- 4:32Speaker 8: literally visualize that, but for it to move so far
- 4:34Speaker 8: away that it pulls out the drain.
- 4:37Speaker 7: Horrible, horrible.
- 4:39Speaker 6: All right, Maddie, thanks for calling in.
- 4:41Speaker 7: Yeah, thank you.

- 5:44Speaker 6: what happened?
- 5:46Speaker 9: I was building. I took a pop up trailer and
- 5:49Speaker 9: built it turn it into a hard sided bunk house
- 5:52Speaker 9: at my cabin up north, and I was putting in
- 5:54Speaker 9: a pool handle on the dutch door, and it was
- 5:57Speaker 9: a brand new drill bit and as I was trying
- 5:59Speaker 9: to line up screws, I placed the drill between my
- 6:02Speaker 9: knees to hold it. I was wearing crocs, and as
- 6:05Speaker 9: I reached over, the drill slipped out from between my
- 6:08Speaker 9: knees straight to the top of my foot and made
- 6:10Speaker 9: an extra hole in my croc. And uh, I wasn't
- 6:13Speaker 9: I was okay until it started feeling super wet. So
- 6:16Speaker 9: I took my croc off and I took a step
- 6:18Speaker 9: and it squirted out like a sprinkler, and I said, oh,
- 6:22Speaker 9: and I was by myself, so I called my neighbor
- 6:24Speaker 9: and we called the paramedics and they came and just
- 6:26Speaker 9: wrapped it up. And they said, since it's the bottom
- 6:28Speaker 9: of your circulatory system, there's a lot of pressure. But
- 6:31Speaker 9: I didn't need stitches. I just had an extra hole
- 6:33Speaker 9: in my croc.
- 6:34Speaker 4: Whoa and your foot It was like almost the toll
- 6:38Speaker 4: right where it didn't really mess up an eat nerve
- 6:40Speaker 4: endings or anything, right, but it was.
- 6:43Speaker 9: It just blood A lot scared me, but you know
- 6:46Speaker 9: I had.
- 6:46Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 6:47Speaker 9: Do you see why fail?
- 6:48Speaker 6: You do a lot of that stuff. You work on
- 6:51Speaker 6: your on your cabin, You work a lot of stuff
- 6:53Speaker 6: on your own.
- 6:55Speaker 9: Oh, my dad does a lot of it. And then
- 6:56Speaker 9: I was doing all the finishing stuff and it was
- 7:00Speaker 9: an accident.
- 7:01Speaker 6: Well, it just seems like you the way you speak
- 7:04Speaker 6: and the way that you know words.
- 7:06Speaker 1: Drill bit drill bit on us and the stuff that
- 7:08Speaker 1: I do.
- 7:09Speaker 9: Well, my dad, my dad builds houses and he kind
- 7:12Speaker 9: of taught my sister, my brother and I like, try
- 7:14Speaker 9: to figure it out on your own. Then once you
- 7:16Speaker 9: can't figure it out on your own, then you call somebody.
- 7:19Speaker 1: Okay, I think you should win our gift card. It's
- 7:21Speaker 1: pretty amazing.
- 7:22Speaker 6: Would you like to win our gift card? Kelly? Would
- 7:24Speaker 6: you use it?
- 7:25Speaker 8: Yeah?
- 7:26Speaker 9: But full yeah, full transparency. I won one last week
- 7:29Speaker 9: as a teacher.
- 7:31Speaker 6: Oh you did? Oh how weird is that?
- 7:33Speaker 1: Yes? No, you can't.
- 7:39Speaker 9: Yeah, I think I I signed the paper.
- 7:42Speaker 1: Yeah for thirty days. But how weird is that?
- 7:45Speaker 6: You we gave it to you as a teacher and
- 7:46Speaker 6: then you called in for a d I I do
- 7:48Speaker 6: you do it as a universe?
- 7:50Speaker 1: How deserving you ally is our listener?
- 7:52Speaker 6: Hold on, Kelly, hold on? And then we got Tom.
- 7:55Speaker 6: Then I thought, Hey, Tom, what's your do it yourself fail?
- 7:57Speaker 6: What happened? Guys?
- 8:00Speaker 10: Hey, this is the I feel like the classic DIY
- 8:03Speaker 10: gone wrong. You've got a little drip under the sink.
- 8:07Speaker 10: I went to tighten the little plastic fastener there and
- 8:13Speaker 10: broke the entire pipe off, not to mention, so water's
- 8:18Speaker 10: going everywhere now, and now I'm I'm frantic. I'm running
- 8:22Speaker 10: out front trying to find the main cut off to
- 8:25Speaker 10: the house, can't find the right wrench. Fifteen some odd
- 8:30Speaker 10: minutes go by, I've got a half a foot of
- 8:32Speaker 10: standing water in my kitchen before finally the right size
- 8:37Speaker 10: wrench to shut the main water off. Now I'm not
- 8:40Speaker 10: allowed to touch anything.
- 8:42Speaker 4: There's a guy who right there.
- 8:46Speaker 11: Tom, Sure, good buddy, Tom.
- 8:49Speaker 6: Would you like a FI dot com? Did you win?
- 8:54Speaker 10: There's a few things I could get done in the
- 8:56Speaker 10: house that I've been putting off for sure.
- 8:58Speaker 6: Yeah, okay, yeah, all right Tom, because that's a good
- 9:01Speaker 6: one too. So hold on the line. Tom. We Yeah, man,
- 9:03Speaker 6: you get five hundred bucks. Are awesome air.
- 9:05Speaker 1: Taesker dot com, tom.
- 9:07Speaker 10: So listening for twenty years, Love you guys.
- 9:09Speaker 6: Thanks brother, hold online.
- 9:11Speaker 1: It's a lot of water in the house.
- 9:12Speaker 6: Happened the hold on? Tom? Well, there's so many people
- 9:18Speaker 6: calling now, Hello, John, Jay and Rich? Is this.
- 9:23Speaker 12: James calling in for di y bail?
- 9:26Speaker 6: All right, let's hear it. What happened?
- 9:29Speaker 12: Trying to hang my TV? Thinking that I knew what
- 9:32Speaker 12: I was doing, went to another room and heard a
- 9:35Speaker 12: big crash.
- 9:39Speaker 1: Didn't hit with TV, didn't make it.
- 9:43Speaker 12: I thought I was doing something and I wasn't.
- 9:49Speaker 4: Thanks for calling in, man, Thanks for listening. Of course,
- 9:52Speaker 4: broken well, broken TV. That's not good.
- 9:54Speaker 6: Speaking of TV, I finished Stirling Point yesterday. You guys
- 9:57Speaker 6: finished that yet?
- 9:58Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 9:58Speaker 3: I haven't finished it yet.
- 10:00Speaker 6: Do you like can Peyton?
- 10:00Speaker 3: I loved that show. I thought it was so good.
- 10:03Speaker 8: I thought it was so emotional and just sweet, and
- 10:05Speaker 8: it hit all of the feels it did.
- 10:07Speaker 6: In fact, I had this like I was watching the
- 10:10Speaker 6: two actors Ellis and Annie.
- 10:13Speaker 3: They're so cute. I want them to date in real life.
- 10:16Speaker 6: That's where I'm getting at. Look, I feel like they
- 10:20Speaker 6: are a real couple. And then It's funny because then
- 10:22Speaker 6: I see this thing today it says on screen lovers
- 10:24Speaker 6: who actually hated each other, And I was kind of like,
- 10:27Speaker 6: there's no way those two people in that show hate
- 10:28Speaker 6: each other. They have to be. The way they kiss
- 10:30Speaker 6: and hold each other seems so real to know that's
- 10:33Speaker 6: good acting. So I was shocked at some of these
- 10:37Speaker 6: couples in movies and TV shows that hate each other.
- 10:41Speaker 1: Patrick Swayzey and Jennifer Gray and Dirty Dancing No way. Yeah,
- 10:44Speaker 1: it does seem like that was legit.
- 10:46Speaker 6: Their issues carried over from the movie Red Dawn, where
- 10:49Speaker 6: Jennifer got sick of his macho attitude. They hated each other.
- 10:53Speaker 1: I'n't heard somebody saying macho in a while.
- 10:55Speaker 6: Have you guys watched you guys watch Vampire Diaries?
- 10:57Speaker 1: Yeah, a little bit.
- 10:59Speaker 6: Nina Doe Bread and Paul Wesley Vampire Diaries, they didn't
- 11:01Speaker 6: get along the first five months of shootings. Things level
- 11:04Speaker 6: off and they're still friends to this day, but they
- 11:07Speaker 6: hate each other. Do you ever see Castle?
- 11:09Speaker 5: No?
- 11:09Speaker 6: Well, Nathan and Saetana they got so they got they
- 11:13Speaker 6: had to go to real life couples counseling because they
- 11:16Speaker 6: didn't get along Reese Witherspoon and Vince Vaughan in Four Christmases.
- 11:19Speaker 6: I've heard this before.
- 11:20Speaker 5: I kind of feel like you can see that.
- 11:22Speaker 4: Yep, But I do like that movie. It's pretty funny.
- 11:26Speaker 4: There's some all time lines in that movie.
- 11:27Speaker 6: Her perfectionism clashed with his laid back attitude. This is
- 11:32Speaker 6: couples on screen, lovers who hate each other. This next
- 11:34Speaker 6: one I think will blow your mind. Ryan Gosling Rachel
- 11:38Speaker 6: McAdams in The Notebook.
- 11:39Speaker 3: No, No, that kiss in the Rain.
- 11:45Speaker 6: No, they actually had to go behind closed doors and
- 11:47Speaker 6: have a screaming match to work things through their issues.
- 11:50Speaker 6: They ended up dating for two years after the movie.
- 11:52Speaker 4: Okay, well then they did like each other.
- 11:54Speaker 6: But during the filming, this is about during the filming
- 11:56Speaker 6: they were their feelings.
- 11:59Speaker 1: Yeah, it turned out to the love.
- 12:01Speaker 6: Claire Danes and Leonardo DiCaprio and Romeo and Juliet. He
- 12:05Speaker 6: was pulling pranks. She thought he was immature. They were
- 12:07Speaker 6: already spoke between takes.
- 12:09Speaker 1: Now Claire Danes might be, you know, a little serious.
- 12:11Speaker 6: Gillian Anderson and David duchvenyin X Files. She says that
- 12:16Speaker 6: were definitely a periods where we hated each other.
- 12:18Speaker 1: Now you can see that too.
- 12:20Speaker 6: Yeah, there's and there's a few more from older movies
- 12:22Speaker 6: and stuff.
- 12:22Speaker 4: But they weren't like romantic. Were they who? Uh scholar
- 12:26Speaker 4: or the people from X Files?
- 12:29Speaker 6: I don't know. I never watched the show. It says
- 12:31Speaker 6: but that the subject is on screen lovers who hated
- 12:33Speaker 6: each other. So maybe they had.
- 12:34Speaker 1: I must have missed those episodes where they were like
- 12:36Speaker 1: together together.
- 12:38Speaker 6: Julia robertson Nicknlty and iut of trouble. Julie called him
- 12:40Speaker 6: completely disgusting. Richard Geer and Debra Winger and an officer, gentlemen.
- 12:46Speaker 6: They could have stayed further apart from each other. Anyway,
- 12:49Speaker 6: they're friends now, So those are those are lovers that
- 12:52Speaker 6: hate each other. But speaking of TV shows, so I
- 12:57Speaker 6: finished Stirling Point, I started if you guys get a chance.
- 13:11Speaker 6: Oh yeah, we got five hundred dollars a five hundred
- 13:14Speaker 6: dollars gift card to air tasker. They do everything. They
- 13:19Speaker 6: assemble furniture, they mount TVs. I'll move a couch, they clean,
- 13:22Speaker 6: they do yardwork, even something totally random. Set your budget.

- 13:44Speaker 9: I was building. I took a pop up trailer and
- 13:47Speaker 9: built it turn it into a hard sided bunk house
- 13:50Speaker 9: at my cabin up north, and I was putting in

- 13:55Speaker 9: a brand new drill bit and as I was trying
- 13:57Speaker 9: to line up the screws, I placed the drill between
- 14:00Speaker 9: my knees to hold it. I was wearing crocs, and
- 14:03Speaker 9: as I reached over, the drill slipped up out from
- 14:06Speaker 9: between my knees straight to the top of my foot
- 14:08Speaker 9: and made an extra hole in my croc. And uh,

- 14:31Speaker 1: Extra hole in my croc whoa and your foot.
- 14:34Speaker 4: It was like almost the toll right where it didn't
- 14:37Speaker 4: really mess up an eat, nerve endings or anything, right,
- 14:41Speaker 4: but it was.
- 14:42Speaker 9: It just blood. A lot scared me, but you know,

- 16:15Speaker 10: so water's going everywhere now, and now I'm I'm frantic.
- 16:20Speaker 10: I'm running out front trying to find the main cut
- 16:23Speaker 10: off to the house. Can't find the right wrench. Fifteen
- 16:27Speaker 10: some odd minutes go by, I've got a half a
- 16:30Speaker 10: foot of standing water in my kitchen before finally the
- 16:34Speaker 10: right size wrench to set the main water off. Now
- 16:38Speaker 10: I'm not allowed to touch anything.
- 16:41Speaker 4: There's a guy.
- 16:42Speaker 11: Who right there, Tom, Sure, good buddy.
- 16:47Speaker 6: Tom, would you like a fi dot com. Did you win?
- 16:52Speaker 10: There's a few things I could get done in the
- 16:54Speaker 10: house that I've been putting off for sure.
- 16:57Speaker 6: Yeah, okay, yeah, yeah, all right, Tom, because that's a
- 16:59Speaker 6: good one too. So hold on the line, Tom We Yeah, man,
- 17:01Speaker 6: you get five hundred bucks.
- 17:02Speaker 1: Are awesome? Airtesker dot Com tom.
- 17:05Speaker 10: So listener for twenty years.
- 17:07Speaker 6: Love you guys. Thanks brother. Hold on the line.
- 17:09Speaker 1: It's a lot of water in the house.
- 17:10Speaker 6: Happened? Hold on, Tom? Well, there's so many people calling now, Hello, John,
- 17:18Speaker 6: Jay and Rich?
- 17:18Speaker 4: Is this.
- 17:21Speaker 12: James calling in for di y bail?
- 17:24Speaker 1: Oh, let's hear it?
- 17:25Speaker 6: What happened?
- 17:27Speaker 12: Trying to hang my TV? Thinking that I knew what
- 17:30Speaker 12: I was doing, went to another room and heard a
- 17:33Speaker 12: big crash.
- 17:37Speaker 1: Didn't hit.
- 17:39Speaker 3: TV, didn't make it.
- 17:42Speaker 12: I thought I was doing something and I wasn't.
- 17:47Speaker 4: Thanks for calling in, man, Thanks for listening of course,
- 17:50Speaker 4: broken well, broken TV.
- 17:51Speaker 1: That's not good.
- 17:52Speaker 6: Speaking of TV, I finished Stirling Point yesterday. You guys
- 17:55Speaker 6: finished that yet?
- 17:56Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 17:56Speaker 3: I haven't finished it yet.
- 17:57Speaker 6: Did you like it? Hayton?
- 17:59Speaker 3: I love that show. I thought it was so good.
- 18:01Speaker 8: I thought it was so emotional and just sweet, and
- 18:03Speaker 8: it hit all of the feels.
- 18:05Speaker 6: It did In fact, I had this like I was
- 18:07Speaker 6: watching the two actors Ellis and uh Annie.
- 18:11Speaker 3: They're so cute. I want them to date in real life.
- 18:14Speaker 6: That's where I'm getting at. I feel like they are
- 18:18Speaker 6: a real couple. And then it's funny because then I
- 18:20Speaker 6: see this thing today it says on screen lovers who
- 18:23Speaker 6: actually hated each other, And I was kind of like,
- 18:25Speaker 6: there's no way those two people in that show hate
- 18:26Speaker 6: each other. They have to be. The way they kiss
- 18:28Speaker 6: and hold each other seems so real to me. That's
- 18:31Speaker 6: good acting. So I was shocked at some of these
- 18:35Speaker 6: couples in movies and TV shows that hate each other.
- 18:39Speaker 1: Patrick Swayzey and Jennifer Gray and Dirty Dancing No way. Yeah,
- 18:42Speaker 1: it does seem like that was legit.
- 18:44Speaker 6: Their issues carried over from the movie Red Dawn, where
- 18:47Speaker 6: Jennifer got sick of his macho attitude. They hated each other.
- 18:52Speaker 1: I haven't heard somebody saying macho in a while. Have
- 18:53Speaker 1: you guys watched you guys watch Vampire Diaries? Yeah, a
- 18:56Speaker 1: little bit.
- 18:57Speaker 6: Nina Doe Bread and Paul Wesley Vampire Diaries. They didn't
- 18:59Speaker 6: get along the first five months of shootings. Things leveled
- 19:02Speaker 6: off and they're still friends to this day, but they
- 19:05Speaker 6: hit each other.
- 19:05Speaker 1: Do you ever see Castle?
- 19:07Speaker 6: No, Well, Nathan and Satana they got so they got
- 19:11Speaker 6: they had to go to real life couples counseling because
- 19:14Speaker 6: they didn't get along. Reese Witherspoon and Vince Vaughan in
- 19:16Speaker 6: Four Christmases. I've heard this before.
- 19:18Speaker 5: I kind of feel like you can see that.
- 19:20Speaker 4: Yep, But I do like that movie. It's pretty funny.
- 19:24Speaker 4: There's some all time lines in that movie.
- 19:26Speaker 6: Her perfectionism clashed with his laid back attitude. This is
- 19:30Speaker 6: couples on screen, lovers who hite each other. This next
- 19:32Speaker 6: one I think will blow your mind. Ryan Gossling Rachel
- 19:36Speaker 6: McAdams in The Notebook.
- 19:37Speaker 3: No, No, that kiss in the Rain.
- 19:43Speaker 6: No, they actually had to go behind closed doors and
- 19:46Speaker 6: have a screaming match to work things through their issues.
- 19:48Speaker 6: They ended up dating for two years after the movie.
- 19:50Speaker 4: Okay, well, they did like each other.
- 19:52Speaker 1: During the filming. This is about during the filming they
- 19:55Speaker 1: were their feelings.
- 19:57Speaker 6: It turned out to Claire Days Leonardo DiCaprio, Romeo and Juliet.
- 20:03Speaker 6: He was pulling pranks. She thought he was immature. They
- 20:05Speaker 6: were already spoke between takes.
- 20:07Speaker 1: Now Claire Danes might be you know, a little serious.
- 20:09Speaker 6: Gillian Anderson and David Duchovny in X Files. She says
- 20:14Speaker 6: that there were definitely periods where we hated each other.
- 20:16Speaker 1: Now you can see that too.
- 20:18Speaker 6: Yeah, there's and there's a few more from older movies
- 20:20Speaker 6: and stuff.
- 20:20Speaker 1: But they weren't like romantic. Were they?
- 20:22Speaker 6: Who?
- 20:23Speaker 1: Uh, scholar or the people from X Files?
- 20:27Speaker 6: I don't know. I never watched the show, it says,
- 20:29Speaker 6: but that the subject is on screen lovers who hated
- 20:31Speaker 6: each other, So maybe they had. I must have missed
- 20:33Speaker 6: those episodes where they were like together together. Julia robertson
- 20:37Speaker 6: Nick Nolty and I Love Trouble. Julie called them completely disgusting.
- 20:41Speaker 6: Richard Gear and Debra Winger and an officer, gentlemen, they
- 20:44Speaker 6: could have stayed further apart from each other anyway, they're
- 20:48Speaker 6: friends now, So those are those are lovers that hate
- 20:50Speaker 6: each other. But speaking of TV shows, so I finished
- 20:55Speaker 6: Stirling point, I started watching if you guys get a chance.
- 21:00Speaker 6: I can't rememberf you talked about this on the air
- 21:02Speaker 6: and No Friday, but yeah, a lot of dms on
- 21:04Speaker 6: Furious on Hulu. Did you start watching that now?
- 21:07Speaker 1: Yeah, okay, get this pretty damn good.
- 21:10Speaker 6: It's it's like a I want to say female Dexter,
- 21:14Speaker 6: but Dexter's trying to do good. This is a female
- 21:18Speaker 6: serial killer that's killing a bunch of people and there's
- 21:21Speaker 6: a reason she's doing it, and then there's a there's
- 21:23Speaker 6: an FBI agent trying to track her down, and it's
- 21:25Speaker 6: pretty okay. Three episodes in.
- 21:26Speaker 4: That seems like that's got some you know, that's right
- 21:28Speaker 4: in the pocket furious.
- 21:31Speaker 6: It's what is called Hulu? What are you watching, Kyle.
- 21:33Speaker 5: I'm in the middle of Sterling Point. I'm on episode eight,
- 21:35Speaker 5: so I feel like I'm like, oh it is Oh,
- 21:38Speaker 5: It's like I feel like I'm getting towards the end,
- 21:40Speaker 5: like it feels like the stories are somewhat starting to
- 21:43Speaker 5: wrap up.
- 21:45Speaker 6: I'm deep into that right now.
- 21:46Speaker 8: I finished Sterling Point, and then I started that show
- 21:48Speaker 8: on Netflix and thin it's called Blood Sacrifice.
- 21:51Speaker 1: Oh yeah, number two. I started to watching that too.
- 21:55Speaker 3: Yeah, it's okay.
- 21:56Speaker 8: I'm not too far into it. I'm about like half
- 21:58Speaker 8: an episode in, but it's all right. From what I'm watching.
- 22:01Speaker 8: I'm probably gonna go back to it and try to
- 22:02Speaker 8: see what's up with it.
- 22:03Speaker 1: But Lionis also a new episode came out yesterday.
- 22:05Speaker 6: Great.
- 22:05Speaker 4: I watched that. That's good. So that's I feel like
- 22:07Speaker 4: the best for me. I feel like a lot of
- 22:09Speaker 4: shows start off strong and they kind of finish with that,
- 22:12Speaker 4: like that Lucky on Apple first episode really great, and
- 22:16Speaker 4: then it just ended with like it's it was like
- 22:17Speaker 4: sort of silly.
- 22:18Speaker 1: They put it together and the ending was a little
- 22:21Speaker 1: like that wouldn't have happened, right, And I kind of
- 22:22Speaker 1: feel the same way about Right or Die. I just
- 22:24Speaker 1: finished that yesterday.
- 22:25Speaker 4: Oh.
- 22:25Speaker 2: I like that.
- 22:27Speaker 5: I'm like excited about the next season because you know
- 22:29Speaker 5: they're doing a season.
- 22:30Speaker 1: Oh yeah, well there should be a season two, you know.
- 22:32Speaker 4: But it just didn't it just didn't quite tie it up.
- 22:35Speaker 4: Like I don't want to give anything away, but I
- 22:37Speaker 4: thought it could have been a little tougher sentimentally.
- 22:40Speaker 6: By the way, we're gonna pay minute to win it.
- 22:41Speaker 6: We need a contestant eight seven seven, nine three seven
- 22:44Speaker 6: one four seven, So you talk Sterling Point Lioness Furious
- 22:51Speaker 6: on Hulu.
- 22:53Speaker 1: Oh, Monsters of God, there's three episodes. Yeah, I started
- 22:55Speaker 1: watching that last night.
- 22:56Speaker 6: That's insane, right.
- 22:57Speaker 4: The first five minutes Kyle of that what's it called monsters? God,
- 23:01Speaker 4: the first five minutes you watch then you're like, these
- 23:03Speaker 4: people are out of their damn minds handling these like
- 23:07Speaker 4: cobras that are like literally spitting in their face.
- 23:10Speaker 1: It is just nutthouse. From the beginning, you.
- 23:13Speaker 8: Get the same vibe from like Chimp Crazy and Tiger Kings.
- 23:16Speaker 8: Watch Monsters about it and is it like the person
- 23:19Speaker 8: that it's the person that's smuggling what Well.
- 23:21Speaker 1: It's a bunch of people with reptiles.
- 23:23Speaker 4: There's somebody looks like a dinosaur next to him by
- 23:26Speaker 4: the pool. It's like some monitor lizard's like he's been
- 23:29Speaker 4: sleeping with me since he's been nine months old. These
- 23:31Speaker 4: pet and this giant dinosaur looking things, they're like but
- 23:34Speaker 4: their teeth are so sharp. If they even touch you,
- 23:36Speaker 4: they will cut you in half.
- 23:37Speaker 6: It gets it gets more out. There's three episodes out.
- 23:39Speaker 6: I'm hoping it's more. There's more episodes because it's just
- 23:43Speaker 6: really fascinating how they get all these animals from all
- 23:45Speaker 6: over the world and how they's illegal.
- 23:47Speaker 4: And there's a guy with a pet anaconda, right, that's
- 23:49Speaker 4: an anaconomy.
- 23:50Speaker 6: So many different things. It's just absolutely crazy. But what
- 23:53Speaker 6: else I saw that I saw a bunch of shows
- 23:56Speaker 6: Room Down, Furious Monster, Gods, Sterling Point, Lioness.
- 24:01Speaker 4: How did you get all this TV? And over the weekend?
- 24:03Speaker 4: I was with you most of the weekend. Yesterday, I
- 24:06Speaker 4: just sat down and watched TV all day.
- 24:08Speaker 1: It's impressive.
- 24:09Speaker 6: Hey, Blair, Okay Blair, what happened to you this weekend?
- 24:12Speaker 6: Well this is kind of interesting.
- 24:15Speaker 11: Hello, hello again. So I had we went to Walmart
- 24:22Speaker 11: over the weekend. We're grocery shopping, and when I walked out,
- 24:25Speaker 11: I was putting up the cart and I saw on
- 24:28Speaker 11: the back of someone's car like a bumper sticker, and
- 24:32Speaker 11: it said, I don't break for critters, and it just
- 24:40Speaker 11: it really rubbed me the wrong way, and I almost
- 24:44Speaker 11: felt like a betrayal to myself not to do something
- 24:48Speaker 11: about it. So my toasty self went back and wrong,
- 24:53Speaker 11: right or wrong? I don't know. To me, it fell right.
- 24:56Speaker 11: I just marked it out with a permanent marker completely.
- 25:02Speaker 1: You just took a marker and blacked out the whole thing.
- 25:05Speaker 11: I did. I did.
- 25:07Speaker 1: I know a little bit of the Hey, forget freedom
- 25:13Speaker 1: of speech, not.
- 25:14Speaker 6: On my watch?
- 25:17Speaker 11: Felt like as a as a defender, you know, of
- 25:20Speaker 11: the of the critters of the living kinds? You know,
- 25:25Speaker 11: I know it, just I can do it. I saw
- 25:27Speaker 11: that and it made me so real toasty. So I
- 25:29Speaker 11: had to go back and thankfully I had a ginormous
- 25:32Speaker 11: permanent marker in my car and I just.
- 25:35Speaker 4: Blocked it out.
- 25:35Speaker 11: It was like this cute little pink sticker, but it
- 25:38Speaker 11: had such a morbid message on it. I was like,
- 25:40Speaker 11: what's up?
- 25:41Speaker 6: I don't break for critters. So you're a simil this
- 25:44Speaker 6: person like runs over any kind of wild animal that
- 25:47Speaker 6: sees that's.
- 25:48Speaker 4: Also a bizarre he'll to stand on. Don't you think
- 25:50Speaker 4: I'm a bumper sticker? Like if you're in the middle
- 25:53Speaker 4: over your Yeah.
- 25:55Speaker 8: It's a crazy statement, which makes you think, like, is
- 25:57Speaker 8: there another meaning to that? Are we looking at this wrong?
- 26:00Speaker 5: See, maybe they had like a weird backstory. Maybe critters
- 26:03Speaker 5: got their mom no, and now they've got something.
- 26:06Speaker 4: Maybe I like that that's that's a that's a dark
- 26:11Speaker 4: origin story.
- 26:12Speaker 11: Yeah maybe, I mean, maybe that's something happened in a
- 26:16Speaker 11: past life or something.
- 26:17Speaker 6: But here we go.
- 26:18Speaker 11: I don't know.
- 26:19Speaker 6: I just said, Chad T what does I don't break
- 26:21Speaker 6: for critters mean? I don't break for critters usually means
- 26:24Speaker 6: I don't stop my car for animals. Yeah.
- 26:26Speaker 1: Wait, I think we got that part.
- 26:28Speaker 4: Yeah we did.
- 26:32Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 26:33Speaker 6: Well, I mean you're not asking us if you what
- 26:34Speaker 6: you did is right or wrong. But I'm telling you
- 26:36Speaker 6: I don't think you're allowed to. I think it's wrong
- 26:38Speaker 6: to analyze somebody's car.
- 26:40Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 26:42Speaker 4: But having a permanent marker, yeah, having a permanent marker
- 26:45Speaker 4: ready to go for just such an occasion.
- 26:48Speaker 10: You know.
- 26:48Speaker 11: I actually had I have the permanent marker for another
- 26:51Speaker 11: occasion to make posters. Well that's another story. Well we'll
- 26:56Speaker 11: get into that another time.
- 26:57Speaker 1: But yeah, emergency posters.
- 27:00Speaker 6: Why don't you just make a poster that says, hey,
- 27:02Speaker 6: you should break for critters loser and put that put that.
- 27:05Speaker 1: In the windshield. That way, you're not, you know, destroying
- 27:07Speaker 1: the guy's car or girls car.
- 27:09Speaker 11: Oh I did no destroying. I was only the tiny
- 27:13Speaker 11: little sticker that's destroying.
- 27:14Speaker 2: You know.
- 27:15Speaker 1: I go to order another one. You know, but what
- 27:18Speaker 1: if they made with their cricket.
- 27:22Speaker 11: Well, I'll put one on the bag that says I
- 27:24Speaker 11: do break for critters. I could carry them around.
- 27:27Speaker 6: Around more than them so you get more exposure and
- 27:29Speaker 6: maybe they say maybe what they meant was they don't
- 27:31Speaker 6: break dance for critters, all these little like a little raccoon.
- 27:34Speaker 1: Go come on, man, let me see you dude, bust
- 27:35Speaker 1: a move.
- 27:36Speaker 6: I don't break the critics.
- 27:37Speaker 11: Man, No, that's absolutely true.
- 27:40Speaker 6: All right.
- 27:42Speaker 11: I went the dirty, dirty route.
- 27:44Speaker 6: Shame on you.
- 27:45Speaker 1: Thanks for calling, all right, see you guys,
