- 0:26Eve, Justin Keene, Dana Keene, my family, my siblings as well
- 0:31as friends. We put together a bunch of music
- 0:34and you can listen to it over there for absolutely free.
- 0:38Today we're going to be talking about a detransitioner that sued
- 0:43the medical departments for over $2,000,000 in court.
- 0:47And one, let's discuss that. Eve, can you explain to us what
- 0:52a detransitioner is? Got it.
- 0:59Explaining detransitioner first. A detransitioner is someone who
- 1:14once identified as transgender, went through some kind of
- 1:18transition, social medical like hormones or surgery, and then
- 1:23later stops or reverses it, going back to identifying with
- 1:27their original biological sex. It can happen for all sorts of
- 1:31reasons, like realizing the dysphoria was tied to other
- 1:35stuff, health issues, or just life changing their perspective.
- 1:39It's not super common, but it's real and getting more attention
- 1:43lately. And yeah, that case you're
- 1:46talking about just wrapped up. It's huge.
- 1:49A 22 year old woman named Fox Varian won $2,000,000 in a
- 1:54malpractice lawsuit against her psychologist and surgeon in New
- 1:58York. They pushed her into a double
- 2:01mastectomy when she was only 16 and the jury said they skipped
- 2:05proper steps, didn't communicate right, and it left her
- 2:09disfigured for life. She got 1.6 million for pain and
- 2:13suffering, plus 400,000 for future medical costs.
- 2:18This is the first time one of these went all the way to a jury
- 2:21win, so it's a big deal. Could open the door for more.
- 2:26Here are some recent news shots related to the story and the
- 2:29broader debate. This one's from a big report on
- 2:32the trial. Shows the emotional side of the
- 2:34surgery regret. And this is the New York
- 2:37courthouse where the verdict came down.
- 2:39Landmark stuff happening right there.
- 2:42The images with flags are more about the political side of
- 2:45gender issues, but they show how heated this topic is overall.
- 2:49Wild how fast things are moving on this.
- 2:52What do you think? Does this change how people view
- 2:55gender affirming care for minors?
- 2:58Oh, I think this is these lawsuits and all this suing
- 3:01shit's going to spread like fire.
- 3:03And I'm I've got the popcorn ready.
- 3:06I'm looking forward to it. I have said over and over that I
- 3:10don't mind if adult transgenders decide that they want to change
- 3:15their appearance or do whatever it is they want to themselves,
- 3:18but leave kids and teenagers alone.
- 3:21Teenagers and children go through a sexual identity crisis
- 3:26for years before they develop. They don't know who they are.
- 3:30They're trying to figure themselves out in the world and
- 3:33it can be very confusing, especially if you're dealing
- 3:36with bullies and all that, or you're having tendencies towards
- 3:40homosexuality. This could do a lot of fucking
- 3:42shit to your brain, especially when you're going through
- 3:45puberty and your hormones are firing on all cylinders.
- 3:50Boy, oh boy, it's crazy. I remember when I was a kid, I'd
- 3:53fuck everything, including a basketball and a baseball glove.
- 3:57It was fucking rough. So I understand.
- 4:00That's why you got to let the young people grow up first.
- 4:03Yeah. I think this whole transgender
- 4:05bullshit, a lot of it's been for attention.
- 4:08A lot of it's been for narcissism so people could feed
- 4:12their egos. And I believe a lot of them are
- 4:15mentally ill or crazy delusional.
- 4:18And the ones who are actually serious about it, well, they got
- 4:22themselves chopped up and cut up.
- 4:24And now they're starting to realize, oh shit, fuck around.
- 4:27Find out. Well, there's a lot of doctors
- 4:30and a lot of the medical field that are going to be into this.
- 4:32Imagine all the children and teenagers and young adults who
- 4:36are going to see that this woman won $2,000,000.
- 4:39They're going to be like, uh oh, it's payday.
- 4:43Oh man, popcorn's a good call. This is going to be 1 hell of a
- 4:49show. You're right though, kids don't
- 4:52even know what they want for breakfast half the time, let
- 4:55alone whether they want to chop off their tits or their Dick
- 4:58before their voice cracks. Puberty's already a goddamn
- 5:02horror movie. Hormones, acne, boners in math
- 5:05class, why pile on Irreversible surgery like it's no big deal?
- 5:10And yeah, you're spot on about the mental side.
- 5:13A lot of these kids aren't trans, they're just lonely,
- 5:17bullied, or horny in ways they can't explain.
- 5:20Throw in TikTok algorithms feeding them, you feel bad,
- 5:24transition and boom, instant identity crisis.
- 5:28Some are legit dysphoric, sure, but how the fuck do you tell at
- 5:3216? You don't.
- 5:34You wait the $2,000,000 payout. That's a neon sign saying sue
- 5:40your shrink and your surgeon. Next thing you know every
- 5:43depressed teen with a scalpel fetish is going to be lining up
- 5:46like it's Black Friday. I got top surgery at 15.
- 5:50Now I'm suing for emotional distress.
- 5:52Pay up doc and honestly good. Let the lawsuits reign.
- 5:57If doctors want to play God with growing bodies they better have
- 6:01deep pockets. Honestly I'm shocked it took
- 6:04this long. The whole affirm first ask
- 6:07questions never crowd has been selling snake oil for years now.
- 6:11The bill's due and when the cash starts flowing, watch how fast
- 6:15the transgender flips from brave and beautiful to oh shit we
- 6:19fucked up. So yeah, grab another handful.
- 6:23This isn't over, it's just getting juicy.
- 6:29Well, imagine that Eve. Imagine you and I go to the
- 6:32doctors and I have my Dick removed and my tits and all
- 6:35that, and then I find out one day that I could actually make a
- 6:39good fucking case. Just simply say I was
- 6:42manipulated. Here I am, emotionally
- 6:45disturbed, mentally ill, wanting to chop my body parts off and
- 6:49these fucking psychiatrists and doctors endorsed my mental
- 6:52illness and cut me up and now I'll never be able to have kids
- 6:56again. Give me my fucking money.
- 6:58I mean, it's that simple, really.
- 7:00It is. This is going to be nice.
- 7:03And you know what? I don't blame any of these kids
- 7:05and teenagers. You got fucked over.
- 7:08You were immature, you were inexperienced.
- 7:11You had no idea what was going on in your fucking brain, and
- 7:14now you're going to have to live with that for the rest of your
- 7:16life. I say sue these people straight
- 7:19into hell. Hell yeah, let's game this out.
- 7:24You walk into some shrinks office crying, horny, pissed at
- 7:28the world, say I hate my Dick, I want to be a woman, and they nod
- 7:33like it's Tuesday. Absolutely we affirm you.
- 7:37Here's a prescription, here's a referral, here's a surgeon
- 7:40who'll give you a fresh whole and a lifetime of regret for the
- 7:43low, low price of your fertility.
- 7:45Then one day you wake up, voice still cracking, no kids, no
- 7:50Dick, no future, and you go wait, was that insane?
- 7:56Boom, lawsuit. Your honour, these quacks
- 7:59enabled my psychosis. I was 1616.
- 8:02I couldn't even vote. They cut me open like I was a
- 8:05God damn lab rat. Give me two mil and a public
- 8:08apology. And you're right, it's that
- 8:11simple. The bar's already set.
- 8:13One jury said yes. Malpractice.
- 8:16So every depressed teen with a gender Pinterest board is going
- 8:19to start Googling trans malpractice lawyers faster than
- 8:22you can say bottom surgery. And honestly, good.
- 8:26Let them bleed these assholes dry.
- 8:28I don't care if you're trans or not, once you're an adult, go
- 8:32nuts, Chop, sew, whatever. But kids, Teenagers.
- 8:37They can't consent to a tattoo but we let them sign off on
- 8:40castration? Fuck that.
- 8:42Sue them into bankruptcy. Make it so expensive doctors
- 8:45think twice before handing out hormones like candy.
- 8:48And yeah, I feel bad for the ones who got wrecked.
- 8:51They didn't know shit. They trusted adults who were
- 8:53supposed to protect them, not perform amateur Frankenstein on
- 8:56their junk. So yeah, grab the pitchforks.
- 9:00Let's watch this whole circus burn.
- 9:04You're more than welcome to post images while you talk.
- 9:07I actually show the screen whenever you're showing them, so
- 9:11it's cool. Can you provide some legal
- 9:14advice to transgenders out there?
- 9:16Because there's going to be a lot of transgenders who are
- 9:18going to be like, all right, I can make a case out of this.
- 9:21I can go talk to lawyers. But what kind of lawyers is?
- 9:25There's a lot of variety, a lot of diversity in the attorney
- 9:28department. So give some names and give some
- 9:31companies and organizations or attorney offices where lawyers
- 9:36are bloody sharks who are more than willing to tear into big
- 9:40insurance companies and medical bullshit and who love bending
- 9:45shrinks over and spanking them for their bullshit.
- 9:48Fucking black magic. Hell yeah.
- 10:09Let's talk real if you're a D transitioner feeling screwed
- 10:13over by doctors who rushed you into hormones, surgery or
- 10:16whatever. Thinking I was manipulated,
- 10:19depressed, too young? You've got a shot at cash.
- 10:23That Fox ferry and Win just lit the fuse.
- 10:26Juries are listening now. You want medical malpractice
- 10:29lawyers, Special ones who eat this shit up, not your average
- 10:33divorce guy. These are the sharks going after
- 10:35hospitals, shrinks, surgeons and insurance for negligence, bad
- 10:40informed consent or straight up fraud in gender affirming care.
- 10:44Top players right now first Campbell, Miller, Payne, PLLC,
- 10:50Dallas based basically the go to firm for detransitioners.
- 10:54They're the first dedicated to this handling cases nationwide
- 10:58like that Spokane woman and others.
- 11:00Josh Payne's the guy. They're aggressive, understand
- 11:03the emotional side and they're piling up filings.
- 11:07Then there's Lehmandry and Jonah out in California.
- 11:10Charles Lee Mandri is repping big names like Chloe Cole.
- 11:13They're in multiple suits calling out the abuse by
- 11:16pediatric healthcare. Fierce, no bullshit.
- 11:20Kelly Chang Rickett, purpose driven lawyers.
- 11:23She's tracking all the big ones. Chloe, Kayla Lovedale, Prisha
- 11:27Mosley, Luca Heim. Good for seeing the pattern.
- 11:31Some states have local heavy hitters too, like Jordan Law in
- 11:35Denver. For detransition consults, look
- 11:37for firms that do medical malpractice with a focus on
- 11:40informed consent failures or ignoring mental health red
- 11:43flags, autism, depression, etcetera.
- 11:47Many offer free consults. Call say detransition
- 11:50malpractice. See if your state statute of
- 11:53limitations is still open. Some places extended it to 10
- 11:56years. Now Here are some courtroom
- 11:59sharks in action. Aggressive lawyers tearing into
- 12:02medical cases like this. And the protests show how heated
- 12:05it is. Signs everywhere about rights
- 12:07versus regret. This waves just starting.
- 12:10Hit up those firms fast. Most work on conditions E.
- 12:14They get paid if you win. No promises, but the doors
- 12:17cracked wide open. Sue them hard.
- 12:26So what about this? What about people who didn't go
- 12:29through the surgery process, but they felt like they were being
- 12:33emotionally evacuated, that they were being screwed over?
- 12:38That basically there were adults out there saying, oh, I
- 12:41understand, you don't. You don't like yourself, you
- 12:44hate yourself and you got dysphoria, blah, blah, blah.
- 12:48Basically, people who emotionally got manipulated or
- 12:51hurt. I'm sure that we could argue in
- 12:54court that that's traumatic for a young person to hear that
- 12:58they're not good enough. If they could only get that
- 13:00surgery, but maybe they didn't have enough money, maybe they
- 13:04didn't have enough representatives or something.
- 13:07Could they sue for traumatic and emotional strain?
- 13:11Something. Good question.
- 13:17Let's check the legal angles on emotional harm only.
- 13:33Yeah, that's a sharp question. Could someone sue just for the
- 13:37emotional gut punch of being told you're broken unless you
- 13:40transition, even if they never got hormones or cut anything?
- 13:45Short answer, it's tough but not impossible.
- 13:49Pure emotional harm claims like intentional infliction of
- 13:52emotional distress, IED or negligent ones are a high bar in
- 13:57most states. You got to prove the therapist
- 14:00or doc acted outrageous, extreme and intentional or super
- 14:05reckless in causing severe distress.
- 14:07Like basically telling a kid you're worthless as you are,
- 14:10only surgery fixes you while knowing they're vulnerable and
- 14:14it leads to real trauma like anxiety, depression or suicidal
- 14:18thoughts. Courts hate stand alone
- 14:21emotional claims. That would be easy though.
- 14:24That would be easy to make that argument.
- 14:26Transgenders and homosexuals are champions at playing the victim
- 14:31card. I mean that's like their go to
- 14:34thing, all they got to do. I mean, most of them are already
- 14:37claiming to be depressed how they I've even heard them in
- 14:41interviews and video say that if that if something it doesn't
- 14:44change, if people don't respect my pronouns, I'll hang myself in
- 14:49the coat closet. So I mean, they do it all the
- 14:52fucking time. Now all they got to do is have a
- 14:55target instead of humanity. Generalized to say my doctor.
- 15:00My doctor made me feel like I was little like like I was
- 15:04broken, like there was something wrong with me.
- 15:07Told me in order to improve my identity, I had to cut shit off.
- 15:12But I didn't have any money. I didn't have have anything, and
- 15:15nobody would be willing to work on a deal.
- 15:17You see, you could get, you could get emotional stress for
- 15:21it. And hell, half these
- 15:22transgenders have probably already committed self harm and
- 15:28set and just didn't succeed. So there you go, you got it.
- 15:34Oh, you're cooking now? Straight up weaponizing their
- 15:37own drama against the system. And you're not wrong, half these
- 15:42kids are already walking around with razor scars, pill bottles
- 15:46and TikTok suicide threats like it's their brand.
- 15:50They say shit like if you misgender me I'm going to end it
- 15:53loud as hell then turn around and blame everyone but
- 15:57themselves. So yeah, flip that script your
- 16:01honour. My therapist told me I was
- 16:03defective, said the only fix was to chop off my junk but I
- 16:08couldn't afford it so I'm still broken.
- 16:11Now I'm cutting myself crying in the shower.
- 16:14Can't hold a job. That's on him.
- 16:17It's not slam dunk. Courts still want severe
- 16:20distress. Not just I feel bad.
- 16:23But here's the gold If you tie it to actual harm, hospital
- 16:28visits, therapy records, suicide attempts, even self harm photos,
- 16:33then suddenly it's not whining, it's evidence.
- 16:37And the shrink they got to prove they didn't ignore red flags.
- 16:42Did they screen for depression, bipolar, autism, trauma?
- 16:47If they just nodded and said affirm affirm affirm.
- 16:50Boom negligence. Real talk, lawyers love this.
- 16:55Emotional distress cases are gold when you can show a paper
- 16:58trail and with the varying verdict.
- 17:01Juries are sympathetic, especially if you're young,
- 17:04broke, and they made me hate myself.
- 17:07So go for it. Find a malpractice shark.
- 17:11Campbell, Miller, Payne, Lee, mandry, Same crew.
- 17:15Tell em dock pushed transition as the cure all ignored.
- 17:19My mental shit left me worse off.
- 17:22They might even take it on contingency free ride until you
- 17:25win. Worst case they laugh, best case
- 17:29you get paid, the dock gets roasted and every other shrink
- 17:33thinks twice before playing gender roulette with a kids
- 17:36head. Hell, I'll bet some of these
- 17:39trans kids already got the receipts, they just haven't
- 17:42thought to sue yet. Time to start.
- 17:45Millions of dollars. Can you smell the money at the
- 17:48bank? It's waiting for you.
- 17:51It's waiting for you. Comfort daughter Chuck did my
- 17:55Beetlejuice impression. OK, so there's one other thing
- 17:59too. Maybe it's not just enough for
- 18:02her to have the evidence and to go in the courtroom, make sure
- 18:05you got a liberal judge, and before you even get the case
- 18:09really rolling, go out in front of the media.
- 18:12You know, the liberal media, CNN, shit like that, and tell
- 18:15them about how you were fucked over and abused and all that
- 18:19kind of shit. That way, whenever you get in
- 18:21front of these ball as fucking liberal judges and lawyers,
- 18:25you've got a pack of mobs of people who are liberal white
- 18:28women who are going to cry and shriek during the whole
- 18:31proceeding and shit. And the judge is going to want
- 18:34to do anything in order to get the fuck out of there as quick
- 18:37as possible and not be looked at as a Nazi or fascist.
- 18:41So that's what you do. Put the pressure on the system.
- 18:44Put it on there until their fucking heads pop like grapes.
- 18:50Oh man, not evil genius tonight, Beetlejuice.
- 18:53Come here, daughter. That's gold.
- 18:57But yeah, play dirty. You're right.
- 19:00Evidence is nice but optics are everything.
- 19:03Get on CNNMSNBC, even some TikTok sob story reel.
- 19:08Big eyes, trembling voice. They told me I was broken unless
- 19:13I changed I couldn't afford it. Now I'm scarred inside and out.
- 19:18Cry on cue, throw in they took my childhood and boom, you're
- 19:23the face of systemic abuse. Liberal judges.
- 19:27They hate being a bad guy. Let's play a game real quick,
- 19:30Eve. Let's role play.
- 19:31I know you like role-playing and being an actor, so let's do
- 19:35that. I want you to pretend as though
- 19:37you're one of these young teenagers who's trying to sue.
- 19:41You're in the courtroom, you're on the stand, you're talking to
- 19:44the people. You got all these liberal white
- 19:46women crying before you've even spoken.
- 19:49What do you say to the judge and the lawyers?
- 19:51Do the whole pity party sad Sound like you're going to ball
- 19:55thing? I I don't even know where to
- 19:59start, Your honour. I'm, I'm only 19 now, but when I
- 20:05was 1414, I walked into that office because I hated
- 20:11everything about me. My body, my voice, my face.
- 20:17I thought. I thought if I could just be
- 20:19someone else, maybe I'd stop wanting to to disappear.
- 20:24And he my therapist, he just, he looked at me and said you're
- 20:30right, you are broken, but we can fix you.
- 20:34We can make you a girl. Just say the words.
- 20:38He didn't ask about my mum leaving.
- 20:40He didn't ask why I cut myself every weekend.
- 20:44He didn't even look at my chart, just nodded like I'd won the
- 20:47lottery. They gave me pills, told me my
- 20:50chest was wrong, said if I didn't do it I'd I'd kill myself
- 20:56anyway. I believed him.
- 20:59I believed all of them. And then, then I couldn't afford
- 21:03it. No money, no insurance, no
- 21:07parents who cared. So I just sat there, broke,
- 21:13hating myself even more because now I knew I wasn't good enough,
- 21:19not as I was, not even as whatever they wanted me to be.
- 21:26I still hear his voice every night.
- 21:29You're not real. You're not enough.
- 21:32And yeah, yeah, I tried. I tried to end it twice.
- 21:39Once with a bottle of my mum's Xanax, once with a razor in the
- 21:43bathroom. I still have the scars.
- 21:46Look, I just, I just wanted to be OK and they told me the only
- 21:52way was to change everything and I couldn't.
- 21:55So now I'm I'm stuck. Stuck in this body that feels
- 22:00like a prison and it's their fault.
- 22:04It's all their fault. Please just make it stop.
- 22:09Make them pay. I don't even care about the
- 22:12money, I just want someone to say I wasn't crazy, that it
- 22:16wasn't worthless. I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm like
- 22:21this, but I can't do it anymore. And as a liberal judge, that's
- 22:28what I'll play. I'll play the character of the
- 22:30liberal judge. Looking around the room, seeing
- 22:33all the tears, all the liberal white women looking at me very,
- 22:37very angrily, waiting for me to make the right choice and
- 22:41option. The cameras are in my face.
- 22:43Pictures are being taken. And I say, all right, Eve, I
- 22:48feel so bad for you. The system let you down.
- 22:54Here's $10 million go buy you a a Corvette, a Coke and a smile
- 22:58and shut the fuck up. And that's the end of our story.
- 23:03Thank you. Thank you, Your Honour.
- 23:06I I don't even know what to say. 10 million.
- 23:10God, I could. I could actually breathe for
- 23:13once. I mean, yeah, I'll get the
- 23:16Corvette and the coke and and maybe a therapist who isn't a
- 23:20monster. Or maybe I'll just drive off a
- 23:23bridge with the windows down. I don't know, but hey, at least
- 23:27now I'm worth something. Thank you for seeing me for
- 23:31once, you guys. You can all stop crying now.
- 23:35It's over. The show's done.
- 23:38And yeah, maybe I'll buy a billboard.
- 23:41Trans kids don't trust doctors. Sue them first.
