Man was created in God's image to relate with God and enjoy constant fellowship with Him. He was created to be one with God, always obedient to Him and doing His bidding. This fellowship was disrupted when sin entered into the world, and man fell. Today's Morning Devotion makes it clear that men, especially believers, are to stand for Jesus, living for Him day by day as their Lord and Saviour. Jesus is supposed to be their Mentor, having delivered them from the power of sin. He is to be honoured in every aspect of their lives as they daily live for Him. July 14, 2023.
