- 0:12Speaker 1: up to? A lot of updates on that in the
- 0:14Speaker 1: last 24 hours. And the game the Democrats are playing
- 0:18Speaker 1: when it comes to trying to distance themselves from the
- 0:21Speaker 1: socialists within their ranks. Don't be confused. It's just a game.
- 0:27Speaker 1: I'll tell you all about it. It's all ahead. On

- 1:52Speaker 1: for Liberty today. Breaking news. Overnight, for those of you
- 1:56Speaker 1: who are gun owners or would-be gun owners, I've got
- 1:58Speaker 1: something interesting to share with you. You can now, for
- 2:01Speaker 1: the first time since the 1930s, walk into a gun store,
- 2:06Speaker 1: purchase a suppressor, not have to pay a tax, get
- 2:11Speaker 1: it the same day, and not be put on a
- 2:13Speaker 1: federal registry. Did you know this? Chat, were you aware
- 2:17Speaker 1: of this development? That you can now buy suppressed. Now,
- 2:21Speaker 1: not in every single state in the union. Some states
- 2:25Speaker 1: are a big pain in the ass. But in a
- 2:27Speaker 1: lot of states in our country, you can now do
- 2:30Speaker 1: this for the first time since the 1930s. Isn't that
- 2:34Speaker 1: an incredible win for liberty? Now, you might be thinking,
- 2:39Speaker 1: how the hell did this happen? And if you're thinking that, well,
- 2:42Speaker 1: perhaps you missed the episode where I talked about it.
- 2:44Speaker 1: It's the big, beautiful bill. You can thank, well, you
- 2:47Speaker 1: can thank ultimately yourself, President Trump and the Republican Congress
- 2:52Speaker 1: for getting this done. Here's the way it works, ladies
- 2:55Speaker 1: and gentlemen. Here's the way it works. For many years now,
- 2:59Speaker 1: the government has been tracking the purchase of suppressors. They're
- 3:05Speaker 1: trying to track your purchases. And so the way that
- 3:09Speaker 1: they do this, rather than have a gun registry, which
- 3:12Speaker 1: they can't have, they've had a tax registry. You see
- 3:16Speaker 1: the game that they're playing? They imposed a $ 200 tax
- 3:20Speaker 1: on the purchase of suppressors and other gun items, but
- 3:24Speaker 1: I'm focusing on suppressors today. $ 200 tax. And so what
- 3:27Speaker 1: the government would do is they would track whether or
- 3:30Speaker 1: not you paid your tax. Ah, you see, a little
- 3:33Speaker 1: backdoor registry. That's the way they would track you. And
- 3:38Speaker 1: if you purchased a suppressor, it would take a long
- 3:40Speaker 1: time to get it. And it really depended on how
- 3:42Speaker 1: long the ATF would take to process your purchase to
- 3:44Speaker 1: begin with. So it could be months. It could be
- 3:47Speaker 1: a year. It could be just as few as a
- 3:49Speaker 1: couple of weeks. But the point is that the government
- 3:52Speaker 1: had been directly involved interfering in your ability to to
- 3:57Speaker 1: go out and exercise your Second Amendment right and purchase
- 3:59Speaker 1: an accessory for your gun. Well, that's over. And the
- 4:03Speaker 1: reason it's over is because the big, beautiful bill zeroed
- 4:08Speaker 1: out the tax, ladies and gentlemen. No more $ 200 tax.
- 4:12Speaker 1: Now it's zero dollars. Well, that's interesting. What happens to
- 4:15Speaker 1: the registry? Well, there's nothing to track. There's nothing to track.
- 4:21Speaker 1: If there's no fee to pay anymore, The government can't
- 4:26Speaker 1: use that as a justification for tracking you. Did he
- 4:29Speaker 1: pay his taxes? There are no taxes here. There's no
- 4:33Speaker 1: $ 0 tax. Now it's a $ 0 tax. It's not $ 200 anymore.
- 4:36Speaker 1: The government can't track it. In other words, the registry
- 4:39Speaker 1: has to go away. Now, this has been the source
- 4:42Speaker 1: of a lot of litigation. It's been fought in the
- 4:45Speaker 1: courts ever since. And this is kind of by design, right?
- 4:47Speaker 1: So the big, beautiful bill passes, gets signed into law. Wonderful.
- 4:50Speaker 1: Thank you, President Trump. They zero out the tax. And
- 4:53Speaker 1: then all of the gun rights groups go to work.
- 4:56Speaker 1: They go to work. They sue. They bring this into
- 4:58Speaker 1: the courts. And then it just made its way through
- 5:01Speaker 1: federal court and a federal judge said, actually, there's no tax,
- 5:06Speaker 1: there's no registry. People can buy these things same day
- 5:09Speaker 1: and not have to be registered, okay? Wonderful news. Here's
- 5:14Speaker 1: the issue, though. The big question was, was the federal
- 5:17Speaker 1: government going to appeal the ruling? Now, You might be
- 5:22Speaker 1: thinking to yourself, wait a second, why would the federal
- 5:24Speaker 1: government appeal the ruling? Aren't they on the side of
- 5:25Speaker 1: the Second Amendment? Yeah, they are. But it was still
- 5:28Speaker 1: an open question whether or not the Justice Department was
- 5:30Speaker 1: going to try and make some case that, well, this
- 5:33Speaker 1: element of the law needs to be upheld and therefore
- 5:36Speaker 1: we need to keep doing this. Well, that question has
- 5:38Speaker 1: been answered, ladies and gentlemen. That's the big story today.
- 5:42Speaker 1: Andrew Clyde, Congressman Andrew Clyde from Georgia, shared this information overnight.
- 5:47Speaker 1: I've received confirmation from the Trump administration that the DOJ
- 5:51Speaker 1: will not appeal our historic victory against the NFA, the
- 5:56Speaker 1: National Firearms Act. Thank you, President Trump and Attorney General Blanche,
- 6:00Speaker 1: for delivering the most significant Second Amendment win in over
- 6:06Speaker 1: 90 years. This is huge. This is huge. And so
- 6:12Speaker 1: as of midnight last night, 12.01 a.m. this morning, the
- 6:18Speaker 1: very first purchase of a suppressor since the 1930s quickly happened.
- 6:25Speaker 1: No registry, no tax. Pretty amazing. You want to see it?
- 6:31Speaker 2: Good.
- 6:31Speaker 1: I've got it for you. Here's cut seven. The first
- 6:35Speaker 1: lawful unregistered suppressor transfer since June 26th of 1934. Take
- 6:38Speaker 1: a look at this.
- 6:48Speaker 3: And these are the second.
- 6:51Speaker 4: Look at that.
- 6:53Speaker 1: Everyone's clapping. It's great. That's just wonderful. They shouldn't be clapping.
- 6:57Speaker 1: It's a win for America. It's a win for liberty.
- 6:59Speaker 1: It's a win for the Second Amendment. It's all sorts
- 7:02Speaker 1: of good things. You know, I know that the news
- 7:04Speaker 1: is always filled with all sorts of garbage. This is awful.
- 7:08Speaker 1: And this crisis is going on. I'll tell you what,
- 7:10Speaker 1: I'll take victories wherever I can get them. And that
- 7:12Speaker 1: is a real measurable victory. A real measurable victory. In fact,
- 7:19Speaker 1: let me share with you, one of the lead plaintiffs
- 7:21Speaker 1: here is a great operation called Silencer Shop. And Silencer Shop,
- 7:26Speaker 1: for those of you who are gun purchasers, you'll know
- 7:30Speaker 1: probably that there are these Silencer Shop kiosks and gun
- 7:33Speaker 1: stores all across the country where you can go in
- 7:35Speaker 1: and you've been able to process all of your applications
- 7:38Speaker 1: in order to buy a suppressor just from these little kiosks.
- 7:42Speaker 1: And they're great. They're a great operation, and they've worked
- 7:45Speaker 1: really hard to make this happen. Here is one of
- 7:48Speaker 1: their experts explaining in some detail what exactly is now
- 7:51Speaker 1: changing about all of this. Take a look, Cut 8.
- 7:54Speaker 4: Tomorrow, August 13th at 12.01 a.m., just a few short
- 7:58Speaker 4: hours from now, a federal court injunction is set to
- 8:00Speaker 4: take place. We sued the ATF and we won, and
- 8:04Speaker 4: that means our customers win too. So here's what it
- 8:06Speaker 4: all means. If you get a suppressor or an AOW
- 8:09Speaker 4: from Silencer Shop in a state that doesn't have any
- 8:11Speaker 4: state-level NFA regulations, you can skip the form form. Just
- 8:15Speaker 4: fill out a 4473, go through the standard NICS background check,
- 8:19Speaker 4: and you're good. You can take it home that day
- 8:21Speaker 4: just like any other firearm. That means no Form 4,
- 8:24Speaker 4: no registration, no ATF wait times. Super sick, super based.
- 8:28Speaker 4: Best day of my life. And this is the part
- 8:30Speaker 4: that matters. You're getting that protection because you're getting it
- 8:33Speaker 4: from Silencer Shop, and we're a plaintiff in the case.
- 8:35Speaker 4: Court order covers Silencer Shop customers. So whether you get
- 8:38Speaker 4: it from Silencer Shop or from a Powered by Silencer
- 8:41Speaker 4: Shop dealer that got their inventory from us, you're good.
- 8:44Speaker 4: There's 27 states that don't have any NFA compliance requirements
- 8:47Speaker 4: at the state level. So you just do the normal
- 8:50Speaker 4: 4473 and you're done. You could get a suppressor in
- 8:53Speaker 4: like five minutes. But some states aren't quite as cool.
- 8:56Speaker 4: There's 15 states that have a requirement for the Form
- 8:59Speaker 4: 4 in their state laws. Now, we're fighting to get
- 9:02Speaker 4: those changed, but in the meantime, Silencer Shop will take
- 9:05Speaker 4: care of all the paperwork for you and make it
- 9:06Speaker 4: as easy as possible, just like we always have. There's
- 9:09Speaker 4: a full list of which states are included and which
- 9:11Speaker 4: are still using the NFA process right down below. In
- 9:14Speaker 4: one correction from last week's video, we mentioned that suppressors, SBRs,
- 9:18Speaker 4: and SBSs were all included. And while short-barreled rifles and
- 9:22Speaker 4: short-barreled shotguns were included in the court's orders, they still
- 9:25Speaker 4: require the Form 4 in all 42 states where they're legal.
- 9:29Speaker 1: Here's why.
- 9:29Speaker 4: The Gun Control Act, or GCA, is separate from the
- 9:32Speaker 4: National Firearms Act, or NFA. the GCA there's a requirement
- 9:36Speaker 4: to get approval from the Attorney General to get short-barreled
- 9:39Speaker 4: rifles and short-barreled shotguns. Right now the Form 4 is
- 9:43Speaker 4: the only form that gives you that approval. Now we're
- 9:46Speaker 4: working on getting a new form added for these specific
- 9:48Speaker 4: instances and we'll keep you updated when that changes. And
- 9:51Speaker 4: to be clear this is a federal court ruling so
- 9:54Speaker 4: this is 100% completely legal. But we always want to
- 9:57Speaker 4: shoot you straight and there is still a chance that
- 9:59Speaker 4: the government can appeal. If anything happens or there's changes
- 10:03Speaker 4: to these laws, we'll keep you updated. But the good
- 10:05Speaker 4: news is.
- 10:05Speaker 1: Oh, this is amazing. Isn't it amazing? I love how
- 10:07Speaker 1: he says the best day of his life. That's really great.
- 10:10Speaker 1: This is a meaningful win for Liberty. Now, having said that,
- 10:14Speaker 1: you know what's going to happen. Now that Liberty is
- 10:16Speaker 1: on the march, the tyrants are going to move in.
- 10:20Speaker 1: There's no doubt you're going to watch as some Democrat
- 10:22Speaker 1: states attempt to once again impose all sorts of draconian
- 10:26Speaker 1: restrictions on your ability to exercise your Second Amendment rights
- 10:29Speaker 1: and protect your family and go hunting and enjoy enjoy
- 10:32Speaker 1: shooting recreationally. All of these things. You know what? You
- 10:36Speaker 1: just have to be on guard for the fights. But
- 10:38Speaker 1: I'm always going to celebrate when we get a big
- 10:41Speaker 1: victory for liberty. So, ladies and gentlemen. Wonderful, wonderful stuff.
- 10:45Speaker 1: And somebody just asked in the chat, Vince, can we
- 10:47Speaker 1: get that guy's link? Great question. How about this? I'll
- 10:49Speaker 1: tell you what I'm going to do right now. I'm
- 10:51Speaker 1: going to head on over to my lovely X account,
- 10:54Speaker 1: and I'm going to repost that video right now. It's reposted.
- 11:00Speaker 1: There you go. So you can get that gentleman's stuff.
- 11:04Speaker 1: And in fact, I'm actually putting out this morning, and
- 11:08Speaker 1: we're going to see if we can't get somebody from
- 11:09Speaker 1: Silencer Shop to come on the program. Hopefully tomorrow. We'll see.
- 11:12Speaker 1: to talk a little bit more about this, but I
- 11:14Speaker 1: just think it's great. I wanted to share that with you.
- 11:16Speaker 1: I thought that would be nice. Wouldn't that be nice
- 11:18Speaker 1: to share that with you? Some good news to start
- 11:19Speaker 1: the day. In fact, I've got more good news to
- 11:21Speaker 1: share with you. The United States Justice Department, in addition
- 11:26Speaker 1: to standing on the side of the Second Amendment in
- 11:27Speaker 1: this case, also has, boy, they've just been coming out
- 11:32Speaker 1: with fun story after fun story. You see Todd Blanch's
- 11:35Speaker 1: press conference yesterday? Todd Blanch, the Attorney General of the
- 11:38Speaker 1: United States, was talking about going after all of these
- 11:41Speaker 1: these Chinese marriage scams. So basically, you've got all these
- 11:47Speaker 1: Chinese nationals who are marrying American citizens for a fee,
- 11:51Speaker 1: who are, you know, everyone's, there's a whole big kickback scheme.
- 11:54Speaker 1: In order to get unearned American citizenship, it's all so disgusting.
- 11:59Speaker 1: The Justice Department is cracking down on that. And I'll
- 12:01Speaker 1: get to that in just a moment. I promise I'll
- 12:03Speaker 1: get to that story in just a moment. But I
- 12:04Speaker 1: want to start with, I thought, which may be my
- 12:06Speaker 1: favorite feature of the press conference yesterday. A reporter asked
- 12:10Speaker 1: Todd Blanch, whether or not it was true that another
- 12:14Speaker 1: executive from the Southern Poverty Law Center was just arrested.
- 12:20Speaker 1: Could it be? Has Christmas come early? Another Southern Poverty
- 12:24Speaker 1: Law Center arrest? You're damn right. Cut one. Watch this.
- 12:30Speaker 2: Can you please speak a little bit about what you've
- 12:32Speaker 2: learned as part of that investigation and if we should
- 12:34Speaker 2: expect more charges?
- 12:37Speaker 3: So yes, today, my understanding is today there was an
- 12:41Speaker 3: arrest made and there is a new indictment that includes
- 12:44Speaker 3: the former CFO of SPLC. I don't have any comments
- 12:49Speaker 3: about whether, we've said from the beginning, everybody, not just me,
- 12:52Speaker 3: but anybody who's talked about this case, like virtually every
- 12:55Speaker 3: criminal case, the fact that an indictment is returned doesn't
- 13:00Speaker 3: end the investigation. It's just part of the investigation in
- 13:03Speaker 3: most cases, which is certainly true in this case. I
- 13:05Speaker 3: think as alleged in the indictment, this individual participated in
- 13:10Speaker 3: the scheme. As alleged, I believe she was part of
- 13:13Speaker 3: the effort to open bank accounts and completely fictitious companies'
- 13:17Speaker 3: names and make payments to individuals for reasons that were
- 13:21Speaker 3: not accurate as described. But I don't have— I think the
- 13:28Speaker 3: indictment was unsealed this morning. I don't have— or I believe
- 13:32Speaker 3: it was unsealed this morning. I think the arrest was
- 13:33Speaker 3: this morning. I don't have anything to say beyond that,
- 13:35Speaker 3: except to say that this is exactly what we said
- 13:37Speaker 3: would happen in a case like this, which is that
- 13:40Speaker 3: our investigators and the U.S. attorneys and the agents working
- 13:43Speaker 3: on the case can keep on working it even after
- 13:46Speaker 3: the initial indictment.
- 13:47Speaker 1: Isn't this great? Isn't this wonderful? I love this crackdown
- 13:50Speaker 1: on the Southern Poverty Law Center, a bunch of fraudsters
- 13:53Speaker 1: dumping money into the KKK and white supremacy and then
- 13:56Speaker 1: saying there's a huge problem with the KKK. Yeah, you're
- 13:58Speaker 1: funding it, you jackasses. The Southern Poverty Law Center now
- 14:02Speaker 1: with a superseding indictment, this woman getting busted yesterday. Tell
- 14:07Speaker 1: us more. Tell us more. Okay, fine. Here's the New
- 14:09Speaker 1: York Post telling us more. Yesterday, ex-Southern Poverty Law Center CFO,
- 14:14Speaker 1: chief financial officer, charged in brazen scheme to secretly pay $ 1. 2
- 14:19Speaker 1: million to white supremacist groups. A former Southern Poverty Law
- 14:25Speaker 1: Center finance officer charged Wednesday for her leading role in
- 14:29Speaker 1: having the left-wing nonprofit secretly pay informants to participate in
- 14:33Speaker 1: white supremacist groups. Heidi Byrick of Palm Springs made her
- 14:38Speaker 1: initial appearance Wednesday in federal court, Riverside, California, according to
- 14:41Speaker 1: her attorney. CNN reported she was arrested earlier that day.
- 14:45Speaker 1: That would be yesterday. A 26-page superseding indictment naming Byrick,
- 14:50Speaker 1: who was first unmasked by the New York Post in June,
- 14:53Speaker 1: was later filed in the Middle District of Alabama. There
- 14:57Speaker 1: she is. It's gross. She's He's nasty. Look at him.
- 15:07Speaker 1: There's a new indictment that includes the former CFO of
- 15:09Speaker 1: the SPLC. Sorry, my screen's all over the place. Attorney
- 15:12Speaker 1: General Todd Blanche confirmed at an unrelated news conference at
- 15:14Speaker 1: DOJ headquarters, adding that an arrest had been made. They
- 15:19Speaker 1: said in a statement that the lawyer said, she's innocent.
- 15:22Speaker 1: The case is without merit. Okay. FBI Director Kash Patel
- 15:26Speaker 1: said that Beirut was at the center of our ongoing
- 15:29Speaker 1: investigation into the Southern Poverty Law Center, which found the
- 15:31Speaker 1: nonprofit knowingly misled donors who believed that their money was
- 15:35Speaker 1: being used to dismantle violent extremist organizations, when in fact
- 15:39Speaker 1: part of those donations were instead being used to pay
- 15:42Speaker 1: senior leadership within those extremist groups. Now, Wednesday's superseding indictment
- 15:49Speaker 1: accused this woman of helping to funnel $ 1. 2 million in
- 15:53Speaker 1: in donor money, to an informant in the white supremacist
- 15:57Speaker 1: group National Alliance, who was also her lover. Her neo-Nazi lover. Amazing. Oh, look,
- 16:09Speaker 1: there's a picture. I don't know if this is the guy.
- 16:11Speaker 1: Let me see. West Virginia headquartered white identitarian group National Alliance.
- 16:16Speaker 1: Look at that. Oh, those are some old school Oakleys, though.
- 16:18Speaker 5: This guy.
- 16:20Speaker 1: In addition to having terrible, terrible ideological sense, he has
- 16:26Speaker 1: old school sunglasses sense. Look at that. That's like Michael
- 16:29Speaker 1: Jordan in the 90s with those glasses. Those are some Oakleys, huh?
- 16:34Speaker 1: What do they call those? The Juliettes? The Romeos? I
- 16:36Speaker 1: think there was a name for those. Those are probably knockoffs.
- 16:39Speaker 1: from China. The June 2nd indictment has named the person
- 16:43Speaker 1: who would become the director of the SPLC's intelligence project
- 16:46Speaker 1: as employee two. Byrick served in that role from 2012
- 16:49Speaker 1: to 2019. Anyway, they go on to point out that
- 16:56Speaker 1: she was just dumping a ton of money to the neo-Nazis.
- 16:59Speaker 1: And now she's been charged. She's been charged. So there
- 17:02Speaker 1: you go. That's a, Well, that's wonderful. What a great
- 17:06Speaker 1: update to that story. That's for the nothing is happening people.
- 17:10Speaker 1: Just an update that once again, something is happening. Kind
- 17:13Speaker 1: of love it. Yes, indeed. All right. Coming up in
- 17:18Speaker 1: just a moment, I want to talk to you about
- 17:19Speaker 1: the DOJ crackdown on Chinese marriage fraud. Speaking of the
- 17:23Speaker 1: Chi Coms, big announcement from Todd Blanch yesterday. They're going
- 17:27Speaker 1: after all these people. It's actually kind of a whole
- 17:29Speaker 1: of government approach. It is a whole-of-government approach because they're
- 17:32Speaker 1: going after all of these fraudsters trying to steal American citizenship.
- 17:37Speaker 1: I love sharing this with you. A little good news
- 17:38Speaker 1: on a Thursday. It's Thursday, so we do good news
- 17:40Speaker 1: on a Thursday. I just made that up. But I
- 17:42Speaker 1: try to do good news whenever we can. It's ahead
- 17:45Speaker 1: on this edition of Vince. Let me tell you about

- 18:07Speaker 1: It's awesome. This thing delivers premium frozen drink performance without
- 18:13Speaker 1: the premium price tag. Yeah. You'd be surprised how much

- 18:24Speaker 1: it's incredibly easy to use. And one of your favorite
- 18:27Speaker 1: features is going to be that built-in freezing system, which
- 18:30Speaker 1: means no ice is even needed. How about that? You
- 18:34Speaker 1: just add your ingredients, you let the machine do the work,
- 18:36Speaker 1: and you can use it for everything. Smoothies, frozen coffee drinks, milkshakes,
- 18:41Speaker 1: and yes, even frozen cocktails when you're entertaining your friends.

- 19:21Speaker 4: All right.
- 19:22Speaker 1: Now, Thank you to Todd Blanche as well, the Attorney
- 19:25Speaker 1: General of the United States, for this epic announcement yesterday
- 19:28Speaker 1: that the DOJ is cracking down on Chinese marriage fraud
- 19:31Speaker 1: in America. Take that, Chi-coms. Cut to, watch this.
- 19:35Speaker 3: We are announcing the arrest and unsealing of an indictment
- 19:39Speaker 3: out of the Southern District of New York, charging 11
- 19:42Speaker 3: individuals for allegedly overseeing an extensive, decade-long marriage fraud scheme
- 19:49Speaker 3: involving more than 1,000 sham marriages between Chinese nationals and
- 19:54Speaker 3: United States citizens, and then the submission of fraudulent applications
- 19:59Speaker 3: for green cards. This is one of the largest marriage
- 20:02Speaker 3: fraud prosecutions in United States history. This scheme was not
- 20:07Speaker 3: a quick fly-by-night operation, but rather a years-long, multi-million dollar
- 20:12Speaker 3: cottage industry to criminally assist people who would not, or
- 20:16Speaker 3: legally could not, otherwise become citizens of the United States.
- 20:22Speaker 3: The men and women who facilitated this scheme were all
- 20:25Speaker 3: naturalized citizens originally from China and one green card holder.
- 20:30Speaker 3: Under President Trump's leadership, the Department of Justice is working
- 20:34Speaker 3: alongside our partners at DHS to secure the border and
- 20:38Speaker 3: protect American communities, something that was ignored during the last administration.
- 20:44Speaker 3: Not only are we protecting our physical borders from unlawful crossings,
- 20:48Speaker 3: but we are also preventing immigration fraud schemes that are
- 20:52Speaker 3: just another way to skirt the immigration laws of the
- 20:55Speaker 3: United States. As alleged, some of the charged defendants acted
- 21:00Speaker 3: as facilitators who orchestrated the marriage fraud scheme, pairing foreign
- 21:05Speaker 3: nationals seeking immigration status with United States citizens willing to
- 21:11Speaker 3: participate and engage in a sham marriage. These facilitators employed attorneys,
- 21:19Speaker 3: tax preparers, and marriage officiants. Some of the other charged
- 21:24Speaker 3: defendants acted as recruiters by finding and recruiting United States
- 21:28Speaker 3: citizens to participate in the scheme, and other defendants acted
- 21:32Speaker 3: as officiating dozens of these alleged fake marriages.
- 21:40Speaker 1: So, okay, just to be clear on all the details
- 21:43Speaker 1: that you just heard, the Biden administration let this happen
- 21:46Speaker 1: at scale. I'm not surprised. Biden's family was on the
- 21:48Speaker 1: take from the Chai Comps. They let this happen at scale.
- 21:52Speaker 1: You've got all of these naturalized American citizens from China.
- 21:57Speaker 1: They all originate from China. These are all Chinese people.
- 22:01Speaker 1: who are taking tens of thousands of dollars in kickbacks
- 22:06Speaker 1: as you get Chinese nationals who are paying up to $ 100, 000
- 22:09Speaker 1: to become American citizens in this scheme. So you've got
- 22:15Speaker 1: all these people being paid. It's all tricoms, top to bottom,
- 22:19Speaker 1: everybody involved. And then everyone's getting unearned American citizenship on
- 22:22Speaker 1: this basis. The whole thing is crazy. Also, how did
- 22:26Speaker 1: the Chinese people who became American citizens get into the
- 22:30Speaker 1: country in the first place? Were they the product of
- 22:33Speaker 1: Chinese birth tourism? Were they, you know, anchor babies? What
- 22:36Speaker 1: the hell's going on there? So, I mean, just when
- 22:39Speaker 1: you think to yourself, like, okay, like, this has to
- 22:43Speaker 1: be the limit of CHICOM interference in the United States. Nope,
- 22:46Speaker 1: they're still figuring out new paths to get in. And
- 22:49Speaker 1: this is, you know, this is on top of the
- 22:51Speaker 1: fact that, remember, during the Biden era, we had tens
- 22:54Speaker 1: of thousands of Chinese nationals pour across our border into
- 22:57Speaker 1: the United States, and then we just completely lost track
- 23:00Speaker 1: of them. Where the hell are they? What the hell's
- 23:02Speaker 1: going on? Man, China's really got our number. They've been
- 23:05Speaker 1: taking advantage of us for years. Hell, they've been killing
- 23:07Speaker 1: American citizens at scale with the fentanyl crisis. This has
- 23:12Speaker 1: to stop. The DOJ is putting a stop to it.
- 23:15Speaker 1: And they had 11 defendants yesterday that they've indicted. And
- 23:19Speaker 1: it involved over 1,000 sham marriages. Could there be more
- 23:23Speaker 1: indictments coming? Absolutely. But taking down the structure that led
- 23:27Speaker 1: to this, that's what they're doing yesterday. So that's a
- 23:29Speaker 1: big announcement from the Justice Department. The names here from
- 23:34Speaker 1: the Justice Department, you'll see about what you'd expect. Amy Chang,
- 23:40Speaker 1: Xiaomei Shan, Christine Liu, Jingyan Yi. Xiao Yan Chen, Gong Zhang,
- 23:47Speaker 1: Anthony Shang, Michelle Duenas. I don't know. That doesn't sound Chinese,
- 23:51Speaker 1: but you know, whatever. Angela Duenas, uh, might, they might've
- 23:56Speaker 1: married into it. Sigrid Santino and Erica Johnson, or maybe
- 24:00Speaker 1: somehow they're just a part of this operation.
- 24:02Speaker 2: Uh, whatever.
- 24:02Speaker 1: Uh, is Fang Fang on this list? I don't see
- 24:06Speaker 1: Fang Fang here. Fang Fang came up in the chat though.
- 24:08Speaker 1: Thank you guys for reminding me about Fang Fang. Um, Yeah,
- 24:11Speaker 1: so that's the list, and that's 11, and I think
- 24:15Speaker 1: they're just getting started here. That network included facilitators who
- 24:18Speaker 1: oversaw the scheme and identified foreign national customers, recruiters who
- 24:23Speaker 1: found willing United States citizens and helped ensure their continued participation,
- 24:28Speaker 1: and assistants who prepared immigration paperwork and coordinated the submission
- 24:31Speaker 1: of fraudulent, lawful, permanent residency that would be green card
- 24:34Speaker 1: applications to the government. Yeah, you get a green card,
- 24:38Speaker 1: you're on a path to citizenship. By the way, pay
- 24:40Speaker 1: attention to that. Anytime you hear a government official be like,
- 24:43Speaker 1: I'm not trying to give them a pathway to citizenship.
- 24:44Speaker 1: I just want a pathway to a green card. Jackass,
- 24:47Speaker 1: it's a pathway to citizenship. You get a green card,
- 24:49Speaker 1: it's a pathway to citizenship. And they say foreign nationals
- 24:54Speaker 1: paid facilitators as much as approximately $ 100, 000 for a sham
- 24:59Speaker 1: marriage and assistance obtaining lawful permanent resident status. Facilitators in
- 25:04Speaker 1: turn allegedly paid participating U.S. citizens up to $ 30, 000, generally
- 25:09Speaker 1: in installments tied to milestones in the green card application process. Oh,
- 25:14Speaker 1: and look, they have pictures here. They have photos. Here's
- 25:17Speaker 1: a fake marriage. Let me see. Here's a fake marriage
- 25:21Speaker 1: for us to look at. There's one. Here's another fake marriage.
- 25:24Speaker 1: You have all these fake marriages going on. Look at
- 25:27Speaker 1: the fake priest, too. They bought a priest outfit. That's incredible.
- 25:36Speaker 1: What's the cheapo Chinese website where you can buy stuff
- 25:38Speaker 1: like this? What is it, Timu? It's a Timu priest outfit.
- 25:42Speaker 1: Look at this guy. Unbelievable. It says Sham Marriage 2.
- 25:48Speaker 1: That's the name of the file. There's more. They've got
- 25:52Speaker 1: the sham wedding ceremonies. By the way, with AI, you're
- 25:56Speaker 1: not going to have to even stage these photos anymore.
- 25:58Speaker 1: You can just generate them on whatever Chinese AI you
- 26:01Speaker 1: want to. There's another couple staged photo from the indictment.
- 26:05Speaker 1: Look at all that. Amazing. Just amazing. God bless the
- 26:08Speaker 1: Justice Department for cracking down on this. Yeah.
- 26:10Speaker 5: Timu.
- 26:11Speaker 1: Timu Pastor. Father Timu is doing all these marriages. Thanks,
- 26:16Speaker 1: Father Timu. Thanks. Enjoy jail. Now, it's not just the
- 26:21Speaker 1: Justice Department that took some big steps on this yesterday.
- 26:25Speaker 1: The State Department also had a big announcement on this subject.
- 26:30Speaker 1: A little different, but the same basic premise, which is
- 26:33Speaker 1: stopping people from stealing American citizenship. Marco Rubio, with this
- 26:38Speaker 1: announcement yesterday, he said American citizenship is not for sale,
- 26:42Speaker 1: but elaborate birth tourism rings. Birth tourism, you know, that's
- 26:46Speaker 1: when foreign nationals pay to come into the United States,
- 26:51Speaker 1: pop out a baby, and then have an American citizen. Boom,
- 26:53Speaker 1: we have an American citizen. We're tied to America now.
- 26:55Speaker 1: We can take American welfare. Yeah, no, we're going to
- 26:58Speaker 1: put a stop to that. If the Supreme Court is
- 27:00Speaker 1: not going to put a stop to it, the Trump
- 27:01Speaker 1: administration is going to find other ways to do it.
- 27:03Speaker 1: So here's Marco Rubio talking about this. He said elaborate
- 27:07Speaker 1: birth tourism rings are profiting off of the exploitation of
- 27:10Speaker 1: America's laws, coaching foreigners to defraud the U.S. visa system,
- 27:16Speaker 1: arranging travel and housing, and even forging documents, all to
- 27:19Speaker 1: enable foreign nationals to obtain citizenship for their children. The
- 27:24Speaker 1: State Department established a birth tourism prevention task force to
- 27:29Speaker 1: review the activity of visa holders. Okay, let me just
- 27:31Speaker 1: be clear. Basically, they're auditing all of these visas in
- 27:35Speaker 1: the United States in order to figure out, are you
- 27:38Speaker 1: like legit or are you just trying to exploit our
- 27:40Speaker 1: laws for free American citizens? And if it's the latter category,
- 27:44Speaker 1: we're going to stop that. He said they're dismantling illegal
- 27:47Speaker 1: birth tourism networks. They're putting an end to this heinous
- 27:51Speaker 1: abuse of our nation's laws. In just one month, the
- 27:54Speaker 1: Birth Tourism Prevention Task Force has taken action to revoke
- 27:58Speaker 1: more than 600 visas, 600 of them in a single month,
- 28:03Speaker 1: from foreign nationals across the globe, and we will continue
- 28:06Speaker 1: to safeguard our nation from this abuse. The State Department
- 28:09Speaker 1: will use all available tools to dismantle birth tourism networks
- 28:14Speaker 1: and defend the integrity of U.S. citizenship.
- 28:17Speaker 2: Good.
- 28:18Speaker 1: So we've got a bit of a whole-of-government approach going
- 28:21Speaker 1: on here. stopping people from stealing American citizenship. Now, is
- 28:26Speaker 1: this the end of this? Should this be the end
- 28:27Speaker 1: of this? Hell no. No, we've got a lot more
- 28:30Speaker 1: to go. Remember, Senator Jim Banks and Congressman Brandon Gill,
- 28:35Speaker 1: both patriots, both great Americans inside the United States Congress
- 28:38Speaker 1: right now, have a great piece of legislation called the
- 28:43Speaker 1: Citizenship Act. Citizenship Act. It's very simple. You know what
- 28:47Speaker 1: it does? It protects our citizenship. It says that illegal
- 28:52Speaker 1: aliens and birth tourists, adults who come into the country
- 28:56Speaker 1: with the purpose of having a baby who becomes an
- 28:57Speaker 1: American citizen, are invaders of the United States. By statute,
- 29:02Speaker 1: they would be called invaders of the United States. Now,
- 29:06Speaker 1: that may be common sense to you already. Of course,
- 29:09Speaker 1: an illegal alien is an invader of the United States.
- 29:11Speaker 1: But as far as the law is concerned... They want
- 29:13Speaker 1: to declare it. Brandon Gill and Jim Banks and anybody
- 29:16Speaker 1: else who's a co-sponsor of this legislation, everybody should be.
- 29:20Speaker 1: They want to declare it by statute that these people
- 29:22Speaker 1: are invaders of our country. And if they do that,
- 29:28Speaker 1: that disqualifies their children from American citizenship. That disqualifies them outright.
- 29:34Speaker 1: And it puts the onus on the Supreme Court to
- 29:37Speaker 1: take up this case again and hopefully rend render a
- 29:40Speaker 1: much better judgment than the one we got recently on
- 29:42Speaker 1: birthright citizenship. The Citizenship Act, I've told you, I talk
- 29:47Speaker 1: about the Save America Act a lot, and we should.
- 29:49Speaker 5: I know, I know.
- 29:51Speaker 1: We talk about the Save America Act a lot.
- 29:53Speaker 6: We should.
- 29:54Speaker 1: That's about guarding America's election integrity. But on this Citizenship Act,
- 29:58Speaker 1: this is just as important as the Save America Act.
- 30:02Speaker 1: Declaring illegals and birth tourists invaders of the United States
- 30:06Speaker 1: and preventing them from getting free American citizen children, that's
- 30:11Speaker 1: a high priority. You want to save the country? You
- 30:13Speaker 1: want to protect our sovereignty? Protect American citizenship. Protect our citizenship.
- 30:17Speaker 1: Protect our vote. That's what we need the government to do.
- 30:21Speaker 1: They do a lot of nonsense. This would actually be
- 30:24Speaker 1: of value. Let's get it done. All right, much more
- 30:27Speaker 1: ahead on the program, especially from the DOJ. I've actually
- 30:29Speaker 1: got a couple of DOJ stories for you today. All
- 30:32Speaker 1: of them very interesting, very wonderful, including will we see
- 30:38Speaker 1: the prosecution of Tampon Tim Walls? Could that be happening?
- 30:44Speaker 1: I've got an update from Todd Blanch on that. Hold on.
- 30:46Speaker 1: I've got a lot more to get to on this
- 30:48Speaker 1: edition of Vince. I want to thank two more fine
- 30:51Speaker 1: sponsors for us today that really are great supporters of
- 30:54Speaker 1: the program. And in this case, a great supporter of
- 30:57Speaker 1: my night's sleep, Helix mattress. You guys have a Helix
- 31:00Speaker 1: mattress yet? It's really great. The Helix mattress is wonderful.
- 31:04Speaker 1: During the warmer months, you really start paying attention to
- 31:07Speaker 1: your sleep quality, don't you? One of the best changes
- 31:10Speaker 1: I've ever made has been switching to a Helix mattress.
- 31:12Speaker 1: We sleep on a Helix. We sleep on the Midnight
- 31:14Speaker 1: Lux in the Colonies household. We love it. It's made
- 31:17Speaker 1: a noticeable difference in how well we rest each night. Now,
- 31:21Speaker 1: before making the switch, I didn't even realize how crappy
- 31:24Speaker 1: my mattress was. I actually thought I had a good mattress.
- 31:26Speaker 5: Didn't.
- 31:27Speaker 1: I was waking up multiple times a night and feeling uncomfortable.
- 31:31Speaker 1: And then I would start the next day feeling tired
- 31:33Speaker 1: and not fully recharged. Since getting my Helix mattress, I've
- 31:37Speaker 1: been falling asleep faster. I wake up feeling much more refreshed,
- 31:40Speaker 1: ready for the next day. Wonderful. I took their sleep quiz.
- 31:44Speaker 1: I sat down, Allison and I sat down at the
- 31:46Speaker 1: kitchen counter, popped open the laptop, just took their sleep
- 31:48Speaker 1: quiz really quick, answered a few simple questions about our
- 31:50Speaker 1: sleep habits and preferences, and they matched us up with
- 31:54Speaker 1: our mattress designed specifically for our needs. Plus, Helix shipped
- 31:58Speaker 1: free right to our door. They'll ship free to your door.
- 32:01Speaker 1: And it includes a 120-night sleep trial and a limited
- 32:04Speaker 1: lifetime warranty. And now Helix is offering 20% off site-wide.
- 32:08Speaker 1: Just go to helixsleep.com slash Vince, 20% off site-wide. That's helixsleep.com
- 32:12Speaker 1: slash Vince. 20% off site-wide, helixsleep.com slash Vince. We love Helix. Yeah, yes, indeed.
- 32:22Speaker 1: And then when it comes to your health, we got
- 32:23Speaker 1: to thank Brickhouse Nutrition too. They're a great, enduring sponsor
- 32:26Speaker 1: of our program. You know, a lot of people are
- 32:28Speaker 1: trying to lose weight to get healthy, and that makes

- 33:25Speaker 1: intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and
- 33:27Speaker 1: it's not a substitute or alternative for care from a
- 33:30Speaker 1: healthcare provider. Thank you. Brickhouse. Appreciate you guys. All right. So,
- 33:36Speaker 1: what else is the DOJ up to? Come on now.
- 33:39Speaker 1: Is Christmas really come early? No. Maybe so, actually. Here's
- 33:44Speaker 1: Todd Blanch. He was being asked yesterday about their investigations
- 33:47Speaker 1: into Minnesota. You know, Minnesota is like the fraud capital
- 33:51Speaker 1: of the country right now, or at least it seems
- 33:53Speaker 1: like it. There's a lot of these blue states that
- 33:55Speaker 1: are full of fraud. And it's being run into the
- 33:58Speaker 1: dirt by the Democrats who are in the state. That
- 33:59Speaker 1: would be Tampon, Tim Walz, people like Keith Ellison, the
- 34:02Speaker 1: attorney general of the state. And you and I have
- 34:04Speaker 1: both had an instinct for a while that, you know,
- 34:06Speaker 1: these guys probably should have handcuffs on them, given all
- 34:08Speaker 1: of the fraud that's been happening on their watch and
- 34:10Speaker 1: with their permissions. Is that going to happen? Well, great question.
- 34:15Speaker 1: I'm glad somebody asked Todd Blanch yesterday because Blanch confirmed
- 34:20Speaker 1: that there is a full-blown investigation into the leadership of
- 34:24Speaker 1: Minnesota going on. And he said, and Tampon Tim knows it.
- 34:28Speaker 1: Cut three, watch this.
- 34:30Speaker 2: The top Democratic leadership of Minnesota to DOJ for this
- 34:34Speaker 2: type of investigation. Can you talk about the status of
- 34:37Speaker 2: where that stands?
- 34:39Speaker 1: Of where an investigation, the leaders of.
- 34:42Speaker 2: He referred it over here. Is that something you've opened on,
- 34:44Speaker 2: or you intend to, or can you just kind of just,
- 34:47Speaker 2: you know, are you making progress toward that end?
- 34:50Speaker 3: We've spent a ton of resources, and we continue to
- 34:52Speaker 3: spend a ton of resources in Minneapolis combating fraud, and
- 34:55Speaker 3: that includes a very intense look at the leadership and
- 35:00Speaker 3: the programs and who's administering them, but Beyond and the
- 35:03Speaker 3: governor knows that and everybody knows that.
- 35:05Speaker 1: And that should be the case.
- 35:06Speaker 3: That's what every single person should expect us to do
- 35:08Speaker 3: is the Department of Justice. So but I don't have
- 35:12Speaker 3: an update or comment on how that's progressing beyond that,
- 35:15Speaker 3: beyond the fact that, yes, we have a lot of
- 35:16Speaker 3: resources spending there.
- 35:19Speaker 1: Yes, we have a full blown investigation into the leadership
- 35:22Speaker 1: of the state of Minnesota. So an update from from
- 35:25Speaker 1: Todd Blanch on that. Now, of course, Todd, on behalf
- 35:29Speaker 1: of this audience, Mr. Attorney General. We'd love to see
- 35:34Speaker 1: you stick the landing on this particular thing. Please, please.
- 35:37Speaker 1: You know, one of the realities here is it is meaningful.
- 35:40Speaker 1: First of all, it's very meaningful to watch as you're
- 35:42Speaker 1: arresting all of these Somali pirates who've been stealing from us.
- 35:45Speaker 1: I love that. Thank you for that. Please keep that going.
- 35:48Speaker 1: But the thing that we really want, and I mean
- 35:50Speaker 1: as American citizens who vote in our elections, who would
- 35:53Speaker 1: love to see the integrity of our country restored, we
- 35:56Speaker 1: really want accountability that goes after the people that are
- 36:00Speaker 1: aiding and abetting all of this destruction. The people who
- 36:03Speaker 1: are not minding the store, the people who've opened the
- 36:05Speaker 1: back door, they've opened the cash register, and they've allowed
- 36:08Speaker 1: Somali pirates to steal our money. That would be people
- 36:11Speaker 1: like Tampon Tim Walls and Keith Ellison and Jacob Fry.
- 36:14Speaker 1: All of these people, that's what we want to see.
- 36:18Speaker 1: We want to see some arrests. We want to see
- 36:20Speaker 1: some silver bracelets on people like that. If you've got
- 36:23Speaker 1: the evidence that they've committed crimes, please, please, please stick
- 36:29Speaker 1: the landing. And a perp walk would be nice. We'd
- 36:31Speaker 1: love to see that too. But Todd Blanchard, good update
- 36:35Speaker 1: from Todd Blanchard on that. Appreciate his remarks on that subject. Also,
- 36:40Speaker 1: the Justice Department was asked yesterday, Todd Blanchard was asked
- 36:45Speaker 1: yesterday about Fauci. So remember last week that the United
- 36:53Speaker 1: States Senate, Senate committee, they had Anthony Fauci stop by.
- 36:58Speaker 1: Was it last week or two weeks ago? Sorry, that
- 37:00Speaker 1: vacation week blanked me out a bit. I think it
- 37:02Speaker 1: was two weeks ago now, actually. Anthony Fauci appeared before
- 37:06Speaker 1: the United States Senate, and then he pled the fifth
- 37:09Speaker 1: 111 freaking times. Now, as I told you at the time,
- 37:14Speaker 1: how are you going to plead the fifth? I thought
- 37:17Speaker 1: you got a pardon, son. I thought you got a pardon.
- 37:22Speaker 1: I thought it was impossible for you to incriminate yourself
- 37:25Speaker 1: because you have a blanket pardon for all of the
- 37:28Speaker 1: crimes you committed during the COVID era. So how can
- 37:31Speaker 1: you plead the Fifth Amendment to prevent self-incrimination when incrimination
- 37:35Speaker 1: isn't even possible? Actually, it kind of sounds like you're
- 37:37Speaker 1: just obstructing Congress at this point. And that's the way
- 37:40Speaker 1: Senator Rand Paul and the Republicans on his committee took it.
- 37:44Speaker 1: In fact, I talked to Senator Ron Johnson about this yesterday,
- 37:46Speaker 1: and he said, that's how I took it too. Senator
- 37:49Speaker 1: Ron Johnson told me on the big national radio show,
- 37:52Speaker 1: he goes, this guy needs to be prosecuted for what
- 37:54Speaker 1: he did. The Justice Department has to prosecute him. And
- 37:59Speaker 1: so Rand Paul and all these other Republicans, they did
- 38:01Speaker 1: make a criminal referral to the United States Department of
- 38:03Speaker 1: Justice holding Anthony Fauci in contempt of Congress for his behavior,
- 38:08Speaker 1: for his deception, for his obstruction, for blockading, getting any information,
- 38:12Speaker 1: despite the fact that he's supposed to be free and
- 38:14Speaker 1: clear from prosecution. Not anymore. Not on this subject. He
- 38:18Speaker 1: doesn't have a pardon for obstructing Congress now. So they
- 38:21Speaker 1: made a criminal referral. And yesterday, a reporter asked Todd Blanch,
- 38:26Speaker 1: is Fauci going to be prosecuted for this? Todd Blanch
- 38:32Speaker 1: doesn't give us the clearest of answers, but he does
- 38:35Speaker 1: make some news yesterday. He gives us a couple of specifics.
- 38:38Speaker 1: Here's a cut for Todd Blanch on Anthony Fauci.
- 38:41Speaker 4: The Anthony Fauci contempt referral, is there any update on that?
- 38:46Speaker 4: Is your office closer to coming forward with any decision
- 38:49Speaker 4: on that?
- 38:50Speaker 3: Well, no, I don't have an update. As you guys know,
- 38:54Speaker 3: when the Department of Justice receives a referral from Congress,
- 38:58Speaker 3: there's a process. There's a process of how we take
- 39:02Speaker 3: it in and how we investigate it. But any update
- 39:05Speaker 3: that I would expect to come from this department would
- 39:07Speaker 3: be if there's ultimately a decision made, and that certainly
- 39:11Speaker 3: won't be anytime soon.
- 39:13Speaker 5: Okay.
- 39:15Speaker 1: Two pieces of news there. There's two. I know that
- 39:17Speaker 1: sounded like a relatively evasive answer, and it was a
- 39:20Speaker 1: relatively evasive answer. Remember, as the Attorney General of the
- 39:23Speaker 1: United States, he doesn't have an obligation to essentially withhold
- 39:27Speaker 1: statements on the activities of the Justice Department unless they're
- 39:31Speaker 1: really officially made in the process of an indictment. Everybody's
- 39:35Speaker 1: innocent until proven guilty. You want to try not to
- 39:37Speaker 1: defame people by just releasing evidence without actually bringing an indictment?
- 39:41Speaker 4: Got it.
- 39:41Speaker 1: But He released two important pieces of information. One, the
- 39:45Speaker 1: Justice Department is taking it seriously and actively reviewing the
- 39:48Speaker 1: criminal referral from the Justice Department. That's one. Two, whatever
- 39:54Speaker 1: statement we're going to make on that particular subject, the
- 39:57Speaker 1: prosecution of Anthony Fauci, an indictment of Anthony Fauci, he
- 40:00Speaker 1: said is not going to come anytime soon. Now, is
- 40:03Speaker 1: that a source of disappointment for you and for me?
- 40:05Speaker 5: Yes, it is. Definitely.
- 40:07Speaker 1: I had no question. Anthony Fauci deserves to be prosecuted yesterday.
- 40:10Speaker 1: But he says... If it's going to come, it's not
- 40:13Speaker 1: happening anytime soon. So I wouldn't set your watch for
- 40:16Speaker 1: an Anthony Fauci indictment over the course of the next week.
- 40:19Speaker 1: It may take some time, but they're reviewing it. And
- 40:23Speaker 1: he says an indictment, if it comes, it's not coming quickly.
- 40:27Speaker 1: All right. So a disappointing, but you should know about it,
- 40:31Speaker 1: update on the Anthony Fauci process. That guy, holy crap,
- 40:36Speaker 1: the destruction that that man has wrought on America. You
- 40:38Speaker 1: would think that our criminal code would address that particular guy.
- 40:42Speaker 1: and everybody around him. Actually, speaking of that, though, remember,
- 40:46Speaker 1: Anthony Fauci's top lieutenant has been prosecuted by the United
- 40:49Speaker 1: States Justice Department for the nobody's ever prosecuted nonsense. Anthony
- 40:55Speaker 1: Fauci's top lieutenant was prosecuted this past year, which I
- 40:59Speaker 1: really value. I just would like to see that diminutive
- 41:05Speaker 1: crazy person also added to the list. That's all we're asking.
- 41:08Speaker 1: We're just asking for Fauci to be held accountable. I
- 41:10Speaker 1: don't think that's too much to ask, given the amount
- 41:12Speaker 1: of destruction he's wrought on America. That would be wonderful. Yes, yes, yes.
- 41:18Speaker 1: One more for you from the Justice Department. You ready
- 41:20Speaker 1: for this update? Jeanine Pirro, the U.S. attorney out of Washington, D.C.
- 41:27Speaker 1: She's kind of busy right now. Jeanine Pirro has been
- 41:31Speaker 1: in the news this past week. because President Trump hasn't
- 41:35Speaker 1: been exactly thrilled with her because she had dropped some
- 41:38Speaker 1: charges against people who had previously been accused of vandalizing
- 41:41Speaker 1: the reflecting pool. Now, Jeanine Pirro, who is the D.C.
- 41:46Speaker 2: U.S.
- 41:46Speaker 1: Attorney, her judgment was that we didn't have enough evidence
- 41:49Speaker 1: to bring the case against these particular people. So they
- 41:52Speaker 1: dropped the charges. That has been a subject of some
- 41:55Speaker 1: consternation by President Trump, of course. Having said all of that,
- 41:59Speaker 1: the reason I'm telling you about this, in addition to
- 42:01Speaker 1: that just being the news of it, is the idea
- 42:04Speaker 1: that Jeanine Pirro is nothing but some sort of mindless
- 42:08Speaker 1: water carrier for Donald Trump and that she's going to
- 42:11Speaker 1: do whatever he wants regardless of the evidence. It's just
- 42:15Speaker 1: not in any way supported by the facts. It's not.
- 42:18Speaker 1: Yet the media is still acting like she's some sort
- 42:22Speaker 1: of political hit job stooge who's not allowing the evidence
- 42:26Speaker 1: to guide her, which is why this story from yesterday
- 42:30Speaker 1: about what she's up to is both kind of hilarious
- 42:34Speaker 1: and super fascinating. The Washington Post has a piece up
- 42:38Speaker 1: right now. Jeanine Pirro in rare move convenes special grand
- 42:44Speaker 1: jury in Washington. Special grand jury in Washington. Now, I
- 42:50Speaker 1: am fascinated by this. Now, I got to tell you
- 42:52Speaker 1: right up front that the Washington Post does not know
- 42:55Speaker 1: why she has done this. They don't report what the
- 42:59Speaker 1: purpose of the special grand jury is. But they do
- 43:04Speaker 1: explore what it can be used for, which, again, so
- 43:09Speaker 1: I would just flag this, would you? Dog ear this
- 43:12Speaker 1: particular chapter, because I think this could result in something
- 43:16Speaker 1: very interesting. Jeanine Pirro is underway here with a special
- 43:19Speaker 1: grand jury. The Justice Department has convened a special grand
- 43:23Speaker 1: jury in Washington. They say it's a rare legal body.
- 43:27Speaker 1: that officials say could pave the way for federal prosecutors
- 43:30Speaker 1: in the nation's capital to investigate some of its biggest
- 43:33Speaker 1: and most controversial cases. Unlike a typical grand jury, a
- 43:37Speaker 1: special grand jury can actually release a potentially critical report
- 43:40Speaker 1: about the subject of an investigation, even if prosecutors don't
- 43:44Speaker 1: find enough evidence to bring the person to trial. So
- 43:46Speaker 1: it could be a big transparency initiative, in other words. D.C.
- 43:50Speaker 1: 's special grand jury is to be overseen by a
- 43:52Speaker 1: fellow called Stephen Vander Velden, one of U.S. Attorney Jeanine
- 43:55Speaker 1: Pirro's top allies in her office. according to three government
- 43:59Speaker 1: officials familiar with the matter, all granted anonymity because this
- 44:04Speaker 1: matter hasn't been made public. Pirro has relied on Van
- 44:07Speaker 1: der Velden to investigate some of her office's most controversial cases,
- 44:12Speaker 1: including a probe into Jerome Powell. Yeah, Jerome Powell, who
- 44:16Speaker 1: had massive cost overruns at the Federal Reserve where he
- 44:19Speaker 1: was blowing through billions of dollars of federal taxpayer money.
- 44:23Speaker 1: And the president was like, what the hell's going on here?
- 44:25Speaker 1: And an inquiry into allegations that the D.C. Police Department
- 44:30Speaker 1: purposely skewed his crime statistics. I'm sorry, this story about
- 44:37Speaker 1: the D.C. Police, Chad, do you remember this? The D.C.
- 44:40Speaker 1: Police Department did cover up, did cover up what's going on. Like,
- 44:50Speaker 1: they were hiding crime statistics. It's not even, this is
- 44:53Speaker 1: not some conspiracy theory. The Washington Post reported on it.
- 44:58Speaker 1: And they're acting like this is like, oh, what is this,
- 45:00Speaker 1: a wild goose chase? Jeanine Pirro was going after the D.C.
- 45:03Speaker 2: Police.
- 45:04Speaker 1: Rightfully so. They were covering up crime statistics during the
- 45:08Speaker 1: Biden era. It's unclear what the new special grand jury
- 45:12Speaker 1: will be tasked with probing, but those interviewed said it's
- 45:14Speaker 1: a notable move, especially given President Trump's interest in prosecuting
- 45:17Speaker 1: his adversaries. What a bunch of jackasses. President Trump's interest.
- 45:24Speaker 1: You know... To this very day, the media continue to
- 45:28Speaker 1: deceive their audience about what President Trump is up to.
- 45:33Speaker 1: They pretend like that this guy is some out-of-control tyrant
- 45:37Speaker 1: who's abusing the levers of government in order to persecute
- 45:42Speaker 1: his political opponents in an effort to both harm them
- 45:47Speaker 1: and rig elections, right? This is the way the media,
- 45:49Speaker 1: including the Washington Post, continue to treat President Trump. What
- 45:52Speaker 1: does that sound like to you, though, as I describe
- 45:54Speaker 1: all of those things? Sounds like the left, actually. It
- 45:58Speaker 1: sounds like the Biden-led Justice Department, the Merrick Garland-led Justice Department,
- 46:04Speaker 1: the left, which has routinely abused its power to persecute
- 46:08Speaker 1: its political opponents, to try and rig elections, to put
- 46:11Speaker 1: President Trump in mugshots in various jurisdictions, like, let's say,
- 46:15Speaker 1: big fat Fannie Willis in Fulton County, Georgia, or fat
- 46:18Speaker 1: Alvin Bragg in Manhattan, right? or Big Tish James in
- 46:23Speaker 1: New York. This keeps happening over and over. And of course,
- 46:26Speaker 1: not to, you know, you can't leave out big, stupid
- 46:29Speaker 1: Jack Smith, who was abusing his power on constitutional special
- 46:33Speaker 1: counsel over and over and over again to try and
- 46:37Speaker 1: harm Donald Trump and everybody around him for political purposes
- 46:40Speaker 1: to rig elections. So when President Trump tries to pursue justice,
- 46:44Speaker 1: which we've voted for, they accuse him of doing precisely
- 46:47Speaker 1: what they did. This is all one giant game of projections.
- 46:53Speaker 1: Special grand juries, they say, on the rare occasions where
- 46:55Speaker 1: they are convened, are typically used to pursue investigations of
- 46:58Speaker 1: government officials or probe broad conspiracy cases and organized criminal activity.
- 47:05Speaker 1: Now we're getting somewhere. This is the juicy paragraph. I
- 47:09Speaker 1: love this paragraph. Special grand juries are used for going
- 47:14Speaker 1: after organized criminal activity.
- 47:19Speaker 2: Oh, yes.
- 47:20Speaker 1: That's what we desire. Organized criminal activity. What kind of
- 47:24Speaker 1: organized criminal activity? I don't know. Like conjuring up an
- 47:28Speaker 1: entire intelligence community assessment on the basis of nothing but
- 47:31Speaker 1: horse crap to go after President Trump and try and.
- 47:33Speaker 1: disable his entire presidency and undermine the will of the
- 47:36Speaker 1: American people. Could be that. What about maybe, you know,
- 47:40Speaker 1: coming up with like the Steele dossier and the Trump-Russia
- 47:43Speaker 1: collusion hoax? What about, you know, going after American citizens
- 47:46Speaker 1: for singing church hymns outside of abortion mills? Maybe that
- 47:51Speaker 1: could be one of the reasons why we'd want to
- 47:53Speaker 1: go after you for your organized criminal activity. Maybe going
- 47:56Speaker 1: after Catholics for celebrating the traditional Latin mass. Maybe not
- 48:00Speaker 1: pursuing the fire bombings of various crisis pregnancy centers, maybe,
- 48:05Speaker 1: you know, destroying the life of Mark Houck or surrounding
- 48:08Speaker 1: Trump officials with SWAT teams at their homes, pulling up
- 48:12Speaker 1: boats behind Roger Stone's house, aiming guns at him and
- 48:15Speaker 1: his wife. Maybe it could be that, maybe conjuring up
- 48:19Speaker 1: fake criminal allegations against General Flynn. I don't know. I just,
- 48:23Speaker 1: there's just like a list of things I just cut
- 48:25Speaker 1: right off the top of my head that might qualify
- 48:27Speaker 1: as organized criminal activity. Now, for those of you who've been,
- 48:32Speaker 1: of course, paying attention to this story, you'll know that
- 48:35Speaker 1: in South Florida, there is a grand conspiracy case underway,
- 48:40Speaker 1: which we all are waiting with bated breath for. We'd
- 48:44Speaker 1: love to see the results of that. But meanwhile, perhaps
- 48:47Speaker 1: there's some value to a Washington, D.C.-based special grand jury
- 48:53Speaker 1: that was just impaneled by Jeanine Pirro.
- 48:56Speaker 4: Perhaps.
- 48:57Speaker 1: Perhaps. At any rate, the Washington Post admits that they
- 49:00Speaker 1: don't actually know what the purpose of this special grand
- 49:03Speaker 1: jury is. But I will tell you with enthusiasm that
- 49:07Speaker 1: I'm very grateful that she's impaneled it, and I look
- 49:09Speaker 1: forward to the results of that investigation. I absolutely do.
- 49:14Speaker 1: That would be wonderful. Okay, let us see here.
- 49:23Speaker 2: Okay.
- 49:24Speaker 1: We'll table Justice Department news for now. I think I've
- 49:27Speaker 1: covered all of the wonderful Justice Department news. I'm glad.
- 49:30Speaker 1: Isn't it nice to have Todd Blanch fully confirmed? Do
- 49:32Speaker 1: you feel it? I already felt like he was basically unfettered.
- 49:35Speaker 1: Now he's weapons free. The guy's weapons free. Love that.
- 49:39Speaker 1: Todd Blanche, please keep delivering. I was enthusiastic about his
- 49:43Speaker 1: time as acting attorney general. I wasn't so sure when
- 49:45Speaker 1: President Trump picked him as acting attorney general. I was like,
- 49:47Speaker 1: is this the guy? Is he the right guy? Turns
- 49:49Speaker 1: out he was great. He was great as acting attorney general.
- 49:52Speaker 1: Now he's the full attorney general. Super happy about that.
- 49:54Speaker 1: I hope he keeps just racking up the victories. I
- 49:57Speaker 1: want him to have a legendary tenure as the attorney
- 50:00Speaker 1: general of the United States. That would be That would
- 50:02Speaker 1: be a wonderful change of pace, wouldn't it? From the
- 50:05Speaker 1: Merrick Garland era.
- 50:06Speaker 5: Oh my God.
- 50:08Speaker 1: All right, let me get to another point with you,
- 50:10Speaker 1: which is that these Democrats are trying to establish some
- 50:13Speaker 1: distance from, the establishment Democrats, that is, are trying to
- 50:17Speaker 1: establish some distance from the socialists in their ranks, pretending
- 50:21Speaker 1: that they have some sort of meaningful difference from them.
- 50:24Speaker 1: Let me, right up front, I'll tell you, they don't.
- 50:29Speaker 1: They don't. The only difference that establishment Democrats have from
- 50:34Speaker 1: the open theatrical communists that are running around calling themselves
- 50:40Speaker 1: Democrat Socialists of America, the only actual difference they have
- 50:45Speaker 1: is one of messaging. The commies are just more honest
- 50:51Speaker 1: about the intentions of the Democrat Party. The establishment Democrats
- 50:57Speaker 1: somehow have less integrity than the communists. They just don't
- 51:02Speaker 1: want to tell you the truth about what they're up to.
- 51:04Speaker 1: And I would say this is kind of best captured
- 51:06Speaker 1: this week in a clip. This comes to us from
- 51:09Speaker 1: a lesbian cable network called Ms.
- 51:11Speaker 3: Now.
- 51:12Speaker 1: They have a show called Morning Joe. And on that show,
- 51:15Speaker 1: a fellow who was once fired for apparently being a
- 51:19Speaker 1: sexual harasser or something Chris Matthews, he's back on the
- 51:22Speaker 1: channel now because all of that was memory hold. And
- 51:25Speaker 1: here he is saying how much he appreciates the commies
- 51:28Speaker 1: because they make establishment Democrats appear sane. Watch Chris Matthews
- 51:33Speaker 1: cut five and I'll break it down.
- 51:34Speaker 6: Here's what I think. And I've been thinking about this
- 51:37Speaker 6: for days now. The DSA has done a favor to
- 51:40Speaker 6: non-DSA Democrats, to regular Democrats who are regular members of
- 51:44Speaker 6: the party. They've listed what they believe in. Their chair
- 51:48Speaker 6: made that clear. It's in Peggy Noonan's column this week.
- 51:51Speaker 6: It's very clear. We're going to get rid of ICE,
- 51:53Speaker 6: not just ICE. We're going to get rid of the border.
- 51:55Speaker 6: We're not going to have a border anymore. We're not
- 51:57Speaker 6: going to effectively control people coming in and out of
- 52:01Speaker 6: the country. And so I think we're going to get
- 52:04Speaker 6: rid of prisons. You know, we're going to get rid
- 52:06Speaker 6: of the Pentagon. We're going to negotiate. Well, what happens
- 52:09Speaker 6: when your hostages are your former diplomats, like what happened
- 52:12Speaker 6: with President Carter? People take your diplomats hostages.
- 52:17Speaker 1: What do you do then? You need an army.
- 52:19Speaker 6: You don't like to have an army, but you do
- 52:22Speaker 6: need to have one. All these positions can be denied
- 52:25Speaker 6: by any regular Democrat. All you have to do is
- 52:27Speaker 6: go out there and say, thank you, DSA, for telling
- 52:30Speaker 6: us what you believe in. I don't believe in that stuff.
- 52:33Speaker 6: And discriminate. Because you can't follow AOC. I like AOC generally.
- 52:38Speaker 6: But she came out and said, we're just a big
- 52:39Speaker 6: tent party. Well, the problem with the big tent defense
- 52:42Speaker 6: is every Democrat has to defend all this crap coming
- 52:45Speaker 6: from the left. They've got to say, I believe in
- 52:47Speaker 6: all this crazy stuff. And that makes me a Democrat.
- 52:50Speaker 6: You've got to say, no, no, I'm not a member
- 52:51Speaker 6: of the DSA, and here's why, and make.
- 52:53Speaker 1: It very clear.
- 52:54Speaker 6: So it's going to require politicians to be good politicians
- 52:57Speaker 6: and say, here's where I stand. I'm a regular Democrat.
- 53:01Speaker 6: I'm for labor unions. I'm for opportunity for everybody. I'm
- 53:04Speaker 6: for civil rights. I'm for all the things I believe
- 53:06Speaker 6: in as a Democrat. But I'm not with this crowd.
- 53:09Speaker 6: And I think that's going to be a line that
- 53:10Speaker 6: has to be drawn by Democrats, because I'm telling you,
- 53:13Speaker 6: the last six weeks of this election is going to
- 53:16Speaker 6: be an attack on El-Sayed and the DSA in New
- 53:19Speaker 6: York and the Mamdani. And it's all going to come
- 53:21Speaker 6: out and blame every Democrat for everything the DSA is doing.
- 53:25Speaker 6: I don't believe in the DSA plan. I don't believe
- 53:28Speaker 6: in their checklist of what they believe in. I'll say so.
- 53:31Speaker 6: But running for office is going to require that, I think,
- 53:33Speaker 6: before now, before the election.
- 53:35Speaker 1: Now, let me point out, like, so Chris Matthews is
- 53:38Speaker 1: is out of central casting of establishment Democrats, and he's
- 53:41Speaker 1: trying to make this case that we're not crazy like them.
- 53:44Speaker 1: In fact, if anything, we benefit from the Overton window
- 53:47Speaker 1: push here because they seem so crazy. We seem rational
- 53:51Speaker 1: by comparison. He's trying to draw distinctions here between the
- 53:54Speaker 1: socialists and the establishment Democrats. But here's where this all
- 53:57Speaker 1: falls apart. The establishment Democrats, when they have power, pursue
- 54:03Speaker 1: all of the evil things that Chris Matthews just described
- 54:07Speaker 1: as being somehow crazy. We don't support that. So, for instance,
- 54:12Speaker 1: he just said they want open borders. They want to
- 54:14Speaker 1: abolish ICE. We're not like them. Really? Ladies and gentlemen,
- 54:19Speaker 1: does anybody remember the Biden era? Does anybody remember when U.S.
- 54:24Speaker 1: taxpayer dollars were used to erase our border and to
- 54:29Speaker 1: import illegal aliens by the tens of millions into the
- 54:32Speaker 1: United States? Joe Biden is as establishment Democrat as it gets.
- 54:40Speaker 1: And so, in other words, the hopes and dreams of
- 54:43Speaker 1: the socialists were being fulfilled by an administration that was
- 54:48Speaker 1: lying to you about what they were up to. When
- 54:52Speaker 1: the Biden administration was called out for this, they said, oh,
- 54:55Speaker 1: it's not a crisis. It's a challenge. Oh, we've got
- 54:58Speaker 1: it under control. We've even appointed a border czar. We've
- 55:00Speaker 1: got Kamala Harris. And it was all nothing but a
- 55:03Speaker 1: series of lies, all to aid and abet the destruction
- 55:08Speaker 1: of America's sovereignty. So when the socialists say out loud
- 55:12Speaker 1: that they want to destroy America's borders and the establishment
- 55:15Speaker 1: Democrats pretend like they don't, that's all this is. It's
- 55:17Speaker 1: just a game of pretend. They're all on the same page.
- 55:21Speaker 1: When they say they want to get rid of the prisons,
- 55:22Speaker 1: he goes, oh, they want to get rid of the prisons.
- 55:24Speaker 1: That's crazy that the socialists would do that. Well, what
- 55:27Speaker 1: have establishment Democrats done with criminals? Well, I don't know.
- 55:31Speaker 1: Check every Soros-funded attorney across the country. They've been releasing
- 55:36Speaker 1: criminals back out into the public at scale, leading to
- 55:39Speaker 1: all sorts of horrific tragedies, including the murder of American
- 55:42Speaker 1: citizens over and over and over again. They've had illegal
- 55:46Speaker 1: aliens in custody. They could enforce immigration law. They could
- 55:49Speaker 1: assist the feds in doing that. They refuse to. They
- 55:51Speaker 1: have sanctuary jurisdictions everywhere. So you've got the commies who
- 55:55Speaker 1: are saying we need to abolish prisons. You've got establishment
- 55:58Speaker 1: Democrats who have straight up abolished law enforcement. What is
- 56:02Speaker 1: the difference exactly? Please lay it out for me. How
- 56:05Speaker 1: are you functionally different in terms of policy from the
- 56:09Speaker 1: socialists who are at least being honest about what they
- 56:11Speaker 1: want to do? You're just deceiving us about it. It's
- 56:15Speaker 1: the same deal. And then, of course, like the thing, oh,
- 56:19Speaker 1: they want to get rid of the Pentagon. says Chris Matthews, oh,
- 56:22Speaker 1: that's so crazy. They want to get rid of the Pentagon.
- 56:24Speaker 1: We don't want to get rid of the Pentagon.
- 56:25Speaker 5: Really?
- 56:27Speaker 1: Because last I checked, it was your party, Chris Matthews,
- 56:30Speaker 1: the establishment Democrats, who were driving troops out of the
- 56:34Speaker 1: military for not getting forced COVID jabs from the government.
- 56:39Speaker 1: Whatever happened to my body, my choice when it came
- 56:41Speaker 1: to COVID jabs? The left has had it out for
- 56:43Speaker 1: the American military forever. And I'm not talking about just
- 56:46Speaker 1: like the flagrant sort of theatrical socialists. I mean, establishment Democrats.
- 56:51Speaker 1: They've been rooting against the military for as long as
- 56:53Speaker 1: I've been alive. What are you talking about? There is,
- 56:57Speaker 1: as a functional difference, there is none between the crazy
- 57:01Speaker 1: florid socialists and the deceptive establishment Democrats. It's just a
- 57:06Speaker 1: matter of messaging. Establishment Democrats are very accustomed to lying
- 57:12Speaker 1: about the world around them and their intentions. In fact,
- 57:15Speaker 1: I'll give you another example of it this week. Nancy
- 57:17Speaker 1: Pelosi is still lying about her awareness of the fact
- 57:21Speaker 1: that Joe Biden was non-compass Memphis. Here she is, cut six,
- 57:24Speaker 1: watch this.
- 57:25Speaker 5: Think of the debate and how sad that was. That's
- 57:28Speaker 5: really when we learned. Because see, I had been speaker,
- 57:31Speaker 5: and when I was speaker, I saw the president.
- 57:34Speaker 1: All the time.
- 57:36Speaker 5: But when I wasn't, then I saw maybe three times
- 57:40Speaker 5: that whole year. And so I didn't know And I
- 57:44Speaker 5: think he had his sort of ups and downs. And
- 57:46Speaker 5: when I saw him one time, he was giving me
- 57:50Speaker 5: the Presidential Medal of Freedom. So that was a short vent,
- 57:54Speaker 5: and he was perfectly fine that day, I thought. And
- 57:58Speaker 5: so I didn't know. But I do think that those
- 58:01Speaker 5: who did know should have acted upon that information, whatever
- 58:07Speaker 5: that means.
- 58:08Speaker 1: His staff and his family both, you mean?
- 58:10Speaker 5: Well, whoever knew.
- 58:11Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 58:12Speaker 5: Whoever knew, the staff saying the family knew, the family
- 58:15Speaker 5: saying the staff knew. I don't know.
- 58:17Speaker 1: But they should have acted sooner.
- 58:18Speaker 5: They should have because this was a great man.
- 58:21Speaker 1: There was just no way of knowing. I just didn't know.
- 58:25Speaker 1: No one told me about this. Really? No one told you?
- 58:29Speaker 2: What?
- 58:29Speaker 1: So, like, you know, people knew 3,000 miles away, sitting
- 58:33Speaker 1: on their couch, watching their television, but Nancy Pelosi had
- 58:37Speaker 1: no idea being in Washington, D.C. as one of the
- 58:40Speaker 1: top leaders of the Democrat Party. Yeah, that's totally believable.
- 58:42Speaker 1: There's just no way of knowing. I just didn't know
- 58:45Speaker 1: that Joe Biden, his brain didn't work.
- 58:48Speaker 2: Okay.
- 58:50Speaker 1: Yeah, we believe you. We believe you. You know, at
- 58:53Speaker 1: least Harry Reid... was more honest than Nancy Pelosi. I know,
- 58:57Speaker 1: isn't that funny that I say that? Like, Harry Reid
- 58:59Speaker 1: was honest? Harry Reid, do you remember Harry Reid, 2012 election?
- 59:03Speaker 1: Harry Reid lied about Mitt Romney paying his taxes in
- 59:06Speaker 1: order to try and give Obama an assist in his
- 59:08Speaker 1: reelection campaign. He said, yeah, Harry Reid, excuse me, Mitt Romney,
- 59:13Speaker 1: he just has never paid his taxes. I know it.
- 59:15Speaker 1: People are like, oh, he's never paid his taxes. Oh,
- 59:17Speaker 1: he must know. He's one of the top leaders in
- 59:18Speaker 1: the government. And then after the election was over and
- 59:21Speaker 1: Obama won reelection, Mitt Romney was, I mean, excuse me,
- 59:24Speaker 1: Harry Reid was asked about this. And he was like, yeah,
- 59:27Speaker 1: I lied about it, but Romney lost, didn't he? People
- 59:31Speaker 1: are like, well, that's brazen. You straight up admitted you lied?
- 59:33Speaker 1: He's like, yeah, whatever. It worked. Harry Reid had more
- 59:38Speaker 1: integrity than Nancy Pelosi. Pelosi to this very day. I mean,
- 59:41Speaker 1: what does it matter? The chick is retiring. Joe Biden's
- 59:47Speaker 1: legacy is over, destroyed. The guy lost, Kamala lost. She
- 59:52Speaker 1: can just admit it now. She's not admitting it. She's
- 59:55Speaker 1: dead ending on this one. She's like, I just had
- 59:57Speaker 1: no idea. Sure, Nancy.
- 1:00:00Speaker 5: The liar.
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: Again, it's not a difference in functional strategy in terms
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: of policy. It's just a difference about whether or not
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: they're going to tell you the truth. And even the socialists,
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: I really, you know, candidly, they're all over the place.
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: There's a lot of dishonesty there too. But the establishment Democrats,
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: I'm telling you, they're not different. They're not different. Borders,
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: wide open. Criminals, run free. Military, savaged. They've got the
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: same policies. It's just true. I've got the big national
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: radio show coming up today. We've got a lot more

- 1:00:58Speaker 1: you know how, like, you just start You start talking
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: to somebody on a routine basis, and they just get
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: better and better and better. I'm enjoying it. Dan's doing
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: a great job, and that was a lot of fun.
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: That was a lot of fun. I had a good
