  Speaker 1: Jags had played Seattle tough that previous week, and I

  Speaker 1: was a firm believer in Seattle. Then is a lot

  Speaker 1: of people are word of then and are now and

  Speaker 1: I was like, ooh, I'm excited to see them go

  Speaker 1: against the Rams, Yeah, and they just got housed like

  Speaker 1: thirty five seven, Yeah, thirty five to seven, And I

  Speaker 1: was so disappointed, Like and I kind of I did

  Speaker 1: the same thing, like another season for the Jags, what
• 5:05
  Speaker 1: kind of is what it is? And then they go

  Speaker 1: into the bye week, come out of the bye week,

  Speaker 1: and then it's still kind of like they beat the

  Speaker 1: Raiders in overtime and it's like, eh, you don't feel great.

  Speaker 1: And then they have almost that wonky loss to Houston
• 5:20
  Speaker 1: in Houston. But then you bring on you have the
• 5:23
  Speaker 1: Jacobe Myers trade that comes into the fold, and all
• 5:26
  Speaker 1: of a sudden, things just start clicking with this team.

  Speaker 1: And I think they went from kind of like an
• 5:31
  Speaker 1: under the radar, forgotten about peace to a team that's
• 5:35
  Speaker 1: gotten a lot of traction and talking about as the
• 5:38
  Speaker 1: season has gone on, especially when you go to Denver

  Speaker 1: and you beat them in Mile High by fourteen points
• 5:42
  Speaker 1: and a really good performance on both sides of the ball.

  Speaker 1: But yeah, this is a game where as a football fan,

  Speaker 1: I'm excited for it. I think there's several really good

  Speaker 1: matchups on both sides of the ball. They're just fun

  Speaker 1: from a football perspective. We'll obviously get into that in

  Speaker 1: this game, into this episode. As a Bills fan, I'm

  Speaker 1: so superstitious, and you know this, there is nothing in

  Speaker 1: me that could ever be like, this is the matchup

  Speaker 1: I want, because that's just you're just walking into a

  Speaker 1: jinx and I don't want that. But the Jags were

  Speaker 1: towards the top of the teams that I didn't want

  Speaker 1: to face for a variety of reasons that we're going

  Speaker 1: to get into this episode. So as a football fan,

  Speaker 1: I'm excited. As a Bills fan, I'm nervous and I
• 6:22
  Speaker 1: kind of really don't know what to expect. And some
• 6:24
  Speaker 1: of that is because of how the Jags are built
• 6:27
  Speaker 1: and where I think their strengths and weaknesses are. And
• 6:30
  Speaker 1: then that also ties into how the Bills are built

  Speaker 1: and where their strength and weaknesses are. It's a really

  Speaker 1: fun kind of like matchup of skill sets, strengths, advantages,

  Speaker 1: and schemes on both sides of the ball. I know

  Speaker 1: you can kind of make a case maybe for another game.

  Speaker 1: I think this is the best matchup a wild card

  Speaker 1: weekend Packers Bears should be fun from a rivalry perspective.

  Speaker 1: Jags is like a premium matchup this week, and I'm

  Speaker 1: which was a great throw, but that's a high degree

  Speaker 1: at difficulty. There's a very easy chance that doesn't get complete.

  Speaker 1: And the Jags hold the Broncos to like sixteen or

  Speaker 1: fewer points in that game. It was a sincere dominant

  Speaker 5: It was one of the worst Broncos like passing defensive

  Speaker 5: performances of the season and it was a Jaguars team

  Speaker 5: that did it. So it feels like this Jags team

  Speaker 5: has gone from like plucky underdog, like, oh the Jags

  Speaker 5: Yeah, but they they have as good of a shot

  Speaker 1: the Music City Miracle. It's Bills versus Jags, and I

  Speaker 1: not stupid Natron means was sick. He is blackout visor,

  Speaker 1: black gloves, black rubber elbow pads. Dude was a monster.

  Speaker 1: And I just all I remember is like it was

  Speaker 1: a Saturday twelve thirty kickoff, and I remember like we

  Speaker 1: never missed any Bills games ever, but my family was

  Speaker 1: almost kind of like it's this expansion team that doesn't

  Speaker 1: matter the Bills or the Bills, and the Jags came

  Speaker 1: into Buffalo and beat the Jags, and so like there's

  Speaker 1: the little playoff pieces with that. Man. I yeah, I'm

  Speaker 1: really excited for this game. I'm excited to talk to

  Speaker 5: gets lost because josh heinz Allen and Trayvon Walker are

  Speaker 5: very good pass rushers. This team is a house defending

  Speaker 5: the run. They take pride in defending the run. Their

  Speaker 5: linebackers are really good at defending the run. You miss out,

  Speaker 5: you miss out on it. Because Devin Loyd has caught
• 13:38
  Speaker 5: five interceptions this season, but he is a monster run defender.

  Speaker 5: They want to funnel everything back to the inside. They

  Speaker 5: do some really cool run stunts with Trayvon Walker, and

  Speaker 5: then once they get you in the passing situations, that's

  Speaker 1: like Engage eight where everybody's rushing, then you've got we're

  Speaker 1: gonna show that and we're gonna drop out. We're gonna

  Speaker 1: do like that cover zero, like low hole type stuff.
