- 0:05Speaker 1: Welcome to the Emotional Mastery Podcast.
- 0:07Speaker 1: I am your host, rachelle.
- 0:08Speaker 1: This podcast started as a space to really just share my journey, to share the experiences and the things that I was going through as I learned to self-regulate, as I learned to manage my emotions, and it has transformed into so much more.
- 0:23Speaker 1: This space is really just everything that I trial and error.
- 0:27Speaker 1: It's amazing guests coming to you talking about their journey, their experiences with emotions, and really just take what resonates and leave what doesn't.
- 0:35Speaker 1: This journey can feel really isolating at times.
- 0:37Speaker 1: It is beautiful, it is painful, it is joyful, it is love, it is all of the things and we are all of the things all at once, and so just have grace with yourself, have compassion with yourself through this, and I am so grateful that you are listening to this episode wherever you are listening.
- 0:54Speaker 1: Thank you for allowing me into your day.
- 0:56Speaker 1: Welcome back to another episode of the Emotional Mastery Podcast.
- 1:03Speaker 1: This week's episode is so special to me.
- 1:06Speaker 1: I had Tiffany Jackson, leslie McClure, rachel Dell on the podcast, all from the very first round of the Holistic Human Design Academy.
- 1:15Speaker 1: This episode was a little bit like a Leo's Wet Dream, where they just literally talked about the program and how it helped them.
- 1:24Speaker 1: And, in all honesty, though, I mean, it's just one thing to birth something into life that I was so passionate about, so lit up about and so excited about, and it's another thing to see how it's actually affected and transformed and shifted the lives of these women, and I don't take that lightly.
- 1:47Speaker 1: I am so humbled by their shares here, I mean, but this round has far surpassed my expectations of anything I could have imagined, and I really truly believe it was from following my strategy and authority, from leaning in, from getting a little bit uncomfortable, from I say it was effortless, but it wasn't easy, right?
- 2:12Speaker 1: I mean, I had to do a lot of work to build the program and the engagement, and it was just so magical and so beautiful, and I'm so honored that they wanted to come on the podcast and share their experiences with everyone here listening, because, you know, every single one of these women came for a very different reason and they all gained something out of it.
- 2:32Speaker 1: A lot of them are entrepreneurs, some of them want to create a human design business, and so I'm just so honored that they chose this program to set that foundation, because, although it is teaching human design, it is teaching astrology.
- 2:45Speaker 1: I feel like the core of this program is getting to know yourself.
- 2:48Speaker 1: It is peeling back the layers on who you are so that you can show up in a more authentic space, have awareness of your patterns, of your triggers as you're moving through things, have the tools to reprogram and then, of course, have that community space where hearing them say how safe they felt to be vulnerable and show up and have the support and it'd be like a family was just like everything to me, because I, when I get that reflected to me, that I make people feel seen and heard, that is, honestly, purely my mission, because for a long time in my life I felt very unseen and very unheard and I felt like my voice didn't matter and I'm a Taurus son and a manifesting generator, so my throat Taurus rules the throat.
- 3:31Speaker 1: My throat is hugely important and for a long time I just suppressed it.
- 3:36Speaker 1: I didn't speak my truth, I didn't speak up, I didn't speak out, I didn't speak up for myself and I felt so restricted.
- 3:43Speaker 1: I felt like I was being shoved inside this little tiny box and I could not get out.
- 3:48Speaker 1: I couldn't see a way out, I couldn't see a door, I couldn't see anything.
- 3:51Speaker 1: And so this podcast, for one, was the catalyst for a lot.
- 3:56Speaker 1: Movement was the catalyst for a lot, but this program just feels like it was everything that I have moved through, everything that has changed my life and everything that has made an impact, and I was able to put that into this program and the ease at which the first round and these women, you know, aligned to it was pure magic.
- 4:15Speaker 1: I mean, it was beautiful, it was magic, and I'm just so excited to be moving through future rounds with every single soul that comes into this program and I just honor and I'm so grateful for everyone because, you know, it truly is magic and with any program you get out what you put in.
- 4:35Speaker 1: And I've just been blown away by the engagement and commitment because for a long term program, it really is easy to fall off, it really is easy to, you know, let go of that engagement piece, and but it's just been, it's been so beautiful.
- 4:49Speaker 1: Each, each and every one of them has been engaged on some level, right, you know, throughout this program and so, again, I'm just like, so grateful that they came to share and this, this episode, is just really special for me.
- 5:00Speaker 1: Enrollment for the second round is currently open the link to sign up.
- 5:06Speaker 1: The link to enroll is down, the show notes and if you use the code WHDA to, you will get 20% off until September, or sorry, until August 20th, and the second round officially begins September 1st.
- 5:17Speaker 1: So this is eight modules.
- 5:19Speaker 1: There are bonus modules in there as well Bonus audios, bonus podcast episodes, all sorts of stuff in there.
- 5:26Speaker 1: So our bonuses and other resources in there.
- 5:29Speaker 1: We lay the foundation for the first two weeks with human design and astrology and then we move into the physical body, because I feel like that is such an important piece in connecting with yourself and understanding yourself and getting yourself right, because if your body is not right, your mind's not right, your emotions aren't right.
- 5:43Speaker 1: You have the mind gut connection.
- 5:46Speaker 1: That is incredibly powerful right in in the way that we in our mental health and physical health and emotional health.
- 5:52Speaker 1: It's so, so important.
- 5:54Speaker 1: And then we move into subconscious reprogramming, shadow work, attachment theory, energetics, your frequency and the gene keys, and we leave a little bit of Healy in there.
- 6:05Speaker 1: For anybody that is interested, that is an option to have some frequency set to you and I have some bonus you know, bonus content in there with the Healy program.
- 6:15Speaker 1: And then of course, you are more than welcome to join our monthly Healy calls as well.
- 6:21Speaker 1: Where we go over the transits or not the transits, we go over the gates, the human design gates of the current month, the current season, and so it's just this beautiful, beautiful program, and I think my Roomba just decided to come in your right door, but I think the most beautiful piece about it that I saw being reflected back through these women is the.
- 6:42Speaker 1: You know, every week built upon the week previous and every week peeled back a layer and every week added something onto it.
- 6:50Speaker 1: So, although the first two weeks were human design, astrology, and then the third week, or, yeah, the second module was the body, we still wove in human design and astrology, right, and as we've got subconscious reprogramming, shadow work, we still we've done human design and astrology, and Tiffany had just an absolutely beautiful analogy it's just like a woven basket, right, and everything like beautifully comes together and it's just incredible.
- 7:14Speaker 1: And you know, it's just this.
- 7:17Speaker 1: This, this program, lights me up and makes me feel so on purpose, and so, again, I'm just I'm.
- 7:24Speaker 1: I could talk more about it, but I'm just so, so excited for this next round.
- 7:30Speaker 1: So all the information you need is down below, you can reach out to me and follow me on Instagram at chrischan, that's rocelechris and YouTube.
- 7:43Speaker 1: I have been not so great about getting these videos up on YouTube, but that is at emotional mastery podcast.
- 7:50Speaker 1: If you are a YouTube podcast listener rather than Spotify, but if you're here listening to it, I'm assuming that you listen to podcast to.
- 7:57Speaker 1: And, yeah, everything else you need is in the show notes.
- 8:01Speaker 1: This month, if you listen to last week's podcast episode, this month's transits are a little bit quiet but we are still going through that.
- 8:08Speaker 1: Venus retrograde, mercury goes retrograde at the end of the month, I think on the August 23rd, and we still have these Pluto transits, pluto square, the nodes.
- 8:16Speaker 1: I have been, you know, my north node is at 29 degrees of areas and so I've just been feeling really, really on purpose lately and stepping up to that and really moving through the discomfort that's coming up, because I think you know your north node is going to be a lot of issues and areas.
- 8:31Speaker 1: North node is about leadership, it's about stepping into that, it's about taking action and all the things.
- 8:37Speaker 1: And so you know, libra wants to be the peacemaker, libra wants can be a people pleaser and all those things.
- 8:44Speaker 1: So, and then, of course, pluto is not so actively as bringing up a lot anyway.
- 8:48Speaker 1: But that is what is going on.
- 8:52Speaker 1: We have the Venus sun, kazimie, I believe, on Sunday, so Venus and the sun are joining up in Leo at the same degree, I believe it isn't get for, if I'm not mistaken, and so that is on Sunday.
- 9:03Speaker 1: This is just a beautiful day to sort of like lean into the romance a little bit, maybe, right, lean into it's.
- 9:09Speaker 1: It's the sun, it's it's the ego, it's what shines, it's your outward personality, right, it's all the big, beautiful Leo, generous, warm, kind things, and then linked up with Venus, which is romance, love, beauty, art, all the things.
- 9:22Speaker 1: So enjoy that day, see what comes up, notice where Leo is in your chart, so you can understand how this might be impacting you and how you can nourish yourself best.
- 9:30Speaker 1: But I'm going to leave it at that and share the episode with you.
- 9:33Speaker 1: Next week is a very special one as well, and one that I have been was supposed to come out in May, but we'll be coming out next week, so stay tuned for that one, and I hope you have a beautiful rest of your week.
- 9:56Speaker 1: Alright, well, welcome to the emotional mastery podcast.
- 9:58Speaker 1: This week is really special.
- 10:00Speaker 1: I have some of the women from the holistic human design Academy here to talk about their experience with the Academy, introduced themselves, all the things.
- 10:07Speaker 1: I have Tiffany, leslie and Rachel here with me today and I'm going to give you guys a floor.
- 10:12Speaker 1: We'll go around and introduce you and then we'll really dive into like what the Academy is, what brought you to the Academy and like what you feel like you've learned from it.
- 10:20Speaker 1: So, in no particular order, whoever wants to go first, we can just go around and let everyone introduce themselves.
- 10:26Speaker 1: You want me to pick.
- 10:42Speaker 3: I'm going to go ahead and throw right.
- 10:44Speaker 3: Um, I'm Tiffany Jackson.
- 10:47Speaker 3: I was introduced to a shell through a mastermind that I was a part of by Alison Cullen, and I started watching her on Instagram, watching her stories and everything started listening to her podcast, which really getting into human design, and I wanted to learn more.
- 11:07Speaker 3: And then I saw that she was doing the human design holistic human design Academy and I'm like, oh, that sounds cool, like, but I want to learn more than just human design.
- 11:16Speaker 3: Then I saw that it was astrology and Jean Keith, and for me then it was a done deal.
- 11:20Speaker 3: I wanted to dive right in, I wanted to learn all of the things, and which is what we've done, and that means right.
- 11:31Speaker 1: Thank you, leslie, you want to go next?
- 11:34Speaker 4: Yes, I think I found Rochelle in a similar way, also through Allison.
- 11:40Speaker 4: I am starting my own human design reading and I just liked to.
- 11:47Speaker 4: I just felt like I wanted to be more well-rounded.
- 11:50Speaker 4: I listened to Rochelle on Allison's podcast and I just really liked the take that Rochelle had on human design and, like Tiffany, when I saw it also included astrology and all these layers, it was a done deal.
- 12:08Speaker 4: It was a lot like getting the golden ticket to the chocolate factory.
- 12:15Speaker 4: You can go as crazy as you want to with it or just as surface as you want to, but she definitely gave us the golden ticket and so it was awesome.
- 12:27Speaker 1: Awesome.
- 12:27Speaker 1: This honestly feels a little bit like every Leo's dream and I'm like, should I feel bad?
- 12:31Speaker 1: I'm like soaking this in Rachel.
- 12:41Speaker 2: I found Rochelle through Jesse Eccles and I was in this spot or I am in the spot where I'm starting my second career, or I'm trying to figure out what my second career is going to be.
- 12:54Speaker 2: I was a college cross coach for 18 years and in the last couple years of coaching I got really into spirituality and brought it to my team and that was the most successful years that we ever had.
- 13:09Speaker 2: In the last year and a half I've been on this journey about trying to hack my own life and then also try and figure out what my second career is going to be.
- 13:27Speaker 2: I found human design much after I found astrology and I was like I know that I'm a 3-5 generator and I know a couple of my channels.
- 13:35Speaker 2: What else is there to know?
- 13:40Speaker 2: I'm going to do this and I'm so glad that I did because I, being like a 3-5 generator and like a Capricorn moon, I want everything done like yesterday and I need things to be efficient.
- 13:53Speaker 2: And learning more about my human design gave me not just one layer or one path in my direction to find out my second career, but it literally opened everything up for me and made me feel much more confident in the path that's unfolding for me.
- 14:15Speaker 2: I want to say the path that I'm choosing, but for me it's way more intuitive and it's truly because of the biggest modules for me were the emotional solar plexus and the plane and then the attachment theory.
- 14:35Speaker 2: Those were huge for me and then just like gates in general, but it really being in this container for the duration of time and also growing with the other women that are in the group really have helped me feel confident about where I'm going or the path that's unfolding.
- 14:56Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 14:57Speaker 1: I love that.
- 14:57Speaker 1: I think the community that's been built like within this container for 2023, my word was community.
- 15:04Speaker 1: I wanted to be part of community.
- 15:06Speaker 1: I wanted to create community.
- 15:07Speaker 1: That was huge for me, but I didn't expect it to be what it is.
- 15:10Speaker 1: It is so beautiful to wake up and I see you guys are all in there talking and all the questions.
- 15:17Speaker 1: It's so beautiful because it's like you guys are learning from this program, but I'm learning too, and just the questions that you ask it's bringing me back to all of those things and it's reigniting my fire for the system.
- 15:30Speaker 1: It is holistic human design academy, because it's not just human design.
- 15:34Speaker 1: We are so nuanced as human beings I couldn't just to me.
- 15:37Speaker 1: I'm an MG, I'm a 6'3 MG, I'm all over the place, I'm learning all the things and constantly.
- 15:42Speaker 1: That's just my process as an MG.
- 15:45Speaker 1: I've always been really every business coach.
- 15:47Speaker 1: I'm like you need to niche.
- 15:48Speaker 1: You need to niche, I think, as a generator type, especially the MG's in here.
- 15:52Speaker 1: We all hear that it's emotions and it's relationships and it's the physical body and it's human design and it's astrology.
- 15:58Speaker 1: I was like it's so much when I created this.
- 16:03Speaker 1: It's all of that in one.
- 16:04Speaker 1: Again, because I think we are holistic.
- 16:06Speaker 1: It's not just human design.
- 16:07Speaker 1: Human design changed my life, but so did fitness, and so did changing the way I ate, and so did understanding my emotions, and so did attachment theory.
- 16:14Speaker 1: It was the space where I just wanted to funnel it all, and it is a lot.
- 16:20Speaker 1: I feel like the program.
- 16:22Speaker 1: It's a lot of content, it's a lot energetically, it's a lot to go through, and so that's why I thought it was so important to have lifetime access, because it's something you're going to constantly be cycling through and as new people come in and learning new things.
- 16:33Speaker 1: That's just a background to the program.
- 16:37Speaker 1: There are eight modules in there, ranging from human design, astrology, the body, energetics, attachment theory, shadow work, subconscious reprogramming.
- 16:45Speaker 1: To me, it's everything and it's beautiful because, as we've been navigating it together, every single module, whatever we're learning, it's still going back to astrology, it's still going back to human design, because those are pieces of it.
- 17:00Speaker 1: I think it's just been this beautiful peeling back the layers.
- 17:03Speaker 1: I'm even going through it myself, I'm creating it, but I'm also moving through it with you guys too, in the background, as I did the Venus sequence.
- 17:11Speaker 1: I was launched into a low because I was like, oh my gosh, I thought I came so far.
- 17:15Speaker 1: I know I'm going through this and it's all coming up.
- 17:18Speaker 1: I think that's the beautiful thing about being human too and being on this journey.
- 17:22Speaker 1: Tiffany and Leslie, did you guys tell your profile, like your human design and astrology?
- 17:28Speaker 1: I know Rachel did it and I don't know if you wanted to.
- 17:32Speaker 4: I'm a two-four emotional manifesting generator For me.
- 17:37Speaker 4: I think that this is the perfect community being a two-four.
- 17:41Speaker 4: I think that getting close to this group of women has been amazing and we've all been so vulnerable at times and open about what we're going through, as we're learning these things about each other.
- 17:56Speaker 4: It was just perfect.
- 18:00Speaker 1: And a Gemini, Sun Torus Moon.
- 18:02Speaker 4: Yeah, Leo Rising.
- 18:04Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, no-transcript.
- 18:08Speaker 3: I am a 6-2 emotional generator and the emotional part has been a bit of a struggle for me, just like figuring out the emotional ways.
- 18:19Speaker 3: And once you figure out you're an emotional and you're like, okay, well, now I have to wait 24 to possibly to like 24 hours to two weeks, depending on what you're trying to figure out and being okay with that, what's, I think, probably the hardest thing for me to process.
- 18:35Speaker 3: Once I figured out that was a thing for me, but there's been so much magic that's happened by like saying no or saying like, hey, yeah, that sounds really cool, can I get back to you in a few days?
- 18:47Speaker 3: And it's gotten to the point where I've, you know, with meeting these amazing women in this group and talking to them and then having that community and people who understand human design.
- 19:01Speaker 3: It's like I reached out to people like, hey, I'm an emotional, I need some time.
- 19:05Speaker 3: Like, oh, yeah, no, I'll hold the sale for you.
- 19:07Speaker 3: So like you, just work with your authority.
- 19:09Speaker 3: And I'm like I have the best people in my life now, so we'll honor that.
- 19:14Speaker 3: And then I am a Virgo Sun, cancer Moon and a Libra Rising and I'm so fully trying to understand all of that.
- 19:23Speaker 3: The astrology part for me was very new and I've been diving like head deep, just dive, strutting and trying to figure all of that stuff out and I've been asking an insane amount of questions for it.
- 19:36Speaker 3: But it's been fun to get everyone else's perspectives Like.
- 19:40Speaker 3: I think that's the best part about the group is it's not just Rochelle answering the questions, it's everyone in the group answering the questions and giving their perspectives, and the beauty in it is that not everybody's going to answer it the same way and so you're going to learn from different people in different ways and it's just there's just magic that happens in the group, where you learn from everybody, and it's really cool.
- 20:03Speaker 1: Well, yeah, and I think everyone, everyone's so unique in their process and just in their being Right, and I think that you know, especially with the tools that are introduced here and everybody's unique experience, because what works for me isn't going to work for everybody, right.
- 20:15Speaker 1: And so, like I'm bringing these tools and, like you said, in the Voxer group, everybody's bringing their tools as well, and so it's like we get to learn so much through it, not just what's you know in the actual like modules, you know, and so I think, yeah, that is a really beautiful aspect to that like group sharing in there and yeah, it's been just like so magical, like the way that you guys support each other and show up and yeah, you're like so vulnerable in there and just all the shares and it's just like I know I've heard from a couple like a couple of times like it's felt like a very safe space and that, to me, is just like everything, because it's so easy.
- 20:46Speaker 1: I mean, everybody comes from their own trauma and their own experiences and to be able to have a space that feels like that, where you feel seen, where you feel heard, where you feel like you can actually show up and share those things, like that is for everything, like that is my goal.
- 20:59Speaker 1: I always want to make people feel like they have a voice and they have a space, and so I'm so when I like just pop in there, I mean it's just beautiful, so yeah, I appreciate that.
- 21:09Speaker 1: But okay, so we can go back around and then just if everybody wants to share like what they feel like they've gained from the program, and just maybe any any words to anybody who's like thinking about it on the fence or anything like that, want me to pick again.
- 21:26Speaker 4: I actually liked what you said about being seen, because I think that would.
- 21:31Speaker 4: I think I would say that was the motto like all the way through it, not only just like being seen by this amazing group of women and being accepted and exalted, but I also felt like I got to meet myself and see myself in a way that I haven't before and that was super cool for me.
- 21:54Speaker 4: Learning more I'm like Tiffany the astrology I knew very surface level and so learning the going deeper into my own astrology and just having those like oh my gosh, that makes so much sense.
- 22:10Speaker 4: Or, like Rachel talked about attachment theory I've been in some therapy in my life and I've talked about attachment theory before and I had one of the biggest aha moments of that specific study in this group, and so I think that that, you know, being seen by you guys was amazing, but being able to see myself and meet myself was everything that's beautiful.
- 22:43Speaker 1: Yeah, I feel like that's what I felt to like when I first came into human design.
- 22:49Speaker 1: It was like you have all these stories and this conditioning and these narratives from everybody else that's plugged into your mind and I always felt like you know, it's a six, three, like my life has been chaotic, like like completely chaotic, and when I found human design and when I found astrology, I was like holy shit, like all of these things that I thought were wrong about who I am, it's just who I am and it's what makes me unique and that's why, like society and everybody around me is like no, you can't be like that, right, because we're always those around us that can't express themselves and are not in their authenticity, want to unintentionally, right, like suppress yours, because when you show up, it triggers them and I think, like just once, you can see that and understand that.
- 23:28Speaker 1: Just like you said, I love that, like it helped you see yourself and, yeah, that is just.
- 23:33Speaker 1: I think that's the beautiful thing about these systems, right, is to be able to see that through it.
- 23:37Speaker 1: Tiffany, rachel, I'll go.
- 23:41Speaker 3: Okay, rachel, see the little hesitant, so I hope it's all right.
- 23:44Speaker 3: Oh man, I had so many aha moments.
- 23:50Speaker 3: The amount of times that I was sending Rachelle boxers.
- 23:54Speaker 3: It was like holy crap, like this is connected to this and this is like oh my gosh.
- 23:59Speaker 3: And then there were other moments, especially like with the Jean keys, and I'm like I'm not okay with knowing this about me and at the same time it's something I already knew.
- 24:09Speaker 3: I just pretended wasn't a thing.
- 24:14Speaker 3: And you know the way Leslie says, like you get to know yourself better, like I've learned so much more about myself, understanding these things, and it's like this I keep thinking, like imagining like a basket being woven together, like for me, that's what this is.
- 24:32Speaker 3: It's like with astrology and with gene keys and with human design, and then we learned so much more with, like, the attachment theory and then like your body, energy and everything, it's all woven together and it's woven together so incredibly beautifully that it's just I don't know I didn't ever, whenever I, because I first started with human design and I would look at it and I'd see the symbols on the sides of the charts and like I don't know what the hell that is.
- 25:02Speaker 3: But at some point.
- 25:03Speaker 3: I'm sure I'll figure it out.
- 25:04Speaker 3: And even now that I know it's like it's the planets and what they go with and everything it, it just blows my mind every single time and I've been able to understand myself better.
- 25:16Speaker 3: I've been able to look at like my daughter's chart or my partner's chart and like kind of have a better understanding.
- 25:23Speaker 3: It's like my partner's a generator and he is a two, four as well and I'm like all right, so he needs his space and I need to ask him very basic yes or no questions like that, which is so incredibly helpful to have.
- 25:36Speaker 3: But I also knew I need to figure out myself first, which is what this space gave me.
- 25:42Speaker 3: It gave me that ability like focus and on myself, and the group also was like no, no, no, no, come back in, look at your stuff first and then go back at other people's, because I'm very much like I want to know everybody's when I first learned something new, but it's it.
- 26:00Speaker 3: The group mentality has been really helpful to like kind of get me to focus back in on myself and not get distracted or disassociate on everybody else's stuff and focus on me, which has been good.
- 26:12Speaker 1: Yeah, and I love it.
- 26:13Speaker 1: Tiffany's been one like I mean, from the beginning.
- 26:15Speaker 1: I will wake up in the morning because you get up way earlier than I do or you're on the East Coast too, but I'll get up and there's like the excitement and the questions that are coming.
- 26:23Speaker 1: It's just like it's been like so exciting for me to like hear the process and hear the journey and answer the questions and like be thinking about these and, like I said, like your enthusiasm and excitement, because for a longer term program it is easy to fall off and I think like for the most part, everybody in here has been really like committed to the process and like been active and in the chat, and so I just I love that.
- 26:45Speaker 1: I just always brought us violence, brought a smile to my face.
- 26:48Speaker 1: Want to go, rachel.
- 26:53Speaker 2: Sure, what was the question again?
- 26:56Speaker 1: Just what you feel like you've gained throughout this program, or like, and then, if anybody's on the fence or whatever, what you would tell them.
- 27:11Speaker 2: So, like I said, I chose to do this because I really wanted to hack my life and career.
- 27:17Speaker 2: But and so I feel like I've had like two separate experiences while I've been in this academy, because I've had like the group experience and then I also feel like I've had this one on one, like mentor student experience with Rachel.
- 27:34Speaker 2: That's been like a whole other experience and I'm just like sitting here and in the last like 10 minutes this is what I was going to talk about, regardless of the question anyway, but I was like this has probably been more transformative, like the stuff that she and I have discussed, like in the one on one's end with the like Healy check-ins and I think to give some context, you know, like a big part of my life story it has been like my mother's story and I've been on this like infertility journey for years and Rachel and I have just talked and she doesn't give me any like medical advice, but it's more so been like unconscious, my unconscious Mars is in my safe role and really diving into that specifically and figuring out like where my own mother's like conscious gait is and how that shows up in my chart.
- 28:35Speaker 2: And we've talked about money stories and manifestation stories and the amount of depth that we were able to get into, like the one on one's literally, was like I felt like I have known you for like five years and I had no problem like sharing with you and I was like let's get in and just freedom to talk and like safe space to share.
- 29:10Speaker 2: And so while I was on track and like learning everything for like my career, I was doing all this like side work on these things that she and I were like talking about, and so I felt like I had like a double experience because of the one on one support I was getting that you honestly, you also were just like what do you want to talk about?
- 29:32Speaker 2: And it just I picked one thing and we just like veered off and it's been awesome Like I have absolutely loved it.
- 29:41Speaker 1: I love that, thank you.
- 29:42Speaker 1: Yeah, I feel like you.
- 29:44Speaker 1: When you came in the program, I knew that you had had like a good base of human design and astrology and so I think, like in a way it intimidated me a little bit because I'm like what can I teach you?
- 29:53Speaker 1: Type thing, like if you have like a good grasp on it.
- 29:56Speaker 1: But like our one on one's and our communication it has been, there's been such a depth to it that's been so beautiful and like.
- 30:02Speaker 1: And then the reflection, when you've come back and like told me how you're, what you're learning or how you felt, has just like been so meaningful and so beautiful in that way.
- 30:11Speaker 1: And I had a thought and I totally lost it.
- 30:16Speaker 2: Well, like you know, I know that you said that I had like a good base with human design, but I honestly I really didn't, and I knew that human design was is a massive topic, just like astrology is, but I didn't know how much I still had yet to learn and I'm glad that I was like I need to learn more and I can pull back and choose how far I want to go with it.
- 30:40Speaker 2: But you know, it's just like your astrology chart.
- 30:45Speaker 2: You're so much more than your sun sign and your moon sign.
- 30:47Speaker 2: You're literally your entire chart plus everything else.
- 30:50Speaker 2: And in human design, you're more than you know your type, strategy and authority.
- 30:55Speaker 2: Like there is years and years worth of knowledge to be gained and it's cyclical.
- 31:02Speaker 2: You keep going back to it and my work with this course isn't done.
- 31:07Speaker 2: I don't think anybody that's sitting on this call is going to like.
- 31:10Speaker 1: You know just you know, brush their hands a bit walk away.
- 31:13Speaker 2: I think we'll be.
- 31:14Speaker 2: We'll be in it for a while.
- 31:15Speaker 2: I mean, we all have admitted that, so it's, and that's just the human design piece.
- 31:20Speaker 2: That's not the other, like five modules and other, like 13 weeks worth of work that we did.
- 31:27Speaker 1: Yeah, and I was going to say to you and I know you had mentioned, like, like all of our one on ones I wanted it to be guided by you guys.
- 31:35Speaker 1: And I'm not I'm not trying to say I'm trying to be like the best teacher you had or anything like that but for me, like some of the best teachers I've had have been the ones that have been like empowering me to like choose my journey and choose my answers and solutions and just sort of like been there as holding the space and like guiding me along the way, and so that was sort of my intention, like throughout these one on ones and everything, because I want you to like come to your own conclusions and not me be like, well, you should do this, this, this and this right, and so that that was important to me.
- 32:04Speaker 1: So like to sort of like hear that reflection makes me feel what really, what makes me feel like I was doing the job that I had intended to do.
- 32:11Speaker 1: You know, because I think everybody's got an ego, I don't care who, you are right, and so it's so easy to be like, well, this is what works for me and this is what works should work for everybody, but again.
- 32:20Speaker 1: I mean this whole program is that we're all just like so unique in our you know, even all the there could be like five, two, four generators in here, and everybody is so unique and it's finding that within yourself that I think is is really really important.
- 32:34Speaker 1: Yeah, is there anything that you wish was in the program?
- 32:46Speaker 1: The faces?
- 32:51Speaker 3: I think if you added more stuff in the program we would hit overwhelm.
- 32:54Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 32:56Speaker 3: Because for me, like the astrology was just enough of like toe dipping to kind of understand and start asking different things, and Rachel would always just come in and answer these questions and such it's awesome way, and then Rochelle would like come in and like come with her to other perspective and everything.
- 33:18Speaker 3: But it's everything is so layered and there's so much to it that honestly, I feel like if you added more, like the book collection that I now have just this course alone and there's like 10 more books I want to get I have a whole list of things like this course has given me the like just yearning to learn more, not just to start my business that I want to start, but to learn more about myself and have a better understanding of myself, which is the whole, you know is the whole point of the program is to have a better understanding.
- 33:58Speaker 3: But honestly, like I think Leslie and I spatial expressions are about the exact same when you ask a question which was no, don't add more, better, like have a second group, you would add more in or maybe go like on a deeper level of things Because I mean, there's so much that you can touch on, there's so many layers that you can go into that you give me.
- 34:24Speaker 3: It's really easy to rabbit hold down something and not come up for air for like a week because you're so focused on that one thing.
- 34:32Speaker 3: And then it's like, oh look, another module went out Crap.
- 34:35Speaker 3: Okay, I've got to go back and finish this one because I rabbit hold so that way I can catch up on these.
- 34:41Speaker 1: So yeah, yeah, I think like I see myself, if anything like really maybe like upgrading, like the workbooks, just having it as more, and I definitely want to like put them together as like a printable and like being able to send that to everybody at just like one complete, so then you have it, like you can have the download in the in the module as well, but then you actually have, because I'm a big, like all my books are, I like to write things, I like to hold them, so that is one thing that I see coming for like future rounds is just be able to like put that together and then send it off when people enroll.
- 35:12Speaker 3: Yeah, having a physical book of like everything to take notes and stuff would be a game changer.
- 35:17Speaker 3: Because I'm like I don't, I stay at home, mom, as like my first thing, and so I'm printing everything off at home and I'm like, oh crap, I gotta go get more ink.
- 35:27Speaker 3: And then Amy, who's in here, is not on this call that is in the group.
- 35:34Speaker 3: She's like, oh well, I'm printing everything off at work.
- 35:36Speaker 3: I'm like I'm gonna use to have that capability, but I don't have that anymore.
- 35:40Speaker 3: So who wants like, okay, how much can I do online versus written?
- 35:45Speaker 3: But I do better when I hand write the different things.
- 35:49Speaker 3: And so you're having a hard copy like book would would be amazing, yeah isn't.
- 35:56Speaker 2: It works, I am.
- 35:58Speaker 2: I think if you were to add something, I would just add like either one or two more weeks of like break weeks just to allow like anybody to get caught up and or like, especially when we go deep in some of these topics, just the time to like decompress.
- 36:16Speaker 2: Like I noticed when we had like the one or two weeks like off, people were actually more active in a chat, which is actually where I felt like, especially in the beginning, we were able.
- 36:28Speaker 2: That's where, like the rubber met the road, where people started to like really bond was was in the chat.
- 36:34Speaker 2: But then, like after three weeks, when we had that like lull I would.
- 36:38Speaker 2: I loved it because I was like I can get caught up, but then everybody's kind of bringing into the chance of learning it right away.
- 36:46Speaker 2: We have that time together to share.
- 36:49Speaker 2: I would just give people a little bit more like decompression and like team building time.
- 36:56Speaker 2: That that would be like the only thing, because I know that you get out what you put into it.
- 37:04Speaker 2: But I think people are crazy if they don't participate in the boxer because there is so much, and I know that.
- 37:14Speaker 2: I said I feel like I got like two experiences.
- 37:16Speaker 2: Well, now I'm going to say I feel like I got like a third, because the third was literally learning and growing with everybody else in the group too.
- 37:24Speaker 2: It really was.
- 37:26Speaker 3: And.
- 37:26Speaker 2: I, when I first opened the first module, I was expecting like maybe like a 20 minute like thing and it was over an hour and I went through it and I looked at the printouts that went with it and I almost like totally fangirl you that first night and was like this course literally paid for itself in the first module and there's like 14 more weeks and it's just.
- 37:53Speaker 2: It really is an amazing program and Academy if it is packed full of like quality content and that's the other thing is that like it's your content and it's like raw content and you have all these you have like legitimate speakers, come on, it's all that's good and very much tuck in.
- 38:16Speaker 2: It felt like a year's worth, like an intensive crammed into like 14 weeks.
- 38:22Speaker 2: Yeah, that's what it was.
- 38:24Speaker 1: When I wanted to like bring you know for me, like I have an undefined heart, so like my G center and my ego centers undefined.
- 38:29Speaker 1: So there's like that part of me that's always like oh, do I know enough to like teach, Right.
- 38:33Speaker 1: And so for me this was so valid and so I was like I wanted to put everything that I like know into this, because I feel like there's no reason to like gatekeep any of this information.
- 38:40Speaker 1: I mean, everybody can buy the books and get it and there's access to courses and things like that, Right.
- 38:45Speaker 1: And so I was like I felt like for me, if I wanted to include, if I wanted to have that in here, like, and again, like I feel like every module went back to some layer of human design and astrology, right, Cause it's all like sort of tied back into that, Cause that is like you at your essence.
- 38:58Speaker 1: And so, yeah, I know I can.
- 39:00Speaker 1: And, of course, like all of my typos too, I'm going to go back through, go through all the what do you call them?
- 39:08Speaker 1: The slide shows.
- 39:08Speaker 1: But every single time I were to record it I was like, oh my gosh, I swore I went through and there was like 15 typos.
- 39:15Speaker 1: But hopefully that's just, I guess, part of who I am.
- 39:21Speaker 3: But I admittedly kind of love the typos, cause I'm like, oh, I do that too.
- 39:29Speaker 1: Well, cause you know, like Canva, when you type in there like it, it doesn't highlight all of them.
- 39:33Speaker 1: And when I'm like I don't know whatever and I do a lot of it on my iPad, so I would go to record and I'm like, oh, like I swore I got, I got it all, but it is what I'm like.
- 39:44Speaker 1: Yeah, I could have let the like the perfectionist, like you know, I mean like stop and then go back, but I was like it's fine, but I don't know.
- 39:52Speaker 1: Is there anything else anybody wants to share or say?
- 39:58Speaker 2: I remember one thing for sure I have self taught myself like everything about astrology and human design minus like the ones that I took from Jesse literally years ago and so I was like I actually need to learn from someone who knows what they're talking about, instead of because I had been reading this stuff for like four years and I just didn't know how to necessarily apply it.
- 40:29Speaker 2: So, in that sense, I think if somebody's like I know a lot but I don't know how to apply it, like this is how you learn how to apply it, and that would be like the tipping point, Like should I invest in this or should I not?
- 40:41Speaker 2: It's like if you've been teaching yourself through like Google and Safari searches, it gets you to a point.
- 40:49Speaker 2: But this actually like is like the turbo jets that will take you somewhere.
- 40:55Speaker 2: Instead, Like I didn't have direction about what I was going to do with my career nothing.
- 40:59Speaker 2: And I'm glad that I did it, because now, like I said before, I just feel more confident in what I'm doing because of what I've learned.
- 41:07Speaker 1: I love that, yeah, and it's been beautiful to see, like the evolution of our conversations in the beginning about you know your business, and then now you know, and how that sort of like evolved and unfolded like throughout this process of you know, you getting to know yourself and the energy of your business too, like through these modalities it's been, it's been really cool to see.
- 41:27Speaker 1: Anybody else you don't have to.
- 41:32Speaker 1: I'm just at the point where I'm like what more questions can I ask about myself?
- 41:36Speaker 1: No, I don't.
- 41:36Speaker 1: I'm usually like interviewing, right, it's not usually about me.
- 41:41Speaker 1: But well, thank you guys so much for coming on here.
- 41:44Speaker 1: If you all want to just let everyone know, like where they can find you, how they can work with you or anything else that you want to let them know, I'll have it in the show notes as well.
- 41:51Speaker 1: But just give you the floor to share that.
- 41:57Speaker 2: Rachel Sure, I'm red poppy coaching.
- 42:02Speaker 2: I'm currently private, but just request me and you can read all my stories, because I'm in storytelling mode right now, while I while I apply what I've learned in here to where I'm going.
- 42:14Speaker 1: Love that, leslie.
- 42:17Speaker 4: I just started my Instagram for my human design reading, and so it's live free with Leslie LES LYE, and so posts coming soon.
- 42:36Speaker 3: You can find me on Instagram.
- 42:37Speaker 3: It's honest green mama.
- 42:39Speaker 3: I talk about my mom, life, human design and my six to my six.
- 42:47Speaker 3: Part of me is coming out a lot in the teaching of the things that I have learned.
- 42:52Speaker 3: I get on stories and talk almost every single day and the human design stuff is starting to come out more, because my end goal for this year I'm going to put this out here is going to be a human design reader and life coach.
- 43:09Speaker 3: So using the human design to help people live in their design because that has been the biggest gift for me is to learn my human design and see the magic that comes with that, and so that's what I want to share with the world.
- 43:25Speaker 1: I love that.
- 43:26Speaker 1: I love you know the way you're raising your daughter and her astrology and human design and you know the ways that she's going to learn through you is really cool to to see.
- 43:36Speaker 3: Yeah, I think that's one of the things that actually helps me a lot with this group.
- 43:40Speaker 3: On being a mom, my daughter is a triple Aquarius, so sun, moon, rising Aquarius and she's a projector as well.
- 43:50Speaker 3: And when I learned to choose a projector I'm like all right, I know I'm going to need help because I'm a generator, her dad's a generator and this group has helped me with that.
- 44:00Speaker 3: This course has helped me to kind of have a better understanding of what, in detail, a triple Aquarius even means and it's.
- 44:11Speaker 3: It's been a gift to kind of figure, to figure all of that out and everything and, honestly, if you're on the fence of joining this group or anything like that, feel free to message me and ask me questions.
- 44:24Speaker 3: It's been the biggest gift for, like, I gave to myself to joining this group and I've met the most amazing women and they kind of become my virtual family.
- 44:35Speaker 3: So I thought to you guys more about things than I do with my own families.
- 44:40Speaker 1: Yeah, I love that.
- 44:41Speaker 1: Yeah, it's definitely been just such an incredible space to come and share and you know like it's definitely transcended just like this, like student teacher, like container right.
- 44:52Speaker 1: It's.
- 44:53Speaker 1: It's more than that.
- 44:53Speaker 1: It is like family, right, and being able to share all of our struggles and all of our struggles and everything that we're learning and going through and our tools and tips and all the things has been, yeah, like I said, like when I put community is my word for 2023, like I couldn't fathom like what's come out of it.
- 45:08Speaker 1: So I'm so grateful for every single one of you in here and everything that you bring to this.
- 45:13Speaker 1: It's just been like such a beautiful journey.
- 45:15Speaker 1: Thank you, guys.
- 45:19Speaker 2: Thank you, thank you.
