- 0:04Speaker 1: Welcome back to Sex Unlocked. Sally, is this like fresh
- 0:08Speaker 1: hair or are we still rocking the hair from Victoria's
- 0:11Speaker 1: Secret Fashion Show?
- 0:13Speaker 2: I just got a blowout. I got one at 9 a.m.
- 0:15Speaker 2: this morning.
- 0:16Speaker 1: It looks bomb.
- 0:20Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 0:20Speaker 3: It's the start of FanFest. Oh, I look my best.
- 0:25Speaker 3: That's right. What is FanFest? I think it's like a
- 0:29Speaker 3: mini BravoCon.
- 0:31Speaker 1: Oh, that's cute.
- 0:32Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 0:32Speaker 1: So you have to go there today?
- 0:34Speaker 3: No, it's just like today's like a lot of people
- 0:37Speaker 3: are coming into in town today. Andy Cohen gets here today.
- 0:39Speaker 2: Oh, how fun. Yeah, it's fun. And it's his first
- 0:43Speaker 2: time in Geraldston, which I can't believe.
- 0:45Speaker 1: What?
- 0:46Speaker 2: Yeah, he's never been here.
- 0:47Speaker 1: Oh, take him out on the town.
- 0:49Speaker 2: Craig and Chef and Austin are taking him out.
- 0:52Speaker 1: That is adorable.
- 0:53Speaker 2: They're having a little boys night. He's going to have
- 0:55Speaker 2: the time of his life. I know they're going to
- 0:57Speaker 2: have so much fun.
- 0:59Speaker 1: You looked so hot at the Victoria's Secret fashion show.
- 1:01Speaker 1: I won't even lie. I was like, damn, damn. That
- 1:05Speaker 1: was a dream.
- 1:06Speaker 2: Did you have the best time?
- 1:07Speaker 3: I mean, I seriously was like, I almost started crying
- 1:10Speaker 3: when the curtains opened and the first angel came out.
- 1:12Speaker 3: Cause I can remember being in like high school.
- 1:14Speaker 1: Watching it?
- 1:15Speaker 2: With my friends, like having sleepovers, watching it.
- 1:17Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:18Speaker 2: I never thought I would be invited to it.
- 1:21Speaker 4: I love that.
- 1:21Speaker 2: In my life. I know. It was amazing. Tate McRae.
- 1:24Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:25Speaker 1: She looked bangin'. Hot.
- 1:28Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:29Speaker 1: My trainer trains her.
- 1:31Speaker 2: Really?
- 1:32Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.
- 1:33Speaker 2: She's so good looking.
- 1:35Speaker 1: She's for sure good looking.
- 1:36Speaker 2: And she can dance.
- 1:38Speaker 1: Oh, she got moves for days.
- 1:40Speaker 2: She's got moves.
- 1:40Speaker 1: And she got pipes. She's all the things.
- 1:44Speaker 2: I always say if I could sing, it would be
- 1:45Speaker 2: over for you bitches.
- 1:47Speaker 3: Right?
- 1:48Speaker 1: She's a triple threat now.
- 1:50Speaker 2: Could you imagine if you could sing?
- 1:51Speaker 1: I mean, I can hold a note. I'm certainly not
- 1:55Speaker 1: Whitney Houston.
- 1:56Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:57Speaker 1: Yeah. Not Whitney Houston. I'm not Tate McRae, but bitch,
- 2:02Speaker 1: I can hit them low notes.
- 2:03Speaker 2: Oh, I'm terrible.
- 2:05Speaker 1: And don't listen to anything that's available on iTunes because
- 2:09Speaker 1: every song on iTunes, I was fucking shwasted. Wait, you sing?
- 2:14Speaker 2: You have songs?
- 2:15Speaker 1: Yeah, I have songs. Wait, hold on. Can't say any
- 2:20Speaker 1: that I'm super proud of, but... Am I supposed.
- 2:22Speaker 2: To know this?
- 2:23Speaker 1: No, why would you know this?
- 2:25Speaker 2: Why would I not know this? This is amazing.
- 2:28Speaker 3: I'm going to go listen to your entire... Please don't.
- 2:32Speaker 1: Please don't do that. Please don't do that.
- 2:35Speaker 2: I'm excited.
- 2:36Speaker 1: I used to go to a studio with like a
- 2:39Speaker 1: gang of dudes and have a bottle of Jack Daniels
- 2:43Speaker 1: honey whiskey.
- 2:44Speaker 2: You're kidding.
- 2:45Speaker 1: And be fucking plowed. What kind of songs? that was
- 2:57Speaker 1: the first one i did with james.
- 2:59Speaker 2: Kennedy my caney's gonna drop.
- 3:07Speaker 1: Not much has changed except for like if someone told
- 3:10Speaker 1: me it's weird because i have to like have that
- 3:12Speaker 1: idea on my own right to be like i'm gonna
- 3:14Speaker 1: talk this way if someone said we have a song
- 3:16Speaker 1: for you and they told me you're gonna talk about
- 3:18Speaker 1: how your panties drop, I would be like clutching my pearls.
- 3:22Speaker 1: Like absolutely not. Are you crazy? I have to have
- 3:27Speaker 1: the idea on my own. How did we get on
- 3:30Speaker 1: that from Victoria's Secret? Oh, can I tell you my
- 3:32Speaker 1: most favorite part of the fashion show?
- 3:34Speaker 3: Yes.
- 3:37Speaker 1: I loved how nervous Kylie Jenner looked.
- 3:40Speaker 2: She, I think she was nervous.
- 3:42Speaker 4: She was.
- 3:43Speaker 1: And do you know how heartwarming that was?
- 3:45Speaker 2: So sweet. She looked incredible.
- 3:50Speaker 1: She always slaps.
- 3:51Speaker 3: There's people online right now being like, she doesn't have
- 3:54Speaker 3: the body of a model.
- 3:54Speaker 2: Why is she here?
- 3:55Speaker 1: That is so fucking rude.
- 3:58Speaker 2: I'm like, shut the fuck up.
- 4:01Speaker 1: Who thinks that way anymore?
- 4:03Speaker 3: Her mom was sitting like 10 feet away from me
- 4:05Speaker 3: with Timothy. Oh my God.
- 4:07Speaker 2: And I was just watching them. It was so cute.
- 4:10Speaker 2: It was so cute.
- 4:12Speaker 1: I'm obsessed. Yeah, like she kind of looked like a
- 4:14Speaker 1: deer in the headlights. And I don't know why it
- 4:16Speaker 1: melted my heart. I was like, this is the cutest
- 4:18Speaker 1: thing I've ever seen.
- 4:20Speaker 3: I wish I would have been surprised because I didn't
- 4:23Speaker 3: like probably two minutes before she came out. My friend
- 4:28Speaker 3: texted me and was like, rumor has it Kylie's walking.
- 4:32Speaker 3: Timothy and Chris are in the front row. And then
- 4:34Speaker 3: she walked out and I was like, damn it. That
- 4:36Speaker 3: would have been a great surprise.
- 4:38Speaker 1: Did people go crazy though?
- 4:40Speaker 2: Insane.
- 4:41Speaker 3: Insane they turned the lights off and you couldn't see
- 4:44Speaker 3: who it was like they turned the lights on her
- 4:47Speaker 3: face off and then when she got onto the stage
- 4:49Speaker 3: it like the lights hit her face and everyone's like
- 4:51Speaker 3: oh my god that's Kylie Jenner oh my god I
- 4:53Speaker 3: have chills yeah it was insane I had chills the
- 4:56Speaker 3: entire night.
- 4:56Speaker 1: How could you not and all of these women who
- 4:59Speaker 1: are like in their 40s um Barbara Palvin who gave
- 5:04Speaker 1: birth like six weeks prior let.
- 5:05Speaker 2: Me tell you her husband Sitting right across from me.
- 5:10Speaker 2: I was zooming in on his reaction.
- 5:12Speaker 3: He was so sweet when she walked. I mean, the
- 5:15Speaker 3: way he was like looking at the other girls, he
- 5:17Speaker 3: was supportive. And then she came out and he was
- 5:18Speaker 3: like on his feet, like fist pumping.
- 5:21Speaker 4: Yes.
- 5:22Speaker 2: The whole time. And he was just smiling, videoing her
- 5:25Speaker 2: the whole time. I was like, King.
- 5:28Speaker 1: Would you walk if they asked you?
- 5:31Speaker 2: Yeah. They would never ask me.
- 5:33Speaker 1: That's completely untrue.
- 5:36Speaker 2: But I would.
- 5:36Speaker 3: Would you?
- 5:37Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 5:40Speaker 1: I mean, how could you say no to that? But
- 5:43Speaker 1: I would be very, very nervous. Like I am the
- 5:46Speaker 1: type that doesn't get, I wish I were the type
- 5:49Speaker 1: that got excited for certain things. I don't get excited.
- 5:53Speaker 1: I get really nervous and I want it to be over.
- 5:56Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 5:57Speaker 2: Just take a beta blocker.
- 5:58Speaker 1: Oh yeah, that'd be nice. Zombie face.
- 6:01Speaker 3: I didn't think those worked, but me and Shep hosted
- 6:03Speaker 3: an event this on Friday. Yeah.
- 6:06Speaker 1: Did you take one?
- 6:08Speaker 2: And I took one.
- 6:09Speaker 3: And like my heart wasn't beating fast or anything, which
- 6:11Speaker 3: usually is, which makes me have that, that bubble in
- 6:14Speaker 3: my throat.
- 6:15Speaker 2: And it just took all of it away. Yeah.
- 6:18Speaker 1: I mean, because I'm sober, I have to be very
- 6:20Speaker 1: careful about what I take, but.
- 6:22Speaker 2: Because my, no.
- 6:24Speaker 1: And that's why they put me on beta blockers because,
- 6:27Speaker 1: and I don't, I don't take them very often. It's
- 6:30Speaker 1: when like, I really can't get rid of the elephant
- 6:32Speaker 1: on my chest and it becomes debilitating, but like a
- 6:34Speaker 1: beta blocker sometimes saves my whole life.
- 6:37Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 6:38Speaker 2: That's not, that was my first time taking one.
- 6:40Speaker 3: And then obviously I got prescribed Xanax for the first time,
- 6:43Speaker 3: but I've only been, I've only had.
- 6:45Speaker 2: Like half of one.
- 6:46Speaker 3: I don't think I should ever do that again because
- 6:49Speaker 3: I ordered so much shit on Revolve last night.
- 6:51Speaker 2: I woke up this morning.
- 6:52Speaker 1: On a Xanax?
- 6:53Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 6:54Speaker 1: Oh my God.
- 6:56Speaker 2: I was drinking wine too.
- 6:57Speaker 1: Oh, my God. Sally, you're giving me a fucking heart
- 7:00Speaker 1: attack right now.
- 7:02Speaker 2: Jesus.
- 7:03Speaker 3: I had anxiety last night. I had to take I
- 7:05Speaker 3: had to take something. And I haven't spoken to ghosts
- 7:08Speaker 3: since that whole thing. And he FaceTimed me yesterday. Anytime
- 7:11Speaker 3: I go through a breakup, I'm changing my hair like.
- 7:13Speaker 1: No, but by the way, when you go through a breakup,
- 7:15Speaker 1: like women who get cheated on for the most part,
- 7:17Speaker 1: go like bleach blonde. When my dad died, I went
- 7:20Speaker 1: jet black.
- 7:22Speaker 2: Really?
- 7:22Speaker 3: Oh, yeah.
- 7:23Speaker 1: I matched my soul. I was like, I look good.
- 7:26Speaker 1: It looked harsh.
- 7:27Speaker 2: I feel like it brought.
- 7:29Speaker 1: Out my eyes cause I have green eyes. So it
- 7:32Speaker 1: takes like the, the dark brought my eyes out, but
- 7:35Speaker 1: I was unwell.
- 7:37Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 7:37Speaker 1: It was black as night.
- 7:40Speaker 2: And I feel like he would like look really good.
- 7:44Speaker 1: Yeah. It was fun for the time being. And then
- 7:47Speaker 1: I got cheated on and went bleach, bleach blonde. And
- 7:50Speaker 1: now I'm in a happy place and we're like more
- 7:51Speaker 1: natural and just like covering.
- 7:53Speaker 4: The grays up.
- 7:54Speaker 2: I love the natural, the natural colors.
- 7:57Speaker 1: I was just like the way my hair feels with
- 7:59Speaker 1: the natural color. Like I look back on photos when
- 8:01Speaker 1: I was bleach blonde and number one, I looked like
- 8:03Speaker 1: I had a helmet on. I'm like, who told me
- 8:05Speaker 1: that this looked good?
- 8:06Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 8:07Speaker 1: It was like Barbie blonde.
- 8:09Speaker 2: That's me in my first season. And I was fat.
- 8:11Speaker 3: I was bleach blonde, fat, and I had tan blindness.
- 8:17Speaker 2: You can imagine what that looked like.
- 8:19Speaker 1: Wait, you had tan blindness? What does that mean?
- 8:22Speaker 2: I still do. But like, I was just too tan.
- 8:24Speaker 1: You don't realize how tan you are? Yeah.
- 8:26Speaker 2: I'm like, I need to go get more tan.
- 8:30Speaker 1: That's a Southern thing, I think. Southern and Jersey, maybe.
- 8:34Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 8:34Speaker 2: It was terrible.
- 8:36Speaker 1: Yeah. There were seasons where I was really into my
- 8:39Speaker 1: spray tan. Now I'm so obsessed with my bedding that
- 8:42Speaker 1: I'm like, I'm not putting anything on my body. I'm
- 8:44Speaker 1: just rocking my natural skin tone because I'm not going
- 8:47Speaker 1: to have orange sheets. I just refuse. And I spent
- 8:50Speaker 1: way too much money on them. Like my whole set
- 8:53Speaker 1: is like five grand. They can't turn orange.
- 8:56Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 8:57Speaker 1: I dropped coin on my bedding.
- 8:59Speaker 2: You can bleach it.
- 9:01Speaker 1: Oh no. Cause then it turns the fabric all weird.
- 9:04Speaker 2: Okay. See, I have to bleach everything in my room.
- 9:06Speaker 2: Everything's orange.
- 9:08Speaker 1: Oh my God, Sally. I'm having anxiety.
- 9:09Speaker 3: I was looking at, honestly, I was in the, in
- 9:14Speaker 3: surgery yesterday and I was like, undraping the robot.
- 9:19Speaker 2: After, cause we drape it every time. So it's sterile.
- 9:21Speaker 3: And I took the drape off and there's like little
- 9:23Speaker 3: orange fingerprints, like all over the, from my makeup.
- 9:28Speaker 1: Doesn't sound very sterile to me.
- 9:30Speaker 2: Well, you put a freaking sterile thing on it. That's
- 9:32Speaker 2: why we have the sterile thing.
- 9:34Speaker 1: Oh, it's like not a, it's not like a bed sheet.
- 9:36Speaker 1: I'm picturing you like, time to go to bed.
- 9:38Speaker 3: And I wipe it down after every surgery, but still
- 9:41Speaker 3: my orange fingerprints, I was like, okay, maybe I should stop.
- 9:44Speaker 1: I feel like you have a good natural skin tone. No.
- 9:47Speaker 1: My biggest fear is like rolling around, like kissing a
- 9:51Speaker 1: boy before we're like off to the races and he
- 9:53Speaker 1: has like a white tee on and you've got my
- 9:55Speaker 1: body makeup, my body spray tan, my face makeup. Oh yeah.
- 10:00Speaker 2: I don't care. I'm giving it, I'm putting it all
- 10:03Speaker 2: over that t-shirt.
- 10:04Speaker 1: I kind of really step my game up. I don't
- 10:06Speaker 1: know when I became so OCD in particular. I'm like,
- 10:09Speaker 1: we can't do that. I'll get makeup on your perfectly
- 10:12Speaker 1: white shirt. Take it off.
- 10:14Speaker 2: Really?
- 10:15Speaker 1: Kind of. I have very little control of my life.
- 10:18Speaker 1: So I try to control the things that I can.
- 10:20Speaker 2: I'm like, that's your fault for wearing a white t-shirt
- 10:21Speaker 2: around me.
- 10:22Speaker 1: Yeah, don't wear a white shirt around me because I
- 10:24Speaker 1: have a face and body full of makeup. I wear
- 10:27Speaker 1: this body makeup by, I think it's Westmore and that
- 10:29Speaker 1: shit is bomb. They use it on Dancing with the Stars.
- 10:33Speaker 2: Oh, can we talk about that?
- 10:35Speaker 1: Are you talking about the Julia Stiles dance?
- 10:38Speaker 2: All of them.
- 10:39Speaker 1: I only watched the Julia Stiles one. I don't watch
- 10:43Speaker 1: Dancing with the Stars. I just saw a clip that
- 10:44Speaker 1: someone posted and she's like, I hate that you didn't call,
- 10:48Speaker 1: but I don't hate you at all. Like they played
- 10:50Speaker 1: like the clip from 10 things I hate about you.
- 10:52Speaker 2: Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. That one was, everyone
- 10:56Speaker 2: was sobbing.
- 10:57Speaker 1: How could you not?
- 10:59Speaker 3: And then the one, I don't know their name, with
- 11:02Speaker 3: the sister that pulled her out of her depression.
- 11:05Speaker 2: It was intense. You got to look it up on TikTok.
- 11:09Speaker 1: Is that a Nader sister?
- 11:10Speaker 2: No.
- 11:12Speaker 3: It was just one of the, she was like going
- 11:14Speaker 3: through a really hard time and she was literally like
- 11:16Speaker 3: dedicated the dance to her sister because she pulled her
- 11:19Speaker 3: out of depression.
- 11:20Speaker 1: Oh, it's, I know who you're talking about. It's the
- 11:22Speaker 1: figure skater. Amber, right? Yes.
- 11:24Speaker 2: Yes.
- 11:25Speaker 1: Maybe I should not be sleeping on dancing with the stars.
- 11:28Speaker 1: Is this Sierra's season? Is Sierra on it?
- 11:32Speaker 2: She got it off, unfortunately.
- 11:35Speaker 1: Oh, but it is her season, right?
- 11:36Speaker 4: Yes.
- 11:37Speaker 1: Okay.
- 11:38Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 11:38Speaker 3: And then there was Tyler Cameron and his girlfriend, Tate.
- 11:42Speaker 3: He dedicated the dance to his mom and revealed that
- 11:46Speaker 3: she's pregnant with a baby.
- 11:48Speaker 1: Oh, they're like, they're engaged. That's his fiance. I got
- 11:53Speaker 1: to stop watching.
- 11:55Speaker 2: Just dedication. Just dedication.
- 11:57Speaker 1: Just dedication night. I love a dedication night. Like if
- 12:02Speaker 1: you can bring me to tears, I'm trying to watch.
- 12:04Speaker 2: That's the one you watch.
- 12:05Speaker 3: Okay.
- 12:06Speaker 1: Done. Um, Real quick, because we do have a guest today.
- 12:10Speaker 1: We have Susan Bratton and I'm super excited because she's
- 12:16Speaker 1: like an intimacy expert. And I could use, I could
- 12:22Speaker 1: use this moment to pick her brain about like why
- 12:26Speaker 1: I feel more comfortable smashing someone than like sitting at
- 12:30Speaker 1: dinner with them. Like sitting at dinner with someone feels
- 12:33Speaker 1: way more intimate to me than like having sex with them.
- 12:36Speaker 1: That's like a real problem. That can't happen.
- 12:38Speaker 2: Wait, no, I think that is, I think you're, I
- 12:41Speaker 2: think you're right.
- 12:42Speaker 1: All right. So we both need her. We both fucking
- 12:45Speaker 1: need Susan today. Before we bring her on though, you
- 12:48Speaker 1: must show the dress that you wore to the Victoria's
- 12:50Speaker 1: Secret fashion show.
- 12:52Speaker 2: Um, okay. The back or the front?
- 12:56Speaker 1: Both. Um, okay. The front was gorgeous, but then you
- 12:59Speaker 1: said your bum was all the way out. And I
- 13:01Speaker 1: was like, I did not see bum. Oh, Sally. Oh yeah.
- 13:07Speaker 3: I loved that dress. And that was not even my
- 13:09Speaker 3: first pick. The other dress didn't come last minute and
- 13:12Speaker 3: we were like panicking. Where's my bum?
- 13:14Speaker 1: Do you work out?
- 13:15Speaker 4: No.
- 13:16Speaker 1: That's just your God given body.
- 13:18Speaker 3: Yeah. I don't, I don't, I don't work out. You're
- 13:21Speaker 3: a fucking asshole. But I'm like always running around doing something.
- 13:24Speaker 1: I know, but that doesn't even count.
- 13:26Speaker 2: Like in the operating room, I'm like on my feet
- 13:30Speaker 2: all day. Yeah.
- 13:31Speaker 1: But that wouldn't give you the ass that you have.
- 13:32Speaker 1: That's just genetic. You're very lucky.
- 13:35Speaker 2: Well, thank you. It was black, but I feel like
- 13:37Speaker 2: black might've been too harsh.
- 13:38Speaker 1: No, I'm so happy you didn't wear black. I mean,
- 13:41Speaker 1: it's gorgeous. It's stunning, but not to the Victoria, Victoria's
- 13:44Speaker 1: secret fashion show was like angels. Like that's the whole
- 13:47Speaker 1: point is like light and airy, like pretty light, light
- 13:53Speaker 1: baby pinks and white and creams.
- 13:56Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 13:56Speaker 2: Everyone looked so good.
- 13:58Speaker 1: I think they posted you with that Stassi girl.
- 14:01Speaker 2: I'm literally just looking at that. She's gorgeous.
- 14:04Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 14:04Speaker 1: She's like, I like it.
- 14:06Speaker 2: I feel like I have her hair color right now
- 14:08Speaker 2: and I really like her hair color.
- 14:10Speaker 1: You may need to send me that hair color because
- 14:12Speaker 1: that may be a good one for me.
- 14:14Speaker 2: I love it.
- 14:15Speaker 1: I think it's like a nice honey caramel brown.
- 14:18Speaker 2: It has like a little red in it.
- 14:20Speaker 1: It does have a red hue. I don't do well
- 14:22Speaker 1: with red. So I would have to like have them
- 14:24Speaker 1: tweak it a bit.
- 14:25Speaker 2: I hate red.
- 14:26Speaker 1: What do you mean?
- 14:26Speaker 2: I don't like when red's in my hair, but I'm
- 14:29Speaker 2: just embracing it.
- 14:32Speaker 1: There's not enough red for you to be like freaking
- 14:34Speaker 1: out on it. No, it's just a hue. It's just
- 14:37Speaker 1: a color palette of like, what tones are you picking up?
- 14:41Speaker 1: We'll talk about hair in a minute, though, at a
- 14:43Speaker 1: later date. We have our guest. Let's bring her on.
- 14:54Speaker 1: I'm super hyped. Oh, hi.
- 14:57Speaker 3: Hi.
- 14:59Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, you're so gorgeous and fabulous.
- 15:03Speaker 4: Well, when you're on TV with major celebrities, you got
- 15:07Speaker 4: to bring it.
- 15:08Speaker 1: Oh, tell me more. Tell me more. Where are you located?
- 15:12Speaker 4: Thank you. I'm in Geneva, Switzerland right now. Wow. It's
- 15:17Speaker 4: so beautiful here. It is just absolutely stunning.
- 15:22Speaker 2: Geneva.
- 15:23Speaker 1: Well, we are so thrilled to have it. We've gone international, baby.
- 15:27Speaker 1: I love this.
- 15:27Speaker 4: Yeah, you have. Yeah, great. Congrats on your new show.
- 15:32Speaker 1: Thank you. We're so happy to have you as a guest.
- 15:35Speaker 1: And the moment that we heard we were having you
- 15:38Speaker 1: on and it was like, she's an intimacy expert. I
- 15:40Speaker 1: was like, you know, Sally and I could both learn
- 15:44Speaker 1: a few things. So you initially started a career in tech,
- 15:47Speaker 1: but behind the scenes, your marriage was struggling after years
- 15:50Speaker 1: of unsatisfying intimacy. She and her husband had a choice,
- 15:53Speaker 1: get divorced or fix their sex life. They chose to
- 15:56Speaker 1: fix it. And what they learned became her life's work.
- 16:01Speaker 1: I'm so... Are you guys still together?
- 16:02Speaker 2: 35 years.
- 16:04Speaker 4: Wow. Oh, my gosh.
- 16:06Speaker 1: I have to give you.
- 16:07Speaker 4: When I was putting this top on, my husband was like, God,
- 16:11Speaker 4: I love your boobs.
- 16:14Speaker 2: It's so cute.
- 16:15Speaker 1: Well, I see them and who wouldn't?
- 16:18Speaker 4: You never get tired of them.
- 16:20Speaker 1: You know, that's what's so crazy is like.
- 16:23Speaker 4: They never get tired of us.
- 16:25Speaker 3: No.
- 16:26Speaker 2: I mean.
- 16:28Speaker 1: men are so fascinating to me. Like obviously women are too,
- 16:31Speaker 1: but men, I just wonder like when you were going
- 16:34Speaker 1: through the rough spot in your marriage, did you find
- 16:36Speaker 1: like that everything else was working well? Or did you
- 16:40Speaker 1: find that the intimacy was kind of the end all
- 16:42Speaker 1: be all?
- 16:43Speaker 4: It was, was kind of a yes. And, um, we,
- 16:47Speaker 4: I was in my early forties. How old are you guys?
- 16:49Speaker 3: 31.
- 16:50Speaker 2: She's 31.
- 16:50Speaker 1: I just turned 36.
- 16:54Speaker 4: Okay, so you're in your 30s still. So I was 42,
- 16:59Speaker 4: and I'd been married for 11 years, and I really
- 17:03Speaker 4: was avoiding my husband for sex. I had been faithfully
- 17:07Speaker 4: having sex with him for 11 years, almost 12, because
- 17:12Speaker 4: that was how long we'd been married. And I had
- 17:15Speaker 4: never had an orgasm from intercourse. And after a while,
- 17:19Speaker 4: I was just like, I don't want to do this.
- 17:21Speaker 4: It was doody booty, mercy sex, you know, like, oh,
- 17:27Speaker 4: I just was not into it at all. And I
- 17:29Speaker 4: had an incredible career, which I still have an incredible career,
- 17:32Speaker 4: but now I know how to make time for my
- 17:34Speaker 4: sex life. And we had an adorable little girl and
- 17:38Speaker 4: we were really good friends and we were really good together.
- 17:41Speaker 4: But in all honesty, just looking back at it all,
- 17:43Speaker 4: like what was the problem? We just didn't know what
- 17:45Speaker 4: we were doing. Who does? Sex is censored. We don't
- 17:50Speaker 4: get a decent sex education. Everything we see in the
- 17:53Speaker 4: media is porn or porn derivative. It's all for the
- 17:57Speaker 4: male gaze. It's all penis oriented. And so- Women are
- 18:02Speaker 4: running around, like, almost always you hear, you know, low libido.
- 18:06Speaker 4: I'm like, low libido, in all honesty, I don't even
- 18:09Speaker 4: think that's a thing. It's kind of like premature ejaculation.
- 18:13Speaker 4: That's not really a thing either. Yes, if you come
- 18:16Speaker 4: before you want to, it's because you're freaking nervous. It's anxiety.
- 18:21Speaker 4: You know, low libido, if you had great sex skills,
- 18:26Speaker 4: even if your estrogen was in the tank, It's not
- 18:30Speaker 4: going to make you not want sex. Estrogen in the
- 18:33Speaker 4: tank makes your vagina tissue thin, so you have trouble
- 18:40Speaker 4: getting as lubricated as you could. But the lubrication really
- 18:46Speaker 4: comes from arousal. And so if the sex isn't good,
- 18:49Speaker 4: you're not going to get lubricated. All these kind of
- 18:52Speaker 4: medical terms for shitty sex.
- 18:57Speaker 1: That's what they really are.
- 18:58Speaker 4: It's like, how about if we have sovereignty, agency over
- 19:03Speaker 4: our sexuality. We know what we want. How about if
- 19:06Speaker 4: we could see some things that were like, well, if
- 19:08Speaker 4: we could do that, I'd want sex, right? I think
- 19:11Speaker 4: the biggest issue is the censorship and the oppression of
- 19:16Speaker 4: female pleasure forward lovemaking techniques and communication skills. So women
- 19:24Speaker 4: think they're broken. My husband thought, well, I guess she
- 19:27Speaker 4: just can't have an orgasm from sex, but I... still wanted. And,
- 19:31Speaker 4: you know, and like, I felt that it was my duty.
- 19:35Speaker 4: It was duty, but like, I married him, I got
- 19:38Speaker 4: a saccharine, so I'm going to do it even if
- 19:40Speaker 4: I don't come. And it's like, and then women think
- 19:43Speaker 4: there's something wrong with them. And their men are like, well,
- 19:45Speaker 4: I guess there is, but still we're going to do it.
- 19:48Speaker 4: And so that was kind of the problem. And the
- 19:50Speaker 4: other thing is there's nothing that we ever see out
- 19:54Speaker 4: in the world that's like, well, here's what it looks
- 19:57Speaker 4: like when it takes women 20 minutes to get turned on.
- 20:01Speaker 4: They got to get out of their head. They got
- 20:02Speaker 4: to get into their body. They need to get things
- 20:04Speaker 4: off their chest. They need to be held. Like everything
- 20:08Speaker 4: is about, if I just push this button and spin
- 20:11Speaker 4: this dial, she's going to get altered. And it's like
- 20:13Speaker 4: so much pressure for us. It's like, that's our performance anxiety.
- 20:17Speaker 4: Am I going to come? And people think that some
- 20:20Speaker 4: women can orgasm and some women don't or whatever. It's
- 20:23Speaker 4: bull pucky. It is completely that if there's over 20
- 20:28Speaker 4: kinds of orgasms the human body can have.
- 20:30Speaker 1: Oh, my God. 20?
- 20:31Speaker 4: It's literally like reading 20. And the 20th one is
- 20:35Speaker 4: wild card. It's just, you know, I'm still finding new
- 20:40Speaker 4: ways that we can have orgasmic ecstasy. And I've been
- 20:45Speaker 4: studying this in a very dedicated way for decades now.
- 20:51Speaker 4: So I've had over 20 kinds of orgasms, no problem
- 20:54Speaker 4: at all. But I didn't used to have any.
- 20:56Speaker 2: Wow.
- 20:58Speaker 4: I just figured out how, figured out. And then I
- 21:00Speaker 4: just write it down. That's why I'm on my 35th
- 21:04Speaker 4: book now. Oh my God.
- 21:06Speaker 1: Because what I like to do. Yeah.
- 21:07Speaker 4: Yeah. I like to teach people like, I'm like the
- 21:10Speaker 4: Julia Childs of sex. Here's the recipe. Just do this.
- 21:13Speaker 1: I'm buying every book. I'm buying every book you've ever written.
- 21:17Speaker 2: Seriously.
- 21:17Speaker 1: Can I ask you a personal, when you talk about
- 21:23Speaker 1: like you had never had an orgasm, was that only
- 21:26Speaker 1: with intercourse or could you orgasm with a vibrator?
- 21:31Speaker 4: You should see my ancient rabbit vibrator I used to
- 21:34Speaker 4: use 20 years ago, 25 years ago to get off on.
- 21:37Speaker 2: Oh my God.
- 21:39Speaker 4: But yeah, I could have an orgasm with a vibrator,
- 21:42Speaker 4: but I couldn't from intercourse until I learned how, until
- 21:46Speaker 4: I understood the mechanisms of action. I mean, Sally, you're
- 21:50Speaker 4: kind of a science nerd, right? I mean, it's, you know, there's.
- 21:53Speaker 2: Just input your body needs.
- 21:54Speaker 3: I'm like thinking right now, have I ever had an
- 21:56Speaker 3: orgasm from just intercourse?
- 21:58Speaker 2: Yes. I don't think I have.
- 22:01Speaker 1: You've never had an orgasm with just a, just a wiener?
- 22:04Speaker 2: No.
- 22:05Speaker 4: A wiener. A wiener.
- 22:07Speaker 3: Wow.
- 22:07Speaker 1: Why do you keep having sex then?
- 22:09Speaker 3: Well, I mean, I like, I've got to be like
- 22:12Speaker 3: in a certain position where my clit is like having
- 22:15Speaker 3: pressure at the same time as like they're having sex
- 22:18Speaker 3: with me.
- 22:19Speaker 4: Right.
- 22:19Speaker 3: So then I come, but I feel like if I
- 22:22Speaker 3: didn't have any pressure on my clit, like I would
- 22:23Speaker 3: not just come from like pure, like intercourse.
- 22:27Speaker 4: Mm-hmm. You can. Your body has learned that one pathway
- 22:33Speaker 4: so far, which is great. You've got your pathway going.
- 22:36Speaker 4: A lot of women don't even have one. And so
- 22:39Speaker 4: that's good. But it's really interesting that the vagina is
- 22:45Speaker 4: like this little flat pocket. It's just a little flat pocket.
- 22:49Speaker 4: It's not an inside-out penis. It's not the opposite of...
- 22:53Speaker 4: It's not like a tube.
- 22:54Speaker 3: And.
- 22:56Speaker 4: It's completely surrounded with all kinds of really interesting erectile
- 23:03Speaker 4: tissue structures. Like, actually, I'll show you a picture of it.
- 23:06Speaker 4: I don't want to hold it up long because the
- 23:08Speaker 4: interweb might.
- 23:10Speaker 3: You know.
- 23:11Speaker 4: create a problem with your show because you know you
- 23:15Speaker 4: might get like shadow banned or your account taken down
- 23:19Speaker 4: if we show female genital.
- 23:21Speaker 1: Anatomy how dare we so i'll just show you really
- 23:26Speaker 1: fast it's gorgeous it's.
- 23:30Speaker 4: So pretty it looks like a coral garden to me
- 23:32Speaker 4: but i'm a scuba diver so it just looks so
- 23:35Speaker 4: beautiful so the vagina is actually completely surrounded with erectile
- 23:40Speaker 4: tissue But you know how your boyfriend, he'll see your
- 23:46Speaker 4: boobs and get an erection? Yeah. He'll be like, boink.
- 23:49Speaker 4: It happens really fast because he's got these three shoots
- 23:53Speaker 4: of erectile tissue, these long pointy tubes that run down
- 23:58Speaker 4: inside the penis. And when he gets aroused, that blood
- 24:02Speaker 4: just runs in there. And that's how he gets his erections.
- 24:06Speaker 4: If you took those three tubes out and you wrapped
- 24:09Speaker 4: it around that little pocket, that's what we have. But
- 24:13Speaker 4: it's in all these nooks and crannies. You've seen the
- 24:15Speaker 4: clitoris on the gram, right? You've seen the little head
- 24:19Speaker 4: and you've seen the little arms, the cora, and you've
- 24:23Speaker 4: seen the little legs that look like punching bags. That's
- 24:25Speaker 4: all draped down there around the clitoris. And then there's
- 24:29Speaker 4: another sponge on the bottom part of the vaginal pocket
- 24:32Speaker 4: called the perineal sponge. So you've got all this tissue.
- 24:37Speaker 4: But it's really slow. It's like, first you need to
- 24:42Speaker 4: feel safe and you need to feel turned on. You
- 24:44Speaker 4: need to feel seen. You need to be touched. You
- 24:46Speaker 4: need to be loved. And then you have to have
- 24:49Speaker 4: some kissing and some breast pleasuring. And then you have
- 24:53Speaker 4: to have some full body touch. And then maybe just,
- 24:57Speaker 4: you know, a little bit of oral pleasuring or petting
- 25:01Speaker 4: the kitty or whatever before... you're, you know, like.
- 25:08Speaker 1: Ready to go.
- 25:09Speaker 4: Counded like a porn star. Yeah. Which is what guys
- 25:12Speaker 4: think they should be doing, right? Let's get it on!
- 25:15Speaker 4: You know, it's like, oh, my God. And so the
- 25:18Speaker 4: problem is that it takes us 10 or 20 or
- 25:22Speaker 4: even sometimes 30 minutes to get that same... to get
- 25:26Speaker 4: our lady boner, to get our glitter alone.
- 25:28Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 25:29Speaker 4: And he's already done and eaten a sandwich by then,
- 25:32Speaker 4: you know? It's like everything... This is another thing that
- 25:35Speaker 4: pisses me off about it, which is people think about
- 25:40Speaker 4: foreplay and sex, but it's all the foreplay stuff that
- 25:44Speaker 4: helps us get aroused enough to have orgasms without even
- 25:48Speaker 4: touching the tip of our external clitoris. We don't even
- 25:53Speaker 4: have to touch it. It'll just all be this lush, beautiful,
- 25:59Speaker 4: plush peach. And then everything that happens just feels so incredible.
- 26:05Speaker 4: But we tend to rush through foreplay like it's an
- 26:08Speaker 4: appetizer and we're trying to get to the main course.
- 26:11Speaker 4: When for women's bodies, it's like, what do we like?
- 26:16Speaker 4: We like girl dinner, which is what? All the little
- 26:21Speaker 4: snacks and all the little things on our plate. Like
- 26:24Speaker 4: literally sex for us is girl dinner because- We need
- 26:28Speaker 4: to have all these. We don't want one big giant thing.
- 26:31Speaker 1: No, I'm a picker. I'm a picker.
- 26:33Speaker 4: Yeah, same.
- 26:35Speaker 1: And can I tell you, like, we had a sex
- 26:39Speaker 1: therapist on. His name was Ian Kerner. And he said
- 26:43Speaker 1: something so profound. And it made all the sense just
- 26:46Speaker 1: as a woman for this man to be speaking my language, right?
- 26:50Speaker 1: And he was like, when you think of foreplay, you
- 26:52Speaker 1: think of the touch of, you know, maybe a finger
- 26:56Speaker 1: slipped in, like all of these little things. And he
- 26:58Speaker 1: was like, foreplay for a woman. starts before there's any
- 27:03Speaker 1: intimacy involved. Maybe like, uh, you're doing the dishes and
- 27:08Speaker 1: he comes up behind you. Like you go to dinner
- 27:12Speaker 1: and he tells you how beautiful you look. Like those
- 27:14Speaker 1: are the things that, because like you said, for a woman,
- 27:18Speaker 1: if I don't feel comfortable with you, like I'm having,
- 27:22Speaker 1: I'm having sex, but like for the most part, you're
- 27:25Speaker 1: probably not going to get me off because I have
- 27:27Speaker 1: a mental block. And in order to get off, I
- 27:30Speaker 1: need that block to be gone. And I need, like
- 27:32Speaker 1: you said, the appetizer, you have to hit all the
- 27:35Speaker 1: little notes for me to reach that point. Comfortability makes
- 27:40Speaker 1: me a juicy lady. And just looking at you, you know,
- 27:45Speaker 1: I'm getting off. I'm glad I'm not the only one.
- 27:56Speaker 4: There are moments where we got a ton of new
- 27:58Speaker 4: relationship energy and we're really hot for someone and it's
- 28:02Speaker 4: like incredibly exciting. But generally that fades pretty quickly. But
- 28:07Speaker 4: what keeps that hot new relationship energy going in relationships,
- 28:11Speaker 4: you need that trust and that safety, but you also
- 28:14Speaker 4: need a lot, we need a lot of novelty and variety.
- 28:18Speaker 4: Like one of the things that I love to do
- 28:20Speaker 4: is create erotic adventures, erotic play dates for couples. so
- 28:26Speaker 4: that you're constantly learning new things together. So it's not
- 28:29Speaker 4: the same old thing every single time. Like, we're going
- 28:33Speaker 4: to kiss, I'm going to grab your boob, and I'm
- 28:34Speaker 4: going to stick it in. Like, that's tiring after a while.
- 28:38Speaker 4: You want a lot more experiences.
- 28:43Speaker 1: So are you saying, like, you want people... I used
- 28:46Speaker 1: to do this thing with one of my exes where
- 28:47Speaker 1: I'd have him meet me in, like, a hotel lobby bar.
- 28:51Speaker 1: And I would look completely different. And it was like,
- 28:53Speaker 1: I'm not Lala for the night. Like you can call
- 28:55Speaker 1: me Tiffany or whatever else. And it was so fun.
- 28:59Speaker 1: And then I almost felt like I'm not worried because
- 29:03Speaker 1: I'm not even me. Like Lala has been left at home.
- 29:05Speaker 1: She's in bed right now watching friends. She's chilling. Tiffany's
- 29:09Speaker 1: a freak. That'll fuck you like a porn star.
- 29:12Speaker 2: All right. Tiffany is fun.
- 29:14Speaker 1: Tiffany's fun as hell.
- 29:17Speaker 3: Uninhibited.
- 29:19Speaker 4: I would say I don't necessarily want to fuck somebody
- 29:22Speaker 4: like a porn star because that's performative for the male gaze.
- 29:27Speaker 1: Let's talk about this. I love this.
- 29:29Speaker 4: With that bullshit.
- 29:30Speaker 3: Okay.
- 29:32Speaker 4: So I really love... There's this idea of being really...
- 29:40Speaker 4: a sovereign sexual creature that, that I want to have
- 29:45Speaker 4: my own agency. I own my own body. I want
- 29:48Speaker 4: to decide when I want to make love, how I
- 29:50Speaker 4: want to make love, what I want the experience to
- 29:52Speaker 4: be like. Because especially for us in the feminine body, we,
- 29:57Speaker 4: you know, women who run with the moon, like we're
- 29:59Speaker 4: on a moon cycle, even after menopause, we still have 30,
- 30:04Speaker 4: 28 day cycles with the moon. And so sometimes we're
- 30:09Speaker 4: a kitty cat and we just want you to love
- 30:11Speaker 4: us and hold us and pet us and talk sweet
- 30:14Speaker 4: to us and make us purr. And sometimes we're a
- 30:17Speaker 4: lioness and we're ravenous for you and we want to
- 30:19Speaker 4: throw you down on the bed and have our way
- 30:20Speaker 4: with you and tell you exactly what we want. And
- 30:22Speaker 4: sometimes we want to be in like kind of a
- 30:24Speaker 4: flow state where at one minute we're just soft and
- 30:27Speaker 4: surrendered and in another minute we're on the prowl again
- 30:30Speaker 4: with you. You know, just being able to be completely
- 30:34Speaker 4: who you are in every single moment and ask for
- 30:36Speaker 4: everything you want and have your partner be like, whatever
- 30:41Speaker 4: you want, baby, let's do it. Or I don't know
- 30:44Speaker 4: what I feel like. Give me some ideas. Make me
- 30:47Speaker 4: some offers. I'll let you know if any of it
- 30:49Speaker 4: sounds good. Or even things like, You're pounding away at
- 30:55Speaker 4: me and I'm complete and you haven't come yet, but
- 30:58Speaker 4: it's not my job to make you come. So I
- 31:01Speaker 4: need you to stop now because I'm done. I've had
- 31:03Speaker 4: enough and I just need to go to bed. Like
- 31:06Speaker 4: not feeling like it's our job to do anything or
- 31:09Speaker 4: that we have any performance to do or any way
- 31:12Speaker 4: that there should be any sex at all ever. I
- 31:16Speaker 4: think that's really, really, really important for us to, I
- 31:21Speaker 4: wish women had more, I wish every woman had the
- 31:28Speaker 4: opportunity to have like 20 or 30 things on her
- 31:31Speaker 4: sex life bucket list that she's super psyched to experience.
- 31:36Speaker 4: It's really hard for sex educators like myself to be
- 31:40Speaker 4: out there And not be censored and not be shadow
- 31:44Speaker 4: banned and not be deprecated. We can't advertise like lovemaking
- 31:53Speaker 4: is harder to access information about than porn is. And
- 31:58Speaker 4: so it's just going to thank you for having me
- 32:00Speaker 4: on your show because we can talk about and give
- 32:03Speaker 4: women ideas for things that they might really like. Like
- 32:07Speaker 4: my 35th book that I'm working on right now is
- 32:10Speaker 4: a book called Pet the Kitty. That's its placeholder name.
- 32:14Speaker 4: And it's really about having a yoni massage practice with
- 32:19Speaker 4: your partner that gets you out of the idea that
- 32:24Speaker 4: it's a race for intercourse and slows everything down. When
- 32:29Speaker 4: guys are like, what's the number one sex technique you'd
- 32:32Speaker 4: tell me? I say, slow down, stop, slow down, turn around,
- 32:40Speaker 4: come get us. They're so far ahead and they're so
- 32:44Speaker 4: performance driven and they're so goal oriented. And because they
- 32:48Speaker 4: watch a ton of porn, that's what they see. They
- 32:51Speaker 4: expect us to be like that. When what I think
- 32:55Speaker 4: most women crave is heart connected, conscious, passionate, communicative, love making.
- 33:06Speaker 4: We want to be made love to. Yeah, we want
- 33:07Speaker 4: to do that dirty, freaky shit sometimes. Of course we do.
- 33:11Speaker 4: But that's not the only thing we want. We want
- 33:13Speaker 4: very erotic orgasmic experiences. We want to have clitoral orgasms
- 33:18Speaker 4: and vaginal orgasms. We want to activate our G spots.
- 33:22Speaker 4: We want to de-armor them. We want to have female
- 33:24Speaker 4: ejaculatory experiences, expressing our divine nectar. We want to try
- 33:29Speaker 4: new sex toys while we make love. We want to
- 33:31Speaker 4: have our, we want to have breast pleasuring. We want
- 33:34Speaker 4: to have nipple gasms. We want to have throat gasms.
- 33:37Speaker 4: We want to do 69 that just creates this like incredible,
- 33:42Speaker 4: circuit of sexual energy between us and our partner. We
- 33:46Speaker 4: want to be cummed so well, we lose our fucking
- 33:50Speaker 4: mind for a couple of hours. And so I just,
- 33:54Speaker 4: I just would like more of that to be out
- 33:57Speaker 4: in the world.
- 33:59Speaker 1: You, it's so crazy because I saw this thing the
- 34:03Speaker 1: other day on Instagram and, and you're right. Anything about
- 34:06Speaker 1: female pleasure is completely shunned. And censored. And it's like, oh,
- 34:10Speaker 1: how dare we talk about a woman getting off? Yet,
- 34:13Speaker 1: you know, this baseball player posted, you know, me and
- 34:17Speaker 1: my son are trying to watch an MLB game. And
- 34:22Speaker 1: you've got Megan Fox popping up with, you know, her
- 34:24Speaker 1: brand new body, you know, promoting this erectile thing. dysfunction
- 34:31Speaker 1: pill of some sorts. And it's like, that is plastered
- 34:34Speaker 1: all over the place. Like men getting a fucking hard on.
- 34:37Speaker 1: And then they use this beautiful woman to make it happen.
- 34:39Speaker 1: It's like, not only do you need the hot woman,
- 34:42Speaker 1: but now you need a pill. Like, let's talk about
- 34:43Speaker 1: what we need. Cause like you said, I would need,
- 34:46Speaker 1: I need you to slow down. I need you to
- 34:47Speaker 1: ask me how my fucking day is not just, can
- 34:50Speaker 1: I put it in?
- 34:51Speaker 2: Like, no, I'm exhausted.
- 34:55Speaker 1: Like get me revved up. Get me revved up. Yes.
- 35:06Speaker 4: Yes, exactly. That's why I love petting the kitty, the
- 35:10Speaker 4: yoni massage, because it's a practice that couples can have
- 35:15Speaker 4: where you get to just like completely receive and your
- 35:20Speaker 4: partner gets to just think about the next stroke on
- 35:25Speaker 4: your vulva or in your vagina and that is slow
- 35:30Speaker 4: and deliberate and makes this limbic connection that just gets
- 35:34Speaker 4: you deeper and deeper into orgasmic pleasure. You know, it's interesting.
- 35:39Speaker 4: It reminds me too, that one of the things that
- 35:41Speaker 4: I'm doing right now is I'm recording myself when I
- 35:43Speaker 4: make love, just the audio recording. And I'm, my, my
- 35:48Speaker 4: kind of like my dream is to, you know, one
- 35:50Speaker 4: of my plans, I got three more books I'm writing
- 35:53Speaker 4: and new sexual vitality thing I'm launching and all this stuff.
- 35:56Speaker 4: But I would love to have this in my fantasy.
- 35:59Speaker 4: I don't know how it'll end up, but in my fantasy,
- 36:01Speaker 4: it's like a quiz where you get to listen to
- 36:04Speaker 4: these audio samples and you get to guess what kind
- 36:07Speaker 4: of orgasm I'm having. And I think that would, wouldn't
- 36:11Speaker 4: that be fun? Because I think it would be so
- 36:12Speaker 4: illustrative to hear the difference between the, you know, the.
- 36:17Speaker 4: And the, oh, you know, and like all the other
- 36:22Speaker 4: things in the end.
- 36:23Speaker 1: My favorite kind.
- 36:26Speaker 4: All the other things there. Oh, mine too. One of them. No,
- 36:30Speaker 4: I can't.
- 36:30Speaker 1: I really did.
- 36:30Speaker 4: They're like my children, all my orgasms.
- 36:32Speaker 1: Like, you know, I got my mother covered.
- 36:34Speaker 4: With 20 kids and they all make a different sound,
- 36:37Speaker 4: all my orgasms. I just think if more women heard
- 36:41Speaker 4: authentic orgasmic expression, because moaning, is one of those things,
- 36:47Speaker 4: any kind of breath work around sex, anything that's like,
- 36:51Speaker 4: when you're drawing in the, you know, the oxygen to
- 36:54Speaker 4: your body, it's releasing that blood flow into your pelvic
- 36:57Speaker 4: bowl and it's plumping.
- 36:58Speaker 1: Up that peach.
- 37:00Speaker 4: And the interesting thing is that plumping up that peach,
- 37:04Speaker 4: petting that kitty, bringing in all that blood flow, what
- 37:07Speaker 4: it's literally doing in your body is it's it's generating
- 37:11Speaker 4: more surface area in your genitals. Like your genitals go
- 37:15Speaker 4: from flaccid to erect. They get plumped up. They get
- 37:19Speaker 4: a clitoral, you get a clitoral erection. That little thing
- 37:22Speaker 4: with the arms goes boom, you know, it gets really big.
- 37:25Speaker 4: She gets a fatty.
- 37:26Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 37:27Speaker 4: And when she does, then there's way more surface area
- 37:32Speaker 4: sending signals to your biggest sex organ, your.
- 37:40Speaker 1: The brain is the biggest sex organ?
- 37:44Speaker 4: Yes, and the reason that it is is because it's
- 37:46Speaker 4: your somatosensory cortex. It's processing what your genitals are feeling.
- 37:51Speaker 4: And so when it's flaccid, like we may, as women,
- 37:54Speaker 4: we make love with flaccid yonis. I like the word yoni.
- 37:59Speaker 4: Do you guys know that word?
- 38:01Speaker 1: No, tell us what this yonis is.
- 38:03Speaker 4: Such a good word. It's Susan Bratton's favorite four-letter word.
- 38:07Speaker 4: So please take it. Y-O-N-I, yoni. It's really a tantric
- 38:15Speaker 4: lovemaking word for the female genital system. Like vagina is
- 38:20Speaker 4: just the pocket on the inside.
- 38:21Speaker 1: Okay.
- 38:22Speaker 4: Vulva is just the external tissue. So it's just, you know,
- 38:26Speaker 4: the labia, the mons, the vestibule, which is if you
- 38:30Speaker 4: open your little labia inside there, that's the vestibule. And
- 38:34Speaker 4: what's in there is the... tip of the clitoris and
- 38:38Speaker 4: the exit where your pee and your female ejaculation comes
- 38:41Speaker 4: out and the entrance to your vagina, which is a
- 38:45Speaker 4: little sphincter muscle called your introital sphincter. And so you
- 38:49Speaker 4: see all those things there. That's the vulva. But what
- 38:52Speaker 4: we're not talking about is the actual clitoral body, the neck,
- 38:57Speaker 4: the head, the arms, the legs, the urethral sponge. It's
- 39:01Speaker 4: called a G-spot. It's not a spot. It's a long noodle,
- 39:03Speaker 4: like a pool noodle. And then the perineal sponge on
- 39:07Speaker 4: the bottom of the vaginal pocket, plus the vagina itself,
- 39:13Speaker 4: it has a lining, a vaginal mucosal lining. But what's
- 39:16Speaker 4: great about the vagina is that all of the tissue,
- 39:20Speaker 4: all in your pelvic bowl, all around that pocket, that
- 39:24Speaker 4: gets engorged too, and that gets full of blood. So
- 39:27Speaker 4: it gets plump and pillowy. So once all that stuff
- 39:30Speaker 4: is plump and pillowy, that's the yoni. The yoni is
- 39:35Speaker 4: all the parts.
- 39:36Speaker 1: All the parts.
- 39:36Speaker 4: Also, it's really like the comprehensive word for the entire
- 39:41Speaker 4: female urogenital system. But it goes beyond that because it
- 39:45Speaker 4: has like a spiritual aspect to it. A reverential aspect
- 39:52Speaker 4: to it. And we women want and need to be
- 39:57Speaker 4: worshipped and adored. We're not fuck toys. We are goddesses.
- 40:04Speaker 4: And when we're treated like that and we're slow and
- 40:07Speaker 4: the kitty gets petted, we get the yoni massage, we
- 40:10Speaker 4: get the kissing, we get some nipple gasms and breast
- 40:14Speaker 4: gasms and all of that stuff. And the words of appreciation, yes, God,
- 40:18Speaker 4: you look so beautiful to me. You taste so good.
- 40:23Speaker 4: You're so gorgeous to me. I'm so, I'm just so
- 40:26Speaker 4: in love with you. I just love being close to you.
- 40:30Speaker 4: I've never been more turned on by any woman in
- 40:33Speaker 4: my life.
- 40:34Speaker 2: You're the perfect woman for me.
- 40:36Speaker 1: It's so good.
- 40:38Speaker 4: And so Yoni to me is like all that reverential
- 40:43Speaker 4: stuff with the slow pleasuring and No rush to perform.
- 40:48Speaker 4: And let's just get into this ecstatic bliss state together.
- 40:53Speaker 4: Let's just come and come and come and come.
- 40:58Speaker 1: I'm obsessed. Me too. I'm like, where do I find
- 41:02Speaker 1: a man.
- 41:02Speaker 2: That is Susan?
- 41:04Speaker 4: I don't have what she's having.
- 41:07Speaker 3: I'm listening to you and I'm like, I can think
- 41:09Speaker 3: of one person that I've had this with and it
- 41:12Speaker 3: seriously is the only sex that I've had that I've
- 41:15Speaker 3: like came numerous amounts of times like every time there.
- 41:20Speaker 5: You go so that's yeah I've only had one dude
- 41:23Speaker 5: too but now I'm feeling like I should yes that's
- 41:28Speaker 5: how you get us there now I'm feeling like I
- 41:30Speaker 5: should take the cookie off the menu like you don't
- 41:32Speaker 5: even get it until.
- 41:33Speaker 1: You're like yeah wanting to worship the ground I walk
- 41:36Speaker 1: on there is something to like after I love my
- 41:41Speaker 1: vibrators and my little toys and my little dildos and
- 41:44Speaker 1: suckers and, and you can absolutely implement all of them
- 41:49Speaker 1: into intercourse with like another person.
- 41:52Speaker 4: Right.
- 41:53Speaker 1: Love that. And I think a lot of women don't
- 41:55Speaker 1: realize like, it's not just for you. Like there's so
- 41:57Speaker 1: many different ways that you can use, you know, the
- 41:59Speaker 1: female toys, you know, during sex with your partner, but like,
- 42:05Speaker 1: When you talk about the blood, every time I use
- 42:07Speaker 1: my vibrator and I have like a night with myself, right?
- 42:11Speaker 1: Like I'm in the bath and I'm getting, I'm setting
- 42:13Speaker 1: the mood and I just feel her get like, she's a,
- 42:16Speaker 1: she's a plump peach. She's like, she's nice and swollen.
- 42:20Speaker 1: She's awake, swollen, ready to like do her thing. But
- 42:24Speaker 1: the breath work too. Can I tell you, my friend
- 42:26Speaker 1: called me the other day. She just had a baby
- 42:29Speaker 1: and both of her kids, she had natural births, zero drugs.
- 42:35Speaker 1: And she said for both of them, when she's dilated
- 42:39Speaker 1: or dilating and she's still got some time, she makes
- 42:42Speaker 1: everyone exit the room. She has this one vibrator she uses.
- 42:46Speaker 1: She has her breath work that she's perfected. She has
- 42:49Speaker 1: an orgasm. And then from there goes straight to the
- 42:52Speaker 1: hospital where her doula is waiting for her and has
- 42:55Speaker 1: like these orgasmic births.
- 42:58Speaker 2: Wow.
- 42:58Speaker 4: Yes. I was, one of my girlfriends got pregnant about three, no,
- 43:03Speaker 4: it'll be four years ago now. And I was her
- 43:06Speaker 4: ecstatic birth partner for the whole 10 months of gestation
- 43:10Speaker 4: of her daughter. I would come over to her house
- 43:13Speaker 4: or she'd come over to mine and I would pleasure
- 43:16Speaker 4: her breasts. I would rub all the stretch cream, so
- 43:19Speaker 4: she didn't get stretch marks all over her belly. And
- 43:22Speaker 4: then I would just... give her yoni massages and I
- 43:25Speaker 4: would work with her on getting all that tissue really
- 43:29Speaker 4: engorged and giving her a ton of orgasms and touching
- 43:34Speaker 4: all the parts and being like, okay, what am I touching?
- 43:37Speaker 4: What am I touching now? What am I touching now? Okay,
- 43:40Speaker 4: now try and squeeze my finger and squeeze it from
- 43:45Speaker 4: the bottom of your vagina all the way up your vagina.
- 43:48Speaker 4: I was trying to get her to like activate her
- 43:50Speaker 4: pelvic musculature more.
- 43:51Speaker 2: Right.
- 43:52Speaker 4: And I was also doing a lot of work on
- 43:54Speaker 4: her perineum and on that enteroidal sphincter and really rubbing
- 43:59Speaker 4: it and getting it soft and juicy. And she was
- 44:03Speaker 4: unable to birth at home because the baby did need
- 44:07Speaker 4: to go. We needed to go to the hospital to
- 44:09Speaker 4: get her out. But that little baby, every time my
- 44:14Speaker 4: girlfriend would have orgasms, she was just flipping around in
- 44:18Speaker 4: her belly. She was just really enjoying the pleasure of that.
- 44:21Speaker 4: And it made her maternity so much more relaxing and restful.
- 44:26Speaker 4: We're not lovers. We're just really good friends. Like, really
- 44:30Speaker 4: good friends. It was funny because she wasn't doing anything
- 44:35Speaker 4: to get me off. It wasn't like we were having sex,
- 44:38Speaker 4: quote unquote. But I was still coming, making her come.
- 44:43Speaker 4: You know, there's a really nice, like, almost like a
- 44:47Speaker 4: contact high you get when you're with... Like when you
- 44:51Speaker 4: go to a specs party, if you haven't been to one,
- 44:52Speaker 4: they're really fun. When other people are coming, it kind
- 44:56Speaker 4: of really gets you turned on and it makes you
- 44:58Speaker 4: start coming too. So we used to make love in
- 45:03Speaker 4: caves all together. It was really beautiful. And we all
- 45:07Speaker 4: had great orgasms together. And there are people who are
- 45:11Speaker 4: doing that still today. And they're... much more comfortable with
- 45:15Speaker 4: their bodies, they're comfortable with their own eroticism than those
- 45:19Speaker 4: of us who are just having kind of like furtive porn,
- 45:22Speaker 4: you know, porn-informed sex with a single person, you know,
- 45:26Speaker 4: hoping that we get off. Not that I'm suggesting that
- 45:30Speaker 4: anybody who's watching or listening to us should be giving
- 45:33Speaker 4: their girlfriend ecstatic birth yoni massages or going to sex parties.
- 45:36Speaker 4: That's not for everyone. But I'm a sex educator. I
- 45:40Speaker 4: call myself an orgasmonaut. I go to the far reaches
- 45:46Speaker 4: of orgasmic outer space. And I come back with the
- 45:48Speaker 4: map to the territory so you can come as well
- 45:51Speaker 4: as I do. That's what I am. I'm an experimenter,
- 45:55Speaker 4: decades long experimenter, so that I have a really good
- 45:58Speaker 4: sense of what it's going to take. Like you were saying, Lala,
- 46:01Speaker 4: that you love sex toys. So many people are, they
- 46:05Speaker 4: say negative things about it to suppress our orgasmic ecstasy.
- 46:09Speaker 4: Because what do sex toys do? The difference between an
- 46:12Speaker 4: air stimulator, which is the... or an oscillator or a
- 46:16Speaker 4: vibrator or the toys that have hot or cold temperature
- 46:21Speaker 4: or whatever they may be there's like i don't know
- 46:24Speaker 4: 14 or 15 different categories of sex toys i've counted
- 46:28Speaker 4: them up once every single one of those stimulates different
- 46:32Speaker 4: types of different types of like i Your touch that
- 46:38Speaker 4: your skin feels like. There's light feathery touch is something
- 46:42Speaker 4: called Meissner corpuscles. And pressure and vibration is the one
- 46:47Speaker 4: that your bullet vibe gives you. It's Bissinian corpuscles that
- 46:51Speaker 4: feel that. When you're getting like real long, nice, deep strokes,
- 46:58Speaker 4: it's your Merkel's discs that are doing it. When you're stretched,
- 47:02Speaker 4: like one of the interesting things is that your vaginal
- 47:05Speaker 4: opening loves when something goes in because it stretches that tissue.
- 47:12Speaker 4: That's raffini nerve endings. I mean, it's just, there's thermoreceptors,
- 47:17Speaker 4: there's mechanoreceptors, there's all these different nerdy things that if
- 47:22Speaker 4: you just like look at what sex toys are doing,
- 47:24Speaker 4: it's stimulating all these different signaling systems that are telling
- 47:29Speaker 4: your brain to feel pleasure.
- 47:31Speaker 1: Wow they just came out with a um a sex
- 47:36Speaker 1: toy that actually has red light and like warms up
- 47:40Speaker 1: and then goes cold and then yeah i was like
- 47:43Speaker 1: send it my way i'd love to give it a
- 47:46Speaker 1: world i mean i am learning so much from you
- 47:50Speaker 1: my mind is i am too i've.
- 47:51Speaker 3: Been like there's so much in the entire time no
- 47:55Speaker 3: for real i'm just like Can I ask you about these?
- 47:58Speaker 1: So the other... This was like a couple... Gosh, maybe
- 48:01Speaker 1: a month ago. My friend... So I've been sober for
- 48:07Speaker 1: eight years. And so... I know.
- 48:09Speaker 4: Good for you.
- 48:10Speaker 1: Thank you. And I don't... Like back when I would drink,
- 48:14Speaker 1: it would make me... I was just like releasing my
- 48:17Speaker 1: inhibitions to the wind, right? Like I was just free
- 48:20Speaker 1: as a bird. Now I'm very present with where I
- 48:24Speaker 1: am and I am unaware of if I'm comfortable or uncomfortable.
- 48:29Speaker 1: And that's not to say like the man in front
- 48:32Speaker 1: of me is not sexy, but I'm in my head.
- 48:33Speaker 1: So she recommended these chocolates, these like arousal chocolates by Alice.
- 48:38Speaker 1: I don't know if you've heard of them. How do
- 48:40Speaker 1: you feel about, it has like, what is it? Sexy goat?
- 48:44Speaker 1: Or something in it?
- 48:45Speaker 2: Horny goat weed.
- 48:49Speaker 1: Is that a placebo effect or does that shit really work?
- 48:52Speaker 4: That shit really works. I think there are a lot
- 48:55Speaker 4: of different libido botanicals and kind of aphrodisiacs that work
- 48:59Speaker 4: really well. Often, if you're in your head, ashwagandha is
- 49:03Speaker 4: a really good one because it kind of calms your
- 49:05Speaker 4: nervous system down and lets you get out of your
- 49:07Speaker 4: head and into your body. But you know what else
- 49:09Speaker 4: really works is Holding and being held being held is
- 49:14Speaker 4: a really good way to calm yourself down because one
- 49:18Speaker 4: of the techniques that I have is called the soulmate embrace.
- 49:23Speaker 4: And the soulmate embrace, I wrote it I wrote it
- 49:27Speaker 4: for men, but I find that women download it and
- 49:30Speaker 4: give it to their guys and say, I want you
- 49:32Speaker 4: to hold me like this. And most of our partners,
- 49:38Speaker 4: they do more like a catch and release. They hug
- 49:41Speaker 4: and then they let go. But when you have an
- 49:44Speaker 4: extended time where you're held by your lover and you're
- 49:50Speaker 4: able to just be in their arms and get things
- 49:55Speaker 4: off your chest... say whatever you need to say, rail
- 49:59Speaker 4: against the universe when you need to. And then you
- 50:03Speaker 4: get that out of your system. And sometimes you'll even,
- 50:05Speaker 4: tears will come to your eyes, you'll cry. That's the
- 50:08Speaker 4: first sign of arousal is when your mouth gets like
- 50:13Speaker 4: extra spit. And when your eyes tear up, Sometimes you
- 50:18Speaker 4: can even, have you ever felt your breasts kind of
- 50:21Speaker 4: let down, like almost drop or like almost get goose bumpy? Yes.
- 50:25Speaker 4: That's another beginning release of arousal. And then the blood
- 50:29Speaker 4: can roll from your pelvic bowl, from your body into
- 50:32Speaker 4: your pelvic bowl. We don't have all the blood in
- 50:35Speaker 4: our pelvic bowl that we need when we're getting turned on.
- 50:38Speaker 4: It has to be recruited from all over our body
- 50:41Speaker 4: to go in there to seep through the vaginal lining.
- 50:47Speaker 4: and lubricate us. Our vagina is not a gland, it's
- 50:51Speaker 4: a muscle. And so it has to seep in there slowly,
- 50:55Speaker 4: which is why when you're going through perimenopause and you're
- 51:00Speaker 4: noticing your lubrication drop, it's because the vaginal lining gets
- 51:05Speaker 4: thin and it's like a sponge that doesn't hold as
- 51:08Speaker 4: much water anymore. Plus nitric oxide production falls as you age,
- 51:15Speaker 4: especially if you're not eating your leafy green vegetables or
- 51:18Speaker 4: drinking your beet juice and the things that allow your
- 51:22Speaker 4: veins to squeeze the blood down into your yoni to
- 51:28Speaker 4: get that plumpness going. So holding and being held gets
- 51:32Speaker 4: you out of your monkey mind where you're always kind
- 51:36Speaker 4: of like, gotta look around because I don't walk in
- 51:39Speaker 4: this world safe and it's super stressful. It gets you
- 51:42Speaker 4: out of that. You feel safe and protected. And then
- 51:45Speaker 4: you start to kind of let down and get turned on.
- 51:48Speaker 4: And that's the very beginning. So yes, some of the
- 51:52Speaker 4: most powerful aphrodisiacs are maca, cacao, which is dark chocolate,
- 52:00Speaker 4: tribulus terrestris, which is a little Mediterranean puncture vine that
- 52:08Speaker 4: it kind of makes you flirty. For me, the sensation
- 52:12Speaker 4: that I have is flirty. When I take maca or
- 52:15Speaker 4: tonkat ali, it's more masculine. It's more like, get over here.
- 52:21Speaker 4: It's that kind of thing.
- 52:23Speaker 1: I need the flirty one. I've got enough masculine energy happening.
- 52:27Speaker 2: I'm too flirty.
- 52:28Speaker 4: Okay, that's good to know. Another flirty one that's more
- 52:31Speaker 4: like dreamy is fenugreek. Fenugreek is very like ethereal. Like
- 52:37Speaker 4: if you want cosmic, ecstatic, orgasmic bliss states, take some fenugreek.
- 52:43Speaker 4: It's super nice.
- 52:44Speaker 1: God, I'm getting all of this.
- 52:45Speaker 4: All of these, you know, we humans have been rolling
- 52:48Speaker 4: around on this planet for hundreds of thousands of years.
- 52:52Speaker 4: And we have been eating plants to try to get
- 52:55Speaker 4: horny our entire existence on earth. And each area, like
- 53:01Speaker 4: Maka is from South America, Tongkat Ali is from Southeast Asia.
- 53:05Speaker 4: Tribulus terrestris is from the Mediterranean. Fenugreek's Ayurvedic. It's from India.
- 53:10Speaker 4: So we have found the things that make us horny.
- 53:14Speaker 4: You know what else makes you horny?
- 53:16Speaker 1: What?
- 53:16Speaker 4: Semen. Semen makes you horny. It has over 20 components
- 53:22Speaker 4: that are aphrodisiac will make you, they make you want
- 53:27Speaker 4: more sex. You get testosterone from a partner. And the
- 53:32Speaker 4: more that you, you know how like the more sex
- 53:34Speaker 4: you have, the more you want kind of thing sometimes?
- 53:35Speaker 4: Like you get turned on, you know?
- 53:37Speaker 1: So that we should be swallowing then?
- 53:41Speaker 4: I think there are no studies that have, that anyone's
- 53:46Speaker 4: ever done that say what happens when the semen hits
- 53:50Speaker 4: the stomach acid.
- 53:51Speaker 1: Okay.
- 53:51Speaker 4: So in your vagina- It does. Your vagina is a sponge,
- 53:56Speaker 4: so it absorbs it.
- 53:57Speaker 1: You know what.
- 53:58Speaker 4: Else is really interesting? In semen, there's something called spermidine, speramine,
- 54:03Speaker 4: and putrescine, which are things that help. They're polyamines that
- 54:09Speaker 4: actually are longevity. They support your longevity. When you extend
- 54:13Speaker 4: your sex span, you actually extend your health span and
- 54:15Speaker 4: your happiness span. So having this idea of, okay, I'm
- 54:19Speaker 4: going to be a lifetime... That's glad you're doing the
- 54:21Speaker 4: show because... You're attracting people who are curious and open
- 54:26Speaker 4: to learning things about sex, like you are. And I find, literally,
- 54:32Speaker 4: my brand is Better Lover. How to be a better lover.
- 54:35Speaker 4: That's my brand. And- I attract people who have a
- 54:41Speaker 4: growth mindset, who want physical health, who care about their bodies.
- 54:47Speaker 4: Like everything from like Pilates teachers and bodybuilders and entrepreneurs,
- 54:54Speaker 4: people who are running their businesses. They're like growth mindset people.
- 54:58Speaker 4: They know that the more they learn, the better they get.
- 55:01Speaker 4: And your sexual maturation is, is the other side of
- 55:06Speaker 4: the same coin of your personal growth and development. Because
- 55:11Speaker 4: if you're personal growth oriented, you're always learning new things,
- 55:15Speaker 4: having those new erotic adventures. And when you do that,
- 55:19Speaker 4: and the interesting thing about it is that if you
- 55:21Speaker 4: want to be a really good lover and have an
- 55:25Speaker 4: incredibly erotic, pleasurable, fulfilling sex life that makes you feel
- 55:31Speaker 4: even more confident and more passionate about being alive, which
- 55:34Speaker 4: is what it does. You can learn anything in any
- 55:39Speaker 4: order that you want. You can learn, I want to
- 55:40Speaker 4: get really good at oral. I want to have throatgasms.
- 55:44Speaker 4: I want to have an orgasm from intercourse. I want,
- 55:47Speaker 4: you know, whatever it is. I want to awaken my G-spot.
- 55:50Speaker 4: I want to learn how to have female ejaculatory orgasms.
- 55:54Speaker 4: I want to have nipplegasms. I want to do all
- 55:57Speaker 4: of these things. Whatever one is appealing to you, you
- 56:01Speaker 4: just learn that one. And then you'll be like, okay,
- 56:03Speaker 4: now what I want to do is I I want
- 56:05Speaker 4: to understand what all this thing is about flogging and spanking.
- 56:08Speaker 4: That's interesting to me. I was like, you try that.
- 56:11Speaker 4: You try that. You have that experience. And then you're like, okay,
- 56:14Speaker 4: the next thing I want to do is I want
- 56:15Speaker 4: to learn yoni massage. I want to have a yoni
- 56:17Speaker 4: massage practice or whatever it might be. It's like when
- 56:21Speaker 4: you have that kind of appetite and attitude, your sex
- 56:25Speaker 4: life gets better and better and better as you age.
- 56:29Speaker 4: It's a total lie that you hit your peak in
- 56:32Speaker 4: your 30s. I am.
- 56:34Speaker 4: I haven't even hit my peak and I'm 65 years
- 56:38Speaker 4: old and I'm having the best sex of my life.
- 56:41Speaker 2: Yeah, you look amazing.
- 56:43Speaker 1: No, I think that whole thing of women peak in
- 56:47Speaker 1: their 30s, I think that that is just such a bullshit,
- 56:51Speaker 1: antiquated way of thinking. Patriarchal, repressive.
- 56:55Speaker 2: 100%.
- 56:55Speaker 4: Just like vibrators are going to numb you out. No,
- 56:59Speaker 4: it's just all this....
- 57:01Speaker 1: Exactly. Oh my gosh. I could talk to you all the.
- 57:04Speaker 4: Live long day.
- 57:05Speaker 1: You are fabulous.
- 57:08Speaker 2: The boys need to listen to this.

- 57:45Speaker 4: it's important to understand how our bodies work.
- 57:47Speaker 1: Yes, of course.
- 57:47Speaker 4: What's made me good at what I do is I
- 57:50Speaker 4: am like the dear Abby of sex in that way.
- 57:54Speaker 4: I answer every email I get. And most of the time,
- 57:58Speaker 4: they're questions that I've heard a million times. And I'm like, yeah,
- 58:01Speaker 4: here's an article that answers that question. Or here's a
- 58:04Speaker 4: free ebook that, you know, go try that. I think
- 58:06Speaker 4: this will be the thing that you need. Or I
- 58:09Speaker 4: hear what you're asking me, but I think what you
- 58:11Speaker 4: really want to know is this. And they're like, yes,
- 58:13Speaker 4: I didn't even know what I was asking for.
- 58:16Speaker 2: But.
- 58:17Speaker 4: I do that and nobody else gets those emails but me.
- 58:20Speaker 4: My care team doesn't get those. Those are private to me.
