  Speaker 2: court that she was antagonized by officers when she was

  Speaker 2: taken to a police station following a dispute with a

  Speaker 2: taxi driver in which the one of she and her

  Speaker 2: partner one of them was sick in the back. A

  Speaker 2: window was kicked in the taxi driver Drodan's police station,

  Speaker 2: demanding compensation and to get the cab cleaned up, and

  Speaker 2: during the discussion with the police officer about what had happened,

  Speaker 2: she was caught using the words you're stupid and white. Now,

  Speaker 2: that was where really this whole whole court case hung.

  Speaker 2: Was that racially motivated? She denied it amounted to a
• 1:21
  Speaker 2: racial offense. The jury agreed with her, But as the
• 1:24
  Speaker 2: prosecutor said, what had happened if somebody would have said,
• 1:26
  Speaker 2: you're stupid and black, because of course that was what
• 1:29
  Speaker 2: the prosecution was saying, it was clearly racist.
