Latest / Sell Well: Helping Agencies Close More Deals and Grow Revenue / The Honest Launch: Why I Really Built the Sell Well 21 Day Challenge
Transcript
- 0:00SPEAKER_00: I don't think enough people are honest during their launches.
- 0:04SPEAKER_00: You know what I'm talking about.
- 0:06SPEAKER_00: The people who put the copy together or the subject lines that are like, I was just walking on the beach and it hit me.
- 0:12SPEAKER_00: Agency owners really struggle with this problem, which is why I put together my 57-point course.
- 0:18SPEAKER_00: Or maybe it's something like, you know, after all of my experience, I just felt like I had to put this book together.
- 0:26SPEAKER_00: I've written that copy too, and I've worked with enough business owners to know that we all see through it.
- 0:31SPEAKER_00: We know how the game is played.
- 0:32SPEAKER_00: And so I'm launching a new product this week, but I want you to hear it from me differently.
- 0:39SPEAKER_00: In this episode, yes, I'm going to tell you about my new product, the Sell Well 21-day challenge.
- 0:44SPEAKER_00: But mostly in this episode, I want to pull back the curtain on why I built it for my own business.
- 0:51SPEAKER_00: I built a huge funnel behind it.
- 0:53SPEAKER_00: And in future episodes, I'm going to go into more detail about the purpose behind all of this, why I pulled the trigger on a personal brand funnel and the different decisions that I made in the actual intricate marketing side of it.
- 1:07SPEAKER_00: But today I'm just going to talk about the why, why I put this product together, the decisions that led me here, and what I'm hoping it's going to do for your business and for mine.
- 1:18SPEAKER_00: My original outline for this episode was a lot more along the lines of the 21-day challenge is for you if I put this together because I felt the things you're feeling now.
- 1:28SPEAKER_00: I found myself in a place where leads were low, capacity was low, turnover was high.
- 1:33SPEAKER_00: I was trying to solve for really big problems in my business.
- 1:36SPEAKER_00: And I felt really emotional about these things and wished that there was something I could do to kind of have a business reset, which is why I put together the sell well 21-day challenge.
- 1:46SPEAKER_00: I decided to scrap that because obviously, if you go through the sales page and if you see this, you're going to be like, oh, I got it.
- 1:54SPEAKER_00: This is who this is for.
- 1:55SPEAKER_00: And again, I'm going to talk about all the benefits of going through this challenge and why it's awesome.
- 2:00SPEAKER_00: But I felt like I needed to just be more transparent.
- 2:03SPEAKER_00: Building something like this always serves the business owner first and foremost.
- 2:08SPEAKER_00: Whenever I talk to people about the offers that they want to put together, very rarely are they like, I know this is a major inconvenience to me and I'm not going to do it at any cost.
- 2:19SPEAKER_00: I'm just going to give this away to my clients because people really need it.
- 2:22SPEAKER_00: No, that's not what we do.
- 2:24SPEAKER_00: None of us are out here just giving away our services.
- 2:28SPEAKER_00: We are actually trying to grow our businesses.
- 2:31SPEAKER_00: And so I just wanted to be straightforward about that and talk about why I actually put this offer together in my business because I think that would be more helpful, honest context than just a straight pitch.
- 2:42SPEAKER_00: So here's the backstory.
- 2:44SPEAKER_00: A few months ago, I had a capacity problem.
- 2:48SPEAKER_00: After I had my daughter, I was working under 40 hours a week, well under 40 hours a week, with childcare for only about 10 of them or less.
- 2:56SPEAKER_00: I had a couple of consulting clients that I loved and wanted to keep.
- 3:00SPEAKER_00: And as word grew and as people started to hear that I was kind of getting back into the game, because at this point I've exited Lost in House and I was working very part-time.
- 3:10SPEAKER_00: Like I said, I just had my daughter, and so I was kind of dabbling back into what I wanted to do next.
- 3:16SPEAKER_00: I started getting connections from people in my network who they weren't quite looking for coaching, they weren't quite looking for consulting.
- 3:22SPEAKER_00: And a few friends had tagged me in Facebook posts where people were saying things like, I really need some help with sales.
- 3:29SPEAKER_00: Well, it wasn't like they were straight up asking for a business coach.
- 3:32SPEAKER_00: They were just asking for help with sales.
- 3:33SPEAKER_00: And people knew that that was something that I was good at and that I really enjoyed talking about.
- 3:38SPEAKER_00: I've mentioned this before, but after exiting Lawson House, I sat down and wrote out all the things that helped us scale.
- 3:43SPEAKER_00: Part of this was helping Caroline take over in a CEO capacity.
- 3:48SPEAKER_00: I wanted to document, hey, here are some of the things that really helped me.
- 3:52SPEAKER_00: Here's the way I took cold calls, here are the lead measures that I was looking for as we were growing.
- 3:57SPEAKER_00: And she knew so many of them, but it was helpful to sit down and actually kind of go through this list of things.
- 4:04SPEAKER_00: And when I started looking at it, I realized I had more of a framework.
- 4:07SPEAKER_00: So as people started reaching out to me, I was like, I actually do have a framework that I think I could take somebody through and it might be really helpful.
- 4:15SPEAKER_00: So I threw it out there to a couple of people who had reached out to me for more consultative work and they said, yes.
- 4:21SPEAKER_00: At this point, I have zero marketing presence, like nothing.
- 4:27SPEAKER_00: I didn't have an Instagram, I didn't have any lead gen running.
- 4:31SPEAKER_00: I think I had at this point a really crappy Squarespace page that said the panoramic method, because I felt like, well, the real backstory here is that I was standing next to a ski lift on a trip with uh my family, and it was called the panorama lift.
- 4:47SPEAKER_00: And I was like, man, that's what business owners really need is this panoramic view of their business so that they can make better decisions.
- 4:55SPEAKER_00: Sure, great idea.
- 4:57SPEAKER_00: I threw that onto a landing page and was like, we'll call it the panoramic method for a minute.
- 5:01SPEAKER_00: Obviously that didn't stick for long, but I threw out some things like that without a whole lot of plan behind it.
- 5:07SPEAKER_00: And yet, even with this really cheesy brand, I won't even call it a brand, even with this really cheesy domain name and even with my huge gap in marketing and putting myself out there, I started to have more clients.
- 5:22SPEAKER_00: Why?
- 5:22SPEAKER_00: Well, my clients that I was working with started to get results.
- 5:25SPEAKER_00: Some doubled their revenue, some doubled their take-home pay.
- 5:28SPEAKER_00: And watching this happen was more fun than anything I had ever experienced building my own business.
- 5:33SPEAKER_00: If you're one of my clients, I just want to tell you right now that my husband knows your name because I talk about you all the time.
- 5:41SPEAKER_00: I tell him things like, oh my gosh, Annie's launch has started this week and I'm so excited because she's already signed some people up in pre-launch.
- 5:48SPEAKER_00: Like we talk about your success and your wins.
- 5:51SPEAKER_00: Obviously, I keep everything confidential, but I brag about you.
- 5:55SPEAKER_00: I talk about how well you're doing and I celebrate you.
- 5:58SPEAKER_00: And it is the most fun thing I've ever done.
- 6:01SPEAKER_00: But back to the story.
- 6:02SPEAKER_00: My biggest mistake at this point was not betting on myself.
- 6:05SPEAKER_00: I really felt like in order to grow this coaching business, I was gonna have to get serious.
- 6:09SPEAKER_00: I was gonna have to market myself.
- 6:12SPEAKER_00: I was gonna have to do lead gen.
- 6:13SPEAKER_00: I knew what it took to grow a business.
- 6:15SPEAKER_00: I wasn't one of those people that believed if you build it, they will come.
- 6:19SPEAKER_00: I really believed if you build it, you will have to work really hard and put lead gen together.
- 6:24SPEAKER_00: And then if you're really lucky, the stars will align and you will have business and it will grow steadily over time.
- 6:30SPEAKER_00: But I forgot one of the key principles of business.
- 6:34SPEAKER_00: When you serve people well, when you treat people well, business comes to you.
- 6:39SPEAKER_00: Maybe not at the pace you want.
- 6:40SPEAKER_00: I do believe that, of course, that's what this whole podcast is based on.
- 6:44SPEAKER_00: You have to go and find your own business.
- 6:45SPEAKER_00: You need to go and promote yourself.
- 6:48SPEAKER_00: Obviously, that is something that's super foundational.
- 6:51SPEAKER_00: But if you treat people well, if you are getting results for your clients, you will grow your business.
- 6:57SPEAKER_00: Your word of mouth will grow.
- 6:59SPEAKER_00: People will want to work with you.
- 7:02SPEAKER_00: So, a couple months into this coaching business, I put together a more serious landing page.
- 7:07SPEAKER_00: I decided to start creating some more content on my own.
- 7:10SPEAKER_00: I started to get the word out more, and people kept coming in and I kept saying yes.
- 7:17SPEAKER_00: These were people that I loved working with.
- 7:20SPEAKER_00: They were my ultimate dream client.
- 7:22SPEAKER_00: But eventually, I was hitting the point where respecting the clients who had already invested with me meant starting a wait list and pushing out some start dates.
- 7:31SPEAKER_00: And that's where the gap started to show up.
- 7:33SPEAKER_00: I kept having two kinds of conversations with people once my roster was full.
- 7:38SPEAKER_00: People who were on the wait list and people who were telling me, I really want to work with you, but cash is tight or I'm slammed.
- 7:45SPEAKER_00: Can we talk in a couple of months?
- 7:46SPEAKER_00: And I was like, of course, you should join the wait list because I'm in the same boat as you are in terms of timing.
- 7:52SPEAKER_00: Either way, I was saying, hey, that's great.
- 7:54SPEAKER_00: Let's touch base later.
- 7:55SPEAKER_00: But I had nothing to give them in the in-between.
- 7:59SPEAKER_00: I wanted to hand them something and say, hey, you can get started immediately.
- 8:04SPEAKER_00: Now, this is where I'm gonna get really honest.
- 8:07SPEAKER_00: And I, again, don't think enough people are honest about their offers and what they want to do.
- 8:13SPEAKER_00: So this is not my best marketing pitch.
- 8:15SPEAKER_00: But at this point, I have wanted to tell people, hey, I want you to get the help you need immediately.
- 8:22SPEAKER_00: Great.
- 8:23SPEAKER_00: That's the altruistic side, right?
- 8:24SPEAKER_00: And I really do believe that people, a lot of times when they reach out to a coach, are feeling overwhelmed in the moment.
- 8:30SPEAKER_00: Very rarely do people reach out to a therapist and they're like, hey, I'm just assuming I'm gonna feel really anxious in a couple weeks.
- 8:37SPEAKER_00: Could we get something on the calendar?
- 8:38SPEAKER_00: Most of the time when they're scheduling the call, they're like, um, I'm already in tears.
- 8:42SPEAKER_00: I need help.
- 8:42SPEAKER_00: And I have found that business coaching is similar.
- 8:45SPEAKER_00: People reach out to business coaches when they're like, hey, I'm kind of at the end and like, I don't know what I'm gonna do, and I could really use some clarity here.
- 8:52SPEAKER_00: And I wanted to give it to them a lot faster than I currently had the capacity to do so.
- 8:57SPEAKER_00: The other more honest, less altruistic side is I didn't want to wait for people who were coming in as raving fans.
- 9:05SPEAKER_00: These people are coming in and they're saying, I listen to every podcast episode, I'm so excited to work with you.
- 9:09SPEAKER_00: I really know that you're the coach for me.
- 9:11SPEAKER_00: And I'm saying, hey, that's great, but put that credit card away for a minute.
- 9:15SPEAKER_00: I don't, I'm not ready to take your money yet.
- 9:18SPEAKER_00: I wanted to be able to have something that they could invest in quickly, even though I didn't have room on my calendar.
- 9:26SPEAKER_00: In the past, when I had more time, and more time meaning I worked a lot.
- 9:31SPEAKER_00: I love working.
- 9:32SPEAKER_00: So when people hear me say things like, my gosh, you're lost in house, like I'm working 60 hour weeks, they're like, oh my gosh, we miserable.
- 9:38SPEAKER_00: I'm like, no, it was awesome.
- 9:39SPEAKER_00: So fun.
- 9:40SPEAKER_00: I love working and I love filling my calendar, but my family priorities are different and I can't live like that anymore.
- 9:46SPEAKER_00: And so instead of being like, hey, let's do a strategy session and I'll just squeeze you in.
- 9:51SPEAKER_00: I really needed to tell people things like, hey, I can do a strategy session with you, but probably not for like a couple weeks, which was really weird for me.
- 9:59SPEAKER_00: Most of the time when I was running loss in house, I was like, we can do it tomorrow.
- 10:03SPEAKER_00: So I felt like in the in between, I wanted to have something that I could give them where I could get them to say yes and give me money immediately, which is why I wanted to put something more passive together.
- 10:18SPEAKER_00: So, what did I think of?
- 10:20SPEAKER_00: Because I'm a service-based business owner and I've been doing this for a while.
- 10:23SPEAKER_00: I thought I should make a course.
- 10:25SPEAKER_00: But then I remembered it's not 2018 and I am a mom with a toddler.
- 10:31SPEAKER_00: 2018 was the ultimate time to put something like a course together.
- 10:36SPEAKER_00: Video quality was so bad that if you had a good video, it was like, oh my gosh, this is amazing.
- 10:42SPEAKER_00: You're gonna make tons of money.
- 10:43SPEAKER_00: And it felt like you just make one Pinterest post and you're a bajillionaire.
- 10:46SPEAKER_00: Shout out Jenna Kutcher.
- 10:47SPEAKER_00: Like these people who make courses in like 2015 to 2018, I'm so jealous of you.
- 10:53SPEAKER_00: You took advantage of like the ultra-filtered Instagram era and like just absolutely crush.
- 10:59SPEAKER_00: Love that for you.
- 11:00SPEAKER_00: The reason I bring up I'm a mom with a toddler, too, is when I thought about it, I was like, I don't want to watch a course.
- 11:07SPEAKER_00: I don't have time.
- 11:08SPEAKER_00: And if I were pitching this to me, and a lot of my clients are in similar life stages as me, they don't want to sit and watch me talk on a talking head video.
- 11:19SPEAKER_00: They don't want to watch me go through and say, hey, like point at different things and have text pop up on the screen, which left me with this question of, okay, if courses aren't selling well, and even if they were, I don't want to watch a course.
- 11:32SPEAKER_00: What can I put together that's actually helpful?
- 11:35SPEAKER_00: So I went back through and looked at what I actually was doing for people that was moving the needle for them.
- 11:43SPEAKER_00: I went back through my framework and my old client transcripts and kind of asked this big question of what is the biggest difference?
- 11:51SPEAKER_00: What makes the biggest difference in the first few weeks of somebody working with me?
- 11:55SPEAKER_00: And could somebody get there by listening to a couple short episodes, making one decision every day?
- 12:04SPEAKER_00: And maybe they do that over a couple weeks.
- 12:07SPEAKER_00: Would they see real traction?
- 12:09SPEAKER_00: The other data point I looked at is I was getting great feedback on my podcast.
- 12:12SPEAKER_00: People were telling me, hey, I love the short episodes.
- 12:15SPEAKER_00: I love that this is really digestible.
- 12:17SPEAKER_00: It's something I can take action on quickly, and I really enjoy this format.
- 12:21SPEAKER_00: So it got my wheels turning.
- 12:23SPEAKER_00: Could I put these things together?
- 12:25SPEAKER_00: Could I say, you know, the podcast is really fine because you listen to it and you think, oh man, I've pulled out one, two, three things that I can do in my business this week.
- 12:35SPEAKER_00: But could I build something that would build on itself where somebody could find momentum and find real clarity in their business doing one to two things a day?
- 12:43SPEAKER_00: Then my husband got invited to come speak at Vanderbilt.
- 12:47SPEAKER_00: He got his PhD in neuroscience at Vanderbilt.
- 12:49SPEAKER_00: We lived in Nashville for a while.
- 12:51SPEAKER_00: It's where I launched my business, and he got invited to go back and speak on a panel.
- 12:55SPEAKER_00: I decided to go with him.
- 12:56SPEAKER_00: It was our first trip away since having our daughter, and we went back to where we were first married.
- 12:59SPEAKER_00: It was such a dreamy little trip.
- 13:01SPEAKER_00: It was awesome.
- 13:02SPEAKER_00: He was at a symposium all day, and I found myself reaching out to clients and saying, hey, you know, I'm in town.
- 13:08SPEAKER_00: I would love to get together with you.
- 13:09SPEAKER_00: Old friends from when I'd lived there and just was like, I would love to get together with you.
- 13:14SPEAKER_00: And everybody was out of town.
- 13:15SPEAKER_00: I had kind of planned this trip last minute, and all of my friends were out of town and busy.
- 13:21SPEAKER_00: So I found myself with a whole afternoon, baby free by myself in Nashville with no one to meet.
- 13:29SPEAKER_00: I was like, what am I going to do with my afternoon?
- 13:33SPEAKER_00: And we started talking about it on the drive down.
- 13:35SPEAKER_00: And I told my husband, maybe I could find a recording studio and just knock out this private podcast idea.
- 13:41SPEAKER_00: And so that's exactly what I did.
- 13:43SPEAKER_00: I went to a recording studio.
- 13:45SPEAKER_00: I met the nicest sound tech name, Anthony, and I recorded all 21 days plus a free intro day in one long session.
- 13:53SPEAKER_00: I had gone into it with this framework mapped out.
- 13:55SPEAKER_00: I had this whole plan, and I was like, maybe I'll record it over 21 days.
- 13:59SPEAKER_00: But when the opportunity came up, I was like, I need to just sit down and get this done.
- 14:03SPEAKER_00: Now, I want to be really, again, honest on this whole thing and talk about why I decided to do 21 days and not 30.
- 14:12SPEAKER_00: When I was brainstorming this, my husband asked me the same thing.
- 14:15SPEAKER_00: He was like, 30 days just sounds really good, you know, whole 30, there's all kinds of 30-day resets.
- 14:20SPEAKER_00: But every time I hit a panic moment in my business, it was the middle of the month or it was in the middle of something, middle of a quarter.
- 14:28SPEAKER_00: And I felt like if I told somebody I need a whole month from you, it just would have felt so overwhelming.
- 14:36SPEAKER_00: So I made a judgment call.
- 14:38SPEAKER_00: I said, you know what?
- 14:39SPEAKER_00: I think I can get this done for somebody in three weeks.
- 14:42SPEAKER_00: It's really two weeks to work on your business and one week to sell, and you're gonna see real traction.
- 14:47SPEAKER_00: You can turn this around.
- 14:48SPEAKER_00: And so I went with my gut and I stuck with 21.
- 14:51SPEAKER_00: And that's exactly how this came to be.
- 14:54SPEAKER_00: So in that studio in Nashville, here's what I put together.
- 14:57SPEAKER_00: In week one, I put together a whole group of episodes where you analyze your business.
- 15:04SPEAKER_00: Day one is definitely the hardest day.
- 15:06SPEAKER_00: We knocked that out first, and I'll be up front with you about that.
- 15:08SPEAKER_00: You're gonna go into the sales tracker and put in every revenue number so that you can see where you're at.
- 15:14SPEAKER_00: And by hard, I just mean most people don't want to do it, right?
- 15:18SPEAKER_00: I get that out of the way first because you're having the most momentum at this point.
- 15:21SPEAKER_00: You haven't, you know, given up on me and you're feeling excited.
- 15:26SPEAKER_00: This makes the biggest difference in your business.
- 15:29SPEAKER_00: I have used this tracker with every single client.
- 15:32SPEAKER_00: And most of the time, people come back and tell me things.
- 15:35SPEAKER_00: Actually, the other day, somebody came back and told me I wouldn't have gotten into debt with my business if I had had this tracker.
- 15:41SPEAKER_00: Most people are not tracking their revenue.
- 15:43SPEAKER_00: And I'm I'm telling you, like nine out of 10 people are not tracking their revenue.
- 15:48SPEAKER_00: They are not putting down here's what I'm making, here's what clients are paying me, and here's what I think that I'm gonna make next month.
- 15:56SPEAKER_00: And this will make the biggest difference in your business.
- 15:58SPEAKER_00: But then we move on to more fun things.
- 16:00SPEAKER_00: We set goals.
- 16:01SPEAKER_00: We look at what you're working towards, what you want to hit in the next year, and we break that down into more bite-sized values.
- 16:10SPEAKER_00: Then we're going to go and audit your client list, go through how you're spending your time, and make sure that you are set up for success.
- 16:18SPEAKER_00: Then we get into week two.
- 16:20SPEAKER_00: The way I design this is around templatizing or systematizing your business.
- 16:24SPEAKER_00: We're gonna get clear on your offers, we're gonna check your pricing, all the things that we set up in week one.
- 16:30SPEAKER_00: We want to make sure that all the details are in place before you go sell.
- 16:33SPEAKER_00: So if you are saying, hey, here's where I'm going at week one, we want to make sure that we're packing the right stuff, that we've got everything that we need in order to get there.
- 16:41SPEAKER_00: So it's going to be things like simplifying your tech stack, tightening up your sales templates, making sure that you have every detail in place here.
- 16:50SPEAKER_00: One of my favorite days in the whole challenge is I think it's day 13, is where you actually go and tell your team about all the changes that you've made.
- 16:58SPEAKER_00: So whether it's your VA, whether it's just people that you work with or partners, whether you have a massive team, you're saying, hey, here are all the things I've changed, here are all the things we're going to be doing differently.
- 17:09SPEAKER_00: This week is the one where the biggest changes happen.
- 17:13SPEAKER_00: So you're actually looking at how do I systematize everything?
- 17:17SPEAKER_00: And this is teeing you up for week three, which is my favorite week of all, where you're going to run a sales blitz.
- 17:23SPEAKER_00: If you don't know what I'm talking about, go listen to my sales blitz episode, especially heading into Q4.
- 17:28SPEAKER_00: It is the play where you pick up revenue that has been sitting there behind the scenes.
- 17:34SPEAKER_00: I see people run this all the time.
- 17:35SPEAKER_00: I've told the story nonstop, but you know, I ran this with a client and she ended up finding$40,000 in revenue.
- 17:43SPEAKER_00: I ran this with a different client recently, and she was like, I reached out to five people as part of a sales blitz.
- 17:48SPEAKER_00: Five people.
- 17:49SPEAKER_00: And one of them signed the contract within 20 minutes of her reaching out.
- 17:53SPEAKER_00: She was like, I reached out to him, was like, hey, you know, a couple months back, you ghosted me and he was like, oh my gosh, I totally forgot to sign that contract.
- 18:00SPEAKER_00: It's signed, and the$10,000 invoice is in your paid in your inbox now.
- 18:05SPEAKER_00: There is a way to go and find people who are ready to pay you and move the needle forward in your business.
- 18:12SPEAKER_00: And that's exactly what we do in week three.
- 18:15SPEAKER_00: When I talk to people about a sales blitz, sometimes they get overwhelmed and they're like, there's so many things I could do, so many people I could talk to.
- 18:23SPEAKER_00: I don't even know where to start.
- 18:24SPEAKER_00: And that's where the 21-day challenge is so fun.
- 18:27SPEAKER_00: I've designed it where every day I'm telling you, go reach out to this group of people, go reach out to this group of people.
- 18:33SPEAKER_00: We kick the whole thing off with, hey, here's what you're going to reach out to them with.
- 18:36SPEAKER_00: But then every day I'm telling you, go this group of people, go reach out to them and here's what you're going to say.
- 18:43SPEAKER_00: Now, all of this sounds awesome in concept, right?
- 18:46SPEAKER_00: We've got three weeks.
- 18:48SPEAKER_00: We are doing, you know, analyzing your business setting goals.
- 18:50SPEAKER_00: We're going in and actually making changes, and then we're running a sales blitz and actually putting revenue on the board.
- 18:56SPEAKER_00: But what does it actually look like?
- 18:58SPEAKER_00: Well, it's a private podcast.
- 18:59SPEAKER_00: It's delivered if you want by text, um, or you get an email at the top of the week with all the links.
- 19:04SPEAKER_00: It's also you can binge the whole thing if you want in whatever channel you listen to podcast.
- 19:10SPEAKER_00: Um, but you get a five minute or less episode.
- 19:15SPEAKER_00: Um, some of them are super short where you just listen to me talk about exactly what you need to do.
- 19:20SPEAKER_00: These are ultra short on purpose.
- 19:23SPEAKER_00: There's no stories.
- 19:23SPEAKER_00: This isn't like a narrative podcast like this one.
- 19:26SPEAKER_00: It's very action-oriented.
- 19:28SPEAKER_00: Hey, go do these things.
- 19:30SPEAKER_00: Most of the actions can be done with just a pen and paper.
- 19:32SPEAKER_00: You're just making decisions in your business.
- 19:34SPEAKER_00: But I do have a notion portal set up where you can duplicate the notion portal, start working in it yourself.
- 19:40SPEAKER_00: There's calculators in there, there's tools, there's things that are going to make it easier for you to make some of these decisions.
- 19:46SPEAKER_00: So who is this for?
- 19:48SPEAKER_00: Who did I design this for?
- 19:49SPEAKER_00: This is for you if you run a service-based business or you're an agency and you need a reset now.
- 19:56SPEAKER_00: Maybe leads are down, maybe you're not sure where the money's going, maybe you're on my wait list and you're on the fence about coaching in general and you just want to start somewhere.
- 20:04SPEAKER_00: Now, I'll be even more honest, it's not for you if you're not selling anything yet, or if you're not willing to go in and do some work on your business.
- 20:15SPEAKER_00: Those are the two caveats I have.
- 20:17SPEAKER_00: If you are like, hey, I'm brand new, I don't even have a name, I haven't sold a single thing yet, this isn't going to be super helpful to you.
- 20:22SPEAKER_00: This is for people who are in the middle of their business.
- 20:25SPEAKER_00: But if you're somebody who is in the business, you are selling, you are trying to do lead gen, you are trying to make sure that you have your best Q4 ever, this could change everything.
- 20:37SPEAKER_00: If this sounds like something you need and you're thinking, what does this cost?
- 20:43SPEAKER_00: Is this going to be like a, you know, 1997 offer?
- 20:47SPEAKER_00: I wanted it to be really accessible.
- 20:49SPEAKER_00: It's 197 and podcast listeners get$100 off.
- 20:53SPEAKER_00: So code podcast, which makes it less than$100.
- 20:56SPEAKER_00: You get the Notion portal, the private podcast, the optional links.
- 21:00SPEAKER_00: It is as accessible as I could make it.
- 21:03SPEAKER_00: I wanted it to be packed with things that would give you an ROI immediately, but at a price point that felt a lot more doable than a lot of the other materials out there.
- 21:13SPEAKER_00: No ongoing cost, 97 bucks for podcast listeners, and I really think you'll have your best quarter ever.
- 21:19SPEAKER_00: You can go to susieconsoli.com slash sell dash well.
- 21:23SPEAKER_00: Again, use code podcast to make sure that you don't pay full price.
- 21:27SPEAKER_00: Now to wrap up, if you're thinking, but wait, Susie, I really wanted to do one-to-one coaching with you or a strategy session or something like that, I would love to chat with you.
- 21:37SPEAKER_00: And I'm always talking to new clients, and I would love to get you on my wait list and talk about a timeline that works for both of us and make sure that we are aligned on kind of when it makes sense to get started.
- 21:48SPEAKER_00: But again, if you're thinking, oh my gosh, but I need help now, I feel like I need a business coach now because I need somebody to help me with the problems that I'm experiencing today.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: This might be the reset that you need.
- 22:02SPEAKER_00: You can go ahead and start this challenge, look at what actually is happening in your business and get clear on it.
- 22:08SPEAKER_00: Because here's what I know most business owners are operating on emotion.
- 22:13SPEAKER_00: And what the Sell Well Challenge does is take the emotion out of it and help you make objective decisions in your business.
- 22:19SPEAKER_00: You are not going to want to miss next week's episode.
- 22:21SPEAKER_00: I actually go into a lot more detail around what I did to build out the funnel, all of the amazing partners that I worked with.
- 22:29SPEAKER_00: I have invested in ads.
- 22:31SPEAKER_00: I'm working with cold email.
- 22:32SPEAKER_00: I am going all in on trying to make sure that my funnel is in a really good place.
- 22:38SPEAKER_00: I want to make this product awesome because I think it's going to help a lot of people.
- 22:43SPEAKER_00: I also want to build my own wait list.
- 22:45SPEAKER_00: I want to make sure that I have business coming in on a regular basis.
- 22:49SPEAKER_00: Again, I know that feels weird to say.
- 22:52SPEAKER_00: I feel like there's this bizarre thing where everybody needs to market, but you want to tell people, like, you know, I, but it's okay.
- 22:58SPEAKER_00: Like, I actually don't need business, but I want to be more upfront about that and share with you guys along the way, hey, I'm trying to build my business too.
- 23:06SPEAKER_00: And here's what I'm doing and all the pieces that I'm putting in place there.
- 23:10SPEAKER_00: So I'm going to be very transparent about that.
- 23:12SPEAKER_00: I'll give a lot of shout-out to partners who helped me build all this because this was definitely a village situation.
- 23:19SPEAKER_00: I've had a lot of people who were experts who came in and gave me great advice and helped me with a lot of different things.
- 23:25SPEAKER_00: But in the meantime, I want you to go and check out Sellwell, the 21-day challenge.
- 23:31SPEAKER_00: I want you to give me your feedback.
- 23:33SPEAKER_00: I would love to hear if it's helping your business and see if this is something that might be exactly what you're needing going into Q4.
- 23:42SPEAKER_00: Thank you so much for listening.
- 23:43SPEAKER_00: I'm so excited about launching this and about what's next for my coaching business and for Cellwell and all that is to come.
- 23:51SPEAKER_00: I really appreciate you listening and following along with this journey.
- 23:54SPEAKER_00: Until next time, sell well.
