Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
• 0:03
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. When it comes to Prince Andrew, the investigation
• 0:07
Speaker 1: continues to grow. And as the investigation grows, so does
• 0:11
  Speaker 1: Prince Andrew's exposure. And I don't think it's a shock
• 0:16
Speaker 1: to anybody out there to find out that Paul Page
• 0:19
Speaker 1: has a lot to say. Because Paul Page is somebody
• 0:22
Speaker 1: that said a lot about Andrew for a very long time,
• 0:25
Speaker 1: before it became popular even. Now, people will respond to that.
• 0:29
Speaker 1: and say that Paul Page is a criminal himself. And
• 0:32
Speaker 1: that's a fair response, right? Facts are facts. And Paul
• 0:37
Speaker 1: Page got caught up in his own drama, a property
• 0:41
Speaker 1: scam in 2009. But does that mean he's lying about
• 0:44
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew? I guess that's up for you to decide.
• 0:48
Speaker 1: But me personally, I believe what he's saying. And I
• 0:52
Speaker 1: think that a lot of times when you want to
• 0:54
Speaker 1: catch a criminal, you have to listen to other criminals, right?
• 0:58
Speaker 1: That's how you build a case. That's how you go
• 1:00
Speaker 1: after people. What, you think criminals are hanging out with
• 1:02
Speaker 1: regular folk? That's not how it works. So when it
• 1:07
Speaker 1: comes to Paul Page and his claims and the allegations,
• 1:11
Speaker 1: I'm taking them seriously. Does that mean I know they're
• 1:14
Speaker 1: 100% sure fact? No. But I'm taking them seriously, and
• 1:18
Speaker 1: I think they warrant a lot more investigation. Today we
• 1:21
Speaker 1: have an article from the iPaper and the headline. What
• 1:25
Speaker 1: Andrew Epstein, Police Will Examine, Next is they appealed to
• 1:28
Speaker 1: protection officers. This article was authored by Alana Francis. The
• 1:33
Speaker 1: Metropolitan Police is continuing to contact Royal Protection officers who
• 1:37
Speaker 1: may have worked with Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor following claims they may
• 1:41
Speaker 1: have information relevant to Jeffrey Epstein-linked investigations. And my guess
• 1:46
Speaker 1: is they do. And not just Paul Page. Because if
• 1:50
Speaker 1: you're working as one of these security detail officers, there
• 1:53
Speaker 1: is no doubt in my mind that you saw some shit.
• 1:57
Speaker 1: The question is, how many of them are willing to
• 1:59
Speaker 1: come forward? That's the big question. It comes after former
• 2:05
Speaker 1: protection officers sent a dossier of evidence on the former
• 2:08
Speaker 1: prince to the FBI, claiming that he'd been ignored by
• 2:11
Speaker 1: British police. And look, how many times have the English
• 2:14
Speaker 1: authorities blatantly ignored what was going on? Plenty of times.
• 2:19
Speaker 1: Plenty of times. So Paul Page is not wrong. to
• 2:23
Speaker 1: question if they're going to be serious about investigating this.
• 2:26
Speaker 1: But unfortunately, if he's looking for better results, I don't
• 2:29
Speaker 1: know that the FBI and the DOJ is the right
• 2:31
Speaker 1: place to go. Paul Page, who was based at Buckingham
• 2:36
Speaker 1: Palace between 1998 and 2004, claimed Mountbatten-Windsor breached security rules
• 2:41
Speaker 1: to bring women into the palace. And that's a story
• 2:44
Speaker 1: we've talked about for years. And there's no doubt that
• 2:48
Speaker 1: it's true. We've had multiple people that came out and
• 2:51
Speaker 1: corroborated it. Page, who was convicted of a three million
• 2:56
Speaker 1: pound property scam in 2009, previously told the iPaper that
• 3:00
Speaker 1: officers were instructed to ensure official visitor logs did not
• 3:04
Speaker 1: record the names of Mountbatten-Windsor's guests. Well, if you're bringing
• 3:07
Speaker 1: in girls by the busload, probably a good idea not
• 3:11
Speaker 1: to have the paper trail of that, especially considering who
• 3:15
Speaker 1: he is. But boy, talk about leaving yourself open to exposure.
• 3:21
Speaker 1: You have no idea who these women are. and you
• 3:23
Speaker 1: want to talk about honeypots, you want to talk about
• 3:26
Speaker 1: intelligence operations, the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family is
• 3:30
Speaker 1: exactly the kind of target that they're looking for. He
• 3:34
Speaker 1: said that he had seen up to three women walking
• 3:36
Speaker 1: in and out of Mountbatten-Windsor's residence in a single night
• 3:40
Speaker 1: while he was working there. His claims have so far
• 3:43
Speaker 1: not been corroborated, and the former Duke of York has
• 3:46
Speaker 1: repeatedly denied any wrongdoing. Well, it's been corroborated by anonymous sources. Now,
• 3:52
Speaker 1: of course, They're anonymous, right? So there's no doubt that
• 3:55
Speaker 1: you can dispute that. But let's not act like other
• 3:58
Speaker 1: people haven't said the same thing. Paul Page just isn't
• 4:01
Speaker 1: afraid of putting his name to it. Page also sent
• 4:07
Speaker 1: his testimony to U.S. Congressman Thomas Massey, who earlier this
• 4:10
Speaker 1: month called for Mountbatten-Windsor to be investigated and prosecuted for
• 4:15
Speaker 1: sex crimes in the U.S. I agree with that 100%.
• 4:19
Speaker 1: Plenty there to indict him. And if you think that
• 4:21
Speaker 1: a grand jury wouldn't indict Prince Andrew, you have not
• 4:24
Speaker 1: been paying attention. There is a mountain of evidence, circumstantial
• 4:30
Speaker 1: a lot of it, but that's how all cases are built.
• 4:34
Speaker 1: And you can't have that foundation unless you have circumstantial evidence.
• 4:38
Speaker 1: The problem is, nobody wants to pursue it. It's not
• 4:42
Speaker 1: clear how Page's claims will be treated by UK and
• 4:46
Speaker 1: US law enforcement, if at all. Both the Met and
• 4:49
Speaker 1: Thames Valley Police, which is investigating whether Mountbatten-Windsor passed confidential
• 4:54
Speaker 1: and official government documents to Epstein as trade envoy, declined
• 4:58
Speaker 1: to go into specifics. Yeah, they're not going to talk
• 5:00
Speaker 1: about an ongoing investigation, ever. Now, they'll have, you know,
• 5:04
Speaker 1: basic commentary, but they're not going to give you the
• 5:07
Speaker 1: nuts and bolts of it. The FBI and U.S. Department
• 5:13
Speaker 1: of Justice did not respond to a request for comment. However,
• 5:17
Speaker 1: former Met Officer Graham Wedin said investigators would review any
• 5:22
Speaker 1: information they received in order of priority. Well, I would
• 5:25
Speaker 1: think that they'd start looking at the Paul Page stuff.
• 5:28
Speaker 1: Pretty important. And if it's not real, if it's fake,
• 5:32
Speaker 1: we should know that. Let's get one more bit of
• 5:36
Speaker 1: nonsense off the table if it's nonsense. But if it's not,
• 5:40
Speaker 1: if it's not, well, Prince Andrew has a whole world
• 5:45
Speaker 1: of trouble coming his way. In my experience, any witness
• 5:49
Speaker 1: that comes forward with what is potentially relevant, viable evidence
• 5:53
Speaker 1: will be assessed, will be looked at. It's done in
• 5:56
Speaker 1: a priority order. It's done in a relevance order, as in,
• 6:00
Speaker 1: is this one of our key objectives or priorities at
• 6:03
Speaker 1: this stage of the investigation, he said. It depends at
• 6:07
Speaker 1: what stage the investigation is at when he, Page, gets
• 6:10
Speaker 1: spoken to. The fact they haven't spoken to one person
• 6:13
Speaker 1: yet doesn't mean that they are being ignored. It's just
• 6:16
Speaker 1: that whatever they put in hasn't chronologically been addressed yet. Okay,
• 6:21
Speaker 1: I guess. But come on. I know that if I'm
• 6:24
Speaker 1: an investigator and I hear this, you know, Paul Page
• 6:27
Speaker 1: talking about he has this information or that information about
• 6:30
Speaker 1: Andrew and that's my case, I'm all over it. I'm
• 6:33
Speaker 1: bringing him in. I'm sitting him down and I'm getting
• 6:36
Speaker 1: all the information I can get. And then from there,
• 6:39
Speaker 1: I'm bringing it to my superior. Look, I think we
• 6:41
Speaker 1: have enough to move on. Let's do this. Whedon added,
• 6:48
Speaker 1: there's clearly a wide range of people that need to
• 6:50
Speaker 1: be spoken to, including other retired police officers and people
• 6:54
Speaker 1: who have closer links to Andrew. And that's a fact.
• 6:59
Speaker 1: They need to do a complete and utter deep dive
• 7:03
Speaker 1: into everybody that was working the protection service to Andrew,
• 7:06
Speaker 1: everybody that was around him, and anybody who might have information.
• 7:10
Speaker 1: And if all of that is done, and then they
• 7:12
Speaker 1: come back and they say they have nothing, I'm willing
• 7:14
Speaker 1: to accept whatever results they bring us. as long as
• 7:17
Speaker 1: the investigations were robust and real. A Met spokesman said
• 7:22
Speaker 1: the Met is continuing to make written contact with former
• 7:25
Speaker 1: and serving officers who we understand may have worked closely
• 7:28
Speaker 1: in protection capacity with Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor. They've been asked to
• 7:32
Speaker 1: consider carefully whether anything they saw or heard during that
• 7:36
Speaker 1: period of service may be relevant to our ongoing reviews
• 7:39
Speaker 1: and to share any information that could assist us. I
• 7:43
Speaker 1: wonder how many people are going to come forward. and
• 7:45
Speaker 1: I wonder if they're being offered any kind of protection.
• 7:48
Speaker 1: Should any new allegations come to light, they'll be assessed
• 7:51
Speaker 1: in the usual way. A Thames Valley police spokesperson said,
• 7:55
Speaker 1: Our experienced team is working meticulously through a significant amount
• 7:59
Speaker 1: of information. While we cannot go into specific details of
• 8:03
Speaker 1: our investigation, we are following all reasonable lines of inquiry. Well,
• 8:08
Speaker 1: that's good to hear. The question is, are they really
• 8:11
Speaker 1: doing that? That's the real question, right? They've been telling
• 8:15
Speaker 1: us for how long that they're doing this, and we've
• 8:17
Speaker 1: never seen anything come of it. So it would be
• 8:20
Speaker 1: nice if just this one time, something did. Three British
• 8:24
Speaker 1: police forces, Thames Valley, the Met, and Surrey, are running
• 8:27
Speaker 1: live investigations linked to the Epstein files. The Met's leading
• 8:31
Speaker 1: a misconduct in public office investigation into Peter Mandelson, the
• 8:35
Speaker 1: former British ambassador to the U.S., amid claims that he
• 8:39
Speaker 1: leaked market-sensitive material to Epstein while serving as business secretary.
• 8:44
Speaker 1: Mandelson has denied any wrongdoing. Following the further release of
• 8:49
Speaker 1: millions of Epstein-related documents by the U.S. Department of Justice,
• 8:53
Speaker 1: the force has also launched a review of suggestions that
• 8:56
Speaker 1: London airports may have been used to facilitate human trafficking
• 9:00
Speaker 1: and sexual exploitation. Oh, they were used. And Epstein had
• 9:05
Speaker 1: multiple flats in London as well. How about we get
• 9:08
Speaker 1: to that part of the investigation? Thames Valley Police arrested
• 9:12
Speaker 1: Mountbatten Windsor in February on suspicion of misconduct in public office.
• 9:16
Speaker 1: He was released shortly afterward. The criminal offense of misconduct
• 9:20
Speaker 1: in public office is a complex one, and the scope
• 9:23
Speaker 1: of investigation may include allegations of sexual misconduct, though the
• 9:27
Speaker 1: force is not given specifics as inquiries continue. And again,
• 9:33
Speaker 1: don't expect them to give us big updates. That's not
• 9:35
Speaker 1: how it works when you have an investigation underway. The
• 9:38
Speaker 1: former Duke of York has denied any allegations of wrongdoing,
• 9:42
Speaker 1: including in relation to his official role. Surrey Police is
• 9:46
Speaker 1: investigating two separate allegations of non-recent child sexual abuse in
• 9:51
Speaker 1: the Epstein files, though specifics have not been made public.
• 9:55
Speaker 1: A small number of other forces are assessing information linked
• 9:59
Speaker 1: to the files themselves. to decide whether there's enough to
• 10:01
Speaker 1: warrant an investigation. The National Police Chiefs Council is leading
• 10:05
Speaker 1: an ongoing process to identify the scale, scope, and nature
• 10:10
Speaker 1: of any potential UK-based violence against women and girls within
• 10:14
Speaker 1: the files released by the U.S. Department of Justice. The
• 10:18
Speaker 1: process will determine if further investigation is needed. Two senior
• 10:23
Speaker 1: detectives and a senior intelligence specialist have been drafted in
• 10:26
Speaker 1: to help coordinate the national process. Intelligence experts who specialize
• 10:31
Speaker 1: in investigating organized exploitation are also providing support. And I
• 10:36
Speaker 1: think that this investigation is a lot bigger than we
• 10:39
Speaker 1: know behind the scenes. And I think the jeopardy for
• 10:42
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew grows each day. Now, am I confident that
• 10:46
Speaker 1: they're going to see it to completion? And we're going
• 10:48
Speaker 1: to see Andrew in jail? No, I am not confident
• 10:51
Speaker 1: at all that that happens. And I hope that if
• 10:54
Speaker 1: they find the evidence, that that's the goal. And that
• 10:58
Speaker 1: they're not just trying to act like they're investigating to
• 11:02
Speaker 1: calm people down. I mean, we've seen that how many
• 11:04
Speaker 1: times when it comes to Epstein? So we'll have to
• 11:07
Speaker 1: see what occurs as far as the DOJ files that
• 11:10
Speaker 1: are still in possession of the United States, as far
• 11:14
Speaker 1: as Andrew goes, and if they get those files. But
• 11:17
Speaker 1: even without them, the investigation into Andrew in the UK
• 11:21
Speaker 1: is going to continue. The only question is where it
• 11:25
Speaker 1: ends up. All the information that goes with this episode
• 11:29
Speaker 1: can be found in the description box.
