Whitehall City Auditor Shaquille Alexander is pouring his own $25,000 into a new scholarship for top local grads headed to Otterbein University—specifically for business, accounting, or economics majors. A proud alum of both Whitehall-Yearling High and Otterbein, Alexander knows firsthand how tough it can be without resources, and he’s determined to change that.
