  that nourishment and obviously now I want to remind you that you are that to someone.

  You are that scrumptiousness and you are that nourishment of the spirit that someone is seeking

  and that someone cannot wait to return to like their favorite recipe, like their favorite meal,

  warm, delicious, fragrant. You are such a generosity and there are people who cannot wait

  to feast in a very loving way, a very soft and beautiful way, not a taking energy but a receiving

  energy, people who cannot wait to receive exactly what you are here to give. It's helpful to connect

  with pleasurable experiences in your life like a sunset or a beautiful poem or a stunning song

  or a very memorable moment that means the world to you that you always go back to and think wow

  that just fills my heart with so much love. I'm so grateful that I got to live that. I'm so

  in awe of the fact that I actually experience that moment and when you're in touch with moments

  like these experiences like these foods, memories, moments, it's so helpful. It can be so expansive

  for you to see yourself mirrored in that moment. Think to yourself, oh my word, I am that.

  That's a mirror. How I feel about the sunset is how someone seeks to be hold me. How I feel about

  this film, this movie that completely opened my heart or made me laugh or made me feel like wow

  there's so much meaning and magic even in the most mundane aspects of the human experience.

  I am here to return that nourishment to the collective soul. You have come here as a gift to our

  soul. You have come here as soul nourishment. There's something that you offer. There's

  something that you embody. There's something that you express that is so deliciously
• 1:59
  fundamental and nourishing and life-giving to the soul of the people who have come here to

  impart receive what you are here to give. We've all come here to fulfill many divine soul contracts,

  many divine soul functions and I believe that each of us has come here not only to express
• 2:16
  something but to receive certain messages that are deeply resonant to us. Do you ever encounter

  something and it feels like your world completely opens or shifts? You have this paradigm shift

  moment. You have this breath of fresh air. I believe and this is just, you know, we are accepting

  multiple forms of belief and ideas and insights in the soul salon. I believe that you had a soul

  contract with that piece of art to receive it and to be receptive to it in a way that honors the

  time, the attention, the care, the devotion that went into that art creation. There's this beautiful

  soul resonance that exists between us and these forms of creation that just feel like heart made

  for us. So know that you are that for someone. Know that there are people who have come here to

  resonate with you in this lifetime because we didn't only come here to be on a stage but we also

  all came here to be part of audiences. We didn't only come here to be on the stage or to be in the
• 3:14
  studio. We also have all come here to receive each other to resonate with what each other creates

  to feel moved and enlivened by the art that people make by the stories that they tell. So trust

  that there are people, there are hearts, there are minds, souls, body, spirits who have come here with
• 3:28
  such an openness to receive exactly what you are here to give. There is a divine beautiful
• 3:34
  intelligence to all of this and you weave into the collective consciousness a thread that is so

  necessary, especially as we are part of this collective awakening that is happening as we are
• 3:45
  trying to raise all of our vibration towards love and liberation. As we do that work, know that you

  are needed, you are necessary, you are nourishment, you are hydration, you are sustenance for the

  road ahead and just like people on long journeys, what do they take with them? They take food if they

  can, they take music if they can, they take something with them to make the path softer or more
• 4:10
  expansive or more peaceful, anything tiny that they can do to allow a bit more relief or release

  or pleasure or joy on that journey. And I think we are all here to offer that to each other to allow

  the road of life, the path of life to be walked in a more gentle way, in a more gorgeous way,

  in a more poetic and potent way. And whatever your specific frequency is that you bring to us,

  whether it's fiery energy, where you activate us, whether it's softness and you bring us into
• 4:41
  an energy of slowing down and our worthiness to be slower in our movement, to experience life
• 4:47
  more deeply and more presently, whatever you bring to us, if you ground us in the earth,

  if you allow us to really know where our feet are and trust that the earth is holding us and
• 4:57
  gravity is supporting us and we are here and we are residents of this earth and no one can ever

  take that away from us. If you are here to bring us ideas and insights and possibilities and

  inspiration, if you are more of an air energy and air frequency and each of us can be multiple of

  these, we can be different ones on different days, we are all cyclical and we are also all magical

  chaotic rhythmic, whatever you are here to weave into the rhythm of your spirit and our spirit through

  trust that it is necessary, trust that you are here to guide us into a more nourishing journey of

  life into a more wonderful and wondrous path of existing because none of us are going to be here

  forever and isn't it such a gift to walk this life with beautiful poetry, with magical messages,

  with loving insights, the idea from Ram Das that I love so much that we are all walking each

  other home and so someone wants to reach out for your hand to take it and journey through life

  whether to reach for your art, to reach for your videos, your ideas, your voice in times of darkness

  or in times of light they want to travel this life with you and through you and know that we have

  been given to so generously for any mood we have an artist has made a song for any idea we think of

  someone has written a book someone has written a poem or an essay or an article someone has

  thought about it and devoted themselves to it such that we can journey with that idea through them

  and so what a tradition to have inherited wow like what a gifted inheritance that we get to be

  part of this endless chorus of creation of generosity of giving to the collective our ideas,

  our thoughts are I made this and maybe you might like it like what a generosity, what a deep
• 6:47
  a profound and a potent inheritance that we should never take for granted so if you feel cold to

  express something trust that that is something that someone is seeking to receive in vibe, in view

  take in through you that you are a vessel of the divine of your higher power of creativity itself

  you are an inherent channel of creation no one can take that away from you the way you respond

  is creative the way you communicate is creative the way you relate is increasingly more and more

  creative the way you treat yourself is creative and the art you make the art that makes you is creative

  so trust your curiosities your desires your impulses your urges they are all guiding

  they are all guiding you to be the nourishment to be the generosity to be the gift that you have come

  here to be and because we are not here to give endlessly and to plead ourselves know that your

  divine giving is also your zone of divine receiving there are forms of existing on earth forms of

  activity forms of being and doing that are so in alignment with your soul with your purpose with

  your essence that the giving you do through them is also going to feel like receiving you may

  give the music but in that giving you felt you received something you may give the message

  but in that giving and in that giving you received a download and insight you received a beautiful

  feeling you received pleasure or you received purpose or you received the sense that wow I'm really

  on my path alignment so the giving you have come here to be is so intelligently and divinely designed

  that it is also set up to feel like receiving because it is its own energy source you will receive

  energy from this form of creation because that is the energy that you have come here

  to express and also to give to us so someone who is devoted to speaking may have a ton of energy

  to speak they're willing to put up with the mundane aspects they're willing to put up with the

  inconvenience the fear they're willing to step into courage they're willing to step into discomfort

  because they have so much desire to see themselves walk that path of being the speaker they know

  they feel called to be so there's a beautiful energetic intelligence in that in that they've

  been given the energy required to embody their purpose and then what happens to the people who

  listen to them in that room they receive energy from that speaker they receive insight they receive

  a movement a flow inspiration possibility wow if they can I can wow permission wow purpose wow

  magic wow wow wow flow so we see that they are giving energy to the room as they are receiving

  energy from their purpose and from the room and so there's a divine give and take like in a

  conversation where it is balanced where you listen and you receive but you also then at the

  right moment within this dance at the most attuned moment in this dance of conversation you then

  speak and you offer and you share vulnerably and then it's not just two people speaking at each other

  there's space to receive and there's space to give and our gifts are just like that you are the

  nourishment someone seeks and you deserve to be nourished by community by support by love by

  friendship by co-creation what forms of support are you seeking are you calling in at this moment

  knowing that you supported you helped you held is going to blossom into so many more flowers and

  fruits of your spirit because we were never meant to walk this path alone we are ecosystems

  waiting for fertilizers and pollinators and co-creators and collaborators and fertile soil and

  sunshine and water and we need it all and we deserve it all it is our birthright so when you trust

  you are nourishment you also trust that nourishment needs nourishment nourishment needs nourishment

  the fruit tree cannot give fruits if there's no rain if there's no fertile soil if there's no

  pollination there is a whole team collective effort around allowing magic to happen there's also

  the energy of patience the tree knows that fruits often take months if not years to give themselves to

  us so know that you are nourishment and know that you deserve nourishment and I'm calling in for

  you all the forms of juicy pollination and support and amplification hydration sunlight sunshine

  nutrients rest you know reprieve seasons time for the seeds to really plant and have time and
