- 42:02side, serious serious things road wings. Oh oh wow. What can we
- 43:09say after that? Wow? So I'm hoping you are enjoying the food,
- 43:17the time, the brunch. We are preparing to start racing up the energy.
- 43:27More so, before we pass into that moment, I want to have
- 43:34on stage Maria Alphones and Michelle has season, which so these two women,
- 43:46with Michelle Pascal, they have created home. They will be chairing a little
- 43:52bit with you of what home is and why you are enjoying this moment.
- 43:59To get that is very very special. So I'm going to pass the microphone
- 44:05on them and then we kind of start dancing. Well, good morning,
- 44:15good afternoon. Now all, thank you so much for being here. It
- 44:21is a true honor and true pressure to be here with you, you always
- 44:27you, and we are here to speak a little bit more about where we
- 44:35are doing, where we are creating, where we are manifesting, and that
- 44:39is on We see it as a pure manifestation from our hearts from our genuine
- 44:46desire to do good in the world. It seems like when I moved to
- 44:52New York last year and when I met Mitchelle Pascale and then Mitchell never See.
- 44:58So you know, when you feel like things are just right, like
- 45:04things were just right, something was activated and I don't know how, I
- 45:07don't know what, but the three of us decided to say yes. And
- 45:14when we say yes, it's like the universe open to us. It's been
- 45:25a pure waves, like pure waves of love and the desire to help this
- 45:34move forward. So we decided to you know, flow with it. And
- 45:38we've been having fun and we've been having so much moments of true understanding that
- 45:50we have a huge responsibility here that we are blessed and honor with this nission
- 45:57that we are creating and manifest resting, and there is a true responsibility as
- 46:05just mentioned, to bring this to the world. You know, we are
- 46:09generale in our desire to bring good, to do good, and we see
- 46:15so much need for that. We do see the world needs come, the
- 46:20world needs move our love. And it took us a while to decide what
- 46:23was this that we were creating. We were creating a company, we were
- 46:28creating a project. What is this That it was moving way faster and bigger
- 46:35than we were imagining, and that's why we decided to call it a movement.
- 46:39We call it a movement to count our minds, a world movement to
- 46:44calm our minds. And because beyond that, we want to bring come and
- 46:51love two hearts and minds around the world. We want to bring it two
- 46:57schools, we want to bring it two airports, who want to bring it
- 46:59to companies, who want to bring it to so much people, to all
- 47:05like yeah, to all the people that we all need it, and we
- 47:10are in a true special position to help spread it and help bring it to
- 47:17where it's needed, where it's everywhere. So it is my pleasure. On
- 47:22one of the ends, it was created a own us three ms Michelle,
- 47:28Michelle and Maria, and we're here to serve and it is a pleasure.
- 47:35So thank you for joining us. So that's really beautiful, Mariah, I'm
- 47:43Michelle. I tried to play through several times what I wanted to say while
- 47:49I had this stage, you know, and just hearing the story of the
- 47:53three of us and how we found each other with nothing but the intentions to
- 47:59spread love and light in a time where I think everyone can agree that we
- 48:04need it. Have just when we have time listen and talk about what our
- 48:09journey has been from November. But it's been nothing short of magical. And
- 48:15I think that we've had all these blessings and all of these things happen because
- 48:20you know, we're here to serve. As Maria said, we want to
- 48:22help. And what does that mean. I mean, there's there's so many
- 48:28different elements of it. You know, when Maria talks about we want to
- 48:30bring this, we want to bring that. And you know, as many
- 48:34of you know, we had the great pleasure of performing with these amazing,
- 48:37incredible musicians at Carnegie Hall just over a month ago. Okay, so just
- 48:44to give you guys some perspective, we decided to start this company in Earnest
- 48:50at the end of last year, and we intro our company at Carnegie Hall
- 48:53with these amazing musicians, and by the end of the night, we had
- 48:59every one jumping up and down and screaming we want to change the world.
- 49:04I mean, it was incredible and it was so powerful. And then the
- 49:08question as well, how did we change the world. Well, we're starting
- 49:13first with Michelle's amazing work with calming the mind. He's created this beautiful meditation
- 49:21program that has helped many many people. I want to actually take a few
- 49:28minutes to talk about this because at Carnegie Hall we had the blessings of having
- 49:31people from these organizations join us to talk about the power of the work that
- 49:36Michelle and Juliana have done. But they know we're here talking about we want
- 49:42to spread love and light. But they have been walking their talk for almost
- 49:45a decade. So they just moved here from LA. But when they were
- 49:50in LA, four to five times a week, they were working closely with
- 49:53this foundation, Amity Foundation, which focuses on underserved communities and primary early with
- 50:00lifers and prisoners, and they would go in four to five times a week.
- 50:06And I want and I joined them to meditate with prisoners and lifers,
- 50:12people that people have forgotten, right and these lifers who are trying to reintegrate
- 50:17in society have a suicidal tendency rate of upwards of ninety eight percent, because
- 50:22imagine, after being incarcerated for over twenty years, with all the changes in
- 50:27technology, with everyone judging you, trying to come back into society and within
- 50:32the work with the work of Amity Foundation and the support that Michelle and Juliana
- 50:37have given these lifers, there have been zero instances of suicide in almost a
- 50:43decade for the population that participated there. And the recidivism, which is the
- 50:50rate at which paroli's return to prison after they've been released, average around eighty
- 50:57five to ninety percent. With this population, it's gone down to ten percent.
- 51:04And this is really important, you know, because you're like, well,
- 51:07what if prisoners have to do with me? It's a very important like
- 51:08imagine what you can do if you can decrease the rate of crime. Right
- 51:14in the United States, we have the most incarcerated than in any other country.
- 51:19This is like real generational change to help their families up. Because of
- 51:22the work that they've done, they've been approached to extend their program to two
- 51:27other programs in California. One for Veterans, Move for Veterans Shout at Molina,
- 51:37and the second is for the biggest program to combat homelessness in California that
- 51:43has a hot you know, so to create their programming for all of the
- 51:46close circuit TV within prisons, within homeless shelters to help with veterans and arguably,
- 51:55these are three of the most highly stressed populations and they have come to
- 52:00Michelle for his work. And so Michelle and Julie, I want to thank
- 52:04you guys, because I think that you the work you're doing is so amazing.
- 52:12And so I saw that and I thought, this is not just about
- 52:15that everyone can calm their mind. Because with a calm mind you have there's
- 52:20there's a huge amount of scientific research around It helps you mentally, emotionally,
- 52:27physically if you don't have any of those problems, which I doubt anyone does,
- 52:30but it helps you with creativity, with productivity, and my favorite is
- 52:37when you have a calm mind, you become present and you remember, right,
- 52:43And this is where I am now. I left my corporate job,
- 52:45which it was a great job, just over a year ago because I remembered
- 52:51that we're all connected, we're all humanity, we're connected to our planet.
- 52:55And I don't want to make this this whole big spiritual thing, but we
- 52:59are connected, and now is the time to all turn our lights on.
- 53:02We have to turn on our inner lights, and we have to connect,
- 53:06and we have to love each other and we have to help each other.
- 53:09And I really and what does that mean we are showing you how what we
- 53:14think it means. But everybody here is so special and you have your own
- 53:17way of showing what that means. And what we want to do is we
- 53:22want to have ambassadors. I love creating these clever things with own what ms,
- 53:25but ow ambassadors because I want to talk to everyone and I want to
- 53:30figure out how can we connect and how can we just keep turning the light
- 53:35on until all the lights are on? Because we really really need it right
- 53:39now. So I just I want to say thank you so much for being
- 53:44here and supporting this. And I hope that this is just the beginning of
- 53:47a butterfly effect. And trust me, it's it's magical when you get into
- 53:52that state of mind. So thank you so much. I want to add
- 54:04some saying for we shall come come back. I would like to add something
- 54:09for this two amazing woman they side to me, we shall live. We
- 54:16are the most resigned with the prisoners of California. We can change the world.
- 54:23They said that these two women they want to change the world. We
- 54:30imagine the force, the spiritual force of these two women. They are pure
- 54:37heart, pure heart. We want to change the world. Stress is not
- 54:43a fatality. We can be very active and can on stage, we are
- 54:51very active and can. So I really want to say to Maria admission,
- 54:59all may admire show how many people are able to say. We want to
- 55:02create a company. We invest our time or effort or relation all what we
- 55:08can do because we want to affair a better world. And this amazing story
- 55:15starts in New York with Maria and Michelle and France, France and France given
- 55:22up for France, he has thought of Frants wrote all his support is sharious
- 55:30vision that we can share the world altogether. This is what we will sing
- 55:37now this concert with this amazing band musician, to share with you an amazing
- 55:45positive energy, an amazing love, an amazing crazy good energy. And you
- 55:53will go back home today you will say, oh my gosh to come at
- 55:59his cutting who as a blessing we fell to the amazing algy. So thank
- 56:05you, Misha, thank you Mana, I love you, thank you,
- 56:09and thank you so much. For Julia Da Juliana is the only woman in
- 56:15America who teach meditation for men in castin for life. She's the only woman
- 56:23who does that in America. Giving up to Juliana and now let's reboost your
- 56:36lady. Okay, Let him oh the book put it and often put it
