  Lines are moving, things are always changing.

  But all. Three of these teams tonight,

  all short favorites, all the. Exact same number.

  So I don't know if that's a, you know, the planets aligning aside

  from the gambling gods or whatever it may be, was able to

  get the same price on all three of these short money line

  favorites. So of course, our goal as

  always, knowing that betting is hard and we'll get to last
• 1:08
  night's and last night was an example of us doing our part.

  And the reason why betting is hard is you can't predict the

  outcome. You can't control.

  The players on the field and again, that's that's what makes
• 1:17
  betting. Unpredictable, but also
• 1:18
  challenging. And rewarding when you're able.

  To, you know, post winning nights.

  But more importantly, maybe we can, you know, try to go 2 and

  1, eke out a winning day, which you always hear me say that.

  And the. Reason why I say that is

  realistic expectations, because it's always funny.

  I've been dealing with this for, for many years at this point.

  So it's nothing new to me. I started betting, you know, a

  long time ago, legally, of course, wink wink, but I started
• 1:44
  working in the betting industry back in 2011 and obviously it's,
• 1:47
  you know, 2016. So I, I've been doing this for
• 1:49
  15 years, you know, just basically, you know, preaching a
• 1:53
  model, putting out best bets, all that kind of stuff.

  And it's always funny because when someone is new and they
• 1:59
  just discover you and you start off like 3 and O or go, you
• 2:02
  know, have a, a winning week or have a great record, they
• 2:04
  basically catch you on a good winning streak.

  They kind of feel like betting is easy.
• 2:09
  They feel like, OK, you know, I'm just going to tell these
• 2:11
  players, I'm going to produce winning nights.
• 2:13
  I'm going to quit my day job. I'm going to bet full time.
• 2:16
  And then when you you don't do well or you have a losing night
• 2:19
  or you have a losing streak, you know, they flip out.
• 2:21
  So I think the important thing and I, I don't blame new betters
• 2:24
  because again, you think of betting as this, you know, I'm
• 2:27
  going to make millions. And hey, here's the other thing.

  People who think they know sports, like I grew up playing
• 2:33
  baseball and hockey and da da da da, and I've watched football
• 2:36
  with my dad since I was 2 years old.

  I know the sport. Therefore a lot of people think
• 2:40
  automatically, Oh, that's going to make me a really good sports
• 2:43
  better. When in reality, sometimes that
• 2:45
  bias in, you know, trying to just assume that knowing a sport
• 2:49
  is a fan makes you winning better.

  That really is not the case of anything.
• 2:52
  It may hold you back. But my whole point.

  Being is that realistic expectations are so critical
• 2:57
  because again, we're grinding and we know that it's hard to
• 3:00
  beat these razor sharp lines the odds maker set with their
• 3:03
  supercomputers every day. We got to avoid bad beats, we
• 3:06
  got to avoid injuries, we got to avoid refs or screwy crazy
• 3:09
  things happening. But again, that's what makes it
• 3:12
  challenging. That's what makes it rewarding.

  So the reason why I always say 3 pack let's go 2 and one is
• 3:16
  because I want people to just recognize the fact that.

  This ain't easy and therefore. When you grind.

  Out a two and one you feel a sense of.

  You know, happiness of satisfaction.

  I don't. Know if I want to call it

  satisfaction, but then when you go one and two it's no big.

  eke out a winning day. I think that expectation is is

  really what you want to focus on.

  Now looking back to our last night, frustrating.

  Toronto, so started the night. Off 1 and O but then.

  Just a run of bad luck and just no breaks.

  They couldn't get a single run across and in the 9th.

  Inning they had multiple hits, then grounded.

  the board, so that was frustrating The Atlanta Braves

  were even worse because the. Braves were staring at a nice

  And that young kid I was telling you about, Jr.
