- 0:15It's a very delightful little room, my new house.
- 0:21I'm realizing now, as I sit here, I was thinking, oh, this is perfect.
- 0:25We record at golden hour times.
- 0:28like we're gonna look out the window faces west but now i'm realizing my seat is directly in the
- 0:35sun you look like an angel thank you i appreciate that um also we have the window open um we're
- 0:41gonna see how that works so if you hear fun like birds chirping or those metal birds we call planes
- 0:47in the background that's what's going on there or alley screams yeah we do have a fun murderer
- 0:53that lives in the alley if you hear anything from that that's just know that's what's going on
- 0:58we're okay it's just somebody else but we don't care about them nope we sure don't unless they're
- 1:04a subscriber which we know they are so we do care about them so anyway um this is uh nice maybe we'll
- 1:13post a picture of the podcast space oh i love it um let me do a little describing so they know what
- 1:18they're getting themselves into okay it's a square room with a window yes and one door all of this is
- 1:26accurate so far. Thank you. That's all they get for the teaser. You don't even know if
- 1:32it has a floor or a roof yet. I'm not giving it all away. Subscribe. We release more on
- 1:37bonus day. Why buy the room cow? You could get the milk cow for free. Yeah. Well, welcome
- 1:49to Very Fine Friends, a podcast where friends talk about stuff. How are you, Francis?
- 1:55Weather's turning.
- 1:57I'm alive.
- 1:58And you?
- 1:59Both of those things for me as well.
- 2:01Weather's turning and I am alive as well.
- 2:03Okay.
- 2:03Yeah.
- 2:04Yay!
- 2:05Good for us.
- 2:06Yes.
- 2:08Holidays are coming up.
- 2:10Yeah.
- 2:11I know.
- 2:11Somebody posted the funniest meme yesterday.
- 2:14It was the day after Halloween and they posted, I can't believe Christmas is tomorrow.
- 2:19Oh.
- 2:20Oh, whimsy.
- 2:21And we laughed and laughed.
- 2:24you know i just noticed the other day they don't you never see a santa outfit for sale
- 2:28like in the grocery store or something
- 2:32just for halloween anytime anytime yeah like where does santa go when he needs a new santa suit
- 2:41mrs claus makes it for him old school she's uh she's got nothing else going on
- 2:48yeah quite frankly obviously she doesn't bake cookies or he wouldn't feel the need to
- 2:52get them from everywhere.
- 2:54Who wouldn't be such a whore for them when he left
- 2:56the house?
- 2:58He's got to go outside the home to get what he really wants.
- 3:01You know, if I was
- 3:02if I baked cookies for Santa, I would
- 3:04want to know his opinion on them.
- 3:06Like, I don't want them to just leave them as a gift and then like
- 3:08Like leave a little note, like
- 3:10rate them, please.
- 3:12What if he was just like, eh?
- 3:16Then I'm
- 3:17done with Santa. I'm Jewish next year.
- 3:20it's just that easy folks
- 3:22um okay
- 3:26well is there a Jewish Santa
- 3:28I think it's just Santa
- 3:31oh I think Santa goes to
- 3:35Jews as well
- 3:36Santa Goldstein
- 3:38as played by Mandy Patinkin
- 3:40Santa Berg
- 3:42yeah I could see
- 3:49Manny Patinkin playing. Me too. Wouldn't he be a great Santa Claus?
- 3:51Yeah.
- 3:53Awesome.
- 3:54You won't be good this year.
- 3:58Carrie, what are you doing?
- 3:59Carrie.
- 4:03I believe her, David.
- 4:05She's only insane.
- 4:08She's only let me down every time
- 4:09I'm going to cross with her.
- 4:11Santa?
- 4:13Oh, go back to bed, young one.
- 4:16They baked you kosher cookies, Santa.
- 4:17Santa?
- 4:19Oh, good. No pork in those cookies.
- 4:28All right.
- 4:29Cool.
- 4:29Well, I think it's time to get to our first segment.
- 4:35I said the title.
- 4:38You guys, listeners at home will remember I said,
- 4:41Welcome to Very Fine Friends.
- 4:43Yes, you did.
- 4:44Joe's too busy eating Skittles to pay attention to what's going on in front of him.
- 4:49Anyway, welcome back to Very Fine Friends, where you've been this whole time.
- 4:57Now it's time to get to our first segment, which is the invention of the week.
- 5:04Plot twist.
- 5:05I know, plot twist, folks.
- 5:07I actually have something this week.
- 5:12So, I'm nervous about this because I feel like the standard is not going to be the same.
- 5:19I feel like Francis has set such a high bar that I'm worried.
- 5:23Thank you, but you'll be great.
- 5:25The power just comes to you.
- 5:27Okay.
- 5:28All right.
- 5:29I'm going to try and channel my inner Francis.
- 5:34You're going to love this.
- 5:37I'm all prepped to love it now.
- 5:38Off to a good start.
- 5:40Okay.
- 5:41You know how sometimes you leave voicemails?
- 5:45I do know that.
- 5:47Okay.
- 5:47Okay.
- 5:48And you know how sometimes you get drunk?
- 5:52Yes.
- 5:53Okay.
- 5:55And you know how sometimes you make bad decisions and you accidentally call people that you shouldn't be calling?
- 6:00Not me, but I've heard that other people do that.
- 6:02Yeah, other people do that.
- 6:03Yes.
- 6:03It's been a long time since I've done anything like that.
- 6:05But in general, people do do that, right?
- 6:07They make poor decisions when they get drunk.
- 6:09Well, if you're texting back and forth, you have a record of something, of like what you said and what the other person said.
- 6:17if you leave a voicemail
- 6:19only they have the proof of what was said
- 6:22that's true
- 6:23so my invention
- 6:25is an app
- 6:26that automatically records
- 6:29when you're leaving a voicemail
- 6:32so that you have a record
- 6:33of what you said
- 6:34in addition to the other person
- 6:37having that record too
- 6:38so that you can be like
- 6:41I have the receipts
- 6:43I know I didn't say that thing
- 6:45or
- 6:45don't try and paint me as a weirdo
- 6:49Donna. I was just slurring my words
- 6:51a little bit. Everything else was fine.
- 6:54Anyway, that's my
- 6:55invention.
- 6:57You just want a copy
- 6:59of what you said? Yeah.
- 7:01Do they have a copy?
- 7:02Because they have a copy of it.
- 7:05So
- 7:06that's like more power
- 7:09in their hands.
- 7:11Is there any other
- 7:12practical use besides
- 7:15just having it?
- 7:20Listeners, what you can't say right now
- 7:22is Jenna's getting very exasperated
- 7:24that I don't understand her invention.
- 7:25I know, I gave him a withering look.
- 7:28Okay, anyway.
- 7:29So,
- 7:30no, I'm not actually exasperated.
- 7:33No, it doesn't really do anything else.
- 7:34I'm sure that you could come up with a fun new
- 7:36way
- 7:39to implement it.
- 7:42But...
- 7:43what would you do with it once you had it?
- 7:46I don't know.
- 7:47Get drunk and leave voicemails.
- 7:48I'm just saying, it's just like a, it's a safety.
- 7:50It's a precaution.
- 7:51Don't look at what's going on.
- 7:53Okay.
- 7:55I thought Francis was trying to cheat and look at Joe's scorecard tally thing.
- 8:00No, I don't try to cheat.
- 8:02I just do it.
- 8:03Okay.
- 8:04Go on.
- 8:06Anyways.
- 8:08Yeah, I just, it's a good, like, cover your ass scenario.
- 8:11out so here's how i thought of it or this is why i thought of it i was watching the movie barbarian
- 8:16the other day and there's a scene where um justin long's character who is accused of sexual
- 8:23misconduct by like an actress and he's a director that means he did it well he did do it but the
- 8:30point is like he thinks he's in the right because like oh whatever but he gets super drunk and he
- 8:35leaves this chick a message i'm like you're under like legal like there's like legal implications
- 8:40to what just happened here.
- 8:42So, like, if the next day you looked at your phone
- 8:45and you were like, oh, shit, I made a call.
- 8:48What did I say?
- 8:50Or what if you butt dialed
- 8:52and you don't know what was on that message?
- 8:54Yes.
- 8:55Yeah.
- 8:56Exactly.
- 8:57You don't even have to be drunk.
- 8:58You could just be, you could just have a pointy butt.
- 9:01The dials people.
- 9:03Yes.
- 9:04Yeah.
- 9:05Let me ask you this.
- 9:06Yeah.
- 9:07Don't you think it would also be, like, a better,
- 9:10maybe a feature of your app is instead of leaving the voicemail,
- 9:14it holds it on your phone for 12 hours.
- 9:18This way,
- 9:19when you wake up,
- 9:20you have a chance to decide if you really want to send it.
- 9:24Oh,
- 9:24so it's like a,
- 9:26it's like a little holding period.
- 9:28Yeah.
- 9:28And they,
- 9:29on their phone,
- 9:29it could say voicemail pending.
- 9:33Ooh,
- 9:33that would be intriguing.
- 9:35What if you got a little notification that said voicemail pending?
- 9:39That would be intriguing.
- 9:40like if you had that you'd be like and then if and then if it disappeared you'd be like whoa
- 9:48what were they going to say i wish i hadn't just said that word out loud just in case um
- 9:54i i like i actually do see practical implications for this app um what about
- 10:01what about if you're gonna leave a voicemail you know how like when you're on um what app am i
- 10:08thinking um oh like offer up if i go to message someone on offer up it's like this person rarely
- 10:14replies or this person responds 76 of the time oh what if it tells you things like like this person
- 10:21prefers sober voicemails looking to give you an opportunity to hang up or like this person what
- 10:27if you said this person prefers a drunk voicemails and someone just like takes a bunch of shots
- 10:32waits 20 minutes and calls back oh i'm just so nice and i just well you could put a drunk filter
- 10:38on the voicemail.
- 10:39So like,
- 10:40you start talking
- 10:41and then the filter
- 10:41changes it a little bit
- 10:42as though you were drunk.
- 10:44Which gets you out
- 10:44of legal problems
- 10:45because it went
- 10:46through a filter.
- 10:49How does that get you
- 10:50out of legal?
- 10:50I mean,
- 10:51I know you're a lawyer.
- 10:51Because I didn't say that.
- 10:52It's a fun filter.
- 10:54You know,
- 10:54so if I was like,
- 10:55hey Jenna,
- 10:56haven't seen you in a while
- 10:57and the voicemail
- 10:58came through,
- 10:58I was like,
- 10:59bitch,
- 10:59what up?
- 11:03So it's like a translation
- 11:04to drunk translation?
- 11:06Yeah.
- 11:06hit your boy
- 11:08I miss you
- 11:12you just made me choke on my starburst
- 11:20don't worry I know the
- 11:21CPR
- 11:23I know the CPR
- 11:27you like I mean I think that would be fun
- 11:30yeah that would be fun
- 11:31or if you're angry oh this is a really
- 11:34good one you know how sometimes we speak in anger
- 11:36I do know that
- 11:37what if the filter
- 11:38stopped that
- 11:39what if it's like
- 11:40listen up
- 11:41you stupid ass
- 11:44don't talk to Jeremy again
- 11:45you know he's mine
- 11:47and then the filter was like
- 11:48we really need to have
- 11:49a conversation about
- 11:50boundaries
- 11:51and men
- 11:53but I love you
- 11:55I miss you
- 11:58oh no
- 12:00that's why they call it a windpipe
- 12:02the noise I just made
- 12:04oh
- 12:05now we know
- 12:06I do like it.
- 12:08Do you have a name for this?
- 12:12I have the receipts, Donna.
- 12:15That's my name.
- 12:22Voicemail modulator.
- 12:24Mail mod.
- 12:33Hold message.
- 12:34Hold message.
- 12:36Holden Callfields.
- 12:47Well, it's expanded now.
- 12:49Because there's no features.
- 12:51As per usual, you've taken it and made it even more practical than what my original idea was.
- 13:00I'm not thinking it's not practical.
- 13:01Hey, Jenna, give me a call back sometime.
- 13:03It's been a while since we spoke.
- 13:04Beep.
- 13:04I don't love my wife I love you
- 13:07that's the drunk filter
- 13:09yeah
- 13:10yeah
- 13:13I don't know any other names Joe you're pretty good
- 13:17Joe's been like you've been on fire
- 13:19with the names recently playing a name game
- 13:21I was thinking
- 13:23either voice me
- 13:25instead of voicemail or
- 13:27something like with VM
- 13:29for voicemail like
- 13:31my VMs
- 13:33slide into my VMs.
- 13:35I like something to do with VMs.
- 13:38It's not that, but it's
- 13:39somewhere there.
- 13:42I'll keep thinking about it.
- 13:45How about
- 13:46VMVD?
- 13:47Now we both have it.
- 13:58Listeners, I'm sorry for laughing
- 13:59really loudly into my mic just now.
- 14:03Okay, well, we'll settle on a name.
- 14:08We'll let you know when we get a final name.
- 14:11Yeah, and also, this idea is actually just spawning layer on layer of potential,
- 14:16because you could do anything.
- 14:19You could even do voice filters.
- 14:21So it's like, ah, put a funny voice on this one.
- 14:22Or make it sound like her.
- 14:24Make it sound like I'm Jenna.
- 14:26And the call is coming from me.
- 14:28Yeah.
- 14:29Oh, that version could be called voicemail fraud.
- 14:32Ooh.
- 14:32Mail fraud.
- 14:33so yeah i think you gonna be raking it in soon oh thank god you could use that yeah i won let it change you Thank you Thank you for keeping me grounded Of course Could finally put in a roof and a floor in the studio
- 14:55Joe, don't tell them.
- 14:56They're going to find out when they subscribe.
- 14:59Or when they go to veryfindsfriends.com and look at the other stuff section of our website and see the picture on there.
- 15:06If you'll excuse me, I need to walk across the room, which means my feet are now in hay.
- 15:14But watch out for the lava pit.
- 15:18Baby toe.
- 15:19Bye-bye, baby toe.
- 15:22Oh, no.
- 15:24If you get thirsty, just look up and open your mouth.
- 15:26It started raining.
- 15:27And wait.
- 15:30Watch out for the podcast pet falcon.
- 15:33oh no i was trying to do a you and you succeeded yeah that was
- 15:40that was oh no we're being swarmed by falcons they thought they were being called
- 15:43well great i think that um i think you should do more inventions you've got the you've got the juj
- 15:53and she loves us a long time um well we'll see of this
- 15:59we'll see how this pans out um i mean i'm assuming we're immediately going to be rich so
- 16:08yeah in which case yeah i'll keep inventing once every four or five years when an idea comes to me
- 16:16i'll throw it into the podcast oh and you know what else it could even tell the person who gets
- 16:21the voicemail they there's a 39 chance this person was inebriated
- 16:27oh yeah you know so that they know because like let's say you're let's say you you had a long
- 16:37long time lover and like he never treated you 100 right and it was on again off again and you
- 16:43really love this guy but you decided for your own sanity you couldn't be around him anymore
- 16:47then he calls you you know just like jana you're the only one for me wouldn't you know
- 16:53though if you were a long time lover well i want the app to say there's an 86 chance he's playing
- 17:03you he's playing a fool but what if i just like speaking as if i'm drunk then the filters
- 17:10translates it to sober so you give it a baseline like it you you like talk into it and and it'll
- 17:17determined. This is my sober state.
- 17:19Yeah. The app comes with a breathalyzer.
- 17:22You can't fool the app.
- 17:24Hmm.
- 17:26Every good app
- 17:27comes with an external piece of hardware.
- 17:30And you have to pay
- 17:31to get them to come in the mail.
- 17:33Like Harry's razors.
- 17:38Okay.
- 17:40Good job. Thank you.
- 17:42I think you've made your
- 17:43invention abundantly clear.
- 17:45Thank you. I appreciate that.
- 17:47yes
- 17:47uh
- 17:50all right
- 17:51I think that
- 17:51wraps up
- 17:52the invention
- 17:53of the week
- 17:55now it's time
- 17:59for our next
- 18:00segment
- 18:00wrong
- 18:03uh
- 18:07do you want to
- 18:08describe this
- 18:08segment
- 18:08Francis
- 18:09yes
- 18:11so
- 18:11wrong
- 18:12is a
- 18:15segment
- 18:15where
- 18:16one of us will begin to dazzle the other with a story or news of some kind,
- 18:23but then the other person interrupts with corrective information
- 18:28that, of course, then changes the trajectory of the story.
- 18:31Then we have to explain how, of course, that makes sense.
- 18:35You know what I'm saying?
- 18:37Yeah.
- 18:37Like clear?
- 18:39Yes.
- 18:40You need a voicemail for this?
- 18:43Are you going to be using the drunk filter?
- 18:44There's a 100% chance Francis was drunk.
- 18:47It's Francis.
- 18:48Of course he was drunk.
- 18:49I'm kidding.
- 18:49I don't drink.
- 18:50Yeah.
- 18:51Yeah.
- 18:53Drunk on oxygen.
- 18:58Okay.
- 18:59Well, go ahead.
- 19:01Okay.
- 19:01I'm going to start telling you about something.
- 19:04Can't wait to correct you.
- 19:05Okay.
- 19:06So there's this really cool feature in my neighborhood.
- 19:10On Fridays, they do food trucks.
- 19:13so there's a whole bunch of food trucks in the neighborhood so that um anyone can go up there
- 19:20with themselves with their children and there's a variety of different sort of foods i'm sorry i'm
- 19:27gonna have to correct you there francis um it's just eight food trucks and they only sell haggis
- 19:36oh that's right that's why they all said it's us haggis on them um and so actually my community
- 19:46partners with haggis incorporated um and they send eight trucks because as you know haggis is
- 19:52overwhelmingly popular in arizona um and they actually have to have armed guards outside
- 19:58because people will kill for haggis
- 20:01and children will kill people will drop pens for haggis yes they will um that's how they signal to
- 20:11other people by the way when one of the children wants to make a kill they drop a pen
- 20:15and all the children attack and what they've done is uh actually the food trucks can't even
- 20:21come out anymore because the children found a weakness on the food truck is at the top there's
- 20:24a vent a toilet vent uh i'm sorry to correct you again here francis but um the at the top is an
- 20:35actual toilet on the top of these haggis food it's not a vent right so that that's that does
- 20:42track because what happens is uh the children put the toilet there um and what they what they do is
- 20:48they eat little bombs
- 20:51and then they
- 20:53climb onto the toilet
- 20:54and they go.
- 20:57One by one? One by one.
- 20:58They shit out the little bombs. And they flush the bombs
- 21:00into the food trucks.
- 21:03And that's how the workers are
- 21:05violently killed.
- 21:07And it also blows the doors
- 21:09open so the kids can get in and get the haggis.
- 21:11Which is, here's the crazy thing about that though.
- 21:13Is
- 21:14these, God bless
- 21:16these food truck workers
- 21:17for being so trusting and so sweet.
- 21:20They see a line of little kids
- 21:22waiting to climb up on top of their food truck
- 21:25and use their toilet on top of the truck.
- 21:29They're just like,
- 21:30oh, sure, children, go right ahead.
- 21:32Meanwhile, everybody knows this happens all the time.
- 21:35These little toilet bombs going off.
- 21:38It's the official motto of Haggis Incorporated.
- 21:43We'd never assume a bomb.
- 21:44that's not the kind of world we want to live in where bombs are just going off day noon and night
- 21:53of indeterminate toilet origin so they allow it trademark you know what it is there's their motto
- 22:05is trademark they know that if something bad happens to them they die doing what they love
- 22:09which is scoop and haggis out what's haggis by the way is it like a yogurt that's such a great
- 22:13question yeah what is haggis can you it's conceptually i know conceptually i mean the
- 22:19scottish it's a scottish delicacy and i think it's i mean it's just a lump of meat really but
- 22:25i think inside of us there's a little bit of haggis oh but we um i think what they found is
- 22:31that the meat is the reason for the violent bomb crapping children it actually contained a
- 22:39a contagion that made the children violent.
- 22:44Um,
- 22:45I'm going to correct you again here,
- 22:47Francis.
- 22:47Um,
- 22:48yeah,
- 22:48it's,
- 22:49uh,
- 22:49it wasn't actually a contagion.
- 22:50It was just,
- 22:51there's something that is activated.
- 22:54Once you turn,
- 22:54like the second you turn 18,
- 22:56your body is suddenly able to,
- 22:58to handle the haggis and,
- 23:01and it becomes like a nonviolent instigator in your body.
- 23:08Um,
- 23:08as opposed to a violent instigator in your body.
- 23:12There's something about the age of 18 haggis knows.
- 23:16Yeah.
- 23:17And so that's why it's only children that are doing the murdering.
- 23:20And the parents are praying every night that their children aren't affected
- 23:24because one in every 12 bombs goes off in the colon.
- 23:28I know.
- 23:29Yeah.
- 23:29God.
- 23:30And then people only have half of their child.
- 23:34The left half.
- 23:36Yeah, it goes up and down.
- 23:38Yep.
- 23:38Not top and bottom.
- 23:40That's another thing that happens when you turn 18 is your colon writes itself.
- 23:44It's no longer running all the way around your body, up and down your body.
- 23:48Yeah.
- 23:48That's why it's called the adult colon.
- 23:51Yep.
- 23:53Yep.
- 23:53They're not calling it the kid colon.
- 23:55No, the kiddie colon.
- 23:57Yeah, no, not anymore.
- 23:58Nope.
- 23:58Not anymore.
- 23:59Isn't that beautiful?
- 24:01It is beautiful.
- 24:02I love that about your neighborhood.
- 24:03Yes.
- 24:03Yes. We also have a pool that is 40 feet deep.
- 24:09That's really deep.
- 24:11It's a scuba pool.
- 24:13It's to help learn to scuba.
- 24:15I'm sorry to interrupt you.
- 24:19It's not a scuba pool.
- 24:21It's to help you learn how to escape in case you've ever been dropped into a river with concrete blocks on your feet by the mob.
- 24:29it's to simulate being deep inside of a river or an ocean that's right that's why they have the
- 24:37concrete blocks next to with their little straps on them so you can just put them on your feet and
- 24:41you kind of like waddle over the edge and jump in uh yeah i think i must have got that fact wrong
- 24:47because the sign is so misleading it's whatever it says i know the sign just says no diving no
- 24:52diving hashtag and no be scoob yeah what was i supposed to think i know i'm not mad at myself
- 24:58for this. No, you shouldn't. No, you shouldn't be.
- 25:00And the mob comes to train there.
- 25:02Oh, which is so funny
- 25:03that they come to train there.
- 25:05They could be victims too. Well, they come
- 25:08to train throwing people over the sides of
- 25:10rivers. And they train
- 25:11being the one thrown in. You know, one out of every
- 25:1412 mobsmen.
- 25:15It goes the way of a colon
- 25:18bomb. Yeah.
- 25:19Yeah. Yeah. God. Rest in peace.
- 25:23Wow. One out of
- 25:2412. Yeah. That's a dangerous
- 25:26dangerous number. Well, what they're
- 25:28finding more and more in science is that everything has a 1 in 12 chance. So all of math can be boiled
- 25:33down to 1 in 12. That's why the word dozen is so popular.
- 25:41Sorry to correct you again, Francis. The word dozen is so popular because it stands for dozen,
- 25:50which is the way they, that's the collective term, the Dutch collective term for a lot of
- 25:57donuts just a lot of donuts specifically 12 um they called them doos ends and that's when you
- 26:05would you'd get a bundle of donuts and you'd bring them to your friends or whoever you wanted
- 26:11but uh the dutch would actually they would have if you ever see this is why they love rings so
- 26:19much because it reminds them oh it's dozen season oh bringing the dozens uh that does sound very
- 26:29familiar and it also reminds me that the donut hole is because the dutch stole the hole so they
- 26:37say dozen stole the hole dozen stolen yeah dozen dozen stolen milch and um and people run because
- 26:47the sounds that scare them because they aren't used to dutch no one's no one's even the dutch
- 26:52are not used to dutch yeah please oh god what's that in the distance oh i hope it's german oh
- 26:56no it's wooden shoes oh quick i better get running clog clog clog clog um it's the woosan season and
- 27:02the dutch also invented the colon bomb but they did it as a joke and then sadly these kids got a
- 27:10hold of it and weaponized it as kids do god what are you gonna do with kids you know well
- 27:16don't be around them because statistically
- 27:191 in 12 will explode.
- 27:21Don't give them haggis.
- 27:23Yeah, but everyone's addicted to haggis
- 27:24because it's a scheduled 2
- 27:26meet kodak.
- 27:28So we can't stay away. Even right now,
- 27:30I've got a hankering. Don't, Francis.
- 27:32We want some haggis. Actually, you're over 18.
- 27:34It'll just induce peace in you.
- 27:37It will induce doozin'
- 27:38peace.
- 27:40Yeah.
- 27:42That reminds me, I want to go to Dutch
- 27:43Bros.
- 27:45the oh i thought you're gonna say pennsylvania dutch country no i want well yes i want to go to
- 27:50the dutch bros in pennsylvania dutch country there they just call it bros oh that's right
- 27:56i heard that they use horses to stomp their coffee beans yeah hoofin hoofin bean hoofin bean yep
- 28:04yeah um well that's well that's a fun little tradition yeah for your neighborhood that's why
- 28:15we picked it that's why you picked the neighborhood yeah because of the exploding children exploding
- 28:20children and the the mob the mob training pool yeah character so it's gone in these newer
- 28:26communities i know what are we we are losing something i feel like as a as a society you know
- 28:35everyone everyone now like they won't want their own private mob training pool it's like no this
- 28:41should be a community thing yeah i want to look out and i want to see toilets on top of things
- 28:45yes thank you i want to see the children exploding yeah it's okay if they live
- 28:51i'd be fine with that if they live they don't have to die
- 28:55i don't know can't they want they can they want to child's right to die yep
- 29:02brought to you by oregon
- 29:05um can i tell you something that we do in my neighborhood oh yeah please do okay um please
- 29:15doozin in my neighborhood um uh there every year around this time um we hang stockings on our trees outside and then uh we act as like little santa clauses for our neighbors so like you try and like sneak a little gift into somebody stocking
- 29:39oh i gotta correct you oh um they don't act like santa clauses they act like mandy patinkins
- 29:44oh you're right i'm so sorry they're just basically basically the same in my mind yeah
- 29:50and it wasn't a little more rfk i think than mandy anyway it wasn't stockings it was butter
- 29:55yes that's right sorry uh i i always buy my butter in a in a long a butter stocking a butter
- 30:04stocking so i i get them confused in my mind but yes we like to hang butter and hide tree we hide
- 30:11treats inside other people's hanging butter um and it's just kind of a fun little thing and kind of
- 30:17and then you get something it's kind of like a secrets uh mandy patinkin secret patinkin secret
- 30:23Patinkin.
- 30:25Where, yeah.
- 30:29It's just kind of a fun thing.
- 30:31Oh, I have to correct you.
- 30:33Your whole neighborhood dreads this.
- 30:35It's a horrifying
- 30:37tradition that scares
- 30:39everyone. Oh,
- 30:41sorry. By fun, I meant
- 30:43people look on
- 30:45it with
- 30:46fascination.
- 30:48Like a car wreck. Or like a horror
- 30:51movie, yes. So it's
- 30:53It's fun in that way.
- 30:54That's, like, so terrible you can't help but watch kind of a way.
- 30:59Yeah, because the butter does turn pretty quickly.
- 31:02And then the whole neighborhood smells terrible.
- 31:05Yeah.
- 31:06For, like, a month.
- 31:07Because we do this, like, all of December.
- 31:10Yeah.
- 31:12Isn't this why, you know those neighborhood watch signs?
- 31:15Isn't that why instead of the weird hooded figure, it's just...
- 31:19Butter.
- 31:20Butter?
- 31:20Yep.
- 31:21Yeah.
- 31:22so it must be hard for you because i've no one visits those neighborhoods and you can't sell a
- 31:26house in them it is that's it's tough um santa avoids our house on christmas eve which is kind
- 31:37of a bummer because like i asked for things santa i still want them to but he he can't
- 31:42the only butter santa should know should be the sweet butter in a butter cookie not
- 31:47any kind of rancid butter so i get it why he ditches our neighborhood
- 31:53um this also is why the children are so angry in the home because they don't get to see santa
- 32:01in your neighborhood specifically yep um and that's why they're little midnight chokers
- 32:07yeah the parents lock their doors now it's it's hey it sounds like a fun little nickname the
- 32:13Midnight Jokers. It is not.
- 32:16It is not
- 32:17a fun little
- 32:19intramural baseball team.
- 32:24They are violent.
- 32:26That's why the birth rate's gone down.
- 32:28Yeah.
- 32:29In your neighborhood. Actually, the birth rate hasn't gone
- 32:32down. The murder rate's
- 32:34gone up.
- 32:36People are still having the babies.
- 32:37They just...
- 32:38Yeah.
- 32:40Yeah.
- 32:41you know half of them choke their parents and the half that get out blow up food trucks they
- 32:48go to your neighborhood it's become a very scary world my god i know didn't used to be this way
- 32:54i gotta actually correct you there francis oh it's been like this
- 33:01since for over 2 000 years jesus was a midnight joker oh that's right the one of the wise
- 33:11The craftsman actually brought him some haggis, and it set him off.
- 33:15It said that he walked on haggis, I remember now.
- 33:17And it just, once he turned 18, it was fine.
- 33:21We had to get there.
- 33:22Why do you think the Bible has so many years of Jesus' life just missing from it?
- 33:29Because there were haggis-induced fear years.
- 33:32Oh, and, you know, couldn't trust people with the truth, of course.
- 33:36Yeah.
- 33:37Well, and he was a kid, you know, like, clean slate, you know.
- 33:41everybody gets a little bit
- 33:43oh
- 33:45I have to correct you on that actually
- 33:47there's no such thing as a clean slate
- 33:49if you did one thing wrong as a child
- 33:51it stays with you
- 33:53even up to your first job application
- 33:55oh
- 33:57shocked you didn't know that
- 33:58that's why I've never been hired
- 34:01for anything
- 34:02because you did all that weird stuff as a kid
- 34:04yeah
- 34:05you were just going around being like
- 34:08I'm acting Jesus
- 34:09sorry
- 34:12I forgive you
- 34:14I'm your friend I'd hire you
- 34:16thanks
- 34:17you're not hiring
- 34:19empty words I know
- 34:21well
- 34:22tell that to IHOP
- 34:24they wouldn't hire me
- 34:25yeah I know you're on their wall
- 34:28oh you didn't know that
- 34:29it's a picture of you
- 34:30holding nuts
- 34:33Philbert's nuts
- 34:35actually Francis I'm going to have to correct you
- 34:38there isn't a picture
- 34:39of her hanging on the IHOP wall.
- 34:41It's a likeness drawn by a police sketch artist.
- 34:44She got away too fast
- 34:45before they could take a picture.
- 34:46Oh, it's just so,
- 34:48they did such a good job,
- 34:48I thought it was a photograph.
- 34:50Use expensive pencils.
- 34:53I do have very drawable features.
- 34:57I have to correct you on that.
- 34:59Oh, yep.
- 35:02You are so unique
- 35:05that they couldn't even, an artist couldn't even draw you in an art class.
- 35:11You're barely human.
- 35:13My features are so...
- 35:14Enochian.
- 35:15They're so nebulous.
- 35:17Yeah.
- 35:18Yeah.
- 35:19Yeah.
- 35:19Even sitting here across from you, sometimes I'm like, am I tripping?
- 35:22Am I on?
- 35:22Is that her?
- 35:23I can't tell.
- 35:24Is that a light being from away?
- 35:29A light being from away?
- 35:32Yeah, you probably didn't know that, but it's okay.
- 35:33actually your parents were from
- 35:36they are light beams
- 35:37from far away
- 35:39you were dropped off here much like Superman
- 35:42I gotta correct you there
- 35:46I am Superman
- 35:48I thought you looked familiar
- 35:50I don't like to advertise it
- 35:53because then everybody will want you to do things for them
- 35:56there's only one thing I would want you to do for me
- 35:58what's that?
- 35:59I'm gonna jump out of a building and I want you to just let it happen
- 36:02deal god bless you superman
- 36:08okay well we learned a lot we did learn a lot um and i'm glad we were all here to correct the record
- 36:17so now the true story is out there and and uh listeners if you think you can draw jenna
- 36:25Please.
- 36:26I dare you.
- 36:29Try and draw me and then tag us on socials at very fine friends.
- 36:34Yeah.
- 36:35And then watch your fucking back.
- 36:37Yeah.
- 36:38Coming for you.
- 36:39This is my drunk voicemail.
- 36:41You tried to make a picture of me.
- 36:43I'm coming for you.
- 36:45But then the voicemail filter hits.
- 36:47Love you, boo.
- 36:48Draw me, boo.
- 36:50Boo, boo, boo, boo, boo.
- 36:51the filter is just the word boo a bunch of times it's just malfunctioning
- 36:57um all right well that has been wrong i like when you teach me things thank you
- 37:09um i like when you teach me things i like learning new things yeah this um segment made
- 37:15me not want to try haggis though i can just be honest i've never had it but it seems disgusting
- 37:21Sorry, Scottish people.
- 37:23They have other food.
- 37:24Do they?
- 37:26Francis, I'm going to have to correct you.
- 37:29I don't think they do, actually.
- 37:31Oh, okay.
- 37:33All right, well, we have time for one final segment.
- 37:36That is the big question.
- 37:42Ooh.
- 37:44Thank you for reacting.
- 37:45I was actually waiting for you.
- 37:47Yeah.
- 37:47Okay.
- 37:48Boo-boo.
- 37:49I have a big question for you.
- 37:50Okay.
- 37:51let's say that you were about to go on a first date with somebody
- 37:59and you were like, maybe like texting back and forth. You're really connecting. You're like
- 38:04very excited. Um, and then at the last minute you decide I'm going to stand them up.
- 38:17you're going to ghost them right so you have a first date you don't show up for the first date
- 38:22so this person is also very surprised by this because they would have thought
- 38:27for sure that you were going to show up so
- 38:30let's say you don't get in contact with them for like you just don't show up for your date
- 38:39you set the date you set the date yourself for like a nice place like maybe a nice steakhouse
- 38:44Like this is going to be like a wonderful evening.
- 38:47They're there at the steakhouse waiting for you.
- 38:50You don't show up.
- 38:53They don't hear from you for like five or six days.
- 38:58Nothing.
- 39:02What would be your excuse where they would be not only not mad at you anymore,
- 39:13but they would want you even more
- 39:16like they would find you so alluring
- 39:20that they're like okay with the fact that you just abandoned them
- 39:22and ghosted them for like a week
- 39:24and it can't be like a family emergency or anything like that
- 39:27what excuse could you come up with
- 39:30that would make them want you even more than they did
- 39:32originally
- 39:34let's see
- 39:37what to do
- 39:39what to do
- 39:40him.
- 39:43I'm going to say
- 39:44it can't be a family emergency.
- 39:47Can't be a family emergency.
- 39:50Does it have to be verifiable?
- 39:53No. Thank God.
- 39:56Okay. Then I might say that
- 40:05I
- 40:05have had
- 40:07lifelong visions,
- 40:09which I usually ignore.
- 40:10um,
- 40:12they used to happen a lot when I was a kid and some of the stuff would like come
- 40:15true. So it started to scare me. So I started to take medication to stop my
- 40:19dreaming. Um,
- 40:21but I forgot to take my medication the other day.
- 40:24And because I had not dreamt in so long,
- 40:26I had a really powerful dream wherein I
- 40:30cured a horrible disease using science in my dream.
- 40:36But when I woke up,
- 40:37I knew that it was true and I had to get it to
- 40:39I had to get it to
- 40:42a Mongolian scientist
- 40:44because it was
- 40:46my dream was a Mongolian
- 40:47and I remembered it all
- 40:50crisply
- 40:52I had to get it to him
- 40:54so I flew to Mongolia
- 40:57I found the
- 40:59scientist
- 41:02who was the only person in the world
- 41:05working on this by the way
- 41:06that's a silent killer
- 41:08but we don't talk about it
- 41:11it's too horrible
- 41:13and anyway so I
- 41:17shared the information
- 41:18and he got to work right away
- 41:20but then I remembered like
- 41:22oh my god
- 41:23I stood up
- 41:26the love of my life potentially
- 41:28I had to get this out
- 41:30you understand that it was a choice between
- 41:33saving people
- 41:34and
- 41:36not saving people.
- 41:40But the flight to Mongolia is pretty long.
- 41:43Couldn't you have just texted or sent an email or something?
- 41:46I could only speak Mongolian.
- 41:49I couldn't write it.
- 41:51That's the thing about dream visions.
- 41:53No, no, but I mean, the flight to Mongolia is pretty long.
- 41:57Couldn't you have texted or emailed the lady or the man?
- 42:03Oh.
- 42:04No, because...
- 42:05Your date?
- 42:05Yeah, no, I see what you're saying.
- 42:07No, I couldn't do that because you don't understand.
- 42:08When you wake up with a dream vision, all I did from Phoenix to Mongolia, Mongolian International Airport, was repeat.
- 42:18Phoenix Municipal Airport to Mongolia International.
- 42:20I just repeated in Mongolia nonstop what I was going to be saying because I didn't want to forget it.
- 42:25If I took even two minutes out of that to get on my phone, I could have lost it forever.
- 42:30And then millions of people could have paid the price.
- 42:33wow uh i i well i can't wait to see the news story saying that all of these these have been
- 42:45all of these diseases have this terrible disease that we all don't talk about but we all know is
- 42:50the silent killer my grandfather has it i can't wait for him to be cured i just found out something
- 42:56black rock bought mongolia
- 42:59what why wouldn't they want to release this cure who among us could know but they're holding on to
- 43:09the information they bought it so that they could hold on to it oh my work for nothing
- 43:16i hope that you're still attracted to me because you know my heart oh and i'm banned from mongolia
- 43:23now blackrock banned you from mongolia they were worried that i would i would come back and solve
- 43:29it myself. Well, you must still
- 43:31remember the formula. You were repeating it
- 43:33nonstop for days. There was heavy turbulence
- 43:35on the flight back home and I hit
- 43:37my head on the overhead carrying
- 43:39storage bin.
- 43:42And I, all I could remember
- 43:43was a face and a name and it was yours.
- 43:46Margaret.
- 43:47Margaret. That's the only thing you could
- 43:49remember? Margaret's face.
- 43:51Yeah. So I think that means we're
- 43:53soulmates.
- 43:55So,
- 43:56you don't remember any of like our conversations?
- 43:59you just remember my name and my face my distinct face that can clearly be drawn by a police sketch
- 44:06artist uh no no that's not true because before we met up i just i hit my head on the toilet
- 44:12at the restaurant and then some of our conversations came back so it not just about your face i think you a nice person wait so you were at the restaurant and you hit your head on a toilet at the restaurant yeah i always go to the bathroom before a date and then so that so that you hit
- 44:27your head you fell asleep then in the toilet so you woke up in the bathroom of the steakhouse
- 44:32with your mongolian vision having come true or your mongolian vision then you left the steakhouse
- 44:40immediately went to the land of the mongols the mongol republic uh yeah yep then i came home
- 44:52oh and i brought you this from the airport it's a mongolian hoodie it has fur on the hood
- 44:59wow i want you even more now i did it i'm not at all concerned that you have to take
- 45:07medications to avoid having visions?
- 45:10Not anymore.
- 45:12That was the last one. That's how you know
- 45:13you're about to meet the love of your life.
- 45:15Stop having visions.
- 45:17So then if you have another vision while we're together,
- 45:19you're going to break up with me because then you know that I'm
- 45:21not the love of your life? That's what we in the men
- 45:23community call an easy out.
- 45:31Okay.
- 45:32And there you have it.
- 45:33Well, that would work. There was a man named
- 45:35Mongolia, and he saved me.
- 45:37hmm okay do you have a
- 45:43um let's see i haven't i should have thought of this because this was my question but i haven't
- 45:50thought about it too much okay that's good it'll be organic
- 45:52trevor i'm so so sorry i'm so sorry i broke off our date i you'll never believe what happened
- 46:06probably not
- 46:08I was
- 46:10right out front
- 46:12I pull up
- 46:14the valet opens the door
- 46:17for me
- 46:18and then says
- 46:20just kidding don't get out
- 46:24I'm moving you over to the
- 46:26passenger seat
- 46:26scoot over
- 46:28and then he gets in the driver's seat
- 46:30and then suddenly three of his other
- 46:33valet buddies get in the back
- 46:35and they say you're coming with us toots they said toots they said toots i was as surprised
- 46:49as you i thought that was an antiquated phrase but no they said toots and then they drove to
- 46:57a warehouse i'm tied up at this point by the way what they tied me up i have no way to get to my
- 47:04phone at all. For Valayman?
- 47:07For Valayman.
- 47:11In Valayman's terms.
- 47:15They
- 47:16had me tied up in this warehouse and then I look around
- 47:20but they didn't blindfold me so I could see everything.
- 47:23There are elaborate plans
- 47:25for a bank heist.
- 47:29Right?
- 47:31Okay, thank God.
- 47:32Yeah.
- 47:33That this was going somewhere else.
- 47:35No.
- 47:36Okay.
- 47:36So, and then they were like, you're the only one that can help us with this bank heist.
- 47:44Why?
- 47:46Because I have indistinct features that can't be captured by a police sketch artist.
- 47:53So, and also because I'm a woman, it distracts.
- 47:59People don't see it coming.
- 48:00They don't see bank heists coming from a lady, which we can get back to whether or not that's sexist later.
- 48:05That's fine.
- 48:07I'm not interested.
- 48:08Go on.
- 48:10Yeah, I'm not either.
- 48:12So we spend four days prepping.
- 48:18And then they also, they say, if you don't do this, Trevor dies.
- 48:25Me, Trevor?
- 48:26You, Trevor.
- 48:27Well, so what am I going to do?
- 48:28not heist a bank so we spend four days going over all the plans it's almost foolproof
- 48:40i would say probably foolproof i'm a little worried though because um our getaway car
- 48:47has a squeaky door that's like a really like one of those really loud squeaky doors it draws a lot
- 48:52of attention so i'm worried about bystanders you think the valets would have been a little more
- 48:57attuned to something like this.
- 48:58I'm starting to think they weren't really valets.
- 48:59Well, they might not have been.
- 49:04They had the vests for it,
- 49:07but, you know, who knows?
- 49:08Super exclusive valet vests, yeah.
- 49:11It's hard to fake.
- 49:12Go on.
- 49:15So, anyway,
- 49:17thankfully,
- 49:19we pull off this heist,
- 49:20we get all the rubies.
- 49:24At the bank?
- 49:25At the bank.
- 49:26that's what we were stealing rubies rubies this bank had a in particular had a whole section of
- 49:33its safety deposit boxes were just gemstones and clearly labeled as such yes yeah well they
- 49:40color-coded them which seemed oh they thought they were being slick yeah okay like oh what's
- 49:45in this emerald box i wonder but they only wanted the rubies to be fair the rubies were in the
- 49:52emerald box so there was a little bit of misdirection well yes but you had intelligence on
- 49:58that sounds like that was like that's actually where i came in when i was like it's probably a
- 50:03misdirect and the valetmen were like no we're the professional heisters leave this to us and
- 50:09then they opened the ruby box and inside cubic zirconia so i just want to kind of clarify one
- 50:17quick point yeah nothing bad happened because they didn't listen to you no and they could have
- 50:24just as easily not brought you and then opened both containers no no no because then because we
- 50:29managed to sneak in without anybody noticing but the getting out was the hard part so they were
- 50:35like this is where you come in you have to come out of the vault the where the safety deposit boxes
- 50:45are and you need to act like you just came out of a coma that you were trapped in the bank no one
- 50:53knew and then while you're creating this kind of distraction then they they'll escape so this
- 51:01heist took place during banking hours yes that's why see no one saw it coming they assumed heists
- 51:09of this nature happen at night that's where i came in which was kind of the genius part of
- 51:15this plan so four men in a vest and you walked into the vault and that was cool no but then you
- 51:23came out in a coma yes well i came out as if in a daze going what where have i been for the last
- 51:32would get someone get me a newspaper i look at the newspaper and and oh no what what day is it
- 51:39Oh, no, 20, that can't be 20, 25?
- 51:44But it was closer to 1925 when the last I remember.
- 51:49And then I'm, and everyone's swarming around me because this is fascinating because I still look young, but I'm talking about basically being like close to 100 years old.
- 51:57Who's this colonial woman?
- 51:58Yeah, exactly.
- 51:59And then the valet men don't run.
- 52:02They casually walk out.
- 52:04because if you run that makes
- 52:07more of a
- 52:09it's more noticeable so they walk
- 52:11casually out
- 52:12left you there alone?
- 52:15well no they left me with the people in the bank
- 52:17and then I went
- 52:19to
- 52:20the hospital got checked out
- 52:23and
- 52:26the hospital was like
- 52:29oh no I don't know there's nothing showing up on your scans
- 52:31you must be
- 52:33fine you're free to go oh also uh this was delivered to you at the front desk the delivery
- 52:41my phone and then the second i picked that thing up i called you trevor right away right away so
- 52:50wow and also now i have enough rubies to keep you in a lavish lifestyle
- 52:57to which you'll quickly become accustomed.
- 53:01I was going to ask how you helping a heist would make me love you more,
- 53:08but now I see the angle.
- 53:10That's how it will.
- 53:11Okay.
- 53:14I love you.
- 53:16I knew you would.
- 53:18Thank you for the rubies.
- 53:20That's okay.
- 53:21You're welcome.
- 53:22Huh?
- 53:25All right.
- 53:25So I think we both successfully did that.
- 53:27Yeah, that's interesting.
- 53:29I'm never going to trust a valet person again.
- 53:31Nor should you.
- 53:32Give me the keys to your come.
- 53:33Like, where are the other three?
- 53:35How come you're not tying me up right now?
- 53:38Okay, beautiful.
- 53:40All right, well, I think that wraps up the big question.
- 53:44I like that question.
- 53:45Thank you.
- 53:46I like scams and heists.
- 53:48Yeah, they're fun.
- 53:49I like lying to people.
- 53:52All right, well, time for one final thing.
- 53:56Secret words.
- 53:57I definitely saw you writing some things down.
- 54:02Yeah, but...
- 54:04I have no faith left in myself.
- 54:07Can you just guess first?
- 54:09Okay.
- 54:12God.
- 54:13My first guest...
- 54:14I can't lose three weeks in a row.
- 54:16My first guest...
- 54:18My first guest?
- 54:21On tonight's show.
- 54:22It's Trevor!
- 54:23Yay!
- 54:24My first guest is...
- 54:27Windpipe?
- 54:30No, that would have been really sneaky on my end.
- 54:32Yeah.
- 54:33Yeah, no, that's not it.
- 54:35Wronged.
- 54:38My second guess is abundantly.
- 54:46Decoy word.
- 54:46No!
- 54:49No!
- 54:50Yay!
- 54:51He's back, ladies.
- 54:53Oh, dang it.
- 54:55Weehee.
- 54:56This is the danger of guessing.
- 54:58I should have just stopped after I got windpipe wrong.
- 55:00Well, no, because you want to get it right.
- 55:02I do want to get it right, but I was worried.
- 55:04I was a little bit worried about abundantly.
- 55:06I don't even remember now the context in which you said it.
- 55:08Your invention.
- 55:09You made it abundantly clear.
- 55:10Yes, you said it multiple times, too.
- 55:12Yes, I did.
- 55:12Dang it.
- 55:13That should have been the trigger to me that it wasn't your real word.
- 55:16That you were saying it abundantly.
- 55:17Yeah, the fact that you said it abundantly.
- 55:19Yeah.
- 55:20Any of these still count?
- 55:22I'm kidding.
- 55:23Okay, great.
- 55:24What do you got?
- 55:24Then boom.
- 55:25Gotcha.
- 55:25Dang it.
- 55:26my real word yeah was indeterminate oh
- 55:32i don't remember but i know i did are you sure i'm quite sure i feel like i did hear that word
- 55:41yeah okay all right yeah i could have missed it i just i didn't you did miss it i'm standing firm
- 55:47in my i'm confident he said it at a time indeterminate hey your confidence is abundantly
- 55:55clear. Suckers.
- 55:57Okay, I'm worried because I
- 55:59said this word
- 56:01and so I'm nervous about it now
- 56:03because I don't want it to be right. Are you smiling
- 56:05because I did it?
- 56:06Sorry.
- 56:07I remember you repeating a word.
- 56:10Oh, sorry.
- 56:13The word was intriguing.
- 56:16That is not my word. Or your decoy word?
- 56:18It's not my decoy word either.
- 56:21I'm really worried about this one
- 56:22because you're sneaky.
- 56:23I'm gonna say stockings
- 56:26Stockings?
- 56:29No, that is actually a word that I have had before
- 56:32As my secret word
- 56:33Stockings is a word that was my secret word
- 56:35Remember the Rainforest Cafe incident?
- 56:39And I had to make
- 56:40I had to make Rebecca with a K
- 56:42Frumpy
- 56:43She had white stockings
- 56:45Yeah
- 56:45Okay, my last guess is withering
- 56:48Because you said a withering look
- 56:49Yes, that was my word
- 56:52Are you serious?
- 56:53I knew you were going to guess it too because I saw you write it down.
- 56:57Although, I don't know.
- 56:58That was like, I thought the perfect application.
- 57:00It was.
- 57:00That's why I was like, I don't know if this will be it.
- 57:02You guys.
- 57:04Well, can you guess my decoy word?
- 57:07For an extra point?
- 57:09Can you give me the segment?
- 57:12The big question?
- 57:14No, no.
- 57:14It was in wrong.
- 57:17It was during wronged?
- 57:18Wrong.
- 57:19Wrong.
- 57:19Not wronged.
- 57:20Oh, wronged.
- 57:21I'm sorry to correct you, Francis.
- 57:22It's wrong.
- 57:25I'm going to say
- 57:26that your decoy word was
- 57:30haggis.
- 57:36No, that would have been great.
- 57:38I really laid it on thick with the haggis.
- 57:40No, it was fascination.
- 57:43Oh.
- 57:44It said people look on it with fascination.
- 57:46Oh.
- 57:47Yeah.
- 57:50Which I felt was a little too subtle, actually,
- 57:52to be a good use of my decoy word.
- 57:53I'm so pleased right now.
- 57:55Oh, well, good.
- 57:57Glad someone's happy he's still in first.
- 57:59You said my decoy and I got your word.
- 58:01Yeah, great.
- 58:04No, what?
- 58:06Are we?
- 58:06Yeah, because he guessed.
- 58:09Francis guessed your word
- 58:11and he guessed Francis' decoy word.
- 58:15No, that's bad that she said,
- 58:16because she didn't say this is your decoy word.
- 58:18She guessed the word.
- 58:20No, no.
- 58:21Yeah, no, that's what I mean.
- 58:22You guessed my word, that's two points for you.
- 58:24Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 58:25And then I said you're a decoy word, that's another point for you.
- 58:28So you're plus three and I am...
- 58:31Yeah.
- 58:32That's the whole point of the decoy word.
- 58:35Well.
- 58:36Never mind.
- 58:37What a great day.
- 58:39All right, well, I guess that's it.
- 58:42I'm sad now.
- 58:43Don't be sad.
- 58:44We'll write a letter to...
- 58:46Congress.
- 58:46Mr. Patinkin.
- 58:47Oh, yeah.
- 58:49President Santa.
- 58:51All right.
- 58:52Well, Mandy, if you're listening, and I know you are, you're about to get some letters.
- 58:57All right.
- 58:59That's it, everybody.
- 59:01Bye.
- 59:01Bye.
