So let's start with the question: ስንት ሰዓት ነው? That means 'what time is it?' Listen again: ስንት ሰዓት ነው? Luna: ስንት ሰዓት ነው? Hmm. ስንት ሰዓት ነው? Lucas: Perfect. Now the answer: አራት ሰዓት ነው. That's 'it's four o'clock'. አራት ሰዓት ነው. Luna: አራት ሰዓት ነው. So አራት is four, and ሰዓት is hour? Lucas: Exactly. ሰዓት means hour or watch. And ነው means 'it is'. So literally 'four hour it is'. Luna: Got it.
