- 0:12We're finally starting to see some justice come through in
- 0:15Australia when it comes to the mandates.
- 0:18This gentleman was successful. He's fought a successful
- 0:23landmark work workers compensation claim is successful
- 0:27and the courts the government they thought that you know
- 0:32they'd argue that the emergency directions which was their
- 0:36reason. They're their excuse for the
- 0:39mandates to force people into medical procedures that they,
- 0:42they, sorry, get a little bit angry because obviously they did
- 0:48it to us all. They did it to me, to you, these
- 0:51mandates without forced people at the threat of losing your job
- 0:56to get a medical, undergo medical procedure.
- 0:59And they thought that this gave them the all they needed to be
- 1:03able to do this, to force this upon people's lives.
- 1:06This gentleman one this workers compensation case, and mind you,
- 1:13he's very ill at the moment, It should clear up, but he's been
- 1:16suffering with pericarditis for the past two years.
- 1:19This report came out in Channel 9.
- 1:22We got to share this with the rest of the world, make sure
- 1:24people hear about it, because it needs to be known that the
- 1:27governments are starting to be held accountable.
- 1:31They are made to answer for these things.
- 1:33Check it out. Daniel Shepherd once had an
- 1:37active job as a youth worker, The father of a 5 year old boy,
- 1:41he's now stuck with the heart of a 90 year.
- 1:43Old It's really heartbreaking to say.
- 1:45Sorry buddy, Daddy's tired. The 44 year old was twice
- 1:48vaccinated against COVID, but both jabs made him so unwell he
- 1:52only chose to get a third dose because of the government
- 1:54mandate so he could keep his job.
- 1:58This is what frustrates me more than anything.
- 2:01He only got that third dose because of the government
- 2:04mandate it. It's not enough to just get
- 2:09financial compensation. You they did not.
- 2:13They should not, should never have had the right to be able to
- 2:16force medical procedures upon people who did not want to get
- 2:21it done. In child protection the next day
- 2:26he was rushed to. Hospital.
- 2:28It felt like someone had their knee right in my chest and I
- 2:32just, yeah, to set our thing. We gonna have to call an
- 2:35ambulance. Daniel was diagnosed with the
- 2:37heart inflammation called pericarditis are known and very
- 2:41rare side effect of the Pfizer vaccine in just two of every
- 2:45100,000 people. I even like today with just mild
- 2:50exertion, chest pains, and then it's followed by fatigue, like
- 2:55severe fatigue. Unable to work, he launched a
- 2:58workers compensation claim against the State Government,
- 3:01winning in a landmark ruling this month proving the vaccine
- 3:05caused the heart condition wasn't the major issue.
- 3:07Doctors were unanimous, but the government argued emergency
- 3:10directions trumped the laws around workplace injury.
- 3:13They were looking to that direction to give them a we're
- 3:17not liable and the judge said no.
- 3:22Daniel's next battle is to get well enough to return to work.
- 3:25Pericarditis is meant to clear up within a few months.
- 3:29His symptoms have plagued him for almost two years.
- 3:33Almost two years. So the government was trying to
- 3:35hide behind the mandate saying hey this, you know that their
- 3:39rulings, the emergency so called emergency, Trump's everyone
- 3:45else's personal reasons. Trump's your life, your will.
- 3:51We don't care about your will. Trumps all of that.
- 3:54You can't make those decisions for yourself.
- 3:56We force you to do these things. We have the right to make the
- 4:01decision for you. And then when it all goes pear
- 4:03shape for as it did for this gentleman for two years, well
- 4:08then they still trying to get out of it.
- 4:12They need to be held accountable.
- 4:15They need to be held responsible.
- 4:19My opinion just infuriates me. Let me know what you think.
- 4:24Thanks for listening to the slippery slope, they just.
