  Speaker 3: that we can't send our kids things because they're not

  Speaker 3: getting their mail.

  Speaker 3: Her daughter said that the food situation on the aircraft

  Speaker 3: carrier has not been great, and she said, please send protein.

  Speaker 1: Bars, which the mom said she did, but she's not

  Speaker 3: Festus told me that they haven't received mail since February. Wow,

  Speaker 3: Has been getting it though, no not since February, and

  Speaker 3: I just wonder what happens to it. It sits in

  Speaker 3: a warehouse in Virginia, and they say, we don't have room.

  Speaker 3: We're shipping more important things than your mail. And he's

  Speaker 3: and I said, so, what what are things like there?

  Speaker 3: And he said, you know, he's very cagy, like, is

  Speaker 1: He's like, yeah, he has to be. He's fine.

  Speaker 3: But so he's on a on an island in the

  Speaker 3: middle of the Indian Ocean where they're staging a lot

  Speaker 3: of stuff because a lot of our bases in the

  Speaker 3: Middle East have been compromised or damaged or so the

  Speaker 3: boats will come in to the island and they restock

  Speaker 3: from what they have on the island. So they get

  Speaker 3: you know, they get low on supplies because they have

  Speaker 3: to put them on the ships and.

  Speaker 3: But he said it was very exciting because they got

  Speaker 3: a shipment of uncrustables.

  Speaker 2: Oh yeah, that's the other.

  Speaker 3: So this is his friend shopping in the store there

  Speaker 3: on the island, filling up that basket full of uncrustables

  Speaker 3: that came in. He's stalking up but if you can

  Speaker 2: That makes me want some uncrustables on the ship.

  Speaker 1: So you see some shelves with things on them. I

  Speaker 3: it's like soap and shampoo and shaving cream and stuff.

  Speaker 1: All those bear shelves around. That's where the food goes.

  Speaker 1: There's there. They're good on shampoo, but for food shaved

  Speaker 3: But the big exciting thing that happened on the island

  Speaker 3: the whole point of us planning this trip to Japan

  Speaker 3: that we're taking was to go meet him, because he said,

  Speaker 3: because we said we'd love to see you, we haven't

  Speaker 3: seen you for months, and he said, you know, if

  Speaker 3: you can get yourself to Japan, I can meet you there.

  Speaker 3: We planned a trip and then we had to start

  Speaker 3: a war in the interim and they are not letting

  Speaker 3: anybody go on leave at all, and so much so

  Speaker 3: that Fastus is supposed to be done with this round

  Speaker 3: at the island in August and then he would come

  Speaker 3: home for a couple of weeks and then go on

  Speaker 3: to his next assignment, which is supposed to be l Salvador.

  Speaker 1: All of that is on hold as well well, So.

  Speaker 4: It's good it's good news for us. I mean, it's

  Speaker 4: bad news for you, but good news for for us

  Speaker 4: because he can't meet you in Japan, so I guess
