-God not wanting to be in a building like other people build a temple for whatever they worship. God doesn’t need a special space to be worshiped as everything in creation is his.
-This is the longest recorded speech to David. Also, it’s David’s longest response.
-David acknowledges that everything he has gained not only comes from God, but he didn’t do anything to deserve it.
