Five-Year-Old Hit by Car in D.C. | Washington DC News
A five-year-old boy was critically injured in a hit-and-run crash in Southeast D.C. while riding his scooter near Ridgecrest Court—hit by a speeding dark blue Nissan with Virginia plates TAK-9548. The driver fled the scene. Police are urgently seeking witnesses and anyone with info on the vehicle or driver. The child remains conscious but in life-threatening condition. Justice is coming.
