- 0:00Speaker 1: Sometimes your pancakes are a frail.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Oh, we're going right for the heart for this one.
- 0:04Speaker 2: Why would you consider my pancakes are a fail?
- 0:07Speaker 1: Sometimes I like them like fluffier, and sometimes you make
- 0:11Speaker 1: them really flat and not fluffy.
- 0:14Speaker 2: That is true. That is true.
- 0:16Speaker 3: Sometimes you burn them.
- 0:17Speaker 2: What define a burnt pancake?
- 0:21Speaker 3: Once? I could have used one of your pancakes for
- 0:23Speaker 3: a coaster.
- 0:24Speaker 4: Stay out of.
- 0:25Speaker 2: My fresh it's afraid we did it. We're back. Welcome back,
- 0:35Speaker 2: everybody to a special edition Stay out of my fridge.
- 0:39Speaker 2: Usually the voice you're hearing, it's me, it's Matt's beard laws,
- 0:42Speaker 2: which that's still the same, but the normally we hear
- 0:45Speaker 2: Brandon J McDermott, the Golden voice of the Midwest, and
- 0:50Speaker 2: my buddy, you been but dad, life is super busy,
- 0:55Speaker 2: all right. And Brandon's on a little trip this week,
- 0:59Speaker 2: you bean. He's on like four different trips, and he's
- 1:02Speaker 2: got to do this with the kid, and he's got
- 1:03Speaker 2: to coach and it's just absolutely crazy. And it turns
- 1:06Speaker 2: out my life is pretty busy as well. We had
- 1:08Speaker 2: some prom this weekend, some softball, some basketball, some more basketball,
- 1:11Speaker 2: some more softball. Unbelievably busy, So I was sitting there,
- 1:15Speaker 2: I was like, you know what, I don't think I'm
- 1:16Speaker 2: gonna be able to get the boys this week. What
- 1:18Speaker 2: am I gonna do? Then I had a brainstorm, and
- 1:20Speaker 2: this is one of the most brilliant or one of
- 1:22Speaker 2: the worst brainstorms I've ever had. I was like, I
- 1:24Speaker 2: got a house full of kids, and these kids used
- 1:27Speaker 2: to have their own little podcast called The Windbag Whisperers
- 1:29Speaker 2: before they realized how much work a podcast really is
- 1:33Speaker 2: and they stopped doing it, and I said, let's do
- 1:36Speaker 2: a special edition stay out of My Fridge Dad kid addition,
- 1:41Speaker 2: So joining me in the studio, and you're notice not
- 1:44Speaker 2: on camera, not because they're not beautiful, but because I
- 1:48Speaker 2: don't think they need to be on camera. And so
- 1:51Speaker 2: for anybody audio only, you're going our guy, that's fine.
- 1:53Speaker 2: I don't watch the camera anyway, but anybody that's here
- 1:55Speaker 2: on the YouTube's you're probably going, what I only got
- 1:58Speaker 2: to look at your ugly mug this week, man, And
- 2:00Speaker 2: it's like, yeah, you gotta look at my face. So
- 2:01Speaker 2: joining me live in the Beard Loss studio after much
- 2:05Speaker 2: debated technical issues, is that we're gonna go with is
- 2:09Speaker 2: Avery and Ailah, former hosts of the wind bag whispers, ladies,
- 2:15Speaker 2: what's up? It's a rainy, not so great day, is it.
- 2:18Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 2:19Speaker 2: How excited were you when I was like, hey, you,
- 2:21Speaker 2: I want to potentially be on maybe the most popular
- 2:24Speaker 2: show in the Beard Lost studio. I was so, oh
- 2:28Speaker 2: my goodness. And so the camera is here, obviously for
- 2:32Speaker 2: anybody that's wants in the YouTube. Knucklehead one, Knucklehead two,
- 2:35Speaker 2: they're over here. So if you see me staring off
- 2:37Speaker 2: to here, I'm sorry, but I'm not sorry. All right,
- 2:39Speaker 2: We're I'm trying to make eye contact. But yeah, so
- 2:43Speaker 2: this is stay out of my fridge. You guys don't
- 2:44Speaker 2: watch us a lot, but uh, we myself, Brandon and
- 2:48Speaker 2: you've been we talk a lot about dad stuff from
- 2:50Speaker 2: stories that you guys have, so maybe some embarrassing things
- 2:54Speaker 2: that you have done. We talked, We've we've talked about
- 2:56Speaker 2: concession stands. We've talked about this, and we're gonna work.
- 3:00Speaker 2: I got some stuff and this is gonna be fun.
- 3:03Speaker 2: And then at the end of it, I think we're
- 3:05Speaker 2: gonna even rank a random fridge that I let you
- 3:07Speaker 2: to pick out previously. And this is something that branded
- 3:10Speaker 2: myself just started last week. So it should be good.
- 3:14Speaker 2: So obviously a lot of the stories Avery talk about traveling, softball, basketball,
- 3:20Speaker 2: and you know, if the stress and anxiety and everything
- 3:25Speaker 2: from sports, she's part of it. To blame. I, on
- 3:27Speaker 2: the other hand, not quite into the sports yet, some dance,
- 3:31Speaker 2: and she's the kid that you probably see on the
- 3:33Speaker 2: sidelines begging mom for a cell phone because she's just
- 3:36Speaker 2: not watching the sports for some reason. Oh, why aren't
- 3:39Speaker 2: you watching the sports kid?
- 3:42Speaker 3: Because I'm not into sports?
- 3:43Speaker 2: Why aren't you in the sports because you're not playing
- 3:47Speaker 2: or you just would rather just scroll and play roadblocks
- 3:51Speaker 2: and silly YouTube shorts.
- 3:54Speaker 3: It's because I'm not playing, but I really like playing
- 3:57Speaker 3: m H basketball and stuff. Just so you don't like watching, gotcha?
- 4:02Speaker 2: But and maybe every you can attest to you, you're
- 4:05Speaker 2: a sports nerd, right, Yes, pretty big sports nerd. Move
- 4:09Speaker 2: that mic just a little bit closer to you, super
- 4:10Speaker 2: sports nerd. And from a young age, don't you kind
- 4:14Speaker 2: of learn a lot by watching? Yes, especially because it's
- 4:18Speaker 2: not like you're watching like t ball, all right, you're
- 4:21Speaker 2: watching varsity softball JV and varsity basketball. It's a pretty
- 4:26Speaker 2: high level youth sports. But you're still not into it.
- 4:30Speaker 2: For some reason, huh no, No, it's okay. And I'm
- 4:36Speaker 2: I think I do a pretty good job of not
- 4:38Speaker 2: forcing you to do something sports related, right, Like how
- 4:41Speaker 2: many times have I been go out and shoot hoops?
- 4:43Speaker 2: You're gotta go out there and hit some softballs?
- 4:45Speaker 1: Never?
- 4:46Speaker 2: But what do I tell you if you want to?
- 4:49Speaker 2: Who's always going to be out there and do that?
- 4:52Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 4:53Speaker 2: Yeah, because I feel like you really need to want.
- 4:55Speaker 3: It, right yeah?
- 4:57Speaker 2: Yeah? All right? All right, so she's not quite into it,
- 5:00Speaker 2: you're super into it. Wild week this week? All right,
- 5:03Speaker 2: this comes out on a Thursday. So when this show
- 5:05Speaker 2: comes out, we have already had a softball game for
- 5:10Speaker 2: you and the oldest Low and a basketball game for Avery,
- 5:16Speaker 2: and then another softball game for Avery and Low. And
- 5:22Speaker 2: this weekend we got to head down to Syracuse, New
- 5:25Speaker 2: York for three two five to sick. We don't even
- 5:28Speaker 2: know how many softball games. It's gonna be a wild week,
- 5:32Speaker 2: right yeah, sprinkle in potentially the start of playoffs for
- 5:36Speaker 2: softball on top of that. It's going to be crazy,
- 5:41Speaker 2: be crazy. We're gonna get through it.
- 5:42Speaker 3: All right.
- 5:43Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, And there was something too that your coach
- 5:47Speaker 2: kind of said today for the travel team was hydration
- 5:52Speaker 2: and eating food. Yeah, yeah, healthy healthy food food in general.
- 5:58Speaker 1: So she said that like on Friday especially, that we
- 6:03Speaker 1: should be eating like fast foods and stuff and eating
- 6:06Speaker 1: like protein and actually healthy meals because we have to
- 6:10Speaker 1: play like a bunch of games in the heat the
- 6:13Speaker 1: next day.
- 6:13Speaker 2: Hmmm. So some stuff that I think I've said to
- 6:15Speaker 2: stop eating the garbage, the crap Donald's. Huh Yeah. Interesting. Okay,
- 6:21Speaker 2: So if you hear from somebody else, like another coach
- 6:23Speaker 2: or somebody else, does it sink in and you believe
- 6:25Speaker 2: them more than me, are you going to listen to
- 6:27Speaker 2: it just as much as you do me more? Or also,
- 6:31Speaker 2: somebody else can say the same thing, but the person
- 6:33Speaker 2: that lives in the house was you says it and
- 6:36Speaker 2: it's just yeah, that's how it works. Yeah, okay, all right,
- 6:41Speaker 2: Well that's that's interesting. If you were going to have
- 6:44Speaker 2: fast food, which we can't now because Avery's coach said
- 6:47Speaker 2: we definitely can at least Thursday Friday. Oh darn.
- 6:51Speaker 3: What?
- 6:51Speaker 1: Uh?
- 6:52Speaker 2: What's your favorite one? If you could only pick one
- 6:55Speaker 2: fast food place.
- 6:56Speaker 1: Of all of them, mine is Taco Bell.
- 7:00Speaker 2: That's not a shocker.
- 7:02Speaker 3: Mine would either be Taco Belt or as you say,
- 7:06Speaker 3: it's really it's really McDonald's.
- 7:10Speaker 2: Yes, that would be weird if there was a place
- 7:12Speaker 2: called crap Donalds, it being one of those what were
- 7:13Speaker 2: those little mystery ball things that you got? What were those.
- 7:17Speaker 1: The gross minivers?
- 7:20Speaker 2: I wonder if they do a crap Donald's, that would
- 7:23Speaker 2: be funny, because they do what butt tella? Yes, what's
- 7:27Speaker 2: the other one?
- 7:28Speaker 3: I got? Ice cream? I got, I got like a totaco, yeah,
- 7:34Speaker 3: tonil taco to taco, and then I got a mind
- 7:38Speaker 3: define glass?
- 7:39Speaker 2: Gotcha? What's one thing I guess from doing the fast foods?
- 7:43Speaker 2: And because we're on the road a lot, and just
- 7:46Speaker 2: to kind of we're not going to tell you guys
- 7:47Speaker 2: obviously where we live, but to paint the picture. We're
- 7:49Speaker 2: pretty small town mark how's than people, lots of fields,
- 7:53Speaker 2: so when we travel, there's not a lot of options
- 7:56Speaker 2: there of course, is the golden arches of the McDonald's,
- 8:01Speaker 2: as she says, crap Donalds, as I say, apparently not
- 8:04Speaker 2: a lot of even taco bells in the area. But
- 8:07Speaker 2: sometimes we're starving, you know what I mean, we gotta
- 8:09Speaker 2: grab something to eat seven o'clock, eight o'clock a little
- 8:13Speaker 2: bit later, and I don't want you guys to have
- 8:14Speaker 2: to get home and get there. It happens, we need
- 8:16Speaker 2: to get some of the food and it's just unfortunately. Yeah,
- 8:19Speaker 2: what's in your opinion, the best way to get the food?
- 8:24Speaker 2: To order the food? All right? Do you think it's
- 8:27Speaker 2: best to just pull in, go through the drive through?
- 8:29Speaker 2: Do you guys like ordering just going in and talking
- 8:31Speaker 2: to a person let's just say, let's just go with
- 8:33Speaker 2: straight golden arches McDonald's. Or do you think going in,
- 8:37Speaker 2: pressing the key ask which is the thing where you
- 8:39Speaker 2: order yourself, or getting on the app and using it
- 8:42Speaker 2: for me?
- 8:43Speaker 1: It depends on which fast food places Like McDonald's, it
- 8:47Speaker 1: seems like when you go in it takes a lot
- 8:50Speaker 1: longer to get your food, where when you go through
- 8:52Speaker 1: the drives through a McDonald's, they get your food a
- 8:55Speaker 1: lot faster, it feels like. But at some other fast
- 8:58Speaker 1: food going in takes less time thy're going through the
- 9:03Speaker 1: drive through.
- 9:04Speaker 3: I feel like the same thing. I don't want to
- 9:06Speaker 3: repeat that.
- 9:07Speaker 2: No, No, that's okay, you can repeat it. Okay, So
- 9:09Speaker 2: you're you guys are saying potential drive through, potential going in,
- 9:13Speaker 2: all right, and when you guys go and order something
- 9:17Speaker 2: like what runs your mind? What makes you want to
- 9:20Speaker 2: order the food that you order? Is it because you
- 9:23Speaker 2: look at it and you go, oh, that just looks
- 9:25Speaker 2: delicious by the picture. Oh, I know, I love that.
- 9:28Speaker 2: Oh that seems like the best deal. Oh that seems
- 9:32Speaker 2: more expensive. I'm gonna make that pay extra. Like what
- 9:36Speaker 2: goes through your brain when you order something. Let's just
- 9:38Speaker 2: for for easy sakes, let's just let's just go the
- 9:42Speaker 2: golden arches McDonald's. Will just go straight McDonald's for this conversation.
- 9:45Speaker 1: When I order something at McDonald's, I get something that
- 9:50Speaker 1: like looks good to me at the moment, because something
- 9:52Speaker 1: sometimes something looks good to me where other times and
- 9:57Speaker 1: when I'm in an other mood at other things better
- 10:00Speaker 1: to me.
- 10:01Speaker 2: I guess that makes sense.
- 10:03Speaker 3: Because I'm a kid, I usually got a happy meal.
- 10:08Speaker 3: But I only get that because I don't want as
- 10:10Speaker 3: much food, okay, because I don't want to waste the food, okay,
- 10:17Speaker 3: And it also comes with the toy.
- 10:18Speaker 2: There it is, and it comes with a toy, and
- 10:21Speaker 2: it's okay you, So let's let's break that. What's your
- 10:24Speaker 2: what's your happy meal? Order that you usually go because
- 10:27Speaker 2: you've got this down, Like the back of your hand,
- 10:29Speaker 2: is what they say. Do you know what the saying
- 10:30Speaker 2: like the back of your hand means?
- 10:33Speaker 3: I've always heard the back of your head, the.
- 10:35Speaker 2: Back of your head. I'm gonna order this, like the
- 10:38Speaker 2: back of your head?
- 10:39Speaker 1: What I've only heard the back of your hand.
- 10:43Speaker 2: Do you know what it even means?
- 10:44Speaker 1: No, I just hear all the time.
- 10:47Speaker 2: I guess I really don't know what it means. But
- 10:48Speaker 2: I always thought it was like, you know it like
- 10:50Speaker 2: the back of your hand, because you see the back
- 10:52Speaker 2: of your hand all the time, Like you just see
- 10:54Speaker 2: it all the time, so you know it like this,
- 10:56Speaker 2: like if you were to have a cut or a
- 10:57Speaker 2: mole or something, you would probably know because you see
- 11:00Speaker 2: it on the back of your hand. On the back
- 11:01Speaker 2: of your head. I don't think you ever really see
- 11:04Speaker 2: the back of your head, do you.
- 11:08Speaker 1: Do you?
- 11:12Speaker 3: It's like you know it from the back of your
- 11:14Speaker 3: head because like it's always in your brain.
- 11:18Speaker 1: Okay, it's in the back of my mind. Like, yeah,
- 11:22Speaker 1: do you hear that?
- 11:23Speaker 2: Interesting? All right, that's an eyelism and I love the ielisms.
- 11:27Speaker 2: All right, So, so from the back of your head
- 11:29Speaker 2: because you know this so well, what's your what's your
- 11:31Speaker 2: happy meal.
- 11:32Speaker 3: Order six piece chicken, I get extra fries. Well, I
- 11:36Speaker 3: forgot to include.
- 11:37Speaker 1: It's a happy mouth.
- 11:38Speaker 2: We know that.
- 11:41Speaker 1: Then you chocolate.
- 11:42Speaker 2: Milk, and then the toy though whatever popping for the toy?
- 11:47Speaker 3: Yeah, and then I get.
- 11:48Speaker 2: Sometimes sometimes ketchup. Yeah, you're not a you're not a
- 11:51Speaker 2: nipper nowhere else I.
- 11:53Speaker 4: Know, Like.
- 11:56Speaker 3: That's a lot like ketchup.
- 11:59Speaker 2: Okay, okay, knows that one, all right? And do you
- 12:01Speaker 2: have a go to? You mix it up all the time.
- 12:03Speaker 2: You're like one of the pickiest eaters this week.
- 12:05Speaker 5: I love pizza. I don't like cheese. I don't like
- 12:09Speaker 5: red shash no pizza for me. I don't know why.
- 12:12Speaker 5: I think your chunges like this right now, but it
- 12:15Speaker 5: doesn't think that it's shit.
- 12:17Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, so that that's a beir. But you gotta
- 12:21Speaker 2: you gotta go to a taco bell. That's that you
- 12:23Speaker 2: go to? What's what's the go to a taco bell for?
- 12:25Speaker 2: Do you want to admit this to all of the people,
- 12:27Speaker 2: the thousands and thousands of people that listen, Do you
- 12:29Speaker 2: really want everybody know what you're talking about?
- 12:30Speaker 3: Order?
- 12:31Speaker 2: If you do, my.
- 12:33Speaker 1: Taco bell order most of the time is a chicken
- 12:36Speaker 1: Salupa Supreme and sometimes nacho fries and sometimes just like
- 12:41Speaker 1: the chips and cheese.
- 12:42Speaker 2: Who's fries? Not your fries? Oh that joke? All right? Cool?
- 12:49Speaker 3: All right? Cool?
- 12:50Speaker 2: So for me, my strategic way, and I like that
- 12:53Speaker 2: this isn't a thing for you, because I don't think
- 12:55Speaker 2: it should be a thing for a kid. But and
- 12:57Speaker 2: this is something that we that me and the boys
- 12:59Speaker 2: we thought a lot is when we're a dad, we
- 13:02Speaker 2: try to find the best value, the best deals because
- 13:05Speaker 2: let's be honest, it costs money, right, but again, you
- 13:08Speaker 2: guys don't need to worry about that. So what we do?
- 13:10Speaker 2: Do you notice? I always go app? Do you know
- 13:12Speaker 2: why always go app?
- 13:13Speaker 1: Because there's rewards on most apps, and so you get
- 13:17Speaker 1: stuff for free.
- 13:20Speaker 2: Discount, like right now? Do you know whyways use the app?
- 13:23Speaker 2: Because if you get on that app and somebody over here,
- 13:26Speaker 2: why it's a six piece chicken nug and happy meal,
- 13:29Speaker 2: double the fries, chocolate milk sometimes catch up. You get
- 13:33Speaker 2: it for like two or three bucks off. So we're
- 13:34Speaker 2: getting a Happy Meal for about three bucks. That's a deal.
- 13:37Speaker 2: Then you always got that mcvalue menu. The oldest low
- 13:40Speaker 2: God bless her, She is a bargain shopper like me.
- 13:44Speaker 2: Girl takes after my heart and then there's avery. She
- 13:47Speaker 2: just gets what she wants and that's okay. It makes
- 13:50Speaker 2: makes kind of the same way. And I look through
- 13:51Speaker 2: there and I'm like, what's the deal? What's the best buy?
- 13:54Speaker 2: I always have a thing when I go to a
- 13:56Speaker 2: menu and I go to a restaurant. What are a
- 13:58Speaker 2: couple of things other than the bathroom that I look for?
- 14:02Speaker 3: You look for deos?
- 14:04Speaker 2: And do you know do you.
- 14:07Speaker 1: Look for.
- 14:10Speaker 2: Coupons coupon's on a menu? How many times you go
- 14:13Speaker 2: on to menu and be like, oh, look at that coupon.
- 14:14Speaker 2: Won't send me a book on that menu?
- 14:16Speaker 3: Is it?
- 14:17Speaker 4: Like?
- 14:17Speaker 1: Because I think dairy, some dairy queens do it like
- 14:21Speaker 1: the Mexican match where you get more for less.
- 14:24Speaker 2: No, that's good, so that's still be a deal. What
- 14:26Speaker 2: I look for in a menu is something unique. Obviously
- 14:28Speaker 2: not a McDonald's. But like, so we went to Jumbo's
- 14:30Speaker 2: Diner and Governor right the other day and I looked
- 14:33Speaker 2: through the menu, all right, and I heard you say
- 14:35Speaker 2: this and your infamous for the savory is I don't
- 14:38Speaker 2: feel like reading the menu. I'm just and you find
- 14:39Speaker 2: the first thing you like and that's what you order.
- 14:41Speaker 2: Tell me I'm wrong.
- 14:42Speaker 1: Yeah, but I didn't do that yesterday. The first thing
- 14:45Speaker 1: I saw was pancakes, and I didn't.
- 14:46Speaker 2: Go with pin Oh girl, what'd you go? In rotal
- 14:50Speaker 2: pre wrap?
- 14:50Speaker 3: I went with waffle with wet cream.
- 14:56Speaker 2: In stry, I was the only one that didn't have
- 14:58Speaker 2: something that had waffle in it. Everybody got waffle fries
- 15:01Speaker 2: except for Eila she which is weird because she's the
- 15:03Speaker 2: French fry queen, well princess, and you got waffles and I.
- 15:08Speaker 2: So what I do is I go to a menu
- 15:11Speaker 2: and I look for something that's so unique, something that
- 15:13Speaker 2: I've never had before that I would like. And they
- 15:16Speaker 2: had a ham apple something panini that was different. I
- 15:19Speaker 2: mean they had the standard things, you know, the buffalo
- 15:21Speaker 2: chicken wrap, BLT wraps, sandwiches, paninis, like all standard stuff,
- 15:26Speaker 2: really good stuff, but that was the only thing that
- 15:28Speaker 2: was like, you can't get this everywhere. A little jealous.
- 15:32Speaker 2: They got the hot.
- 15:33Speaker 1: Turkey sandwich that looked really good.
- 15:36Speaker 2: It was pretty good. So if you guys are in
- 15:38Speaker 2: the governor era, make sure you check out jumbos and
- 15:40Speaker 2: tell them that big bearded weirdos sentia and they're gonna go,
- 15:44Speaker 2: what are you talking about? But it was good. It
- 15:47Speaker 2: was definitely good. So all right, let's shift gears a
- 15:51Speaker 2: little bit. I enjoy cooking, right, yes, all right, and
- 15:54Speaker 2: I've probably made some pretty good meals, and I've probably
- 15:56Speaker 2: made some pretty bad meals, right, So it doesn't matter
- 16:01Speaker 2: who And if that's what I want you to think about.
- 16:03Speaker 2: I want you to think of a time or I
- 16:05Speaker 2: made something and it would be considered a fail or
- 16:08Speaker 2: as a kid, say, wompomp, Is there this like this
- 16:12Speaker 2: meal that you're just like, you know what, it just
- 16:15Speaker 2: it just wasn't good in this annily you're going to
- 16:18Speaker 2: say that probably for every meal, because you're one of
- 16:20Speaker 2: the pickiest eaters in the entire your planet. But is
- 16:22Speaker 2: there a meal or a time that I cook something
- 16:25Speaker 2: that you would be like, all right, that's a fail?
- 16:29Speaker 1: Well, sometimes your pancakes are a frail.
- 16:32Speaker 2: Oh we're going right for the heart for this one.
- 16:35Speaker 2: Why would you consider my pancakes are a fail?
- 16:37Speaker 1: Well, they're not like a fail failed.
- 16:40Speaker 2: You said it was a fail.
- 16:42Speaker 1: Sometimes I like them like fluffier, and sometimes you may
- 16:46Speaker 1: come really flat and not fluffy.
- 16:49Speaker 2: That is true. That is true.
- 16:51Speaker 3: I think your pancakes too, That's what I was going
- 16:53Speaker 3: to say too, But it's because sometimes you burn them.
- 16:58Speaker 2: What a burnt pancake? Tell me about it. Don't look
- 17:04Speaker 2: at me. They the flocks could kill I'm getting shot
- 17:07Speaker 2: right now, but they cannot see those looks. So you
- 17:10Speaker 2: use that big old mouth for yours.
- 17:12Speaker 3: Once I could have used one of your pancakes for
- 17:14Speaker 3: a coaster.
- 17:15Speaker 2: Oh once though, one time, one pancake.
- 17:21Speaker 3: No more than once, but I remember one specifically that
- 17:27Speaker 3: it was almost like a coaster.
- 17:28Speaker 2: Oh my goodness. That's rough. Okay, all right, well you
- 17:32Speaker 2: know what I in my defense, you guys fluffy pancakes.
- 17:36Speaker 2: But do you know why I go flat pancakes?
- 17:38Speaker 3: Wife?
- 17:40Speaker 2: Wife flakes them that way. Have you ever heard of
- 17:42Speaker 2: the saying happy wife, happy life. Well, I'm trying to
- 17:46Speaker 2: keep that wife happy, So I will admit I got
- 17:50Speaker 2: to do a better job of making you the big, thick,
- 17:53Speaker 2: fluffy pancakes and me you as in the two of you, Yes,
- 17:59Speaker 2: I and I they snarley. I think she likes the
- 18:02Speaker 2: fluffy your pancakes as well.
- 18:03Speaker 3: I want know what you should do?
- 18:04Speaker 2: What should I do for pancakes?
- 18:06Speaker 3: You should totally put it in a spoonful of pin butter.
- 18:10Speaker 2: So here's the thing, and this is another dad struggle.
- 18:13Speaker 2: It is hard to appease all of you because is
- 18:17Speaker 2: the minute you said you don't know what you should do,
- 18:19Speaker 2: you put a scoop of peanut butter in there. Her
- 18:20Speaker 2: face went, I don't want peanut butter and them.
- 18:25Speaker 1: Because last time I my grandpa put peanut butter chocolate
- 18:29Speaker 1: chips from my pancakes because my cousins wanted them, and
- 18:32Speaker 1: it just peanut butter. I just don't like it in
- 18:35Speaker 1: my pancake.
- 18:37Speaker 2: Yeah you do, and it would just be a thing.
- 18:39Speaker 2: I get it. I get it, so fluffy pancakes, a
- 18:41Speaker 2: little bit of peanut butter. Do you guys like the
- 18:43Speaker 2: the maple syrup better from a store or a maple
- 18:46Speaker 2: syrup better from right from the tree, from the woods.
- 18:52Speaker 3: Woods.
- 18:53Speaker 2: I was gonna say, if you said that, your mother
- 18:55Speaker 2: is gonna be like girl and my woods not the
- 18:58Speaker 2: actual woods, although that's a fun on it, but the
- 19:00Speaker 2: family is the woods. That Yeah, the family makes it.
- 19:05Speaker 3: My family. They have their own shop mm hm, and
- 19:10Speaker 3: they make maple syrup and it's always so good, and
- 19:14Speaker 3: they have like they have like cubs.
- 19:18Speaker 2: I see that. I thought you were drooling.
- 19:21Speaker 3: And they always have like little samples that you can
- 19:26Speaker 3: try it and it's so good.
- 19:28Speaker 2: And then sometimes they take it and they do it
- 19:29Speaker 2: with the snow and they make remember those where you
- 19:32Speaker 2: take like either the popsicle stick with the snow and
- 19:33Speaker 2: you do Oh girl, I agree with you. I like that.
- 19:37Speaker 2: But let me ask you this, So if the boys
- 19:38Speaker 2: are on the show, they'd be like they are obsessed
- 19:41Speaker 2: with pecan syrup. Have you ever had pecan syrup?
- 19:46Speaker 3: No?
- 19:47Speaker 2: Do you guys say pecan or pecan?
- 19:49Speaker 1: Pecan? Pecan?
- 19:50Speaker 2: So like a can that you pean?
- 19:53Speaker 3: No, it's discussed.
- 19:56Speaker 2: That's how the most people say it pecan, and we
- 19:58Speaker 2: say pe can. Huh pecan? Pe can? Can't Now that
- 20:03Speaker 2: you're saying it, is it weird? It's a little bit
- 20:05Speaker 2: weird you can speak can. Thanks the Midwestern boys for
- 20:08Speaker 2: that one.
- 20:09Speaker 3: Here.
- 20:09Speaker 2: I was trying to think there was a you guys
- 20:11Speaker 2: have any other meal fails? Are you guys just thinking straight.
- 20:17Speaker 1: Right off the top of my head? Like I couldn't,
- 20:19Speaker 1: I just can't.
- 20:20Speaker 2: That's good. That's a win for me.
- 20:24Speaker 3: All right, Now, what's one of your I'm going to
- 20:26Speaker 3: be so for real?
- 20:27Speaker 2: Oh boy, here we go.
- 20:29Speaker 3: I actually don't know because I barely eat any of
- 20:33Speaker 3: those foods because I don't know if they're bad. Nut.
- 20:37Speaker 2: Oh oh what what did you just realize?
- 20:43Speaker 1: Chicken?
- 20:44Speaker 3: When you have you? When you cook chicken.
- 20:48Speaker 2: It's a fail to you. I don't like chicken, I know,
- 20:52Speaker 2: But is it a failed because of the way I
- 20:53Speaker 2: cook it? Or is it a fail because you just
- 20:55Speaker 2: don't like chicken?
- 20:56Speaker 3: Fail because both of them?
- 21:00Speaker 1: I like your chicken, thank you?
- 21:03Speaker 2: Oh we just had those chicken drumsticks with the maple
- 21:05Speaker 2: barbecue sauce. Oh good, chef's kiss? Is that what they do?
- 21:10Speaker 5: Oh?
- 21:10Speaker 3: No, no no?
- 21:12Speaker 2: And you probably had peanut butter toast, all right? All right?
- 21:16Speaker 2: So all right, so nothing else that it fail. I'm
- 21:19Speaker 2: gonna count that as a wind for me. Is there
- 21:21Speaker 2: one meal that you guys get super excited about when
- 21:24Speaker 2: I'm gonna cook? Like if I was to be like,
- 21:26Speaker 2: all right, usually on your birthdays, you guys get to
- 21:29Speaker 2: pick the meal stuff like that. But is there a
- 21:30Speaker 2: meal that when I get to make, you guys are
- 21:32Speaker 2: like pumped the chicken pot pies? Oh, tell them about it?
- 21:37Speaker 2: What are they?
- 21:39Speaker 1: So it's like these muffin shaped things and then you
- 21:42Speaker 1: fill it with all the ingredients and chicken pot pie.
- 21:45Speaker 1: So it's like chicken, corn, peas and carrots and gravy
- 21:53Speaker 1: are really good.
- 21:54Speaker 3: I really like.
- 21:57Speaker 2: Oh, we pretty much do every Taco Tuesday, don't we.
- 22:00Speaker 2: But you go nacho. You're a nacho style girl, right
- 22:03Speaker 2: most of the time. Yeah, chips in the beef. And
- 22:06Speaker 2: so for the chicken pop pie. For anybody wants to know,
- 22:08Speaker 2: we just take the They're like the Pillsbury, dough Boy
- 22:10Speaker 2: or whatever brand biscuits. So you make the biscuits, we
- 22:14Speaker 2: take those, roll them flat, put them in a muffin tin.
- 22:17Speaker 2: Take all the combination with the chicken and all the
- 22:20Speaker 2: and all the ingredients. I'm not gonna tell you what's
- 22:23Speaker 2: in it, because if you're here, what's in it? You
- 22:24Speaker 2: be like, you know, I don't like it. It's nothing
- 22:26Speaker 2: you don't like, but we don't kind of tell all
- 22:29Speaker 2: the secrets, right, put it in there, bake them. Oh,
- 22:31Speaker 2: they're good Taco night standard.
- 22:34Speaker 3: Can I tell them mine? Soil they can try. It's
- 22:38Speaker 3: so I have. I usually have meat, sour cream cheese.
- 22:43Speaker 1: Chips.
- 22:45Speaker 2: What kind of chips are your favorite? Like the circle ones?
- 22:47Speaker 2: The Triangle ones, triangle like the trying ones. Those are
- 22:50Speaker 2: pretty good, right, all right, that's pretty good. That's pretty good.
- 22:53Speaker 3: All right.
- 22:55Speaker 2: Do you guys have any like unique food combinations that
- 22:58Speaker 2: you think is like we weird that people listening can
- 23:02Speaker 2: either relate to you or be like, what is wrong
- 23:06Speaker 2: with you?
- 23:08Speaker 1: Some people like dipping their fries and milk, like vanilla milkshakes,
- 23:12Speaker 1: and I think it's gross.
- 23:13Speaker 2: That is weird. I've seen it done or a lot
- 23:16Speaker 2: of people when they go to Wendy's, they'll get the frosty,
- 23:19Speaker 2: the chocolate one and they're like, oh my god, you
- 23:21Speaker 2: dip their fries and a frosty. Oh it's to die for.
- 23:25Speaker 2: I love it like the back of my head.
- 23:28Speaker 1: Yeah, it's just so weird, like fries and milkshake.
- 23:31Speaker 3: What?
- 23:32Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't know what about you either what's some
- 23:34Speaker 2: what's some stuff that you like or that you definitely
- 23:36Speaker 2: don't like? That's a weird combo.
- 23:38Speaker 3: I think a weird combo is like having make a
- 23:41Speaker 3: burger and then also and then after and then also
- 23:47Speaker 3: having a like orange juice.
- 23:50Speaker 2: That is weird. I will give you that, But have
- 23:52Speaker 2: you ever tried it? How do we know it's not good.
- 23:55Speaker 3: I've once had a burger, remember Jerry Quinn. I had
- 23:59Speaker 3: a and then on the side, I'm pretty sure.
- 24:02Speaker 2: I had launched. I don't think there was orange, you said,
- 24:05Speaker 2: dairy queen it was.
- 24:07Speaker 1: She might have got high seed.
- 24:08Speaker 2: All the high seed. That's like an orange soda. Okay,
- 24:12Speaker 2: that's a weird combo. See one of the weird combos.
- 24:14Speaker 2: I always thought your grandpa, he'll take a hot dog
- 24:17Speaker 2: with peanut butter, right, Oh yeah, And I was like,
- 24:20Speaker 2: that is weird, Grandpa. And I tried it, and I'm like,
- 24:22Speaker 2: that's pretty awesome, Grandpa.
- 24:25Speaker 1: Another weird one, well, it's not weird. I like it,
- 24:28Speaker 1: but some people don't like it. Is when you take
- 24:30Speaker 1: celery and you put peanut butter on it and you
- 24:35Speaker 1: eat it, or put like chocolate chips or something on it.
- 24:38Speaker 2: Some people raisins and they call them aunt on a
- 24:39Speaker 2: hill or something like that. That makes more sense than
- 24:43Speaker 2: a hill. You're right, and I'm gonna throw this one
- 24:48Speaker 2: out here for Isla her go to all the time.
- 24:50Speaker 2: Not really exactly sure. I do know why, and I'm
- 24:53Speaker 2: curious if you know why. When I say at the
- 24:55Speaker 2: same time three two peanut butter on pac cakes. Oh no,
- 25:01Speaker 2: peanut butter toast is not weird. And to be honest,
- 25:05Speaker 2: I don't think peanut butter and pancakes is weird, but
- 25:07Speaker 2: it's just very uncommon, Like you don't typically see people
- 25:11Speaker 2: order pancakes and then be like, you have peanut butter,
- 25:14Speaker 2: and do you know why that you got obsessed with it?
- 25:17Speaker 3: Yes?
- 25:17Speaker 2: Why, my grandpa you No, it's because when.
- 25:25Speaker 3: You were oh yeah, when I was a baby.
- 25:29Speaker 2: Not a baby, because babies don't eat peanut butter pancakes
- 25:31Speaker 2: when you were when you were younger.
- 25:33Speaker 3: I was younger, and I was so skinny that I
- 25:36Speaker 3: got told that I had to eat a bunch of
- 25:39Speaker 3: peanut butter get.
- 25:40Speaker 2: Some extra protein.
- 25:42Speaker 3: And it's stuck me bigger, and it's.
- 25:47Speaker 2: Stuck at your go to kid. That's all right, that's
- 25:50Speaker 2: all right. So let me let me ask you this.
- 25:52Speaker 2: I want you each to give me just one piece
- 25:56Speaker 2: of advice on how I can make meals more awesome.
- 26:00Speaker 2: There's got to be something that I can do to
- 26:03Speaker 2: make whether it's a specific meal other than pancakes. You've
- 26:05Speaker 2: already grilled me enough pun intended on the pancakes, But
- 26:09Speaker 2: is there any other meals? Is there any other thing,
- 26:12Speaker 2: whether the way I cook it. Maybe you don't like
- 26:14Speaker 2: when I use the weber and the charcoal. Girl, maybe
- 26:16Speaker 2: you're more of a black stone because you don't like
- 26:18Speaker 2: the smoke or you know what I mean? Is there
- 26:20Speaker 2: just is there something that I can do it and
- 26:22Speaker 2: make the meals a little bit more awesome?
- 26:25Speaker 1: Well, most of the time you do to disc for
- 26:28Speaker 1: some time to cook them out of grill. But I
- 26:30Speaker 1: like my hot dogs boiled so they don't got brown
- 26:33Speaker 1: on them.
- 26:34Speaker 2: So they don't got brown on them. Yeah, it was
- 26:37Speaker 2: your English teacher, because that is not good. Don't have
- 26:40Speaker 2: to really shout them out, but so they don't have
- 26:43Speaker 2: brown on them. But did you know that most of
- 26:45Speaker 2: the places like so, I don't know all of the restaurants,
- 26:49Speaker 2: but a lot of people it is common practice to
- 26:50Speaker 2: boil them in there. I'll like a good boiled dog.
- 26:53Speaker 2: Some people actually boil And this one should really appeal
- 26:57Speaker 2: to Isla. But when I when I used to be
- 27:00Speaker 2: into some places that would make their own syrup and
- 27:04Speaker 2: they're in the evaporator and they're boiling down the do
- 27:07Speaker 2: you know do you know what it's called before it
- 27:08Speaker 2: syrup that they have to collect out of the trees,
- 27:11Speaker 2: so when they're boiling the sap, they actually will cook
- 27:13Speaker 2: hot dogs and boil it in some sap. I have
- 27:19Speaker 2: at some maple dogs. Huh No, no, no, okay, peanut
- 27:27Speaker 2: butter maple dogs.
- 27:29Speaker 4: Mmmm.
- 27:29Speaker 2: Talk to me? Did we just come up with a
- 27:31Speaker 2: million dollars? Do you toasted buns or untoasted buns for
- 27:34Speaker 2: hot dogs? Okay?
- 27:37Speaker 3: Okay, I actually don't like buns.
- 27:40Speaker 1: I like cheese like I like cheese and the hot
- 27:42Speaker 1: dogs it's.
- 27:44Speaker 2: Gonna be a cheese dog. Do you like the ones
- 27:45Speaker 2: that are pre done? They have like the little chunks
- 27:47Speaker 2: of cheese inside the hot dog?
- 27:49Speaker 1: No, like I like when you cut a slit in
- 27:51Speaker 1: the cop when you.
- 27:52Speaker 2: Put cheese kind of cheese orange yellow. Okay, I grew
- 27:57Speaker 2: up on a lot of those. The animo pop like,
- 28:00Speaker 2: let's have some cheese dogs for dinner. Interesting? What did
- 28:05Speaker 2: you just do? You got hot dogs on the brain?
- 28:08Speaker 2: When I do hot dogs for dinner tonight? If you
- 28:10Speaker 2: guys were to cook a meal, all right, every once
- 28:12Speaker 2: in a while, you guys help, even though you know
- 28:14Speaker 2: it's hard for you guys to put down the phones
- 28:16Speaker 2: in the row blocks and whatever else. It's not true okay, okay, yeah,
- 28:21Speaker 2: I'm sure you can tell all the people listening what's
- 28:23Speaker 2: a meal if you had to cook one meal? If
- 28:25Speaker 2: you were like, all right, it's mother's day, it's father's day,
- 28:28Speaker 2: it's a birthday. I'm in charge of dinner tonight. What's
- 28:31Speaker 2: the one meal that you're gonna cook?
- 28:34Speaker 1: Tacos? This once I cooked this tater ta casserole thing
- 28:41Speaker 1: and everyone liked it, So that's.
- 28:43Speaker 2: What I Okay, pretty easy to go, isla. I'm curious
- 28:47Speaker 2: how would you make tacos? Explain to somebody as if
- 28:49Speaker 2: they've never made tacos in their life, they're listening for
- 28:52Speaker 2: the very first time, and they're going tacos. The heck
- 28:54Speaker 2: are tacos? I want some tacos? How would you make tacos?
- 28:58Speaker 3: You put like meat?
- 29:00Speaker 2: What kind of meat? You're going chicken, beef, pork, liver, beef, beef? Okay,
- 29:07Speaker 2: which is like a hamburger? Yep. So you're taking the
- 29:10Speaker 2: meat and what you put.
- 29:11Speaker 3: It in the pan and cook it. Then you put
- 29:14Speaker 3: it in a bowl. Okay, do I put like normal
- 29:18Speaker 3: top things or like what I would put?
- 29:20Speaker 2: Well, you're cooking, you're cooking it for people.
- 29:23Speaker 3: Oh okay, Then i'd put sour cream, okay, cheese, Oh,
- 29:28Speaker 3: do not put these in it when it's not in
- 29:31Speaker 3: the bowl. Put it in the bowl first.
- 29:33Speaker 2: Okay, So you cook the meat, all right? What color
- 29:36Speaker 2: does the meat need to be?
- 29:37Speaker 4: You?
- 29:37Speaker 2: Is it red? Is it pink? Is it purple?
- 29:39Speaker 3: Brown?
- 29:40Speaker 2: Okay, so you're gonna brown the meat. Don't forget though.
- 29:43Speaker 2: You gotta put taco seasoning in there, right? Oh yeah,
- 29:45Speaker 2: so remember you take the top. You gotta do it.
- 29:48Speaker 2: And usually because I'm a bargain chopper, we get the
- 29:50Speaker 2: cheaper beef. So we got to drain all the grease
- 29:52Speaker 2: out of it, which I help you do that, right,
- 29:54Speaker 2: and then we do the taco season and you put
- 29:56Speaker 2: the water usually three quarters cup, let a boil, put
- 29:59Speaker 2: the seasoning in and all stuff. Mix it around. So
- 30:01Speaker 2: we got that. So then you're taking it out of
- 30:02Speaker 2: the pin. You're gonna put it in a bowl, and
- 30:03Speaker 2: then you're gonna add sour cream and cheese into the bowl.
- 30:06Speaker 2: Are you talking a bowl to serve like as if
- 30:08Speaker 2: you were making yourself nachos? Got you? Okay, So we're
- 30:13Speaker 2: scooping out of the pin and putting in a bowl
- 30:16Speaker 2: for yourself, meat, sour cream, cheese.
- 30:20Speaker 3: Yes, meat sour cream cheese.
- 30:21Speaker 2: You're not putting the chips in first.
- 30:23Speaker 3: Oh, chips, meat, sour cream cheese, taco sauce.
- 30:31Speaker 2: Remember the time this triggered my brain when one of
- 30:35Speaker 2: your teachers at school, Avery had you do the assignment
- 30:37Speaker 2: and how to make a peanut butter and jelly with
- 30:39Speaker 2: full detail. And then actually, so you had to write
- 30:41Speaker 2: the whole thing down. I thought this was brilliant. So
- 30:43Speaker 2: if there's any teachers out there, please do this with
- 30:45Speaker 2: your kids. So you go through and they had to
- 30:48Speaker 2: write down exactly every single step how to make a
- 30:51Speaker 2: peanut butter and jelly, and then they had to read
- 30:53Speaker 2: it and make it the way that they wrote it down.
- 30:56Speaker 2: So you already did this. I want you to explain
- 30:59Speaker 2: to everybody right now how you would make a peanut
- 31:02Speaker 2: butter and jelly full detail.
- 31:04Speaker 3: I've already done that.
- 31:05Speaker 2: You've already done this. How come I didn't see you?
- 31:07Speaker 3: No, we did, we did because we didn't take home
- 31:10Speaker 3: the paper.
- 31:11Speaker 2: Unbelievable. So did you? And then you had to did
- 31:14Speaker 2: you physically have to make the peanut butter and jelly
- 31:15Speaker 2: from it?
- 31:16Speaker 3: It wasn't a peanut butter and jelly it was it
- 31:22Speaker 3: was a New Tell sandwich, but it had no It
- 31:25Speaker 3: was a peanut butter sandwich with syrup.
- 31:30Speaker 2: Interesting, you guys do some weird things.
- 31:32Speaker 3: I'm pretty sure for sure.
- 31:34Speaker 1: It wasn't like peanut butter and fluff or something.
- 31:38Speaker 2: Either way, I thought it was hilarious because so many
- 31:40Speaker 2: people thought they tried their hard is that that this
- 31:43Speaker 2: is how you make it, but they messed up so
- 31:45Speaker 2: many details. So then when they went to go make it,
- 31:47Speaker 2: it was just a complete disaster. Right, what what set you?
- 31:50Speaker 2: What got you?
- 31:51Speaker 1: What got me was what side to put the like?
- 31:54Speaker 1: I had it all right, and then it was when
- 31:57Speaker 1: you had to spread it onto the piece of bread,
- 32:01Speaker 1: and apparently I didn't specify enough, so they my teacher
- 32:06Speaker 1: spread it on the back side of the bread, and
- 32:09Speaker 1: so it was like outside, so there was nothing in
- 32:12Speaker 1: the inside. It was both on the outside.
- 32:15Speaker 2: Oh yeah. So the teachers read it and made the
- 32:17Speaker 2: same that's right, okay, yeah, And.
- 32:20Speaker 3: My teacher she cut it into four pieces because there
- 32:24Speaker 3: was four people in the group and we each got
- 32:27Speaker 3: to eat it. But one of them said, I can't remember,
- 32:32Speaker 3: I can't say names. On the show, they had bread
- 32:38Speaker 3: and they put pretty sure peanut butter syrup, and then
- 32:44Speaker 3: and then they didn't put the top thing on it.
- 32:48Speaker 3: They didn't say what side to put it on, so
- 32:50Speaker 3: what put on the bottom with the other one. And
- 32:53Speaker 3: then they're like, no, no, no, we mean the top.
- 33:00Speaker 2: That's pretty good.
- 33:02Speaker 1: Yeah, someone in my class didn't specify to take the
- 33:05Speaker 1: knife and scoob it on. So they had a bread,
- 33:09Speaker 1: a bottle of jelly, and a bottle of peanut butter
- 33:12Speaker 1: and the other piece of the bread.
- 33:13Speaker 2: Oh, the actual bottles over there. They didn't take it out. Yeah,
- 33:17Speaker 2: that's a good exercise, teachers. If you do that, let
- 33:19Speaker 2: us know, because that is a fail. That's way worse
- 33:22Speaker 2: than having fluffy or nanso fluffy pinking dog.
- 33:28Speaker 3: No, those are literally like coasters.
- 33:31Speaker 4: Cos.
- 33:31Speaker 2: Okay, all right, let's mix it up a little bit
- 33:34Speaker 2: so it's off me and on you, and we're going
- 33:36Speaker 2: to continue this for the second week ever. The let's
- 33:40Speaker 2: rank some items in a fridge. I wish I remembered
- 33:43Speaker 2: last week what we ranked them on. I think we
- 33:45Speaker 2: ranked them on how organized they were one through ten,
- 33:48Speaker 2: how clean they were one through ten. I don't remember
- 33:52Speaker 2: the rest. So we'll just we'll have some fun with
- 33:53Speaker 2: this we'll break this down for a couple of minutes.
- 33:55Speaker 2: Let me put it on the screen so anybody at
- 33:57Speaker 2: home knows exactly what fridge we are talking about here.
- 34:01Speaker 2: So we found this fridge on the internet, and this
- 34:04Speaker 2: is the one that stuck out for the kids. And
- 34:08Speaker 2: I'm gonna say the first what's the first thing that
- 34:11Speaker 2: really sticks out to you? Guys?
- 34:13Speaker 3: Like?
- 34:13Speaker 2: What do you see in this fridge?
- 34:14Speaker 1: And go?
- 34:14Speaker 3: I see on the bottom shelf, I see. I'm pretty
- 34:18Speaker 3: sure those are KMC.
- 34:19Speaker 1: Boxes on the bottom shelf in the bottom drawer are here?
- 34:24Speaker 2: I thought they were eggs. Let's sit here? Can I
- 34:27Speaker 2: go down? Did you do scrolling down?
- 34:30Speaker 1: Over?
- 34:31Speaker 2: I don't know how to go over? Okay, okay, we're
- 34:39Speaker 2: having some depth of all these there. I can't go
- 34:42Speaker 2: over because of this monitor. We're gonna have to go
- 34:45Speaker 2: over here. Can you guys see that?
- 34:47Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 34:48Speaker 2: Those are eggs.
- 34:52Speaker 3: They kind of looked like the guy from KMC.
- 34:56Speaker 2: What's the first thing that sticks out in your mind? Neighbor?
- 34:59Speaker 1: The first thing I stuck out in my mind when
- 35:01Speaker 1: I first saw this as the silver pan on the
- 35:05Speaker 1: shelf right here?
- 35:06Speaker 2: What do you think's in there?
- 35:09Speaker 1: I when I first saw it, it kind of. It's
- 35:12Speaker 1: just like it looks like there's like water from like
- 35:15Speaker 1: the boil on the lids. So it must have been
- 35:17Speaker 1: something for Do.
- 35:19Speaker 2: You know why there's water or condensation under the lid?
- 35:22Speaker 2: Do you know how that usually.
- 35:23Speaker 1: Happens because of the temperature change?
- 35:27Speaker 2: Yes, exactly. They went from hut. They didn't really let
- 35:30Speaker 2: it cool all the way through it in there. I
- 35:31Speaker 2: been there. I also noticed, hold on, let's guess what
- 35:35Speaker 2: do we think is in there?
- 35:37Speaker 1: Maybe mac and cheese kind of see like yellow stuff and.
- 35:42Speaker 2: I think that's the reflection from the lemons. Oh, I
- 35:46Speaker 2: know what. My first brain went, mashed potatoes. I was like,
- 35:51Speaker 2: you know what, maybe that's a bottom mashed potatoes, could
- 35:53Speaker 2: be salt potatoes, could be going, could be anything, really
- 35:55Speaker 2: could be pasta al though, wouldn't leave it in there,
- 35:57Speaker 2: but either. First thing that didn't jump out in your
- 35:59Speaker 2: brain was leaning tower of milk. There's a milk jug
- 36:03Speaker 2: that's happening.
- 36:05Speaker 1: I know That's what I was. The first thing, yeah,
- 36:08Speaker 1: came to my mind when I saw that was why
- 36:10Speaker 1: didn't they just drink the rest of it? There's literally
- 36:12Speaker 1: like this.
- 36:13Speaker 2: Much that's what you're gonna do. I've seen you put
- 36:16Speaker 2: I have I have witnessed you putting back a thing
- 36:19Speaker 2: of milk so you didn't have to dump it, rinse
- 36:21Speaker 2: it and put it in the recycle bin. Tell me
- 36:23Speaker 2: I'm wrong, Tell me I'm wrong. Busted? All right, So
- 36:29Speaker 2: let's go through in What else do you think is weird?
- 36:32Speaker 2: I thought not weird, but I was wondering what this
- 36:35Speaker 2: was over here in the door. I thought it was
- 36:38Speaker 2: some kind of protein thing. And it does look like
- 36:40Speaker 2: something that you would like people that work out. It
- 36:42Speaker 2: looks like it's like a rehydration things. I'm looking at
- 36:45Speaker 2: the at the bottle and I see hydrate. So typically
- 36:47Speaker 2: what they do if you do extreme workouts, lots of hikes,
- 36:50Speaker 2: sweat a lot. You take a scoop or something like
- 36:51Speaker 2: that and some water, put it in there and it
- 36:53Speaker 2: gives you extra hydration. So not so weird. But I
- 36:56Speaker 2: mean we're looking around, look at I feel like there's
- 36:58Speaker 2: a lot of healthy things. We got some we got
- 37:00Speaker 2: some protein bars, we got some chia seeds, we got
- 37:02Speaker 2: some carrots, A lot of this. I don't know what this.
- 37:05Speaker 2: This looks like coconut soda, lime sodas, Laura bars, never
- 37:10Speaker 2: heard of. Hey, they keep that fridge at thirty seven,
- 37:14Speaker 2: that's fancy, thirty eight thirty eight? Either what were you?
- 37:17Speaker 2: What were you thinking? What did you see?
- 37:18Speaker 1: What?
- 37:19Speaker 2: We got some we've got over here? What are you?
- 37:21Speaker 2: What are you seeing?
- 37:21Speaker 3: But I know I was gonna say fancy.
- 37:27Speaker 2: That's fancy peanut butter, peanut? But have you ever seen
- 37:29Speaker 2: crunchy peanut butter and a jar in a fridge? In
- 37:32Speaker 2: a fridge? That's what were you saying?
- 37:35Speaker 3: But can we guess who the people are like owning
- 37:39Speaker 3: this fridge? After there's some orange juice over orange juice,
- 37:46Speaker 3: there's a fresh cart milk.
- 37:48Speaker 2: Yeah, so that lots of milk. So I'm gonna say
- 37:50Speaker 2: right now, they go look at all those eggs. They
- 37:52Speaker 2: got brown eggs, they got white eggs. I think they
- 37:54Speaker 2: have chickens to have brown those look sto bought to
- 37:57Speaker 2: me personally, and we got some. We got some fruit.
- 38:00Speaker 2: This orange is old, Yeah, it looks old, not not.
- 38:02Speaker 2: And listen, we're not judging to be like, oh my god,
- 38:04Speaker 2: because it isn't our fridge. We should rank our fridge
- 38:07Speaker 2: one of these times. What a nice those potatoes. I
- 38:12Speaker 2: thought there's not potato chips. I thought those were potatoes
- 38:15Speaker 2: what's this?
- 38:16Speaker 1: That's what I love.
- 38:18Speaker 2: That's what I was thinking. It was pigs or cookies,
- 38:21Speaker 2: cookies in the fridge, cold cookie fruit?
- 38:26Speaker 1: What's in that clear container? Looks like a half a roll?
- 38:32Speaker 3: Large?
- 38:33Speaker 2: What appears to be a container with one roll? Or
- 38:38Speaker 2: pastry or donuts or we can't zoom anywhere. I was
- 38:42Speaker 2: gonna see what that is. Yeah, it's it's so interesting things.
- 38:45Speaker 2: Some carrots, a couple of big to them, some some leftovers,
- 38:49Speaker 2: one bottle of water. What's more? Is that's more leftovers?
- 38:55Speaker 2: Probably there's two. It's a lot. You go to our fridge,
- 39:01Speaker 2: we got all sorts of leftovers. It looks like some medicine.
- 39:05Speaker 2: It's some medicine, all right, let's go ahead. Oh we
- 39:08Speaker 2: got some what is this? S J. R. Kensington's some
- 39:14Speaker 2: kind of sauce?
- 39:15Speaker 3: What is that?
- 39:16Speaker 1: It looks like chicken poop?
- 39:19Speaker 2: I hope that on chicken poop? Back rice maybe? Or
- 39:23Speaker 2: oh what is it? Oats? Like oats and something? Okay,
- 39:29Speaker 2: a lot of good stuff here. Let's go ahead and
- 39:32Speaker 2: rank this the first thing. Let's rank how clean?
- 39:36Speaker 3: Like?
- 39:37Speaker 2: How clean does this look like? You go in our
- 39:39Speaker 2: fridge every once in a while when something gets spilled
- 39:41Speaker 2: and nobody picks it up. There's some stains, like how
- 39:44Speaker 2: one through ten decimal points are? Okay, how clean do
- 39:50Speaker 2: you see this?
- 39:50Speaker 3: Like?
- 39:50Speaker 2: Does it look dirty? Does it look very clean? Like
- 39:53Speaker 2: they wipe it up like you know what I mean?
- 39:56Speaker 1: Oh, I can see some marks, Yeah, I get it.
- 40:00Speaker 1: Six It looks pretty clean.
- 40:01Speaker 3: I would say five.
- 40:02Speaker 2: Okay, rookie numbers. All right, I'm gonna go with a
- 40:05Speaker 2: five point eight. It's above average clean, it's it's pretty clean.
- 40:09Speaker 2: Lot of white still, but there is it's just wearing.
- 40:11Speaker 1: Chair doors have like fingerprints on.
- 40:14Speaker 3: Yeah, which it happens, could have kids.
- 40:17Speaker 2: Yeah, absolutely absolutely. Let's go how organized is this fridge?
- 40:23Speaker 2: If you look at it the one that Brandon and
- 40:24Speaker 2: myself did last week, I mean it was like organized.
- 40:28Speaker 2: How organized do you guys see that? This fridge is
- 40:31Speaker 2: a three?
- 40:33Speaker 1: It is just like there's random stuff like there's one
- 40:35Speaker 1: milk gurt in there, one milk garten there, and just
- 40:39Speaker 1: a half a roll or something and it's just not
- 40:42Speaker 1: very organized.
- 40:43Speaker 3: Okay, I'm gonna say two.
- 40:45Speaker 2: Ooh fine, I'm gonna beat you guys. I'm gonna go
- 40:47Speaker 2: two point four and that again, we're not judging. We're
- 40:50Speaker 2: out here. If this is your fridge and you happen
- 40:51Speaker 2: to come out here, listen, it's okay because our fridge
- 40:54Speaker 2: is we have a messy fridge. We're gonna go right
- 40:57Speaker 2: for it. So we're just having some fun with this.
- 40:58Speaker 2: But all right, let's let's go what's the next thing here?
- 41:02Speaker 2: Organized cleanliness? How healthy of a fridge is this? Let's
- 41:06Speaker 2: go with that, meaning, you know, is it full of
- 41:09Speaker 2: junk food? Is it full of stuff that is pretty
- 41:11Speaker 2: deemed healthy? Again, decimal points are okay.
- 41:14Speaker 1: I give it a six point five. It's like okay
- 41:20Speaker 1: because like we don't know what some of the stuff is,
- 41:24Speaker 1: because like the pot, we don't know what it is,
- 41:27Speaker 1: and we just don't know what some stuff are. But
- 41:30Speaker 1: it has lots of fruits and vegetables and protein bottle
- 41:35Speaker 1: over there, and yep, I mean looks pretty healthy. I
- 41:40Speaker 1: like it.
- 41:42Speaker 3: I would say five because it could be in the
- 41:46Speaker 3: middle because there is some protein stuff in there and
- 41:51Speaker 3: there's also some.
- 41:52Speaker 2: Drunk what's the junk I only see see? For me,
- 41:56Speaker 2: I only see one junk, like one thing, and I'm
- 41:58Speaker 2: not even certain that is overly junkie. But it looks bread,
- 42:01Speaker 2: which we love. Bread could be a pastry. That's cool.
- 42:04Speaker 2: I think everything else in that I don't know what
- 42:06Speaker 2: this is. But even if it's so, it's a healthier option.
- 42:08Speaker 2: Like I don't really see anything that looks like peanut
- 42:11Speaker 2: but real. But peanut butter, you know that's a healthy one.
- 42:13Speaker 2: Oh you're saying peanut butter is drunk food. I'm gonna
- 42:16Speaker 2: I'm gonna go seven point eight.
- 42:17Speaker 1: Yeah, And there's a lot of like eggs, which is protein,
- 42:21Speaker 1: and fruits and vegetables.
- 42:22Speaker 4: No.
- 42:23Speaker 3: I mean like there could be some drunk that we
- 42:25Speaker 3: don't see.
- 42:26Speaker 1: But we also don't know what the red containers are
- 42:29Speaker 1: and what's behind the milk.
- 42:31Speaker 2: That is true.
- 42:32Speaker 3: I don't know what they're behind all of it.
- 42:34Speaker 2: That is true. Okay, Uh, anything else that we should
- 42:37Speaker 2: rank about this? Or should we make a guess on
- 42:40Speaker 2: what kind of fridge? Like who owns this fridge? Whose
- 42:43Speaker 2: kitchen is this fridge in? You know, is it gonna
- 42:46Speaker 2: be you know, a single guy who's a cop. Is
- 42:50Speaker 2: it gonna be you know, a full I don't know
- 42:55Speaker 2: what do you think?
- 42:56Speaker 1: My guess is that they have it's a couple with
- 43:02Speaker 1: one to two kids. Because of the apple sauces in
- 43:06Speaker 1: the fridge, door. I think it's a little kid because there's.
- 43:12Speaker 4: Not there's not a lot of little kids stuff in there,
- 43:18Speaker 4: so I'm assuming that there's still like one the age
- 43:22Speaker 4: of like one to two, because they have lots of
- 43:24Speaker 4: milk in.
- 43:25Speaker 2: There, lots of milk up and apple sauce.
- 43:29Speaker 3: Okay, okay, I think it's two parents that have three kids.
- 43:36Speaker 2: Oh girls, I think there's.
- 43:38Speaker 3: Two three year olds, and I think there's gonna be well,
- 43:46Speaker 3: one's a four year old, ones a three year old.
- 43:48Speaker 3: And then I think there's gonna be a teenager in there,
- 43:51Speaker 3: because this is a lot of teenager food. You aren't kidding,
- 43:55Speaker 3: because sissy, if I'm thinking of my sister, she loved
- 44:00Speaker 3: lemon water, and there's a bunch.
- 44:02Speaker 2: Of lemons in there, and we keep our lemons on
- 44:04Speaker 2: the counter. I wonder if we should keep them in
- 44:05Speaker 2: a fridge. Okay, that's good. I don't like this because
- 44:10Speaker 2: I was gonna go a couple with three kids, so
- 44:13Speaker 2: because you stole that from me, no, I'm gonna still
- 44:16Speaker 2: with it. I'm gonna say there's one younger. I do agree.
- 44:18Speaker 2: I'm gonna meet you guys in the middle. I think
- 44:19Speaker 2: there's definitely a teenager and then I'm gonna I'm gonna say,
- 44:21Speaker 2: that's kind of like our dynamic. We got a teenager,
- 44:23Speaker 2: we got a preteen, and then they got a younger. One.
- 44:26Speaker 2: Seems like a very family style fridge in here. Got
- 44:29Speaker 2: a couple of parents that you know, into the health.
- 44:32Speaker 2: I'm gonna say they got a couple of pets. I'm
- 44:33Speaker 2: gonna say for whatever reason, I'm gonna say this is
- 44:36Speaker 2: pet medication. We don't really know, but i'm gonna say
- 44:38Speaker 2: it's a family. They got some pets, they got some kids,
- 44:42Speaker 2: they got the leftovers. They were just scrambling after a
- 44:44Speaker 2: sport game. They're like, oh my god, we gotta hurry
- 44:46Speaker 2: up and just get this and get the kids a bed.
- 44:47Speaker 4: We just just throw the little bad in the fridge.
- 44:50Speaker 1: Can I add to what I said? Yeah, I suppose
- 44:54Speaker 1: I think that the parents are like they work out
- 44:59Speaker 1: a lot, because like they have the protein stuff in
- 45:01Speaker 1: the fridge.
- 45:02Speaker 2: Do you think it's the mom that works out a
- 45:04Speaker 2: lot or the dad or both? Because I'm getting I'm
- 45:08Speaker 2: thinking mom. I think mom works out a lot and
- 45:11Speaker 2: dad watches football, eats chicken wings.
- 45:14Speaker 1: I think both. I think they go to the gym together.
- 45:18Speaker 3: And I don't think they usually work out because if they,
- 45:23Speaker 3: if they went to the gym, there's one parent that's watching.
- 45:27Speaker 2: They're a younger kid.
- 45:29Speaker 3: There's three kids, But what if.
- 45:31Speaker 2: The teenager watches the other kids? What if it's the tea.
- 45:34Speaker 2: I think it's the teenager that's doing the working out.
- 45:37Speaker 2: And like Sissy, remember Sissy went through the like Asian
- 45:40Speaker 2: food and spicy and ramen. Look at this right here,
- 45:44Speaker 2: right down here in this corner. They got some Asian food,
- 45:48Speaker 2: a little spiciness and still that weird hitting. I think
- 45:51Speaker 2: the kid hid that. I think that's a used apple
- 45:53Speaker 2: sauce packet in there, right in that bottom right, and
- 45:56Speaker 2: that kid snuck it in there. I was like, mom,
- 45:58Speaker 2: will nerve under.
- 46:00Speaker 1: So I think they have like a little kid because
- 46:03Speaker 1: my little sister doesn't eat all of her apple sauce
- 46:06Speaker 1: and one sitting, so we put the rush back in.
- 46:08Speaker 2: Oh smart?
- 46:10Speaker 3: And I also want to add, I think also one
- 46:15Speaker 3: that moved out that's in college.
- 46:17Speaker 2: Oh okay, all right, well I think we've really rated
- 46:22Speaker 2: that fridge. That was good, That was good, that was fun.
- 46:26Speaker 2: All right, all right, let's wrap this up. Can you
- 46:32Speaker 2: guys anything else to say?
- 46:33Speaker 4: No?
- 46:34Speaker 2: All right, well that's an episode. Hopefully you guys enjoyed
- 46:37Speaker 2: it and we will see you all next week, either
- 46:39Speaker 2: with the kids or with Brandon. And you've been back. Girls,
- 46:43Speaker 2: I appreciate you. But stay out of my fridge, all right?

- 47:02Speaker 3: Time it's gonna be abound.
