- 0:27Speaker 1: Settle down and close your eyes. Now take a deep breath.
- 0:34Speaker 1: Hold it for just a moment. And now let it
- 0:39Speaker 1: all go. Big sigh of a breath. Now take another
- 0:47Speaker 1: deep breath. Hold the breath. And slowly and gently breathe out,
- 0:56Speaker 1: feeling very relaxed. One more time. Deep breath in and
- 1:06Speaker 1: hold the breath. And slowly and gently breathe out, feeling
- 1:15Speaker 1: very peaceful and very calm. Now I want you to
- 1:21Speaker 1: take another deep breath in, but this time I want
- 1:25Speaker 1: you to lift your arms slightly and just tense them up.
- 1:30Speaker 1: So take another deep breath in, breathe in deeply, Lifting
- 1:34Speaker 1: your arms, tensing them up. And slowly and gently breathe out.
- 1:42Speaker 1: Letting go all of your muscles' tension. One more time.
- 1:49Speaker 1: Breathe in. Lift your arms slightly. Tense them up. Hold
- 1:55Speaker 1: a breath. And breathe out. Letting them drop back down naturally.
- 2:03Speaker 1: And relaxing your whole body. Letting go of everything you
- 2:09Speaker 1: no longer need. Now do the same again with your legs.
- 2:16Speaker 1: Take a deep breath in and raise your legs slightly.
- 2:20Speaker 1: Tense them up as tight as you can and hold
- 2:23Speaker 1: the breath. And breathe out. Letting them slump back down again.
- 2:33Speaker 1: One more time. Deep breath in. Raising your legs slightly
- 2:38Speaker 1: and tensing them up. Hold for just a second. And
- 2:43Speaker 1: breathe out. Letting them slump back down again. Now notice
- 2:52Speaker 1: how relaxed your body feels. And notice how soft your
- 2:56Speaker 1: muscles are now. Take one more deep breath. Hold the
- 3:04Speaker 1: breath and breathe out and let your mind be still.
- 3:14Speaker 1: Now imagine yourself sitting in a glass room in a
- 3:19Speaker 1: beautiful lush green forest and the walls are made of
- 3:24Speaker 1: glass and so is the slanty roof and the raindrops
- 3:30Speaker 1: are falling softly onto the clear roof, and you can
- 3:35Speaker 1: see them as they slowly run down the glass. It's
- 3:40Speaker 1: as if they have a sense of their own presence,
- 3:44Speaker 1: a sense that they are alive too. And with each
- 3:50Speaker 1: drop that falls, it is reminding you that you are
- 3:55Speaker 1: in this present moment, the here and the now. only
- 4:02Speaker 1: moment we have and it's reminding you to just appreciate
- 4:08Speaker 1: the beauty of nature. You watch the rain gently falling
- 4:16Speaker 1: down the glass roof for just a moment and see
- 4:20Speaker 1: the patterns it makes as it joins up with the
- 4:23Speaker 1: other raindrops and its soothing sound is bringing you so
- 4:28Speaker 1: much peace and serenity You watch the raindrops slide gently
- 4:36Speaker 1: down the windows and again you watch as they form
- 4:41Speaker 1: patterns and join together. They are so clear and so
- 4:45Speaker 1: clean and sometimes the raindrops even look a bit silvery too.
- 4:54Speaker 1: So let go of any worries you may have as
- 4:57Speaker 1: you watch you feel the raindrops washing away any stress
- 5:03Speaker 1: or tension you may be feeling. You feel a gentle
- 5:09Speaker 1: calmness wash over you, just like the raindrops are washing
- 5:14Speaker 1: away any dirt that may be on the windows or
- 5:17Speaker 1: the roof. As you take in the beauty of the rain,
- 5:25Speaker 1: you begin to feel a sense of happiness building up
- 5:29Speaker 1: inside you, and you realise that happiness comes from within you.
- 5:37Speaker 1: And that you can find happiness in the simplest things
- 5:41Speaker 1: in life. And the raindrops are a reminder to slow
- 5:46Speaker 1: down and appreciate the present moment. To find joy in
- 5:52Speaker 1: the most ordinary things. And to let go of any
- 5:57Speaker 1: negative thoughts or emotions that you don't need anymore You
- 6:04Speaker 1: can also hear the raindrops as they bounce off the roof.
- 6:10Speaker 1: Can you hear them? The gentle sound is so comforting
- 6:15Speaker 1: and it feels so peaceful. The raindrops almost sound like
- 6:23Speaker 1: they are tinkling. It's like they are singing to you.
- 6:28Speaker 1: Can you hear them? Can you hear the sound? the
- 6:33Speaker 1: tinkling raindrops. You look again at the beautiful raindrops slowly
- 6:44Speaker 1: making their way down the glass and as you look
- 6:48Speaker 1: at them you can see pictures they are making as
- 6:52Speaker 1: they join together in different ways. Some of them look
- 6:57Speaker 1: like little animals, some of them look like trees, What
- 7:03Speaker 1: can you see in the raindrops? So just for a
- 7:08Speaker 1: few moments, watch and just listen to the sound of
- 7:13Speaker 1: the tinkling raindrops. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. as
- 9:02Speaker 1: the rain gently falls you feel so grateful for this
- 9:06Speaker 1: very moment so grateful to be alive so grateful for
- 9:13Speaker 1: your family and your friends so just take one more
- 9:18Speaker 1: deep breath in hold the breath and slowly and gently
- 9:24Speaker 1: breathe out feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. You feel so happy now,
- 9:32Speaker 1: so peaceful and calm. So take another deep breath in,
- 9:39Speaker 1: breathing in through your nose, and slowly and gently breathe
- 9:45Speaker 1: out through your mouth. One last time. Breathe in through
- 9:53Speaker 1: your nose, hold the breath, and slowly and gently breathe
- 10:01Speaker 1: out through your mouth. Whenever you are ready, wriggle your fingers,
- 10:08Speaker 1: wriggle your toes, and slowly and gently open your eyes.
