  SPEAKER_17: He did, actually.
• 1:00
SPEAKER_17: It's time, it's time for you to you have to return the favor, J.
• 1:03
SPEAKER_02: You gotta Red Bull this up, dude.
• 1:05
  SPEAKER_02: Oh no.
• 1:06
  SPEAKER_02: I won't sleep.
• 1:07
  SPEAKER_02: I haven't been sleeping.
• 1:08
  SPEAKER_02: That's the problem.
• 1:08
SPEAKER_02: So if I had a Red Bull, I'm not gonna sleep.
• 1:10
SPEAKER_02: Oh well, this is more important.
• 1:12
SPEAKER_02: I just noticed I am so electric bat right now.
• 1:14
  SPEAKER_02: I'm using it.
• 1:15
  SPEAKER_02: I didn't know I had this all day.
• 1:17
SPEAKER_18: I have a cup, I have the why is Canada calling me during this show?
• 1:21
  SPEAKER_18: No.
• 1:22
SPEAKER_17: Let's see, let's see what he wants live.
• 1:24
SPEAKER_17: Do you really want to?
• 1:26
  SPEAKER_17: Nah.
• 1:26
  SPEAKER_17: Nah.
• 1:27
SPEAKER_17: Um, so uh Ralph, when you come to the arcade, I need to get you uh we have new hats.
• 1:34
  SPEAKER_02: I think I have one.
• 1:35
  SPEAKER_02: I ordered one.
• 1:35
  SPEAKER_02: Oh, okay.
• 1:36
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I got it.
• 1:37
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I got it.
• 1:37
  SPEAKER_02: I'm on that stuff.
• 1:38
SPEAKER_02: When there's new swag, I'm on it.
• 1:39
SPEAKER_17: Oh my god, he's calling me now.
• 1:41
  SPEAKER_17: The hat's cool.
• 1:42
  SPEAKER_18: Oh my god.
• 1:42
  SPEAKER_02: The hat's good.
• 1:43
  SPEAKER_18: All right, everyone.
• 1:44
  SPEAKER_18: Three-hour episode.
• 1:45
SPEAKER_18: Hey guys, we were gonna do a much better job of the chat today.
• 1:48
  SPEAKER_18: So here we go.
• 1:50
  SPEAKER_18: Okay.
• 1:51
SPEAKER_18: What do we want to start with?
• 1:52
SPEAKER_18: Do we want to start right at the notes and just go for it and go from there?
• 1:57
  SPEAKER_18: Why not?
• 1:57
  SPEAKER_18: Yeah.
• 1:58
SPEAKER_18: We don't have any certain order, right?
• 2:00
  SPEAKER_18: No.
• 2:01
  SPEAKER_18: Let's go.
• 2:02
  SPEAKER_18: All right.
• 2:03
SPEAKER_18: A few weeks ago, my friend Colin from the Kineticist uh used AI to populate his site with other people's work and content.
• 2:14
SPEAKER_18: And no one's really talked about this, okay?
• 2:17
SPEAKER_18: Uh he used it to basically steal some of our information that we have, right?
• 2:24
SPEAKER_18: And Knapp and really Jason Knapp is the one that took the bronze of this.
• 2:28
SPEAKER_18: Uh what's going on, Khan?
• 2:30
  SPEAKER_18: What are we doing?
• 2:32
SPEAKER_18: What are we doing, Kyle?
• 2:34
  SPEAKER_02: So uh I I don't so here's the thing.
• 2:39
SPEAKER_02: If you're gonna use AI to organize your own work, I'm totally fine with that.
• 2:44
SPEAKER_02: You can use it all day long to organize your own stuff.
• 2:46
SPEAKER_02: But the thing I had a problem with is it was he was using it to curate everybody else's stuff and then post it as an article on his site.
• 2:54
SPEAKER_02: Now I I don't and if that that's okay if the if the creator agreed to it, you know what I mean?
• 2:59
SPEAKER_02: But the way a creator's gonna look at that is they're gonna go, well, you're now redirecting potentially sometimes views to you versus me.
• 3:07
SPEAKER_02: And it's not and like, of course, when we all publish content, we want people to see it, right?
• 3:11
SPEAKER_02: So I mean, if you went there and he consolidated your video to a page, I might not even watch the video.
• 3:17
SPEAKER_02: Do you know what I mean?
• 3:18
SPEAKER_02: So that I think that's where like Nap's like, man, if you're doing that, then they might not go to my site, and that that's kind of wrong, in my opinion.
• 3:26
SPEAKER_02: So I don't know what he was thinking.
• 3:28
SPEAKER_02: I don't know if he ever said, like, hey, I'm sorry, this was because supposedly the story was he was evaluating something.
• 3:35
SPEAKER_02: I can't remember what it was called, but he was evaluating an AI tool, but he never came out and said, like, hey, my AI tool was kind of messed up, sorry about that.
• 3:42
  SPEAKER_02: Like, no problem.
• 3:43
SPEAKER_02: Like, that would have been cool.
• 3:44
SPEAKER_02: Like, that's what I thought after the nap thing.
• 3:46
SPEAKER_02: I'm like, oh, I was like clicking on the re refresh on Kineticist.
• 3:49
SPEAKER_02: I was like, he's gonna definitely apologize because this, you know, he never said anything about it.
• 3:55
SPEAKER_02: Like he so he just ignored it, which I think was even worse.
• 3:57
SPEAKER_02: Like, I would have just said, Hey man, sorry, it wasn't how it was supposed to work.
• 4:01
SPEAKER_02: I and it was it wasn't just nap, it was me, nap, don't it was anybody, you it was everybody.
• 4:06
  SPEAKER_02: So I don't know, it's kind of weird.
• 4:08
SPEAKER_02: Yes, yeah, it was sort of weird.
• 4:11
SPEAKER_02: And I thought that was an odd choice.
• 4:13
SPEAKER_02: What do you think, Kale?
• 4:15
  SPEAKER_17: Uh I I don't know enough about it.
• 4:18
SPEAKER_17: I mean, I Jason Knapp messaged me, and or I think we even talked on the phone about it.
• 4:24
SPEAKER_17: Um but I think at first when he deployed it, it was a little uh a little messed up because maybe there wasn't like pop proper attribution and and it was just like stealing stuff and putting on his website, and now maybe it was sorted out a little more.
• 4:42
  SPEAKER_17: I don't I I don't know enough about it really.
• 4:44
SPEAKER_18: You know, I I called Colin on the brunt of that one, huh?
• 4:50
SPEAKER_18: So I called Colin last week, right before two weeks ago, I called him to try to clear the air with him, right?
• 4:57
SPEAKER_18: And then this happened, and then I got pissed off, to be honest.
• 5:02
SPEAKER_18: Clear the air about what?
• 5:04
SPEAKER_18: There's really nothing to clear the air about Jamie and the city.
• 5:06
SPEAKER_18: I wanted to clear I wanted to clear the air about the Twippy situation, me and Ralph's situation with him, Kale.
• 5:14
SPEAKER_02: See the bad thing about it, Jamie, is if if if if Jamie wants validation or me or I want validation on if I did something right or wrong, and I believe I'm right, Jamie's just gonna agree with me, and I do the same for him.
• 5:26
SPEAKER_02: So like we should really be calling you to see if we messed, did something wrong.
• 5:30
SPEAKER_02: You know what I mean?
• 5:31
SPEAKER_02: Because you'd be like because Jamie and I just like, nah, man, just no, Jamie, you're good, man.
• 5:35
  SPEAKER_02: It's all good.
• 5:36
SPEAKER_02: He's like, Ralph, you too.
• 5:37
  SPEAKER_02: We're like, hi five, let's go.
• 5:38
SPEAKER_02: All right, we're out of the Twippies.
• 5:40
SPEAKER_18: And you know, the the real thing that I brought this up is, boys, is I want to buy the Twippies.
• 5:50
  SPEAKER_18: I I really do.
• 5:52
SPEAKER_18: I want to take it away from Colin and give it to the people.
• 5:58
SPEAKER_18: I want to do this, Kim.
• 5:59
SPEAKER_18: But to buy it would mean they want to sell it.
• 6:02
SPEAKER_18: He has to sell it.
• 6:04
SPEAKER_17: What do you want to you you would have to have an extra chromosome to think that's a good idea?
• 6:10
  SPEAKER_17: I mean, I don't you don't think it the the why?
• 6:15
SPEAKER_02: Because I miss the Twippies.
• 6:16
  SPEAKER_02: I miss it.
• 6:17
SPEAKER_02: Let's be honest, Jamie, okay?
• 6:19
SPEAKER_02: We had we were on the last one that they did live, right?
• 6:22
SPEAKER_02: And and there was issues, right?
• 6:24
  SPEAKER_02: It wasn't it wasn't perfect.
• 6:26
  SPEAKER_02: I f I felt good about it though.
• 6:27
SPEAKER_02: I felt like it was pretty fun, and I think we did a good job considering some of the tech issues.
• 6:31
SPEAKER_02: But here's the thing I do feel, and this is not I'm no, I know I'm gonna get beat up a little bit for saying this, but I feel like over the years, what it means that show has like continued to decline, and people have like almost a negative feeling about it.
• 6:46
  SPEAKER_02: I it's it's just it's just fact, it feels that way.
• 6:49
SPEAKER_02: Like when I see people seem to be like, I'm not into that anymore.
• 6:53
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, so to me, it's almost better to not buy the Twippies, and I'm not suggesting uh it isn't like a you versus them or whatever, but maybe it's better to rebrand it and do your own thing versus that, you know what I mean?
• 7:04
  SPEAKER_18: So that could coexist.
• 7:06
SPEAKER_18: This has been such a banger year.
• 7:09
SPEAKER_18: We need a show, and we need a show that's going to uh showcase creators as well.
• 7:14
SPEAKER_18: We just this this needs to happen, and I think the pinball roundtables need to happen, and we'll talk to Rob Burke when he calls in.
• 7:22
SPEAKER_02: It's so much work, it's so much work, though.
• 7:25
SPEAKER_02: Cale and I were going back and forth on voting sites, and it was like we were I was my brain was hurting.
• 7:29
SPEAKER_02: I was like, oh my god.
• 7:31
SPEAKER_02: I was trying to convince you guys it's not working, huh?
• 7:33
SPEAKER_02: So we're gonna move it.
• 7:34
SPEAKER_17: Tell me, um, sell it to me.
• 7:37
  SPEAKER_17: Yeah, what yeah.
• 7:37
SPEAKER_17: You said why does it need to be an award show?
• 7:40
  SPEAKER_17: Yeah, I don't know.
• 7:41
SPEAKER_18: It was so goddamn fun to host no, you said it earlier.
• 7:45
  SPEAKER_18: You said it.
• 7:46
SPEAKER_18: You know, I think the people need a show.
• 7:49
SPEAKER_18: I thought that's not no, that's not the that wasn't the strong case.
• 7:52
SPEAKER_17: Chat, tell me that do we need they want to make our own show.
• 7:56
SPEAKER_17: No, no, but Jamie, you said the thing.
• 7:58
SPEAKER_02: We'll go back to it.
• 7:59
SPEAKER_02: You said you said there's nothing that showcases the creator anymore, creators anymore.
• 8:04
SPEAKER_02: And I think that that that is something that's absent, and I do feel like people are fans of certain shows, whether it be this one that we're on right now, electric back ass, and they want to support those people because they they they do appreciate the work that we all put in.
• 8:18
  SPEAKER_02: So I don't know, that's kind of a yeah.
• 8:20
  SPEAKER_02: Anyway, sorry, Kale.
• 8:23
  SPEAKER_17: Okay.
• 8:24
SPEAKER_18: Um chat, even Gnada says there should be a show to recognize talent and the hobby.
• 8:30
SPEAKER_17: But so is that it?
• 8:31
  SPEAKER_17: Just recognizing.
• 8:33
  SPEAKER_17: I mean, that that's like a that's like a five-minute show.
• 8:35
  SPEAKER_17: No, he doesn't.
• 8:35
SPEAKER_02: You mean no that needs to be a part of it, but I want to do the whole kit and caboodle.
• 8:40
  SPEAKER_17: Oh, yeah.
• 8:41
SPEAKER_17: See, I mean, it if if the Colin does it again, he he needs to not like uh, you know, not recognize the content creators just because he hates Ganeda.
• 8:52
  SPEAKER_17: I mean, that's just stupid.
• 8:53
SPEAKER_18: That's the only reason why he's not doing that.
• 8:55
SPEAKER_17: Like the we have to get away from this this this cancel culture thing just doesn't make sense.
• 9:01
  SPEAKER_18: Yeah, no, I agree.
• 9:02
SPEAKER_18: Did he actually just come on our show and tell people that he's going live on his channel so you can chat me while we're watching this show?
• 9:11
SPEAKER_18: That's actually kind of nice.
• 9:12
SPEAKER_18: Just they never sent me an invite.
• 9:16
SPEAKER_17: Are you talking about Canada?
• 9:18
SPEAKER_17: Yeah, he needs a protection.
• 9:19
SPEAKER_17: Hey, Canada, drop some money, man.
• 9:21
  SPEAKER_17: Give us some money.
• 9:22
SPEAKER_17: Give us a give us some money, bro.
• 9:24
SPEAKER_17: I know you got it.
• 9:25
SPEAKER_17: You got all kinds of people giving you money.
• 9:27
SPEAKER_17: Give us drop some money, boy.
• 9:29
SPEAKER_17: Drop some money in the chat, man.
• 9:33
SPEAKER_18: All right, so this is a dead deal.
• 9:35
  SPEAKER_18: Didn't work out.
• 9:36
  SPEAKER_18: Sorry about that.
• 9:37
  SPEAKER_18: What what?
• 9:38
  SPEAKER_02: The show?
• 9:39
  SPEAKER_02: There's the award show.
• 9:40
SPEAKER_02: There's no interest in it.
• 9:41
SPEAKER_02: But what but what I think there is.
• 9:43
SPEAKER_02: No, there's definitely interest in it.
• 9:44
  SPEAKER_02: There we go.
• 9:44
  SPEAKER_17: Thank you, Coz.
• 9:45
  SPEAKER_17: Thank you, Cass.
• 9:46
  SPEAKER_02: There's interest in it.
• 9:47
SPEAKER_02: You think that there isn't?
• 9:48
  SPEAKER_02: Why?
• 9:48
SPEAKER_02: No one said I'm not interested in the city.
• 9:50
SPEAKER_02: Because you two don't want to do it.
• 9:51
SPEAKER_02: The problem is, could we do it lightweight?
• 9:54
SPEAKER_02: Like, not the problem is you see every when you start incorporating the voting tools, they cost money a lot of them.
• 9:59
SPEAKER_02: So you're spending like some of them were some of them were really expensive.
• 10:02
SPEAKER_02: The only ones I found that that would truly be like it it tracks all the shit.
• 10:06
SPEAKER_02: So if someone comes in from the same IP address, like they can't duplicate shit and and and multiple votes and all that.
• 10:12
SPEAKER_02: You can caught but it's like I calculated something like if I was kind of thinking we we could get upwards of four to five thousand votes, and it might be more than that.
• 10:22
SPEAKER_02: The 10,000 tier was super expensive, and I was like, holy shit, for 5,000 votes, it was pricey, dude.
• 10:29
  SPEAKER_02: So I don't know.
• 10:30
SPEAKER_02: Like, I don't know if maybe someone if we could build that.
• 10:35
SPEAKER_17: We got like 80 bucks.
• 10:36
  SPEAKER_18: Hey, thank you, Enzo.
• 10:38
  SPEAKER_17: That's the that's the help.
• 10:39
SPEAKER_17: That's the and that's that's the help buy the Twippies.
• 10:42
  SPEAKER_17: That's a help buy the Twippies.
• 10:46
SPEAKER_02: I feel like you guys got me so in trouble in the first five minutes of the show.
• 10:50
SPEAKER_17: I Yeah, yeah, go ahead.
• 10:52
SPEAKER_02: Already, like I'm already in trouble.
• 10:53
  SPEAKER_17: But he's right.
• 10:54
SPEAKER_17: Like a live you're not in trouble.
• 10:57
SPEAKER_18: A live show at Expo is not a bad idea, Kale.
• 11:00
SPEAKER_17: So we now we I don't know what 80 a how much I don't know what the conversion rate is, but it looks like we have about 80 bucks to buy the Twippies, so that that leaves us with probably$60 to do other stuff with.
• 11:13
  SPEAKER_17: Yeah.
• 11:14
  SPEAKER_17: Yeah.
• 11:15
  SPEAKER_17: Yeah, man.
• 11:16
  SPEAKER_17: Where else is that?
• 11:16
  SPEAKER_17: We got it.
• 11:17
  SPEAKER_17: We're ready to go.
• 11:20
  SPEAKER_17: All right.
• 11:20
SPEAKER_17: We we are doing a live show at Expo, right?
• 11:23
SPEAKER_17: But that's what we're talking to Rob Burke about.
• 11:24
SPEAKER_18: Rob Burke is gonna call in in 45 minutes, okay?
• 11:28
SPEAKER_18: Yeah, our goal keep him on for 15 minutes.
• 11:34
  SPEAKER_18: Wait, what's our goal?
• 11:37
SPEAKER_18: Chat, you're gonna help us with that.
• 11:38
SPEAKER_02: Because we have a lot of topics.
• 11:39
SPEAKER_02: If he's on the topic, we'll never get to it.
• 11:41
SPEAKER_18: And there is a video, tell your friends, okay?
• 11:44
  SPEAKER_18: There's a video that we're gonna put on.
• 11:47
SPEAKER_18: Maybe how about we get to 75 or 100 people?
• 11:51
SPEAKER_18: Okay, that we're gonna show you a video that Ralph has never seen that me and Kale have seen.
• 11:57
SPEAKER_18: I can't wait from the Midnight Plunger.
• 12:00
  SPEAKER_18: Am I correct?
• 12:01
SPEAKER_17: Yeah, it came from the Midnight Plunger.
• 12:03
SPEAKER_18: This is the greatest video I've ever seen in my life, and I cannot wait to show it to you live on the Pimbo Round.
• 12:10
SPEAKER_17: So before you so you're hold up, ladies and gentlemen, Ralph, I'm sorry.
• 12:14
  SPEAKER_17: No, no worries.
• 12:15
SPEAKER_17: Ladies and gentlemen, Ozzet just dropped a C note.
• 12:21
  SPEAKER_02: Damn.
• 12:22
  SPEAKER_02: Thanks, Ozzy.
• 12:23
  SPEAKER_02: Appreciate that, brother.
• 12:26
SPEAKER_17: He does nothing but he does nothing but give.
• 12:28
SPEAKER_18: Yeah, we love him so much.
• 12:30
SPEAKER_18: I can't wait to see him again and give him a hug and take you guys out to dinner and uh buy the Twippies.
• 12:36
SPEAKER_17: When I see Ozzy, we're gonna do a special kind of hug.
• 12:40
SPEAKER_18: Yeah you know what I'm saying?
• 12:41
SPEAKER_18: Just don't break his hand.
• 12:43
  SPEAKER_17: Stroke, yeah.
• 12:44
SPEAKER_18: Uh okay, let's move on.
• 12:47
SPEAKER_18: We're not buying the Twippies, sorry.
• 12:50
SPEAKER_18: And uh we does our boy Kaneda just released.
• 12:59
  SPEAKER_18: Is it misinformation?
• 13:00
  SPEAKER_18: Is it really happening?
• 13:02
SPEAKER_18: Is Bon Jovi really happening?
• 13:05
  SPEAKER_18: I'm here in Houston.
• 13:07
SPEAKER_18: I haven't heard anything about Bon Jovi.
• 13:09
SPEAKER_18: What it what say you say uh to steal from my friend Serge?
• 13:15
SPEAKER_17: Who wants to go first?
• 13:16
SPEAKER_18: I think you should I think you should go first.
• 13:18
  SPEAKER_17: Um like I don't I don't care either way.
• 13:22
SPEAKER_17: Like because it if it's Bon Jovi, that's cool.
• 13:26
SPEAKER_17: You know, because think it think about this, like everybody's like shitting on the idea of it being Bon Jovi.
• 13:32
SPEAKER_17: But like Keith Elwin, when he was like, you know, we're releasing uh Iron Maiden, you know, when he dropped Iron Maiden, nobody was asking for Iron Maiden, right?
• 13:44
SPEAKER_17: But like the the designer made that game good, yeah.
• 13:48
SPEAKER_17: And I think Carl can do the same thing with with Bon Jovi.
• 13:52
SPEAKER_17: But here's the other side.
• 13:54
SPEAKER_17: If it's not Bon Jovi, it's gonna be something dope, like right, like Masters of the Universe or Beastie Boys, uh, you know, something like that.
• 14:04
  SPEAKER_02: Or GI Joe, hopefully.
• 14:06
  SPEAKER_02: One day.
• 14:07
  SPEAKER_17: It's not G.I.
• 14:08
  SPEAKER_17: Joe's not till 28.
• 14:10
  SPEAKER_02: Okay.
• 14:10
SPEAKER_02: All right, but we're gonna get it.
• 14:12
SPEAKER_02: So I'm happy about that.
• 14:13
  SPEAKER_02: If we get it.
• 14:13
  SPEAKER_17: Yeah, I'm I'm I'm excited.
• 14:14
SPEAKER_18: If it's misdirection, kudos to Barrels, right?
• 14:21
  SPEAKER_18: The misdirection move?
• 14:23
  SPEAKER_18: I don't know.
• 14:24
SPEAKER_18: That's some CIA shit over there, boys.
• 14:27
SPEAKER_02: Well, didn't they do it before?
• 14:28
  SPEAKER_02: I don't know.
• 14:29
SPEAKER_02: I can't remember if they did that before.
• 14:30
SPEAKER_02: Didn't they do something like that before to misdirect?
• 14:32
SPEAKER_02: Oh no, they held out they they uh did the bags of sand, but I mean I I didn't even know what the hell that was supposed to mean.
• 14:38
SPEAKER_02: I I didn't put that together with Dune, but I guess that would make sense because Dune is like all sand, so a lot of sand.
• 14:45
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, a lot of sand.
• 14:47
SPEAKER_02: I was I wish we had captured the phone conversation I had with you, Jamie, about this because we started talking about other 80s things we wished would we were kind of joking, but like we'd rather have this than Bon Jovi, and we were saying all this random shit.
• 15:00
SPEAKER_02: Like it was really funny.
• 15:02
SPEAKER_02: This was this is okay.
• 15:03
SPEAKER_18: I'll go one, you go one, and see if it's better than Bon Jovi.
• 15:07
SPEAKER_18: And if it's Bon Jovi, I'm sorry, Barrels of Fun.
• 15:10
SPEAKER_18: We're just having fun, really.
• 15:11
SPEAKER_02: And it's just 80s, other 80s things that you could have made into the instead of Bon Jovi.
• 15:15
  SPEAKER_18: Instead of Bon Jovi.
• 15:16
  SPEAKER_18: Okay, yeah.
• 15:17
  SPEAKER_18: I like my idea.
• 15:19
  SPEAKER_18: What was yours?
• 15:20
  SPEAKER_18: Iron Eagle?
• 15:21
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I was like, I was like, they can't get top gun.
• 15:24
SPEAKER_02: I was like, they can't get top gun, and iron eagle has some badass.
• 15:26
SPEAKER_02: Get the cheap top gun.
• 15:28
SPEAKER_02: Because that's like so that's so barrels on brand.
• 15:31
SPEAKER_02: Like, do the weird thing.
• 15:32
SPEAKER_02: Like, you wouldn't do top gun, you'd do Iron Eagle.
• 15:34
SPEAKER_02: I was like, that soundtrack's badass in there.
• 15:36
SPEAKER_02: Like, I take an Iron Eagle over uh over a Bon Jovi all day, and I know the chat would agree with me.
• 15:42
SPEAKER_02: Pappy, I'm doing it my way.
• 15:44
SPEAKER_18: Damn you, Pappy, I'm doing it my way.
• 15:46
  SPEAKER_18: Wasn't it Pappy?
• 15:47
  SPEAKER_18: Yeah, Pappy, I guess.
• 15:48
SPEAKER_17: Do you remember this movie, Kale?
• 15:50
SPEAKER_17: Kale, you don't remember Iron Eagle?
• 15:52
  SPEAKER_17: Yeah.
• 15:53
  SPEAKER_17: Nope.
• 15:53
  SPEAKER_17: It was the rip-off.
• 15:54
  SPEAKER_17: It was the rip-off.
• 15:55
  SPEAKER_17: I remember Firefox.
• 15:57
SPEAKER_18: Wait, no, that was a T was a TV show.
• 15:59
  SPEAKER_18: Firefox.
• 16:00
SPEAKER_17: Which one was the movie with Clint Clint?
• 16:03
SPEAKER_17: Clint Eastwood, and he flew the uh SR71 Blackbird.
• 16:08
SPEAKER_18: Oh, it might be Firefox.
• 16:11
  SPEAKER_17: That was Firefox, right?
• 16:12
  SPEAKER_18: Yeah.
• 16:13
  SPEAKER_18: Alright, mine Firefox.
• 16:16
SPEAKER_17: Firefox was a movie, Jamie.
• 16:18
  SPEAKER_18: Oh, okay.
• 16:19
  SPEAKER_18: Sorry about that.
• 16:20
  SPEAKER_17: Yeah.
• 16:21
SPEAKER_18: So Firefox, we didn't come up with Firefox.
• 16:24
SPEAKER_18: I said Harry and the Henderson.
• 16:25
SPEAKER_17: Do you know Werewolf would be cooler than Bon Jovi?
• 16:28
  SPEAKER_18: Yeah, yeah.
• 16:29
  SPEAKER_18: So that's what I mean.
• 16:30
SPEAKER_18: We're coming up with all things that can be cooler than Bon Jovi.
• 16:32
  SPEAKER_02: Harry and the Hendersons.
• 16:36
SPEAKER_02: And I went Uncle Buck.
• 16:37
SPEAKER_02: I was like, I'd rather have an Uncle Buck than Bon Jovi.
• 16:39
  SPEAKER_02: And I wanted a mannequin.
• 16:41
  SPEAKER_02: No, I wanted mannequin.
• 16:42
SPEAKER_02: Remember the movie in the 80s?
• 16:43
SPEAKER_02: Kale, did you see that?
• 16:44
SPEAKER_02: The movie of the 80s where the guy falls in love with like the mannequin, but he only sees it alive and know what else does.
• 16:50
SPEAKER_17: Oh, do you know we caught we caught one of the workers at the bar fucking the mannequin and the hawk?
• 16:56
  SPEAKER_17: Oh Jesus.

• 17:14
SPEAKER_02: Dude, you when I was there at the bat, I don't remember when this was.
• 17:18
SPEAKER_02: There was a dude and he staple gunned his balls to his leg.
• 17:20
SPEAKER_02: I don't know what that was going on.
• 17:22
SPEAKER_17: Oh, you're talking about on stage?
• 17:24
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, over at um Yuka Tap Room.
• 17:26
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, Yucca Tap Room, the guy stapled his nuts to his leg.
• 17:30
SPEAKER_02: I was like, what the hell is this band?
• 17:32
SPEAKER_17: Then he took a metal pail, filled it with a like a long string of black cats, and filled it out.
• 17:40
SPEAKER_17: Pulled his pants down and put the pail over his junk.
• 17:44
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, there's some that was a weird night.
• 17:46
SPEAKER_18: I was like, what is happening over there?

  SPEAKER_18: All right.
• 17:48
SPEAKER_18: We we are getting are we gonna keep talking about barrels or do we want to do the video now because there's 80 people here?
• 17:54
SPEAKER_17: Well, well, one thing, uh can we uh are are we gonna talk about Dungeon Crawler Carl or or or is that after this video?
• 18:04
SPEAKER_18: We could do Dungeon Crawler Carl after the video.
• 18:07
  SPEAKER_17: Okay, let's let's do the video.
• 18:08
  SPEAKER_17: Let's do the video.
• 18:09
SPEAKER_02: Wait, so did you so did you just admit that that's what it is?
• 18:12
SPEAKER_02: Or are you just saying that?
• 18:13
SPEAKER_02: No, no, like we're talking about what's going on.
• 18:17
SPEAKER_17: Like who is who is doing there's a question of who's doing it, so we're gonna get into that.
• 18:23
SPEAKER_18: I'm gonna get into that in detail, but there are 87 people here, and I'd like to get to 100 for the video, but I did say 75 to 100, so we're right there.
• 18:33
  SPEAKER_18: Okay.
• 18:34
SPEAKER_18: Oh, we're doing video now?
• 18:35
SPEAKER_17: They said drop that video, boys.
• 18:37
SPEAKER_17: Okay, this is who's this for who is this from?

SPEAKER_18: This is from the Midnight Plunger.
• 18:42
SPEAKER_17: So the Midnight Plunger's still around.
• 18:44
  SPEAKER_17: Yeah.
• 18:45
  SPEAKER_17: Okay.
• 18:46
SPEAKER_17: Because there was rumors that he'd been off, and but he's he's still around.
• 18:51
  SPEAKER_17: Okay.
• 18:51
  SPEAKER_17: He is still around.
• 18:52
SPEAKER_17: I mean, has anybody ever met the Midnight Plunger?
• 18:55
SPEAKER_18: Kale met him in a garage, parking garage guy who was smoking a cigarette and uh they went back to back.
• 19:01
SPEAKER_18: Uh Combo Chuck, how are you?
• 19:03
SPEAKER_18: Okay, ladies and gentlemen, what you were gonna see is a video that Stern Pinball made in 1998 or 99.
• 19:12
  SPEAKER_17: It's like 15 years ago, right?
• 19:14
  SPEAKER_18: Okay.
• 19:15
SPEAKER_18: This is a video of a teaser of a reality show that they pitched, and I'm gonna show it to you right now.
• 19:24
SPEAKER_18: Are you I have not I have not seen this?
• 19:27
SPEAKER_18: No, this is this is this is okay.
• 19:30
SPEAKER_17: So I guess be ready to ready to pause when when Ralph has a once has a reaction.
• 19:36
SPEAKER_17: Thank you so much for the uh cash, Jeff.
• 19:39
  SPEAKER_02: Thank you, Jeff.
• 19:40
  SPEAKER_02: Is that Jeff Eppner?
• 19:42
  SPEAKER_17: Yes.
• 19:42
  SPEAKER_02: Okay, okay, Jamie.
• 19:43
SPEAKER_02: I don't want you to fail at this, so you know you gotta share with audio because if you don't, then no one's gonna hear it, including me.
• 19:51
SPEAKER_02: All right, just let me see if you can hear it.
• 19:54
  SPEAKER_02: Do a quick test.
• 19:56
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I can hear it.
• 19:57
  SPEAKER_02: Okay, good.
• 19:58
  SPEAKER_02: Okay, all right.
• 20:01
  SPEAKER_17: Really freaking loud.
• 20:03
SPEAKER_17: Turn it down just a just a little bit.
• 20:04
  SPEAKER_18: Okay, all right.
• 20:06
SPEAKER_18: Put my freaking ears out, dude.
• 20:08
  SPEAKER_18: Everybody calm down.
• 20:09
SPEAKER_18: While we're doing this, we're not here now, so we're not gonna be monitoring the chat as much.
• 20:15
SPEAKER_18: So give us a second.
• 20:16
  SPEAKER_18: Okay, I I lowered it.
• 20:19
SPEAKER_02: Can we do a one more quick test?
• 20:20
  SPEAKER_02: Make sure it's loud.
• 20:21
SPEAKER_02: One more quick test of the slide.
• 20:24
SPEAKER_02: It doesn't sound any it's it doesn't sound any quieter if that's what you're gonna be.
• 20:29
SPEAKER_02: Hey, hey, don't go too far.
• 20:33
unknown: I must have played them all.
• 20:38
SPEAKER_07: That's not the flag is don't play to me.
• 20:43
SPEAKER_06: Stern pinball is the last pinball manufacturer in the world.
• 20:50
SPEAKER_06: And if their business goes tilt, it's game over for an entire helm is Gary Stern.
• 20:57
SPEAKER_06: He's been a fiery pinball man since birth, and his legacy is on the line.
• 21:02
SPEAKER_05: We are not the last pinball company, we're the only pinball company.
• 21:05
  SPEAKER_05: It's very important.
• 21:06
  SPEAKER_05: Lance sounds like that.
• 21:07
SPEAKER_05: We're going to quit, and we're not.
• 21:09
SPEAKER_05: We're here for the duration.
• 21:11
  SPEAKER_05: Gary's a wild man.
• 21:12
  SPEAKER_05: He's 65, going on 25.
• 21:14
SPEAKER_03: He's got more energy than most people that I know.
• 21:17
SPEAKER_03: I call Gary Stern Mickey Mouse because he is kind of like an icon in this industry.
• 21:22
SPEAKER_03: No, I want a smart answer to a stupid person's stupid question.
• 21:26
  SPEAKER_05: Thank you.
• 21:27
  SPEAKER_05: Thank you very much.
• 21:29
SPEAKER_05: The world would exist if pinball wasn't around anymore, but a little bit of the fabric of life would be gone.
• 21:34
SPEAKER_06: Leading Gary's team is the old guard.
• 21:36
SPEAKER_06: Who is this an overworked, underpaid team of pinball makers who fight daily to keep their industry alive?
• 21:42
SPEAKER_00: I am the only in-house game designer uh left on the planet.
• 21:45
SPEAKER_00: I do all the play field layout and I design all the mechanisms.
• 21:48
SPEAKER_03: I think uh the cool thing about John is he's he's a kid at heart, and I think that helps a lot uh when it comes to designing stuff.
• 21:55
SPEAKER_09: I'm involved in all aspects of of the game design from music to um art.
• 22:00
  SPEAKER_09: uh make it fun.
• 22:01
SPEAKER_08: The balls come down here and all it just pops in there in the first place.
• 22:05
  SPEAKER_08: Wow, that's cool.
• 22:06
  SPEAKER_08: How would that happen?
• 22:07
  SPEAKER_14: Lonnie talks along.
• 22:09
SPEAKER_08: Wouldn't it be cool to have a glow in the dark ball?
• 22:11
SPEAKER_08: Wouldn't it be cool if I could control that?
• 22:13
  SPEAKER_08: Whoa, that'd look cool.
• 22:16
  SPEAKER_02: Pause it, pause it.
• 22:17
  SPEAKER_02: I don't I don't know.
• 22:18
SPEAKER_02: I don't know this who this guy is though.
• 22:20
  SPEAKER_02: Who is that?
• 22:22
  SPEAKER_17: Isn't that Lonnie?
• 22:23
  SPEAKER_02: That's Lonnie.
• 22:24
SPEAKER_02: Well why they did they they clearly were like hey like Lonnie you're gonna act okay like this is what you're that's bet that's what what even what is I don't I don't know if any of these people are acting in this video no one's acting it gets worse.
• 22:40
SPEAKER_17: When you put a camera on somebody things come yeah they get weird they get weird sometimes yeah yeah good point like that didn't happen in Tron that would be dope that if the ball went through the the yeah that would be cool as hell that would be really that's the that's the that's the Optimus Prime that never happened yeah the only vibe that I like that it is kind of interesting to see Stern in more of a like skunkworks vibe instead of the corporate vibe like there is something different about this video where they feel kind of like cooler or something.
• 23:10
SPEAKER_17: I don't know is that is it isn't this great and thank you so much string of films for the money um uh this this is great this thing would have blown up this is so cool and this is this would have been incredible marketing for Stern well oh yeah there's some parts in here that that might not be but um okay oh is this long how long it's we got five four minutes left uh oh all right he says geez that's kind of cool wow that looks really cool he talks too much I've always heard that French people are arrogant which I I never understood why people said that because I think there's plenty of assholes here too and it looks horrible.
• 23:55
SPEAKER_01: My title is Jack of all trades my card says J O A T.
• 23:59
SPEAKER_01: People always ask me what it means and I said it's an acronym and if you figure it out maybe I'll do business with you.
• 24:04
SPEAKER_01: Actually what I tell people when I'm really angry is I'm the last little rock in the pile if I get constipated watch out.
• 24:11
SPEAKER_06: But a dying industry can't afford business as usual.
• 24:14
SPEAKER_04: So a new guard has come on before to bring cash ideas and energy basically what involved is me managing people and beating them up and kicking them in the in the nuts but I have um what I call the open kono philosophy you know in other words I come in I show you my dick you open your kimono you show me your and then we get back to that can we pause this can we pause this say what I think he said yeah so you go into his office and you see his dick?
• 24:45
SPEAKER_02: I guess so what the I don't I guess Jack of all trades doesn't include HR but why but why would that be like a thing anyway like why would he even say like why would that be the thing that he says he was fast with that too like he uses that line a lot I want to I want to see this show more than ever now.
• 25:10
SPEAKER_03: I do too okay let's go too let's go on I can't monitor the this can be called Stern pinball behind the zipper okay here we go off in a relational stock I used to work in the music industry I was kind of you really want to laugh yeah can I say what happened to the other guy well um if you want I don't want to okay you know we you know what I'm saying he might not be there anymore how about that no he's definitely not there anymore but I don't want to say what happened okay that's true all right good good call good call good call you're you're my conscious I missed seen as an alien when I walked into this place they're like who is this guy what's this guy doing I look at our Facebook and our Twitter and our YouTube all that is a way to connect with our customers on a on a level that's never been done before in this industry.
• 26:04
SPEAKER_02: For me to be a woman just work with three men and it's complicated we'll say um welcome to hell it's complicated if you're with the operations guy.
• 26:21
SPEAKER_17: Oh really yeah like most I don't think I've ever what does she do because I don't think I've ever met her when I've been there but no probably not but I mean she's saying this as hell see is she she's seen some shit because she was there with Bill Cosby that the dude that's showing his dick.
• 26:36
SPEAKER_02: Yeah the dick guy damn yeah but see so that's why she's like it's complicated because dudes walk around with this joke out all the time you want to talk about job security she probably had so much dick on all these she's never she can never be fired from start ever now she has the Williams deal for sure all right here we go it's built before our eyes there's a half a mile of wire and 3500 pieces in a pinball machine and it is a very detailed manufacturing business that has game design under it.
• 27:11
SPEAKER_05: We're making capital goods that are style items this is the very exact style so that after we get it down to pulling the wings off of flies it doesn't make a rat's ass difference.
• 27:23
SPEAKER_02: And when your games are based on Hollywood block masters and pop culture icons you've gotta get it right we're here today to look at the new cabinet for the Rolling Stone spinball machine Nick looks great Charlie came out great is the effects printing up where we print our uh back lenses compared to other glasses that we've done so that in the showroom or an arcade it looks cool take it next out yeah you don't want to fuck it up and put it in there we were trying to get permission from camera and we're gonna permission oh no it's all of us take camera permission hey James Cameron check this out it's like oh no we're good we're good we're not doing it what the hell why is this guy showing it to everybody he's obviously proud of it holy shit all right there's two minutes left we were sending telexes to this lead designer who was on a safari to Africa to see if he would please allow us to release these products they don't give it I started to design the Tron game you know without really having a script or a story you know Lonnie will say well I want the motorcycle to to lift up and shoot balls out and I'll be like eh one thing's for sure this cast of characters will constantly fight to keep the silver ball in play you take you know old dogs that have been doing this for a really long time in a very certain way and you bring in new dogs who do it a different way and then you try and put them all together there's gonna be push and pull nobody's ever five nobody said don't do it.
• 29:04
  SPEAKER_05: Nobody said don't scratch it nobody I didn't say it'll work.
• 29:07
SPEAKER_12: Not a work right obviously just keep talking Lonnie will change anything anytime at any cost as long as it makes the game fun lock one lock two flipper that's multi volts card.
• 29:26
SPEAKER_05: Nobody in this company just you know understands anything about the ball look at any game company there's ups and downs to it you know I mean it's it's it's part of what we do.
• 29:36
  SPEAKER_05: Is it smart?
• 29:37
SPEAKER_04: Maybe not but it's what we do.
• 29:39
SPEAKER_17: People are are seeing that Stern is not only a lie but damn it those sons of bitches are well who remembers how these work they are Pinball Wizards there you go I keep keep it going no there's more there is ridiculous so every day at lunch Gary Shelly and Shirley they stay here and they watch cheaters in the comment oh here we go here we go okay okay the good part wait a minute 10 minutes to go do they have another cheer we can cheaters and then this where the hell have you been my god we're back here every day watching this how did this not get pulled up I mean honestly I would love it if this had been made right that's for sure it would have been so freaking fun to watch for someone that's into pinball I mean this would kill it they need they need to do this right now like like Seth needs to go like somebody needs to show this to Seth and be like this is what you know you need to flip the script you need this is how you introduce everybody you know who cares how bad it looks you know I mean you know let's let's get some excitement going on well and it might this is amazing it might make people appreciate the it more that have no idea you know what I mean of how difficult it probably gets the heated conversations between like the designer and the coder and I don't know I think it'd be pretty cool everybody in that film has seen Al's dick right why what's Al's got I hope is Al Al definitely he's probably not working at all I would think I mean he might have he might have skirted through that time period oh he could be working he could be working doing something else he's like you know what I got this out all the time it's probably not the right line of work for me he's on OnlyFans let me know anyway thank you guys so much what did you think of that was this did I build it up too much no that's crazy cool like honestly I've been anticipating this for because you're like I'm not gonna show it to you I'm not gonna show it that was cool that's cool I really wish that that existed oh my gosh that would be so funny do you think Stern wants anybody to see that uh I mean it's a different it was a different time period you know like now it seems sort of shocking some of it but like I don't know behind closed doors at businesses do they still talk like that sometimes you know especially in like a startup thank you stringer thank you stringer so much uh anyway that really oh that's it yeah could you imagine the owl topper like let's just bring that out some somebody listen there's a great homebrew community out there we need the owl pinball machine oh my god oh gosh what was that one what was that one with uh that they that crazy machine that that was all sexed up that I guess that would be the closest oh zingy bingy yeah that maybe owl helped make that zingy bingy yeah um all right let's move back on to barrels of fun or do we want to my cheeks hurt from that that is really funny as shit man I mean honestly that is funny isn't that amazing that's so good that is thank you Midnight Plunger thank you midnight plunger you are a gem and uh you see any more episode two you you know if there's a full episode out there we will air the entire damn thing it's not gonna get monetized because of the song we're gonna we're not worth it it's it was worth it totally they made up for it in in the chat oh that's true yeah I'm not gonna be able to monetize this because of Cal and I were talking about before you joined we're like I can't monetize it and he's like who gives a shit it's gonna be so great and it really was that's absurd.
• 33:35
SPEAKER_02: So you didn't make 15 bucks oh that's true all right let's move on Dungeon crawler carl right that's the rumor so Jamie you said you saw it in in in a social media post didn't didn't didn't you say that I haven't not you didn't say dungeon crawler carl but you said you saw the P3 whatever the game is yeah I've seen I've seen the game okay um and there's rumors out there like nobody knows so we know a Dungeon Crawler Carl game is coming out yeah but people but people don't know what manufacturer that's right yeah um there's this interesting thing we we figured out I know this is pretty sleuthy of us and we're not reporters okay but we did some sleuthin' and what we found out is that multiple companies can have the same license and that is happening right that's the important part what are you suggesting that it's happening with this license or it's happening with a license a license okay but I'm gonna tell you what I think okay alright I think it's happening with this license oh um because I I don't know how much we Jamie reached out to somebody I don't how how much can you say Jamie I can say that I reached out I wasn't in an NDA with a text message I I just said hey to barrels of fun uh David Van S I said hey can multiple companies have the same license and he said yes and basically and to reiterate not this license not dungeon crawler carrying you're saying he was just you were just a general it was a general question it was a general question and then he said it's happening right now so that that is going to happen yes but he also yeah he also wasn't answering it in the context like they have a license that another person has he was just generally speaking right true correct true very much thank you for covering my ass there very true this is why no problem david I got you this is why I think both uh P3 multimorphic whatever whatever you want to call it I don't know what it so it's multimorphic is the building but P3 is the pinball machine is that what's I'm gonna settle this right now because I just had I just had Kevin Manny on.
• 36:14
SPEAKER_18: $50 John thank you so much John thank you so much um buying the Twippies dude thank you uh I'm gonna be saying that for a while sorry but anyway uh I asked Kevin Manny I said what is it and he said it it's multimorphic is the name of the company the platform is P3 and the modules are P3 modules it's like Stern and Spike 3 so what do we call the pinball machine?
• 36:47
  SPEAKER_18: The P3.
• 36:48
SPEAKER_17: Okay P3 okay made by multimorphic like the Sega Genesis this is what I think is going on uh you're gonna see a P3 dungeon crawler call machine but you're also gonna see a dungeon crawler call machine from the barrel.
• 37:07
SPEAKER_17: Oh so that you think that okay and this is why I think that because this this is interesting um I I don't think that deal with the P3 is exclusive and um and and David Van S did say that that this is happening he he he said that he didn't say anything about Dungeon Carla Carlby said it is happening where two companies are releasing the same IP and this is very interesting it's never been done before or has it I don't know I don't know but it's cool though because to see s to see two different creative interpretations of the same license because you you know you know when you only get one you then have all the ideas in your head but if you have another option like that's kind of cool actually if if that was if that is actually indeed happening.
• 37:59
SPEAKER_17: So Matt Denniman the author is following barrels of fun on social media another thing is I I was hanging out with one of Carl's good friends and he told me Carl is doing a dungeon crawler's car.
• 38:22
SPEAKER_02: A dungeon crawler car with barrels um I always kind of thought you know when we were talking about this we talked about it on another round table I was always kind of thinking you know even though I don't know the license well that that would've fit with like the barrels IPs they've already done.
• 38:45
SPEAKER_02: You know it kind of feels like a barrels game to me.
• 38:48
SPEAKER_02: Just just the whole the whole theme falls David's super nerdy this is nerdy it just kind of vibes together.
• 38:54
SPEAKER_02: Like I don't know I just I was actually kind of shocked well I don't well if it is P3 whatever even though that's pretty much everyone knows that but um I just thought barrels would have been the company to make it so I I don't know that'd be kind of interesting.
• 39:08
SPEAKER_18: I can't obviously confirm nor deny what P3 is okay I can't I mean I just can't I'm not gonna do that to Jerry and I'm not gonna do it to my wallet.
• 39:19
SPEAKER_18: But what I can say is that would be fucking wild if two people had it that would be some wild stuff.
• 39:27
  SPEAKER_17: And I don't think it's a bad thing.
• 39:29
  SPEAKER_18: I don't either I think it'd be cool.
• 39:31
SPEAKER_18: Do you guys know that license do you know Dungeon Crawler Carl at all?
• 39:35
SPEAKER_18: Have you read the audiobook?
• 39:36
SPEAKER_02: I mean if you've listened to the audio I only knew of it because when it started circulating and here that that was a rumored thing whenever I was in the airport I all of a sudden started seeing it in the you know how they always have in the airport the like top whatever books I all of a sudden started seeing it because I knew what it was you know but that was it.
• 39:53
SPEAKER_02: I never I haven't done any of I'm not I didn't do any of the I have I'm almost done with book one.
• 39:58
SPEAKER_18: I listened to it and uh what do you think it's pretty fucking cool it's pretty cool.
• 40:04
SPEAKER_18: Yeah the the writer is pretty amazing and the guy that does the audio is just ridiculous.
• 40:09
  SPEAKER_18: It's just ridiculous.
• 40:11
SPEAKER_18: I mean he does like 20 different voices it's really kind of cool and it's right up our alley as 80s video game kids with this end of the world bullshit video game.
• 40:22
SPEAKER_02: It's pretty cool so there you go do you want to pivot now to keep it on the P3 topic and do that other question that was kind of like go ahead.
• 40:31
SPEAKER_18: But because well the thing is I like the P3 right so the and I've become now Jamie you're like a P3 apologist or a P3 shill or I didn't get paid.
• 40:44
SPEAKER_18: I drove my ass all the way to Round Rock saw the machine and then came home and then got a hotel and then came home so I I lost money on that deal so I'm not a shill but I just I missed the old P3 from the old joint.
• 40:59
SPEAKER_18: I enjoyed playing it okay so my question to you guys this was my question.
• 41:06
SPEAKER_02: Oh okay yeah go ahead I want to know no I want to know and Jamie you've already kind of spilled you how you feel about it but I I'm gonna ask a question and I uh whatever I want to know how you feel maybe Kale uh how does the community at large feel about multimorphic like in its in its acceptance in the pinball world that's that's what I want to know from you.
• 41:27
SPEAKER_02: Like how what are your feelings on that?
• 41:32
SPEAKER_17: I don't think I don't think most of the pinball world thinks of it as a traditional pinball machine.
• 41:40
SPEAKER_17: And when you are and it never has I mean I've been around them you know around shows forever I played them they're they're cool they're really really cool uh they're almost impossible to operate um but I'm sure they're super they're super fun at home um but it just like when when you play it when you look at it it just it it doesn't feel like when when you're playing pinball you it you know you want that the the sound of wood rolling across you know I mean a a ball steel ball bearing rolling across wood.
• 42:14
SPEAKER_17: It just it the P3 doesn't have that certain feel it's just it's just a different thing.
• 42:19
SPEAKER_17: And we which is fine.
• 42:21
SPEAKER_17: Like it it's a very very cool thing but it just it doesn't to me it doesn't feel like pinball and um yeah and I think that's generally what what pinb especially old school pinball fans that's uh you know that that's what's up.
• 42:40
SPEAKER_17: They they they want a traditional pinball machine.
• 42:44
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah no I I I agree.
• 42:45
SPEAKER_02: I think so I did a little bit of research on this I went to like really really old pin uh pin side threads because there's there's so much P3 stuff on pin side and I was just I read a lot of it.
• 42:55
SPEAKER_02: It was like one night couldn't sleep so I'm like reading and it's like what people it's it's interesting because the group I was in had both people that owned them and then people that were like opposed to them.
• 43:06
SPEAKER_02: And it was interesting because almost all the opposed to it almost all of them said I went up to it the first time and I played it and it felt so foreign and different I just didn't like it because I'm used to the way whatever manufacturer plays and then they start fighting kind of back and forth about it.
• 43:26
SPEAKER_02: Like like you know and and the the the main common denominator was it was a feel like it was basically what you just said so it's so crazy.
• 43:32
SPEAKER_02: It was like a feel thing.
• 43:34
SPEAKER_02: It didn't feel to them like pinball and and they acknowledge that it was something different.
• 43:38
SPEAKER_02: Like look it's something different but it it feels like it's on this like outside right it's like not it's not like necessarily disrespected I kind of feel like maybe it's a little respected for what it is but it's not like it's not gonna move you know you're not gonna have a game that's gonna move 2000 units with with a multimorphic I don't think I think they're they're in like a much smaller and it I don't know and like I think About it, like I thought about it what whether I would even want one of these one day.
• 44:04
SPEAKER_02: My issue is even though it's like, yeah, the modules are interchangeable, so therefore I don't have to keep buying pinball machines, but I gotta store those things somewhere.
• 44:13
SPEAKER_02: Like, where am I gonna put them?
• 44:15
SPEAKER_02: You know what I mean?
• 44:16
SPEAKER_02: Like, they're not small, like they're kind of big things, they're big metal things.
• 44:19
SPEAKER_02: Like, where do I put those?
• 44:20
SPEAKER_02: So then you still have to store something, you know.
• 44:24
  SPEAKER_02: I don't know.
• 44:24
SPEAKER_02: I'm not for me, it was a feel thing.
• 44:26
SPEAKER_02: I don't dislike it, but it's so different that I just I hasn't won me over yet.
• 44:32
SPEAKER_02: Let's put it that way.
• 44:33
SPEAKER_02: Like, I played a ton of portal, and I my the flippers were just so weird to me, I could not get used to the way they felt.
• 44:40
SPEAKER_02: And then the other issue I had with portal, I almost liked the one that didn't have the you know how they had the two kits where they have ramps that like come on top.
• 44:48
SPEAKER_02: I didn't like that because now you have ramps coming on top of like a TV screen, and then if the if you shoot and miss a shot, the ball like hits the back of the ramps and then like dribbles down.
• 45:01
SPEAKER_02: Like it was just sort of weird.
• 45:02
  SPEAKER_02: I don't know.
• 45:03
SPEAKER_02: I'm not I'm not like hating it, but I just don't it hasn't won me over, it just feels too different to me.
• 45:11
SPEAKER_17: Yeah, it's it and it is different, it is different, it's different.
• 45:16
SPEAKER_18: Uh I enjoy the feel of it.
• 45:18
  SPEAKER_18: I got into them.
• 45:19
SPEAKER_18: I really love playing dungeon crawler carl.
• 45:22
SPEAKER_18: Not dungeon crawler carl, uh dungeon door defender.
• 45:25
SPEAKER_18: I like playing dungeon door.
• 45:35
SPEAKER_18: I like playing dungeon door defender.
• 45:40
SPEAKER_17: Uh you dungeon, ladies and gentlemen, go to pin side, go to pinside.
• 45:45
SPEAKER_17: Clip it, go to pinside.
• 45:47
SPEAKER_18: I like playing dungeon door defender, and uh, we'll go from there anyway.
• 45:52
  SPEAKER_18: Enough of the P3.
• 45:54
  SPEAKER_18: I wish them luck.
• 45:54
SPEAKER_18: Oh, you were trying to say Dungeon Door Defender, Jamie.
• 45:57
SPEAKER_16: A quick uh quick shift, Jamie.
• 46:00
SPEAKER_16: It's time to move on.
• 46:02
  SPEAKER_18: Move subject.
• 46:04
  SPEAKER_18: Dungeon Door Carl.
• 46:05
SPEAKER_18: Dungeon Door Defender is a very fun game on the Heist module, and I think Princess Bride as well.
• 46:13
SPEAKER_18: Call your local uh distributor for information on the P3 modules.
• 46:18
  SPEAKER_18: There you go.
• 46:19
  SPEAKER_18: Yeah.
• 46:19
  SPEAKER_18: All right.
• 46:22
SPEAKER_17: I want to clear up something in the chat.
• 46:23
SPEAKER_17: They were talking about G.I.
• 46:24
  SPEAKER_17: Joe.
• 46:25
  SPEAKER_17: Yeah.
• 46:25
SPEAKER_17: Um, Stern does not have the G.I.
• 46:28
  SPEAKER_17: Joe license.
• 46:28
  SPEAKER_17: Barrel has the G.I.
• 46:30
SPEAKER_17: Joe license, and that, but they they're not releasing that until 2028.
• 46:36
  SPEAKER_02: Okay.
• 46:37
SPEAKER_17: They haven't they haven't started on it yet.
• 46:39
SPEAKER_02: Well, I know we're all excited for that.
• 46:42
  SPEAKER_17: Hell yeah.
• 46:43
  SPEAKER_17: Hell yeah.
• 46:44
SPEAKER_02: And they got they have the knowledge of the IP there, so but Barrels doesn't do multiple backgrounds.
• 46:51
SPEAKER_18: Like they don't have they have one version, and I kind of would like a version of Zartan or Destro.
• 46:59
  SPEAKER_17: Oh.
• 47:01
SPEAKER_02: Oh, you're saying like they have different trim levels with different art packages based on different GIG.
• 47:06
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that'd be cool.
• 47:07
SPEAKER_02: They don't have that though.
• 47:08
SPEAKER_18: I fucking love Zartan, dude, with the swamp people and everything.
• 47:12
  SPEAKER_18: Some badass people.
• 47:13
  SPEAKER_18: Sorry, bagel's game.
• 47:14
  SPEAKER_18: Yeah, Zartan's awesome.
• 47:16
  SPEAKER_18: Yeah.
• 47:17
SPEAKER_17: There was a mini, there was a mini-series within the new series where it was just it was all dreadnoughts.
• 47:24
SPEAKER_17: It was like five issues.
• 47:25
  SPEAKER_17: Yeah, that's fantastic.
• 47:26
SPEAKER_02: Wait, it's like an it's new stuff or yeah, so it's kind of complicated.
• 47:30
SPEAKER_17: So there is the original um G.I.
• 47:34
SPEAKER_17: Joe A Real American Hero comic.
• 47:37
SPEAKER_17: It's the same series from back in the 80s.
• 47:41
  SPEAKER_17: Like I I still have them.
• 47:43
  SPEAKER_17: I I mean I still collect them.
• 47:44
SPEAKER_17: I have all of them.
• 47:45
SPEAKER_17: And it's the same writer, Larry Hama.
• 47:49
SPEAKER_02: It's like he never stopped, or he just started again.
• 47:51
  SPEAKER_17: He never stopped.
• 47:53
  SPEAKER_17: Oh shit, really?
• 47:54
SPEAKER_17: I did not know that.
• 47:54
SPEAKER_17: Well, there may have been some breaks here and there.
• 47:56
  SPEAKER_17: He's like 80 years old.
• 47:58
SPEAKER_17: So, but now there's a new series that just started, I think last year.
• 48:03
  SPEAKER_17: That's a whole new that's a whole new arc and storyline.
• 48:07
  SPEAKER_02: Shit, that's cool.
• 48:08
SPEAKER_02: I did not know that.
• 48:10
SPEAKER_17: And the new the new series, it it combines with the the new Transformers series, so there's a crossover between Transformers and G.I.
• 48:17
  SPEAKER_17: Joe.
• 48:18
  SPEAKER_02: No shit.
• 48:19
SPEAKER_17: Well, there was well back in the day there was a crossover with Transformers and G.I.
• 48:24
  SPEAKER_17: Joe.
• 48:24
  SPEAKER_02: I don't remember that.
• 48:25
SPEAKER_02: I don't know why I don't, because I watched both of those things pretty religiously, but I don't remember that.
• 48:29
  SPEAKER_02: That's cool.
• 48:30
SPEAKER_02: All right, I'm gonna have to check that out.
• 48:32
  SPEAKER_02: That's right.
• 48:33
SPEAKER_02: What's going on with Jamie?
• 48:34
  SPEAKER_02: He just left.
• 48:35
SPEAKER_17: He's the fucking dog is distracting me.
• 48:37
SPEAKER_17: Who let the dogs out?
• 48:38
  SPEAKER_18: Yeah, she's distracting me.
• 48:39
SPEAKER_18: I love her, but she's distracting me.
• 48:41
SPEAKER_18: Chat also asked me a little minute ago why am I wearing a call center mic?
• 48:45
SPEAKER_18: It's not a call center mic, wise ass.
• 48:48
SPEAKER_17: It's a call center mic would only have one ear cup, right?
• 48:53
  SPEAKER_17: That's right.
• 48:53
  SPEAKER_18: Yeah, totally one cup.
• 48:55
  SPEAKER_18: It's an audio technica.
• 48:56
SPEAKER_17: Well, you have is more like the Wendy's drive-thru.
• 48:59
  SPEAKER_18: Yeah.
• 49:00
SPEAKER_18: You want to double stack?
• 49:02
SPEAKER_18: Isn't that the sportscaster one?
• 49:03
SPEAKER_18: Like a lot of ESPN uses that same exact thing.
• 49:06
  SPEAKER_18: I like it.
• 49:06
SPEAKER_18: It because I can move because I move my head and I talk too much like this, so it works for me.
• 49:12
  SPEAKER_17: So you need that.
• 49:13
SPEAKER_17: You need something like that.
• 49:14
  SPEAKER_17: Yeah.
• 49:15
  SPEAKER_18: Good job, Jamie.
• 49:16
  SPEAKER_18: Thank you very much.
• 49:17
  SPEAKER_18: All right.
• 49:17
SPEAKER_18: We got 10 minutes for Burke.
• 49:19
SPEAKER_18: Do you think he'll show up?
• 49:20
  SPEAKER_18: Let's do a poll.
• 49:23
SPEAKER_18: Do you think he shows up on TV?
• 49:24
  SPEAKER_18: Did you remind him?
• 49:26
SPEAKER_18: I just texted him a little while ago.
• 49:27
SPEAKER_18: Do you want to text him too?
• 49:29
  SPEAKER_18: No.
• 49:30
  SPEAKER_18: Oh.
• 49:30
  SPEAKER_18: He'll be he'll be here.
• 49:32
SPEAKER_18: The reason we're having Rob Burke is we got questions for Rob.
• 49:36
SPEAKER_18: So if you're watching now, Rob, we we want to hear all about Expo.
• 49:40
SPEAKER_18: We got 15 minutes for you.
• 49:42
  SPEAKER_18: It's gonna be great.
• 49:43
SPEAKER_18: That sounded a little threatening though you said that.
• 49:46
SPEAKER_18: Oh, I don't mean it like that.
• 49:48
SPEAKER_02: You're like, we have questions for you.
• 49:51
SPEAKER_02: I was like, oh, okay.
• 49:52
SPEAKER_02: What are we asking them?
• 49:53
  SPEAKER_02: I didn't know.
• 49:54
SPEAKER_18: It's like controversial, but so while we're so on, uh are we going back to barrels or are we still we're done with P3?
• 50:02
  SPEAKER_17: Uh I'm done.
• 50:04
  SPEAKER_18: I'm done.
• 50:04
  SPEAKER_17: I don't know what's on the notes.
• 50:08
SPEAKER_18: Well, we I'm not gonna ask that question.
• 50:10
SPEAKER_17: Oh well, Barrels is about it's it seems like they're about to release something also.
• 50:16
  SPEAKER_18: They have to be.
• 50:17
SPEAKER_17: P3 is releasing something on the 27th.
• 50:20
  SPEAKER_18: Yes.
• 50:22
  SPEAKER_17: Which is barrels closed.
• 50:25
SPEAKER_17: You know what's the what's the the pyramid scheme thing they had going on?
• 50:29
  SPEAKER_17: Barrels Reserve.
• 50:30
SPEAKER_17: Barrels Reserve is not the pyramid scheme.
• 50:33
SPEAKER_17: It is what they I don't know how it works, but um they closed like you could join it, but they're closing it Friday, isn't that the deal?
• 50:43
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, they closed that tomorrow.
• 50:45
SPEAKER_02: So so did they have a did they announce a cap on memberships?
• 50:49
SPEAKER_02: Like did they say you could we are only gonna have so many?
• 50:51
  SPEAKER_02: I really didn't follow it.
• 50:52
  SPEAKER_02: I just no caps.
• 50:55
SPEAKER_02: But there will be a cap because it's gonna stop.
• 50:58
SPEAKER_02: So it's whatever when they stop, it's whatever they stop for tomorrow, yeah.
• 51:02
  SPEAKER_17: Right.
• 51:02
SPEAKER_17: But the the only reason they would stop it is because they're about to release something, right?
• 51:08
  SPEAKER_02: Oh, that's a good point.
• 51:09
SPEAKER_02: Because you wouldn't want someone to be able to join it.
• 51:12
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I get that.
• 51:13
SPEAKER_17: Because once once the game drops, and then once it's once they say, Oh, it's sold out, the the people that are in the the barrels club, they get set they get a week to decide if they want one.
• 51:28
SPEAKER_02: Well, and that's a wiki good point, Kale, because honestly, you gotta think about it too.
• 51:32
SPEAKER_02: If they had too many, they don't even have the capability to make that many extra, you know what I mean, in order to keep the keep things rolling.
• 51:40
SPEAKER_02: So I almost feel like they would have to cap.
• 51:41
SPEAKER_02: I mean, they're not telling us what the cap is, but yeah, what I mean.
• 51:44
SPEAKER_17: What if 500 people joined?
• 51:46
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, they'd never be able to do it.
• 51:47
SPEAKER_02: They can hardly make 500 games, period.
• 51:49
SPEAKER_02: Do you think this is a good idea, the barrels reserve in and of itself?
• 51:53
SPEAKER_17: Yeah, well, because why not?
• 51:55
  SPEAKER_18: Right?
• 51:55
SPEAKER_17: Because if we were saying why is it not a good idea?
• 51:58
SPEAKER_02: I think it is a good idea.
• 51:59
SPEAKER_02: I no, I think I don't really think there's anything to shit on because like if you're a fan of uh of like a certain manufacturer and you know this would this would, you know, like you know how much it sucks when you want a license and you can't get it, like if someone wanted Betelgeuse and they didn't get it, or maybe the upcoming Goonies, like to be able to pay a not, I mean it's not a super expensive membership fee to be able to know I'm gonna get it.
• 52:21
  SPEAKER_02: Dude, we're all crazy.
• 52:23
SPEAKER_02: Like we want to get the thing, and if this secures the thing, I I think it's actually cool for that.
• 52:27
SPEAKER_02: Oh, even if it's not a line.
• 52:28
SPEAKER_02: And if Spooky did it and no one's like, they do do it, don't they?
• 52:32
SPEAKER_02: They have some kind of membership thing, but it's not this.
• 52:35
  SPEAKER_02: I don't think it's like this.
• 52:36
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it's not like this, but they do have some kind of thing.
• 52:38
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, but does that still exist?
• 52:41
SPEAKER_02: It's advertised on their old games, but I can't remember if that's actually still a thing.
• 52:46
SPEAKER_18: Hey, real quick, uh, the electrophobia.
• 52:49
SPEAKER_18: What does the S stand for in JBS?
• 52:51
SPEAKER_18: It's Jamie Bullshit show, is what the name of the show is.
• 52:54
  SPEAKER_17: It really does.
• 52:55
  SPEAKER_18: It really, really is.
• 52:56
SPEAKER_18: That is not a joke.
• 52:58
SPEAKER_18: It is the Jamie Bullshit show.
• 53:00
SPEAKER_18: Uh, because that's what we do for a living, is we bullshit.
• 53:03
  SPEAKER_18: What about the cruise?
• 53:04
SPEAKER_18: Are we all going on a cruise next year?
• 53:06
SPEAKER_18: Are we gonna join Barrels Reserve tonight so that we can get our spot on the cruise?
• 53:10
  SPEAKER_18: What's the cost?
• 53:11
  SPEAKER_18: I don't even know.
• 53:12
SPEAKER_18: What does it cost to do it?
• 53:13
SPEAKER_17: Is that a real thing?
• 53:15
  SPEAKER_18: Yeah, only barrel.
• 53:17
SPEAKER_18: You can go on the cruise, but you can't do cruise events with the barrels people unless you're a barrels reserve member.
• 53:23
  SPEAKER_18: Oh, for real?
• 53:25
  SPEAKER_18: True story.
• 53:26
SPEAKER_18: Oh, wait, you can't go on the cruise unless you're part of the reserve?
• 53:29
  SPEAKER_18: Hold on a second.
• 53:30
SPEAKER_18: You can go on the cruise, but you can't partake in any of the cru the barrels of fun barrels reserve cruise of exclusive events.
• 53:40
SPEAKER_18: Oh wow, you know a lot about this.
• 53:42
  SPEAKER_17: I researched.
• 53:43
SPEAKER_17: So you can you can buy a ticket to go on the boat.
• 53:46
SPEAKER_17: Let me let me get this straight.
• 53:48
  SPEAKER_17: Let's let's run, let's run through this.
• 53:49
SPEAKER_17: Okay, buy a ticket to go on the boat.
• 53:52
  SPEAKER_17: Yes.
• 53:53
SPEAKER_17: But like if you you get on there, like there's gonna be a private area for only people in the the barrels, like the$75 thing.
• 54:02
  SPEAKER_18: You're damn right.
• 54:03
  SPEAKER_18: They're gonna play pinball.
• 54:05
SPEAKER_17: You don't think you could slide David like a a C note and get in there?
• 54:11
SPEAKER_18: I think we could slide David a C note and get in there, but maybe you know, someone coming off the street, maybe not, you know.
• 54:17
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 54:17
SPEAKER_02: I got Mason trying to close a deal on the side.
• 54:19
SPEAKER_02: He's like, You need a barrels of fun cruise video, dude.
• 54:23
SPEAKER_02: He's like trying to get you.
• 54:25
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 54:27
SPEAKER_02: He's like trying to get trying to close a deal right now.
• 54:30
SPEAKER_17: So so Wolf, thank you so much for the five bucks.
• 54:33
SPEAKER_17: He's still voting that Stern makes an owl topper.
• 54:37
SPEAKER_17: We need an owl topper.
• 54:40
  SPEAKER_17: Everyone wants to.
• 54:41
  SPEAKER_17: Everyone wants it.
• 54:42
  SPEAKER_02: Thanks, Wolf and O's.
• 54:44
SPEAKER_18: So um it's the it you get a special rate for being a member, also.
• 54:49
  SPEAKER_18: It's cheaper to pay the$75.
• 54:51
  SPEAKER_02: You get a map.
• 54:52
SPEAKER_02: Jamie, I'm confused right now.
• 54:53
  SPEAKER_02: I'm on the website.
• 54:54
SPEAKER_02: I can't even find how to join it.
• 54:56
  SPEAKER_02: Is it shop membership?
• 54:58
  SPEAKER_02: Is that it?
• 54:58
  SPEAKER_02: Oh, I got it.
• 54:59
  SPEAKER_02: Never mind.
• 54:59
  SPEAKER_02: Oh, it's$75 a year.
• 55:01
  SPEAKER_17: Yeah.
• 55:02
  SPEAKER_17: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
• 55:03
SPEAKER_17: It lasts for the whole year.
• 55:04
  SPEAKER_02: Yes.
• 55:05
  SPEAKER_17: It's a it's a it's like, I mean, it's a no-brainer.
• 55:08
SPEAKER_17: Like, if you're into barrels of fun games, it's$75.
• 55:12
SPEAKER_17: I mean, I spend that on lunch.
• 55:13
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I mean, that's actually not bad to give you the access to the game.
• 55:17
SPEAKER_02: You know, you yeah, I guess I I should I might join it.
• 55:22
SPEAKER_02: I might join it today.
• 55:24
  SPEAKER_17: Well, why why not?
• 55:25
SPEAKER_02: Wait, is today the last day?
• 55:26
  SPEAKER_02: Today's the last day.
• 55:28
  SPEAKER_17: Join it right now.
• 55:28
SPEAKER_17: Put your credit card in.
• 55:29
  SPEAKER_02: I'm gonna join it.
• 55:30
SPEAKER_02: I'm joining it while you guys are talking.
• 55:31
SPEAKER_17: Because here's the thing, yeah.
• 55:34
SPEAKER_17: Is it you know, if let's say you know the game sells out, you'll be able to get one.
• 55:38
SPEAKER_17: Let's say you get on a list to get the game, just get an extra.
• 55:41
  SPEAKER_17: You can flip it.
• 55:42
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, hell yeah.
• 55:43
SPEAKER_17: Dude, I mean I'm selling, I'm saying David owes me money.
• 55:46
SPEAKER_02: David owes you cash, dude.
• 55:48
  SPEAKER_17: David owes me.
• 55:48
SPEAKER_17: He's I'm gonna come on the boat.
• 55:50
SPEAKER_02: He just you just got a subscription for me.
• 55:52
  SPEAKER_02: Well, actually, I'm having a problem.
• 55:53
  SPEAKER_02: It says I can't.
• 55:54
  SPEAKER_02: Uh-oh.
• 55:55
  SPEAKER_02: Uh-oh.
• 55:55
  SPEAKER_02: Dude, what's going on?
• 55:58
  SPEAKER_02: Shit, dude.
• 55:59
  SPEAKER_02: Did it?
• 56:00
  SPEAKER_02: Hold on.
• 56:01
  SPEAKER_02: Oh no, I'm good.
• 56:02
  SPEAKER_02: I'm good.
• 56:02
SPEAKER_02: I gotta fill out a bunch of shit, though.
• 56:05
  SPEAKER_02: Well, do it later.
• 56:06
SPEAKER_02: All right, other than that, but is it what time does it close?
• 56:08
  SPEAKER_02: Is it Texas time?
• 56:10
SPEAKER_02: Is it what is it?
• 56:11
SPEAKER_02: Ah, you'll be all right tonight.
• 56:13
  SPEAKER_02: You'll be fine.
• 56:13
  SPEAKER_02: You'll be all right.
• 56:14
  SPEAKER_02: Keep the window open.
• 56:15
SPEAKER_02: All right, the window's open.
• 56:16
  SPEAKER_02: Thank you.
• 56:16
  SPEAKER_18: Thank you.
• 56:17
SPEAKER_18: I need you guys to be my brain.
• 56:18
SPEAKER_17: All right, get Claude to do it.
• 56:20
  SPEAKER_17: Yeah, you'll get it.
• 56:22
SPEAKER_18: So, are you going on a cruise?
• 56:24
SPEAKER_18: You know who calls me up out of the blue?
• 56:26
SPEAKER_18: Now, I mean, I talk to him all the time, and he goes, Joe Chervino says.
• 56:31
  SPEAKER_18: Oh, I love I love it.
• 56:32
SPEAKER_18: We talked about him on the backcast.
• 56:34
  SPEAKER_18: You did?
• 56:35
  SPEAKER_18: Okay.
• 56:35
SPEAKER_18: Joe's like, hey, would you go on this cruise with me?
• 56:41
SPEAKER_17: Oh, it's like it's like uh, what was it, uh, with John Candy, the the planes, trains, and automobiles?
• 56:47
SPEAKER_17: And like you're gonna wake up with your hand in between his butt cheeks.
• 56:52
  SPEAKER_18: I cuddle with Joel.
• 56:53
SPEAKER_18: I would cuddle with Joe, but uh I just can't see me being stuck on a boat for seven days with pinball people.
• 57:02
  SPEAKER_02: Wait, that's a seven-day cruise?
• 57:04
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 57:05
  SPEAKER_02: Wow, dude.
• 57:06
  SPEAKER_02: I don't even know if I I couldn't do seven days at sea.
• 57:08
  SPEAKER_02: There's no way.
• 57:09
SPEAKER_02: You could do seven days at sea.
• 57:11
  SPEAKER_02: Those boats are great.
• 57:12
  SPEAKER_02: They're fine.
• 57:12
  SPEAKER_02: I need like a three-day I'm not a cruise guy though.
• 57:15
SPEAKER_17: What kind of this is a Royal Caribbean.
• 57:18
SPEAKER_18: This is a really nice oasis.
• 57:20
  SPEAKER_17: It's like a city.
• 57:21
SPEAKER_17: It's yeah, like you could stay on this thing and not see Jamie the whole damn time.
• 57:25
SPEAKER_18: I've gone on, I'm a diamond member of Royal Caribbean, to be honest with you.
• 57:30
SPEAKER_18: Because when the kids were little, we would stick them in the kids' club, and Janine and I could enjoy a vacation together.
• 57:35
  SPEAKER_18: So I love cruising.
• 57:36
SPEAKER_18: I just don't know if I want to play pinball in the middle of the ocean.
• 57:40
SPEAKER_02: I hear a lot about the diarrhea.
• 57:42
  SPEAKER_02: Yes.
• 57:42
SPEAKER_02: Dude, I watched that stupid boot cruise documentary, and now I can't unsee that.
• 57:47
SPEAKER_18: Because people don't wash their fucking hands because they're disgusting, and that's what happens to them, you know.
• 57:54
SPEAKER_18: So, how many cruises have you gone on, Jerry?
• 57:55
  SPEAKER_18: I didn't know this was a cruise guy.
• 57:58
  SPEAKER_18: I've been on like 10.
• 57:59
  SPEAKER_18: Yeah.
• 57:59
SPEAKER_18: All royal one one carnival, which is kind of like going on a Walmart in the middle of the sea, and then the rest is like uh Royal Caribbean is like an upscale target.
• 58:10
  SPEAKER_18: It's nice.
• 58:11
  SPEAKER_18: Okay.
• 58:12
SPEAKER_17: And and the barrels one is Royal Royal Caribbean.
• 58:15
  SPEAKER_18: Yeah, it's Royal Caribbean.
• 58:16
SPEAKER_18: It's an old AC ship.
• 58:17
SPEAKER_17: And that's that's that's top of the food chain with boats, right?
• 58:21
SPEAKER_18: It's one of the tops.
• 58:22
SPEAKER_18: No, there's there's definitely you know some better ships out there, but Royal Caribbean is a definitely a good line.
• 58:28
SPEAKER_18: It is out of Galveston, which is pretty convenient for me.
• 58:31
SPEAKER_17: Now, what's tell me, I I'm really not familiar with all this.
• 58:34
SPEAKER_17: Is he like releasing a game on the boat?
• 58:38
SPEAKER_02: Not that it's advertised, not that it's not advertised that way.
• 58:41
SPEAKER_17: The only way it's advertised why are you going on a boat with him?
• 58:44
SPEAKER_02: Because actually, good question, Kale.
• 58:46
SPEAKER_02: It's because you can do that.
• 58:49
SPEAKER_02: You can partake in our private room with about 20 games.
• 58:52
SPEAKER_02: Look at that pinball tournaments, meet and greets, and other club events.
• 58:57
SPEAKER_02: Anyone can you can do that?
• 59:00
SPEAKER_02: Anyone can sail, but only the special pinball events.
• 59:04
SPEAKER_02: Oh, the pinball events require the barrel reserve, which is what Jamie said.
• 59:08
SPEAKER_02: So it sounds like you're just literally going on the boat and then you can't do any of the other cool stuff, which well, arguable whether it's cool in the barrels.
• 59:17
  SPEAKER_17: Here's the thing.
• 59:18
SPEAKER_17: If like that would only make sense to me and be cool if he was releasing a game.
• 59:24
SPEAKER_17: Like, so you can that would be really cool if it was.
• 59:26
SPEAKER_17: You can do the same thing you can do at Expo or or uh what Southern Fride, but it's on a boat, right?
• 59:34
SPEAKER_02: But it's not really because it's not really like it's just a he's just piggybacking off a currently running cruise.
• 59:40
SPEAKER_02: So you're gonna go to Roatan, which is in Honduras.
• 59:43
SPEAKER_17: It sounds like he planned a uh like a trip with his family, and he was like, Let's let's turn this into a tax write-off.
• 59:52
  SPEAKER_18: Yeah, good move.
• 59:53
SPEAKER_17: Yeah, I got yeah, another smart move.
• 59:56
SPEAKER_17: Yeah, hey, I mean these are the reserve.
• 59:57
SPEAKER_18: We're kind of yeah, he's making some money here.
• 1:00:00
  SPEAKER_18: Making cash.
• 1:00:01
SPEAKER_18: All right, so that's a no for you two on the cruise.
• 1:00:04
SPEAKER_02: Are you a boat guy, Kale?
• 1:00:05
SPEAKER_02: Like, do you like cruises?
• 1:00:06
SPEAKER_02: Like, is this something that you and Rachel would do?
• 1:00:09
  SPEAKER_02: Nah, no, yeah.
• 1:00:10
  SPEAKER_02: See, I'm not a cruise, yeah.
• 1:00:12
  SPEAKER_18: Nah.
• 1:00:13
  SPEAKER_18: I Joe, I'm sorry, brother.
• 1:00:16
SPEAKER_18: I love you, but I'm not going.
• 1:00:17
  SPEAKER_18: Is Joe going?
• 1:00:19
SPEAKER_18: Joe, I think, is seriously going.
• 1:00:21
  SPEAKER_18: I really do.
• 1:00:22
SPEAKER_18: I think Joe is definitely going.
• 1:00:24
SPEAKER_18: I asked Janine, I said, would you go?
• 1:00:26
SPEAKER_18: And she she goes, it's not a bad idea.
• 1:00:29
  SPEAKER_18: So there's an opening.
• 1:00:31
SPEAKER_18: When is it actually happening?
• 1:00:34
SPEAKER_18: Next year, next July, I think.
• 1:00:37
SPEAKER_17: You know what would be really cool if like um you could pay to like make build your machine.
• 1:00:47
SPEAKER_02: Like go there and build it?
• 1:00:49
SPEAKER_17: Yeah, like like you like I hope to god they can build a machine in a day at some point.
• 1:00:55
SPEAKER_17: And so like you you go there, maybe it takes two days, I don't know, but you follow your machine through the whole line.
• 1:01:04
SPEAKER_02: And then oh, and then you get to see it on every stop throughout its.
• 1:01:08
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, but they how they don't make the game.
• 1:01:10
SPEAKER_17: Yeah, they let you hold a drill and you're like, oh, you're doing something.
• 1:01:12
SPEAKER_02: So you feel like you're doing something.
• 1:01:14
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, like here, hold this soldering iron, take a picture.
• 1:01:16
SPEAKER_02: Like, oh you're great, man.
• 1:01:18
  SPEAKER_02: You did good.
• 1:01:19
  SPEAKER_02: I don't know about that.
• 1:01:20
SPEAKER_17: To me, to me, that's cooler than going on a boat, you know, because you get you like you get to see how how how the magic happens.
• 1:01:28
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, no, that would be a little special, special uh behind the behind the scenes.
• 1:01:32
SPEAKER_17: And it would be even cooler if, well, there would be no way to do this, you know, because of you know, cell phones and internet.
• 1:01:38
SPEAKER_17: Like you build your machine before it's even announced, but you know, that's impossible.
• 1:01:43
SPEAKER_02: Mason said, like, build a bear, but for pinball.
• 1:01:46
  SPEAKER_17: Yes.
• 1:01:48
  SPEAKER_17: Like, I don't want, I don't want that powder coat.
• 1:01:50
SPEAKER_17: I want the other powder coat.
• 1:01:51
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I don't want I want my rubbers to be this color.
• 1:01:54
SPEAKER_17: That's what American pinball is doing, right?
• 1:01:56
SPEAKER_02: That's what they said in that one interview.
• 1:01:58
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 1:01:59
  SPEAKER_02: That seems very expensive.
• 1:02:01
  SPEAKER_02: I mentioned it actually.
• 1:02:02
SPEAKER_02: The dude that I why do I always forget his name?
• 1:02:04
SPEAKER_02: You remember his name, Jamie.
• 1:02:05
SPEAKER_02: The American guy I had breakfast.
• 1:02:06
  SPEAKER_02: John Swores.
• 1:02:08
SPEAKER_02: I asked him about that actually.
• 1:02:09
SPEAKER_02: I said, hey, that seems really from an outside looking in, it seems like that would be really difficult to do with all these custom things.
• 1:02:17
SPEAKER_02: And he said it wasn't.
• 1:02:19
SPEAKER_17: Chris in the chat, I think building your own machine would void the warranty.
• 1:02:26
  SPEAKER_02: It's not a terrible idea.
• 1:02:28
SPEAKER_02: That'd be the strategy be like, well, you got it, you take it from here.
• 1:02:32
  SPEAKER_02: That's awesome.
• 1:02:33
SPEAKER_17: Um, are we getting split themes again, like Family Guy and Shrek?
• 1:02:37
SPEAKER_17: I think that's been isn't that is that known?
• 1:02:42
SPEAKER_17: Is that a known thing?
• 1:02:43
SPEAKER_18: I don't think that anything is known, whether they're releasing one or two.
• 1:02:47
SPEAKER_18: There's rumors out there that they're releasing.
• 1:02:49
SPEAKER_02: No, no, they said No, didn't they have that little graphic that showed the two cabinets?
• 1:02:53
  SPEAKER_02: No?
• 1:02:53
SPEAKER_02: Or am I or was that some or something?
• 1:02:55
  SPEAKER_02: Was that AI?
• 1:02:56
SPEAKER_02: I thought they released a thing that had the two cabinets.
• 1:02:58
  SPEAKER_02: Saying that so two.
• 1:03:01
SPEAKER_02: It could have been AI, but I know I saw something like that.
• 1:03:04
  SPEAKER_18: I'm not saying anything.

• 1:04:28
  SPEAKER_18: We'll get you.
• 1:04:28
  SPEAKER_18: All right.

SPEAKER_17: How are you gonna do that?
• 1:04:31
SPEAKER_18: Well, I'm I'm starting to walk more again, and uh I'm gonna get back on the Peloton, and I'm definitely cutting out sugar.
• 1:04:40
  SPEAKER_18: You know?
• 1:04:41
SPEAKER_18: Yeah, cut out sugar, carbs.
• 1:04:44
SPEAKER_17: Cut out no bread, zero.
• 1:04:46
SPEAKER_17: So if you listen to me, this this will do it.
• 1:04:51
  SPEAKER_17: Okay.
• 1:04:52
SPEAKER_17: You have to stop the diet coke, because that's poison.
• 1:04:56
SPEAKER_17: You have to stop the the tobacco or what what the the nicotine things.
• 1:05:01
SPEAKER_17: Yeah, you gotta get rid of that.
• 1:05:03
SPEAKER_18: But listen to this real quick while you're talking about those.
• 1:05:06
SPEAKER_18: They just came out with a cherry.
• 1:05:08
  SPEAKER_17: Yeah, see, you're addicted.
• 1:05:10
  SPEAKER_17: It's delicious.
• 1:05:12
SPEAKER_17: Because getting rid of that stuff is gonna stop with the these dopamine spikes you're looking, you know, you're trying to fill.
• 1:05:17
  SPEAKER_17: Yeah.
• 1:05:18
SPEAKER_17: Um cut out all sugar.
• 1:05:20
  SPEAKER_18: Yeah.
• 1:05:21
  SPEAKER_17: No bread, no pasta.
• 1:05:26
SPEAKER_17: And walk three miles a day.
• 1:05:28
SPEAKER_17: You will that's all you have.
• 1:05:30
  SPEAKER_17: I'm not sure.
• 1:05:30
  SPEAKER_17: That's all I do.
• 1:05:31
  SPEAKER_18: That's what I did last time.
• 1:05:32
SPEAKER_18: I got on the bike a little bit.
• 1:05:33
SPEAKER_17: No, no, no, no, you got no no, you're not listening.
• 1:05:35
SPEAKER_17: You have to do everything I said.
• 1:05:36
SPEAKER_17: You can't just cherry pick all right certain things.
• 1:05:39
SPEAKER_17: So another thing, and then the key is do not eat after six p.m.
• 1:05:46
  SPEAKER_18: Six?
• 1:05:47
  SPEAKER_17: Yeah.
• 1:05:48
  SPEAKER_02: What about that?
• 1:05:50
  SPEAKER_02: Eat too late.
• 1:05:51
  SPEAKER_17: Six.
• 1:05:52
SPEAKER_17: You you're too old to be eating after six.
• 1:05:56
SPEAKER_17: I mean, that's just how things work.
• 1:05:57
  SPEAKER_17: That's just science, bro.
• 1:06:00
SPEAKER_18: What are you laughing at?
• 1:06:00
SPEAKER_18: Someone saying their parents died.
• 1:06:02
SPEAKER_02: I'm laughing because he's like you're too old to be eaten after six.
• 1:06:07
SPEAKER_17: Dude, I'm telling you, if you do all of that, you will you will be a hundred percent more healthier than you are right now.
• 1:06:15
  SPEAKER_17: All right.
• 1:06:16
  SPEAKER_02: But I think, Jamie, uh you're you're I I can sense you're overwhelmed right now.
• 1:06:20
SPEAKER_02: I think you just need to like like have a have a time frame to go, all right, I'm gonna chip away at these three things, and I'm gonna by this date I'm gonna do this, by that date, I'm gonna do that.
• 1:06:27
SPEAKER_02: Because I don't think you can cold turkey, you have too many vices.
• 1:06:30
  SPEAKER_18: I know.
• 1:06:31
SPEAKER_18: I got a lot of vices, I got problems.
• 1:06:34
SPEAKER_02: Your Diet Coke, I'm not I have no faith that you could stop drinking Diet Coke.
• 1:06:38
  SPEAKER_02: Zero.
• 1:06:40
SPEAKER_02: Like I would place bets all day on that you would could never do it.
• 1:06:42
  SPEAKER_02: I don't know why.
• 1:06:43
SPEAKER_02: I feel like you wouldn't have to do it.
• 1:06:45
SPEAKER_02: I think the Diet Coke would be the hardest.
• 1:06:48
  SPEAKER_02: I think so too.
• 1:06:49
SPEAKER_02: When we were at when we were at Texas Pinball Festival, Kale, this it was like this thing.
• 1:06:54
SPEAKER_02: If it got low, he's like, we gotta go get we gotta go to the thing.
• 1:06:58
  SPEAKER_02: I'm like, holy shit.
• 1:07:00
SPEAKER_02: Like you're addicted to that.
• 1:07:02
SPEAKER_02: All right, we got a couple super chats that came on, came in.
• 1:07:04
  SPEAKER_18: Oh, thank you guys.
• 1:07:06
  SPEAKER_02: Stringer Films$2 said estimated.
• 1:07:08
SPEAKER_02: This is the estimated Winchester value if the boat sinks.
• 1:07:12
SPEAKER_02: Um Stringer's always good for comedy, that's for sure.
• 1:07:18
SPEAKER_02: Uh Mythos Pinball with a$50 shoot super chat.

SPEAKER_02: So you'll see us there.
• 1:07:30
SPEAKER_02: What days are you coming in?
• 1:07:32

SPEAKER_17: I always come in early.

• 1:07:48
  SPEAKER_02: Okay.
• 1:07:49
SPEAKER_02: But I don't come until late Wednesday.
• 1:07:51
  SPEAKER_02: Not early Wednesday.
• 1:07:53
SPEAKER_02: I'm gonna come in Wednesday.
• 1:07:55
SPEAKER_17: What are we gonna see at Expo?
• 1:07:57
SPEAKER_17: Well, we're gonna see Fallout.
• 1:07:59
  SPEAKER_17: We're gonna see Fallout.
• 1:08:01
SPEAKER_17: We'll see Fallout before then.
• 1:08:02
  SPEAKER_18: Yeah.
• 1:08:02
  SPEAKER_18: Okay.
• 1:08:04
  SPEAKER_18: We'll oh, I don't know.
• 1:08:08
  SPEAKER_02: Goldfinger?
• 1:08:09
SPEAKER_02: We'll probably see something from Pinball Brothers.
• 1:08:12
  SPEAKER_17: Oh, yes.
• 1:08:12
SPEAKER_17: Uh Rachel just chimed in.
• 1:08:13
SPEAKER_17: Uh we'll we'll we'll be there Wednesday through Sunday.
• 1:08:16
  SPEAKER_18: Oh, thank you, Rachel.
• 1:08:18
SPEAKER_18: Okay, so Wednesday through Sunday.
• 1:08:19
SPEAKER_18: So uh my company has an office up there, so I'm gonna come in Monday, work from the office Tuesday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and then go to Expo.
• 1:08:30
SPEAKER_18: I got this shit all figured out, guys.
• 1:08:32
SPEAKER_17: You know, Diet Coke is like grandpa's cough medicine, according to Wolf there in the chat.
• 1:08:39
  SPEAKER_17: That makes sense.
• 1:08:40
  SPEAKER_18: I see that, Wolf.
• 1:08:41
SPEAKER_02: I I pass that by for new stuff.
• 1:08:44
SPEAKER_02: Like the things you'll obviously see is you're gonna Jersey Jack's gonna have Sonic there.
• 1:08:47
  SPEAKER_02: I mean, that you're gonna see.
• 1:08:49
  SPEAKER_17: I predict, I don't know who's making it, but I predict you're gonna see a Dungeon Crawler Carl.
• 1:08:54
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 1:08:56
SPEAKER_02: Maybe, maybe we'll see CGC's Halo, but that would be a shot in the dark.
• 1:09:01
SPEAKER_02: Maybe that would be amazing.
• 1:09:02
  SPEAKER_02: That would be cool.
• 1:09:04
SPEAKER_02: Maybe, maybe we would see Dutch's Back to the Future.
• 1:09:08
  SPEAKER_02: Maybe.
• 1:09:09
  SPEAKER_02: No chance.
• 1:09:10
SPEAKER_02: Whatever Barrels releases will be there.
• 1:09:13
SPEAKER_02: Whatever Pinball Brothers releases will be there.
• 1:09:15
  SPEAKER_17: Goonies for sure.
• 1:09:18
SPEAKER_02: I think they're gonna have the game ready.
• 1:09:19
  SPEAKER_02: I don't think they'll have a model game.
• 1:09:21
SPEAKER_02: They should, because it'd be awesome.
• 1:09:22
  SPEAKER_02: I don't think they're gonna.
• 1:09:23
SPEAKER_02: I think they might say that it's coming.
• 1:09:24
  SPEAKER_02: I don't think they're gonna have the game.
• 1:09:26
  SPEAKER_02: I hope they do.
• 1:09:27
  SPEAKER_02: I hope I'm wrong.
• 1:09:28
  SPEAKER_02: Because it'd be cool.
• 1:09:29
SPEAKER_02: I mean, they'll because if you play it there, then maybe the last time you play it, because they're all sold.
• 1:09:35
SPEAKER_02: So it's crazy that they're all sold, but what's all sold?
• 1:09:39
  SPEAKER_02: Goonies.
• 1:09:39
SPEAKER_02: Like you can't even get one.
• 1:09:41
  SPEAKER_02: I know.
• 1:09:41
SPEAKER_02: I mean, I say they're all sold, meaning like there's probably so many wait lists as so many distributors that once they're through that, that's it.
• 1:09:48
SPEAKER_02: Like if you aren't on a list, you probably not get one.
• 1:09:51
  SPEAKER_17: That that's a good point, Wolf.
• 1:09:52
  SPEAKER_17: I forgot about that.
• 1:09:53
SPEAKER_17: We're gonna see ACDC remaster.
• 1:09:55
  SPEAKER_02: Oh, that's true.
• 1:09:56
  SPEAKER_02: That's true.
• 1:09:56
SPEAKER_02: Do you think we'll get that um gold finger thing this year?
• 1:09:59
  SPEAKER_02: Because I, if that's real, because I'd love I'd love that.
• 1:10:03
  SPEAKER_17: No, it's 100% real.
• 1:10:04
SPEAKER_18: But would that be this year?
• 1:10:05
SPEAKER_18: All right, all this diet cook.
• 1:10:07
SPEAKER_18: I have to go to the restroom.
• 1:10:08
  SPEAKER_18: Keep going.
• 1:10:08
SPEAKER_18: You guys are doing great.
• 1:10:09
SPEAKER_17: Yeah, me and this is a Ralph show.
• 1:10:11
  SPEAKER_17: Let's go.
• 1:10:11
SPEAKER_18: Hey, real quick, Ralph, text your boy and get him to come on.
• 1:10:18
  SPEAKER_02: Okay.
• 1:10:19
  SPEAKER_02: Thanks.
• 1:10:20
SPEAKER_17: Um, oh, this is good.
• 1:10:21
  SPEAKER_02: I just got a text message, but I don't know.
• 1:10:24
SPEAKER_02: When I'm on my computer, I can't see like the name it sometimes, and it says, I just got wizard mode on this bitch ass game, and it's a picture of pulp fiction.
• 1:10:34
  SPEAKER_02: Oh, good, good job.
• 1:10:36
  SPEAKER_02: I don't know who that was.
• 1:10:37
  SPEAKER_02: Oh, that's it's Hunter.
• 1:10:38
  SPEAKER_02: You know Hunter, right?
• 1:10:40
SPEAKER_02: Do you know Hunter Kale?
• 1:10:41
  SPEAKER_02: Hey, this is fascinating.
• 1:10:42
SPEAKER_02: Hell yeah, I know Hunter.
• 1:10:43
  SPEAKER_02: It's Hunter.
• 1:10:45
  SPEAKER_17: Yeah, Hunter's great.
• 1:10:46
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it's Hunter that just texts me.
• 1:10:47
  SPEAKER_02: I love Hunter.
• 1:10:48
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, he's cool.
• 1:10:48
SPEAKER_02: He moved out of Phoenix, man.
• 1:10:50
SPEAKER_02: He lives in Utah now.
• 1:10:51
  SPEAKER_02: I'm bummed.
• 1:10:51
  SPEAKER_02: He left.
• 1:10:52
SPEAKER_17: Well, I was wondering, I was wondering why we haven't heard from him.
• 1:10:54
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, he left.
• 1:10:55
SPEAKER_02: I'm kind of bummed because he's a good dude.
• 1:10:56
SPEAKER_02: He was fun to play pinball with.
• 1:10:58
  SPEAKER_02: He's a great guy.
• 1:11:00
  SPEAKER_02: So I don't know, man.
• 1:11:01
SPEAKER_02: What else do you think could be at Expo?
• 1:11:03
SPEAKER_02: I mean, we all know we know what the Stern stuff is.
• 1:11:05
SPEAKER_02: JJP is gonna be Sonic.
• 1:11:06
SPEAKER_17: Uh David's talking about the 40th anniversary Transformers.
• 1:11:11
SPEAKER_17: Um you know, that was on that Taiwan site.
• 1:11:14
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I read it.
• 1:11:15
  SPEAKER_17: Taiwanese site.
• 1:11:16
SPEAKER_02: But what was weird about it, it looked this is what it looked like to me.
• 1:11:20
SPEAKER_02: I just read what it said.
• 1:11:21
SPEAKER_02: It looked like they're just packaging the games in a different way out there because the mirrored back glass wasn't on what they call the L E.
• 1:11:29
SPEAKER_02: It was on the 40th.
• 1:11:30
SPEAKER_02: But then there was nothing else really.
• 1:11:32
SPEAKER_02: There was like maybe a couple little minor differences.
• 1:11:34
SPEAKER_02: So I think they're just packaging them different for that market.
• 1:11:37
SPEAKER_17: That's what it sounds like.
• 1:11:38
  SPEAKER_17: Yeah, I I don't I don't think that's coming here.
• 1:11:42
SPEAKER_17: I have nobody's told me anything about that.
• 1:11:44
SPEAKER_02: And I don't think they would do that this soon anyway for the US market because you know, I they do care a little bit about pissing people off, at least in the short term.
• 1:11:53
SPEAKER_02: I think in the long term they don't care.
• 1:11:55
  SPEAKER_02: But I mean, I don't know.
• 1:11:56
SPEAKER_02: The way I look at it is if Stern has a license that does really well and sells well, I can't blame them for going, let's rerun this, because they're making money if they rerun it.
• 1:12:05
  SPEAKER_02: Like, I don't know.
• 1:12:06
SPEAKER_02: I don't I don't have any issues with that, and but I also don't view these things as ultra-limited things.
• 1:12:11
SPEAKER_02: They make a lot of them, and only the limited one or the collector's edition on Jersey Jack are the other or the whatever the right, right?
• 1:12:17
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I don't know.
• 1:12:18
  SPEAKER_02: I don't know.
• 1:12:19
  SPEAKER_17: Oh, check this out.
• 1:12:19
SPEAKER_17: I heard you you know, you've heard the rumor about the um the Mountain Dew game.
• 1:12:25
  SPEAKER_17: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
• 1:12:27
SPEAKER_17: I heard they're gonna use the Bond 60th layout for that.
• 1:12:32
  SPEAKER_17: Really?
• 1:12:33
SPEAKER_17: Yeah, the Mat the Magic Plunger.
• 1:12:34
  SPEAKER_17: What's it called?
• 1:12:35
  SPEAKER_17: What's his name?
• 1:12:36
  SPEAKER_02: Toilet.
• 1:12:36
  SPEAKER_02: No, the midnight.
• 1:12:39
SPEAKER_02: That would probably piss off the 60th people pretty bad, I would think.
• 1:12:44
SPEAKER_18: Yeah, don't you think you'd be pissed if you paid$20,000 for a game that now looks like Mountain Dew?
• 1:12:50
SPEAKER_17: But I heard it was super, super limited.
• 1:12:53
SPEAKER_02: Like they're only just making like 10 or 50 of them or something for the.
• 1:12:56
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, something crazy like that.
• 1:12:58
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, because it's not gonna be is it made just for that, like for them, or is it actually gonna be available too?
• 1:13:04
SPEAKER_02: Or is it just for like Mountain Dew?
• 1:13:06
SPEAKER_17: If it's that limited, yeah, it's gotta be for Mountain Dew or or like places that sell Mountain Dew really well.
• 1:13:14
SPEAKER_17: You know, we got a um we had a can crusher.
• 1:13:18
SPEAKER_17: We actually we got it from Paps Blue Ribbon because at the time the uh Yucca Tap room was like number one in the nation for Paps Blue Ribbon sales.
• 1:13:30
  SPEAKER_17: Oh no shit.
• 1:13:31
SPEAKER_17: And so the rep like sold it to the owner for like, you know, I mean it wasn't like dirt cheap, but it was a good deal.
• 1:13:38
SPEAKER_02: You know what game I keep seeing?
• 1:13:39
  SPEAKER_02: It's like a newer game.
• 1:13:40
SPEAKER_02: Did you see you you remember uh like Root Beer Tapper, right?
• 1:13:43
  SPEAKER_02: Or beer tap tapper.
• 1:13:44
SPEAKER_02: You remember the game Tapper?
• 1:13:46
SPEAKER_02: There's a company out in Utah, Alan One, and they released like a it's like a it's like a new version of that game, but you you have to pour drinks like that.
• 1:13:54
  SPEAKER_17: But I it's it's amazing.
• 1:13:57
SPEAKER_02: I feel like Tapper would be a cool.
• 1:13:58
SPEAKER_02: I know that you guys aren't don't have too much on the video game side, but I feel like a modern tapper game would probably do really well at the bat.
• 1:14:05
SPEAKER_02: Like I think people would have fun with that.
• 1:14:07
SPEAKER_17: Well, we we had Tapper.
• 1:14:08
SPEAKER_17: We had the real Tapper.
• 1:14:09
SPEAKER_17: Did you I can't remember the Budweiser one?
• 1:14:12
SPEAKER_17: Um, and we we sold it because we were just tired of dealing with CRTs.
• 1:14:16
SPEAKER_17: Yeah, I get uh but that game you're talking about, that is better than Tapper.
• 1:14:21
SPEAKER_17: That that is an amazing, it's called Perfect Poor.
• 1:14:23
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah, perfect pour.
• 1:14:24
  SPEAKER_02: It's cool.
• 1:14:25
  SPEAKER_02: It's cool.
• 1:14:26
SPEAKER_17: Dude, that game is awesome.
• 1:14:27
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I played it at uh in Vegas.
• 1:14:29
  SPEAKER_02: It's cool.
• 1:14:30
  SPEAKER_17: Yeah, it's a great game.
• 1:14:31
SPEAKER_02: That would be do you think it but I think there's it's only comes in like a large form factor, though.
• 1:14:35
  SPEAKER_02: I don't think they have a small one.
• 1:14:36
SPEAKER_02: See if they had a small one, that would be cool with the bat, I think.
• 1:14:38
SPEAKER_02: Oh, like a little tabletop?
• 1:14:40
SPEAKER_02: Like if they had like a two-poor one instead of because the one I saw was like giant.
• 1:14:44
SPEAKER_02: It was too big for the bat, I think.
• 1:14:46
SPEAKER_02: It would take up too much of your pinball space.
• 1:14:49
SPEAKER_18: All right, what do you got, Jack?
• 1:14:51
  SPEAKER_18: It's not calling in.
• 1:14:53
SPEAKER_17: All right, what you got?
• 1:14:54
SPEAKER_17: Did he did he tell you?
• 1:14:55
SPEAKER_18: No, he just ditched us.
• 1:14:57
  SPEAKER_18: Canceled.
• 1:14:58
  SPEAKER_18: Cancelled us.
• 1:14:59
SPEAKER_18: All right, Transformer movie mode just came out today, right?
• 1:15:03
  SPEAKER_18: Or yesterday?
• 1:15:04
  SPEAKER_18: Yesterday.
• 1:15:06
SPEAKER_18: And do you just hold the left flipper like and both flippers?
• 1:15:10
  SPEAKER_18: Both flippers.
• 1:15:11
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah, it's like a mini wizard mode, but it's cool as it's cool as hell, man.
• 1:15:14
SPEAKER_02: Did you play it, Kale?
• 1:15:18
SPEAKER_17: Or did you not get a chance to yet?
• 1:15:19
  SPEAKER_02: Did you like it?
• 1:15:20
SPEAKER_17: No, I I totally played it, but like I didn't pay attention to what I was saying.
• 1:15:23
SPEAKER_17: I just I fired it up, and uh, you know, you told me to turn the speakers and I cranked it up real loud.
• 1:15:28
SPEAKER_17: And then so I'm playing, you know, I'm playing, and I didn't pay attention to what I was supposed to be doing, and then and then it just it was like game over.
• 1:15:36
SPEAKER_17: And I was like, Whoa, what the hell happened?
• 1:15:38
SPEAKER_02: Oh, you must have got yeah, because it does time out after a while.
• 1:15:41
SPEAKER_02: It does it does run like a ball saver for quite a quite a while in the beginning, but maybe if you weren't paying attention, it probably just like timed out or something.
• 1:15:48
  SPEAKER_17: Right.
• 1:15:48
SPEAKER_17: I I was like, I was like talking to people and goofing off.
• 1:15:50
SPEAKER_17: Um yeah, so I didn't get to experience it.
• 1:15:54
  SPEAKER_17: I I'll I'll uh play it some more.
• 1:15:55
SPEAKER_17: It seems everybody who's gotten into it has told me it's very cool.
• 1:15:59
SPEAKER_02: So Elizabeth Giske saw that I posted about it, and she she was like, she was like, I don't usually like look through all the comments and stuff, but I was reading it and she goes, I was so happy at what people were saying about it.
• 1:16:10
SPEAKER_02: She goes, It made me like almost emotional that that that like people liked it that much, which is cool.
• 1:16:16
SPEAKER_02: It just because I think she really puts her heart and soul into this stuff.
• 1:16:19
SPEAKER_02: So um I I like seeing that that game get more exposure because I actually think the game's really cool.
• 1:16:25
SPEAKER_02: It just had that little bad mishap with the Optimus thing that kind of caused a little bit of a you know, it caused people to maybe be less interested in it.
• 1:16:34
SPEAKER_02: So I think when they play it, they'll like it.
• 1:16:36
SPEAKER_02: But I yeah, the movie mode's cool as well.
• 1:16:38
SPEAKER_18: I've been playing the hell out of it at at Eureka.
• 1:16:40
SPEAKER_18: We uh Kale, Ralph, and I kind of went up against each other on a live stream a couple uh a week ago.
• 1:16:48
  SPEAKER_17: You know what?
• 1:16:48
SPEAKER_17: I I did not uh get in the chat, but I was flip-flopping back and forth between.
• 1:16:53
  SPEAKER_17: Oh, okay.
• 1:16:53
  SPEAKER_18: Oh, cool.
• 1:16:54
  SPEAKER_17: Yeah.
• 1:16:56
SPEAKER_18: So we we're gonna figure out a way where we can combine.
• 1:16:59
  SPEAKER_18: I did stream out a way.
• 1:17:00
  SPEAKER_18: Uh he did actually.
• 1:17:02
SPEAKER_18: And uh so in a in about a month.
• 1:17:04
SPEAKER_18: We should have to test it.
• 1:17:05
SPEAKER_02: I need you to have time to test it though.
• 1:17:07
  SPEAKER_02: I have time.
• 1:17:08
  SPEAKER_02: Okay.
• 1:17:09
SPEAKER_17: You know, you know what my favorite part of that stream was?
• 1:17:12
SPEAKER_17: Was like, uh you guys agreed to like uh uh rules for the the little yeah, Kale, we did agree.
• 1:17:20
SPEAKER_17: And then and then Jamie tried to change it halfway through the the tournament.
• 1:17:25
  SPEAKER_02: But here's what's funny about that.
• 1:17:26
SPEAKER_02: I had people coming from his chat over to my our chat being like, hey, Jamie's changing the rules.
• 1:17:30
SPEAKER_02: I'm like, what do you mean?
• 1:17:31
SPEAKER_02: So then the key they're like going back and forth between chats trying to figure out what the hell Jamie's talking about.
• 1:17:36
SPEAKER_02: You would you you can't do that, you can't change the rules of a tournament in the middle of the tournament.
• 1:17:40
SPEAKER_18: John was playing like shit.
• 1:17:42
SPEAKER_18: John was playing like shit, and I needed an advantage.
• 1:17:45
  SPEAKER_18: I needed help.
• 1:17:46
SPEAKER_18: I was tearing it up that night.
• 1:17:48
SPEAKER_18: Rudy and I both were killing it.
• 1:17:49
SPEAKER_17: You and Rudy were crushing it, and and and John and Jamie were totally they not only were they shitting the bed, they were rolling in it, and it was like getting in their hair and all over the place.
• 1:18:00
SPEAKER_02: I did not expect that, to be honest.
• 1:18:02
SPEAKER_02: I thought you guys were gonna kill it.
• 1:18:04
SPEAKER_18: We were drinking, we got there way too early.
• 1:18:08
  SPEAKER_18: Okay.
• 1:18:08
SPEAKER_17: Oh, it was it was the beer.
• 1:18:09
SPEAKER_18: Okay, well, I was drinking these seltzers.
• 1:18:14
  SPEAKER_18: Seltzers, yeah.
• 1:18:15
  SPEAKER_18: Like what?
• 1:18:16
  SPEAKER_18: Like what's that stuff?
• 1:18:18
SPEAKER_18: What's that stuff called that everyone drinks?
• 1:18:21
  SPEAKER_18: He was drinking Zima.
• 1:18:22
  SPEAKER_18: I was drinking Zimas.
• 1:18:23
SPEAKER_18: I I threw a uh Jolly Rancher in it.
• 1:18:27
SPEAKER_02: I threw up the worst drinking throw-up of my life on Zima.
• 1:18:31
SPEAKER_02: Like it was just disgusting thing there.
• 1:18:33
SPEAKER_02: I would never if I smelt it, if I even smelt the cap of one of those, I'd throw up probably.
• 1:18:38
  SPEAKER_02: Nasty.
• 1:18:38
  SPEAKER_02: It was the worst.
• 1:18:39
SPEAKER_17: Is this a super chat from Noob?
• 1:18:41
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah.
• 1:18:42
SPEAKER_02: Do people do pitmall machines float if the boat sinks like the door in Titanic?
• 1:18:47
SPEAKER_02: Thanks for the super chat, dude.
• 1:18:49
  SPEAKER_17: They don't.
• 1:18:50
  SPEAKER_18: No, don't float.
• 1:18:51
  SPEAKER_17: Unfortunately.
• 1:18:52
SPEAKER_18: It's too bad we're not going on that cruise together.
• 1:18:54
  SPEAKER_18: That'd be fun.
• 1:18:55
  SPEAKER_18: It's too long.
• 1:18:57
  SPEAKER_18: Be fun.
• 1:18:58
SPEAKER_18: I got time to convince you.
• 1:19:01
  SPEAKER_18: I got time.
• 1:19:03
SPEAKER_02: Wolf Rose says Transformers is spectacular.
• 1:19:06
SPEAKER_02: The movie movie mode is incredible on its own.
• 1:19:08
SPEAKER_02: He's a big fan of Transformers, so that's kind and he uh he's really enjoying it.
• 1:19:12
SPEAKER_02: He's been texting me every now and then.
• 1:19:13
SPEAKER_17: And how cool is it they're redoing well, they're like remastering that movie, and it's gonna be on the big screen.
• 1:19:19
  SPEAKER_17: I'm going.
• 1:19:19
  SPEAKER_02: Oh, dude, I know.
• 1:19:20
SPEAKER_02: I just found out about that at yesterday.
• 1:19:22
SPEAKER_02: Someone told me I was like, dude, and it's only is it one day only or something?
• 1:19:26
SPEAKER_02: I I don't know, but we get we have to get tickets.
• 1:19:28
  SPEAKER_02: Gotta go to that.
• 1:19:29
  SPEAKER_02: Like, that's gonna be.
• 1:19:30
SPEAKER_02: Did you ever see the movie, Jamie?
• 1:19:31
SPEAKER_02: If you're you hate Transformers, right?
• 1:19:33
SPEAKER_17: I just was a GI Joe guy.
• 1:19:36
SPEAKER_17: So you you saw the GI Joe movie.
• 1:19:39
SPEAKER_17: Did you see the G.I.
• 1:19:40
  SPEAKER_17: Joe movie?
• 1:19:40
SPEAKER_18: I've seen all the GI Joe movies, yeah.
• 1:19:42
SPEAKER_18: The I mean the live actions were terrible, but the not the live.
• 1:19:46
SPEAKER_17: I'm talking about the animated, yeah.
• 1:19:47
  SPEAKER_02: That's fantastic.
• 1:19:48
  SPEAKER_17: That is amazing.
• 1:19:49
  SPEAKER_02: That's really great.
• 1:19:51
SPEAKER_02: What made Kodiak Kid not be into uh Transformers?
• 1:19:55
SPEAKER_17: Kodiak, you know, he loved his wrestling and he loved his G.I.
• 1:19:58
  SPEAKER_17: Joe.
• 1:19:58
SPEAKER_17: And that's did you did you have the the wrestling action figures with the little ring?
• 1:20:03
  SPEAKER_18: Every one of them.
• 1:20:04
  SPEAKER_18: Oh, yeah.
• 1:20:04
SPEAKER_18: Name one and I had it.
• 1:20:06
SPEAKER_17: You would have got beat up in my neighborhood.
• 1:20:09
  SPEAKER_17: Why?
• 1:20:11
SPEAKER_02: I had the ring too, Jamie.
• 1:20:12
SPEAKER_02: So it's cool to be.
• 1:20:13
SPEAKER_18: The ring, I had the hoaxer, I had junk yog.
• 1:20:16
SPEAKER_18: I even had Miss Elizabeth, dude.
• 1:20:18
SPEAKER_18: Did you ever fuck yeah?
• 1:20:20
  SPEAKER_17: Iron Sheik?
• 1:20:21
  SPEAKER_18: Of course.
• 1:20:23
SPEAKER_17: I can keep done deal.
• 1:20:26
  SPEAKER_18: Million Dollar Man.
• 1:20:27
  SPEAKER_18: The Road Warriors.
• 1:20:28
SPEAKER_18: They didn't have uh The Rock and Roll Express.
• 1:20:31
  SPEAKER_02: They didn't have them.
• 1:20:32
SPEAKER_02: You had to have an Andre one, right?
• 1:20:34
  SPEAKER_02: Fuck yeah, of course.
• 1:20:35
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 1:20:36
  SPEAKER_02: Big Johnson.
• 1:20:37
SPEAKER_02: Did they have a hack?
• 1:20:37
SPEAKER_02: Did they have a hacksaw Jim Duggan one?
• 1:20:39
  SPEAKER_02: I don't remember the guy.
• 1:20:40
  SPEAKER_18: He didn't come with a wood.
• 1:20:41
SPEAKER_18: He didn't come with the wood.
• 1:20:42
  SPEAKER_18: He didn't?
• 1:20:43
  SPEAKER_18: That's like a missed opportunity.
• 1:20:46
  SPEAKER_02: Okay.
• 1:20:47
SPEAKER_02: Well, the wood would have been like.
• 1:20:48
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that's totally his thing.
• 1:20:49
  SPEAKER_02: That's your boy Genghis.
• 1:20:51
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, hold on.
• 1:20:52
  SPEAKER_02: Hold on.
• 1:20:52
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 1:20:57
  SPEAKER_17: Another super chat.
• 1:20:58
SPEAKER_17: Have you played the arcade game Black Emperor?
• 1:21:02
SPEAKER_17: I've never even heard of it.
• 1:21:03
  SPEAKER_02: I have.
• 1:21:03
SPEAKER_02: I think that's the one with the wheel, if I remember right.
• 1:21:06
SPEAKER_02: Isn't that the one with the wheel where like it's the motorcycle, or am I thinking of a different game?
• 1:21:10
  SPEAKER_02: I don't know.
• 1:21:12
  SPEAKER_02: I have no idea.
• 1:21:12
SPEAKER_02: No, that's what I thought it was, but it's like a homebrew game.
• 1:21:15
SPEAKER_17: Or a like Okay, so let's I'm gonna keep you guys uh on check.
• 1:21:19
SPEAKER_17: Uh next question Does barrels have SpongeBob?
• 1:21:23
  SPEAKER_17: Where's where's that coming from?
• 1:21:25
SPEAKER_18: I don't know where that came from.
• 1:21:27
SPEAKER_18: That came from that came from you, didn't it?
• 1:21:30
  SPEAKER_18: Me?
• 1:21:31
SPEAKER_18: Did that come from you?
• 1:21:32
  SPEAKER_18: No.
• 1:21:33
SPEAKER_18: I don't know where that rumor popped up, but that makes more sense than Bon Jovi.
• 1:21:44
SPEAKER_17: Okay, okay, moving right away.
• 1:21:46
SPEAKER_17: All right, you want you want to do the next one?
• 1:21:48
  SPEAKER_17: Go ahead.
• 1:21:52
SPEAKER_17: Gonzo's show, I guess on Gonzo's show, Enzo brought up issues he's had with barrels games, HDMI cables being run along, power causing audio issues.
• 1:22:03
SPEAKER_17: Uh, we keep saying this, but there's QC on these basic things, optos being zip tied and not registering.
• 1:22:11
  SPEAKER_17: What's the deal?
• 1:22:12
SPEAKER_17: What's the tell me what's the deal with their build quality?
• 1:22:15
SPEAKER_02: I all I can say is I I'll say I want to I want to reward, I'll just say I like Barrels games.
• 1:22:21
SPEAKER_02: It's not like I don't, with the exception of Labyrinth, I just wasn't a fan, but I like their games, but it's obvious to me from like your guys' experience at the bat and a couple of my friends that have bought them and my experience with Labyrinth, they they do not have it tightened up on the QC side for sure.
• 1:22:38
SPEAKER_02: Like that needs to get figured out because I mean I just take Winchester, everyone's like, Oh, Winchester's the latest game, it's gonna be great, and it is a great game, but when you guys got it, man, there was crazy stuff from a QC perspective that is not acceptable to me for like a commercial product, so like they gotta tighten that stuff up.
• 1:22:58
SPEAKER_17: Man, it is so we learned a lot operating Winchester.
• 1:23:06
SPEAKER_17: Um we we didn't learn a lot when we tried to operate Dune because nobody they don't have customer service at barrels of fun.
• 1:23:20
SPEAKER_17: You know, they their customer service is very bare bones.
• 1:23:27
SPEAKER_17: Um you cannot like escalate an a problem to an expert, you know.
• 1:23:32
SPEAKER_17: Uh but during Winchester we were able to do that.
• 1:23:37
SPEAKER_17: So like we were we were on a a group thread with Carl and Um Aaron from Fast Pinball.
• 1:23:47
SPEAKER_17: And holy crap, we learned stuff that I mean we didn't we learned so much.
• 1:23:54
SPEAKER_17: Like building pinball machines is hard as fuck.
• 1:23:58
SPEAKER_17: Like there's stuff there's magic behind the scenes that most people do not realize is going on, especially with electronics.
• 1:24:07
SPEAKER_17: Like it's it's very easy to do artwork for a pinball machine.
• 1:24:13
SPEAKER_17: You know, it's it's easy to do a basic layout, you know.
• 1:24:19
SPEAKER_17: It's hard to do an expert layout, like something like you know, Keith Elwyn's gonna do.
• 1:24:23
SPEAKER_17: I mean, uh that takes a special individual.
• 1:24:26
SPEAKER_17: But but it it's easy, you know.
• 1:24:28
SPEAKER_17: You can set up a layout where a ball goes through paths and you know, you hit it with flippers.
• 1:24:33
  SPEAKER_17: Yeah.
• 1:24:34
SPEAKER_17: Um sound so you you have to think like Barrel's still a startup.
• 1:24:42
SPEAKER_17: They just started doing this, yeah.
• 1:24:44
SPEAKER_17: And and what they're doing right now is mind-blowing for a company that's been around for what, three years?
• 1:24:51
  SPEAKER_17: Yeah, something like that.
• 1:24:52
  SPEAKER_17: I don't know.
• 1:24:53
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, three to four years.
• 1:24:54
SPEAKER_02: I mean, they're yeah, they're raising the bar in areas that we haven't seen, like the audio package and the sound effects and all that, and the fact that they they're using, although there are other companies doing it too, like JGP and spooky, they they really do focus on you know higher quality audio systems, but when you pair that with the whole package and you've got a cool layout, cool lighting, and then like amazing audio, it becomes more of an experience.
• 1:25:20
SPEAKER_02: So, like my the QC thing, don't don't get that confused with me not liking barrels.
• 1:25:24
SPEAKER_02: I do like barrels, I just want to get no button up that stuff.
• 1:25:29
SPEAKER_17: Yeah, well, but you have to like look at how barrels has grown.
• 1:25:33
SPEAKER_17: Um they just got a person doing sound.
• 1:25:36
SPEAKER_17: Like, like before Jeff, like like the the reason Jeff is working at barrels is because David Van Es was on Jeff's podcast and they started chatting, and you know, they you know, Jeff found out nobody was doing sound at barrels.
• 1:25:53
SPEAKER_17: They didn't I don't know whether they didn't think it was important.
• 1:25:56
SPEAKER_17: So I mean they were like you gotta think about like sound is so incredibly important.
• 1:26:02
SPEAKER_17: Sound is more important than visuals, it really, it really is.
• 1:26:06
SPEAKER_17: And and and uh you know uh genetically, like humans, they you're more reactive to sound than anything, you know?
• 1:26:14
SPEAKER_17: And and so and and sound, there's no like frame rate and sound.
• 1:26:19
  SPEAKER_17: It's such a it's such a very important visceral thing.
• 1:26:23
SPEAKER_17: You you you you have to think about most people like 99% of the of the people walking around do not understand what ducking is, you know, so like like they were just like uh triggering mp3s probably from you know, you know, yeah for for different things or something, yeah.
• 1:26:45
SPEAKER_17: And now they have like a real sound designer, you know, that that's doing like like real, real incredible work that that's noticeable.
• 1:26:56
SPEAKER_17: You know, you gotta think before Jeff, they didn't even think that was a big deal.
• 1:26:59
SPEAKER_17: And it's probably the same thing with electrical engineering, yeah.
• 1:27:02
SPEAKER_17: Like they they have a massive problem with electrical engineering.
• 1:27:06
SPEAKER_17: And and we learned a lot about that when we were troubleshooting all the bugs in Winchester.
• 1:27:11
SPEAKER_17: Like there was shit that was like way over our head.
• 1:27:13
SPEAKER_17: We were like, holy shit, I didn't even know you had to think about this kind of stuff.
• 1:27:17
SPEAKER_17: I mean, like, like I I mean I could tell you all about it, but it would put everybody to sleep.
• 1:27:22
SPEAKER_17: But um they yeah, I mean that that's something that they need to uh uh get a hold of.
• 1:27:31
SPEAKER_17: Uh you know, I talked to I talked to Bug and I was like after after dealing with Winchester, and I was like, man, like I had no idea like the stuff you have to worry about when you're developing a pinball machine, all of these EMI issues.
• 1:27:50
SPEAKER_17: Um and he was like, Yeah, it's a big, big deal.
• 1:27:53
SPEAKER_17: And he's like, the electrical engineers at all of these manufacturing facilities, they are the most important people in the building but the the least known.
• 1:28:05
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I can see that.
• 1:28:07
SPEAKER_17: And it was like so we had so I there's there's some stuff I I really can't talk about because there's NDAs involved, but there are like even even Stern calls in outside contractors to fix their EMI issues.
• 1:28:26
SPEAKER_17: Like even even the big boys.
• 1:28:28
  unknown: Okay.
• 1:28:29
SPEAKER_17: Like it's it's a it's a big big thing that I think the customers and and nobody else uh has any it's it's it's fuck it's fucking wizardry.
• 1:28:37
SPEAKER_17: Yeah it's really crazy shit.
• 1:28:39
SPEAKER_17: And and barrels just doesn't have a good grasp on it yet.
• 1:28:44
SPEAKER_02: Yeah I mean even even the fact that now when you stream a str uh stern spike three that output I'm getting out of that HDMI port for video and audio sounds great.
• 1:28:54
SPEAKER_02: There's no there's no feedback there's no noise there's a scratchiness it sounds like I'm ripping it right from the board which you are it sounds it sounds good.
• 1:29:02
SPEAKER_02: I was I was worried about that that they were going to have a poor implementation on that but it's it's so easy to to to uh stream a Stern Spike 3.
• 1:29:10
SPEAKER_18: I was actually surprised you didn't grab the L C D when you when we streamed with you guys Jamie but you know I I can't put that together as quickly as you can I I I screw that up and uh I'd rather just use the camera.
• 1:29:24
  SPEAKER_18: I gotcha.
• 1:29:26
SPEAKER_18: But maybe for uh Walking Dead rematch or when we do that in a month yeah I'll grab it.
• 1:29:33
SPEAKER_18: Hey real quick Kale and I had a discussion and I think this is a good part time for it.
• 1:29:40
SPEAKER_18: We were talking about streaming pinball okay and the number one streamer in our industry is Fox Cities pinball right would you say that Fox Cities and IE pinball yeah those two yeah I think just uh Tom I think Tom's the top person right now just because he's so active numero no he gets the best venues the best yeah Carl's too busy designing pinballs pinball machines right yeah and I'm happy for that too yeah me too but he doesn't show the commentators and when I was at Barrels not I was at barrels when I was at multimorphic I ran into Colin McAlpine who works for what were you doing at multimorphic I was looking at their newest game oh okay and uh Colin McAlpine was there.
• 1:30:29
SPEAKER_18: I walked up to Colin I said let me tell you something you and Steve Bowden together were the best team that I've ever seen and he goes thank you so much thank you phenomenal and I and anyone that didn't it's you go back and watch Fox Cities but he doesn't put a commentator cam on the guys okay it would have been so good if I think I wanted to see Colin and Steve Bowen's reactions to you know Eric Stone and all these guys that were playing great pinball um maybe it wasn't Eric Stone I remember who it was but well that was one of the policy that was one of the games right yeah yeah why don't they do that Tom listen I'm not gonna make this into a real didn't you didn't you say Tom told you that he wants the player to be the star and not that's what he did that's what he told me he said the players are the star not the commentators but I think when you've got a duo such as Kam McCalpine and Steve Bowden they are the stars okay and you gotta put them on your screen you got to put them on because I want to see their reactions just as much as my reaction at home.
• 1:31:44
SPEAKER_17: Here's uh here's what I have to say so um I think last time you were telling me about that Tom wants it to be more more like NFL or or or or MBA or something like that.
• 1:31:58
SPEAKER_17: And I I think that that that's just old media like when you that the that it's really outdated.
• 1:32:07
SPEAKER_17: If you go to twitch or youtube and you see the biggest streamers out there you can see you you can see their face.
• 1:32:16
SPEAKER_17: You you get a connection with them.
• 1:32:19
SPEAKER_18: Yeah you know it like in a competitive pinball stream I think that's what you need like uh because think like when it was Jack Danger could you imagine if Jack Danger just showed the playfield right yeah you'd have no connection to him yeah yeah right so I mean I think this is our plea to you Tom is that you're the best out there but we need to see the commentators because it it really brings something there's something special when I watch the bat on twitch you know to give you a shout out there's something special about Surge and you and your camaraderie and the reactions that you have to the game that's being played and they're missing out on this on these huge tournaments especially because they're on the front page on Twitch he's getting thousands and thousands of people watching and they needed to be introduced to Colin McAlpine and see Bal.
• 1:33:14
SPEAKER_02: So so we had a chat from Madbra and he said at least at least put them on cam in between games because they don't even do that right if I remember sometimes they do sometimes they do sometimes but he needs another rig too and too bad I sold all my stuff but he does need another rig.
• 1:33:32
SPEAKER_18: So there you go you're really trying to push that well he needs to man you know it's such a great tournament and I there's no downtime when you have the second rig and you make the second rig is your look in group okay all right our our our our featured group is on rig one and our yada yada all right what about uh let me get rid of this dog god damn fucking bagel today Ralph did you watch um did you watch uh well there was like a world championships overseas pinball world championships and they had like I think they had like four rigs oh shit no I didn't but did they were they cutting in between all four no they had them all on the screen at the same time oh it might have been three but it was three or four I feel like I would only like that if I was playing on a I feel like if I was watching on my phone that would suck but if I was and on a TV that'd be pretty cool actually it was it wasn't cool because you didn't know what was going on you you couldn't well would they would they would they take which one would they focus on talking to or would they talk about all of them at the same time because that would be really confusing.
• 1:34:42
SPEAKER_17: I can't even remember Jamie we're talking about remember when the they had the pinball world championships and they had like three or four rigs running running JDL pinball that was a train wreck.
• 1:34:53
SPEAKER_02: That was a little much all right well not a little much that you need to watch one game I mean unless it was like like red zone NFL where you have all four and you could click on it and it would bring that one up and then they you know you could focus on whichever one and the audio would be matched up but that that would cost so much friggin' money to produce that so I'm with you I don't I think four would be really hard to follow especially on a phone it's unwatchable on a phone it's unwatchable I would do the double rig and I I had a a a scene on OBS back in the old joint where I would double rig it and I would ask the audience do you want me to double rig?
• 1:35:34
SPEAKER_18: and they would go no I would consistently get no's because it's just it's too much information.
• 1:35:39
SPEAKER_18: It's too much it's too much so I I was able to do it but just because you could do it doesn't mean it's a good idea.
• 1:35:46
  SPEAKER_18: So there you go.
• 1:35:48
SPEAKER_02: How did you move that how did it not bow in the middle when you had the mega rig oh the mega rig?
• 1:35:54
SPEAKER_18: Yeah how did it not like I didn't put any batteries in the middle I had all my batteries on the weight on the sides of the mega rig.
• 1:36:03
SPEAKER_17: Genius yeah good thank you very much let's move right along uh have we ever seen an IP holder announce a game before the main bachelor does no that's a dungeon crawler carl like so Matt Denim Matt Denim announced it he announced a pinball machine is being made yes I can say that he did well there's changing are you not going to be invited back even I wish we wouldn't have gone live um I don't think I'm ever going to anything again it's too much pressure.
• 1:36:41
SPEAKER_17: Can I be honest with you guys can I be really truthful Kale I already heard all of it okay it's too much fucking pressure okay sorry to swear well this is what I don't get you did a video on social media saying please if anybody in the pinball industry please don't tell me anything because I can't keep my mouth shut and they invited me anyway and the next day Jerry's like hey come on out here so I think he I think he wants you to tell people no he does not want to how do you know because he pulled me aside and said please you're the only one videoing if any of these pictures get out I'm gonna murder you so uh not murder but uh they're gonna call Al.
• 1:37:29
SPEAKER_02: We're gonna put you in a room with Al, baby so Jamie I feel like you put that pressure on you.
• 1:37:34
SPEAKER_17: Did did they say Oh that's right Kevin uh Enzo brought up a good point.
• 1:37:38
SPEAKER_02: Kevin Smith did it he's the one that released it.
• 1:37:41
  SPEAKER_02: Was it actually him?
• 1:37:42
  SPEAKER_02: Okay.
• 1:37:43
SPEAKER_02: Oh okay but but Jamie I feel like released what?
• 1:37:46
SPEAKER_02: What are you talking about?
• 1:37:47
SPEAKER_02: Yeah what actually I don't even know what we're talking about.
• 1:37:49
SPEAKER_17: I don't know okay God you guys are so slow.
• 1:37:53
SPEAKER_17: The question was have we ever seen and I'm gonna read it real slow.
• 1:37:57
SPEAKER_17: Oh it you are you ready?
• 1:37:59
SPEAKER_17: I know I'm ready I'm ready now just listen don't make me mute your mics okay have we ever seen an IP holder announce a game before a manufacturer does in reference to Dungeon Crawler Carl Enzo said Kevin Smith did it with what game with this game Dungeon Crawler Carl no Kevin Smith released Bro what the hell what did what did he say?
• 1:38:28
SPEAKER_02: Oh the the Jay and Silent Bob thing right no what the hell are we talking about?
• 1:38:34
SPEAKER_18: I don't know Kale you take control are they making a clerk's pinball machine I don't know about it mall rats what's happening I don't know I'm not following for some reason what's good next I don't even know what's happening real quick let me finish up on my on my thing so I call up Ralph right and I told him that I was going and I'm like I'm a podcaster that has a YouTube channel I don't know what the hell I'm doing like I don't know where to stand and he's like just video everything video everything so I bring the Osmo Pocket three well I didn't really say that but well you said video as much as you can I was no I was like make sure you get the cabinet make sure you get gameplay make sure you you know I kind of gave I tried to give you steps I gave you steps I didn't do any of it no kale he calls me I was like hey how'd it go he's like I I fucked up I I didn't I didn't really film anything I'm like what do you mean film anything?
• 1:39:33
SPEAKER_02: He's like well I got a little bit but it's I don't think it's good I think it's bad I was like did you get gameplay he's like uh like maybe a little I was like you got no gameplay I was like shit so I my video comes out the 27th okay it's more of a vlog style that Mason had to help me with tremendously to get this thing even viewable but here's the thing Jamie my feedback to my advice to you next time is this okay they I'm not gonna be a next time they didn't put the no I have a way for you to do this where it won't be pressure on you you didn't half the video you could have said hey Jerry I actually am more of like I do podcasts that's kind of my thing so I would rather go there and consume it and get that experience and then I'll share that experience with my audience.
• 1:40:23
  SPEAKER_02: Is that cool?
• 1:40:24
SPEAKER_02: I think you would have said yeah yeah that's that's you felt I think you felt like you had to film it but but I feel like there's equal value in you do it talking about it on your podcast as there is is doing a video they're both very valuable things.
• 1:40:40
SPEAKER_02: If you if you share your experience I'm gonna want to hear that so different media types but I feel like it's both impactful.
• 1:40:47
SPEAKER_18: So I think he would agree to that next time so just say hey I don't want a video but I'll I can't go because people are pointing at me like I was the one that released it when I didn't and I it's too much pressure.
• 1:40:58
  SPEAKER_18: Too much pressure.
• 1:40:59
SPEAKER_18: And then don't go I'm not gonna know what to tell you.
• 1:41:02
SPEAKER_02: I'm not gonna I'm just gonna film my reaction to it oh wait I finally got the Jay and Silent Bob thing he's talking about or the Kevin Smith thing.
• 1:41:13
SPEAKER_02: He's talking about how Kevin Smith talked about how he worked on D D oh that's that's right.
• 1:41:20
SPEAKER_18: It took us forever yeah who said that up here oh yeah it's in the chat too okay okay I got it said it I got it wow that's crazy I I don't know how how that why that took me that long we're tired we've been we've been talking for an hour and 40 minutes we're not going two three hours boys no no no no we got we we've got an we we're not going three hours since Rob Burke didn't join us you want to just say to the world what we want and see if he'll listen later and then give it to us?
• 1:41:52
SPEAKER_17: Oh yeah yeah yeah list our demands yeah but we need but we need um oh everybody in chat needs to email him too do you want to give out his email address isn't it public?
• 1:42:08
SPEAKER_18: What if we just do what if we give him the the the pinball expo one yeah all right hold on let me look it up look it up this is the email address for Rob it's info at pinball expo.com info at pinball expo at dot com okay here's what we need the round table would like a seminar okay and I know these seminars are booking quick so not that anybody doesn't care about pin art and uh that sort of thing but we want our own seminar and we're gonna go live from the pinball round table is going to go live from Expo in the seminar room that's what we like Ralph right I love it.
• 1:42:53
SPEAKER_17: Yeah and we can give people we can give people mics Marco's gonna drop his phone number in the chat you know say YOLO right I don't know if we drop his phone number no no it's not too listen listen listen Linda this is what the people want they want the live round table Kale live roundtable that's what they've been asking for for years it'd be so fun they've been asking for this shit for years.
• 1:43:17
SPEAKER_02: Yeah it'd be so fun we gotta do I don't know if you guys know this but one of the top pinball podcasts out there if not the top pinball podcast is the pinball round table now ladies and gentlemen we did it we we are doing it not did it i don't we're not paying attention to numbers man numbers don't lie and we are one of the top pinball podcasts out there if not the top pinball podcasts out there the only one that beats us is right here named Retro Ralph is the only one that's beaten the round table on a consistent basis so congratulations although the last dude the last round table dude slayed it it was like it was it was like over I think it's over like 4000 it's like 4500 4500 views and that's just the video that's not your audience 2000 okay so if we get 200 Marco will drop Rob Burks over in the chat no no no no no we can't do that we don't even have a moderator so I don't even know Jen Jamie doesn't Marco Mamirez area code 330 isn't he is he doing this right here is this him yeah that's my boy that's my boy that's your boy Marco don't do that uh okay let I'm gonna move us right along okay so next we have Jamie went to the newest P3 module reveal what can Jamie talk about after seeing the newest module I I guess I can talk about you know you were talking about sound earlier and it has been announced that Glenn Wector our announcer is doing work for multimorphic on the P3 platform and uh we can talk about that can you can you tell us something that we can't Google no oh my gosh he's actually putting his real number no no no he those actually so far the digits are right no no do not dude do not seriously because Jamie doesn't know how to freaking he doesn't want to moderate anything just just one more digit the the first three are here can you make Mason a mod and then the next three are here Marco won't do it Marco won't do it.
• 1:45:29
SPEAKER_18: He might the next three are we got people egging him on do it no we will get in so much trouble for that um no don't do it because although I know why he's doing it because Marco wants us to be in his booth like he did like we did last year which was great.
• 1:45:46
SPEAKER_18: But we kind of want to do it somewhere we're gonna do it we're going live I'm bringing the YOLO box.
• 1:45:51
SPEAKER_02: I mean we're going live yeah yeah for sure for sure now let's make sure we know like last time we told retro Ralph to bring the the roadcaster and he didn't that's right who's bringing who's bringing that this time I'm bringing two suitcases I can I can bring the roadcaster this time I that was a miscommunication I did bring the the camera though that was good you brought the camera don saved the day on that one don had one in his backpack he's like I got it that was nice of Don thank you if Don is in the chat um I don't know why he's why does he consistently crap on p p3 like he there's like there's some backstory to it like there's no the backstory I thought I thought I saw a post where he said he just wanted one he now he wants one see I think he's just playing games it's just come on it's Don man well he figured Don't hold on next topic next to yeah i i i'll I'll I'll screw up the story anyway uh I think we're done how how does the community think about multimorphic oh we already did that uh rough junior studio looks good which machine would you Jamie you didn't even you you have to so let me tell you something when you go through these notes in order it makes more sense now it doesn't make sense I know we screwed that up I told you to take that one out anyway what do you mean we we or a round table um okay so check this out which machine would you rather own a thought we weren't gonna do this well who said who said we weren't doing this me Ralph we can do it it's fine go ahead you guys play have fun which which machine would you rather own a P3 or a stern home pin this is messed up a P3 I said a stern a stern home pin this was on our chat uh Ralph Ralph what did you say you said you said home pin right not home pin you said a stern home game well i I was taking it as it was the only one I could have and I even and but that but then that doesn't make sense because if it was the only one you could have then maybe the P3 is a better option because you can play different games but I don't really love the way the P3 feels so that's why I made the Stern home I'm not sold on P3 yet quite yet there is there is no P3 game I would rather have instead of a Stern Supreme game really yeah that that's based on the home layout that's based on Spider-Man home and it's a cool freaking game I wouldn't tell me you is there is there a P3 game you'd rather have than a you wouldn't want to have a Supreme at home no what's I'd much rather have heist I'd much rather have you play have you played Supreme No I played uh what's the metal heavy metal heavy metal I take a heavy model has nothing to do with Supreme no but it's the same layout right no it's not oh it's not okay then I don't know then I don't know when did you guys get into pinball I don't I knew that Supreme came out but I don't know the layout was it the Transformers home pen no that's a different layout it's based on the Spider-Man home edition and what is heavy metal based on uh Star I think Star Wars okay the Star Wars moment yeah so we Ozzy says he'd rather have a red and white supreme but he has a P3 oh yeah Ozzy could get a supreme right I don't know I I feel like I feel like if I'm really being the the truthful I would I was I was kind of joking but I would want to no I'm not I'm not doing it to backpedal but I probably would take the P3 because I already have a bunch of other machines so it would be cool to have it oh my god mix it up no you would not Chris that's so bad those things suck so bad you would not you would not he would rather have a Zizzle than A P3?
• 1:50:02
  SPEAKER_02: No, no, he's kidding.
• 1:50:03
  SPEAKER_02: There's no way he's being serious.
• 1:50:04
  SPEAKER_02: He's just joking.
• 1:50:05
SPEAKER_17: What about what would you rather have a Segway or a P3?
• 1:50:10
SPEAKER_02: I'd rather have a Segway or something.
• 1:50:12
  SPEAKER_02: Where do I live?
• 1:50:13
  SPEAKER_02: Where do I live?
• 1:50:13
SPEAKER_02: Do I live in a place where I need the transportation?
• 1:50:16
SPEAKER_02: Because then I might change my answer.
• 1:50:18
  SPEAKER_02: I'd rather have a Segway.
• 1:50:20
SPEAKER_17: Um okay, that was that was a great I like I love that.
• 1:50:23
SPEAKER_17: Uh HD DVD versus Blu-ray.
• 1:50:27
SPEAKER_17: So this is this was awesome.
• 1:50:29
SPEAKER_02: This is gonna be really confusing because this was Jamie and I saying that when we were I don't even know how the hell Jamie and I started talking about this.
• 1:50:36
SPEAKER_02: I asked Jamie, I go, I go, Jamie, has there ever been a time in your life where you've bought something and you knew you made the wrong choice, but you convinced yourself to love it?
• 1:50:45
SPEAKER_02: And then he said, actually, you know what's funny is I made the wrong choice on something I was dead set on.
• 1:50:50
SPEAKER_02: I was like, what was that?
• 1:50:51
SPEAKER_02: And he goes, HD DVD versus Blu-ray.
• 1:50:54
SPEAKER_02: I picked HD DVD, and I perked right up because I was like, dude, I picked HD DVD too.
• 1:50:59
SPEAKER_02: And then Jamie's like, I used to tell all my friends that HD DVD was the way to go, and I would push it on everybody.
• 1:51:04
SPEAKER_02: I was like, dude, I did the same shit.
• 1:51:07
SPEAKER_02: We both were like HD DVD, like shills, basically.
• 1:51:10
SPEAKER_17: Do you remember like there was an H wasn't there an HD DVD player for the Xbox?
• 1:51:15
SPEAKER_17: Yeah, oh yeah, Xbox 360.
• 1:51:17
  SPEAKER_17: Yeah.
• 1:51:17
SPEAKER_17: It was like the the beta max versus VHS all over again.
• 1:51:21
SPEAKER_18: It was the whole thing.
• 1:51:22
SPEAKER_18: And my friend said, Hey, follow porn.
• 1:51:26
SPEAKER_18: Wherever porn goes is where it's going, right?
• 1:51:28
SPEAKER_18: And I was a buddy of mine said it because Blu-ray was used to be like.
• 1:51:32
SPEAKER_17: And where did porn go?
• 1:51:34
  SPEAKER_18: Blu-ray.
• 1:51:36
  SPEAKER_17: Internet.
• 1:51:37
SPEAKER_18: Well, yeah, but back in the day when we were talking between Blu-ray or HD DVD, I was like, Ralph was like, Blu-ray is a stupid name, and I was like, it is just the best.
• 1:51:49
SPEAKER_18: It comes with your Xbox, you can hook it up, HD DVD is the way to go.
• 1:51:53
SPEAKER_18: And the reason we brought this up, ladies and gentlemen, is because do you think he thinks maybe I'll I'll throw Ralph under the bus for this that uh P3 owners might have this love for a machine that is not wildly as accepted.
• 1:52:12
  SPEAKER_17: Oh, like it's it's it's sort of underground.
• 1:52:13
  SPEAKER_18: Yeah, but underground system.
• 1:52:15
SPEAKER_02: I don't mean it in a bad way, but that is.
• 1:52:18
  SPEAKER_02: I'm not saying that.
• 1:52:19
SPEAKER_02: It's got like cult like status, and my pin side little research I did would totally say that that's accurate because the people would come out of the woodwork and be like, you don't understand, and then the person would fight back and go, but I played it like five times and I didn't like it.
• 1:52:35
SPEAKER_02: He's like, You have to play it 30 times, and he's like, and his made up a good point.
• 1:52:39
SPEAKER_02: The guy on pinside was like, Yeah, but as a buyer, you only have that one chance to hook me.
• 1:52:45
SPEAKER_02: And so his defense was like, You can't hook me on ball one or even like my first game, so I'm out.
• 1:52:51
SPEAKER_02: But that's probably a lot of people, right?
• 1:52:53
SPEAKER_02: Like it feels too foreign to them, and then they never reach over the chasm or the hump to go, oh, I love it actually.
• 1:53:00
  SPEAKER_02: I get what you're saying.
• 1:53:01
  SPEAKER_02: That's the problem.
• 1:53:02
SPEAKER_02: If it was amazing from the beginning and you and it wasn't so foreign, I think some people are gonna accept it and try to learn to love it, and some are not.
• 1:53:10
SPEAKER_02: Wasn't it Rick Flair that's like a learn to love it?
• 1:53:14
SPEAKER_02: Um if you don't like it, learn to love it.
• 1:53:17
SPEAKER_02: That should be the tagline for P3, dude.
• 1:53:21
SPEAKER_02: Oh if you don't like it, learn to love it.
• 1:53:24
  SPEAKER_02: Jerry out.
• 1:53:26
SPEAKER_17: Let's can we get with Mason and do a commercial like that for P3?
• 1:53:31
SPEAKER_17: We should that that's that's the thing.
• 1:53:33
  SPEAKER_17: I'm never getting a dollar back.
• 1:53:35
  SPEAKER_17: Ever.
• 1:53:36
  SPEAKER_18: We'll do it.
• 1:53:37
SPEAKER_18: Jerry is a gentleman, he's really a wonderful person.
• 1:53:40
SPEAKER_18: It it you know Enzo says are we shitting on them?
• 1:53:43
  SPEAKER_02: I'm not shitting.
• 1:53:44
  SPEAKER_02: Are we shitting?
• 1:53:45
SPEAKER_18: I'm not gonna you're just saying that it's not for everybody, and that some people die on that on the P3 hill.
• 1:53:51
SPEAKER_18: And if you talk to a P3 owner, they sure love it.
• 1:53:55
SPEAKER_18: And you you've convinced me, Jimmy Jamie's convinced me.
• 1:53:58
SPEAKER_17: But I don't understand, like, why is Enzo pushing P3 so hard in the chat?
• 1:54:03
SPEAKER_17: Is does he is he working with them?
• 1:54:05
SPEAKER_17: No, he just loves it.
• 1:54:07
  SPEAKER_17: Oh, okay.
• 1:54:07
  SPEAKER_17: Yeah, Jerry's great.
• 1:54:08
SPEAKER_17: I've known Jerry for years.
• 1:54:09
  SPEAKER_17: He's great.
• 1:54:10
SPEAKER_17: Um but Jamie Enzo, I don't want you to think we're we just we're just chit-chatting.
• 1:54:16
  SPEAKER_17: I'm just bullshit.
• 1:54:17
SPEAKER_17: Yeah, go go buy P3s, all you want.
• 1:54:19
SPEAKER_02: But um Jamie is convinced though, because he knows I'm a tech guy.
• 1:54:23
SPEAKER_02: And and Sam, you know that too.
• 1:54:25
  SPEAKER_02: Kel.
• 1:54:26
SPEAKER_02: But uh he he's convinced though, if I had one, I would definitely it for a period of time, I would, I would probably like not a period of time.
• 1:54:33
SPEAKER_18: I think they would take you 30 plays.
• 1:54:36
  SPEAKER_18: I think they're right about 30 plays, though.
• 1:54:38
SPEAKER_17: You you would sell it in a week.
• 1:54:41
SPEAKER_02: Oh we should almost I'd be willing.
• 1:54:44
SPEAKER_02: Dude, I'd be willing to actually I'm so crazy that I would be willing to actually try this experiment.
• 1:54:51
SPEAKER_02: Like I will buy one with my own money and see if I end up doing that.
• 1:54:55
  SPEAKER_17: Let's do it.
• 1:54:57
SPEAKER_02: But can you sell them for does anybody know?
• 1:54:59
  SPEAKER_02: Do they resell okay?
• 1:55:00
SPEAKER_02: Because I don't want to get like totally hosed.
• 1:55:01
SPEAKER_17: Here's the thing buy the new release.
• 1:55:05
  SPEAKER_17: All right, okay.
• 1:55:06
SPEAKER_17: Whatever it is, Jamie knows, we don't know.
• 1:55:10
  SPEAKER_17: Buy one of them.
• 1:55:11
  SPEAKER_17: We think it's two, I don't know.
• 1:55:13
SPEAKER_17: Um buy one of them.
• 1:55:17
SPEAKER_17: And and then and then put it at the bat so you can make some money off of it.
• 1:55:21
SPEAKER_17: And then there you go.
• 1:55:22
  SPEAKER_02: Oh, okay.
• 1:55:23
  SPEAKER_02: Actually, yeah, that's a good strategy.
• 1:55:26
  SPEAKER_02: I like that because that's money.
• 1:55:27
SPEAKER_02: Because I can play it for a little while and then give it to you and then see what happens.
• 1:55:31
  SPEAKER_17: Yeah.
• 1:55:31
SPEAKER_17: All right, all right, let's move on.
• 1:55:33
SPEAKER_02: I don't feel like Rachel would want to do that.
• 1:55:34
SPEAKER_02: I feel like she'd she I feel like she'd like to do that.
• 1:55:36
SPEAKER_17: No, she wouldn't, she wouldn't want to do that.
• 1:55:37
  SPEAKER_17: Yeah.
• 1:55:38
SPEAKER_17: Uh uh play uh starting.
• 1:55:40
SPEAKER_02: Ozzie said, then sell it to me.
• 1:55:42
SPEAKER_02: And Wolf and Owen said don't do it.
• 1:55:46
SPEAKER_02: I think you would love the P3.
• 1:55:49
  SPEAKER_02: Rachel put correct.
• 1:55:55
SPEAKER_02: I think you would like the P3.
• 1:55:57
  SPEAKER_02: I really do.
• 1:55:58
SPEAKER_02: I want to try it as an experiment.
• 1:55:59
  SPEAKER_02: It'd be a good I'd be a great video series.
• 1:56:01
  SPEAKER_02: I bought a P3.
• 1:56:03
SPEAKER_02: You know, like in the crush.
• 1:56:05
  SPEAKER_17: It would crush.
• 1:56:06
SPEAKER_02: It would be a good series.
• 1:56:08
  SPEAKER_17: It really would be.
• 1:56:08
SPEAKER_02: But I have to buy it because I can't have someone bit give it to me or loan it to me because then I'm tainted.
• 1:56:13
SPEAKER_02: It has to be, I have to buy it.
• 1:56:15
  SPEAKER_17: Right.
• 1:56:15
SPEAKER_17: It's this is but the money with the mouth is that's a great video series.
• 1:56:20
SPEAKER_18: Well, I might do it.
• 1:56:22
SPEAKER_18: Isn't uh flipping out pinball now a they are.
• 1:56:26
SPEAKER_18: And they sponsor you and they are a destroyer.
• 1:56:30
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, but it can't be a sponsored deal.
• 1:56:32
SPEAKER_02: It has to be I gotta do it in a bonded.
• 1:56:34
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 1:56:35
  SPEAKER_02: Okay.
• 1:56:36
  unknown: All right.
• 1:56:37
  SPEAKER_02: Is this gonna happen?
• 1:56:38
  SPEAKER_02: I don't think so.
• 1:56:38
  SPEAKER_02: I'll do it, dude.
• 1:56:39
  SPEAKER_02: I'll do it.
• 1:56:39
SPEAKER_02: I'm crazy I've done wicked crazy stuff.
• 1:56:41
  SPEAKER_02: Ask Mason.
• 1:56:42
SPEAKER_02: I do the dumbest things for videos.
• 1:56:43
  SPEAKER_02: I would do it.
• 1:56:45
SPEAKER_18: So let's make this happen.
• 1:56:47
SPEAKER_18: I think you're gonna fall in love with it.
• 1:56:48
SPEAKER_18: I think you're gonna play Dungeon Door Defender, you're gonna love it.
• 1:56:51
SPEAKER_18: You're gonna play the newest release.
• 1:56:53
SPEAKER_02: Mason said he does the dumbest shit.
• 1:56:56
  SPEAKER_02: That's awesome.

SPEAKER_15: I was I flew to uh Urbing, Texas, I'm shy.
• 1:57:14
  SPEAKER_15: I'm shy.
• 1:57:15
SPEAKER_18: So what are you in the bath?
• 1:57:17
SPEAKER_15: But there's always room for the for the three musketeers.
• 1:57:21
  SPEAKER_18: Thank you, sir.
• 1:57:22

SPEAKER_18: So let's keep the camera where we're at.
• 1:57:42
SPEAKER_18: I just want you to keep the camera where you're at.
• 1:57:44
  SPEAKER_18: That's all.
• 1:57:45
SPEAKER_18: We already had a video.
• 1:57:46
SPEAKER_18: We already had a video that we showed earlier that was a little crazy.
• 1:57:50
SPEAKER_18: Uh Rob Burke, when is the Pinball Expo coming?
• 1:57:54
  SPEAKER_18: How excited are you?
• 1:57:57
SPEAKER_15: Well, uh, I get excited when you guys show up.
• 1:58:00
SPEAKER_15: So I have to ask you three who's showing up.
• 1:58:03
SPEAKER_18: We're all three of us.
• 1:58:04
  SPEAKER_18: All three of us.
• 1:58:05
SPEAKER_15: We're all three gonna be there, Rob.
• 1:58:07
SPEAKER_15: If you're all three are there, then I'm very excited.
• 1:58:10
SPEAKER_18: Let me ask you uh a question here.
• 1:58:13
SPEAKER_18: We would like a seminar.
• 1:58:15
SPEAKER_18: Are the seminars all booked?
• 1:58:18
SPEAKER_15: Well, it's getting really close to it, but anything for Rachel Ralph, because the guy made a point, he left work uh two days without clocking in.
• 1:58:29
SPEAKER_15: He told his boss he had COVID, so he could come down to the pastimes.
• 1:58:34
SPEAKER_15: So anything for for him.
• 1:58:36
  SPEAKER_02: So I did I think that's I did love I did love pastimes.
• 1:58:44
SPEAKER_02: I was at Pastimes for the for the grand opening.
• 1:58:46
SPEAKER_02: That was that was amazing.
• 1:58:47
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that was such a fun time.
• 1:58:49
SPEAKER_02: We have to visit again, actually.
• 1:58:50
SPEAKER_02: I need to make it a point to go visit again.
• 1:58:52
  SPEAKER_15: Now, Jamie, I don't recall.
• 1:58:54
SPEAKER_15: Did you come to Expo last year?
• 1:58:57
  SPEAKER_18: I sure did.
• 1:58:58
SPEAKER_18: Uh didn't get a VIP pass, but I did come.
• 1:59:01
SPEAKER_18: Was that your first time?
• 1:59:03
SPEAKER_18: Uh this was my first time, yes.
• 1:59:06
SPEAKER_18: Last year was my first time.
• 1:59:08
  SPEAKER_15: How about you, Cal?
• 1:59:10
  SPEAKER_15: Oh, hell yeah.
• 1:59:11
  SPEAKER_15: I go every year.
• 1:59:13
  SPEAKER_15: And Ralphie?
• 1:59:14
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I've been going since the I've been going since the one back from COVID.
• 1:59:19
  SPEAKER_02: All ever since then.
• 1:59:20
SPEAKER_02: So I think it was the Godzilla.
• 1:59:22
SPEAKER_02: The Godzilla one, I think.
• 1:59:24
SPEAKER_15: So I cherish the ground you guys are uh walking on.
• 1:59:28
SPEAKER_15: And I cherish your your headphones that you guys are wearing, especially the hot pink ones that Cal's got on.
• 1:59:36
  SPEAKER_18: Yes, sir.
• 1:59:38
  SPEAKER_18: He is awesome.
• 1:59:39
  SPEAKER_15: Guys, you know, uh-huh.
• 1:59:41
  SPEAKER_15: Go ahead.
• 1:59:42
SPEAKER_15: I was just gonna say, you know, every every year you you know, you do the show and you you hope that people like it and put the good word out.
• 1:59:49
SPEAKER_15: And um every year I just you know, I we keep getting more and more vendors, and this year's no exception.
• 1:59:56
SPEAKER_15: And what's strange this year is a lot of the vendors that normally get like a 20 by 2020 booth are bumping up to like a 40 by 40.
• 2:00:04
SPEAKER_15: I mean, it's just it's really um amazing to me the uh the interest in the fact that these guys are really um stepping up with their game.
• 2:00:12
SPEAKER_15: So that's gonna be a very, very packed show this year.
• 2:00:15
SPEAKER_15: And again, with the seminars, we're shooting between 37 and 40 hours of seminars.
• 2:00:20
  SPEAKER_15: It's just insane.
• 2:00:22
SPEAKER_15: And um, you know, I I take five new seminars.
• 2:00:25
SPEAKER_15: I just like I'd like everyone to to learn from them and to enjoy them.
• 2:00:29
SPEAKER_15: I keep finding more and more uh new speakers.
• 2:00:31
SPEAKER_15: So to answer your question, Jamie, sure, you guys can speak.
• 2:00:34
SPEAKER_15: And uh would it be just you three guys only?
• 2:00:38
SPEAKER_18: Yeah, we would like to do uh a live round table.
• 2:00:43
  SPEAKER_18: They're so excited.
• 2:00:45
  SPEAKER_18: Big fans, big fans.
• 2:00:47
SPEAKER_18: We would like to do a live pinball round table at in the seminar room and uh tell people how great a show it is.
• 2:00:57
SPEAKER_18: And just to the world.
• 2:00:59
SPEAKER_15: Yeah, how many people are you thinking?
• 2:01:02
SPEAKER_18: Well, just the three idiots, just us three.
• 2:01:05
SPEAKER_18: Oh, you mean how many people are?
• 2:01:07
SPEAKER_15: I think it would be cool to have one of the foreign guys be on the panel.
• 2:01:12
SPEAKER_15: You know, if there's any foreign podcasters you guys know.
• 2:01:16
SPEAKER_18: Well, we could definitely bring other people on, but you know, we're not real fond of guests on the show, Rob Burke.
• 2:01:23
SPEAKER_18: So, you know, we like the limelight.
• 2:01:26
SPEAKER_18: Yeah, it's it's about the three of us, you know.
• 2:01:28
SPEAKER_18: That's why we become the number one podcast out there.
• 2:01:31
SPEAKER_15: Well, what I could possibly do, I could arrange for the uh people they attended to have roses with them, and they'll throw roses at your feet and you guys walk onto the stage.
• 2:01:41
  SPEAKER_18: I like it.
• 2:01:42
SPEAKER_17: And uh, Rob, uh uh from the chat, we have uh Marco Ramirez.
• 2:01:47
SPEAKER_17: He said hello and to give him a call when you get out of the tub.
• 2:01:53
  SPEAKER_15: I I hear you, but I can't believe it.
• 2:01:55
  SPEAKER_15: He's a hard guy to reach.
• 2:01:58
SPEAKER_15: Almost as hard as to reach as retro realm.
• 2:02:01
SPEAKER_15: Rob is another guy who doesn't answer.
• 2:02:02
SPEAKER_15: He blocks all my calls.
• 2:02:04
  SPEAKER_02: I do not.
• 2:02:06
SPEAKER_02: He's a hard he does, he hardly talks.
• 2:02:09
SPEAKER_02: These guys would say the same thing that I'm hard to get in touch with.
• 2:02:11
SPEAKER_02: He's very hard to get in touch with.
• 2:02:13
SPEAKER_18: Uh, chat also had a real quick question for you here, Rob.
• 2:02:16
SPEAKER_18: We're only going to keep you another minute.
• 2:02:18
SPEAKER_18: Is Canada banned from Expo?
• 2:02:23
SPEAKER_15: Unless things work out, yes.
• 2:02:25
  SPEAKER_18: Oh boy.
• 2:02:27
  SPEAKER_18: Oh, here he is.
• 2:02:28
  SPEAKER_18: He is in chat.
• 2:02:30
SPEAKER_15: So I just like uh, you know, gentlemen like yourselves that are true gentlemen, uh certainly are more than welcome.
• 2:02:38
  SPEAKER_15: Okay.
• 2:02:39
SPEAKER_15: But um we we've had some issues in the past, and uh he knows about it more than anybody.
• 2:02:44
SPEAKER_15: So if he can resolve those issues, then you know the door is open again.
• 2:02:49
  SPEAKER_18: All right.
• 2:02:49
SPEAKER_18: Well, we'll get we'll work on our boy to resolve these issues and uh make sure he's at Xbox.
• 2:02:55
SPEAKER_15: But listen, guys, I'm gonna give you as long as you want.
• 2:02:57
SPEAKER_15: Um I have Ralph put me on retainer, so I'll give you a half hour at least.
• 2:03:02
  SPEAKER_18: No, I think we're good.
• 2:03:03
  SPEAKER_18: I think we're great.
• 2:03:04
SPEAKER_18: We got what we needed.
• 2:03:06
SPEAKER_18: We we're also looking for passes.
• 2:03:08
SPEAKER_18: We would like some media passes for the three of us and Rachel best, you know, so that we can really show Rachel gave us a seminar that one year, doesn't she?
• 2:03:18
  SPEAKER_18: Of course.
• 2:03:18
SPEAKER_18: She's also been in the women in pinball, I think, once or twice.
• 2:03:22
SPEAKER_15: So here's the news is anyone who gets a seminar gets a free pass to the show.
• 2:03:26
  SPEAKER_18: It's all coming together.
• 2:03:28
  SPEAKER_18: It's all coming together.
• 2:03:30
  SPEAKER_15: Ralph, the thank you.
• 2:03:32
SPEAKER_15: What I've always wanted to meet Ralph's agent, but he never introduces me to her.
• 2:03:38
  SPEAKER_18: Wait, what?
• 2:03:39
SPEAKER_18: Well, that is is Kale's uh wife.
• 2:03:43
SPEAKER_18: Oh, okay, there you go.
• 2:03:44
SPEAKER_18: Yeah, yeah, no, no, that's an introduced.
• 2:03:47
SPEAKER_15: Hey guys, the one thing that's kind of interesting to me and exciting is uh we got a vendor coming in from Australia, and that's a long haul.
• 2:03:55
  SPEAKER_15: It's called uh Flippercraft.
• 2:03:58
SPEAKER_15: But these guys make custom cabinets, but they're so proud of their works that uh they are bringing some samples to the show and they'll be coming.
• 2:04:06
  SPEAKER_06: Great.
• 2:04:07
SPEAKER_15: I'm working on Vector Pinball.
• 2:04:09
SPEAKER_15: Does anyone here know who Vector Pinball is?
• 2:04:11
  SPEAKER_08: I've heard of it.
• 2:04:12
SPEAKER_15: Yeah, I'm not I'm not familiar, but so they are also from Australia, but they produce a game which is a very popular American TV show at one time called Lost in Space.
• 2:04:22
  SPEAKER_18: Oh, there you go.
• 2:04:24
SPEAKER_15: So that's the theme of their uh of their pinball machine, and I'm I'm trying my darnest to get them to come.
• 2:04:30
SPEAKER_15: So, you know, that's the one thing I try I pushed so hard for to get the the uh out of the ordinary to come to Expo.
• 2:04:36
SPEAKER_15: As you guys know, last year we had uh not only Hexa from France, but we had the fellow from Tay Deg with his uh Invaders homebrew game.
• 2:04:47
  SPEAKER_15: So yeah.
• 2:04:48
SPEAKER_15: It's really exciting to get these guys to come.
• 2:04:50
  SPEAKER_15: So far away.
• 2:04:52
SPEAKER_15: And not only that, but I I think they really enjoy more than anyone does because uh they trip typically don't uh touch shoulders with uh the Americans like uh like we all do here on this podcast right now.
• 2:05:04
SPEAKER_18: So God bless you, Rob Burke.
• 2:05:06
SPEAKER_18: Thank you so much for coming on the show.
• 2:05:08
SPEAKER_18: This was the weirdest interview I've ever done, but I do love it.
• 2:05:11
  SPEAKER_15: I can't believe you're ending it already.
• 2:05:13
SPEAKER_15: It's only been eight minutes.
• 2:05:14
SPEAKER_18: I know it's been eight minutes of chat.
• 2:05:17
SPEAKER_15: I have at least ten.
• 2:05:19
  SPEAKER_18: No, I think we're good.
• 2:05:20
  SPEAKER_18: I think we're good.
• 2:05:21
  SPEAKER_18: God bless you.
• 2:05:23
SPEAKER_15: What would make my day is if each one of you guys would ask me one question and then we can hang up.
• 2:05:28
  SPEAKER_18: Oh my god.
• 2:05:30
SPEAKER_18: Rob, you first I already asked if it was bubbles or no bubbles.
• 2:05:33
SPEAKER_15: No, we want legit questions.
• 2:05:36
SPEAKER_02: Okay, Rob, what is the most obscure and very difficult game that you have in your collection that you feel is so rare that you don't you're not even sure if anybody else has one, and you might be the only one with it with this in its possession.
• 2:05:53
SPEAKER_15: And and Ralph, it's the uh surfing from uh Sega from Japan.
• 2:06:00
SPEAKER_15: So I'm working right now and buying a second uh Sega machine.
• 2:06:05
SPEAKER_15: They are extremely hard to come by, and believe me, they are not cheap.
• 2:06:09
SPEAKER_15: I don't know if it's because they're low production runs or if they just never leave Japanese soil, but they're very hard to find.
• 2:06:17
  SPEAKER_17: They're very cool.
• 2:06:17
SPEAKER_17: Yeah, and Ralph, if you're not familiar with them, they're like a cross between solid state and the EM.
• 2:06:22
  SPEAKER_17: They're very cool.
• 2:06:23
  SPEAKER_17: Okay.
• 2:06:24
SPEAKER_02: I might have did you have that at at um pastimes, Rob?
• 2:06:28
SPEAKER_15: I did, and I think we had it at Expo last year, but it had these really weird slingshots.
• 2:06:33
SPEAKER_15: I mean, they they are so strong and powerful.
• 2:06:36
SPEAKER_15: And the temperat bumpers are also strong and powerful.
• 2:06:39
SPEAKER_15: So the the Japanese do a great job.
• 2:06:41
SPEAKER_15: It's almost like the German engineering.
• 2:06:42
SPEAKER_15: I mean, the quality is just really, really great.
• 2:06:45
  SPEAKER_02: Very cool.
• 2:06:46
SPEAKER_15: So that was a great question.
• 2:06:47
  SPEAKER_15: Ding ding.
• 2:06:48
  SPEAKER_15: Where's your bells?
• 2:06:49
SPEAKER_15: Ding ding ding for for Ralph.
• 2:06:51
SPEAKER_15: That was a great question.
• 2:06:52
  SPEAKER_15: There does that work.
• 2:06:54
  SPEAKER_17: Who's I got a good, I got a good one.
• 2:06:56
  SPEAKER_15: All right.
• 2:06:58
SPEAKER_17: How much money do you spend a month on pinball parts?
• 2:07:04
  SPEAKER_15: Hmm.
• 2:07:05
  SPEAKER_17: That's a good one.
• 2:07:06
  SPEAKER_15: Well, that's a great question.
• 2:07:08
SPEAKER_15: So we use pinball life, we use uh Marco and Planetary.
• 2:07:13
SPEAKER_15: So it's it's a mix of all of them.
• 2:07:15
  SPEAKER_15: But that's a great question.
• 2:07:16
SPEAKER_15: I I'd have to ask my staff about that.
• 2:07:19
  SPEAKER_15: But it's amazing.
• 2:07:20
SPEAKER_15: My one text says to me all the time, he says, whether it doesn't matter what the manufacturer is, we 24-7 have problems with flippers.
• 2:07:31
SPEAKER_15: No matter who the manufacturer is.
• 2:07:33
SPEAKER_15: In new game, old games, EM games, and all six, it's just the flippers are the first to give.
• 2:07:39
SPEAKER_15: So if somebody could could create a the one-of-a-kind flipper that is the hero, uh they'd be millionaires.
• 2:07:47
  SPEAKER_17: Okay.
• 2:07:47
SPEAKER_17: I got one other question.
• 2:07:48
SPEAKER_17: If anybody wants to get somebody banned from Expo, how do they go through that?
• 2:07:54
SPEAKER_17: Do they give you a call?
• 2:07:55
SPEAKER_17: Is there a vote system or how does that work out?
• 2:07:59
SPEAKER_15: You know, let's face it, everything is based on uh the person's personality, their behavior.
• 2:08:05
SPEAKER_15: I mean, if you're a gentleman and you and you act like a gentleman and and have uh allow everyone to have a good time there, there's no issues at all.
• 2:08:16
SPEAKER_15: Um so it's very, very odd.
• 2:08:18
SPEAKER_15: I it's not even in my nature to even consider this, but um it's caused so much uh animosity internally with with some of the people that I've talked to that uh until we get it resolved.
• 2:08:30
SPEAKER_15: I mean, let's trace it, Canadis, he is he he he strives for sensationalism.
• 2:08:36
SPEAKER_15: He's like the national inquiry of pinball.
• 2:08:40
SPEAKER_15: So um, you know, that's that's just his MO.
• 2:08:42
SPEAKER_15: And I remember telling him a couple years ago, I said, you know, maybe it's time to turn that switch off and you know, just be a normal guy and just say good things about people so that you they have uh good feedback on you.
• 2:08:54
  SPEAKER_10: Yeah.
• 2:08:55
SPEAKER_17: Uh you know, he was he was at an expo last year and he didn't cause any problems.
• 2:09:00
SPEAKER_15: Not that I'm aware of, but I'm told that he did.
• 2:09:03
SPEAKER_15: So um what did he do?
• 2:09:05
SPEAKER_15: Well, certain things we have to keep you know on the QT, but I'll tell you the expo.
• 2:09:10
  SPEAKER_15: How's that sound?
• 2:09:11
  SPEAKER_17: Oh sounds good.
• 2:09:12
  SPEAKER_15: I mean, let's face it, guys.
• 2:09:13
SPEAKER_15: You know, I don't have a good time doing this.
• 2:09:16
SPEAKER_15: This is not my uh style.
• 2:09:19
SPEAKER_15: I want everyone to come there and have a good time, enjoy themselves, and and I'll leave with a good with a good feeling and a good time.
• 2:09:26
SPEAKER_18: But yeah, but you know, Rob, I'm not I don't have a question for you.
• 2:09:29
SPEAKER_18: I'll just end I'll end it at this.
• 2:09:31
SPEAKER_15: Please, Jamie, you're the best question giver there is.
• 2:09:34
SPEAKER_18: I I'm sure I am, but you know, I I just not keen on banning anybody, you know.
• 2:09:40
SPEAKER_18: So if you could I'm not either rethink this because one of the reasons that Ralph and I didn't do the Twippies last year was because someone was banned, and we just don't believe in that, right?
• 2:09:52
  SPEAKER_15: Right, I don't I don't know.
• 2:09:54
SPEAKER_18: Whether we like someone or not, it's just not it's just a pinball.
• 2:09:59
SPEAKER_15: I mean, let's face it, if that person rubs Rachel Ralph wrong, let's just say, for instance, and Ralph comes to me and says I haven't done this, by the way, Ralph.
• 2:10:09
SPEAKER_02: I haven't come to you with anything.
• 2:10:10
SPEAKER_02: I just make sure the audience needs to know I didn't said I didn't come to you with anything.
• 2:10:13
SPEAKER_15: But I'm just saying what if.
• 2:10:14
SPEAKER_15: You know, it's it's just you know, some people just never expect these issues to come up.
• 2:10:18
  SPEAKER_15: I never did.
• 2:10:19
SPEAKER_15: I mean, it's never been a it's not my MIMO to even consider doing such a thing.
• 2:10:25
  SPEAKER_18: Yeah.
• 2:10:26
SPEAKER_15: So it's not my nature to do it.
• 2:10:29
SPEAKER_15: Something must have brought it on.
• 2:10:30
  SPEAKER_15: That's all I can tell you.
• 2:10:31
SPEAKER_18: Well, we'll talk about it more offline with you.
• 2:10:33
SPEAKER_18: God bless you for coming on here to the pinball round.
• 2:10:36
SPEAKER_15: I thank you guys for putting up with me in this very unique setting.
• 2:10:41
SPEAKER_18: I hope your back is out.
• 2:10:42
  SPEAKER_18: I hope you're you're doing great.
• 2:10:44
  SPEAKER_18: God bless you, Rob.
• 2:10:45
  SPEAKER_18: Thanks, guys.
• 2:10:46
  SPEAKER_18: Thank you so much.
• 2:10:47
  SPEAKER_18: Thanks, Rob.
• 2:10:47
  SPEAKER_18: Appreciate it.
• 2:10:48
SPEAKER_18: We'll see you next time.
• 2:10:48
  SPEAKER_18: We'll see you soon.
• 2:10:49
  SPEAKER_17: We'll see you soon.
• 2:10:50
SPEAKER_15: Well, tell Jamie I'm an okay guy.
• 2:10:52
  SPEAKER_15: Tell him.
• 2:10:52
SPEAKER_18: I think you are an okay guy.
• 2:10:54
  SPEAKER_18: It's very strange.
• 2:10:56
  SPEAKER_18: God bless you.
• 2:10:58
SPEAKER_15: What you do with your wife.
• 2:10:59
  SPEAKER_15: When she's right, she's right, and when she's wrong, she's right.
• 2:11:02
  SPEAKER_18: That's right.
• 2:11:03
  SPEAKER_18: That's good advice.
• 2:11:04
  SPEAKER_15: You guys know.
• 2:11:05
  SPEAKER_18: All right, thanks, Rob.
• 2:11:07
SPEAKER_17: All right, well, thanks, Rob.
• 2:11:08
  SPEAKER_17: Take care.
• 2:11:09
  SPEAKER_17: Don't prune, don't prune up.
• 2:11:11
  SPEAKER_17: There you go.
• 2:11:12
  SPEAKER_17: Take care.
• 2:11:13
  SPEAKER_18: Take care, buddy.
• 2:11:17
SPEAKER_18: I don't know how to get him off.
• 2:11:18
SPEAKER_18: So if he doesn't press this.
• 2:11:20
SPEAKER_02: No, Jamie, you just you that was making me really nervous because the phone was tilting, and I was like, oh no, what's gonna happen?
• 2:11:27
  SPEAKER_02: What just happened?
• 2:11:28
SPEAKER_02: Rob would have Rob Rob would have turned into Al over its turn.
• 2:11:32
  SPEAKER_02: So wow.
• 2:11:35
SPEAKER_02: Have we ever done a has there ever been a pinball bathtub interview?
• 2:11:38
SPEAKER_02: Like, this is a first for sure.
• 2:11:40
  SPEAKER_18: I don't know.
• 2:11:41
SPEAKER_18: I saw what happened to what Greg Bone was doing today, and I thought that was ridiculous, but we upped it up, didn't we?
• 2:11:48
SPEAKER_18: We took this to another level.
• 2:11:50
SPEAKER_18: Yeah, we went from shower to bathtub all in one day.
• 2:11:53
SPEAKER_18: What's going on in the pinball world?
• 2:11:56
SPEAKER_17: I thought, I thought Greg Bo Greg Bone Messages.
• 2:12:00

  SPEAKER_18: Oh yeah?
• 2:12:01
  SPEAKER_18: What'd he say?
• 2:12:02
SPEAKER_17: So it must have been from the shower.
• 2:12:06
SPEAKER_17: No, no, I he really did.
• 2:12:07
SPEAKER_17: He like out of the blue, he was like, hey Kale, this is Greg Bone.
• 2:12:12
SPEAKER_17: What what Jamie don't believe me?
• 2:12:14
  SPEAKER_17: No.
• 2:12:16
  SPEAKER_17: I swear to God.
• 2:12:17
  SPEAKER_17: I swear to God.
• 2:12:18
  SPEAKER_17: I swear for God.
• 2:12:20
SPEAKER_18: I can't wait to go back and watch this to see the look on our faces.
• 2:12:24
  SPEAKER_02: I don't know what happened.

• 2:12:56
  SPEAKER_17: Like nobody cares.
• 2:12:58
SPEAKER_17: Nobody cares who's doing dungeon caller call.
• 2:13:01
SPEAKER_17: It's like right now, it's this is where it is.
• 2:13:03
SPEAKER_17: We're living in the moment.
• 2:13:05
SPEAKER_17: This is the fucking cool thing.
• 2:13:07
SPEAKER_02: We should do we want a bunch should be in a bathtub for the next episode.

• 2:13:18
  SPEAKER_02: Okay.

SPEAKER_18: Did we get a media event?
• 2:13:31
SPEAKER_18: Did we get a seminar room?
• 2:13:34
SPEAKER_17: We got passes for all of us and Rachel.
• 2:13:37
SPEAKER_18: Yeah, we had it get Rachel.
• 2:13:39
SPEAKER_17: We're gonna be live on stage.
• 2:13:42
  SPEAKER_17: Right?
• 2:13:43
  SPEAKER_17: Yeah, yeah.
• 2:13:44
  SPEAKER_17: This is amazing.
• 2:13:45
SPEAKER_17: We need to get we pulled it off, guys.
• 2:13:48
  SPEAKER_17: We did it.
• 2:13:48
SPEAKER_17: We need to get it.
• 2:13:49
  SPEAKER_17: We got together.

  SPEAKER_02: That's amazing.

  SPEAKER_02: I don't I don't I don't know.
• 2:14:02
  SPEAKER_18: Oh my god, Sterling.
• 2:14:04
SPEAKER_18: I don't know what happened there, Sterling.
• 2:14:06
  SPEAKER_18: He's in chat.
• 2:14:07
SPEAKER_18: Uh I don't know what happened there, but it was beautiful.
• 2:14:11
SPEAKER_02: He said the only way to to secure a guest spot on the round table is bathtub interviews.
• 2:14:16
SPEAKER_02: Hey, you heard it here, you saw it here first.
• 2:14:17
SPEAKER_02: You saw I hope you guys really there was someone immediately when that came on and said this is AI.
• 2:14:22
SPEAKER_02: I was like, uh no, well, this is a thousand percent not AI.
• 2:14:26
SPEAKER_17: They didn't say this is AI, they said this is Al.
• 2:14:30
  SPEAKER_02: Oh shoot.
• 2:14:33
  SPEAKER_02: That's awesome.
• 2:14:37
SPEAKER_17: Oh my gosh, what is going on?
• 2:14:39
SPEAKER_18: But we should end this.
• 2:14:41
SPEAKER_18: Let's end up with it.
• 2:14:42
  SPEAKER_17: I got a I got some good topics.
• 2:14:44
  SPEAKER_18: All right, go ahead.

  SPEAKER_17: Don't nobody go anywhere.
• 2:14:50
SPEAKER_17: Uh Stern, not this isn't the juicy stuff.
• 2:14:53
SPEAKER_17: We got some more stuff from the Midnight Plunger coming up, ladies and gentlemen.
• 2:14:56
  SPEAKER_17: Don't go anywhere.
• 2:14:57
SPEAKER_17: Uh Stern hires Tanner Petch.
• 2:15:01
SPEAKER_17: Are you guys familiar with Tanner?
• 2:15:03
  SPEAKER_17: I'm not.
• 2:15:04
SPEAKER_02: So I walked into the note.
• 2:15:05
SPEAKER_02: Joe Servino got he he he like literally lost his freaking mind when that came out.
• 2:15:11
SPEAKER_02: He was like, dude, you don't understand how like big of a deal this is.
• 2:15:13
SPEAKER_02: And then he sent me like the videos of his games and stuff.
• 2:15:16
SPEAKER_02: And that one game that he had was crazy.
• 2:15:19
SPEAKER_02: It was like the multi-levels and you come on the trash lands, yeah.
• 2:15:23
SPEAKER_02: I was like, holy shit, that looked so cool, and it looked like it actually all worked.
• 2:15:28
SPEAKER_02: It wasn't like one of those weird designs that didn't work, it was working.
• 2:15:31
SPEAKER_02: I was like, that is freaking insane.
• 2:15:33
SPEAKER_17: He makes some of the most interesting and creative pinball machines that exist on planet Earth.
• 2:15:42
SPEAKER_17: Uh, but and I how is that gonna translate into an actual stern release?
• 2:15:48
  SPEAKER_17: I don't know, but I'm here for it.
• 2:15:50
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, me too.
• 2:15:51
SPEAKER_02: I've after seeing some of that stuff, I was like, oh man, this is gonna be cool.
• 2:15:55
  SPEAKER_02: So I'm stoked.
• 2:15:56
SPEAKER_02: But Joe was losing his mind on on like he's like, you don't understand, Ralph.
• 2:16:00
SPEAKER_02: You you're gonna you you don't understand.
• 2:16:01
  SPEAKER_02: This is big.
• 2:16:02
  SPEAKER_02: So yeah, that's cool.
• 2:16:04
SPEAKER_18: So as designers, they have obviously Keith Elwin, Brian Eddie, uh John Borg, Brian Eddie.
• 2:16:16
SPEAKER_18: I just had Brian Eddie, uh, Elliot Eisman, and now Tanner.
• 2:16:25
  SPEAKER_18: Yeah, is that it?
• 2:16:26
SPEAKER_18: Yeah, I don't think you missed it.
• 2:16:27
SPEAKER_18: Well, Jack's not designing anymore.
• 2:16:30
SPEAKER_17: Well, we don't know what Jack's doing.
• 2:16:32
  SPEAKER_18: Yeah, I think he's gotta be.
• 2:16:33
  SPEAKER_18: I don't know.
• 2:16:34
  SPEAKER_17: I just I can't get it.
• 2:16:35
SPEAKER_17: Did you catch he was at he was he was at San Diego Comic Con.
• 2:16:38
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 2:16:39
  SPEAKER_17: This is very cool.
• 2:16:40
SPEAKER_17: He was doing like an IRL stream, yeah.
• 2:16:44
SPEAKER_02: Well, and he did the thing.
• 2:16:45
SPEAKER_02: Remember how we were saying on one of the podcasts he should be like, hey, I'm inviting you along.
• 2:16:49
SPEAKER_02: I'm Jack Danger, you love me, you know?
• 2:16:51
SPEAKER_02: And and like he kind of did that in this in the San Diego Comic-Con video.
• 2:16:55
SPEAKER_17: But it's just yeah, you forgot, you forgot Gomez, James.
• 2:16:58
  SPEAKER_18: Oh, Gomez, yeah.
• 2:16:59
  SPEAKER_18: Occasionally, yes.
• 2:17:02
SPEAKER_18: So San Diego Comic-Con, you know, our girl Erica from Erica's Pinball Journey is there with Aaron from uh uh learning the flip.
• 2:17:12
  SPEAKER_17: Oh, cool.
• 2:17:13
SPEAKER_18: Yeah, so they sent me a picture of uh Erica.
• 2:17:16
SPEAKER_17: Speaking of Gomez, I thought I I think his next game was supposed to ship at the end of this month.
• 2:17:22
SPEAKER_02: Do you think Gomez would ever do an interview from the bathtub?
• 2:17:26
SPEAKER_17: No, I could talk him into it.
• 2:17:29
SPEAKER_02: There's no way he would.
• 2:17:31
SPEAKER_17: Yeah, that's the only way you get on the round table.
• 2:17:35
  SPEAKER_17: Who else?
• 2:17:36
SPEAKER_02: All right, do you think there's anyone else in the circle of pinball people that you'd want that we would want to interview that would consider doing it from a bathtub?
• 2:17:44
  SPEAKER_17: Canada would do it.
• 2:17:45
SPEAKER_17: Canada, yeah, he would totally do it.
• 2:17:47
  SPEAKER_02: Totally do it.
• 2:17:48
SPEAKER_02: Uh well, that's an obvious one.
• 2:17:50
SPEAKER_18: Yeah, that's why I threw the obvious one out right away.
• 2:17:53
SPEAKER_18: Uh, I think Carrie Hardy would.
• 2:17:54
  SPEAKER_17: Carrie would.
• 2:17:55
SPEAKER_17: Let's get we'll get Carrie on the ball.
• 2:17:56
SPEAKER_02: We'll get Carrie, but it has to be in the bathtub.
• 2:18:00
  SPEAKER_17: Oh, Joe, Joe Cherovino.
• 2:18:03
  SPEAKER_02: Oh, Joe might, actually.
• 2:18:04
  SPEAKER_02: He might.
• 2:18:06
SPEAKER_17: We have to do it.
• 2:18:07
  SPEAKER_17: We have okay, okay.
• 2:18:08
  SPEAKER_17: Next.
• 2:18:09
SPEAKER_17: Uh this is a I was coughing.
• 2:18:11
SPEAKER_17: This is a really good one.
• 2:18:12
SPEAKER_17: This one came from the Midnight Plunger.
• 2:18:14
  SPEAKER_17: Do you guys want?
• 2:18:14
  SPEAKER_17: Let me know.
• 2:18:15
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, but these are this hot off the press, it sounds like, because there's no more on our list.
• 2:18:19
SPEAKER_02: So this is just in.
• 2:18:20
SPEAKER_17: Oh, actually, before we do that, what is the Jangis?
• 2:18:24
  SPEAKER_17: Who that's nothing.
• 2:18:27
  SPEAKER_17: No, not touching that.
• 2:18:28
  SPEAKER_17: Never mind.
• 2:18:30
SPEAKER_17: Um man, I love oh, uh, okay.
• 2:18:33
  SPEAKER_17: I love Jangis.
• 2:18:35
SPEAKER_17: Um I want to touch on this before we get to the the the grand finale.
• 2:18:40
SPEAKER_17: Suso Hap, is it is are they going out of business?
• 2:18:44
SPEAKER_17: Any truth to this rumor?
• 2:18:45
SPEAKER_02: So I did, and of course now I don't have it up on my screen.
• 2:18:48
SPEAKER_02: I did some digging on that.
• 2:18:50
  SPEAKER_02: I cannot confirm that.
• 2:18:52
SPEAKER_02: Like, there's been talks and comments, but nothing's confirmed.
• 2:18:56
SPEAKER_02: So, like, there's no, I mean, at least officially, like, there's no bankruptcy filing, there's no, you know, report that would say that they're having financial struggles.
• 2:19:05
SPEAKER_02: So, but the only thing I can point to is there has been like supplier difficulty with availability.
• 2:19:10
SPEAKER_02: They've had some restructuring at SUSO Hap, some shortages of parts, but I've never I can't get any confirmation that the company itself is going out of business.
• 2:19:21
SPEAKER_17: So well, this is what I heard.
• 2:19:24
SPEAKER_17: They're they're shutting down the arcade division division.
• 2:19:28
SPEAKER_02: I don't know what else they do.
• 2:19:29
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I thought of SUSO Hap as only doing like the coin doors and CoinMex and that kind of stuff.
• 2:19:35
SPEAKER_02: Or not CoinMax, but the Coin Doors.
• 2:19:37
  SPEAKER_02: I don't know.
• 2:19:37
  SPEAKER_17: I I don't Yeah, I saw uh the chat's bringing up Todd Tucky.
• 2:19:40
SPEAKER_17: Like Todd Tucky did a post on some arcade uh like message board, and um he he was on the phone with them, like I guess ordering parts or something, and they got cut off, and then the and the rep called him back on the cell phone and said, Well, they just cut off our phones.
• 2:19:56
SPEAKER_17: Um, but I've I've heard for months and months that they were shutting down uh I I've heard the arcade and pinball stuff.
• 2:20:05
SPEAKER_17: Do they do anything other than that?
• 2:20:06
  SPEAKER_17: I did not that I know.
• 2:20:08
SPEAKER_17: Do they sell just like general electronics?
• 2:20:10
SPEAKER_02: I didn't think so because I've only ordered things from them that were arcade.
• 2:20:14
SPEAKER_02: Like when I was doing arcade restorations, I would order tons of stuff from them.
• 2:20:17
SPEAKER_02: Like if I was missing a coin door, a lot of the they still carried some of the older style coin coin doors, the newer ones.
• 2:20:23
SPEAKER_02: So um that's what I would be buying from them.
• 2:20:25
SPEAKER_17: Usually Stringer says they do vending stuff.
• 2:20:28
  SPEAKER_17: Yeah, so okay.
• 2:20:29
SPEAKER_17: I heard I heard I've heard this for like months and months and months, because like some of the reps were calling some of my buddies saying, hey, you need to buy this stuff up because you know this is it.
• 2:20:39
SPEAKER_17: And also like a lot of um a lot of people that like big companies that buy stuff on credit with them were getting emails saying, you know, you need to pay up because there's gonna be some changes.
• 2:20:53
SPEAKER_17: Yeah, so something's going on.
• 2:20:55
SPEAKER_17: I I I think they're and and there's a lot of parts you can't like they're out of stock and they're not they're not replenishing them now.
• 2:21:01
SPEAKER_17: So I think I think this this is it.
• 2:21:03
SPEAKER_17: This is the end of an error.
• 2:21:05
SPEAKER_02: Do you think they do you know, maybe they'll keep like the slot machine stuff?
• 2:21:09
SPEAKER_02: Because if they I think they do that, so maybe they'll keep like that stuff.
• 2:21:13
SPEAKER_02: I don't know, because I I used to buy like joysticks and steering wheels and freaking like steering wheels for arcade games, trackballs, like all that stuff.
• 2:21:21
SPEAKER_02: So if they stop doing that, because they did sell like the higher end stuff for commercial, I wonder where that and some of it was stuff they made too.
• 2:21:29
SPEAKER_02: So I don't know what that means exactly.
• 2:21:31
SPEAKER_02: That might be a big deal.
• 2:21:33
SPEAKER_17: And this is really telling.
• 2:21:35
SPEAKER_17: I mean, you know, we don't have numbers, but we've heard about declining sales for pinball machines, these guys are getting out of the business.
• 2:21:41
SPEAKER_17: I mean, we we might we might be in for an interesting time in the pinball and arcade world.
• 2:21:47
  SPEAKER_18: Yeah, no, for sure.
• 2:21:49
SPEAKER_18: Did we just get a super chat?
• 2:21:53
SPEAKER_17: Uh yeah, but it was done.
• 2:21:54
  SPEAKER_17: Oh, okay.
• 2:21:57
  SPEAKER_02: No worries.
• 2:21:58
SPEAKER_02: What do what do we uh so you have one more thing?
• 2:22:02
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it's a good one.
• 2:22:02
SPEAKER_17: Well, Ozzy said we have to go for another 40 minutes.
• 2:22:06
  SPEAKER_18: No, I can't either.
• 2:22:07
  SPEAKER_18: I can't.
• 2:22:07
  SPEAKER_18: I gotta work tomorrow.
• 2:22:08
SPEAKER_18: I I have to pee again and I gotta work.
• 2:22:10
  SPEAKER_17: It's only 7.23, dude.
• 2:22:12
  SPEAKER_18: Your time, it's 9.23, mine.
• 2:22:15
  SPEAKER_18: Weird.
• 2:22:16
SPEAKER_17: Why would you live there?
• 2:22:19
SPEAKER_18: It's all humid and shit there.
• 2:22:22
SPEAKER_18: I do want to move to Arizona.
• 2:22:24
  SPEAKER_18: I would actually.
• 2:22:25
SPEAKER_18: I would love to do it live with you guys in the same place.
• 2:22:29
  SPEAKER_18: Oh my gosh.
• 2:22:29
SPEAKER_18: That's bananas when we do it.
• 2:22:30
SPEAKER_17: Well, we're gonna we're gonna do it at Expo.
• 2:22:32
  SPEAKER_18: I know.
• 2:22:33
SPEAKER_18: God, that was a success, even though he was in a bathtub.
• 2:22:37
  SPEAKER_18: Yeah, success.
• 2:22:38
SPEAKER_17: Dude, I I don't see how that could have gone any better.
• 2:22:43
SPEAKER_17: That that was that's gold, dude.
• 2:22:46
  SPEAKER_17: Was Rachel watching this?
• 2:22:48
SPEAKER_17: Yeah, she was in the chat.
• 2:22:51
SPEAKER_02: Okay, I it was going so fast when that was happening that I couldn't.
• 2:22:54
SPEAKER_02: Please let me know what she thinks.
• 2:22:56
SPEAKER_18: And uh you gonna clip it?
• 2:22:57
SPEAKER_18: You gotta clip it, man.
• 2:22:58
SPEAKER_18: I think I have to clip it.
• 2:22:59
SPEAKER_18: You have to do it quick.
• 2:23:00
SPEAKER_17: I have to clip it with all of us in there and put that together.
• 2:23:03
SPEAKER_17: Um okay, I guess the last thing, uh, Midnight Plunger.
• 2:23:07
  SPEAKER_17: Okay.
• 2:23:08
SPEAKER_17: We got we got a message from the Midnight Plunger, didn't we, Jamie?
• 2:23:11
SPEAKER_18: We did, and I need a Midnight Plunger.
• 2:23:13
SPEAKER_18: Uh Glenn Wector, if you can give us a Midnight Plunger audio, and I'll just like put it in, you know, like that, you know, and it would just be Midnight Plunger, here it comes, and boom.
• 2:23:27
SPEAKER_17: You you know somebody, whoever that was, that made the uh the stuff for uh the logo for t-shirts and stuff for the the the round table podcast.
• 2:23:38
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah.
• 2:23:39
SPEAKER_17: Uh you want to know what would sell the midnight plunger shirts.
• 2:23:42
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, actually, good call.
• 2:23:44
  SPEAKER_17: That would sell.
• 2:23:45
SPEAKER_02: Um Mason, get on that logo for Midnight Plunger.
• 2:23:49
SPEAKER_02: If you're still here, here's the uh the thing that Canada just sent us.
• 2:23:53
  SPEAKER_02: Can you see it?
• 2:23:53
  SPEAKER_02: I can't I can't see it.
• 2:23:54
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, folks.
• 2:23:55
SPEAKER_02: I can't see Rob Berg in Little.
• 2:23:58
  SPEAKER_02: Oh my god.
• 2:24:01
  SPEAKER_02: Oh my gosh, dude.
• 2:24:03
  SPEAKER_16: Weekend at Bernie.
• 2:24:04
  SPEAKER_16: It's pretty good.
• 2:24:06
  SPEAKER_02: It's pretty good, actually.
• 2:24:08
  SPEAKER_18: If you see Rob.
• 2:24:12
SPEAKER_02: What the hell is happening?
• 2:24:14
SPEAKER_18: Um all right, back to Midnight Plunger.
• 2:24:18
SPEAKER_17: You want to hear some stuff?
• 2:24:19
  SPEAKER_17: Yeah.
• 2:24:19
SPEAKER_18: He wants me to rotate it.
• 2:24:20
  SPEAKER_17: This is really interesting.
• 2:24:22
SPEAKER_17: So you know, uh Stern, they always have something that kind of like uh disrupts a release of a game, right?
• 2:24:33
SPEAKER_17: So what we with Godzilla, the Godzilla was too green, he was the wrong color, right?
• 2:24:38
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, there's always one thing, yeah.
• 2:24:41
SPEAKER_17: Um, Deadpool, the guy was like messing around with little kids.
• 2:24:45
  SPEAKER_17: Remember that one?
• 2:24:47
SPEAKER_02: Well, I wasn't taking your word for it in it at that time, but yeah.
• 2:24:50
SPEAKER_17: You don't know about that?
• 2:24:50
  SPEAKER_02: I didn't know about that.
• 2:24:52
SPEAKER_02: Okay, well, anyways, that's that was a major deal.
• 2:24:55
  SPEAKER_02: Okay, next thing.
• 2:24:56
SPEAKER_17: You guys really not know about that?
• 2:24:58
  SPEAKER_02: I didn't know about that.
• 2:24:59
  SPEAKER_02: Not really, no.
• 2:25:01
  SPEAKER_17: Who who chat?
• 2:25:03
SPEAKER_17: When did you guys get into pinball?
• 2:25:05
  SPEAKER_02: 2019, 2018?
• 2:25:06
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it wouldn't be but that game came out in like 2019, didn't it?
• 2:25:10
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I wasn't full on in common knowledge until like 2020-ish time.
• 2:25:14
SPEAKER_17: Okay, so uh then you got Jaws didn't eat the ball.
• 2:25:18
SPEAKER_02: Which I think that one's so dumb.
• 2:25:20
SPEAKER_02: I never gave a rat's ass about that, but anyway.
• 2:25:23
SPEAKER_17: You got uh what what else happened?
• 2:25:26
SPEAKER_18: Um King Kong, maybe the art.
• 2:25:29
  SPEAKER_17: Yeah, okay.
• 2:25:31
SPEAKER_17: Anyway, oh, and then then uh Gun Gate with Jam gate.
• 2:25:35
  SPEAKER_02: Definitely.
• 2:25:36
SPEAKER_02: Then Transforming Optimus Gate, yeah.
• 2:25:40
SPEAKER_17: There's already one with Ozzy.
• 2:25:44
  SPEAKER_02: Really?
• 2:25:44
  SPEAKER_02: Really?
• 2:25:45
  SPEAKER_02: Well, I don't know.
• 2:25:46
  SPEAKER_02: There's already one.
• 2:25:48
SPEAKER_02: Do we and we know it, and we know what it is?
• 2:25:51
SPEAKER_17: Well the the plan is Oh no.
• 2:25:55
SPEAKER_17: They're gonna have call-outs in this game.
• 2:25:59
  SPEAKER_02: No, no, no.
• 2:26:00
  SPEAKER_02: I don't I think I know where you're going with this.
• 2:26:02
SPEAKER_02: No, don't even do no.
• 2:26:04
  SPEAKER_02: I think I know.
• 2:26:05
  SPEAKER_17: Would that be controversial?
• 2:26:07
SPEAKER_02: Well, if I think it's what I think it is, I just watched a freaking commercial with Chuck Norris in it, and he's dead, and his whole family, it's for like the chicken place.
• 2:26:17
  SPEAKER_02: I don't know that I'm cool with that.
• 2:26:19
  SPEAKER_02: Are you telling me?
• 2:26:20
SPEAKER_02: Please don't tell me they're gonna have AI Ozzy.
• 2:26:23
  SPEAKER_02: No, dude, no.
• 2:26:26
  SPEAKER_02: Wow.
• 2:26:27
SPEAKER_02: Why would they do that?
• 2:26:28
  SPEAKER_18: I don't know how I feel about that.
• 2:26:30
SPEAKER_18: I don't know how I feel about that either.
• 2:26:32
  SPEAKER_02: AI Ozzy?
• 2:26:34
SPEAKER_02: I mean, here's the problem is they probably could do it in a way that sounds probably like him, but I mean, is his family would have to approve that, right?
• 2:26:43
SPEAKER_17: You can't just the same family that drug him out there half dead on a stage, you know.
• 2:26:53
SPEAKER_17: Yeah, I don't know that I'm cool with that.
• 2:26:56
  SPEAKER_17: Yeah.
• 2:26:58
SPEAKER_17: Are you cool with it, Kale?
• 2:27:00
  SPEAKER_17: AI Aussie?
• 2:27:02
  SPEAKER_17: Man, I'm a huge Aussie fan.
• 2:27:04
  SPEAKER_17: Yeah, I am too.
• 2:27:05
SPEAKER_17: And and it's sort of like I get it.
• 2:27:09
SPEAKER_17: You know, it it's it it's rough, man.
• 2:27:16
SPEAKER_17: Because like, especially now, uh AI is so controversial, but man, wouldn't it sound cool?
• 2:27:21
SPEAKER_17: They can make it say all the cool pinball stuff.
• 2:27:25
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I mean, I mean, here's the thing, like, I don't know.
• 2:27:30
SPEAKER_02: I mean, would I think it's cool probably, because it'd probably be done.
• 2:27:33
  SPEAKER_17: Yeah, I mean let's do a posit, let's do a position.
• 2:27:36
  SPEAKER_17: Let's do a petition.
• 2:27:38
SPEAKER_17: Let's petition, let's petition Stern to let our Ozzy do the call-outs.
• 2:27:46
SPEAKER_02: Let Ozzy do the Ozzy call-outs.
• 2:27:48
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 2:27:52
  SPEAKER_02: Oh man.
• 2:27:53
  SPEAKER_02: I don't know.
• 2:27:54
  SPEAKER_02: This is controversial.
• 2:27:55
  SPEAKER_18: I don't know how I feel about it.
• 2:27:57
  SPEAKER_02: I don't know how I feel either.
• 2:27:59
SPEAKER_02: Because you're right though, Kale, like being able to take someone and make them say anything and have it actually sound like them is kind of cool because you could have them say some pretty funny things, probably, but at the same time, I'm like, I don't know.
• 2:28:12
SPEAKER_02: But I mean, it's all about the family and what they'll allow.
• 2:28:14
SPEAKER_02: Like Chuck Norris's family clearly wants them to do chicken ads for what's it?
• 2:28:18
  SPEAKER_02: What is that company?
• 2:28:19
  SPEAKER_02: Cains, raising cane.
• 2:28:20
SPEAKER_17: It's really not all about what the family wants, it's about what the customer wants because this is all about selling games.
• 2:28:27
  SPEAKER_10: Yeah.
• 2:28:27
SPEAKER_17: And but so you have to think about it this way.
• 2:28:30
SPEAKER_17: What if with AI, we have AI now?
• 2:28:34
SPEAKER_17: We could do you could you could do a whole Beatles album, a new Beatles album, with without using any of the original Beatles members.
• 2:28:43
SPEAKER_17: Of course, some aren't here anymore.
• 2:28:45
SPEAKER_17: Uh would you buy that album?
• 2:28:48
SPEAKER_17: And you know, that's the question.
• 2:28:50
SPEAKER_17: Is it is it is it real?
• 2:28:53
SPEAKER_02: No, see, music it gets into a whole different thing.
• 2:28:55
  SPEAKER_02: Like, no.
• 2:28:56
SPEAKER_17: But isn't that the same as any this is entertainment, you know?
• 2:29:01
SPEAKER_02: This is but I just feel like with music, it's like you know, it's it's it's like that soul thing that I don't know.
• 2:29:07
SPEAKER_02: I just feel like it'd be so hard to like a pinball call out, whatever, it's a pinball call-out, it's not like but like music comes from a place of experiences, and I don't know.
• 2:29:15
SPEAKER_02: I just feel like that's a tough one to like I don't think it would even though the voices might sound the vocals might sound the same, I don't think it'd have that same feeling if AI made it.
• 2:29:24
  SPEAKER_02: I don't think.
• 2:29:26
SPEAKER_02: But yeah, but who knows?
• 2:29:27
SPEAKER_02: Maybe in 10 years it's so freaking advanced that we we wouldn't even know the difference, but I don't know.
• 2:29:33
SPEAKER_02: Well, probably less than 10 years, but probably three, two.
• 2:29:38
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I mean, I mean Mason did a thing.
• 2:29:40
SPEAKER_02: Mason tested this thing where he took my we had a screwed-up voiceover.
• 2:29:45
SPEAKER_02: I ended up recording it with my real voice because I didn't like the way it came out.
• 2:29:48
SPEAKER_02: It was like two words.
• 2:29:48
SPEAKER_02: I needed two words, and I was like, shit, because it was all the edit was all timed.
• 2:29:53
SPEAKER_02: I was like, how are we gonna do this?
• 2:29:54
SPEAKER_02: So he he threw it into this AI thing, and it it did sound like me, but I just I didn't do it, I didn't use it.
• 2:30:01
SPEAKER_02: I ended up just it was just two words I had to re-record, and we were able to cut it together and make it sound normal.
• 2:30:05
SPEAKER_02: But you know how sometimes you have to cut something that's audio, it can sound really awkward if you if you don't have that same like tone when you record it.
• 2:30:11
SPEAKER_02: But I was amazed, it sounded very much like me.
• 2:30:14
SPEAKER_17: So yeah, uh, and and Wolf is saying AI is taking the life out of most things.
• 2:30:21
SPEAKER_17: Uh oh, that's a good surge here with the super chat.
• 2:30:25
SPEAKER_17: Thank you so much for the dollar ninety nine.
• 2:30:27
SPEAKER_17: Kale, people hate AI music on our podcast lol.
• 2:30:31
SPEAKER_17: They do, and they've been saying that.
• 2:30:34
SPEAKER_17: Uh I but uh Ralph, you you keep sending us screen grabs, and I'm glad you do.
• 2:30:43
SPEAKER_17: That ever since Chat GPT had that update where where it makes like good-looking flyers, but now everybody's flyers look ex it's that same format.
• 2:30:54
SPEAKER_02: I talked with Mason about it.
• 2:30:56
SPEAKER_02: It's like all these thumbnails now are looking the same because it uses a lot of the same font style and it and it places things in the same place, and then it takes the same layout, it takes liberties.
• 2:31:06
SPEAKER_02: A lot of people leave it, but it takes liberties on your face, like it will change your face.
• 2:31:10
SPEAKER_02: It could make you younger, it could make you slightly older.
• 2:31:13
SPEAKER_02: And then there are people that are actually taking like people that are overweight and making themselves look completely different on their thumbnail.
• 2:31:20
SPEAKER_02: I think that's kind of weird, but um, yeah, it's just it's just weird.
• 2:31:23
  SPEAKER_02: So I don't know.
• 2:31:24
SPEAKER_02: I I appreciate and I will use till till whatever, till I stop doing this, Mason for thumbnails because I know he's creating it himself from scratch, a bit based on an idea, and I love that.
• 2:31:36
SPEAKER_17: And and that's what I really love.
• 2:31:38
SPEAKER_17: Um, and I've been sharing some of Mason's stuff.
• 2:31:41
SPEAKER_17: Uh, go follow his social media because he's this is I love behind the scenes.
• 2:31:46
SPEAKER_17: So cool his behind the scenes.
• 2:31:48
SPEAKER_17: I've told you guys over and over again.
• 2:31:49
SPEAKER_17: Mason is a uh After Effects wizard, yeah.
• 2:31:54
SPEAKER_17: And after effects is not easy, and no, he takes you through his whole thought process, you could see what's going on.
• 2:32:02
  SPEAKER_17: So, so cool.
• 2:32:03
SPEAKER_02: He just did one on your banner, Jamie.
• 2:32:05
  SPEAKER_02: Did you see it?
• 2:32:06
  SPEAKER_18: Yeah, it was fantastic.
• 2:32:08
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, he did one on creating your banner, but yeah, no, I love that too when he does those.
• 2:32:11
SPEAKER_02: I know it's not easy for him to go and do that because it's like take making his work take even longer because he's explaining it as he's doing it, but yeah, they're pretty cool.
• 2:32:20
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, the one he just said for me was really wicked cool.
• 2:32:23
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, we had we I'll and I'll save it for another time.
• 2:32:26
  SPEAKER_02: It's fine, it'll go down differently.
• 2:32:29
  SPEAKER_02: All right.
• 2:32:30
  SPEAKER_17: I lost my voice.
• 2:32:32
  SPEAKER_17: Jamie's legit falling asleep.
