Eskom board member Dr Claudette von Eck has told the Parliament Standing Committee on Public Accounts that it is untrue that the board forced former CEO Andre de Ruyter to cut short his notice period after he spilled the beans on corruption but that he chose to leave when called to explain the utterances.
