had a really bad accident and it really shook me. Holicy, I'm lucky

to be here now. From those incredible trauma surgeons, doctors, nurses in

the hospitals after me this week, they were amazing. But Holsey, you've

got to wear a helmet. I don't care how short the journey is.

I don't care. You know the fact that these helmets cost money, but

they're crucial. Even with the kids a short journey, They've got to wear

a helmet. Now. I'm lucky to be standing here. I'm in pain.

It's been a brutal week and I'm sort of getting through it. But

I cann't tell you the importance of wearing a helmet good car. He had

also posted what his helmet looked like after that terrible bike accident, and the

helmet went through some trauma as well. And his entire side of his body,

his abdomen is like black, not even black and blue, it's just

black purple. So he had a really bad accident. Like you said,

he's lucky that he's still here and that he's okay, and he walked away

with very minor injuries. All said and done, there was no serious serious

injuries. He didn't break any bones or anything. But yes, it's important
