Transcript
- 0:00Hi, Welcome to tea time with Amy and Bev. Good morning, Good
- 0:08morning. How are things going? Things are good, very fulfilling these days.
- 0:15A fulfilling schedule nice. So yeah, I mean, not a whole
- 0:27lot going on in my world. In my just showing up for my job
- 0:32and coaching and classes and all the fun stuff and then planning an event in
- 0:37February. So that's been my world right now. I do get to go
- 0:43do I do get to go to the wall after this. I get to
- 0:47go to the Walla Pies to help decorate a couple of cabins for the Walla
- 0:53Pie drive through light show thing. Oh not, I've not been to it,
- 1:02but I've heard good things about it, so anyway, that's cool.
- 1:08I haven't heard of that either. Are you getting the time for yourself?
- 1:15I am. I do take moments of to read and to take some breathing
- 1:23or do some breathing and stare out the window at the sky. That's good
- 1:30too, it's refreshing. Yeah. Yeah, things are things, They're good.
- 1:38A bird just flew into the window, oh sparrow. I mean they
- 1:48do it all the time. Honestly, we hear it all the time,
- 1:51and it's like Freem's always saying I can't see glass. But it's like,
- 1:55uh, because from onever the commercials or something. But it's funny because they
- 1:59do it all the time. And I just one just as we were finishing
- 2:01up, boom right into the window. What does a sparrow mean? Do
- 2:07we know? How about? I don't know? So tell me what's going
- 2:13on with you and I'll look that up. Everything's going great, really,
- 2:17just like lots of realizations, really going a lot of internal work. It's
- 2:23just really on the And when I say internal work, that sounds like it's
- 2:25heavy, but it's really not. It's just little things, whatever comes to
- 2:29the surface and questioning. A lot of things I presented to the group,
- 2:35like to think about it, and then Freeman gave me a different perspective on
- 2:38it too. But a lot of things lately, like if my whole goal
- 2:43is filling the goosebumps all the time, and it's like, so when we're
- 2:46not filling the goosebumps, are we not having deep enough conversations? Are we
- 2:50not having truthful conversations? Is it not all honest or is it just not
- 2:55hitting the soul? That was what Freeman brought forward. Maybe that's just the
- 2:59soul, you know, to let you know that there's a confirmation from a
- 3:02soul level instead of from a whether it being truth or untruth. So it's
- 3:07like looking at things differently because I'm at a space and I think I've been
- 3:10talking about but I'm kind of questioning everything. I'm questioning and everything because it's
- 3:15like just because someone else says it, if I don't, if I'm not
- 3:17getting goosebumps, does that mean it's not really resonating with my soul. So
- 3:22I'm kind of looking at things from a different perspective, and I look for
- 3:25those conversations and it's awesome because even I had a client in just this last
- 3:30week and I and like we're talking about things and getting into that conversation.
- 3:36Next thing, you know is like goosebumps after goosebumps after goosebumps, Like the
- 3:38whole time, it was just freaking amazing. And so I know that that's
- 3:42a possibility there is that those confirmations that this rings true for my soul on
- 3:46a soul level. It's it's not on a It doesn't mean that it's when
- 3:51I'm having a conversation with someone else that that are words with each other are
- 3:54not true. It's just not ringing true to a soul. So now I'm
- 3:59on that, I guess pursuit. I'm in that. I'm in the flow
- 4:02of, well what does that look like? And how does that feel like?
- 4:05And like, how do you evolve through your day like that with everybody
- 4:12and have conversations on that from that soul level. And it's bringing those people
- 4:15that want to be on their soul level, because not everybody's in that space
- 4:20or has an understanding about it, or wants to even be in that space.
- 4:24So it's and it's not a judgment, it's just that's what I'm striving
- 4:28for. So now I'm creating more because I'm a master manifestor right, just
- 4:31like we all are. But I'm creating more circumstances than events for those things
- 4:35to kind of happen. That's awesome. It's just yeah, otherwise I'm curious
- 4:44about everything, right, I'm just curious. Yeah, but tell me about
- 4:47this sparrow that's so cool. Well, the very first line it says is
- 4:54sparrow is a remarkably busy bird. It's like, oh, he have it
- 5:01so busy they're running into glass And that makes sense. Because we have,
- 5:03like I mean, we have so many of them come out here because we
- 5:08put out a bird bout underneath the tree, and they are out here ridiculously
- 5:11playing and dancing in the water and going after things, flying into the windows
- 5:15like all the time. They are busy. So that's accurate. Yeah,
- 5:18and it says all sparrows are songbirds. They're highly creative and how they maneuver
- 5:24and camouflage themselves. They're masters at flight. I'm just picking some things out
- 5:34that they scroll through this. They're of course creature of an air element,
- 5:47but they also have a relationship with water and earth. They have both.
- 5:56They have distinct patterns of body language. When aggravated, they crouch, shoving
- 6:02their head forward slightly, spreading their wings and holding their tail erect. When
- 6:06the wings lift and then the beak opens, the message intensifies, often when
- 6:12implying dominance. Wow. See, sparrows need to make a sound to get
- 6:26its message across. Silence can be a powerful tool for awareness. I'm sure
- 6:34there's lots more, but anyway, good stuff. I like the silence.
- 6:40I was just listening to, Oh gosh, one of Alex's interviews Alex Frari
- 6:46Next Level souls. I don't know the guy's name. He's some sort of
- 6:49a guru or something, but I was listening to his conversation and he's talking
- 6:54about being in the space of the silence, because from silence, we can
- 6:58be an awareness of ourselves. We can be an awareness of I can sit
- 7:01aside and watch myself as how I'm interacting with you without and then it's like
- 7:05it totally changes your interaction. Yeah, like there's a total shift on all
- 7:14bases, all whatever, all levels. You just shift, You just totally
- 7:16shift. A lot can happen in silence, and yeah, even you know
- 7:25what you shared with the space that you're in right now is in that silence
- 7:30is where we ask, right we ask those questions so we can receive the
- 7:33information, receive the messages, receive the guidance. But also in that silence,
- 7:42we're focused, we were relaxed, we'd just be so. I mean,
- 7:49when I think about my schedule, there's a lot happening, but I
- 7:51also take moments throughout the day to just right take that breath and just just
- 8:00speed for a few moments, and then that brings allows space for clarity,
- 8:05and it's the it's the desire to want to be in that space. So
- 8:13not everybody wants to be in that space because of their history, their stories,
- 8:18their what they got going on and holding on into their into their mind
- 8:24of what they're thinking about. And I mean, really, when it comes
- 8:31down to it, I asked myself this not as often as I used to
- 8:35when I was moving through you know, healing from being control freak and fixer
- 8:41and people pleaser and all this stuff healing, you know, the the heavier
- 8:48emotional wounds that were present when it came to relevance and importance. I just
- 8:56thought, you know, if I was to die in this moment, would
- 8:58it matter with all the stuff that I'm worrying about or thinking about, or
- 9:03the past that I'm thinking it, would it matter? Like? Is it
- 9:05really that important right now? Is it really important right now that my husband
- 9:09didn't feel the dishwasher correctly quote unquote correctly right? So those things like that,
- 9:16Like, okay, so how can I how can I regroup? Well,
- 9:22Well, in this moment, I can just take a breath and just
- 9:24let that be and then focus on something else if I want to, or
- 9:31just be and focus on the breath. So in the beginning of learning to
- 9:37be in the silence. It's learning to create the silence. And a lot
- 9:46of that is that people don't know how to be with themselves in silence,
- 9:52and it's very uncomfortable, especially people who are chatterboxes, like they just want
- 9:56to talk talk talk, talk talk. They don't like that sign islands it's
- 10:03the I hate to say, the challenge. The challenge is, however,
- 10:11learning to be in that silence is take some work, take some some a
- 10:16lot of practice. So then taking a look at those patterns, right,
- 10:22Like, so we talked about recently, even when I just it was exhausted,
- 10:26I didn't feel like doing anything, but feeling that unworthiness because worthiness to
- 10:31me meant that I was doing something. They always accomplishing something, not just
- 10:35for myself, but for someone else to appreciate or someone else to make a
- 10:39comment of it, or did I was I a good girl? You know,
- 10:43along those kind of conversations. But we train our we train our kids,
- 10:48we do all of us. I mean, I feel like if they're
- 10:50doing a great job, you're like celebrating it and it's good, good,
- 10:54good, and you're telling you, telling them you want more of this,
- 10:56and it's like it's great as long as this person being an individual and not
- 11:01feeling like they're having to do all these things in order to jump through hoops
- 11:05to get that kudos and the adavoid and all that stuff. And it's recognizing
- 11:11the things that we're doing and appreciating them for ourselves, the things that we
- 11:15did, like great job, you know, just like cleaning the house and
- 11:18sitting back and recognizing how much it feels so much better to sit in that
- 11:22space afterwards, and the accomplishment of it. But it's also something else I've
- 11:28been surrendering. So it's like to me, when you're quiet, you're surrendering.
- 11:31You're surrendering like your thoughts, You're surrendering the mind. You're surrendering all
- 11:37these things to be in that space of that piece. And that's not a
- 11:41bad thing. That's a good thing. It's recognizing what are you surrendering.
- 11:45I kept saying, thinking before, I'm surrendering all these blocks within me,
- 11:48like acknowledging that I have these blocks with me in me, that there's something
- 11:52wrong that I have to surrender, and then recognizing yesterday I'm surrendering beliefs because
- 11:58Freeman had brought to my attention, when we believe something a belief can be
- 12:01changed. But when you have a knowing, when you have faith in something,
- 12:07you just have faith in it. It just is. And how often
- 12:11do we say that we believe in ourselves but not have faith in ourselves.
- 12:16So these conversations that if you presented it to be their day, I was
- 12:18like, holy shit, that's a really good concept because my mind really hooked
- 12:22onto it. And then so yesterday I'm driving in to go do group and
- 12:28I'm feeling like I'm surrendering those beliefs. I'm surrendering all my beliefs because our
- 12:33beliefs I feel limit us. They keep us limited, they keep us in
- 12:37a space, they keep us in I've got to work in order to make
- 12:41money. I've got to sell something in order to make money. Like we'll
- 12:45only allow ourselves certain avenues because we believe that's a possibility, instead of having
- 12:52a knowing and having faith that we're always being supported and taken care of.
- 12:54And it's like when you step into that space, then it kind of wipes
- 12:58away the beliefs. You're not like allowing yourself to just receive from your beliefs.
- 13:05And it's so crazy because our beliefs are formulated from what we were taught
- 13:09from whoever was around us, the TV, the errands, the teachers,
- 13:13the friends, the whatever. So I just find it interesting. It's just
- 13:18been a pleasant process. I and I've been talking about writing these letters and
- 13:24so something else. You know, writing these letters you're never going to send,
- 13:26but there's like a time to write those letters. Sometimes I've told people
- 13:31will go sit home and write it. Well, how about when as soon
- 13:33as you notice when you're because I've sat down to write the letters and in
- 13:37that space and I don't. It's like then I'm like, oh, I
- 13:41wish you what you know? Well, thank you for being always there for
- 13:45me. And then my conversation changes because I'm not in that space right then
- 13:48when I feel that angst and I feel like when I have that inks and
- 13:50I'm like going to write that letter, that's like an ideal time for me
- 13:54to write that letter to get all of this energy out of myself. Because
- 13:58to me, there's, like I said, there's a time and place and
- 14:01sometimes you just don't feel it. And maybe I'm past that filling part.
- 14:03I don't know. We'll find out. Because I had the experience and I
- 14:07wrote the letter and I didn't have any of the animosity or the anger or
- 14:11any of the fillings that I had when I wrote it. So it wasn't
- 14:13it wasn't the same. But on the other side of that, it's a
- 14:18good realization to know that I sat down and didn't have those feelings. I
- 14:22was searching for those fillings and trying to get them on the paper, but
- 14:24it wasn't coming forward. So I know, if there's another time and I
- 14:28have this inst that comes forward or as anger or these emotions, that's the
- 14:31perfect time always to have a notebook with you, because I've even sat in
- 14:35my truck and wrote, so it's like just having that capability. We've got
- 14:41our phones too, but for me, I like to get the pencil to
- 14:43the paper, so it just makes it kind of nice. And besides,
- 14:46it's flowing like from that tip. It's like flowing directly from your energy onto
- 14:50that paper. And you think about that, it's not just a ritual.
- 14:54You're actually taking that energy from this physical being, transferring it down the pencil
- 14:58down to the tip, transferring it to that paper, ripping that paper out
- 15:03and then burning it. You're you're again to me, it's you're setting yourself.
- 15:07You're free you're surrendering. You're surrendering all this stuff. You don't have
- 15:11to carry it anymore. I don't feel like carrying it anymore. And that's
- 15:13kind of where I'm at. So whatever comes forward, I don't feel like
- 15:16carrying it. I don't feel like carrying the beliefs anymore. I don't.
- 15:20So it's like I'll go in whatever direction I'm kind of being guided to,
- 15:24or I feel guided to you, or I feel passionate about. So that's
- 15:30kind of where I'm at right now. I agree with the writing. And
- 15:35if you know, somebody feels like getting a pen and paper just isn't in
- 15:41your wheelhouse in that moment. I just did this the other day. I
- 15:46just screamed. I was home by myself, but something happened that really just
- 15:50got my attention, and I just screamed the F word as loud as I
- 15:58could and gave all all that felt, all that aggression in my body.
- 16:03And then I was like, okay, very high, that's how I feel.
- 16:08And then I laughed at myself. It's like and then I went about
- 16:12my day. So you know, it's like, feel that energy, move
- 16:18that energy, you do something too, But yes, I absolutely, especially
- 16:22in the beginning of uh learning to release those heavy emotions or release do some
- 16:30healing around pen and paper or like to me is like the best tool tools
- 16:37is that pen and paper too. Just write, write it out and get
- 16:45it out. Move that like you were saying, move that energy and use
- 16:49use use those swear words, use you know, capital letters, use the
- 16:56exclamation points, use the underling bold print. Do like it's feeling that emotion
- 17:04but also moving that energy at the same time and where we're feeling. We're
- 17:10emotional beings, so that's part of our and we don't have to hang on
- 17:15to those heavy emotions all the time. So it's sometimes you know, if
- 17:23you're out in the grocery store and something's happening and you're feeling these emotions and
- 17:29you know somebody's being aggressive towards you or how whatever it's working, maybe you
- 17:33had a phone conversation. I mean obviously right in that moment in the middle
- 17:37of the grocery store. You may not have a pen and paper and start
- 17:40writing, but do it as soon as possible while you're still in that energy.
- 17:47For sure. Yeah, it seems to be most beneficial. And I'm
- 17:52not saying that it's not beneficial both ways, because ever since I've wrote the
- 17:56letter, I feel, you know, I just feel different so many Yeah,
- 18:03but I also know that I just kept looking for those feelings that I
- 18:06was feeling before when I would talk about it, and it's like I didn't
- 18:08have those feelings right then, which is also a great indicator where I was
- 18:11at right then. It's just where I was at. But I felt like
- 18:15I needed to do it, and my intuition was guiding me to do it
- 18:18even prior to that. But it's like kept putting it off till I had
- 18:22the time to sit still, and then by the time I sat still,
- 18:25a lot of that energy had dissipated already, which is perfectly fine. But
- 18:30it's just something I recognized and it was like, wow, well, I
- 18:33know it could have been beneficial. I would have sat down immediately when I
- 18:36was feeling that way. Excuse me, ma'am. I'm gonna'll be with you
- 18:37in just about fifteen minutes. I got to write something over here that before
- 18:41I put hands on you. Yeah, it somehow doesn't seem like it might
- 18:45go as well as I might think it will, even though I would probably
- 18:48say that my clients would be like oh, okay, no worries, take
- 18:51your time, yeah, which is awesome. Well, I also have to
- 18:56say what I would say too, is you know, we've been on this
- 19:00j for a while of having the awareness of when we're not feeling good in
- 19:04ourselves with the emotional state and being able to switch that fairly quickly. So
- 19:11by the time the incident happened or the feelings happened with you and the time
- 19:18you picked up the pen and paper, there was some processing that happened in
- 19:22that timeframe that by the time you got to the pen and paper, all
- 19:26that heaviness wasn't there. Whereas if you think back when you first started the
- 19:33journey of doing some healing, like those feelings were there for days and weeks.
- 19:37So yeah, so you know, it could have happened a week ago
- 19:42and I pick up pen and paper right now and start writing and still be
- 19:45in it because I was hanging on to it. And similar to you,
- 19:49like, moving through that stuff gets easier and quicker the more you've practiced it.
- 19:57So just know that you know, and I've been practicing this not like
- 20:02for years again, and we don't so we don't wallow on it as long
- 20:06then I before yeah. And it's like I tell clients, I ask clients
- 20:08or I ask friends like, yeah, but how fast did you get through
- 20:12it this time? Because that's that's a good marker, and that gives you
- 20:15an indication. Oh my gosh, I am training, I am changing,
- 20:18Like I'm going I this all this effect that I wanted to change in my
- 20:22life. It's happening. It may not be happening as fast as I think
- 20:25it should happen. It may not be happening, and maybe I'm not noticing
- 20:26it as much, but it's happening. And it's those times when you have
- 20:30the friend that says or the you know, the therapist or whatever you're whoever
- 20:36you're talking to, they give you the opportunity to kind of like ask or
- 20:41or give you that information. Because I've had so many people that I've been
- 20:45seeing for so long and I would say, well, remember when you used
- 20:48to do this, and they're like, oh my gosh, you're right.
- 20:49I haven't done that forever because we we and we don't pay attention to it.
- 20:53So it's nice that we can pay attention to those kind of things.
- 20:56And it's to me, it's it's just spirit finding us to say something to
- 21:02the other person because it helps to let them know, it helps to We
- 21:07started to say in the beginning of this, I don't remember what the situation
- 21:10was, but we receive information and a lot of times we'll hold back on
- 21:12it. We'll hold back on it because we think it didn't matter. But
- 21:15it's like even asking a question, oh, even asking that question, are
- 21:18we getting set up on Facebook? So that I had an idea, what
- 21:22you know, how much time because Facebook takes maybe a couple of seconds and
- 21:26then hooking up to zooms like right now, So I wanted to make sure,
- 21:29but you were like, oh yeah, thanks for the reminder. And
- 21:30those are the little things. Those are the little big things. They're big
- 21:34things because otherwise we would have gone into our recording and then you would have
- 21:37maybe felt like maybe for a second, like, oh gosh, I didn't
- 21:40set up on Facebook. Oh well, you know, divine time. It's
- 21:44all divine time, and so it's looking at all those kind of things.
- 21:47So it's it's just a different space to be. And now I have four,
- 21:52five, six, seven, eight sparrows sitting at the window looking into
- 21:56the window. They're all sitting at the bottom of the window. They're all
- 22:04looking in here. It's like they're maybe they're likely out of water or something.
- 22:07I don't know, but that was crazy. So but look awesome things.
- 22:12And it's paying attention to all those little details because there's messages all around
- 22:18us. Life is exciting or it can be be an we don't know,
- 22:25do what? And an eight is an infinity number. Yeah that's cool.
- 22:32Yeah, you know you're talking about the helping your clients understand or have acknowledgment
- 22:41of how much better they're doing than they were both like yeah months previous,
- 22:48right, I did that yesterday with I made an acknowledgment of a student's been
- 22:55around for several years and she met a new person in a class, and
- 23:03I said, you know, I just made the acknowledgment of him, like
- 23:07standing before you as this person who was like so many of us, feeling
- 23:14lost and broken and heavy in our emotions and hanging on to things right,
- 23:19and just acknowledging her for where she was and then where she is today and
- 23:26how like she's standing up taller, her eyes are sparkling, she's got you
- 23:32know, she's got this beautiful smile. Like just having that awareness and acknowledging
- 23:37people for that because that's you know, doing healing work. Who that's like
- 23:42being into the trenches me and it's like, you know, swimming through that
- 23:48mud and feeling a lot of times feeling alone in it. And then you
- 23:53know, to have somebody acknowledge you of how well you're doing and how how
- 24:00how much you've changed it really, I mean, she just like brightened up
- 24:06even more because they did that, and it was just so beautiful to be
- 24:10in that moment with her and also as a as a you know, teacher
- 24:14and coach with her for all this time. Is the honor of being able
- 24:18to witness that. That's that's why I keep doing this, is being able
- 24:22to witness those changes for people. So it's a blessing. It is a
- 24:29blessing, and it helps us to look at ourselves and see how much we've
- 24:33how far we've came as well, and it's it's awesome. It's awesome.
- 24:37It's awesome because you just don't feel the same feelings anymore. And at first
- 24:42it seems kind of almost scary because you're now you're like, where what am
- 24:47I supposed to do? Now? Where am I going to go with this?
- 24:49And then you'll see people kind of go back to the drama, the
- 24:52trauma, the bad relationships or and the bad relationship could be with self too,
- 25:00But it's just interesting to see all that. But again, we don't
- 25:02spend that much time in here because it's like, oh god, now this
- 25:04feels like corrupt, and it's like I'm glad that we're feeling beings because otherwise,
- 25:08how will we feel passions? You know, how will we feel a
- 25:11passion to guide us? And I was listening to Oh my gosh, what's
- 25:15his name? He channels Bashar Daryl Inca, and he's talking about how he's
- 25:22just always following his passions and not only is he just doing the channeling,
- 25:26but he's like always following his passions because he likes to create films and everything
- 25:30else, so there's other things that he likes to do, but it's all
- 25:33about the passions. And Alex even asked him a question. This is I
- 25:37guess it's probably their fourth interview, but had to ask him a question about
- 25:41do you think everybody you think channeling is? How do you think channeling is
- 25:45going to go? And he says, well, the thing is anytime you're
- 25:47in that space, when you're playing the game or you're playing the you're standing
- 25:51in front of a group, or you're playing the guitar, or you're whatever
- 25:52you're doing, and you're in that space of that connectedness and you have information
- 25:56flowing through that that feel good energy you're channeling. And he says that he
- 26:02feels like it probably we're going to have more of a recognition of it happening
- 26:07on a from everybody, and it's not going to be something I don't I
- 26:10see it probably not going to be something as we're going to have like a
- 26:14few people doing it. It's just all are going to be doing it,
- 26:15and it's going to be evolve into something else. So it's like if I
- 26:19sat here and said, oh, I just want to channel, I want
- 26:22to channel, I just want to channel. To me, that was a
- 26:25belief that I was having before, but it's like that's limited and to me,
- 26:29there's so much more than channeling. But it's to bring forward this information
- 26:33and so it's now now I'm not I don't feel like I have an agenda.
- 26:37It's just it's just what is what it is. I'm following whatever's whichever
- 26:41direction to go in, and it's exciting because it's there's no end goal,
- 26:45And that's what it feels like when you talk about being psychic medium or whatever
- 26:49your plans are, Like whatever you're planning on doing, it's there. That's
- 26:52there's no end goal, that's only one place to get from one place to
- 26:56the next, and you're getting to know yourself along the way, and maybe,
- 26:59like you have done, maybe it is just getting to know yourself better
- 27:03and better and better. Maybe it isn't anything to do with any of those
- 27:06things that we can do for others, because we can do millions offerent things
- 27:08for others. We channel on a regular basis. We can receive information as
- 27:12a psychic medium, just with someone at the store and saying something and we
- 27:17may not think it's any big deal at all, but it was a big
- 27:18deal to them, and that's what the whole purpose is. That's what all
- 27:22of it is about. Anyways, it's bringing forward information. And it's like
- 27:25people will say, well, how did you know that? It just came
- 27:27to me right now, So it's like it's just confirmation for you. So
- 27:30it's like it's not that I'm the guru or I'm it it's just that you
- 27:36have been asking. The answers are always going to compan it's going to come
- 27:38from all kinds of messages. It's going to come from eight spurrows staring at
- 27:41you in a window, or a sparrow running into the window. Or for
- 27:45me, I was seeing road runner every single time, and then all of
- 27:48a sudden, the roadrunner wasn't crossing the road in front of me. It
- 27:51was waiting for me at the side of the road. So that was an
- 27:53interesting process too. And seeing a deer or a deer, what are they
- 27:57doing in that moment? Are they just and watching you? Are they running?
- 28:02There's so much information that we have available to us, and then we
- 28:06didn't at that particular moment. When we see those things, you check in
- 28:08with yourself and what was I thinking, what was I saying? What was
- 28:11I doing? Yeah, messages, we have them all over the place,
- 28:17all over the place. It's also different though, because if you're not having
- 28:22that awareness that messages are coming all the time to help us. And we
- 28:30receive the informator like we've asked the question, we received the information, but
- 28:34now we're justifying or trying to be oh, you know, push it away.
- 28:41But when a stranger or somebody comes up and says blah blah, Blah
- 28:47answering the question that you've been asking internally. Now you listen because you're like,
- 28:51wait, I was just thinking about that. Now it's got your attention.
- 28:55So it goes back to that what you were saying as far as the
- 28:59faith and lafs. When we don't have that within ourselves, and when we
- 29:03do receive the information within us, we disregard it and think, oh,
- 29:11I'm just making that up or something. But when some random person or even
- 29:17even a friend, because how do they know that you've been asking these questions
- 29:21or thinking about a certain topic or wanting some guidance and they just show up
- 29:26and they just start having conversation, and you're like, wait, what's happening
- 29:30right now? Because they didn't know I had this stuff going on inside me,
- 29:34right, So you listen because now it's something external validating or affirming whatever
- 29:41it is you have going on inside. And I learning to lean on that
- 29:49and listen to that more and more. Again, everything we teach is a
- 29:52practice. You got to practice practice. Practice does get easier, though it
- 30:02really does gets it gets it's it gets easier, and it also makes life
- 30:07more enjoyable. Contrue, it doesn't make it contributes me change my words.
- 30:14It contributes to life being more enjoyable. Yeah, having that guided so and
- 30:21learning how to use it. And it's a choice everything, it's a choice.
- 30:26It's a choice to stay in the buck of things or it's a choice
- 30:29to kind of revolve from things. And I think the more that you stay
- 30:33in the space of you're growing and you're not staying in those spaces that you
- 30:36would have stayed in before, your life does totally transform. Yeah. All
- 30:42right, well, my friend, we would kind of call it a little
- 30:48shorter today and we've got a lot of information just in that short time,
- 30:55as we always do. I just have to say kudos to us. We
- 31:00can have self acknowledgment. So thank you for being here and taking the time
- 31:08to have this conversation. And we appreciate the time and energy of those who
- 31:12are watching, whether you're watching live or on the replay. Always even if
- 31:17the replay, if you're watching the replay, leave your questions of comments because
- 31:22we come back to them where we look at them and we respond to them.
- 31:25So it doesn't matter if it's going to be you know, a week
- 31:29or six months from now. You can still post your comments and be sure
- 31:34to share us let other people know we exists and they because they might need
- 31:40this information as well, and you're going to be that resource to share.
- 31:45So and everything is helpful, right and it's all for free, so to
- 31:51say, and enjoy the journey, that's right. Enjoy the journey. Make
- 31:57it an amazing day. That's your responsibility and how you show up in life
- 32:01and how you perceive, how you perceive what's happening around you. So with
- 32:08that, thank you so much for being here. Any final words, we're
- 32:14good at that's right. All right, all right, my friends, make
