  Welcome to Half Faith Let It Begin. It is a Thursday edition.

  We're going to start off by stating that you don't have to do this alone.

  One of the biggest lies stress tells us is this.

  You have to handle this by yourself. We wear independence like a badge of honor,

  even when we're exhausted.

  But God never asks us to carry life alone.

  Praise be the Lord, to God our Savior, who daily bears our burdens.

  That's from Psalms 68, verse 19. Not occasionally, not when it's convenient, but daily.

  God doesn't watch us struggle from a distance. He carries what we cannot.

  Sometimes we hold on to stress because we think letting go means losing control.
• 1:36
  But faith isn't about control. It's about trust.
• 1:39
  Trust that God sees you.
• 1:42
  Trust that he's strong enough. Trust that asks for help. And help is not weakness.

  There have been many times where I tried to carry everything by myself.
• 1:53
  I didn't want to burden anyone.
• 1:55
  I didn't want to admit I was overwhelmed.

  But the truth is, I wasn't built to do life alone.

  The moment I started bringing things to God instead of holding them inside peacefully
• 2:08
  and slowly and replaced all that pressure immediately.

  Lord, we ask you now to be with everyone. We release the burdens we've been carrying on our own.

  Teach us to trust. Teach us to trust you more than our strength.

  Give us peace where stress has taken over and remind us that you are near, present, and faithful.

  In Jesus' name we pray. Amen. You don't have to do this alone.

  And remember, you matter.

  And never forget, have faith, let it begin.
