- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome to the emotional mastery podcast.
- 0:03Speaker 1: I am your host, Rochelle.
- 0:04Speaker 1: I'm a holistic human design health coach and this is a space for human design and spiritual journey.
- 0:10Speaker 1: It's not about being a master of your emotions, rather mastering the tools to self-wrinkly, to awakening yourself and remembering who you are.
- 0:18Speaker 1: Human design changed my life about five years ago and I've been learning and teaching the system ever since.
- 0:24Speaker 1: This podcast is human design meets spirituality, meets astrology.
- 0:27Speaker 1: You don't have to have a belief system to be here, just an open mind and curiosity.
- 0:32Speaker 1: This is a journey of meeting yourself and awakening to your infinite potential.
- 0:36Speaker 1: Now let the magic begin.
- 0:39Speaker 1: This week on the podcast, I'm talking to Mike Murphy.
- 0:42Speaker 1: Mike is a man on a mission and he's dedicated his life to helping people achieve their dreams and manifest their deepest desires.
- 0:48Speaker 1: Drawing from his own experience as an entrepreneur, Mike knows what it takes to achieve success.
- 0:53Speaker 1: In addition to writing best-selling books such as the creation frequency, love unfiltered and living in color, Mike has created two courses the creation frequency and the power of an intention will change your life.
- 1:04Speaker 1: He is also the founder of the Love from Margo Foundation, which he started in 2012 in honor of his late wife, Margo Murphy, who battled cancer.
- 1:12Speaker 1: Currently, Mike is building a center in Medellin I might have mispronounced that, Columbia called Mountains of Hope.
- 1:18Speaker 1: This center will be dedicated to retreats that will help people from all over the world unleash their inner power, heal and create the lives they love.
- 1:27Speaker 1: This conversation was so good.
- 1:30Speaker 1: Mike and I talked about a lot and it was really interesting and I swear I say this every single week, but divine timing.
- 1:35Speaker 1: I have been really called to creating affirmations with meditation, music, Theta Brainwave State, and we really talk a lot about the power of rewiring our brain.
- 1:48Speaker 1: In that Theta Brainwave State and through his book and app, the Creation Frequency, which is all linked below, he literally gives you the tools to create meditations such as this, where you're taking affirmations and you are underlying them with the frequency that will activate that Theta Brainwave State, which is really the place where we are able to rewire the subconscious, Because our mind can be so loud.
- 2:14Speaker 1: Our mind is full of bullshit half the time.
- 2:16Speaker 1: It is literally whatever thoughts you have, your mind will find something that proves that that thought process is true, and so we know that our thoughts create our emotions, create our reality, and it's just this loop that keeps cycling and I've been navigating some I wouldn't say yeah some like pretty intense lows and highs, and it's just trying to find that neutral point within all of that.
- 2:41Speaker 1: It's trying to find that space.
- 2:43Speaker 1: To come back to myself, the transits have been intense, We've been talking about that for a while and things have been moving in certain areas of my life and they've been stagnant in other areas of my life, and so I've just noticed, in these specific areas and points where all of my I don't want to say traumas, but all of my shadows have been coming up to be seen and we know that relationships are our biggest mirror.
- 3:07Speaker 1: So these things that are coming to me to show me something about myself, I have the control in the fact that I don't have to react to every single thing that comes my way.
- 3:18Speaker 1: My body may be reacting, my mind may be reacting, but I can witness it and watch the way that my brain, my mind, my ego attaches to certain things, seeing the patterns in those, and then that's where these affirmations have been coming in.
- 3:33Speaker 1: I created an affirmation list about like 30 affirmations in my own voice, with music behind it, literally the same thing we were talking about here, and it's just so interesting that this has been coming to me over the past couple of weeks, and then I sit to edit this podcast and it's literally so aligned.
- 3:47Speaker 1: But the power of listening to something like that in your own voice, like before bed, reaffirming yourself and your power and being empowered in your own system, and because we do like give so much of our power away to someone else or to a situation when that those shadows come up in our subconscious or our conscious mind is like you're not worthy, you can't do it, you're not enough.
- 4:09Speaker 1: Because then, of course, like I said, unlike Mike says in this episode, you will find reasons to support that belief or that thought.
- 4:16Speaker 1: Right, and so it's really believing something else If I believe I am magnetic, if I believe you know, whatever it is like people want to spoil me or people want to treat me a certain way, like if I believe that I will be able to find evidence of its truth and I will be able to call in more of that.
- 4:33Speaker 1: Something that's been really big, that's coming up over the last week specifically, is in noticing these shadows that I have in these triggers in certain situations and mine is mostly romantic relationships but I've been really called to express my needs.
- 4:50Speaker 1: And this is something that I haven't necessarily always done, because I've always just tried to be that people pleaser and show up in a way that I feel like the other individual wants me to show up as, instead of being like, hey, what I need from you is XYZ.
- 5:04Speaker 1: If you can't meet that, that's cool, but maybe it's not going to work right and it is a vulnerable and scary place to be to sell.
- 5:12Speaker 1: Tell somebody what you need.
- 5:14Speaker 1: And also the magic when someone unquestioningly is like, absolutely, I can do that for you.
- 5:21Speaker 1: It's so empowering and you're also getting your needs met.
- 5:26Speaker 1: And I am realizing so many times in relationships or even in friendships, or even in business partnerships or collaborations or whatever.
- 5:33Speaker 1: If I'm not expressing my needs, of course I'm going to be disappointed, right.
- 5:38Speaker 1: Of course I'm going to be frustrated Because if I'm keeping this to myself, I'm not telling anyone else how to treat me, I'm not telling anyone else how to show up for me, and so being able to do these affirmations has been really cool and just like building up that self esteem and self worth and being like, okay, I can do this, I got this.
- 5:55Speaker 1: And not to say that the conversations are easy.
- 5:56Speaker 1: They're not, but it's also coming from a more empowered space.
- 6:01Speaker 1: So we talk about that a little bit in here.
- 6:04Speaker 1: We talk about so much.
- 6:05Speaker 1: This episode is really, really this conversation with Mike was really good.
- 6:10Speaker 1: We talked about manifestation, manifesting, with intention, of course, these theta brainwave state, conscious versus subconscious mind.
- 6:16Speaker 1: We talked about his book, his courses, his healing center, the power of meditation nurturing your physical body, which is so important.
- 6:24Speaker 1: We talk about plant medicine.
- 6:25Speaker 1: We talked about his, his foundation love for Margot.
- 6:28Speaker 1: I mean, we talk about so much.
- 6:30Speaker 1: So I'm really excited for you to listen to this conversation and it will be coming out on Thanksgiving, so maybe, hopefully, it's a little bit of a supportive episode conversation for you.
- 6:41Speaker 1: You know if you're before you're going to meet with your family, because we know the holidays are not easy for everyone.
- 6:46Speaker 1: Holidays can be a little bit challenging and you know the saying if you think you're healed, spend a weekend with your family, and so that's a lot of what a lot of us witness during the holiday season.
- 6:57Speaker 1: And so just having something, you know whether it's, you know, maybe you're listening to this on Thanksgiving and you decide to create some sort of affirmation, guided meditation for yourself that you can listen to between now and the holidays and just kind of coming back to yourself, maybe you're going to nourish yourself a little bit better through food, move your body, like all these things that we theoretically know, really implementing those.
- 7:17Speaker 1: And I also have the reset and embrace container with Greg, and that is the intention behind that container is to help you create these habits, help you look at your shadows, help you reprogram your subconscious so that we're moving through from a more empowered and centered space and getting out of our mind and into our heart, which is what we talk a lot about in this episode.
- 7:40Speaker 1: So I'm really excited for you to listen.

- 8:31Speaker 1: Welcome to the emotional mastery podcast.
- 8:33Speaker 1: Tonight I have Mike Murphy entrepreneur, author, philanthropist.
- 8:37Speaker 1: I'm really excited to have this conversation, and so often with the podcast and I'm sure you experience it as well in your own podcasting world it's always these conversations are so divine synchronicity and a lot of what I've been processing and working through in my life recently, like hardcore, has been manifestation.
- 8:55Speaker 1: So I think this is beautiful and perfect time to have this conversation.
- 8:58Speaker 1: So welcome to the podcast and I'm just going to hand the floor over for you to tell your story, just sort of any defining moments along the way that I've gotten you to where you're at today and okay, yeah, great, thank you very much and thank you for having me on.
- 9:11Speaker 2: I appreciate it.
- 9:12Speaker 2: First of all, let me say everybody's a manifester.
- 9:17Speaker 2: Everything in your life you manifested.
- 9:20Speaker 2: So it's not woo, woo is not magic, it's the way the world works.
- 9:25Speaker 2: Okay, now, most of us, until we learn, we're manifesting without intention.
- 9:32Speaker 2: So therefore, there was a fact speaking in Texas.
- 9:36Speaker 2: There was a great motivational speaker there that I used to follow when I was younger, called named Zig Ziglar, and Zig Ziglar would say listen, you're either a meaningful specific or a wandering generality.
- 9:48Speaker 2: So what did he mean?
- 9:49Speaker 2: If you're wondering generality, you're all over the place, and I can really relate to these millennials that are working for me today.
- 9:56Speaker 2: They can't stay off their phone and can't focus and are scattered.
- 9:59Speaker 2: They're wandering generalities.
- 10:01Speaker 2: And until they become meaningful specifics which means I'm focused on something and that's what I teach and when you're, once you're focused on something, once you create a powerful intention, then you can manifest it.
- 10:14Speaker 2: But I promise you, I challenge your listeners, your viewers, to find one thing in their physical reality today and their physical existence look around, what's in there?
- 10:23Speaker 2: That didn't first start as a thought and a desire, because that's how we manifest everything.
- 10:28Speaker 2: So what I do with my life and I've been doing it since 1982, for most of those years it works miraculously, you know, because this is how everything works.
- 10:39Speaker 2: So what's my story?
- 10:40Speaker 2: So I grew up in an alcoholic home.
- 10:42Speaker 2: My father grew up with two alcoholic parents.
- 10:44Speaker 2: I was fortunate I only had one.
- 10:46Speaker 2: But the dilemma there was that my father, because he had two alcoholic parents, one died at 11, the other one died when he was a young man, burnt to death, passed out with a lit cigarette, ruined her lungs.
- 10:57Speaker 2: He never knew love, he never knew how to open his heart, accept love, until the last hour of his life.
- 11:06Speaker 2: That I was there, thank God, and so his whole life.
- 11:09Speaker 2: You know now, when he was drinking he could at least pretend, the fake it like he could feel a little love or he could act.
- 11:16Speaker 2: You know, I never saw my dad have a big belly laugh ever.
- 11:19Speaker 2: He was just contracted right.
- 11:21Speaker 2: And that's what happens to a lot of people, all of us.
- 11:24Speaker 2: Eventually, you know, we grow up and we get hurt.
- 11:26Speaker 2: Our parents say no, we get hurt, we're adolescents.
- 11:30Speaker 2: They bully us, we have our puppy love, we get our heart crushed and we keep contracting, contracting and we move out of the heart and into the head and I'll get to that in a second why that's dangerous.
- 11:39Speaker 2: But so I'm in this alcoholic home.
- 11:42Speaker 2: My mother's a saint and my dad was very difficult.
- 11:47Speaker 2: You know we had a lot of emotional abuse, humiliation, shame, some physical abuse because I was the oldest of five.
- 11:53Speaker 2: And so one time I'm a freshman in high school, 14 years old, I'm up at some of the neighbor's house and all the kids are having fun jumping on the trampoline and I'm miserable.
- 12:03Speaker 2: But I can't put.
- 12:03Speaker 2: I can't tell you why.
- 12:04Speaker 2: I just know one thing I got to go.
- 12:07Speaker 2: So I, literally at 14 freshmen, could you imagine?
- 12:11Speaker 2: I got on a bus in downtown Cincinnati, got off 100 miles south in Lexington, kentucky, with $5 in my pocket and started hitchhiking.
- 12:19Speaker 2: So, as a mother, could you imagine you have a 13-year-old, could you?
- 12:22Speaker 1: imagine.
- 12:23Speaker 2: Yeah, you imagine you're from now.
- 12:24Speaker 2: Your daughter just doesn't.
- 12:26Speaker 2: And back then there were no cell phones or no beepers, or no internet or no nothing.
- 12:30Speaker 2: And I just don't come home from school.
- 12:32Speaker 2: So my poor mother.
- 12:33Speaker 2: So that was terrible.
- 12:35Speaker 2: So I become a habitual runaway.
- 12:38Speaker 2: I've kicked out every school I ever go to.
- 12:41Speaker 2: I'm constantly being arrested, I'm constantly in juvenile hall, I'm constantly in court, and I live that until I'm 18.
- 12:48Speaker 2: And then at 21, literally just turn 21, I found some woman dumb enough to marry me.
- 12:53Speaker 2: And at 23, on my birthday, at age 23, my daughter is born.
- 12:58Speaker 2: I got a drinking problem, I got a drug problem, I don't have a job, I have an eighth grade education, I'm 40 grand and dead.
- 13:04Speaker 2: I have no money, no future, no nothing.
- 13:06Speaker 2: And I'm living with her.
- 13:09Speaker 2: She's the oldest of six, I'm living with her parents, or five siblings, and now my brand new baby.
- 13:14Speaker 2: And when my baby was two months old, I was just.
- 13:17Speaker 2: I looked in the mirror and I said dude, you are a loser.
- 13:19Speaker 2: But frankly, that didn't bother me that much.
- 13:22Speaker 2: But what did bother me is, everybody in that house knew I was a loser.
- 13:26Speaker 2: So I felt that humiliation and shame.
- 13:28Speaker 2: So what do I do?
- 13:29Speaker 2: I run away and I didn't even own a car.
- 13:32Speaker 2: I put all my clothes, I put it in one of their cars, one of their old beat up Jalopy's, and I just take off.
- 13:39Speaker 2: And typical pattern I party for a week, I write every bad check I can and take advantage of everybody I can.
- 13:45Speaker 2: A week later I call her up.
- 13:46Speaker 2: I say, ok, I'm ready to come home?
- 13:48Speaker 2: No, I don't think so.
- 13:49Speaker 2: So I and I couldn't get drunk.
- 13:52Speaker 2: The alcohol wasn't working, nothing was working.
- 13:54Speaker 2: Man, I was in a bad place.
- 13:56Speaker 2: So I actually went to the steps of the Catholic Church where we'd been married just a few years earlier and I said, ok, god, if you exist and I don't believe you do, but if you exist you can certainly materialize yourself, become form.
- 14:08Speaker 2: I can touch you, talk to you and believe in you and then change my life.
- 14:12Speaker 2: And so God came down.
- 14:14Speaker 2: No, but by the grace of God, the next day I ended up in a 12 step program and for the first time I felt well, maybe there's a little hope for me, right, and.
- 14:24Speaker 2: But because now I'm, now I've lost my family, my daughter and my wife, I just can't stick with it.
- 14:32Speaker 2: You know, I might go 90 days and then buy an eight ball.
- 14:35Speaker 2: I might go 90 days and go buy a bottle of vodka, right so.
- 14:39Speaker 2: So, instead of becoming a constant drunk and drug person, I became a binge Right and so.
- 14:44Speaker 2: But I was able to.
- 14:45Speaker 2: I got a job, I started waiting tables and I started to try to put things together, but I just couldn't sustain it.
- 14:51Speaker 2: So a couple of years after this now, my daughter's two years old said in two months that I'm in his 12 step program.
- 14:57Speaker 2: And this guy says buddy of mine, says Mike geez, I've never seen somebody as messed up as you.
- 15:02Speaker 2: I'm only 24 at the time and but he goes.
- 15:05Speaker 2: I may know somebody that can help you.
- 15:07Speaker 2: And he introduced me to this amazing man.
- 15:10Speaker 2: I had no, no idea what I was getting into.
- 15:12Speaker 2: His name was Doug Fitzgerald, and my first book, love Unfiltered, that I wrote, published in 2014,.
- 15:18Speaker 2: When I wrote, I couldn't remember his name and so I just called him the mystery man.
- 15:23Speaker 2: When I wrote the creation for Equin 2018, I said I got to know who this guy is, right.
- 15:26Speaker 2: So I hired a private investigator, found he had passed away.
- 15:30Speaker 2: I found his son and I got the whole download.
- 15:32Speaker 2: I found out who this guy was why he was teaching what he's teaching.
- 15:35Speaker 2: And then things started to make sense.
- 15:37Speaker 2: Because what he taught me was so amazing and so effective and changing my life and it is today more so than ever and because it's the way the universe works.
- 15:48Speaker 2: And so, basically he said, mike, you come here one hour a week for seven weeks and I promise you you will get everything you want in your life.
- 15:57Speaker 2: And it's $50 a week.
- 16:00Speaker 2: Well, I didn't have 50 cents, but I had a checkbook and so we set an appointment.
- 16:06Speaker 2: I show up the next week.
- 16:07Speaker 2: I'm literally in a hundred dollar car Ford Pinto.
- 16:10Speaker 2: It's been an accident, the door won't shut.
- 16:13Speaker 2: So I got it.
- 16:14Speaker 2: I'm in Northern California.
- 16:15Speaker 2: It's freezing, cold, raining.
- 16:16Speaker 2: I got a roll down the window, put my hand out to keep the door shut so it doesn't fly open while I'm driving.
- 16:21Speaker 2: That's how bad I was.
- 16:23Speaker 2: So I only share this.
- 16:24Speaker 2: I really don't like to talk about my past.
- 16:26Speaker 2: I prefer to stay in the present moment or a compelling, beautiful, bright future.
- 16:30Speaker 2: I'm only sharing this with you and your audience so that people can understand, no matter where you are.
- 16:34Speaker 2: Okay, I've been there, you know.
- 16:36Speaker 2: I dealt with almost every drug there is to deal with.
- 16:39Speaker 2: I've been in jail numerous times.
- 16:42Speaker 2: I've been kicked out every school I ever went to, and so I get it, you know, and my point is that if I can turn it around from where I was, I know that you can too.
- 16:52Speaker 2: So that's the thing.
- 16:54Speaker 2: So what did he teach me?
- 16:55Speaker 2: He said, mike, to have a successful life, it's got to be in balance.
- 16:59Speaker 2: So we're going to break your life into six areas.
- 17:02Speaker 2: Okay, you have family, you have career, you have money, you have personal development, you have contribution, these kind of things.
- 17:11Speaker 2: So we're going to each week we're going to work on one area of your life.
- 17:14Speaker 2: He says what do you want most in your life right now?
- 17:18Speaker 2: Today, I said this woman hates my guts.
- 17:21Speaker 2: She's the mother of my two year old daughter.
- 17:23Speaker 2: I want her back and I don't want so many at raising my kid, and that's because the pain that I was going through you know, through this.
- 17:31Speaker 2: We were divorced now and you know she's dating a doctor and I can't get my act together.
- 17:36Speaker 2: I really, really wanted to manifest my marriage back in my daughter back into my life.
- 17:42Speaker 2: He said okay, I want you to understand something very, very important right now there's no difference between imagination and reality, if you can imagine it and you can feel it, and you can see it and believe it.
- 17:55Speaker 2: You can't achieve it.
- 17:56Speaker 2: You can bring it into your physical life.
- 17:58Speaker 2: Okay, he said what we're going to do right now you're going to write an intention, as if it already exists, of your ex-wife and your daughter back together as a family.
- 18:09Speaker 2: Okay, and that sounded really weird to me and very painful actually.
- 18:13Speaker 2: But he gives me a blank piece of white paper and a pencil and he says, okay, start writing.
- 18:18Speaker 2: And I go Lisa and I are happily married.
- 18:21Speaker 2: Lisa and I are so happily married.
- 18:23Speaker 2: Our daughter Michelle thrives in this marriage.
- 18:25Speaker 2: And blah, blah, blah, and maybe one or two paragraphs of this vision of this happy family and love and everything.
- 18:33Speaker 2: Right, what do you want next week, mike?
- 18:35Speaker 2: I want to own my own business.
- 18:37Speaker 2: What do you want after that?
- 18:39Speaker 2: I want to own my own house.
- 18:40Speaker 2: What do you want after that?
- 18:41Speaker 2: I want to run a marathon.
- 18:42Speaker 2: What do you want after that?
- 18:44Speaker 2: Let's see, I want to make $10,000 a month.
- 18:49Speaker 2: I never made more than $2,000 a month.
- 18:51Speaker 2: So, because he encouraged me to dream big, I mean, listen, I have an eighth grade education.
- 18:56Speaker 2: I want to own my business.
- 18:56Speaker 2: I've never made more than $2,000 a month.
- 18:58Speaker 2: I want to own $10,000.
- 19:00Speaker 2: I got no credit, but bad credit.
- 19:02Speaker 2: Okay, no one's going to give me a mortgage, right?
- 19:04Speaker 2: So?
- 19:05Speaker 2: But dream big, mike.
- 19:06Speaker 2: Dream big, okay.
- 19:07Speaker 2: Anything is possible.
- 19:08Speaker 2: There's no difference between imagination and reality.
- 19:10Speaker 2: So here's the where the magic took place.
- 19:13Speaker 2: So after six weeks, I have six intentions on just white lined paper with written in pencil, one or two paragraphs for six areas of my life, the things I want to manifest.
- 19:27Speaker 2: Week seven he brings out a boombox.
- 19:29Speaker 2: Now, you probably, you probably never even have one, but but that's what we used to listen to music on back in the day.
- 19:35Speaker 2: Okay, and so he brings out this boombox and he's got a cassette tape.
- 19:39Speaker 2: That's what they used to put music on.
- 19:40Speaker 2: And he puts it in this boombox and he says I'm going to play some theta brainwave music While you.
- 19:47Speaker 2: On the other hand, he hands me a microphone attached to a tape recorder and he puts in a blank cassette thing you are going to record this relaxation script that I've written for you.
- 19:57Speaker 2: It's about two pages, and then you're going to read your six intentions into the microphone.
- 20:02Speaker 2: I'm going to record it and we'll be finished.
- 20:04Speaker 2: Okay, so I do all that.
- 20:06Speaker 2: And then he hands me the cassette tape and he says here's a very important thing Every morning, right when you wake up, when you're going from Delta in the theta brainwave, I want you to listen.
- 20:19Speaker 2: Now I don't know why he's telling me any of this.
- 20:20Speaker 2: I don't know what any of this means.
- 20:21Speaker 2: Obviously, I do today because it's been 40 years of studying this stuff and every night, right before you fall asleep, you're coming out of beta.
- 20:28Speaker 2: You're going to an alpha.
- 20:28Speaker 2: When you get in beta, you're going to listen.
- 20:30Speaker 2: So that's the best time, because what I know now I didn't know it.
- 20:34Speaker 2: Then I was so desperate, I had no hope.
- 20:37Speaker 2: Here was a guy promising me some hope and I was just going to follow the simple directions.
- 20:41Speaker 2: Now I know what he was doing.
- 20:42Speaker 2: He was putting me in a theta brainwave state, which is a self-agnotic trance, by reading, relaxing my body, getting my brainwaves to slow down in the theta, and it's in that state.
- 20:54Speaker 2: And that's the state we're in from birth to about age eight.
- 20:56Speaker 2: We're in theta brainwave state.
- 20:58Speaker 2: We're in a hypnotic trance.
- 20:59Speaker 2: Why?
- 21:00Speaker 2: Because that's how children learn.
- 21:02Speaker 2: That's how they learn to be part of the tribe, part of the community.
- 21:05Speaker 2: So these little kids.
- 21:07Speaker 2: They can't critically think, they're not thinking.
- 21:09Speaker 2: They're absorbing through osmosis, from their parents, from the media, from their friends, from the school.
- 21:14Speaker 2: That's how we learn it, you know, by hearing, seeing, feeling, and we're absorbing it with no judgment.
- 21:21Speaker 2: So we're being programmed.
- 21:23Speaker 2: Okay, get this.
- 21:24Speaker 2: Ladies and gentlemen, you've been programmed to believe whatever your parents thought was the truth, whatever the media at the time was teaching you, whatever your school and your friends.
- 21:33Speaker 2: You've been programmed to believe stuff and you, odds are, you probably never questioned it.
- 21:37Speaker 2: And the truth of the matter is 95% of the time we're operating from our subconscious right, and so that's the program part of us.
- 21:45Speaker 2: The conscious part is right now where you and I are both in our conscious mind having a conversation, but 95% of the time the subconscious is running the show and the subconscious is like a program right, an app.
- 21:58Speaker 2: It's someone download an app.
- 21:59Speaker 2: It's in our subconscious, and so that's why we get triggered.
- 22:03Speaker 2: You might say something to me, kind as can be, but it reminds me of something my dad said or something, and I might get triggered, you know, and have an emotional trigger, and where it becomes a very important is with your spouse or your children.
- 22:16Speaker 2: You know, we don't want to fly off the handle.
- 22:18Speaker 2: We want to understand what's going on here.
- 22:19Speaker 2: So I just follow these simple directions.
- 22:24Speaker 2: Within four months, I own my own business.
- 22:26Speaker 2: And I wanna talk about subconscious in a minute, but I'm just gonna go through these scenarios real quick.
- 22:32Speaker 2: Four months, I own my own business.
- 22:33Speaker 2: Two years after listening to this and I wasn't religious about it and but I did the best I could the ex-wife calls me up, says "'Hey, I need a date for this Christmas party.
- 22:44Speaker 2: You have scored me.
- 22:45Speaker 2: I take her, we get remarried, we have three more beautiful kids".
- 22:49Speaker 2: So it was a huge blessing in my life.
- 22:51Speaker 2: It really stabilized me and got me off drugs and alcohol and I could really create a life of wealth and health and good things.
- 23:00Speaker 2: And so the marathon I wanted to run I got to mile 20, I blew out my Achilles.
- 23:07Speaker 2: We bought our own house four years, one year after getting back together with no money down.
- 23:12Speaker 2: So it works and this process works.
- 23:16Speaker 2: So what I've done since we have the Creation Frequency book very simple, easy book to read, tons of reviews.
- 23:23Speaker 2: Check it out on Amazon.
- 23:24Speaker 2: Don't take my word for it, but we have an app and in the app in the Creation Frequency app which works really good on Apple right now and Android.
- 23:31Speaker 2: We're having a few little glitches, so stay with us.
- 23:34Speaker 2: It'll be fixed in a week or two.
- 23:35Speaker 2: But we have created an app which is a tape recorder embedded with data, brainwave music and you can read your own relaxation script and record it, or we've done one for you.
- 23:45Speaker 2: So if people the problem I have, I have to inspire people to care enough about themselves to invest four or five hours to get the intentions going, understand how that process works, we have an intention writing formula and then just record them and listen every morning, every night.
- 24:03Speaker 2: The challenge, I find, is getting people to care enough about themselves or they've tried it, everybody's like.
- 24:09Speaker 2: Well, I've tried manifestation, I've tried law of attraction, but they never stay with it long enough and they probably don't know what they're doing, the way that we teach and the way that we do it.
- 24:18Speaker 2: It must work.
- 24:19Speaker 2: Now you might not get what you intend.
- 24:21Speaker 2: The original intention was because you're in my mind, I'm co-creating with the creator of all which I call God, so I might like.
- 24:29Speaker 2: Right now I'm in Medellin, colombia, we're building an amazing, amazing detox healing retreat center, and so that was the intention, right, but it keeps evolving, you know, as we get downloads from God and our team gets other ideas.
- 24:45Speaker 2: So the intention is always the same it just keeps getting bigger and better, and so that's how this works.
- 24:49Speaker 2: So there's my story, there's story number one, there's story number two, but we may not get to story number two.
- 24:58Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean I know like, as I was like listening and having questions, I mean you're taking the question out of it.
- 25:05Speaker 1: I mean like offering people just an app to go and you have the frequencies, because that's what I was gonna say, like how can people find the frequencies and how can people find the script.
- 25:14Speaker 1: And then you were just like it's right there for you.
- 25:15Speaker 1: So I mean, it's just, it makes it so easy.
- 25:19Speaker 2: And when I found out- how do we get them to take action and do it?
- 25:24Speaker 1: I know right, so how?
- 25:26Speaker 2: Help me, help me Well, I mean.
- 25:28Speaker 2: So I do it a lot.
- 25:30Speaker 2: You know I have an online course as well.
- 25:32Speaker 2: I do a lot of podcasts In our Healing Retreat Center.
- 25:36Speaker 2: Of course, we teach manifestation.
- 25:38Speaker 2: It's the first week is physical detox matter, changing matter.
- 25:41Speaker 2: The second week we get into energy work, consciousness work, emotional healing, work, moving.
- 25:47Speaker 2: This is very important.
- 25:48Speaker 2: I wanna share this with you and your audience is that I really believe that everybody that comes to Planet Earth and takes on one of these human bodies, at some point they must take a journey.
- 26:01Speaker 2: And it's only 18 inches long.
- 26:03Speaker 2: It's moving from here to here.
- 26:05Speaker 2: Why?
- 26:06Speaker 2: This is a supercomputer, but left to its own devices, that can be very, very dangerous.
- 26:12Speaker 2: See, my mind can lie to you.
- 26:14Speaker 2: My mind can cheat you.
- 26:16Speaker 2: My mind can manipulate you.
- 26:17Speaker 2: My mind is dangerous.
- 26:19Speaker 2: But when I moved to my heart and I started living from this beautiful heart, which is really where my soul is, my connection to source my love, my gratitude, my true essence, my internal, timeless consciousness, is here and someday it's gonna exit.
- 26:35Speaker 2: This vessel called a human body, made up of 50 trillion individual living conscious cells that decided to work together to give this little heart and soul and experience in the physical reality.
- 26:45Speaker 2: So I'm gonna leave it.
- 26:47Speaker 2: But when I live from here now, I can use this supercomputer.
- 26:52Speaker 2: This is a supercomputer.
- 26:54Speaker 2: There's a lot of talk about AI right now and everybody's afraid of it.
- 26:56Speaker 2: I don't think AI can even surpass this, because the subconscious mind yours right now, mine right now, all your listeners is taking in over one million bits of information every second.
- 27:10Speaker 2: Let me say again one million bits of data or information my subconscious mind is taking in every second.
- 27:17Speaker 2: It's controlling all my bodily functions.
- 27:19Speaker 2: It's aware of everything in my environment.
- 27:21Speaker 2: It's managing so many things.
- 27:24Speaker 2: It's not even funny, but it can only deliver 40 pieces of data to my conscious mind.
- 27:29Speaker 2: Why?
- 27:30Speaker 2: Because that's all my conscious mind can handle.
- 27:32Speaker 2: I can't talk to you and read a book at the same time.
- 27:34Speaker 2: I can only focus a little bit from the conscious mind, right?
- 27:38Speaker 2: So what?
- 27:39Speaker 2: 40 bits?
- 27:40Speaker 2: And the subconscious decides what to deliver to my conscious mind.
- 27:43Speaker 2: What does it decide?
- 27:46Speaker 2: How does it know?
- 27:47Speaker 2: Based on what I tell it, based on what it hears from me, based on what it feels from me.
- 27:53Speaker 2: So if I walk around all day and go man, my life sucks, man.
- 27:57Speaker 2: I just can't buy a break.
- 27:59Speaker 2: Gosh, darn it.
- 28:00Speaker 2: Nothing ever goes right for me.
- 28:02Speaker 2: That subconscious mind is going through those million bits of information, finding 40 bits of information delivering this conscious mind.
- 28:09Speaker 2: That is self-fulfilling prophecy.
- 28:11Speaker 2: It's going to find more reasons to reinforce that belief system that I'm a loser, more experiences that I'm a loser.
- 28:17Speaker 2: And what happens when I have these lousy thoughts?
- 28:20Speaker 2: This amazing supercomputer brain of mine is making chemicals and those chemicals now go into my body.
- 28:27Speaker 2: So lousy thought chemicals, lousy chemicals into my body that create fear, too much adrenaline, bob Accordus, or whatever.
- 28:35Speaker 2: Now I feel terrible.
- 28:38Speaker 2: And so what do most of us want to do?
- 28:39Speaker 2: We don't want to feel terrible, so we'll do some sort of action subconsciously so we don't feel bad.
- 28:45Speaker 2: So that might be go get a drink.
- 28:46Speaker 2: That might go promiscuity.
- 28:48Speaker 2: That might be go gambling.
- 28:49Speaker 2: That might some kids that they're cutting themselves and stuff.
- 28:52Speaker 2: Who knows what we're going to do to get out of pain.
- 28:54Speaker 2: You know it's pain or pleasure, right?
- 28:56Speaker 2: So when we're feeling pain we're going to go find pleasure, but we're not going to analyze it.
- 29:01Speaker 2: We're not going to do it consciously because we've lost our awareness.
- 29:04Speaker 2: We're not conscious anymore.
- 29:05Speaker 2: Now we're operating from the subconscious.
- 29:07Speaker 2: Now, if your subconscious was programmed like my subconscious, you're going to get angry, you're going to run away, you're going to drink, you're going to use drugs, you're going to do anything to avoid feeling this.
- 29:16Speaker 2: Once we figure all this out and we start living from this beautiful heart and the more see we got to open it.
- 29:23Speaker 2: You know this is what we do in Mountains of Hope, our retreat center.
- 29:26Speaker 2: Every night we have a opening heart ceremony, healing, coherence ceremony.
- 29:30Speaker 2: We want people to get in here and not be afraid of this.
- 29:33Speaker 2: Feelings aren't going to kill you.
- 29:35Speaker 2: I thought.
- 29:36Speaker 2: Might the wrong thought might kill you?
- 29:38Speaker 2: The wrong feeling is not going to kill you.
- 29:40Speaker 2: So we're living backwards, right?
- 29:43Speaker 2: So if I have a thought long enough that my life sucks and I should jump off my balcony and I'm on the 16th floor, you know I love, are you familiar with a woman named Byron Katie Mm-hmm.
- 29:54Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 29:55Speaker 2: I love her work.
- 29:56Speaker 2: I love her work, which is called the work with the workcom, but here's what she said.
- 30:00Speaker 2: She said the worst thing any human being can ever be found guilty of is believing a thought that's not true.
- 30:08Speaker 2: That's it.
- 30:09Speaker 2: Every crime, every bad starts with a thought, unquestioned thought, and we believe something that's not true and we take in action and for some of us that might mean the rest of our life in prison.
- 30:22Speaker 2: For some of us that might mean an early death.
- 30:24Speaker 2: For some of us that might be injury and they're killing someone else.
- 30:27Speaker 2: So that's why we got to live here and then use this consciously and try to stay awake and out of that unconscious part of our life as much as possible.
- 30:38Speaker 1: Yeah, when I realized that not everything that is said in here is actually true, it just like changed and I have to like constantly remind myself, like I'll notice myself moving through my day and like that voice just being so loud and like narrating everything, and I'm like, okay, let's just find another way to rephrase this or move about, Because it is.
- 30:57Speaker 1: It's just like it doesn't ever stop.
- 30:59Speaker 2: It's just like going through my brain.
- 31:00Speaker 2: It will stop it will stop.
- 31:02Speaker 1: It's like.
- 31:04Speaker 2: And that's why I'm really starting to embrace more and more meditation, because what I've realized lately especially, I've been doing a lot of work with Dr Joda Spindzen and his guided meditations are so powerful, his workshops are so powerful.
- 31:17Speaker 2: But, what's interesting, we have these two lights eyes that are always looking out.
- 31:23Speaker 2: The truth of the matter is, and we have a third eye, which is internal.
- 31:27Speaker 2: But the truth of the matter is, everything we will ever need is already within.
- 31:31Speaker 2: Okay, so we need to close our eyes, go within and realize and find the truth, because it will come, we will find it.
- 31:40Speaker 2: We just gotta sit still and be conscious and awake and aware long enough and we can find it.
- 31:47Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.
- 31:47Speaker 1: Yeah, I love meditation, but I know so often I feel like people's hesitation with it is like I just I can't quiet my mind.
- 31:54Speaker 1: I'm like that's not necessarily always the point right, like eventually it would be beautiful to get there, but it's not at all.
- 32:01Speaker 2: Rochelle, nobody can, nobody.
- 32:02Speaker 2: You don't quiet your mind until you take your last breath.
- 32:05Speaker 1: And I'm not sure you do, then either.
- 32:07Speaker 2: Okay you're gonna thoughts, thoughts come and go, and so that's what I tell people.
- 32:11Speaker 2: Hey, that's part of meditating, that is the that's the biggest part of it.
- 32:15Speaker 2: If you're not getting any thoughts, you got problems, okay.
- 32:18Speaker 2: So the thing is, don't chase those thoughts.
- 32:21Speaker 2: Or I get a thought and then I chase it down with one more thought and then another thought, and then I catch myself and then I bring it back, thought at a time, back to where we started.
- 32:30Speaker 2: Wait for the next thought.
- 32:32Speaker 2: Try not to chase it, just let it go by.
- 32:35Speaker 2: Okay, the main thing is what I'm trying to do is take the energy out of my body, especially the lower energy sections of my body, you know, the root chakra and the sexual chakra and the will chakra.
- 32:51Speaker 2: I wanna bring those into my heart chakra and beyond, because when I start moving energy up from my lower energy centers, you know because, listen, we all want food and sex and, no fear, security, right, but the truth of the matter is those are the bare minimum basics for a life, right?
- 33:10Speaker 2: So you know, and we shouldn't be consumed with that stuff.
- 33:13Speaker 2: That's part of life, but it's a very small part of life.
- 33:15Speaker 2: But we get consumed with sex, we get consumed with food, we get consumed with fear.
- 33:20Speaker 2: So we live in these lower energy centers and what's going on up here?
- 33:25Speaker 2: Not much.
- 33:26Speaker 2: So what I try to do is bring that energy up into my heart first, and then into my throat chakra, and open my pineal gland, the crown chakra, and then my light body, and focus on all that, and then some meditations are better than others, but it's a work in process.
- 33:44Speaker 2: It's an ongoing thing.
- 33:45Speaker 2: I don't care who the meditator is, there's always.
- 33:47Speaker 2: It's like golf.
- 33:48Speaker 2: I love golf, but you're never gonna master golf, you're never gonna master life, you're never gonna master meditation.
- 33:54Speaker 2: It's a journey, and just enjoy the journey.
- 33:57Speaker 1: Yeah, exactly, and I think specifically with meditation too.
- 34:01Speaker 1: I think I've had like a handful of them that are like it's almost like I was on drugs, right, but it's only a handful, and then you try and chase it afterwards and it's never gonna happen again.
- 34:10Speaker 1: I mean not that it's not gonna happen again, but it's few and far between, and that's also not the point of it, right.
- 34:16Speaker 1: It's enjoy those moments when they come and just take the meaning of what you received and move through your day with it.
- 34:23Speaker 2: I would say a mystic experience in my experience is five to 10% of the time.
- 34:28Speaker 2: I had one last night.
- 34:29Speaker 2: So when they happen they are super profound and just reinforces your belief system, opens your heart even more, quiets your mind even more, increases your energy.
- 34:40Speaker 2: And the one last night it almost shocked me.
- 34:42Speaker 2: All of a sudden it just started.
- 34:44Speaker 2: You know Dr Joe talks a lot about you know he talks a lot about moving the energy and popping open the pineal gland.
- 34:50Speaker 2: This was a whole nother mystical experience I had last night.
- 34:53Speaker 2: But what he talks about, like you know, you got to do the work and then, like a thief in the night, you might have a mystical experience every once in a while, but you never know.
- 35:03Speaker 2: But if you don't sit down and try, you're never going to have one.
- 35:07Speaker 1: Exactly the last one I had.
- 35:09Speaker 1: I was like my kids were running around and I was like witnessing myself having this experience and I was like, whoa, should I stop this, because I'm like, not even in my body.
- 35:17Speaker 1: But you don't want to, you're the kids.
- 35:22Speaker 1: Right.
- 35:24Speaker 1: Yeah, they were fine, I hear you, but I, like you know, when it comes to meditation I think you know we were talking to about like just all of this scrolling and all this like distractions and stuff.
- 35:36Speaker 1: You know, I think that's one of the challenging things about meditation is because it is just you and yourself and you had mentioned, you know, emotional like being in your body and emotional regulation and your physical health, and I think sometimes there is so much resistance because you're coming to that space where there's no distractions, right, and it's like your body wants, your ego is like, oh well, go check your phone, or you heard something buzz, or someone in the other room, or the dog needs this, or the kid needs this.
- 35:58Speaker 1: So it's like how do you like stop all of that?
- 36:02Speaker 1: And I think that's part of the challenge of meditation, right, it's just that's it.
- 36:05Speaker 2: Controlling your body.
- 36:07Speaker 1: Yeah, yes.
- 36:09Speaker 2: Do you have any like tips for people?
- 36:10Speaker 2: Listen, you know, one of my favorite books is came out a long time ago.
- 36:15Speaker 2: It's called the Road Less Traveled by M Scott Peck.
- 36:18Speaker 2: And what I love about it?
- 36:19Speaker 2: The first line of the book.
- 36:20Speaker 2: You know, all of us personal development people, you know we want to rah, rah, rah, blah, blah.
- 36:24Speaker 2: First line of the book is life is difficult, and I love that because life is.
- 36:30Speaker 2: You know, kids get cancer, people get in car wrecks, innocent people are harmed.
- 36:35Speaker 2: You know life can be very difficult and challenging, but we got to overcome it, we got to keep getting up and keep trying.
- 36:41Speaker 2: It's this is my big message for the world today, right now.
- 36:45Speaker 2: But, as I see it, everybody wants to be a victim in.
- 36:48Speaker 2: The media's feeding this and the governments are feeding this.
- 36:51Speaker 2: Well, when you're a victim, you have no power.
- 36:53Speaker 2: You've given up your power.
- 36:54Speaker 2: We are here to create.
- 36:56Speaker 2: We are powerful creators.
- 36:58Speaker 2: We just got to be reminded of that.
- 37:00Speaker 2: We got to remember that.
- 37:01Speaker 2: We got to remember how to do it.
- 37:02Speaker 2: We got to learn how to do it.
- 37:03Speaker 2: And when we start creating, guess what?
- 37:06Speaker 2: Now my power is back.
- 37:09Speaker 2: So here's the situation before I become quit being a victim and become a creator.
- 37:13Speaker 2: I have to take responsibility for everything in my life and once I do that, that's not, you know, if I'm sitting here with cancer or I have some issues.
- 37:24Speaker 2: I'm healthy issues myself.
- 37:25Speaker 2: I need to own those.
- 37:27Speaker 2: I can't blame my genetics.
- 37:28Speaker 2: I know the truth.
- 37:30Speaker 2: I know what I could have done better.
- 37:32Speaker 2: You know, I know why some of these things manifested and I need to own that.
- 37:36Speaker 2: Once I own it and I don't blame it on someone now I can fix it because I maintain my power, and I think we all have it, and I love playing the victim card.
- 37:46Speaker 2: Hey, my dad was one of the greatest victims I've ever met and so I inherited a lot of that behavior.
- 37:51Speaker 2: And there's nothing better than being a victim and being wronged and having self-righteous anger.
- 37:57Speaker 2: It's the greatest feeling in the world, but it's all bullshit.
- 38:00Speaker 2: Excuse me, that's okay.
- 38:02Speaker 1: Yeah, I think that's also part of the challenge, you know.
- 38:06Speaker 1: I mean, of course and I think that's the biggest question is like how do I get from there to like taking full responsibility?
- 38:11Speaker 1: And you mentioned like family stuff, and I think that's like definitely one of the biggest challenges, and I think it was I think it was Ramdas who was like if you think your heel has been a weekend with your family, all of your biggest triggers come out right and it's like you've been given this label and this role from birth.
- 38:25Speaker 1: Right, you are going to act this way.
- 38:27Speaker 1: You are selfish, or you are this or you are that, and you don't even question it.
- 38:30Speaker 1: Like you said that zero to eight, you're in that theta brainwave state and you're in this subconscious and you're taking all these stories on, so it's understandable why we have so much resistance to it.
- 38:39Speaker 1: And also it's again, it is that question, right, and that's always like I feel like you know, it's kind of like always asking that, like how do we get there?
- 38:47Speaker 1: How do we stop playing the victim?
- 38:49Speaker 1: How do we take responsibility?
- 38:51Speaker 1: And because it's, there's so much potential for us, right, Like we are infinite and all of it is.
- 38:57Speaker 1: You know, whatever modality you're using is a tool to remember, like you said, that space right here, and like moving out of here into here, right, it's like this just gets so in the way.
- 39:09Speaker 2: Yeah, but once you, once you really start doing this a lot, then you can kind of laugh at this, I mean, because it comes up with some crazy bullshit, right.
- 39:19Speaker 2: And then what's really cool?
- 39:20Speaker 2: What's really cool about it is now, you know, on those rare occasions when I'm in the States and I always tell people, I know, I know how to drive anybody crazy, in 30 days, for 30 days, every night, you watch an hour of Rachel Mano and then you watch an hour of Sean Hannity and I promise you you will go nuts, because there's one story, two completely different narratives, and neither one of those are true, right?
- 39:47Speaker 2: So so I really believe that when you're living from your heart, you see this that just honestly, honestly just becomes funny and and and confusing at times, but you don't get sucked in anymore.
- 40:00Speaker 2: You know this.
- 40:01Speaker 2: This heart is in the loves, the present moment, in a beautiful future, right.
- 40:06Speaker 2: And so the past?
- 40:07Speaker 2: You know, most of our thinking is regret, guilt, bullshit from the past, right?
- 40:12Speaker 2: Or fear.
- 40:13Speaker 2: You know something going on fear base, and when we live here full of love and especially gratitude, I think gratitude is one of the most powerful emotions, and so I try to start my day every day with gratitude and it's just easier.
- 40:25Speaker 2: You know it's easier.
- 40:27Speaker 2: And this creation frequency process that I teach in this, this app and this manifestation, it works.
- 40:34Speaker 2: So so there's no excuses.
- 40:38Speaker 2: Now, some people have a more difficult opportunity than others.
- 40:43Speaker 2: For example, I was born 1957 in the United States of America, white.
- 40:48Speaker 2: Do you think I had a better chance of becoming successful than someone born in Palestine that day or someone born in Africa?
- 40:57Speaker 2: Now, I had other challenges.
- 41:00Speaker 2: So so, from a financial and from a mental standpoint, I think I was born with I was surrounded by smart people and from an opportunity, we were middle class in America in the sixties, which was a great time.
- 41:13Speaker 2: I mean, it was unbelievable time.
- 41:15Speaker 2: It's almost hard to believe we went through it.
- 41:17Speaker 2: But I also had a challenging father, a challenging home life.
- 41:20Speaker 2: So we're all dealt different cards, right, but no matter what situation we find ourselves in, we can always get better, you know.
- 41:30Speaker 2: And no matter what we go through, we have a choice.
- 41:33Speaker 2: If it's something very difficult, like I lost my wife in 2011, it was very, very devastating to me not my wife that I manifest to marry me a second again, but my third wife, or my second wife, I should say and I lost her after a nine year battle with breast cancer the devastation.
- 41:48Speaker 2: And so we can either go through these tough experiences, and we can either become better and flourish through them, or we become bitter, and when we become bitter we become the victim, and then you know so.
- 42:03Speaker 2: So I look at the world.
- 42:04Speaker 2: You know I'm down here in Medellin, columbia.
- 42:06Speaker 2: I mean I love it here, but half these people are living in poverty, and so what can we do to help them?
- 42:12Speaker 2: See, my big thing is in this.
- 42:13Speaker 2: The mystery man taught me this as well contribution.
- 42:16Speaker 2: We have to have some sort of contribution goal.
- 42:19Speaker 2: So what we're doing is to try to what we call conscious capitalism.
- 42:23Speaker 2: We sell wealthy people to come to our retreat center and have this amazing, profound experience.
- 42:29Speaker 2: But for every retreat we have and we only have like 16, 17 people for every retreat we have we give a scholarship to a woman below the poverty line that's been recently diagnosed with cancer.
- 42:40Speaker 2: Or we give a scholarship to a military veteran coming back from Afghanistan and Iraq with PTSD 25 of those guys that they commit suicide because no one's taking care of them.
- 42:50Speaker 2: We give a scholarship to one of those and so when they come here they learn to detox the physical body.
- 42:55Speaker 2: We actually really do it for them.
- 42:57Speaker 2: You know, they're just along for the right.
- 42:58Speaker 2: And then we get into the next week.
- 43:00Speaker 2: Now we get into consciousness and energy, and so we're super excited to be.
- 43:04Speaker 2: We're just, we're not helping a lot of people, but we're doing the best we can.
- 43:09Speaker 2: And there's 7 billion people in the world right now Richelle, allegedly.
- 43:12Speaker 2: And if half of the 7 billion would lift up someone less fortunate and that could be a smile, that could be buying them a bag of groceries, that could be babysitting their kids, for whatever it is, if we, what would happen is we would change the consciousness and the consciousness would rise for one of gratitude and love and service.
- 43:31Speaker 2: And then all this craziness that we see out there, I think, would just dissolve.
- 43:35Speaker 2: You're always, we live in duality, so you have black and white, you have hot and cold, you're always going to have good and evil.
- 43:40Speaker 2: And right now you look at the yin and yang symbols half black, half white.
- 43:45Speaker 2: I think it's gotten a little too dark and so we need to push some of that, some of that negative energy, back and realize who we are.
- 43:52Speaker 2: And how do we do that?
- 43:53Speaker 2: If you look at it, we're so divided in so many areas and so many subjects black, white, christian, muslim, gay, straight Democrat, republican, trump, biden I mean, come on, okay, we're all in this together.
- 44:07Speaker 2: If you suffer, I'm suffering.
- 44:09Speaker 2: I have my individual consciousness I can control that, but there's a collective consciousness at all seven billionths of it, and so that's the energy that can affect us.
- 44:20Speaker 2: Why do we wake up?
- 44:21Speaker 2: Some days?
- 44:22Speaker 2: We're just sad.
- 44:22Speaker 2: We don't know why.
- 44:23Speaker 2: There's a collective.
- 44:24Speaker 2: You know, they really measured this on 9-11.
- 44:26Speaker 2: They saw the emotional collectiveness go way down.
- 44:29Speaker 2: So, and they've also done cities where they'll take a city and they'll do nothing but pray and meditate for 24 hours and they'll see crime go down, consciousness go up.
- 44:37Speaker 2: So it's all energy.
- 44:39Speaker 2: That's what I'm trying to get at.
- 44:40Speaker 2: It's all energy, vibration and frequency.
- 44:43Speaker 2: Tesla told us you want to understand the universe Energy, vibration and frequency, and that's really what's all going down, and so everything else is really an illusion.
- 44:51Speaker 2: Now I don't know if we want to get into that, but that's the truth, yeah.
- 44:56Speaker 1: No, I absolutely agree, and I think you know, even you know what you're doing making impact on those lives, and then those lives are going to go make impact on other lives.
- 45:03Speaker 1: You know, and that's how it started.
- 45:04Speaker 2: Yeah, the ripple effect.
- 45:05Speaker 1: Exactly, and you have to start somewhere and, just like you said, there is so much darkness out there and there is so much, but like coming back in here and then just raising yours and then you're influencing your energy around you and the people you come into contact with, right, so it is the ripple effect and I think, I think you know, you know it always gets darker before the dawn or whatever.
- 45:26Speaker 2: the darkest before the dawn Right, and so I think the fact that there is so much, that's what I think too, yeah.
- 45:31Speaker 1: It's showing us that there is a change coming, like I think it's inevitable.
- 45:35Speaker 2: So that's at least my beliefs.
- 45:37Speaker 2: But let me tell you what I think.
- 45:39Speaker 2: You tell me what you think.
- 45:40Speaker 2: I feel as if and I think this has happened many times before I think everything's a pattern, you know.
- 45:47Speaker 2: I like to say you know, if you and I walk through the jungle today, the force, today, half the forest is dead, half the forest is alive.
- 45:55Speaker 2: If we come back a hundred years from now, we walk through the same force.
- 45:59Speaker 2: The other half is now deaf and the other half is now alive.
- 46:02Speaker 2: It's all.
- 46:03Speaker 2: Life is a big circle, right?
- 46:04Speaker 2: And so there's patterns and there's energy patterns, and I believe that a couple of things.
- 46:09Speaker 2: One, we're going from a masculine energy which perhaps we've been going through the last 26,000 years, I don't know.
- 46:16Speaker 2: I think things started to shift, december 21st, 2012, the end of the Mayan calendar, and I feel we're going to effeminate energy.
- 46:23Speaker 2: So, the masculine energy, what is it?
- 46:24Speaker 2: It's domination, penetration, control.
- 46:27Speaker 2: But what is it?
- 46:28Speaker 2: Feminine energy nurturing, loving, you know.
- 46:32Speaker 2: And so I think we're making that switch.
- 46:35Speaker 2: Okay, but it takes time to fully envelop that, right, and so I think the Bibles would call what we're going through now the apocalypse.
- 46:43Speaker 2: What does apocalypse mean?
- 46:44Speaker 2: It just means lifting of the veil.
- 46:46Speaker 2: All that's happening is whoa.
- 46:48Speaker 2: We're starting to see whoa.
- 46:49Speaker 2: Look at all that, look at whoa.
- 46:51Speaker 2: And so we're awakening and that masculine energy is trying to hang on to the power and they're having as more and more of us wake up.
- 47:00Speaker 2: But it's getting harder and harder to hang on and more and more people are embracing the light, bracing these teachings, bracing what you do, I mean, I think everybody in the country now has a podcast.
- 47:09Speaker 2: So so we just got to find more listeners Everybody in the United States, a podcast coach or influencer, but I'm just kidding.
- 47:20Speaker 2: But but, um, so that's what I think is happening.
- 47:26Speaker 2: And so, like you said, you know it's always darkest at the light of dawn and then boom.
- 47:32Speaker 2: So I'm excited.
- 47:33Speaker 2: Actually, I would you know?
- 47:34Speaker 2: I told you I had a podcast, I got censored and so I had to cool that, but, but now I'm.
- 47:39Speaker 2: Now I'm excited, now it's now.
- 47:40Speaker 2: I'm just coming from a positive place of love and service and let's work our ways through this together, united, and we'll be okay.
- 47:49Speaker 1: Yeah, and I think you know, finding that balance between the masculine and the feminine, and I think you know, obviously in in that, in sort of going through a more like feminine society or structure or whatever, the masculine is just like kind of freaking out a little bit, it's like what about me?
- 48:05Speaker 1: And not wanting to give up that control, you know.
- 48:06Speaker 1: But you know, I mean I, I, I teach human design, I teach astrology.
- 48:11Speaker 1: That's sort of like one of my modalities to just like finding, remembering who you are.
- 48:15Speaker 1: I think it's really supportive for people who are attracted to that sort of, you know, energy.
- 48:20Speaker 1: But even in astrology, right Like age of Aquarius, I mean, there's just so much collectively that we can see from you know patterns and aspects that are happening now, and there's so much now that's happening that is like once in a lifetime stuff, like once in hundreds of years right.
- 48:37Speaker 1: So it's just incredible to see from that lens too.
- 48:40Speaker 1: It's like all of these shifts are happening.
- 48:42Speaker 1: It's written in the stars, literally, and it's like we're never going to see this stuff again, like it's just it.
- 48:48Speaker 1: That blows my mind, too Right, and it's just yeah, there's just so much change happening, and, and I think, you know it's so important, you know base, you know this conversation and coming back here to remember, because it's easy to get ungrounded, and that's where we're being called to Absolutely, absolutely yeah.
- 49:09Speaker 1: And you mentioned the body and I kind of want to go back to that a little bit because I feel like it's the body is so important, it's such an important piece to all of it too, because it's like we can be as spiritual as we want and meditate as much as we want, and I think you know, being able to nourish our body or detox our body right Just kind of enhances that connection a little bit.
- 49:28Speaker 1: So when you're moving people through that sort of like detox phase of your program, like what does that look like?
- 49:35Speaker 2: Yeah, so that's a great question.
- 49:36Speaker 2: So it's a pretty.
- 49:38Speaker 2: The first week is pretty heavy duty physical detox, right.
- 49:42Speaker 2: And it's a solid food vacation, juice feasting.
- 49:47Speaker 2: And then we give you enzymes to really clean the colon and the gut.
- 49:51Speaker 2: Then we're setting you up for a liver gallbladder flush, so we're softening those stones.
- 49:57Speaker 2: And then you, on the fifth or sixth day you drink some virgin olive oil and the next day all the stones come out.
- 50:03Speaker 2: So that's, that's the heavy duty part, right.
- 50:06Speaker 2: And then at the same time we give you IVs with nutrients and vitamins that you need.
- 50:12Speaker 2: We give you injections that you need, so we're putting that stuff back in.
- 50:17Speaker 2: We grow 50 different fruits and vegetables on our farm.
- 50:20Speaker 2: You can literally go into the garden, pull out your broccoli, your beans, whatever you want to make your juice of, walk it into the kitchen, stick it in the juicer.
- 50:27Speaker 2: Now you got right.
- 50:28Speaker 2: And our soil here is so rich we're 7,000 feet in the Andes Mountains and it's the soil is untouched, and so the that's so rich.
- 50:37Speaker 2: You make this juice.
- 50:38Speaker 2: It just nourishes you.
- 50:40Speaker 2: At the same time, we put you in an infrared sun.
- 50:43Speaker 2: At the same time we give you a coffee in them, or show you how to do a coffee in them.
- 50:47Speaker 2: We have pulse electromagnetic frequency pads that you lay on.
- 50:51Speaker 2: We got zero gravity chairs that massage you and move your limb system.
- 50:55Speaker 2: We got a gymnasium.
- 50:56Speaker 2: We got cold water plunges.
- 50:58Speaker 2: We got Jacuzzi.
- 50:59Speaker 2: We got a pool.
- 51:00Speaker 2: We got a yoga studio.
- 51:01Speaker 2: We got a spa and wellness center.
- 51:02Speaker 2: We got a conference center.
- 51:03Speaker 2: We got a sweat lodge where we do sweat lodge ceremonies.
- 51:07Speaker 2: So that's the first week is cleaning this body.
- 51:10Speaker 2: Now, why are we doing that?
- 51:12Speaker 2: Well, the next week we're going to give you the opportunity, if you wish, to do sacred plant medicine, and the cleaner the body, the more spiritual and sacred that experience is going to be.
- 51:23Speaker 2: Because if you don't clean the body, you're going to spend about six hours sitting on the toilet with a big bucket in your hand that you can throw up into.
- 51:30Speaker 2: But the reason we use or offer plant medicine because, especially with the military guys of PTSD, so many people are being healed by it.
- 51:39Speaker 2: It's the six hour powerful journey.
- 51:42Speaker 2: Ayahuasca is called grandmother and we only encourage people that are physically fit enough and that they feel it's being called.
- 51:50Speaker 2: We don't want anybody to do this under peer pressure.
- 51:52Speaker 2: So if they don't want to do that, I was going to just do a very powerful meditation, or we could do some mushrooms, or we do a repay, which is tobacco there's so many things that but we want to change the consciousness, we want to open the mind to all these other possibilities.
- 52:07Speaker 2: You know there's plant medicine they've been using down here in South America for centuries upon centuries, and all it is is bark from a tree in the Amazon that's been prayed over and turned into a tea for three days, so it's not going to hurt you, but we're going to make sure it's very safe and effective, and so that's really our retreat.
- 52:26Speaker 2: And so the whole thing is weak and it's ideally for people that want to heal something, whether it's something physically or something mentally or something emotionally and also people that want to experience transformation that lasts.
- 52:41Speaker 2: You know, I've been to all these programs and done all this stuff, but what sticks?
- 52:45Speaker 2: And so we're going to really program that subconscious mind, get this to stick.
- 52:50Speaker 2: You know, when you leave here you're going to have a morning routine that works for you, and then we follow you and we hold you accountable for the next year, if you like.
- 52:58Speaker 2: We're not going to bug you, but we offer that because we really want people to realize there's so many ways to heal, but the power is within you know and at least try that way.
- 53:12Speaker 2: And let's say they are going through a cancer treatment, western medicine treatment or something.
- 53:16Speaker 2: Well, we know one thing whether it works or not, it's debatable.
- 53:19Speaker 2: But we do know one thing for sure it ruins the immune system.
- 53:23Speaker 2: So, if nothing else, if they are doing some sort of Western medicine treatment, we'll at least show them how to strengthen their immune system.
- 53:30Speaker 2: And the other beautiful thing about our retreat so the first week we have an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening of education.
- 53:37Speaker 2: You know what is Candida?
- 53:38Speaker 2: What is heavy metal?
- 53:39Speaker 2: Are you heavy metal?
- 53:40Speaker 2: And we encourage people to get tested before they come.
- 53:43Speaker 2: Heavy metal testing, blood work, some genetic markers, some microbiome.
- 53:48Speaker 2: You know, we want to know what's going on because it's doctor supervised detox, we checked.
- 53:54Speaker 2: We have a dentist, we check.
- 53:55Speaker 2: You know, we want to know what's going on here, because if your mouth is a mess, the body needs help.
- 54:00Speaker 2: We need to fix this before the body is going to work, and so there's so many things that people don't know.
- 54:05Speaker 2: I didn't learn any of this stuff.
- 54:06Speaker 2: You know.
- 54:07Speaker 2: I told you there's story number two, and that happened in 2002 when my 29-year-old girlfriend at the time was diagnosed with stage three breast cancer.
- 54:17Speaker 2: She had a golf ball-sized tumor right here that I found, and so we spent nine years.
- 54:23Speaker 2: We eventually got married in the middle of this, but we spent nine years together battling cancer and as a result of that, it was her death that really finally opened my heart.
- 54:32Speaker 2: You know, I knew how to become successful when all that, but she would tell me every day Mike, you got to learn to be vulnerable.
- 54:39Speaker 2: You got to know what she's talking about.
- 54:40Speaker 2: She said it a million times to me and finally, after she died, I knew what she meant.
- 54:45Speaker 2: Okay, I was as vulnerable as you could be, and it was in that devastation of loss and grief that, finally, god was able to come in.
- 54:54Speaker 2: So lay open my heart, take out all the arrogance, all the BS, all the selfishness and replace it with love, and so that started my really major transformation.
- 55:06Speaker 2: Okay, one thing is to do good in the physical world, the other thing is to do good in the non-physical world.
- 55:12Speaker 2: And as a result of that, literally weeks after she had passed, a friend called me up and said hey, my sister-in-law has stage four breast cancer.
- 55:19Speaker 2: She's 38, same age as my wife that just passed away.
- 55:22Speaker 2: Do you think she needs an oncologist because she's moving down here for better care?
- 55:27Speaker 2: Can you take her to?
- 55:28Speaker 2: My late wife's name was Margo.
- 55:30Speaker 2: Can you take her to Margo's oncologist?
- 55:31Speaker 2: I said, sure, her name was Amanda, so we go there.
- 55:34Speaker 2: And he ordered some tests.
- 55:36Speaker 2: And so Amanda's single, not married.
- 55:38Speaker 2: He's got three kids, she's African American.
- 55:40Speaker 2: She doesn't have good insurance, she has no extra resources, she doesn't have much.
- 55:46Speaker 2: My late wife was amazingly amazing personality but everybody loved her.
- 55:50Speaker 2: I was always there with her, we had resources, we had great insurance.
- 55:52Speaker 2: What I noticed then I went to four or five appointments with Amanda one couple surgeries, they put a port in this and that and what I realized is that she was treated much differently than we were and I was just the observer and I just observed it and didn't say nothing, felt uncomfortable at times, but I wasn't in my place.
- 56:10Speaker 2: I barely know this woman, right.
- 56:11Speaker 2: And so we go back to my late wife's oncologist and he says Amanda, the best protocol to extend your life are these three chemotherapy simultaneously.
- 56:21Speaker 2: Unfortunately, your insurance company will only pay for one, so that's all I can give you.
- 56:26Speaker 2: I got to tell you.
- 56:28Speaker 2: I didn't realize that whether you live or die, or you get healthy or get treated depends on whether you have money or not.
- 56:33Speaker 2: I really didn't.
- 56:34Speaker 2: I just said, hey, here's my credit card.
- 56:36Speaker 2: You give her whatever she needs.
- 56:38Speaker 2: Just, I didn't even think about it, just said here.
- 56:41Speaker 2: And that became the love for Margo Foundation and I've literally sat with close to 200 women battling cancer and they're all below the poverty line.
- 56:49Speaker 2: They didn't have any money and after four or five years of this one, I'm giving financial grants.
- 56:54Speaker 2: The theory was, you know, they don't have money to begin with, they get sick.
- 56:58Speaker 2: Now they can't work, their expenses go up and there was no safety net.
- 57:01Speaker 2: I'm talking about African American women in Oakland.
- 57:04Speaker 2: I'm talking about Mexican women that came across the border illegally in La Quinta, california, or Palm Springs, california.
- 57:12Speaker 2: They came here to pick our vegetables, clean our hotel rooms, work on our golf courses and they get exposed to 151 known chemicals that cause breast cancer and they don't have insurance.
- 57:22Speaker 2: So that's even a bigger nightmare.
- 57:24Speaker 2: So I've seen all this horror, all this nightmare, and so after four or five years I go okay, this is not working, because most cases, very seldom would my financial grant get them through this.
- 57:37Speaker 2: And, you know, could we give them a thousand a month for five months and then they come out five months later and they're back to work.
- 57:43Speaker 2: Very seldom did that happen.
- 57:45Speaker 2: Most times, sicker, sicker, sicker death, and it was not pretty and it's a terrible, terrible death.
- 57:52Speaker 2: And so I said, okay, this is not working.
- 57:54Speaker 2: What can I do now?
- 57:55Speaker 2: I go okay, I'm going to buy water purifiers, I'm going to buy juicing machines, I'm going to buy vegetables and I'm going to try to teach them the strength in their immune system.
- 58:02Speaker 2: Well, now they think I'm their doctor and I'm a car salesman.
- 58:06Speaker 2: It's like okay, this is not working out too good.
- 58:08Speaker 2: So that's why I'm down here in Columbia now, where, hopefully, hopefully now, we have a way that we can help these women.
- 58:16Speaker 1: Yeah, that's amazing.
- 58:18Speaker 1: I mean, that's amazing that you're supporting them in whatever way you can and yeah, I think that's really, really powerful, how, like in your program now and in the retreat that you're doing now, what is like the most, I guess, the biggest transformation that you've seen.
- 58:38Speaker 2: Well, let me tell you something.
- 58:41Speaker 2: So I moved to Medellin in 2015.
- 58:46Speaker 2: It took me a year to find this beautiful, amazing.
- 58:49Speaker 2: There's mountains of hopecom, if you want to see how beautiful it is.
- 58:52Speaker 2: It took me until 2016 to find it.
- 58:56Speaker 2: Then we started.
- 58:56Speaker 2: Then I don't know what I'm doing, like.
- 58:58Speaker 2: I said I'm a car dealer, right, I don't know anything about anything.
- 59:01Speaker 2: And so I started fooling around with Retreats.
- 59:05Speaker 2: We do one Dr Super, it was kind of a.
- 59:08Speaker 2: I wasn't happy.
- 59:09Speaker 2: Then we started fooling around we do some ayahuasca retreats and then we do some yoga retreats, and I just couldn't find the right formula.
- 59:17Speaker 2: Then I fell in love with my attorney and got married.
- 59:21Speaker 2: And we took a one year honeymoon and got married three different times and three different locales.
- 59:27Speaker 2: And then, okay, boom, let's get this going again.
- 59:31Speaker 2: And guess what hit COVID.
- 59:33Speaker 2: So when the country of Columbia said, hey, no visitors here unless you're vaccinated, I said, hey, listen, I don't want to deal with any of this.
- 59:41Speaker 2: So we just and actually the pandemic was not good for me, because all I did was go back to Palms Rees and play golf every day for two years and party too much, and it was just a total waste of time.
- 59:53Speaker 2: So we came back this past summer.
- 59:54Speaker 2: So, gosh darn.
- 59:56Speaker 2: Well, anyways, we so, we're, we're building it.
- 59:59Speaker 1: So I said let's.
- 1:00:00Speaker 2: Let's make it five stars.
- 1:00:01Speaker 2: So we got it the entire.
- 1:00:02Speaker 2: We have 12 bedrooms.
- 1:00:03Speaker 2: We got it.
- 1:00:04Speaker 2: We have a 7,000 square foot house.
- 1:00:06Speaker 2: Then we have an additional seven bedrooms detached.
- 1:00:08Speaker 2: We got it everything.
- 1:00:10Speaker 2: We're turning it into a five star resort.
- 1:00:12Speaker 2: We're building the pool and the gym and the spa and the wellness center.
- 1:00:15Speaker 2: So we won't officially start doing retreats till September 30th and it's a two week retreat.
- 1:00:20Speaker 2: We will allow people, if they, if they beg us and they're desperate, if they just want to come for the physical detox week, we'll let them do that.
- 1:00:27Speaker 2: If they just want to come from the spiritual consciousness plant medicine week, we'll let them do that.
- 1:00:33Speaker 2: Ideally, if they want to fall into a lot and they really want lasting transformation, we discount them to come for both weeks.
- 1:00:40Speaker 2: So, we start September 30th.
- 1:00:42Speaker 2: Now I will tell you this, the retreats that we have done.
- 1:00:45Speaker 2: Let me tell you a little bit about plant medicine so you can Google.
- 1:00:49Speaker 2: This is true.
- 1:00:50Speaker 2: I already mentioned the PTSD and the amazing breakthroughs these guys are having.
- 1:00:54Speaker 2: There's a place in Costa Rica called Rhythmia.
- 1:00:57Speaker 2: They have 80 people a week that go there and do plant medicine four nights a week and they have miracle after miracle after miracle.
- 1:01:04Speaker 2: Many Americans, many Westerns, many Europeans.
- 1:01:06Speaker 2: The oncologist said, hey, man, sorry, nothing more we can do, get your fairs in order.
- 1:01:12Speaker 2: They come down here and they do the plant medicine and they have amazing breakthroughs.
- 1:01:16Speaker 2: So I really believe that the people that are fortunate enough to come to this two week retreat are going to open their heart like it's never been opened before.
- 1:01:28Speaker 2: They're going to understand how this works.
- 1:01:31Speaker 2: We're going to erase any bad habits, the neural pathways that they got, bad habits.
- 1:01:35Speaker 2: We're going to erase them, install good ones.
- 1:01:37Speaker 2: They're going to really feel better.
- 1:01:39Speaker 2: Their energy is going to go through the roof after this physical detox and they're going to, I hope, through my process of manifestation and a lot of that kind of work, find their true purpose, find their true calling, find their true love and be strong enough to go back home and whatever is going on.
- 1:01:57Speaker 2: And, like we talked earlier, I think we are headed for some tough time.
- 1:02:00Speaker 2: So the stronger we can get physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually the more drugs we can get off medicine drugs we can get off of and the stronger we can become.
- 1:02:10Speaker 2: I think it's important for the next few years to be able to weather whatever is coming our way, and I don't think, I think we're still got some things to go through here.
- 1:02:19Speaker 2: So I just feel like, hey, the stronger I am and I'm not relying on medications or if everything I need is within, no matter where I go and no matter what happens, I'm going to be okay.
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: Yeah, and I think you're holding that vision right and I think that it's going to come into manifestation.
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: And just as far as like plant medicine, I experimented with microdose for about a year.
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: I didn't do like a full on trip in any way, but just even that, like microdosing, my anxiety went from like a 10 to like a three right.
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: And in itself and the ability to, in those moments like journal or meditate, and free wire that subconscious I truly believe made the shift for me and my personal life.
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: So I'm I'm absolutely like behind the and I think there's been so much evidence and proof right that it does work, you know you know, rochelle, it's natural medicine.
- 1:03:12Speaker 2: Okay, you know, I mean listen.
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: I think you turned off your mic.
- 1:03:21Speaker 2: Am I back Am.
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: I back yeah.
- 1:03:24Speaker 2: So so I have this little heart problem I'm dealing with right and so they want to put you on all these medications.
- 1:03:29Speaker 2: I'm going no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
- 1:03:30Speaker 2: So I'm doing more meditation and I'm figuring out how to do deal with this right.
- 1:03:36Speaker 2: Now I'm not.
- 1:03:37Speaker 2: Listen.
- 1:03:38Speaker 2: There's good parts about Western medicine and there's bad parts.
- 1:03:41Speaker 2: There's good parts about natural medicine and there's bad.
- 1:03:44Speaker 2: Good and bad right.
- 1:03:45Speaker 2: So there's good and bad and everything.
- 1:03:47Speaker 2: So I'm not knocking that, but what I've seen when it comes to cancer especially because that's where I spent a lot of time and energy nine years with my late wife and then four or five years with all these women there's a lot of flaws in that.
- 1:04:02Speaker 2: So I just tell people hey, you know, you got to do your own research, you got to make your own decision.
- 1:04:07Speaker 2: But at the end of the day, if you can find a natural way, even though it's going to be maybe a little more difficult, okay and take a little longer to heal, you're not going to have the side effects, because I don't care what the medicine is.
- 1:04:19Speaker 2: You Google it.
- 1:04:20Speaker 2: There's a bunch of side effects and those you know.
- 1:04:23Speaker 2: I mean heck.
- 1:04:24Speaker 2: I'll give you an example when I'm 35, I go to the doctor and he goes hey, man, your blood pressure is a little high.
- 1:04:29Speaker 2: Yeah, he goes, but it's no big deal, you just take these pills for the rest of your life.
- 1:04:32Speaker 2: You'll be fine, all right.
- 1:04:34Speaker 2: Well, turns out okay that those pills have cost some other product after 30 years.
- 1:04:40Speaker 2: Now, you know, they didn't start hurting me right away, but after 30 years of this toxicity, you know, and I just had a heavy metal test and I'm like I have mercury poisoning, right.
- 1:04:50Speaker 2: So there's so many things we need to know, because the truth is, we all want to feel good, but when we're not feeling good, we need to find the root cause.
- 1:04:59Speaker 2: Functional medicine as opposed to, you know, write a prescription medicine.
- 1:05:03Speaker 2: Let's find out what the cause is.
- 1:05:04Speaker 2: And so 30 years ago, if the guy said, hey, why you're 35,?
- 1:05:08Speaker 2: Why the heck do you got high blood pressure, and we started to figure that out instead of hey, just take these pills.
- 1:05:14Speaker 2: But you know, I'm like everybody else in this microwave society.
- 1:05:16Speaker 2: I want it.
- 1:05:17Speaker 2: Now, you know, I want it easy and now you know so.
- 1:05:19Speaker 2: But the truth is the world doesn't work like that.
- 1:05:23Speaker 2: If I plan an acorn today, it's going to be quite some time till I see that oak tree, right.
- 1:05:28Speaker 2: So that's the way the, that's the manifestation process.
- 1:05:31Speaker 2: We plant a seed and we wait, we water it and then we reap whatever comes out.
- 1:05:40Speaker 1: Yeah, and I think it's so important to question that.
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: You know, because, like you said, you go to the doctor and they're just quick to write prescriptions but it's never like what's going on in your life.
- 1:05:47Speaker 1: Or how was your childhood?
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: Like my daughter dealt with chronic infections, Like we were at the ER like so many times during the year and the she became immune to the antibiotics and I went and studied gut health later in life, like after she had grown up.
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: But I think the thing that did it was I.
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: I went vegan and so she stopped dairy and literally she's never had them again.
- 1:06:08Speaker 2: Yeah, and so it's just like your things and the doctor.
- 1:06:13Speaker 2: So the doctor gets three hours, four years of med school.
- 1:06:16Speaker 2: He gets three hours of nutrition.
- 1:06:18Speaker 2: What's more important than what we put in our body?
- 1:06:20Speaker 2: Yeah, you know what I love about down here in Columbia.
- 1:06:23Speaker 2: When I go to a doctor here, it's the 30 minute consultation.
- 1:06:27Speaker 2: You go to a doctor in America.
- 1:06:29Speaker 2: I mean, if they, if they're with you two or three minutes, you know they're chomping at the bit to go to the next round right.
- 1:06:36Speaker 1: You're waiting 30 minutes for that.
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: They need to turn and burn.
- 1:06:39Speaker 2: Yeah, exactly yeah, and just so and just FYI, in 2002, the World Health Organization did a survey of every country in the world, and this is 20 years ago.
- 1:06:51Speaker 2: Columbia was 22nd in the world, united States was 37th.
- 1:06:54Speaker 2: I'm told they just did another one.
- 1:06:56Speaker 2: We're down on like 17th in the United States, isn't like in the 50s?
- 1:07:00Speaker 2: So so there's and by the way, it's 80% less down here too, you know, especially dental work.
- 1:07:05Speaker 2: So many of my friends come down here for dental work because it's better and cheaper.
- 1:07:09Speaker 2: So that's just a little commercial.
- 1:07:11Speaker 1: Yeah, well, you know, hopefully things are shifting and I hope people are waking up, because I think, you know, yeah, we're just.
- 1:07:18Speaker 1: We blindly take what our doctors say is is truth and, like you said, there's so much beauty in it too, but also like, if you know you best right, like you know your body, and so it's like really question, if something doesn't feel right, then trust that.
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: My final question to you are you so you know we've, we've talked about so much and we talked about you know those, those meditations, those theta brainwave audios and the intentions.
- 1:07:43Speaker 1: Are you still actively using those on a daily basis in your own practice?
- 1:07:47Speaker 2: Yeah, I, I absolutely.
- 1:07:49Speaker 2: But I do it differently.
- 1:07:50Speaker 2: You know, I've been doing it since 1982, right?
- 1:07:52Speaker 2: So what I do now?
- 1:07:55Speaker 2: So I do have some health issues, so that's what I record a powerful health intention.
- 1:07:59Speaker 2: Okay, everything else might like my retreat center.
- 1:08:03Speaker 2: I speak, I just speak it into existence.
- 1:08:05Speaker 2: Okay, I don't have to write it down, I don't have to record it.
- 1:08:09Speaker 2: I and I don't recommend this for everybody, because you know, if you have a big goal, your family is going to knock it, your friends are going to knock it.
- 1:08:16Speaker 2: The truth of the matter is, you know, most people are going to knock you before they support you, right?
- 1:08:21Speaker 2: So if it's something big, if your dream is big, I say, keep it private and nurture it and, you know, manifest it.
- 1:08:28Speaker 2: And then tell people For me, I just tell people I'm doing it.
- 1:08:32Speaker 2: What have I done?
- 1:08:33Speaker 2: I've created a lot of leverage.
- 1:08:34Speaker 2: I've.
- 1:08:36Speaker 2: Now now I have to do it, right.
- 1:08:38Speaker 2: So so that's how I do it now.
- 1:08:40Speaker 2: So I just say, hey, man, we're building this amazing retreat center.
- 1:08:43Speaker 2: Now, my team, you know, I encourage them to do this and especially, more importantly, for their personal life, you know, because everybody wants to manifest what Either more wealth, better health or love.
- 1:08:54Speaker 2: Those are the three big things, right.
- 1:08:55Speaker 2: So I really encourage them to manifest that, because you know our job is I put family and health before the job, right.
- 1:09:03Speaker 2: So?
- 1:09:03Speaker 2: But I just speak it now honestly.
- 1:09:08Speaker 1: Yeah Well, thank you so much for sharing everything tonight.
- 1:09:12Speaker 1: It's been, it's been really amazing to have this conversation with you.
- 1:09:16Speaker 1: Where can everyone find you and if you have any last words for any of the listeners?
- 1:09:22Speaker 2: So, last words, I would just say listen, the world needs you.
- 1:09:27Speaker 2: You're a powerful creator.
- 1:09:29Speaker 2: Contemplate, moving from the head to the heart.
- 1:09:31Speaker 2: If the heart's been broken before it hurt, I get it.
- 1:09:34Speaker 2: Work on opening it.
- 1:09:36Speaker 2: There's tons of resources.
- 1:09:38Speaker 2: You know, almost every book is free on Google somewhere YouTube, I mean.
- 1:09:43Speaker 2: There's so many great teachers.
- 1:09:45Speaker 2: You know.
- 1:09:45Speaker 2: My favorite, dr Joda, spends all you can just teachings on YouTube for free is meditation.
- 1:09:50Speaker 2: Byron, katie, bruce Lipton.
- 1:09:52Speaker 2: These are the people that are changing people.
- 1:09:54Speaker 2: Transformation that last.
- 1:09:56Speaker 2: So do it, you can do it.
- 1:09:58Speaker 2: We need you, the world needs you.
- 1:09:59Speaker 2: We need you to wake up.
- 1:10:01Speaker 2: So many people are suffering and let's just see what we can do to make the world a little better place.
- 1:10:06Speaker 2: Finding me I have my personal website is Mike Murphy, unfilteredcom.
- 1:10:10Speaker 2: Our retreat center here in Columbia is mountainsofhopecom and our nonprofit foundation Oakland, california, is love from Margo M-A-R-G-O-Torg.
- 1:10:22Speaker 2: There you are.
- 1:10:25Speaker 1: And I'll have everything in the show notes for everyone, just to like go down there and click.
- 1:10:29Speaker 1: Thank you so much.
- 1:10:31Speaker 2: You are a beautiful, bright life and thank you so much for having me.
- 1:10:34Speaker 1: Thank you, Mike.
