- 0:08Speaker 1: Advice shogallallallall, Hello, welcome to the Naughty but Night Show.
- 0:17Speaker 1: I'm your host, drop Shooter. It is Wednesday, which means
- 0:19Speaker 1: only one thing around here. Dear friend Donnie Meetcham from
- 0:23Speaker 1: Okay magazine dot com is joining us. Donny, are you there?
- 0:28Speaker 1: Lower lower lower? Hello? How exciting you know? I was
- 0:32Speaker 1: thinking a better rob. I'm going to a Halloween party
- 0:35Speaker 1: early this weekend. I might dresses you. That's a terribly
- 0:40Speaker 1: my goodness, that would certainly scan good luck with that
- 0:44Speaker 1: one I might go to. I'm not the biggest Halloween fan,
- 0:46Speaker 1: but Kanntes Luanna from the Housewives is throwing a party
- 0:51Speaker 1: and I'd love to go. But I'm very lazy, so
- 0:53Speaker 1: I don't really want to get dressed up. If I
- 0:55Speaker 1: go with that wearing fancy dress, that's not right. You've
- 0:58Speaker 1: got to make some of an effort. What's the minimal
- 1:01Speaker 1: What's the minimal effort I can make in a costume?
- 1:04Speaker 1: What do you recommend going is just put on glasses
- 1:07Speaker 1: and talk at a British accents as minimal as you need.
- 1:10Speaker 1: Just paint your face a little bit nose, you know what?
- 1:17Speaker 1: Maybe on me to the night after Halloween. It sounds
- 1:19Speaker 1: a lot easier. You know what time it is, my friends,
- 1:22Speaker 1: it is. Katie Curry had a big interview on The
- 1:25Speaker 1: Today Show where she said she has absolutely no relationship
- 1:28Speaker 1: with Matt Lower. So Katie and Matt spent nine years
- 1:32Speaker 1: together as co anchors on The Today Show, but after
- 1:35Speaker 1: he was fired in two thousand and seventeen for inappropriate
- 1:39Speaker 1: sexual conduct, this has led to the end of their relationships.
- 1:43Speaker 1: So she was asked about Matt by Savannah. Savannah had
- 1:46Speaker 1: to ask, it was so awkward. Did you watch it?
- 1:50Speaker 1: But it was so all good. But Katie is selling
- 1:52Speaker 1: her book, plugging her book that Today's you had to
- 1:55Speaker 1: have her. If they didn't have it would have looked terrible.
- 1:57Speaker 1: So Savannah had to ask about Matt and Ji said, quote,
- 2:01Speaker 1: we have no relationship. So she went on to say
- 2:04Speaker 1: that after all the accusations exploded, Katie did a little
- 2:08Speaker 1: bit of her own reporting, and she figured out quite
- 2:12Speaker 1: quickly there was a side of Matt that she never
- 2:15Speaker 1: knew about. Are you surprised you believe her? I have
- 2:19Speaker 1: a hard time with this because, as we all know,
- 2:22Speaker 1: it's a lot of it's coming out is Katie did
- 2:25Speaker 1: immediately text Matt after he was fired and basically being like,
- 2:29Speaker 1: I'm here for you, you know, I'm sorry this has happened.
- 2:32Speaker 1: It does not look good because regardless these accusations were
- 2:36Speaker 1: out there, people were saying really bad things about them,
- 2:40Speaker 1: and it was going that she almost didn't believe the ladies.
- 2:43Speaker 1: It was very it was sick. But now years have passed,
- 2:46Speaker 1: maybe she's come to a new realization. But it just
- 2:48Speaker 1: doesn't look good. But I think she was shocked to
- 2:50Speaker 1: by the excerpts that were leaked from the book. She
- 2:53Speaker 1: said they did not take into context the full story
- 2:57Speaker 1: of the book. She went on to say that after
- 2:59Speaker 1: she learned more information about Matt and what went on
- 3:02Speaker 1: behind the scenes, it was really upsetting and disturbing. Finally
- 3:06Speaker 1: she said it. She said, she was really devastated and
- 3:08Speaker 1: it was disgusting. She said, I think I realized that
- 3:12Speaker 1: there is a side of Matt I never really knew,
- 3:15Speaker 1: and I tried to understand why he behaved the way
- 3:17Speaker 1: he did and why he was so reckless and callous
- 3:20Speaker 1: and honestly abusive to women. She went on to say
- 3:24Speaker 1: too that she was really, really honest and she was
- 3:27Speaker 1: actually surprised by the reaction to the book once again.
- 3:31Speaker 1: She said she felt wildly misrepresented and she hopes everybody
- 3:35Speaker 1: actually reads the book because she claims the tabloid headlines
- 3:40Speaker 1: were portraying the book as something that it is not.
- 3:43Speaker 1: I've ordered the book. It's number one on Amazon today,
- 3:46Speaker 1: so I will be reading it tomorrow when I get it.
- 3:49Speaker 1: She went on to say too. To be honest, she's
- 3:52Speaker 1: her own harshest critic, and so she's very self critical
- 3:57Speaker 1: and she feels that she's quite company mentory of other
- 4:01Speaker 1: people in the book, which brings us to our pole
- 4:04Speaker 1: question of the day. Katie is now saying she has
- 4:07Speaker 1: no relationship with Matt Lauer. Is this the right move
- 4:11Speaker 1: or is it disloyal? It's a tricky question. They've been
- 4:15Speaker 1: friends for over a decade. When someone you love, when
- 4:20Speaker 1: somebody you know, when a friend lets you down, what
- 4:23Speaker 1: do you do? Do you forgive them? I'd like to
- 4:26Speaker 1: be able to say that I forgive my friends. I
- 4:29Speaker 1: love my friends, but it depends what they do, what
- 4:32Speaker 1: they're accused of doing. What do you think about this
- 4:35Speaker 1: one that? Is it right or is it a disloyal
- 4:38Speaker 1: Go vote on our Twitter page at Naughty Nice Rob
- 4:40Speaker 1: or our Facebook page, which is naughty your slip and
- 4:42Speaker 1: be sure to check back tomorrow to hear your results.
- 4:46Speaker 1: Donnie Love, what are you working on? This story is delicious?
- 4:50Speaker 1: So a nonprofit they decline donation from Jamie Lynn Spears's
- 4:55Speaker 1: upcoming book sales. Following they received a lot of backlash.
- 5:00Speaker 1: So last week Jamie Lynn Spears, who we all know
- 5:02Speaker 1: is the sister of popeyicon Brittney Spears, she now she
- 5:07Speaker 1: finished her book. Thinks I should have said. What she
- 5:09Speaker 1: talks about is kind of giving her closure on this
- 5:12Speaker 1: portion of her life and kind of moving on to future.
- 5:15Speaker 1: But she revealed that portion of the book's proceeds would
- 5:19Speaker 1: go to a mental health nonprofit called This is My Brave,
- 5:24Speaker 1: which is beautiful. But the organization announced it's actually rejected
- 5:29Speaker 1: her offer to donate to their cause because people have
- 5:33Speaker 1: just there's been so much public outcry about the book.
- 5:36Speaker 1: They said, we have made the decision to decline the
- 5:38Speaker 1: offer of receiving proceeds from the book sales. The statement
- 5:43Speaker 1: went on, we heard you talking about the people complaining.
- 5:45Speaker 1: We're taking action. We're deeply sorry to anyone we offended. Wow, well,
- 5:50Speaker 1: it's not just the controversy about the book. Brittany has
- 5:53Speaker 1: said some very harsh things about her sister, and we
- 5:56Speaker 1: know that Brittany has suffered with mental health issues herself.
- 6:00Speaker 1: So for this organization to take money from somebody that
- 6:03Speaker 1: has been accused of being somewhat of a bully towards
- 6:06Speaker 1: somebody who has been struggling, it's very, very difficult. I
- 6:09Speaker 1: understand this. I get nonprofits need money, they need need money,
- 6:13Speaker 1: but they don't want to take money from somebody that
- 6:15Speaker 1: is so controversial. It really really jeopardizes their mission. This
- 6:20Speaker 1: is really bad to give or to want to give
- 6:24Speaker 1: a percentage of your profits to a nonprofit organization and
- 6:29Speaker 1: the organization says no thanks. That just goes to show
- 6:34Speaker 1: you the anti sentiment out there for Jamie Lynn Spears,
- 6:39Speaker 1: her dad, her mother. I think at the moment, we
- 6:41Speaker 1: are all all team Brittany, and anybody that didn't help
- 6:46Speaker 1: Brittany or worse, was actually involved in this awful incident
- 6:52Speaker 1: that happened to Brittany for over a decade. I think
- 6:55Speaker 1: they now are going to pay the price. Moving along,
- 6:59Speaker 1: Megan McKay and there's a revealing why she quit the
- 7:01Speaker 1: view and it actually was over a comment that Joy
- 7:05Speaker 1: be Heart made so She has a new memoir act
- 7:08Speaker 1: called Bad Republican, and she recalls the work environment at
- 7:12Speaker 1: the View being toxic, particularly one exchange she had with
- 7:16Speaker 1: Joya when she realized it's just not worth it anymore so.
- 7:20Speaker 1: The way she had been treated on the show as
- 7:22Speaker 1: the resident Conservative was something that bugged her, but she
- 7:26Speaker 1: sort of got used to it, she said. However, when
- 7:28Speaker 1: she returned from maternity leave, everything change. She said, she
- 7:33Speaker 1: just couldn't handle it anymore, and it was no matter
- 7:36Speaker 1: of just being a tough day. It just wasn't something
- 7:39Speaker 1: she was willing to do anymore. So she details what
- 7:42Speaker 1: happened with an on air disagreement in January with Joy.
- 7:47Speaker 1: It was only her second day bag from maternity leave.
- 7:51Speaker 1: Megan said the following quote, Joy and I began squabbling.
- 7:55Speaker 1: I said, Joy, you missed me so much when I
- 7:58Speaker 1: was on maternity leave. You missed fighting with me. Joy responded,
- 8:03Speaker 1: you might remember this quote. I did not. I did
- 8:07Speaker 1: not less you zero. Megan said that broker nobody had
- 8:14Speaker 1: ever said anything like that to her on camera since
- 8:18Speaker 1: she started doing interviews when she was just twenty two
- 8:21Speaker 1: years old. She said she began to sob and during
- 8:24Speaker 1: commercial break, she decided, you know, it's time for me
- 8:27Speaker 1: to leave. I'm a fan of joy and so I
- 8:30Speaker 1: want to defend her here. But I remember when Joyce
- 8:33Speaker 1: said that it was really really rough. Now did she
- 8:36Speaker 1: mean it? Probably yes, but it still was a really tough,
- 8:40Speaker 1: tough thing to say. Do you remember it, Donna? Oh,
- 8:42Speaker 1: I remember it well, and it was cringeworthy at the moment,
- 8:45Speaker 1: and it's cringeworthy now rethinking about it, because I'm saying
- 8:48Speaker 1: that I love joy by heart. She is hilarious. Believe
- 8:53Speaker 1: she felt exactly what she said in that moment. But
- 8:56Speaker 1: also I can see what McCain saying. You can disagree
- 9:00Speaker 1: with me because you're a Democrat. I'm a conservative. That's fine,
- 9:03Speaker 1: but that means you don't like me as a person.
- 9:06Speaker 1: And that's when it hurts. It becomes personal. It become personal,
- 9:09Speaker 1: and it had gotten personal between everybody here. There's no heroes,
- 9:13Speaker 1: there's no villains. Everybody is guilty and innocent at the
- 9:16Speaker 1: same time here. But the place had got so toxic.
- 9:19Speaker 1: You could see it. Viewers were stopping watching the show
- 9:21Speaker 1: because it was just so awkward. It was me uncomfortable.
- 9:25Speaker 1: It was so mean. I love a good fight on TV,
- 9:28Speaker 1: but I don't like it when it gets really really mean.
- 9:31Speaker 1: That was the moment, although now some people are saying
- 9:35Speaker 1: should have enjoy lied and said yes I did miss
- 9:37Speaker 1: you like and you don't miss somebody if they're foolish
- 9:40Speaker 1: in love to ask you did you miss me? What
- 9:42Speaker 1: do you say? It is awkward? I mean I do
- 9:47Speaker 1: see what you said. You could have just laughed it half.
- 9:49Speaker 1: You are a TV, You're getting paid to be a show.
- 9:51Speaker 1: Poy said, welcome back. I wouldn't have answered the question.
- 9:54Speaker 1: When they don't answer the question, that means the answer
- 9:56Speaker 1: is not an answer you want. So I wouldn't have
- 9:58Speaker 1: answered the question unless I was really pushed. But if
- 10:01Speaker 1: somebody asked me like, I know you missed me, you
- 10:03Speaker 1: missed me, I'd just be like, welcome back, which is
- 10:05Speaker 1: not saying yes or no. And so I think this
- 10:09Speaker 1: could have I've been handled better all the way around.
- 10:13Speaker 1: But now we know the reason that Megan finally said,
- 10:16Speaker 1: I'm out. What's Billy Porter up to? Donnie Billy Porter?
- 10:20Speaker 1: He is slamming Harry Styles Vogue cover. So the new
- 10:27Speaker 1: issue of Folks, they put Harry Styles on the cover
- 10:29Speaker 1: in a dress, and Billy Porter was like sweetie, because
- 10:33Speaker 1: I changed the game, he explained, And that is not ego,
- 10:37Speaker 1: that is fact. I was the first one doing it
- 10:41Speaker 1: and now everyone is doing it. And Billy does have
- 10:44Speaker 1: a point. Gran He wasn't the first man to ever
- 10:46Speaker 1: wear a dress, but yes he did go on red carpets,
- 10:51Speaker 1: you know, proudly wearing a dress. And now because Harry Styles,
- 10:54Speaker 1: I'll say it is a straight white man. That's what
- 10:59Speaker 1: he said. That his it's not yours, he said. But yes, okay,
- 11:03Speaker 1: you both agree. Because I think Billy Porter is fabulous
- 11:07Speaker 1: and everything does. But I can see why they put
- 11:11Speaker 1: Harry Styles on the vote cover because he's going to
- 11:12Speaker 1: sell more covers the magazine's about. It makes me always
- 11:17Speaker 1: sort of giggle a little bit when people ask about
- 11:19Speaker 1: these magazines. They're a profit making business, and Harry Styles
- 11:24Speaker 1: is going to sell more magazines than Billy Porter. Harry
- 11:26Speaker 1: is the biggest star. It's got a bigger fan base.
- 11:28Speaker 1: I totally get it. You don't put people on the
- 11:30Speaker 1: cover of magazines because you think they should be there.
- 11:33Speaker 1: You put them there because they should be there, But
- 11:34Speaker 1: they're also going to sell a magazine. I agree with
- 11:37Speaker 1: Billy here. I do agree with him. He also went
- 11:39Speaker 1: on to say this is politics for me, and Harry
- 11:42Speaker 1: doesn't seem to care about this. He went on to
- 11:44Speaker 1: say that he Billy had to fight his entire life
- 11:47Speaker 1: for a place where I could wear a dress to
- 11:49Speaker 1: the Oscars, and now all Harry has to do is
- 11:52Speaker 1: show up and be white and straight. I do get
- 11:55Speaker 1: his points. I think where his ruffled feathers here is
- 11:59Speaker 1: he has not given credit to anyone that went before him.
- 12:04Speaker 1: So it's fine for Billy to say Harry followed in
- 12:08Speaker 1: my footsteps, but we all followed in someone's footsteps. Let's
- 12:11Speaker 1: talk about David Bowie. He was gender bending before Billy
- 12:16Speaker 1: Porter was even around. Marlina Dietrix. We know she was
- 12:21Speaker 1: doing it too, So you know, believe if you want
- 12:23Speaker 1: a school us here, you're not wrong. But it's only
- 12:26Speaker 1: half of a lesson, half of a lesson. What do
- 12:29Speaker 1: you quick, quick, what do you think the alternative is
- 12:31Speaker 1: them just not putting a man with a dress on
- 12:33Speaker 1: the cover. I think that that we do have to
- 12:35Speaker 1: think about two just pushing the narrative forward. Yeah, you know,
- 12:39Speaker 1: like if Brad pittwater a dress, he could be on
- 12:40Speaker 1: a cover. If George cleaning order he could be on
- 12:42Speaker 1: a cover too. It's not really the dress, it's the
- 12:45Speaker 1: superstar that's wearing them. The same with Vogue in general.
- 12:49Speaker 1: We think it's a fashion magazine, but it's really a
- 12:52Speaker 1: celebrity magazine. They never put models on the cover now
- 12:55Speaker 1: without being a well known celebrity. So I do understand
- 12:59Speaker 1: what Billy is saying. I think, no, picking a fight
- 13:01Speaker 1: with Vogue or with Harry Styles is maybe not the
- 13:04Speaker 1: way to go. Instead of calling Harry out, I'd welcome
- 13:08Speaker 1: him into this community of guys who feel comfortable in
- 13:12Speaker 1: non binary fashion. And you know what, I'd say, Let's
- 13:16Speaker 1: do a cover together, all of us together. Tricky, tricky, tricky.
- 13:20Speaker 1: Quickly before we go to break. Kim Kardashianna bought the
- 13:23Speaker 1: l a home from Kanye West, so we've seen new
- 13:25Speaker 1: legal documents. We talked about this. She got her hands
- 13:28Speaker 1: on the sixty million dollar home, but she had to
- 13:31Speaker 1: pay for it. So she had to pay twenty three
- 13:33Speaker 1: million dollars to get the house from Kanye. In the
- 13:37Speaker 1: court filings that I've seen, twenty million went to the
- 13:40Speaker 1: price of the property, three million went to the contents,
- 13:44Speaker 1: so she got the appliances, the dishwashers. She got the furniture,
- 13:48Speaker 1: she got the silver, the art, so she got all
- 13:51Speaker 1: of it. As we said, the house is reported to
- 13:54Speaker 1: be worth sixty million, so it sounds like she got
- 13:56Speaker 1: herself a deal. Or maybe it's only work forty million.
- 14:01Speaker 1: All these tricky, tricky celebrities. Hey either, So congratulations, We're
- 14:05Speaker 1: gonna take a pick Greig and we will be right back.
- 14:11Speaker 1: Welcome back to the Lord of the Night Show him robbed.
- 14:13Speaker 1: Shoot him with that. Dear friend Donny meets him from
- 14:15Speaker 1: Okay magazine dot com. Hey, Donnie, let's get to the polls.
- 14:19Speaker 1: Thank you, Donny. So yesterday we talked about Scott Disick
- 14:22Speaker 1: going crazy over Courtney Kardashian's recent engagement. Hey, is this
- 14:28Speaker 1: any of his business? Is this his business? Let's have
- 14:32Speaker 1: a look. Sixty said, No, it's not of his business.
- 14:38Speaker 1: They were never married, they're not together right now. Is
- 14:40Speaker 1: it his business? What do you think, Donny? I think
- 14:44Speaker 1: it is his business to the fact they do have
- 14:46Speaker 1: kids together, so they will always have a life. I
- 14:49Speaker 1: feel bad for Scott because yes he did briefly data
- 14:52Speaker 1: Milia Hamlond, but he loved Courtney. You could see it
- 14:55Speaker 1: in his face. The way he talked about her. He
- 14:57Speaker 1: was always around. The poor guy is really shaken up
- 15:00Speaker 1: by this. Yes, I do get it, but Scott, she's
- 15:06Speaker 1: moved on, Honey, she moved on. You've got to move on, Scott,
- 15:11Speaker 1: You've got to move on. Hey, don't forget to vote
- 15:13Speaker 1: on today's pole. Go to our Twitter page Naughty Nice
- 15:15Speaker 1: Rob or our Facebook page, which is Naughty Gasire and
- 15:18Speaker 1: be sure to check back tomorrow to hear your results.
- 15:21Speaker 1: And now it's time for nice. He's still the day. Well.
- 15:28Speaker 1: The nicest of the day, obviously is Zach Efron, the
- 15:32Speaker 1: little hunky high school musical alum. He posted a shirtless
- 15:35Speaker 1: photo on his thirty fourth birthday, and he commented it,
- 15:40Speaker 1: it's my b day again. I'm getting old now, with
- 15:44Speaker 1: which I take offense to because you were only thirty
- 15:46Speaker 1: four there, Mr Frod. Let's get before we start getting old.
- 15:49Speaker 1: Because thanks for the B day wishes everyone. I love you.
- 15:52Speaker 1: I'm so lucky to be on this amazingly fun ride
- 15:55Speaker 1: with you all. And yet he's shirtless. I'm glad it's
- 15:59Speaker 1: a ride that we can I'll enjoy. Thank you God
- 16:01Speaker 1: bless If he looks amazing, he seems happier than ever.
- 16:04Speaker 1: In fact, he says he couldn't be happier. He's in Thailand.
- 16:07Speaker 1: He went through some rough times there. Remember there was
- 16:10Speaker 1: a time in his life where we're a bit worried
- 16:11Speaker 1: about zac Efron. He sold his Hollywood home and moved
- 16:15Speaker 1: out of Los Angeles. He moved to New South Wales
- 16:19Speaker 1: in Australia. He actually purchased a three hundred acre parcel
- 16:24Speaker 1: of land. And I think it's done him well to
- 16:26Speaker 1: get away from Hollywood. Was so happy you are doing
- 16:30Speaker 1: so well, and and thank you for the shirtless picture. Hey,
- 16:34Speaker 1: and now it's time for a Nutiest of the day.
- 16:38Speaker 1: Dog Mangy Donny. Dog the bounty hunter could sabotage the search.
- 16:44Speaker 1: So Dog is doing a separate search for Brian Landry,
- 16:49Speaker 1: and authorities are saying he could actually sabotage this. So
- 16:52Speaker 1: it sounds as if he's just trying to dig around
- 16:55Speaker 1: to get some information which could sabotage law enforcement. According
- 17:01Speaker 1: to Matthew Younger, former FBI special agent, who told the
- 17:05Speaker 1: Post quote, often it's not helpful to law enforcements, techniques
- 17:09Speaker 1: and operations. Dog, but out it's none of your business.
- 17:13Speaker 1: Like I do get it. I get the attention. I
- 17:16Speaker 1: get the cameras, I get your back in the spotlight.
- 17:19Speaker 1: But this is really serious. This is something that is
- 17:22Speaker 1: really really serious. Get out of the way and let
- 17:24Speaker 1: the professionals do the work. And if you want to
- 17:28Speaker 1: do entertainment, showbise stuff later. I don't like it, but
- 17:32Speaker 1: I get it. What do you think, don't you? Oh?
- 17:34Speaker 1: I agree with you? This is we are going weeks now.
- 17:38Speaker 1: This kid has been missing, it is getting sad, and
- 17:40Speaker 1: it is getting desperate, and dogs making it a for
- 17:44Speaker 1: lack of better word, a dog and pony show. Now, yes,
- 17:47Speaker 1: it's a circus. Get out of it. Dog back down. Hey,
- 17:50Speaker 1: let's finish with a moment of rob. You get a rob,
- 17:53Speaker 1: you get rob. The Forward Answer in mind a book.
- 17:56Speaker 1: It's simple to learn, and once your master that, it's
- 17:59Speaker 1: never gonna let you hour. And so when you apply it,
- 18:02Speaker 1: it's going to change every aspect of your life love, marriage, friendship,
- 18:06Speaker 1: even dating, weight, money, sex, and ultimately you were in fact.
- 18:12Speaker 1: Once you see what the Forward Answer really does, you're
- 18:17Speaker 1: not gonna know how you lived without it. Pick up
- 18:20Speaker 1: a copy today. My new book is out right now.
- 18:23Speaker 1: The Forward Answer It asks who are you? In four words?
