  Speaker 1: go to God in prayer. And as always I ask

  Speaker 1: that you join along with me in prayer. And today

  Speaker 1: I just want to pray, Lord, help me forgive me.

  Speaker 1: It's so hard sometime to let go of our past
• 0:21
  Speaker 1: failures and mistakes, when God has already granted us grace
• 0:27
  Speaker 1: and mercy, because he said in his words that if
• 0:30
  Speaker 1: we confess our sins, that He is faithful and just
• 0:33
  Speaker 1: to forgive us and cleanse us of all unrighteousness. Heavenly Father,
• 0:39
  Speaker 1: today we come before you with a heavy but an
• 0:43
  Speaker 1: honest heart, not just asking you to forgive us God,
• 0:46
  Speaker 1: but for asking you to help us to forgive ourselves. Lord.

  Speaker 1: We carry memories. We wish we could erase, decisions. We
• 0:55
  Speaker 1: wish we could undo words, We wish we could take
• 0:58
  Speaker 1: back moments where we knew better. God, but we still
• 1:02
  Speaker 1: chose to do wrong. And even though you have shown
• 1:05
  Speaker 1: us mercy, even though you covet us with your grace, God,

  Speaker 1: we still replace our failures. We relive our regrets, and

  Speaker 1: we punish ourselves for things You've already released. So today

  Speaker 1: we ask you, Lord, help us to forgive ourselves. Help
• 1:25
  Speaker 1: us to let go of the shame that keeps us stuck.

  Speaker 1: Help us to release the guilt that keeps us small.

  Speaker 1: Help us stop defining ourselves by our worst moments instead
• 1:38
  Speaker 1: of your redeeming love. Lord, forgive us for the times
• 1:42
  Speaker 1: we betrayed our own values, for the relationships we damage,
• 1:46
  Speaker 1: for the opportunities we mishandled, for the ways we ignored
• 1:50
  Speaker 1: your voice and followed our own. But more than that, Lord,
• 1:55
  Speaker 1: heal us from the belief that we are beyond repair.

  Speaker 1: Heal us from the lie that our mistakes disqualify us

  Speaker 1: from your purpose. Teach us to see ourselves the way
• 2:07
  Speaker 1: that you see us, not broken beyond youth, but broken
• 2:11
  Speaker 1: and still chosen, not rejected but redeemed, not finished but
• 2:17
  Speaker 1: still being formed. Come on, Jesus, help us God to
• 2:21
  Speaker 1: release the version of ourselves that we used to be
• 2:24
  Speaker 1: and embrace who you are creating us to become. Give
• 2:27
  Speaker 1: us the courage to move forward without dragging our past
• 2:31
  Speaker 1: behind us. Today, God, we receive your forgiveness, and by faith,
• 2:35
  Speaker 1: we choose to forgive ourselves. We choose healing over self hate.
• 2:41
  Speaker 1: We choose grace over condemnation. We choose growth over guilt,
• 2:46
  Speaker 1: And God we choose freedom over shame. It is in
• 2:51
  Speaker 1: Jesus' name, and today God by choice, I forgive me
