Hi. Hey guys, welcome to the live
• 0:17
  stream. Welcome to the basement.
• 0:18
We've got some big, major changes going on in the world of
• 0:23
crypto, exciting big changes, but we also have kind of a scary
• 0:27
story, Well, a real scary story about what's going on in the
• 0:31
overall crypto market. And of course, we've got some
• 0:34
great news about our favorite project, Unicorn Fart Desk.
• 0:37
But the best news is you've joined me down here in the
• 0:40
  basement. Us together.
• 0:42
It's our group, it's our family, it is Unicorn.
• 0:46
We call ourselves Dusters, We are in Duster Club.
• 0:49
Let's get started by checking out some interesting
• 0:52
developments going on out there right now in the world of
• 0:58
crypto. And I want to share this story
• 1:01
with you first. This actually came from CNBC
• 1:06
about big changes announced by President Trump right is
• 1:11
expanding Bitcoin into four O 1 KS Get a load of this it's just
• 1:16
about 50 seconds long big news from CNBC be sure to.
• 1:21
Watchcnbc.com the latest OK, let's talk about the top
• 1:25
stories. The Labor Department is out with
• 1:27
a new proposal to allow crypto and four O 1K plans.
• 1:31
On Monday, the agency proposed a rule change to allow alternative
• 1:35
assets and retirement accounts, including real estate, private
• 1:38
  market assets and crypto currencies.
• 1:40
The labor secretary said in a statement that the move will
• 1:43
allow plans to consider products that better reflect the
• 1:45
investment landscape as it exists today.
• 1:48
The proposal also keeps in line with an executive order signed
• 1:51
by President Trump in August that directed the Labor
• 1:54
Department and SEC to expand access to alternative assets.
• 1:59
Now, experts tell CMC that adoption of these new asset
• 2:02
classes could be slow, even if the rule.
• 2:04
Is OK so soon people will be able to buy crypto in their 401
• 2:10
KS that is like a like 70 million people in the United
• 2:15
States have 401 KS. It can be more people coming
• 2:19
into the crypto ecosystem, which will be good for Unicorn fart
• 2:23
desk. But wait, there's more because
• 2:25
we got a great little post that gives us a synopsis of
• 2:29
everything that happened last week in the world of crypto.
• 2:33
Goldman Sachs comes out and tells us that crypto has
• 2:38
definitely formed a bottom. JP Morgan is now accepting
• 2:43
Bitcoin as collateral. Schwab $11 trillion under asset
• 2:48
opens a Bitcoin waste a wait list we thought we talked about
• 2:52
yesterday. Charles Schwab is massive and
• 2:56
they they're talking about allowing crypto trading on their
• 2:59
platform within the next few months and and people being able
• 3:03
to actually hold their crypto on the Schwab platform, similar to
• 3:08
what I guess you can do with coin base and others.
• 3:11
And then we have Trump like we just announced Bitcoin and 401K.
• 3:15
  There's also, I think it's Morgan Stanley that's putting
• 3:18
out a new Bitcoin ETF, which is going to have amongst the lowest
• 3:24
expense ratio of any of the Bitcoin ETFs out there.
• 3:28
And they have like 16,000 financial advisors.
• 3:32
Hey guys. I also wanted to announce to you
• 3:34
this morning that our sponsorship engagement with our
• 3:37
friends at Moon Pay has come to a conclusion.
• 3:41
And I want to express massive gratitude to Moon Pay and the
• 3:46
whole team over there for everything they've done for
• 3:49
Unicorn Fart Dust, for Ron's basement over the last more than
• 3:53
one year. We both look forward, right?
• 3:57
I was talking with the people at Moon Pay.
• 3:58
We look forward to future collaborations.
• 4:01
They're very supportive of our project.
• 4:03
They have been supportive really from day one.
• 4:06
So I want to again express big gratitude to Keith Grossman, all
• 4:10
the people, the entire team at Moon Pay for everything they've
• 4:13
done for our project and we look forward to working with them in
• 4:16
the future. Have a great relationship with
• 4:19
Moon Pay. Obviously, they're part of my
• 4:22
story. Moon Pay was my very first
• 4:24
crypto transaction. I'd never owned a crypto in my
• 4:28
life until I heard about Moon Pay like millions of other
• 4:31
people have. I used it to buy a Solana, like
• 4:35
half a Solana. At the time, I think Solana was
• 4:38
like $220 or 250 if I remember correctly anyway, and use that
• 4:44
to launch Unicorn fart dust. So thank you so much, and again,
• 4:49
I want to express huge gratitude to Moon Pay for everything
• 4:53
they've done, and we look forward to working with them as
• 4:56
we move down the road as well. Now let's talk about a scary
• 4:59
story in the world of crypto. This one comes from a coin
• 5:05
market cap, but it talks about some news that JP Morgan is
• 5:10
sharing with us. JP Morgan says crypto flow flows
• 5:15
fell to 11 billion in Q1. This look, I don't want to focus
• 5:19
on the negative guys, but this just shows us the environment
• 5:22
that we've been in with UFD and that what we've accomplished
• 5:26
over this last year in the face of a very difficult overall
• 5:30
crypto market is nothing short of spectacular.
• 5:34
OK, they, they here's the news from coin market cap.
• 5:38
Total digital asset flows to reach roughly 11 billion in the
• 5:42
first quarter of 2026, according to estimates from JP Morgan.
• 5:47
That figure is only about 1/3 of what the sector recorded over
• 5:54
the same period in 2025. Guys, one third.
• 6:00
OK. The report led by Managing
• 6:03
Director, Director Nicholas oh Panagurta Zugaloo estimates that
• 6:09
the recent queue at the recent Q1 pace flows would would
• 6:12
annualize to about 44 billion for the full year.
• 6:17
That is well below 2025's record of 130 billion.
• 6:22
Well, we'll see how the next nine months plays out, right.
• 6:25
They're taking that low number from Q1 and and extrapolating
• 6:29
that to the rest of the year, which would be a significant
• 6:33
lower amount. But things can change and things
• 6:36
in crypto can change very quickly.
• 6:39
But the big take away here from that data is again, the fact
• 6:44
that we can, we can be very happy.
• 6:46
All right? We don't want to maybe use the
• 6:48
word pride, but we can have some pride in what our herd has
• 6:51
accomplished at Unicorn fart dust over this last quarter.
• 6:56
But over the last year as well, right where there it has been a
• 6:59
very challenging market overall in crypto.
• 7:02
It's even crazier in the meme coin sector.
• 7:05
We know that like we we totally stand out within the meme coin
• 7:10
sector. We've had everything thrown at
• 7:12
us. I mean, not just the kitchen
• 7:14
sink, but the plumbing that's attached to it as well.
• 7:18
So keep up the great works, guys.
• 7:21
One of the coolest things that goes on in our communities is
• 7:23
never ending utility. We call it, or, or projects and
• 7:28
creations that comes from the Unicorn fart does family.
• 7:32
We've got coffee, we've got our merch, right?
• 7:35
There's our water bottle, there's our T-shirt, Dusty
• 7:38
coming out of the rainbow. We've got some other big
• 7:40
exciting things. We got this new thing, Wild
• 7:42
Horn. If you heard about that, look up
• 7:45
Wild Horn TV. OK, more to come, Stay tuned.
• 7:49
And there's even more to come here in the coming weeks.
• 7:52
I think I can say with a relative under promise over
• 7:55
deliver, I'll just say stay tuned.
• 7:58
There may be something else coming as well.
• 8:00
None the less, one of the coolest things are the contest
• 8:04
and the giveaways. And our friend Neeru did a the
• 8:09
community artist right. The guy behind Dusty had a big
• 8:13
contest going, a meme creation contest and he announced the
• 8:17
three winners, our friend Vincent Airy fairy and fix list
• 8:21
form. OK now then I have this to share
• 8:25
with you. This came from the bouillon
• 8:28
duster. Vincent shared what he won in
• 8:31
the contest from Neeru. He said I just won a UFD
• 8:34
starduster NFT from the legend art for Neru meet Starduster 695
• 8:40
rocking 3D glasses fresh off a basketball win, celebrating with
• 8:44
some well earned Jelly beans. Absolutely love the creativity
• 8:49
and energy in this community. Grateful to be a part of it.
• 8:53
Basement Ron and our friend Georgie.
• 8:56
OK, and there's this. Look at this.
• 9:01
Yummy. These UFT Jelly beans are the
• 9:02
  best prize. So good.
• 9:04
Thanks for eating glasses. And before I forget to my fellow
• 9:08
Duster friends, we are having our weekly spaces here in about
• 9:12
one hour and 20 minutes at 10:00 AM Central time, one hour, 20
• 9:16
minutes from right now if you're joining us live, so be be sure
• 9:19
to tune into that. And we got some other
• 9:22
interesting news that I can share with you about our
• 9:25
project, right? And again, all of this comes
• 9:28
because of you guys fix list form.
• 9:30
Posted this yesterday. Did anyone else notice that UFD
• 9:34
can now be bought on buy bit Alpha?
• 9:37
Market is rough AKA opportunity and UFD just keeps being added
• 9:42
to exchanges and growing. So apparently you can now buy
• 9:46
UFD on buy bit alpha. But hold on, don't forget we're
• 9:56
also on Coinbase. You can buy Unicorn fart dust
• 10:03
cryptocurrency meme coin by going on to Coinbase and putting
• 10:07
UFD in the search bar. That's a huge deal that makes us
• 10:11
available to millions and millions of people who maybe
• 10:15
don't want to go through the process of opening a software
• 10:18
wallet and dealing with seed phrases and all that.
• 10:21
Look, no offense to anybody who does, that's great, OK.
• 10:25
But there's also people. It's kind of like the precious
• 10:27
metals. Let me let me tell you something
• 10:29
very interesting about gold. You know, gold and silver become
• 10:32
wildly popular again. They've been popular for
• 10:35
thousands of years over the last year.
• 10:38
There's people in the precious metals world who say who, who
• 10:42
only believe in this, right? This is actually an ounce of
• 10:45
physical silver. And they say if you don't hold
• 10:48
it, you don't own it, OK? They're hardcore silver and gold
• 10:52
stackers, and I love them, right?
• 10:54
I've got a little bit of silver that I keep here at the house.
• 10:58
You know, I love silver. I love the physical metal.
• 11:00
And it's true, right? If you hold it in your hand,
• 11:03
there's no counterparty risk. That's very similar to people in
• 11:07
crypto who are hardcore, like you need to do self custody, OK,
• 11:14
You need to have your own software wallet.
• 11:15
You need to have a hardware or software wallet and a hardware
• 11:20
wallet to protect it. And if you don't hold the keys,
• 11:23
you don't own it. And I get it, right?
• 11:24
I understand. I completely respect it.
• 11:27
I've actually got one. I have a Ledger as you know, all
• 11:29
that great stuff, but also in the gold and silver community,
• 11:34
  there's ETFs, there's there's a tokenized gold and silver,
• 11:38
There's all these other ways. There's mining stocks, right to
• 11:41
own. It's kind of like what Coinbase
• 11:44
that is in crypto, right? Like Coinbase look, not
• 11:46
everybody out there wants to have a software wallet in a seed
• 11:50
phrase and deal with potentially getting hacked because as you
• 11:54
know, from my experience that happened.
• 11:55
So whether or not you agree with it, like Coinbase, don't like
• 11:59
Coinbase, whatever the fact that we're on Coinbase is a big deal
• 12:04
because it does open us up to a whole huge new market of people,
• 12:09
right, that maybe don't want to have software wallets and deal
• 12:12
with all that. I hope that makes it's a good
• 12:15
thing. It's a big thing and as more and
• 12:17
more people right will will we be on Schwab in the future?
• 12:22
I'll tell you what you go to Yahoo finance and type in UFD
• 12:25
and Unicorn fart desk comes up. We are here and I've said that I
• 12:29
said that 8-9 months ago. I said as time goes by, OK, I
• 12:34
said this, you can check me said it a year ago that it because
• 12:38
everybody was like what are you going to get listed on Coinbase?
• 12:40
When you going to get like when you going to be on what was the
• 12:43
other another one finance. I'm like, you know, that's not
• 12:47
my area of expertise. What I do know is that if we
• 12:50
continue to grow the project and continue to do the right thing
• 12:55
day in and day out that the technology, the availability of
• 13:00
Unicorn fart does because of technological advances and
• 13:03
evolutions within the crypto world will become available.
• 13:08
Excuse me to more and more and more people.
• 13:12
And I was right. I'm not always right, trust me,
• 13:15
but I was right, right? Like now you can buy UFD on
• 13:18
Coinbase and that was like the biggest listing that everybody
• 13:23
was clamoring for and soon, right?
• 13:26
I wouldn't be surprised if a year from now I'm sitting down
• 13:28
here saying you can buy Unicorn fart dust on Charles Schwab.
• 13:33
We'll see, right? I'd say that's about one year,
• 13:37
  12 months from now. I'd say that's like a 5050 shot,
• 13:40
if not maybe a little better. And there's so much going on, so
• 13:44
much being created in our community.
• 13:46
I do want to just point out to you one thing in in reverence of
• 13:52
everyone's favorite upstairs, Susie, you guys know Ape Gang
• 13:56
  coffee? They're the coffee company
• 13:58
started by members of the board Ape Yacht Club and also their
• 14:02
dusters, their UFD dusters. They put out this line of coffee
• 14:07
based off UFD. It's incredible, right?
• 14:10
You guys are loving it. While they really outdid
• 14:13
themselves and they made upstairs Susie feel very happy,
• 14:17
they actually now have an upstairs Susie.
• 14:21
Where'd it go? Where is it?
• 14:23
  There it is. Right here.
• 14:24
Right here. Upstairs, Susie Golden Beans,
• 14:30
which is incredible, but they've got a whole other selection.
• 14:33
Oh, shoot. I'm not sharing the right tab.
• 14:36
Thank you. Boy, I almost bombed on that
• 14:39
one. Anyway, here it is upstairs,
• 14:41
Susie's Golden Beans. If you go to the Ape Gang
• 14:44
Coffee, they're going to get you some of that.
• 14:47
I bet they'll send you a bag now that they hear this, Susie.
• 14:50
But you go to the 8th gang dot U.S. website, go right here,
• 14:53
right below it to sort by collections and it always pulls
• 14:57
up the Unicorn fart dust. There it is right there.
• 15:00
Look at all these different right beans of Valhalla magic
• 15:03
space beans up and then you press view all and you go down
• 15:08
here and right here is the one and only upstairs Susie Golden
• 15:14
bean. So all right, guys, wrong
• 15:17
  screen. Here we go.
• 15:18
Now we're back. Thanks for being here today.
• 15:21
OK, let's get out there and continue what this community
• 15:25
does best, right? Act with integrity, act in a way
• 15:29
that good attracts good honesty, integrity and prosperity, right?
• 15:34
We have done so well over the last year.
• 15:38
And I mean, I don't think we realized we looked at some data
• 15:40
the other day like the number of decks, Solana wallets, active
• 15:45
wallets. I mean, the fact that we are so
• 15:48
strong in the face of multiple challenges that have been thrown
• 15:53
at us only proves right because that's what that's what a that's
• 15:56
what a crypto, any crypto. The project is based on
• 15:59
community strength and quality. And we check all the boxes.
• 16:04
Have a great day. OK, And I'll see you.
• 16:07
Yeah, I'll see you soon. And don't forget, be good to
• 16:09
yourself. That will give you a great
• 16:12
platform from which you can be good to other people.
• 16:15
  See you soon. Bye.
• 16:16
  Bye.
