It’s our annual Creative Distillation holiday episode, and to ring in the season we’re spreading and receiving good cheer at one of our favorite locations, Dry Land Distillers, on Main Street in Longmont, Colorado. Dry Land founder Nels Wroe walks us through a couple of delicious libations, including Dry Land’s sweet (but not overly so) house egg nog. Nels also previews Dry Land’s seventh annual Nog Off, a fixture on the holiday calendars of many, and talks about Dry Land’s efforts to be Colorado’s first producer of regenerative spirits.
