  [SPEAKER_01]: Minneapolis has effectively been transformed into a de facto federal enforcement zone with convoys of agents 24-7 continuous raids and a nonstop flow of criminal illegals being pulled off the streets and funneled through jails and onto outbound transport.

  [SPEAKER_01]: Federal agents have arrested more than 4,000 illegal criminal aliens in just the last several weeks since the beginning.

  [SPEAKER_01]: And the numbers of those arrests are only going to daily increase now that officials in Minnesota have for all practical purposes to run.

  [SPEAKER_01]: Remember, it's the policy of every sanctuary city to refuse to honor detainers, meaning that when local officials arrest an illegal migrant

  [SPEAKER_01]: local law enforcement to keep him in custody until the feds get there, local law enforcement is required by sanctuary city policies to release that illegal from custody, so as to evade federal law enforcement, so as to evade deportation.

  [SPEAKER_01]: What you just heard there in that press conference with Tom Homeman is that Minnesota Democrats folded.

  [SPEAKER_01]: and they're now honoring detainers all across the state, which means that it now only requires two or three federal agents to make the arrests since the illegal's already detained rather than ten or twelve, which then means the eight or ten no longer requires to arrest the now detained illegal alien can go and arrest more off the streets.
