- 2:16Two seats left for the SpaceX trip, the Axiom SpaceX trip to
- 2:23the International, Space Station, 55 million dollars.
- 2:26We are speculating how much it's going to cost.
- 2:27I thought it was gonna be like a hundred million, but it's 55
- 2:30million for a 10-day, stay on the International Space Station.
- 2:34Two people already signed up for 55 million each, so they made,
- 2:38well, they already have 110 million dollars deposited.
- 2:42So they get 220 million dollars for one flight of a Falcon 9
- 2:47rocket. And, of course, training, they
- 2:49have to get ready for and everything like that.
- 2:51So, that's pretty cool. That's pretty cool.
- 2:54And there's a said, there's two flights left or two seats left.
- 3:03Let's see here. Let's try to find a little bit
- 3:05of little bit of information here.
- 3:09Let's open up this other tab real quick.
- 3:12Plan to launch private crew. Internal International, Space
- 3:16Station, Axiom space company. Emailing to operate, the first
- 3:19commercial space station, in orbit plane to fly a crew of
- 3:22private citizens to the ISS as early as next year using
- 3:24spacex's crewed Dragon capsule. So, this thing the crew dragon
- 3:27is going up to the International Space Station Bob and Doug in
- 3:33May and that's another thing. So this is another thing that
- 3:37was going to be brought up is that SpaceX?
- 3:41And NASA also said, hey, we have a A date for you not an actual
- 3:46date but a tentative May ish you know, like early to late May.
- 3:53So somewhere in May are going to be launching humans back to the
- 3:56International Space Station and this will prove that crew Dragon
- 4:01actually works, right? So this will be the test for all
- 4:05the other crew dragonflights after this is the demo to flight
- 4:08test. I'm hoping to get down there.
- 4:10That's the plan, nothing from NASA.
- 4:12Nothing from SpaceX at about can Whistling this or postponing
- 4:15this because of all the stuff that's going on.
- 4:18So they'll send it to astronauts at the International Space
- 4:20Station as part of the agency's crew commercial program and
- 4:24they've been working on this forever since basically SpaceX
- 4:28was started. Almost, let's see, Bob behnken,
- 4:33Doug Hurley, they've been all over the place.
- 4:35They look awesome by the way, check those guys out.
- 4:38Check that out. So cool.
- 4:41They're going to be they're going to make history like this
- 4:43is the coolest thing ever. These two are going to go down
- 4:45in history as the next Is the next Heroes to be launching from
- 4:51us soil, at a u.s. rocket and a u.s. capsule by a us private
- 4:57company. That's crazy.
- 4:58Talk. That's crazy.
- 5:01Talk that they're actually like these two right there.
- 5:03Those guys, they're going to be in that capsule.
- 5:05They're going to be going up to the ISS in science and
- 5:08engineering when they're up there.
- 5:10So Bob and Doug will be going up from launch complex 39a at
- 5:15Kennedy. Space Center in Florida.
- 5:16NASA, and SpaceX are currently targeting.
- 5:18No earlier, here's the important part.
- 5:20No earlier than mid to late May for launch.
- 5:27Mid to late May. So let's just say May 13th
- 5:34through the end of May. So I have about A month and a
- 5:40half yecch about two months, maybe to raise enough money to
- 5:44get to that launched and I'm working on it.
- 5:47We have raised, we've already raised do to t-shirt sales.
- 5:51Merchandise donations people joining as a member of this
- 5:56channel patreon. Everything we've gained about
- 6:00600 dish dollars of the approximate two thousand dollars
- 6:05to get down there. Cover this thing for the
- 6:07Channel, full on road trip. Pip, who knows what's going to
- 6:09happen between now and then, but that's my plan.
- 6:12I'm going to keep going for it and we're going to keep raising
- 6:15money for it. So, if you have, you know, if
- 6:19you have an interest in the stuff and you want to watch
- 6:20this, go ahead, become a member of the show, or if you just want
- 6:24to support the show, you can be, you know, to subscribe to it.
- 6:27Red 18 thousand subscriptions right now to the show.
- 6:30So thank you for everybody. We just made 18,000, and it's
- 6:34insane by the way. So I will be applying to this
- 6:38media accreditation as soon as possible.
- 6:42So I'm going to get the media media creds and get down there.
- 6:46That's the plan I'm gonna go. However, I can, the probably use
- 6:50the show, who knows me, but what would you actually do for 10
- 6:53days and zero gravity, look out the window.
- 6:58Yeah, I'd probably do that for 10 days.
- 7:01Oh, just go like this. This is so cool.
- 7:05This is so cool. I'm in space.
- 7:08This is so cool. I do that for 10 days.
- 7:12Have to blast off for now. But enjoy your vids later time
- 7:15sounds good TJ by all and be well yeah YouTube you to be well
- 7:22stay safe. Stay healthy.
- 7:24Blast right off. So this is, yeah, so this is
- 7:28going to happen. It's going to mid-may mid to
- 7:32late, May launch no earlier than that.
- 7:34So we know it's going to be mid-may.
- 7:38Have to get it in. You know, they have a, they have
- 7:41a website, you have to go to in order to sign up for it.
- 7:44So pretty cool. And it says, at the bottom NASA
- 7:49is proactively monitoring. The coronavirus covid-19
- 7:51situation, as it involves, the agency will continue to follow
- 7:54guidance from the CDC and Prevention, Center for Disease
- 7:58Control and prevention, the CDC, and the agency's chief health
- 8:01and medical officer, and communicate any updates that may
- 8:04impact Mission planning for media access.
- 8:08As soon as they become available, so this might get
- 8:11pushed back, might get postponed.
- 8:13And if it does, it's going to not be cool.
- 8:16But we got to do what we got to do.
- 8:18We got to save people, we got to protect people because it's
- 8:20important that people, stay safe, stay healthy, and stay
- 8:26happy. Because You know it's serious
- 8:30business out there right now. So with that note wash your
- 8:34hands please and also don't shake people's hands.
- 8:37Don't come in contact with as many you know as little people
- 8:41as you can if you need to go out and you need to socialize, you
- 8:43need to be near people, go to a park where you can be around
- 8:48people, but not near people. You know what I'm saying?
- 8:52Like, you don't, you shouldn't have to go into like a bar or a
- 8:56setting like that where There's a bunch of people all over the
- 8:59place. Please don't do that.
- 9:01It's not good for you and other people might become infected.
- 9:04You might not become infected by, you might be a carrier.
- 9:07So wash your hands before you go out wash your hands during while
- 9:09you're going out and wash your hands.
- 9:11When you come back and make sure not to touch your face.
- 9:14After you've gone out or after you were, before you've washed
- 9:17your hands. So that's an easy way for all of
- 9:20us to help this spread, New York state does locked it down.
- 9:24They said, you know, hunker down and place, basically, everybody.
- 9:28So, I got family there. That's how I know about that,
- 9:30and it's all over the news. So New York State.
- 9:33They also Are they want Elon Musk, New York city mayor pleads
- 9:39with Elon Musk has on TechCrunch to start producing ventilators.
- 9:44So Bill de Blasio the ornate silver.
- 9:51Okay, hold on, let's go back up here a little bit.
- 9:53New York City. Mayor Bill de Blasio made a
- 9:56directly to Elon Musk asking in the Tesla CEO, and SpaceX CEO to
- 10:01produce ventilators for the shortage from covid.
- 10:04Nate? Over there's a shortage now.
- 10:07How many ventilators you making Elon says, we will make venerate
- 10:10ventilators, if there's a shortage and then he said
- 10:13there's a shortage now, how many veteran?
- 10:14How many ventilators you making? Ilan says, Tesla makes cars were
- 10:19sophisticated HVAC systems SpaceX makes spacecraft with the
- 10:22with life, support systems. Ventilators are not difficult,
- 10:25but cannot be produced instantly.
- 10:27Which hospitals have these shortages you speak of now?
- 10:31And then Bill de Blasio comes in and he says our country is
- 10:34facing a drastic shorter. And we need ventilators ASAP.
- 10:38We will need thousands in this city over the next few weeks.
- 10:41We're getting them as fast as we can, but we could use your help.
- 10:46So Elon basically said, you know, okay, what do you need?
- 10:51That's it. So Ilan said.
- 10:54Okay guys, what do you need? We have the systems in place,
- 10:58tell me what you tell me what you want.
- 11:01So you Lon with SpaceX and Tesla, it's going to be helping
- 11:05out New York City going to be helping out the People by making
- 11:09ventilators forward. And I think GM.
- 11:13Let me see, let me read down this article a little bit.
- 11:16I think it was GM and Ford you automatically it auto makers,
- 11:23including GM. And Ford have reportedly already
- 11:25been in talks with the White House to repurpose factories,
- 11:27for the production of critical medical equipment, ventilators.
- 11:32You know, many other medical equipment as well, so they have
- 11:35the, they have the facilities, Ilan hands, HVAC systems, you
- 11:38know, life support systems for SpaceX, so they have the right
- 11:45systems in place to make these things.
- 11:21GM and Ford you automatically it auto makers, including GM.
- 11:24And Ford have reportedly already been in talks with the White
- 11:26House to repurpose factories, for the production of critical
- 11:29medical equipment, ventilators. You know, many other medical
- 11:33equipment as well, so they have the, they have the facilities,
- 11:37Ilan hands, HVAC systems, you know, life support systems for
- 11:41SpaceX, so they have the right systems in place to make these
- 11:46things.
