תּוֹרָה אוֹר, דִּבּוּר הַמַתְחִיל מִי שָׂם פֶּה, סְעִיף הַמַּתְחִיל וְהַנִּמְשָׁל יוּבָן

"כִּי יֵשׁ בְּחִינַת מַעֲלָה" צָרִיךְ לִהְיוֹת "וְכֵן יֵשׁ מַעֲלָה"
