- 0:22Speaker 3: Welcome to Revealing Wholeness podcast dedicated to revealing the profound
- 0:26Speaker 3: connections between body, mind, and spirit, where we believe that
- 0:29Speaker 3: true wellness arises from addressing the root causes of our
- 0:32Speaker 3: health challenges, not just masking the symptoms. Here we dive
- 0:35Speaker 3: deep into how holistic approaches such as advanced chiropractic care,
- 0:39Speaker 3: personalized nutrition, and natural healing practices can transform your life.
- 0:44Speaker 3: Now Here is doctor Troy.
- 0:53Speaker 4: Hello and welcome. I'm doctor Troy. This is a continuation
- 0:56Speaker 4: in our series of female hormone conditions and this is
- 1:00Speaker 4: one of the very last ones. And these are all
- 1:03Speaker 4: kind of fairly related. This particular one is weight gain
- 1:07Speaker 4: that women will often have around the butt or the
- 1:10Speaker 4: thighs and the hips, and of course every medical doctor
- 1:13Speaker 4: in the world says, oh my gosh, it's thyroid. And
- 1:16Speaker 4: while that is a possibility. We're going to explore a
- 1:19Speaker 4: little bit more about why and what to do. Now.
- 1:22Speaker 4: Stay tuned because I'm going to get into excessive facial
- 1:26Speaker 4: and body hair, as well as hot flashes, night sweats,
- 1:30Speaker 4: the skin issues that menopausal women will have. But that's
- 1:33Speaker 4: for the next couple in the series, or the rather
- 1:36Speaker 4: the last two. So let's focus in right now on
- 1:39Speaker 4: the weight gain. What's going on and what do we
- 1:42Speaker 4: do now? Most commonly, we're going to know that it
- 1:44Speaker 4: is definitely a hormone dysregulation of why a woman would
- 1:47Speaker 4: be this classic kind of pear shaped. I know nobody
- 1:51Speaker 4: likes that comment, but let's just be real and honest
- 1:54Speaker 4: about where this weight gain is happening. And while medical
- 1:57Speaker 4: doctors will often look to the thyroid, they'll often be
- 2:02Speaker 4: let down by the numbers don't really jive. And so
- 2:06Speaker 4: as I've talked in the past, years and years ago,
- 2:09Speaker 4: I talked about this particular condition, and I said, even
- 2:12Speaker 4: though the thyroid may be implicated, it is often a
- 2:15Speaker 4: drenal stress dysfunction long term, you know, not handling stress
- 2:22Speaker 4: and just depleting one's body. And so we don't want
- 2:25Speaker 4: to necessarily jump on the thyroid and force it to
- 2:28Speaker 4: do things. We want to go upstream to where the
- 2:30Speaker 4: actual problem is. Now, there are testing that you can do,
- 2:35Speaker 4: and specifically, you know, salivary testing is probably one of
- 2:39Speaker 4: the more accurate unless you want to go for the
- 2:41Speaker 4: increased amount for free hormones in the blood, which you
- 2:46Speaker 4: can do. They're just relatively expensive. And so a salvary
- 2:51Speaker 4: test for a cycling woman or a mental puzzle woman
- 2:54Speaker 4: can shed a lot of light on where the specific
- 2:57Speaker 4: hormone dysfunction is. And while you might think, well, okay,
- 3:01Speaker 4: if it's then pretty obvious, then why don't I just
- 3:04Speaker 4: start working on it now by doing the things that
- 3:06Speaker 4: you say to do. And that's obviously a good option
- 3:09Speaker 4: and something to start with right away. But before we
- 3:12Speaker 4: get into what to do, I want to get into
- 3:14Speaker 4: a secondary issue, and that is of blood sugar dysregulation.
- 3:20Speaker 4: And so we have definitely hormone issues and dysregulation, but
- 3:24Speaker 4: we also have blood sugar dysregulation. And so to find
- 3:28Speaker 4: blood sugar dysregulation, we're going to go after liver and
- 3:31Speaker 4: pancreatic sore points, if you will, are tenderness. So in
- 3:36Speaker 4: the past, in the other conditions that were commonly liver,
- 3:40Speaker 4: we talked about the sixth intercostal space on the right,
- 3:45Speaker 4: and so if you haven't been through those, I'll go
- 3:48Speaker 4: through them again this time. If not, you can fast
- 3:50Speaker 4: forward through this. Hey, I already know how to do
- 3:51Speaker 4: all that. So right underneath the collarbone, next to the
- 3:54Speaker 4: sternum is the first kind of indent that your finger
- 3:58Speaker 4: can go in, and that's the first intercostal step that's
- 4:00Speaker 4: in between rib number one and rib number two. It's
- 4:02Speaker 4: about an inch away from the center line of the
- 4:04Speaker 4: sternum or the breastbone. Now, the next thing you're going
- 4:08Speaker 4: to come to is a raised point, and that's cartilage
- 4:11Speaker 4: or the second rib cartilage that's raised up. And then
- 4:14Speaker 4: you're gonna go a little bit further down towards your
- 4:16Speaker 4: stomach and you're gonna drop into another valley, and that's
- 4:19Speaker 4: between the second and third inner costal space. We want
- 4:22Speaker 4: to go to the sixth. So you're going to just
- 4:24Speaker 4: continue to count down until you get to that sixth
- 4:27Speaker 4: intercostal space, and you're going to find that it's off
- 4:30Speaker 4: center a little bit more as the ribs start flaring
- 4:32Speaker 4: out more towards the side. And with that, if it's tender,
- 4:36Speaker 4: that is a liver point, so livergallbladder point. Next is
- 4:39Speaker 4: the third rib itself. So if we dropped off that
- 4:42Speaker 4: collarbone and we felt that first intercostal space and right
- 4:45Speaker 4: below it, that first bump was the second rib. We're
- 4:47Speaker 4: going to go to the next bump down and that's
- 4:49Speaker 4: the third rib. And about three inches lateral or outside
- 4:53Speaker 4: the middle of the sternum is the costochondrial junction, meaning
- 4:59Speaker 4: where the cartilages. So we have hard breastbone cartilage, and
- 5:03Speaker 4: then we have the actual rib itself or bone again,
- 5:06Speaker 4: and that's about three to three and a half inches
- 5:08Speaker 4: out and you can feel that. That's another liver gall
- 5:10Speaker 4: bladder point. Next is we're going to feel up under
- 5:13Speaker 4: the rib cage on the right, so kind of on
- 5:14Speaker 4: the side of your body, you're going to go to
- 5:16Speaker 4: your ribs or your abdomen and reach up underneath and
- 5:19Speaker 4: see if it's tender. That's where you're gonna be able
- 5:20Speaker 4: to palpate the liver directly. And if it's tender and
- 5:23Speaker 4: you've got all those points tender, then we're working on
- 5:25Speaker 4: liver with you. But on the other side, these are
- 5:28Speaker 4: all on the right, by the way, on the left
- 5:30Speaker 4: side of the chest. Instead of the sixth intercostal space,
- 5:34Speaker 4: we're going to go to the seventh and that is
- 5:36Speaker 4: a pancreas point. And if you find tenderness there, we
- 5:40Speaker 4: definitely have pancreatic issues too, or soreness, and so we're
- 5:44Speaker 4: going to be working on the pancreas as well. Now,
- 5:48Speaker 4: could we check another spot for pancreas. Yes, on the
- 5:52Speaker 4: Now weirdly enough, this is on the right theenar pad,
- 5:57Speaker 4: So on the right hand, in between your thumb and
- 6:00Speaker 4: first finger, you have a muscle. But if you drop
- 6:03Speaker 4: that muscle onto the skin that's there, you might find
- 6:07Speaker 4: some tenderness there. And sometimes people will even find like
- 6:11Speaker 4: little chunky bits that are tender and that is a
- 6:14Speaker 4: pancreas tenderness point. So that's further telling us that it's
- 6:19Speaker 4: not so good. Now, you could go to lengths and
- 6:21Speaker 4: do a six hour glucose insulin tolerance test if you
- 6:25Speaker 4: really wanted to be sure sure, you could do a
- 6:28Speaker 4: comprehensive metabolic panel fasting and see if your glucose is high.
- 6:32Speaker 4: You could do an A one C and see if
- 6:34Speaker 4: it's climbing up above five point four or five point five.
- 6:37Speaker 4: And people out there might say, well, yeah, but you're
- 6:39Speaker 4: not diabetic until you're like six oh? Yes, would you
- 6:44Speaker 4: want to wait until you're six to oh? Or if
- 6:47Speaker 4: you were a six' five now and two years from
- 6:50Speaker 4: now you're you're a five point six and two years
- 6:53Speaker 4: from then you're a five point. Eight do you not
- 6:56Speaker 4: see the trend going on? Here when do you want
- 6:58Speaker 4: to actually start working on on this so that you
- 7:00Speaker 4: actually don't have full blown diabetes and now are trying
- 7:03Speaker 4: to at least fix a really complicated. Problem so we
- 7:07Speaker 4: prefer AN a ONE c under five point. Oh, actually
- 7:11Speaker 4: and best is under four point. Eight you don't have
- 7:14Speaker 4: any brains swelling at that point in. TIME i find
- 7:17Speaker 4: very few people under five point. Oh but it is a.
- 7:20Speaker 4: Goal and so let's say your first goal Is i'm
- 7:22Speaker 4: going to get under five point. Five, Great let's then
- 7:24Speaker 4: go to move to make the next goal a five point.
- 7:27Speaker 4: Oh and so other things you can do is you
- 7:30Speaker 4: can do all those blood. Tests you could do a
- 7:31Speaker 4: lipid panel as, well which is going to show us triglys.
- 7:35Speaker 4: Rides so we've talked about AN a ONE, c we've
- 7:38Speaker 4: talked about a glucose, Test we've talked about a triglys.
- 7:43Speaker 4: Ride those are the three. Markers there are other markers
- 7:46Speaker 4: coming out and you'll start seeing them sooner than. Later
- 7:49Speaker 4: on how to judge whether your ability to handle sugar
- 7:53Speaker 4: is good or, not but whether or not it is,
- 7:56Speaker 4: Good i'm just going to let you in on a
- 7:59Speaker 4: little C. Q the amount of added sugar that you
- 8:03Speaker 4: should be allowing into your body each day total is
- 8:08Speaker 4: no more than seventeen. Grams, NOW i just did a
- 8:13Speaker 4: podcast on. THIS a can Of sprite has thirty nine
- 8:17Speaker 4: grams of added. Sugar it's more than. Double so if
- 8:21Speaker 4: you're drinking a can of, Pop i'm just going to
- 8:23Speaker 4: tell you right now your way over the limit on.
- 8:25Speaker 4: Sugar and if you're eating any kind of store bought,
- 8:30Speaker 4: pastry cereal, goodness, bread, ketchup it just it's, everywhere and
- 8:39Speaker 4: so it's really difficult to get away from added sugar
- 8:43Speaker 4: unless you're making things. Yourself but at least you know, that,
- 8:47Speaker 4: hey seventeen grams is a goal for me to get
- 8:49Speaker 4: under seventeen grams of sugar a. Day IF i can do,
- 8:53Speaker 4: it and that would be. Awesome so we're to look
- 8:56Speaker 4: at a right now test for blood, sugar which is
- 8:58Speaker 4: glucose on a comps of metabolic. Panel you can do
- 9:01Speaker 4: just a serum, glucose it's more. EXPENSIVE i would rather
- 9:04Speaker 4: just do a comprehensive metabolic panel and get fourteen different.
- 9:07Speaker 4: Values then we do a lipid panel for, triglycerides which
- 9:10Speaker 4: is a two week. Value IF i take somebody off
- 9:13Speaker 4: of sugar and bread and pasta and, crackers no carbs
- 9:16Speaker 4: in two, Weeks i'll drop that triglyceride number under one,
- 9:20Speaker 4: hundred which is where we want. It that's our first
- 9:22Speaker 4: goal is under one. Hundred the labs will tell, you,
- 9:25Speaker 4: hey anything from zero to tw one hundred and fifty is,
- 9:28Speaker 4: fine which is a. Farce BUT i. Digress so seventy
- 9:32Speaker 4: to ninety is ideal for a. Triglyceride so let's say
- 9:37Speaker 4: that you're pretty good on your diet and your triglycerides
- 9:39Speaker 4: are now at let's say like a fifty. Five that's
- 9:42Speaker 4: actually a thyroid indicator right, there and so is cholesterol
- 9:46Speaker 4: under one. Eighty when your triglycerides are under one. Hundred
- 9:50Speaker 4: you cannot correctly evaluate cholesterol until your triglycerides are under one. Hundred,
- 9:55Speaker 4: NOW i know medical doctors out there would say that's.
- 9:58Speaker 4: Bs you can be leave, that and that's. Fine i'll
- 10:02Speaker 4: actually go with a functional, assessment you will see how
- 10:04Speaker 4: each other. Does so with that idea in, minding you
- 10:08Speaker 4: want cholesterol. Up you do not want a low cholesterol.
- 10:12Speaker 4: Value cholesterol does too many vitally important things in the human.
- 10:15Speaker 4: Body and if this is the first time you've ever heard,
- 10:17Speaker 4: that go catch my hour long podcast on, cholesterol listen
- 10:21Speaker 4: to it a couple, times and then you, decide is
- 10:24Speaker 4: this SOMETHING i think should be low in my. Body
- 10:27Speaker 4: and once you realize that a lot of your, hormones
- 10:30Speaker 4: your bile, production your brain, itself, healing, repair even like
- 10:38Speaker 4: marking cells in your, body you this is all cholesterol.
- 10:42Speaker 4: Driven and so if you would like to shut down
- 10:45Speaker 4: cholesterol production and not, repair and not have your brain
- 10:48Speaker 4: work and not be able to poop and not be
- 10:50Speaker 4: able to move, bowels and not be able to mark your,
- 10:54Speaker 4: cells and not have an immune system that's working, correctly
- 10:57Speaker 4: and not have any hormones to actually feel like a
- 10:59Speaker 4: normal human, being then you go ahead and lower cholesterol
- 11:02Speaker 4: as low as you. Want the rest of US i
- 11:04Speaker 4: think will be fine having high cholesterol and just watching
- 11:08Speaker 4: our body a little bit more closely and getting a
- 11:10Speaker 4: little bit more VITAMIN c and VITAMIN, e which helps
- 11:12Speaker 4: heal our blood vascular system so that we don't have
- 11:14Speaker 4: plaquing in our arteries and not using cholesterol as a judging.
- 11:18Speaker 4: Metric so with, that these are things that we would
- 11:21Speaker 4: sense for blood sugar. Regulation now what do we do
- 11:24Speaker 4: to fix these? Things what IF i have hormone dysregulation
- 11:27Speaker 4: And i'm looking at my body And i'm, thinking, Man
- 11:29Speaker 4: i've probably got a thyroid issue. Here, well thyroid is
- 11:32Speaker 4: part of, it but the adrenals are way. Upstream when
- 11:35Speaker 4: the adrenals tank over time with tons of stress and
- 11:39Speaker 4: not a good nutrient system going in so that they
- 11:42Speaker 4: can continually, repair they're then going to start nudging the pituitary, glad, hey,
- 11:46Speaker 4: peituitary can you help me? Out and the petuitary is, like,
- 11:49Speaker 4: YEAH i can do. That and then finally when the
- 11:51Speaker 4: petuitary starts to, tank then it, says, hey, hey test these,
- 11:54Speaker 4: ovaries can you like Help and they're, like, YEAH i
- 11:58Speaker 4: can do. That and then when the test is an ovaries,
- 12:00Speaker 4: Tank now the thyroid's left and now they're all nudging the,
- 12:04Speaker 4: thyroid hey can you? Help and then once the thyroid goes,
- 12:07Speaker 4: down now the person is in a bad state of
- 12:09Speaker 4: affairs and so we're going to go work on a
- 12:12Speaker 4: thyroid because that's the. PROBLEM i hope you realize the
- 12:17Speaker 4: fallacy of that. Statement so we want to go back
- 12:19Speaker 4: upstream and we want to start helping the, gonads the,
- 12:22Speaker 4: testes and the. Ovaries we want to start rebuilding. Them
- 12:25Speaker 4: we want to start rebuilding the, pituitary and we want
- 12:28Speaker 4: to start rebuilding the adrenals so that we can take
- 12:31Speaker 4: pressure off of all these systems and start bringing them
- 12:33Speaker 4: up together and healing. Them, now that takes. Time that's
- 12:37Speaker 4: not an instantaneous. PROCESS i know that you want to
- 12:40Speaker 4: lose weight now because summer might be coming and you
- 12:43Speaker 4: want to look good in a, bikini but it probably
- 12:45Speaker 4: isn't going to happen that. Way but this is a
- 12:47Speaker 4: good wake up call to, say you know, WHAT i
- 12:48Speaker 4: need to get myself at least a system that is
- 12:52Speaker 4: going to start healing my body rather than continuing to
- 12:56Speaker 4: be a. Detriment so one of the first and foremost
- 12:58Speaker 4: THINGS i love to do for the human body as
- 13:01Speaker 4: a chiropractor is the. Adjustment the adjustment starts neutralizing and
- 13:06Speaker 4: normalizing everything in it that is going haywire and starts
- 13:10Speaker 4: giving the brain good information as well as carrying those
- 13:14Speaker 4: good decisions of that brain out to those, tissues so
- 13:18Speaker 4: that your thyroid can start, working your pituitary can start working,
- 13:21Speaker 4: correctly your gonads can start working test these, Ovaries your
- 13:25Speaker 4: adrenal can start. Working, hey your heart can start. Working
- 13:28Speaker 4: your stomach and your testines can start working, better your
- 13:31Speaker 4: liver can start working, better and all these things then
- 13:35Speaker 4: lend to your body, saying, Hey i'm tired of you drinking.
- 13:39Speaker 4: POP i would like SOME i would like some, steak
- 13:43Speaker 4: or like some, fish Or i'd like some of those
- 13:45Speaker 4: greens over there that you've avoided for your entire. Life
- 13:48Speaker 4: i've had people Where i've started adjusting them and they
- 13:50Speaker 4: will come in and they're, like is it weird THAT
- 13:52Speaker 4: i want to eat? SALAD i, said, no that's actually.
- 13:55Speaker 4: Normal that means your brain is now communicating with your,
- 13:58Speaker 4: tissues and your tissues are communicating to your, brain and
- 14:00Speaker 4: your brain's starting to tell, you, look you can't. Eat
- 14:04Speaker 4: continue to eat this crap and have us feel. Good
- 14:06Speaker 4: SO i would appreciate if you'd throw something else in
- 14:09Speaker 4: the hole under our nose that might be a bit
- 14:11Speaker 4: more complete complete. Nutrition so chiropractic alone can do a
- 14:15Speaker 4: lot for balancing and regulating a lot of these systems
- 14:17Speaker 4: that may be going. Haywire, now not to. Mention let's
- 14:20Speaker 4: say it's blood sugar dysregulation and you've got a pancreas
- 14:23Speaker 4: that's a mess. Too might your brain start working on
- 14:26Speaker 4: your pancreas and, saying, HEY i know we've been hard
- 14:28Speaker 4: on you and not taking care of. Things i've changed
- 14:31Speaker 4: things up above about what they're putting in their, mouth
- 14:33Speaker 4: BUT i want you to do things a little bit.
- 14:35Speaker 4: Better and here's the new. Instructions so chiropractic can go
- 14:39Speaker 4: a long long way into helping regulate a lot of these.
- 14:42Speaker 4: Systems and then when we start adding some things like
- 14:45Speaker 4: decent food on the, system it tends to run with,
- 14:48Speaker 4: it and now we have a much, faster much quicker
- 14:51Speaker 4: way of getting healthier. Overall so every cell wants that
- 14:55Speaker 4: good communication from the, brain but they also need the
- 14:58Speaker 4: workers to do. It so, say, okay well what AM
- 15:01Speaker 4: i going to do for an endocrine system to help
- 15:03Speaker 4: it function. Better i'm going to be doing some sort
- 15:06Speaker 4: of trace mineral, product because to make these hormones requires
- 15:10Speaker 4: a fair amount of cofactors and, vitamins and where you
- 15:14Speaker 4: find trace minerals in nature like kelp and, Alfalfa you're
- 15:17Speaker 4: going to find a lot of, vitamins and so getting
- 15:20Speaker 4: some good whole nutrition in the system is. Excellent getting
- 15:24Speaker 4: some pancreatic support in terms of chromium and other trace,
- 15:30Speaker 4: minerals vanadium and whatnot will be super. Helpful AND b
- 15:33Speaker 4: vitamins to no, End because a RUNAWAY a ONE, c
- 15:37Speaker 4: if that's, you MAY a ONE c is thirteen point.
- 15:40Speaker 4: Seven you have a RUNAWAY a ONE. C your blood
- 15:42Speaker 4: sugar is a. Wreck that is a CATASTROPHIC b vitamin
- 15:47Speaker 4: deficiency to say the. Least And i'm not talking about
- 15:50Speaker 4: a crappy pill out of a bottle out of a grocery.
- 15:52Speaker 4: Store i'm talking about REAL b vitamins like, liver, molasses nutritional,
- 15:58Speaker 4: yeast egg, yolks thing things that are, food things that are,
- 16:01Speaker 4: real and so those are great things to be putting
- 16:04Speaker 4: in the. System, Now calcium is a massive blood sugar,
- 16:08Speaker 4: regulator and so is. Magnesium they're very important, together and
- 16:12Speaker 4: so looking for a good calcium magnesium, SUPPLEMENT i don't
- 16:17Speaker 4: skimp on. Them there's only one BRAND i go, with
- 16:20Speaker 4: and so it's WHAT i specifically sell in my. CLINIC
- 16:23Speaker 4: i love. Them they tell me how they process. Everything
- 16:26Speaker 4: And i've been to their farm And i've seen how
- 16:28Speaker 4: it's done and it's. Incredible and so next is the.
- 16:31Speaker 4: Adrenals so what do we do for? Adrenals, well number,
- 16:34Speaker 4: one we start to really de. Stress if your mind
- 16:37Speaker 4: is constantly, active you need to start raining it in
- 16:41Speaker 4: and getting some control over the thoughts that you are.
- 16:43Speaker 4: Thinking so putting your thoughts on higher, thoughts if you
- 16:46Speaker 4: can't control them in the, beginning is at least a
- 16:48Speaker 4: way of redirecting. Them, hey let me think something positive
- 16:51Speaker 4: instead Of instead of, worry, anxiety, hatred, anger, frustration, irritation
- 16:57Speaker 4: whatever it is that you're running through your, mind, guilt
- 16:59Speaker 4: shame should be far away from. You and so as
- 17:02Speaker 4: you begin that, process and there are things that we
- 17:05Speaker 4: can do that will help as glandulars to get those
- 17:08Speaker 4: glands functioning. Again AND i recommend something that's a bit more.
- 17:11Speaker 4: Complete that includes things like the, hypothalamus the, pituitary the,
- 17:16Speaker 4: adrenals the, thyroid the, testes the. Ovaries it should be
- 17:20Speaker 4: a bit more complete than. That and the next is
- 17:23Speaker 4: pancreatic support in terms of the pancreas itself and be,
- 17:26Speaker 4: vitamins but also massive liver support so that we can
- 17:30Speaker 4: detox this system and begin to correct some of the
- 17:35Speaker 4: deficiencies that are rampant in this. Body and so with
- 17:38Speaker 4: doing all of, that we're going to be working on
- 17:41Speaker 4: digestion so that the liver can. Detox BUT i love
- 17:45Speaker 4: things like beats and, beegreens raw, apple, cider. Vinegar if
- 17:48Speaker 4: you cannot do those, things then please get a hold of.
- 17:50Speaker 4: Me i'll talk to you about what we can do
- 17:53Speaker 4: in a pill that is at least helping the stomach
- 17:56Speaker 4: heel and the small gut heel so that then we
- 17:59Speaker 4: can start detoxifying correctly and rebuilding a, liver rebuilding a,
- 18:04Speaker 4: pancreas rebuilding glands and, organs and watching a body begin
- 18:07Speaker 4: to change and become brand. New this is not a
- 18:12Speaker 4: simple overnight. Process LIKE i, said some of you will
- 18:15Speaker 4: take years because the liver isn't fast at, repairing even
- 18:19Speaker 4: though it is excellent at repairing and looking you, know
- 18:23Speaker 4: brand new and it's finally. Repaired but it can take
- 18:26Speaker 4: three and four and five years to repair a. Liver
- 18:29Speaker 4: it's not quite as slow as the skeletal, system which
- 18:32Speaker 4: is seven, years but it can be. Done but within
- 18:35Speaker 4: even six to nine, months you will feel far different
- 18:40Speaker 4: than you used. To and as your diet and your
- 18:42Speaker 4: habits become something that is more solid that your body
- 18:45Speaker 4: can actually stand, on that solid foundation of good, nutrition
- 18:49Speaker 4: it will begin to shed, weight it will begin to look,
- 18:53Speaker 4: different the, skin the, muscles. Everybody and so these are
- 18:57Speaker 4: things that are in your. Future BUT i, mean when
- 18:59Speaker 4: you're going to, start it isn't getting any better right,
- 19:01Speaker 4: now so you might as well start. Now and when
- 19:04Speaker 4: you finally do, start it'll be. Now so why not
- 19:07Speaker 4: do it? NOW i recommend, now and until next, Time
