- 1:03Speaker 2: I'm excited to have a return favorite. Lori Alterman is
- 1:06Speaker 2: back in studio. We are gonna get in all the
- 1:09Speaker 2: Juicy Scoop, the anger, the love, the opinions, the rants
- 1:15Speaker 2: about things that don't matter, other people's lives on reality TV.
- 1:19Speaker 2: Welcome back, Lori. In my happy place, Heather. Let's get
- 1:24Speaker 2: into the valley. I've been having some strong opinions about it.
- 1:29Speaker 2: All that being said, As long as people like me
- 1:33Speaker 2: and you are talking about it, then I say it
- 1:36Speaker 2: is a success. Whether you hate the people, are getting
- 1:41Speaker 2: your tubes tied tomorrow because of the show. It's keeping
- 1:46Speaker 2: us talking and a lot of reality shows don't do that.
- 1:49Speaker 2: So let's first give them the props. It is keeping
- 1:52Speaker 2: us talking. Last we saw, they actually went on the
- 1:57Speaker 2: most unfun, horrible Mexican vacation that I think I've ever witnessed.
- 2:03Speaker 2: Did anyone, could we say anyone had a good time
- 2:05Speaker 2: on the strip or was everybody thrilled to go through
- 2:08Speaker 2: customs and get the fuck home to LAX? I think
- 2:11Speaker 2: there is one person who had a great time. Who? Who?
- 2:15Speaker 2: Daniel and Nia's orange baby. Hear me out. Orange? Yeah,
- 2:21Speaker 2: the orange haired baby.
- 2:23Speaker 1: Oh, oh.
- 2:24Speaker 2: I thought she was blonde, but okay. It's giving orange. Okay. Okay.
- 2:28Speaker 2: That baby was able to escape it all. Okay. Stay
- 2:32Speaker 2: in a dark room. Right. And never had to be
- 2:36Speaker 2: bothered by Daniel and Nia's Birthday sex. Ugh, my God,
- 2:41Speaker 2: you're right. Thank you. She almost had to be subjected
- 2:43Speaker 2: to that. When are we going to have this birthday sex?
- 2:46Speaker 2: When are we going to plan it? What's up, dude?
- 2:49Speaker 2: Can he stop calling her dude? And she's not the
- 2:52Speaker 2: only woman he calls dude, though it is the biggest
- 2:55Speaker 2: name of affection for his gorgeous Miss America wife is dude.
- 3:00Speaker 2: He calls Lala dude. He calls Jasmine dude. He calls
- 3:05Speaker 2: everybody dude. He, you know, there was times where I
- 3:09Speaker 2: felt like, let the guy have a drink and move
- 3:12Speaker 2: gyratus hips because this trip is the worst. But this
- 3:17Speaker 2: last episode, I think the reason people are so compelled
- 3:21Speaker 2: to talk about it, it was so hard as a
- 3:24Speaker 2: woman to watch another woman. And I've seen couples like this. Actually,
- 3:33Speaker 2: this is the first time I'm thinking of this couple. Okay.
- 3:35Speaker 2: Where I really felt for the woman. She, too, married
- 3:40Speaker 2: her lover of her life young. And there was a
- 3:45Speaker 2: time he was sober for many years, and there was
- 3:47Speaker 2: a time where then the drinking had begun again. And
- 3:50Speaker 2: she still wanted to have dinners with other couples and things.
- 3:54Speaker 2: And it was really like... Oh, my God. It's like
- 3:57Speaker 2: having like a toddler or somebody, you know, a young
- 4:03Speaker 2: child that isn't well behaved at a restaurant who doesn't
- 4:06Speaker 2: have an iPad for the rest of your life. Like
- 4:09Speaker 2: it's she was managing so much. And she and unlike
- 4:13Speaker 2: my friend that was just managing it at a restaurant,
- 4:16Speaker 2: you know, with a couple of couples. She's managing it
- 4:19Speaker 2: for the world who's now, she knows that the world
- 4:24Speaker 2: is seeing that this isn't a good situation. This isn't
- 4:28Speaker 2: a good marriage. This isn't an example of honoring your
- 4:31Speaker 2: man in God's light, whatever. It just isn't good. And
- 4:37Speaker 2: the coming around, honey, look, Daniel, Daniel, look at me,
- 4:41Speaker 2: look at me, look at your wife, ignore her, ignore her,
- 4:44Speaker 2: ignore her. What does that say? Why would you ignore
- 4:48Speaker 2: someone that you've known for a few years, Lala, who's
- 4:51Speaker 2: having a conversation with you? Why? And then walk away,
- 4:56Speaker 2: walk away, walk away. Can we have a good time? No,
- 4:58Speaker 2: you can't. Nobody had a good time on this trip.
- 5:01Speaker 2: This trip was the fucking worst Mexico trip.
- 5:04Speaker 3: So no reality TV cast trip is supposed to work.
- 5:08Speaker 3: But this one is another level. I mean, just bring
- 5:12Speaker 3: out a buffet and I start to get hives. Brittany
- 5:15Speaker 3: trying to get ranch on a salad. There's no way
- 5:18Speaker 3: she was just eating a salad. We see that later
- 5:20Speaker 3: in her bed.
- 5:21Speaker 2: And yes, the drunk, creepy cult leader, Daniel, let's go.
- 5:27Speaker 2: Let's go.
- 5:28Speaker 3: And this poor woman who I would maintain, Heather, just
- 5:33Speaker 3: like some guys are too hot and you're like, they're
- 5:35Speaker 3: just too good looking.
- 5:36Speaker 2: Nia's uncomfortably attractive. Her face is ridiculously perfection. It's awful.
- 5:44Speaker 2: And she's so stunning. Hair shiny, perfect teeth. She is stunning.
- 5:51Speaker 2: I don't know how these two got together. I'm sure
- 5:52Speaker 2: they told us their story. His backstory is interesting in
- 5:56Speaker 2: the church. The grandfather, who's like 96, is still alive.
- 6:00Speaker 2: He started the whatever it is. Red flag. Baptist or whatever.
- 6:05Speaker 2: I'm not sure what kind of Christian church it is.
- 6:08Speaker 2: His parents are co-pastors currently in... I forgot what state
- 6:14Speaker 2: it is, but it's not California. And then he came
- 6:17Speaker 2: out here. They were part of another Christian church out here.
- 6:19Speaker 2: I don't know how he became this child actor person,
- 6:25Speaker 2: being that he was a pastor's kid in Minnesota. That
- 6:28Speaker 2: seems interesting. I just hope and pray that this is
- 6:33Speaker 2: the one instance... because I don't think there's really been any,
- 6:38Speaker 2: where a husband watches a behavior back on a reality
- 6:42Speaker 2: show or a housewife show and doesn't immediately coil up
- 6:48Speaker 2: into their ego and take it even more out on
- 6:51Speaker 2: their wife for putting them, for making them look bad. Like,
- 6:56Speaker 2: will he, with all his training and, you know, spiritual guidance,
- 7:03Speaker 2: will he actually watch it and go, I'm about to
- 7:07Speaker 2: lose my gorgeous tall wife? I don't even know if
- 7:11Speaker 2: she's tall. She might be 5'5. She's taller than him.
- 7:14Speaker 2: But I could lose this gorgeous tall wife who probably
- 7:18Speaker 2: makes more money than he because she's an influencer and
- 7:22Speaker 2: four kids and have to commute from wherever she decides
- 7:27Speaker 2: to leave when she wants to leave Santa Clarita Valley.
- 7:30Speaker 2: And she wants to stay married. All he has to
- 7:35Speaker 2: do is he really just has to give up drinking.
- 7:38Speaker 2: He's got to go to rehab. If he doesn't go
- 7:42Speaker 2: from the reunion... to the rehab place and have a
- 7:47Speaker 2: great fucking time there and give up alcohol forever, this
- 7:51Speaker 2: marriage has no chance.
- 7:53Speaker 3: I am shocked that you think that this is the
- 7:56Speaker 3: reality TV star that's going to look back at the
- 7:58Speaker 3: last few episodes.
- 7:59Speaker 2: I don't think he is. You hope that, though. I
- 8:02Speaker 2: always have hope for a marriage to stay together with
- 8:05Speaker 2: four small kids. I know that she loves this guy.
- 8:09Speaker 2: A lot of women... They want the fairy tale. They
- 8:15Speaker 2: believe in this kind of patriarchal Christianity. He's the head
- 8:20Speaker 2: of the household. I can be soft. I don't think
- 8:24Speaker 2: there's anything wrong with it. You can have it. But
- 8:29Speaker 2: she's getting to a point where I think her sadness is, oh, shit.
- 8:35Speaker 2: This is not working out for me. He is not
- 8:39Speaker 2: seeing it. We're four kids in. The best thing that's
- 8:44Speaker 2: happening is that we see that he gets the vasectomy
- 8:47Speaker 2: because whatever happens with them, they don't need a fifth kid.
- 8:51Speaker 2: And he also, if they don't end up together, you
- 8:54Speaker 2: don't want him then having more children that have more
- 8:57Speaker 2: college expenses, more whatever. So even if they break up,
- 9:02Speaker 2: he can go get married to somebody else and make
- 9:04Speaker 2: her life miserable at least twice. her kid's money won't
- 9:07Speaker 2: be split up or whatever. So that's all I can say.
- 9:11Speaker 2: I mean, I, I want to believe that, that people
- 9:14Speaker 2: can change and maybe that if this was the ultimate
- 9:18Speaker 2: thing and he seriously got sober, I mean, Lala was
- 9:20Speaker 2: a big boozer on, on the Vanderpump rules, party, party, partied.
- 9:26Speaker 2: She had a moment. She's been sober for seven years.
- 9:30Speaker 2: People can do it, you know? Um, And maybe, and
- 9:34Speaker 2: part of it was maybe seeing that behavior playback. I
- 9:38Speaker 2: don't know. See, I don't think it's... Didn't work for
- 9:40Speaker 2: Shanna Badour. No, but I don't think this is a
- 9:42Speaker 2: matter of alcoholism or drunk. Okay. I think this is
- 9:46Speaker 2: his personality. Possibly.
- 9:47Speaker 3: Because the let's goes happen way before drink and his
- 9:52Speaker 3: facial contortions and his personality. Yes, it gets way worse
- 9:59Speaker 3: when he drinks. But unlike Lala, his just state of
- 10:03Speaker 3: being sucks.
- 10:06Speaker 2: Period.
- 10:07Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 10:07Speaker 2: Sorry, Daniel. It's not a great personality. Well, I'm also thinking, though,
- 10:11Speaker 2: in his defense, like we've only seen this storyline for
- 10:17Speaker 2: the last three years. Well, this is my first season. Okay,
- 10:20Speaker 2: so maybe the first season, it was more about... I
- 10:24Speaker 2: don't remember what the first season was. Second season was
- 10:26Speaker 2: Jax and Brittany because that was the demise of their relationship.
- 10:30Speaker 2: And in that, Jax wanted to go after Nia and
- 10:34Speaker 2: Danny because he wanted the heat taken off of him.
- 10:36Speaker 2: And I think Jax was smart enough and had real
- 10:40Speaker 2: evidence that he was drinking a lot in the bar.
- 10:43Speaker 2: They weren't the perfect couple. that they pretended to be
- 10:47Speaker 2: or hoped to present or wanted to or want to be.
- 10:50Speaker 2: It could be that at home things are chill and
- 10:56Speaker 2: now in public and cameras and everything. That's the other
- 10:59Speaker 2: thing is that now they've put their life out there.
- 11:02Speaker 2: There's no putting the toothpaste back in the tube. They
- 11:06Speaker 2: chose to go this route versus just traditional acting and
- 11:09Speaker 2: modeling work. They're benefiting from like her, you know, I'm
- 11:13Speaker 2: sure getting tons of brand deals and things. And so now,
- 11:19Speaker 2: now we have to manage it. It's like a ship
- 11:21Speaker 2: sinking and she's putting a bandaid over here and a
- 11:24Speaker 2: bandaid over here and the waters keep leaking. And then,
- 11:26Speaker 2: oh my God, there's a leak over here. Daniel, Daniel,
- 11:30Speaker 2: look at your wife, Daniel, look at your wife. It's incredible.
- 11:35Speaker 2: The birthday party was so bad. Yes. And the amount
- 11:39Speaker 2: of devotion and I get a little jealous, Heather, I'm
- 11:42Speaker 2: just going to tell you this. No one else. Okay.
- 11:44Speaker 2: No one listen.
- 11:45Speaker 3: Like, If my husband puts his hand on his face
- 11:50Speaker 3: in a weird way, I get grossed out. Sometimes he
- 11:54Speaker 3: talks with like a lift. This woman, the fact her
- 11:59Speaker 3: vagina hasn't dried up like a raisin in the middle
- 12:02Speaker 3: of the.
- 12:03Speaker 2: I think it has. When he said, when's the birthday?
- 12:06Speaker 2: She was so grateful to have a baby there. Orange baby.
- 12:11Speaker 2: She was so grateful to say, well, she's going to
- 12:14Speaker 2: be in our room. You know, it's going to be
- 12:16Speaker 2: the nanny has to have her time off. Thank God.
- 12:19Speaker 2: Can I ask you something about that? And I got
- 12:21Speaker 2: every excuse in the world for not wanting to bang
- 12:23Speaker 2: my husband of 30 years. Yeah.
- 12:25Speaker 3: But the baby in the room, the baby is only
- 12:28Speaker 3: a baby, right? It's not like six. Like that's, isn't
- 12:32Speaker 3: it like in a crib? I don't know what babies
- 12:33Speaker 3: do anymore. Mine are like a hundred years old. Well, no,
- 12:36Speaker 3: of course people, she could, and the baby's not going
- 12:38Speaker 3: to know. It's not in the bed with him, but
- 12:41Speaker 3: she doesn't want to.
- 12:42Speaker 2: Also, she's tired and it's the worst trip ever and
- 12:45Speaker 2: she's mad at him. So she doesn't want to, but-
- 12:48Speaker 2: The cameras are right there as she's finishing doing her
- 12:50Speaker 2: hair and he's like, we're going to have some birthday sex.
- 12:53Speaker 2: And she's like, well, and the baby's going to be
- 12:54Speaker 2: in the room and the nanny has to have her
- 12:57Speaker 2: nights off because we're going to the party without the baby,
- 12:59Speaker 2: you know?
- 13:00Speaker 3: So what's interesting to note, Heather? is that this big
- 13:04Speaker 3: birthday baby had an opportunity to bang some birthday sex out.
- 13:09Speaker 3: And instead of following his disciple, Nia, back to the room,
- 13:14Speaker 3: even though Bravo had taken down the cameras, production went
- 13:17Speaker 3: to sleep, and even Manuel at the bar was saying,
- 13:20Speaker 3: you know, lights out, he went to the bar alone.
- 13:23Speaker 3: ordered a tequila with Sprite, which is a huge sign
- 13:26Speaker 3: of alcoholism. Why is it such a huge sign? By
- 13:31Speaker 3: yourself or the drink order? I don't know. There's something
- 13:33Speaker 3: about that. But I love it for Danny. I love
- 13:36Speaker 3: that Daniel, at the end of the night, knowing cameras
- 13:38Speaker 3: are on, which is fascinating when I talk to these
- 13:41Speaker 3: reality TV stars, they do forget cameras are on.
- 13:44Speaker 2: They do. And also, I just think you forget also
- 13:46Speaker 2: because you're probably drunk. He's probably five drinks. If we
- 13:51Speaker 2: counted the First of all, he's probably sneaking drinks. And
- 13:55Speaker 2: then you're thinking that probably the first drink was when
- 13:58Speaker 2: you spent the afternoon on the boat. So probably the
- 14:00Speaker 2: first drink was by noon. He probably had five on
- 14:03Speaker 2: the boat, came back, had to get ready for the dinner,
- 14:07Speaker 2: maybe took a nap, maybe took a shower, probably had
- 14:10Speaker 2: a drink in the room. Heather, why was the room
- 14:13Speaker 2: so dark? It was so dark and depressing, their hotel room.
- 14:17Speaker 2: I don't know. It was all... I mean... And then
- 14:20Speaker 2: the Tom... I mean... Tom Sandoval, he just like slept
- 14:23Speaker 2: and- You mean Schwartzy. Oh, sorry, Tom Schwartz. But Tom
- 14:27Speaker 2: Sandoval's probably sleeping right now. Well, we'll get into him
- 14:29Speaker 2: in a minute. Yeah, Schwartzy had a hangover. That's a shock. Yeah,
- 14:33Speaker 2: and I think Michelle is very- Michelle and Lacey, that
- 14:38Speaker 2: was a really great moment that they're just like, who
- 14:43Speaker 2: wants to film with their ex and the ex's new girlfriend?
- 14:48Speaker 2: But we're all getting paid- To be on the worst
- 14:51Speaker 2: vacation on earth. And at least they're both decent women,
- 14:56Speaker 2: decent moms. And I don't think either one of them
- 14:59Speaker 2: want to fuck Jesse. My hot take is maybe they
- 15:02Speaker 2: like each other. Because they definitely like each other more
- 15:05Speaker 2: than Jesse. That would give it a storyline, Heather. I
- 15:08Speaker 2: think at this point, Michelle realizes that when her daughter
- 15:12Speaker 2: is there, she probably has a good time because Lacey's
- 15:15Speaker 2: daughter is the same age.
- 15:16Speaker 3: And Lacey seems like a good mom. Listen, she needs
- 15:19Speaker 3: a babysitter for when she's with Dr.
- 15:21Speaker 2: Dre. Right, right. We'll see if that's still going on.
- 15:25Speaker 2: It is. Oh, it is? Okay. I also think what
- 15:30Speaker 2: she said is true. It's like she probably told herself,
- 15:35Speaker 2: you know, that he wasn't affectionate, he wasn't loving, and
- 15:39Speaker 2: that's just him. And then to see that he can
- 15:44Speaker 2: be a good boyfriend to somebody else right in front
- 15:47Speaker 2: of her I understood Jesse's point because he was like, well,
- 15:51Speaker 2: if her googly-eyed boyfriend was still around, she'd be like
- 15:54Speaker 2: humping him in front of me. Totally true. But I
- 15:59Speaker 2: thought that was such an interesting thing because I remember
- 16:01Speaker 2: I had another friend and she and her husband had
- 16:04Speaker 2: a horrible, volatile marriage situation. And they broke up, got divorced.
- 16:10Speaker 2: He married someone else. They had a child. And the
- 16:13Speaker 2: two kids would go and spend time with them. And
- 16:16Speaker 2: she's like, What are they like together? And the kids
- 16:21Speaker 2: were like, great. They're great. It's not always that your
- 16:28Speaker 2: ex is the worst person on earth. It can be
- 16:33Speaker 2: that you... Bring out the worst in each other or
- 16:36Speaker 2: you're not a good match or they have fallen out
- 16:39Speaker 2: of love with you. They're not attracted to you anymore
- 16:42Speaker 2: because you turned them off or whatever because of the
- 16:46Speaker 2: things you did and you didn't realize you were doing.
- 16:48Speaker 2: I mean, that's a long relationship. That's why no two
- 16:50Speaker 2: marriages are the same and you can't. But I find
- 16:54Speaker 2: that a very interesting element of the show. Like my
- 16:57Speaker 2: husband never has my back at restaurants.
- 17:00Speaker 3: I could get a sandwich, like a turkey sandwich, and
- 17:03Speaker 3: there could be a shoe inside with a puppy tail.
- 17:06Speaker 2: And I'll say, oh, do you mind? I got the right.
- 17:08Speaker 2: And he'll say to the way she's fine. This is fine.
- 17:12Speaker 3: If I saw him at a restaurant with this next
- 17:14Speaker 3: toe and the woman's like, I don't have my tap
- 17:17Speaker 3: water the right temperature.
- 17:18Speaker 2: And my husband goes. Yeah, now. Fix this woman's water.
- 17:24Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 17:25Speaker 2: Break my heart. But that is actually very funny, but
- 17:27Speaker 2: also a great point. Like, yeah, I would like to
- 17:30Speaker 2: hear from other women. Yeah. That, I mean, on a light,
- 17:35Speaker 2: on a pre-marriage note, I know girls that have taken
- 17:41Speaker 2: a little school project, aka a boyfriend. I know what
- 17:44Speaker 2: you're saying. Got him a better haircut.
- 17:46Speaker 1: Oh.
- 17:47Speaker 2: Got him some cuter clothes. Gave him a glow up.
- 17:51Speaker 2: And then four years later, when they're like ready, okay,
- 17:55Speaker 2: where's my ring? They break up. And now he's been,
- 18:03Speaker 2: it's like Frankenstein. Now he is at a level that
- 18:06Speaker 2: other people will purchase him.
- 18:07Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 18:08Speaker 2: Because you fixed that. They think you're done for the day,
- 18:14Speaker 2: but they don't know about the drawer. The drawer. Just
- 18:19Speaker 2: the one square before bed. Or two, you know. Nobody's watching.
- 18:26Speaker 2: You deserve a treat.
- 18:31Speaker 3: With eight flavours to choose from, you can choose the
- 18:33Speaker 3: flavour you favour with Cadbury Dairy Milk.
- 18:42Speaker 4: I'm Darman, and this is What Happens Next. Each week
- 18:45Speaker 4: on the show, I sit down with extraordinary people who
- 18:48Speaker 4: have faced tremendous setbacks, and yet somehow have found a
- 18:52Speaker 4: way to turn them into their greatest strengths.
- 18:55Speaker 2: Life is one long lesson of chaos. I'm heading to
- 18:59Speaker 2: the Emmys, and I have police complaints filed against me.
- 19:02Speaker 5: When your free will was about to be taken from you,
- 19:04Speaker 5: what would you do if it was given back?
- 19:06Speaker 4: Where did that need come from where you thought that
- 19:09Speaker 4: you had to succeed in order to feel loved?
- 19:12Speaker 2: He said, I have a work dad. I need a
- 19:13Speaker 2: home dad. What happens next? When I came in, he
- 19:16Speaker 2: started crying.
- 19:16Speaker 4: Everybody in life encounters hardships. What defines them is not
- 19:21Speaker 4: those hard moments that they go through. It's about what
- 19:24Speaker 4: happens next.
- 19:25Speaker 2: I decided to risk it all. I realized how valuable
- 19:27Speaker 2: every day was. You're worth the work. Listen, Dara, I'm
- 19:30Speaker 2: not going to pull punches. You can use your voice
- 19:32Speaker 2: even if it's shaped.
- 19:33Speaker 4: The stories are different, but the impact is the same.
- 19:37Speaker 4: Only one question matters. What happens next?
- 19:47Speaker 2: Anyway, speaking of marriage, Luke says, I don't know that
- 19:52Speaker 2: a wedding is going to happen with Kristen. I find
- 19:56Speaker 2: it fascinating. There's He likes to fish and hunt. I
- 20:06Speaker 2: don't know what his career was before he met her
- 20:09Speaker 2: and became a reality star on a fucking billboard on
- 20:12Speaker 2: Ventura Boulevard. Reality TV is the only form of entertainment
- 20:17Speaker 2: where because you slept with someone who was already a
- 20:21Speaker 2: reality TV star, you can too be a star, Britney included.
- 20:26Speaker 2: It's kind of amazing. It's really kind of amazing. And
- 20:31Speaker 2: so now they're this couple that we're watching, which... Their
- 20:35Speaker 2: story is very real, though depressing. It's very real. But
- 20:39Speaker 2: I just saw her recently on Instagram and she is like,
- 20:43Speaker 2: I took the shot. I've lost 20 pounds. I'm excited
- 20:46Speaker 2: for summer. Let's go. Good for her. Seems happier. Hopefully
- 20:52Speaker 2: they're past the postpartum stage in every way and they
- 20:57Speaker 2: can find why they ever liked each other in the
- 21:00Speaker 2: first place. Well, here's my feelings on Kristen Doughty.
- 21:04Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 21:05Speaker 2: Shot or not, she's boring. She's a whiner.
- 21:08Speaker 3: I didn't like her on Vanderpump. I don't like her
- 21:11Speaker 3: on here. I don't understand the look.
- 21:13Speaker 4: Of it all.
- 21:14Speaker 2: That he moved to L.A., Why? I don't know what
- 21:20Speaker 2: his job was before. Was he just like a farmer
- 21:23Speaker 2: or something? I don't get it. And then she's like, well,
- 21:26Speaker 2: he doesn't like it here because he can't hunt and whatever.
- 21:28Speaker 2: And I'm like, well, then how did he end up here?
- 21:31Speaker 2: I mean, do they meet on like a Tinder? I
- 21:34Speaker 2: need to know that backstory. Oh, I do want to
- 21:35Speaker 2: know it too. I'm sure it's out there. I'm sure
- 21:38Speaker 2: a juicy scooper knows that. I don't understand how these
- 21:40Speaker 2: two got together. I think he's low key kind of cute. Yeah,
- 21:43Speaker 2: I don't think. I mean, they have the cutest baby ever. No,
- 21:46Speaker 2: I like the orange baby. Okay, well, I think all
- 21:49Speaker 2: babies are cute. Speaking of fishermen, we didn't talk about
- 21:52Speaker 2: that fish that Luke pretended to catch. Pretended? What do
- 21:56Speaker 2: you mean? There's no way he caught that fish on
- 21:58Speaker 2: that Mexican trip. Why would he lie about that? Why
- 22:01Speaker 2: would anyone lie on reality TV? I don't know. Okay, well,
- 22:05Speaker 2: I don't care about fishing, so I don't care if
- 22:07Speaker 2: he did lie about it. I don't care. It was
- 22:09Speaker 2: weird that he was fishing inside of a rock. That's
- 22:11Speaker 2: what I'm saying. No, it was like he was... On
- 22:14Speaker 2: a rock. I'm like, is there like a tiny piece
- 22:16Speaker 2: of water there? Why was his fishing rod thing between
- 22:20Speaker 2: two rocks? Why wasn't he like out in the sea?
- 22:23Speaker 2: If I'm Kristen, I don't care that he's out all
- 22:25Speaker 2: night getting drunk. I'm like, why were you in the
- 22:27Speaker 2: middle of a rock fishing? And their room was dark, too.
- 22:30Speaker 1: You know what?
- 22:30Speaker 2: This makes me never want to have kids. Wait, I
- 22:33Speaker 2: already have them. OK, so then we get into Brittany. Oh, yeah.
- 22:41Speaker 2: I mean, I don't know what's up with Brittany. I
- 22:44Speaker 2: think Brittany is allergic to plastic surgery. I just don't
- 22:47Speaker 2: think plastic surgery is what works for her. I think
- 22:52Speaker 2: she's unfortunately having too much of it. I don't know
- 22:57Speaker 2: who this plastic surgeon is. Mm-hmm. I heard he was
- 23:00Speaker 2: the same one that did Jax's four nose jobs. So
- 23:02Speaker 2: I don't know why they keep going to him and
- 23:05Speaker 2: why it took four times to do a nose job. So,
- 23:08Speaker 2: you know, there's some other TV doctors... It might be
- 23:10Speaker 2: because he was using his nose on illegal substances.
- 23:14Speaker 4: Oh! Who?
- 23:17Speaker 2: No, I know, but.
- 23:21Speaker 2: Allegedly. The pasta. Anyway, so, I mean... She's a beautiful girl.
- 23:28Speaker 2: I don't know. I think that's the problem. I think
- 23:30Speaker 2: she needs to stop with that. It's so sad. The
- 23:33Speaker 2: tummy tuck and the boob reduction and the chin lipo
- 23:37Speaker 2: from two years ago that I don't think took. I
- 23:40Speaker 2: don't notice any difference. And she's a beautiful girl. And
- 23:44Speaker 2: it's just like, maybe just stop that. And then imagine
- 23:49Speaker 2: you still have like open wounds and you have to
- 23:51Speaker 2: go to Mexico.
- 23:53Speaker 3: Didn't seem to stop her, Heather.
- 23:55Speaker 2: I know, but you have to go because of the job.
- 23:57Speaker 4: Right.
- 23:58Speaker 2: But like, does anything sound worse than you're like still
- 24:01Speaker 2: wearing bands around your body and you have to go
- 24:04Speaker 2: to a Mexico hot trip?
- 24:06Speaker 3: To be fair, she didn't wear the bands after that
- 24:10Speaker 3: fabulous gay bar they went to.
- 24:13Speaker 2: She did. They tried to get them on her, but
- 24:15Speaker 2: she was eating French fries in bed instead. I thought
- 24:19Speaker 2: that's what she had on the back of the low
- 24:21Speaker 2: cut dress.
- 24:22Speaker 3: But then they went home and they tried to get
- 24:24Speaker 3: the focaccia girdle on. And instead she ordered rooster. Listen,
- 24:28Speaker 3: I love drunk eats. I just like to do it
- 24:30Speaker 3: at the bar. I also think, first of all, she's
- 24:35Speaker 3: allergic to something. And we thought it was Jack's, but
- 24:39Speaker 3: he's been gone and it's not.
- 24:40Speaker 2: It's not shellfish. It's not shellfish. I think it could
- 24:43Speaker 2: be tequila. I think this is what Brittany should do.
- 24:48Speaker 2: She should get a sponsorship, a brand deal, with one
- 24:51Speaker 2: of those allergy testing something. This is phenomenal. And she
- 24:55Speaker 2: needs to be tested for something. I bet she'll find
- 25:00Speaker 2: that she's allergic to tequila and... And good choices? Maybe
- 25:06Speaker 2: all alcohol, but like definitely tequila and maybe bad choices
- 25:10Speaker 2: in men. And then like maybe some other things. It
- 25:12Speaker 2: could be something like, who knows? It could be gluten.
- 25:15Speaker 2: It could be something. There's something going on there that
- 25:18Speaker 2: plastic surgery is not fixing. And that's what I think
- 25:22Speaker 2: that needs to be her next thing. I think she's
- 25:24Speaker 2: been so focused on... probably her son's diet and everything
- 25:28Speaker 2: like that because she's such a good mom. Now it's
- 25:30Speaker 2: time to like, she needs to get like a wellness
- 25:33Speaker 2: thing and figure out what is going on. See, the
- 25:38Speaker 2: fans and the Juicy Scoopers don't realize the heart you
- 25:42Speaker 2: have and that you really are at this from your heart.
- 25:46Speaker 2: You want Brittany to be better. I want Brittany to
- 25:48Speaker 2: be better. I sometimes worry about Kristen and Luke and like,
- 25:52Speaker 2: you know, this baby just was born. Like, Where is
- 25:56Speaker 2: this child going to go to private school in LA?
- 25:59Speaker 2: Is this show going to continue for the next 20 years? Like,
- 26:02Speaker 2: what is the plan? Not everybody has a Vanderpump Hotel
- 26:06Speaker 2: to fall back on. I don't know. I don't know,
- 26:09Speaker 2: but it's... Worrisome. It's a lot. But it's entertaining. Now,
- 26:16Speaker 2: Zach has a boyfriend who... Oh, I thought that was
- 26:18Speaker 2: his child that he adopted, Benji. That's his boyfriend. This
- 26:22Speaker 2: is my first season. I thought that was his child. No,
- 26:25Speaker 2: that is his boyfriend, Ed. He is cute, but I
- 26:27Speaker 2: thought it was interesting because when Lala was going off
- 26:30Speaker 2: and she's like, you Polly Pocket piece of poo or whatever,
- 26:34Speaker 2: she's talking about Danny, about how short he is. And Benji,
- 26:37Speaker 2: who is also height challenged, is laughing. And I was like, well,
- 26:42Speaker 2: I don't know that that's what is it, the putt
- 26:45Speaker 2: calling the kettle black? I'm like, I don't think she'd
- 26:46Speaker 2: be laughing at the Pauly Pocket conversation because you're pretty tiny.
- 26:49Speaker 2: But I love that he did though. He's saying, he's
- 26:51Speaker 2: laughing too. And I'm short and it's funny. Good for him. Yeah.
- 26:55Speaker 2: Are you sure that's his? We never see a confession
- 26:58Speaker 2: with him or with Jasmine's wife to be. So they
- 27:02Speaker 2: seem like they're pleasant, lovely people. But what are you
- 27:06Speaker 2: going to do if they're not an outgoing personality? Then
- 27:09Speaker 2: we don't hear from them. So, I mean, I guess
- 27:11Speaker 2: that says a lot about Luke that he became such
- 27:13Speaker 2: a big storyline person. Janet, fan or not?
- 27:20Speaker 3: First season, and I will say this about Janet. I
- 27:24Speaker 3: don't know that she needs to be on the show.
- 27:26Speaker 3: She's not exciting or bringing much. But she called out Daniel.
- 27:30Speaker 3: And that warms my heart. And she's not annoying. I
- 27:35Speaker 3: do know from people that she was in past seasons.
- 27:38Speaker 3: But this season, she's tempered. And she's not loud, and
- 27:42Speaker 3: she keeps... And she's bisexual.
- 27:44Speaker 2: That's new. Yeah, she has the hots for Michelle. Yeah. So, okay.
- 27:48Speaker 3: I mean, that might be the most exciting thing that's
- 27:50Speaker 3: happened on this season. That and maybe seeing Daniel in
- 27:55Speaker 3: his kitchen back in Santa Clarita, wherever it is.
- 27:58Speaker 2: Santa Clarita. By the way, he was sober doing this, Heather.
- 28:01Speaker 2: This was not drunk. Flexing all the time. What's the flexing?
- 28:05Speaker 2: Daniel does. You know, like we said, this is... You know,
- 28:11Speaker 2: hundreds and hundreds of hours of film. Okay. And they
- 28:15Speaker 2: put it together to make them- You're giving him a break.
- 28:17Speaker 4: Okay.
- 28:17Speaker 2: Look like a bad couple. There could have been some
- 28:20Speaker 2: times where he made her breakfast in bed and filmed
- 28:25Speaker 2: the whole thing while he came back from the park
- 28:27Speaker 2: with all four kids. We didn't see that. I don't
- 28:31Speaker 2: want to see that. I doubt it, but I don't
- 28:33Speaker 2: think so. Yeah. Okay, moving on. Bethany Frankel made a
- 28:37Speaker 2: big announcement about that she decided to stop her podcast
- 28:43Speaker 2: at iHeart.
- 28:43Speaker 4: Okay.
- 28:44Speaker 2: Which is interesting because iHeart also had a big thing
- 28:48Speaker 2: of letting a lot of people go, including hosts of podcasts,
- 28:52Speaker 2: just at the same time. Just at the same time.
- 28:55Speaker 2: Just coincidentally made iHeart's job easier. Okay. Because she was like, hey,
- 29:01Speaker 2: I'm not going to do this anymore. And they're like,
- 29:02Speaker 2: oh my God, that's so great. Because we had to
- 29:04Speaker 2: cut a bunch of shows and yours wasn't one of them.
- 29:08Speaker 2: But now maybe you can save someone else's. So it's like,
- 29:11Speaker 2: you know, she's always doing charity work. And I literally
- 29:17Speaker 2: was just asking a friend like two weeks ago, does
- 29:19Speaker 2: she still have her show? Like, I didn't know. And
- 29:22Speaker 2: she would just rant about things for 15 minutes. The best.
- 29:25Speaker 2: The show that was good of the podcast that she
- 29:28Speaker 2: was getting on is when she just decided to rip
- 29:31Speaker 2: on her ex-husband and what a horrible, horrible divorce she
- 29:34Speaker 2: went through. And there is no doubt that it wasn't
- 29:36Speaker 2: a horrible, horrible divorce. Do you know? that Jason Hoppy
- 29:42Speaker 2: former star of Bethany's Getting Married and Bethany Turns 40
- 29:46Speaker 2: ex-husband is the father of a baby with his girlfriend
- 29:54Speaker 2: who was the nanny of Sarah Jessica Parker this is
- 29:58Speaker 2: true This is some scoop. Yep, this is true. Say
- 30:03Speaker 2: it again for the back of the church. Sarah Jessica
- 30:06Speaker 2: Parker had a nanny. Had a nanny who she is
- 30:10Speaker 2: still friendly with. Of course, her kids are grown now.
- 30:13Speaker 2: She has twin girls and a boy that are all
- 30:16Speaker 2: like college or older, okay? That nanny, who she remained
- 30:21Speaker 2: friendly with, fell in love with Jason Hoppy. And they
- 30:24Speaker 2: have a little baby together who is Brynn's half-sibling. Where
- 30:28Speaker 2: does Mr. Hoppy live? Because he's from close to where
- 30:31Speaker 2: I'm from in Pennsylvania. I think he's still in the
- 30:33Speaker 2: New York area. How does he meet the nanny? And
- 30:36Speaker 2: then they moved to Florida.
- 30:38Speaker 5: Okay.
- 30:39Speaker 2: And I think it's fine because she's at an age
- 30:41Speaker 2: where she can... make her own plans with her dad
- 30:44Speaker 2: and whatever. I don't think it really involves Bethany anymore.
- 30:49Speaker 2: But remember in And Just Like That, were you a
- 30:53Speaker 2: fan of watching it? No. In Just Like That, Sarah
- 30:56Speaker 2: Jessica Parker is with somebody and they're talking about going
- 31:02Speaker 2: to the Hamptons for the summer. And she's like, one
- 31:05Speaker 2: of them said, I don't want to go to the
- 31:06Speaker 2: Hamptons or whatever in the summer anymore. And she's like, why?
- 31:09Speaker 2: Because Bethany Frankel is there. And it was just this
- 31:12Speaker 2: weird line that a couple of people picked up. And
- 31:14Speaker 2: some people thought it was because Andy Cohen is best
- 31:17Speaker 2: friends with Sarah Jessica Parker. And it was weird to
- 31:19Speaker 2: get a dig. That could be it. But it's also
- 31:23Speaker 2: that her former nanny is Jason Hoppy's partner. I love this.
- 31:28Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 31:31Speaker 2: But anyway, she did a couple episodes about her horrible divorce,
- 31:34Speaker 2: and I'm telling you it was riveting. But for legal reasons,
- 31:38Speaker 2: or maybe because it was bothering her daughter, she had
- 31:42Speaker 2: to take that down. But we all heard it. Yeah,
- 31:45Speaker 2: but it was only like two episodes.
- 31:46Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 31:47Speaker 2: And so anyway, she's done with it. She says she makes,
- 31:52Speaker 2: you know, $ 200 million a year. No, I don't think
- 31:54Speaker 2: she said that. I think she said she makes $ 20
- 31:56Speaker 2: million a year. on just being an influencer where she'll
- 32:00Speaker 2: do this thing where she'll be like, oh my God,
- 32:02Speaker 2: look how bad my hair dye is. This is the
- 32:03Speaker 2: worst hair dye job I've ever had. This, who does this?
- 32:06Speaker 2: Why does it look so bad? And then four weeks later,
- 32:10Speaker 2: she's like, I'm so excited to announce that I paired
- 32:13Speaker 2: up with this hair dye company. And now I'm a partner.
- 32:18Speaker 2: You're telling me that deal wasn't already in the works.
- 32:20Speaker 2: Is she eating chicken salad the whole time? Yeah. She's
- 32:24Speaker 2: making her money, filming it 24 seven. And she doesn't
- 32:28Speaker 2: need to do the podcast anymore. So be it. Who cares?
- 32:32Speaker 2: Not a fan of Bethany Frankel. She created podcasting, by
- 32:35Speaker 2: the way. Not a fan. I loved her on New York, though. Well,
- 32:38Speaker 2: speaking of this, this comes from Housewife Historian, too. Look
- 32:42Speaker 2: at that airbrush. She only airbrushed, Ramona airbrushed just herself
- 32:48Speaker 2: and not Avery, her daughter. And Avery, who is also
- 32:52Speaker 2: very attractive, who is about 32 years old or so,
- 32:55Speaker 2: looks older than 65 year old or 68. I don't
- 32:59Speaker 2: even know how old she is. Ramona. Phenomenal. Like not
- 33:03Speaker 2: a freckle on her chest, smooth neck, full cheeks.
- 33:09Speaker 3: I mean that I've done some bad parenting things, many,
- 33:13Speaker 3: but that is some evil.
- 33:16Speaker 2: Again, like Bethany, I'm not a fan of Ramona. Well,
- 33:19Speaker 2: you know what? I'll tell you exactly what happened, okay?
- 33:21Speaker 1: Oh.
- 33:22Speaker 2: Hey, Lori. Okay. A really great time with my daughter
- 33:24Speaker 2: in Paris.
- 33:24Speaker 1: Okay.
- 33:25Speaker 2: We looked really great. And, you know, Avery's not like me, okay?
- 33:28Speaker 2: She's not really faint. She doesn't really care how she looks.
- 33:31Speaker 2: And I said, do you want me to just do
- 33:33Speaker 2: a little filter so we both look a little fuller
- 33:35Speaker 2: and younger? And she's like, no, Mom.
- 33:38Speaker 4: You know what?
- 33:38Speaker 2: I like the way you look. I don't have to
- 33:40Speaker 2: wear a lot of makeup. I'm really proud of myself.
- 33:42Speaker 2: I go, fine. Well, I'm going to touch up my self-fit.
- 33:45Speaker 2: She didn't want me to touch.
- 33:46Speaker 1: Her up, okay?
- 33:47Speaker 2: Is it weird that I can watch this for hours?
- 33:51Speaker 2: This is my friend Paige. Okay. And she... Paige Dave
- 33:56Speaker 2: is her Instagram. So she's very funny and she does
- 34:02Speaker 2: little fun takes and things.
- 34:04Speaker 4: And.
- 34:05Speaker 2: She had some people send her a video of this
- 34:09Speaker 2: girl talking about in a car doing a hot take about, hey,
- 34:15Speaker 2: we're millennials, but at least we're not Gen Z who
- 34:18Speaker 2: go out to dinner with a hoodie and those star
- 34:20Speaker 2: zit patches on your face. Okay. Funny, right? You laugh.
- 34:25Speaker 2: It gets sent to her. It's her body in this car,
- 34:30Speaker 2: the bathing suit, the thing. This company put an AI
- 34:35Speaker 2: girl on her head who's brunette. It's her voice. It's
- 34:40Speaker 2: just not her face. It's not Paige's face. And then
- 34:43Speaker 2: they put like star tattoos on the girl's neck, I
- 34:47Speaker 2: think to kind of camouflage the fact that it's a
- 34:49Speaker 2: different head. I don't know. Or just make her look hipper.
- 34:52Speaker 2: And Paige was so funny. She was like, I mean,
- 34:57Speaker 2: I'm cute, but this girl was cuter. This AI version
- 35:00Speaker 2: of me was cuter. I have freckles, but she kind
- 35:03Speaker 2: of had cuter freckles and was thinner. And it was
- 35:07Speaker 2: my joke and my take. And she sent it to
- 35:10Speaker 2: Instagram and a bunch of her followers. Followers have also
- 35:13Speaker 2: sent it to Instagram and they won't take it down
- 35:15Speaker 2: and they won't acknowledge it. Well, very recently, Meta, which
- 35:18Speaker 2: is Instagram, has a feature now where they can take
- 35:21Speaker 2: your likeness, AI it and use it. Now, it may
- 35:24Speaker 2: have been turned off in the last day or so.
- 35:27Speaker 4: Right.
- 35:27Speaker 2: But that is not cool. Right. Wow. And so that
- 35:33Speaker 2: was amazing. Like, that's a scary thing. So hopefully... But
- 35:39Speaker 2: she'll be the leader in that this doesn't get allowed.
- 35:41Speaker 2: And if you do see it happening, hopefully Instagram will
- 35:45Speaker 2: then take down that person's account. Dangerous out there, Heather.
- 35:48Speaker 3: Real dangerous.
- 35:50Speaker 2: Okay, season 20 of Real Housewives of OC premiered. And
- 35:54Speaker 2: what are your thoughts? I'm so excited. Okay, great. Did
- 35:59Speaker 2: I just do that? Did I like do that?
- 36:01Speaker 3: I am excited because unlike the Valley, this is an
- 36:05Speaker 3: organic group of friends.
- 36:08Speaker 2: They have history. I buy it.
- 36:10Speaker 3: They've been around forever. It's a beautiful setting. And the
- 36:15Speaker 3: drama is a little bit more, even though it's immature, mature.
- 36:18Speaker 3: And I just, maybe it's the nostalgia in me. It
- 36:21Speaker 3: makes me feel nostalgic. effing old. I, I just posted
- 36:25Speaker 3: a video of what I look like in 2006 and
- 36:28Speaker 3: what Vicki looked like. It's been a minute, but I'm excited.
- 36:31Speaker 3: I think the premiere was strong and I'm there for it.
- 36:35Speaker 2: Well, I just had Peter was, my husband was just
- 36:38Speaker 2: with me and he goes, Oh my God, look what
- 36:39Speaker 2: just popped up on my Facebook memories. And it was
- 36:43Speaker 2: when we went to Vicki's house, my family, a couple
- 36:47Speaker 2: of days after 4th of July, she was having a
- 36:50Speaker 2: pool party and We didn't know that it was being filmed. Wow.
- 36:54Speaker 2: It was being filmed. And I met her through a
- 36:58Speaker 2: book agent. My book agent was talking to her about
- 37:01Speaker 2: possibly doing a book. And Brianna was a fan of
- 37:04Speaker 2: Chelsea Lately. So he was like, oh, they'd love for
- 37:06Speaker 2: you to come over. I come over and Tamara's there.
- 37:12Speaker 2: And Sophia has got the floaties on. My God. My
- 37:15Speaker 2: son is just a little older than Sophia, but he
- 37:17Speaker 2: could swim. And The scene is she's crying with Simon
- 37:22Speaker 2: about Simon being harsh on the son, Ryan. And in it,
- 37:27Speaker 2: you just see my little four-year-old, who's now, you know,
- 37:31Speaker 2: at Oregon, University of Oregon, going up the stairs and
- 37:35Speaker 2: going down the grotto slide and going up the stairs
- 37:38Speaker 2: and going down. It's like in the show. Like, it's
- 37:41Speaker 2: been so long. It's like crazy. It's so long.
- 37:45Speaker 3: And I hope that the grottos are gone now. Well,
- 37:48Speaker 3: she sold that house. Yeah, but I just hope in general.
- 37:50Speaker 3: I think grottos are coming back. You say grottos are
- 37:52Speaker 3: coming back. Everything comes back. Okay, well, hopefully Brooks is not. Yeah,
- 37:56Speaker 3: Brooks is not.
- 37:57Speaker 2: He's happily married. That's incredible that you were there. That's
- 37:58Speaker 2: really cool. So, I mean, yeah, whatever. It's been a
- 38:01Speaker 2: long time. But we see Vicky and Shannon. And, you know,
- 38:09Speaker 2: they are older women. You don't, you're not as agile
- 38:15Speaker 2: as you once were. However, I think it's a little.
- 38:21Speaker 2: I mean, I don't know if it's an act or
- 38:23Speaker 2: whatever with Shanna Bedore, but it's like, I mean, or
- 38:28Speaker 2: if they just take all the scenes where she's like, oh,
- 38:31Speaker 2: and falling over and she's on the bounce house at
- 38:34Speaker 2: Heather's party. Why would she get in the bounce house?
- 38:36Speaker 2: Because she knows like this is what they want and
- 38:39Speaker 2: she wants to be a good employee. And, you know,
- 38:41Speaker 2: her whole life is just walking the two dogs to
- 38:45Speaker 2: get a puppy cone and she's You know, I'm like,
- 38:51Speaker 2: rest in peace. Yes. I find it just like enough
- 38:55Speaker 2: with the pratfalls and stuff like that. Also, because you
- 38:58Speaker 2: shouldn't try to do that. You could actually hurt yourself. Well,
- 39:01Speaker 2: so I'm someone, I relate to Shannon. Yeah.
- 39:04Speaker 3: And the fact that that is what I'm like, and
- 39:07Speaker 3: I am twisted and turning and the scars. The skims
- 39:11Speaker 3: are that's what they call space skims are and I
- 39:14Speaker 3: fall out of cars. I recently was on a vacation
- 39:17Speaker 3: and I was going into a boutique and I slipped
- 39:20Speaker 3: and broke my foot and I spilled coffee. So I
- 39:23Speaker 3: don't for someone who does it. I feel like it
- 39:26Speaker 3: is real.
- 39:27Speaker 2: I do. I don't know what I want. wish more
- 39:30Speaker 2: for it not to be real or for it to
- 39:32Speaker 2: be real.
- 39:32Speaker 3: Because you don't want someone to act that stupid.
- 39:35Speaker 2: I guess, yeah. I don't know. And I guess if
- 39:38Speaker 2: you go back a bunch of seasons, she couldn't do
- 39:40Speaker 2: an exercise class and things like that.
- 39:42Speaker 4: So, okay.
- 39:43Speaker 2: It's real. I think she looks great though. Also, I
- 39:45Speaker 2: just think like Vicky, who's been like, I work, I work,
- 39:49Speaker 2: I work, I work. I'm like, I don't know, at
- 39:51Speaker 2: 64 years old, I don't know if all this work
- 39:53Speaker 2: has paid off. Like, I mean, we're just being honest.
- 39:56Speaker 2: She's stuck in Mexico. I'm like, you have a decent
- 39:59Speaker 2: condo in Puerto Vallarta, which is like, whatever. You seem
- 40:03Speaker 2: to have a nice house, but you've had your own
- 40:06Speaker 2: business for 30 years. You've been on a TV show
- 40:08Speaker 2: for 20 years.
- 40:10Speaker 4: It is weird.
- 40:11Speaker 2: Is this something that you should be bragging about? Like,
- 40:13Speaker 2: I would think that you would be. Maybe that's why
- 40:16Speaker 2: she was so fucking jealous of Terry and Heather, because
- 40:20Speaker 2: whether they got a little nest egg and made it grow,
- 40:24Speaker 2: I don't think she made her money grow that wisely.
- 40:28Speaker 2: And look at like what Heather and Terry have built. Like,
- 40:32Speaker 2: you know, they have makeup lines and all these other things.
- 40:37Speaker 2: I mean, skincare lines and all the TV shows. So, yeah,
- 40:40Speaker 2: I think that's a little... Yeah, I think as people
- 40:43Speaker 2: get older, too, she's like, this is... Why don't I
- 40:46Speaker 2: have more at 64? I mean....
- 40:48Speaker 3: She said something so I thought was snarky, even though
- 40:50Speaker 3: her and Andy Cohen, I think, are sleeping together now.
- 40:53Speaker 3: She said something on Watch What the other night. She's
- 40:56Speaker 3: about not getting paid enough for all the work. And
- 40:58Speaker 3: even he said, if that's not the most Vicky thing.
- 41:01Speaker 3: I mean, when is it enough, Vic?
- 41:03Speaker 2: Well, it's listen. She's tried to do other businesses.
- 41:06Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 41:07Speaker 2: She had Wine by Wives. Didn't work. She had Vicky's Diamonds.
- 41:11Speaker 3: What?
- 41:11Speaker 2: She also. It was like a jewelry line. She had,
- 41:16Speaker 2: you know, different things going on. And, you know, and
- 41:21Speaker 2: she always went back to having to do the CODA insurance,
- 41:24Speaker 2: which is a great career. But still, maybe she didn't
- 41:28Speaker 2: do that right. Maybe she shouldn't have had so many
- 41:30Speaker 2: people under her. Maybe she should have just been an
- 41:32Speaker 2: independent contractor selling it. And you get to just like
- 41:36Speaker 2: the way, like the way Mauricio used Kyle to get listings. Yeah.
- 41:42Speaker 2: I said to Kyle. Like before he had the agency,
- 41:47Speaker 2: I said, now there's got to be some women that
- 41:49Speaker 2: are fans of yours that are like, well, let's take
- 41:52Speaker 2: a listing appointment with Mauricio. Maybe I can be friends
- 41:55Speaker 2: with Kyle. And Mauricio knows that. And he brings you
- 41:57Speaker 2: to the listing appointment. Has that ever happened? She's like,
- 41:59Speaker 2: all the time. All the time. Why not? I'm like,
- 42:02Speaker 2: maybe if Vicki had made it more about get your
- 42:05Speaker 2: insurance through me and we can all, you know, and
- 42:07Speaker 2: you'll get to be my friend. Maybe that would have
- 42:10Speaker 2: been a better way to like, I don't know. Like,
- 42:12Speaker 2: I just don't know that these people utilize this 20
- 42:15Speaker 2: years of being on TV with no residuals and no
- 42:18Speaker 2: health insurance to the best of their ability. And yes,
- 42:22Speaker 2: I do worry about these people's longevity finances, 401k side businesses.
- 42:28Speaker 2: Am I the only Bravo fan that cares like this? Well,
- 42:33Speaker 2: You do care a lot.
- 42:34Speaker 3: We've talked about a business that you could make about,
- 42:38Speaker 3: just like there are advisors for athletes, there should be for,
- 42:41Speaker 3: especially the young reality stars. And in terms of Vicky,
- 42:44Speaker 3: you know, Gina is using the show, and I guarantee you,
- 42:49Speaker 3: her and her... Fiance Forever are using this platform.
- 42:54Speaker 2: To sell houses. Gina is the most together one of
- 42:58Speaker 2: them all. She got out of a bad marriage, an
- 43:02Speaker 2: abusive marriage, and still remains friends with him and his wife.
- 43:05Speaker 4: Yep.
- 43:06Speaker 2: The kids have not suffered from that divorce. They have flourished.
- 43:10Speaker 2: She got a DUI and has been completely so not
- 43:13Speaker 2: completely because she says she does gummies, but she doesn't
- 43:15Speaker 2: drink alcohol and hasn't gotten another DUI. She got better
- 43:20Speaker 2: hair extensions, which is the biggest thing. She got a
- 43:23Speaker 2: better house. She's now her husband or fiancee. She's taking
- 43:28Speaker 2: care of six kids because it's not shared custody anymore.
- 43:31Speaker 2: So she's taking on three kids that are not her own.
- 43:33Speaker 2: And she's doing real estate that will hopefully last after
- 43:36Speaker 2: this show doesn't. I mean, is she iconic in the sense,
- 43:41Speaker 2: does she have the lines?
- 43:42Speaker 4: No.
- 43:43Speaker 2: That we will quote for the next 20 years? No.
- 43:46Speaker 2: But- I don't worry about her. I go to bed
- 43:51Speaker 2: at night not worrying about Gina.
- 43:53Speaker 4: Yep.
- 43:53Speaker 2: I won't worry about Gina, and I want to thank
- 43:56Speaker 2: Gina for not making me worry. So who on reality
- 44:00Speaker 2: TV are you just sleepless? Okay, well, I'll tell you.
- 44:03Speaker 5: Gina.
- 44:04Speaker 2: Did you hear what happened to Gina this weekend? Not Gina, sorry. Jen. Jen.
- 44:09Speaker 2: I did, in fact, hear this. So Jen, she put
- 44:12Speaker 2: out this post. Yes, my son is the one who
- 44:15Speaker 2: started the Lendero fire. Lendero Ranch is where at one
- 44:21Speaker 2: time Tamara lived. It's nice. And I don't know if
- 44:25Speaker 2: Jen lives there right now, but I think she does.
- 44:29Speaker 2: And it's a cute area inland from the beach. Expensive.
- 44:34Speaker 2: And he, along with other minor boys, I believe they're
- 44:40Speaker 2: all minors. So when trying to figure out which son
- 44:42Speaker 2: it is, I believe it's the youngest son who's adopted.
- 44:44Speaker 2: Is it the speeder? The one that went 150? No,
- 44:47Speaker 2: I don't think it is. How many kids does she have?
- 44:49Speaker 2: The reason I don't think it is, is because I
- 44:51Speaker 2: was doing the math and it said that he was
- 44:54Speaker 2: 17 when they were filming that scene and that scene
- 44:56Speaker 2: was in February. So I'm guessing that kid might already
- 45:00Speaker 2: be 18. And if he was 18, they would have
- 45:02Speaker 2: said his name. You think a lot about this. I
- 45:03Speaker 2: love it. So I think it could be the younger son.
- 45:07Speaker 2: He's probably with a bunch of 13 year olds, other kids.
- 45:11Speaker 2: on their little e-bikes, little Lord of the Flies, little,
- 45:15Speaker 2: you know, if your friend jumped off a bridge, would
- 45:17Speaker 2: you too? Brain not formed, summer days of doing nothing,
- 45:24Speaker 2: and they started this fire. Thank God nobody got hurt
- 45:27Speaker 2: and no real property, like no one's home. But of course,
- 45:30Speaker 2: we know how bad fires are in California. And now it's,
- 45:35Speaker 2: you know, it's one thing to have that happen to you,
- 45:37Speaker 2: but now everybody knows about it because she's a TV star.
- 45:41Speaker 2: So that's pretty bad. And, you know, and then we've
- 45:45Speaker 2: got Emily who, you know, is got a new, like
- 45:51Speaker 2: a completely new body. So her whole personality was fat
- 45:56Speaker 2: jokes that I'm bringing a turkey into the sauna, turkey
- 46:00Speaker 2: sandwich into the sauna because I'm so caring about eating
- 46:04Speaker 2: and that's my personality. Now the personality is working out
- 46:07Speaker 2: seven days a week and talking about how her son
- 46:09Speaker 2: has an eating disorder while she works out seven days
- 46:12Speaker 2: a week.
- 46:13Speaker 3: It is so messed up. And I, this is not
- 46:15Speaker 3: a secret. I have a child that suffered terribly from it.
- 46:19Speaker 3: And I'm looking at this mother who's got a huge
- 46:21Speaker 3: platform and I'm thinking, shut up. Do you privately. But
- 46:28Speaker 3: the fact that your whole being now is thin is
- 46:33Speaker 3: bad parenting there. Where Jen's son who set a fire,
- 46:36Speaker 3: Jen may be at no fault for that. But if
- 46:41Speaker 3: you are going on TV constantly talking about body image,
- 46:44Speaker 3: your body being skinny, I feel fat, crying that I
- 46:48Speaker 3: am fat.
- 46:49Speaker 2: I think it's bad parenting. I mean, look, she signed
- 46:53Speaker 2: up for the show and someone would argue, when you
- 46:55Speaker 2: sign up for the show, you sell your souls, you
- 46:58Speaker 2: sell your children to Andy Cohen. Okay? You know, and
- 47:02Speaker 2: the only way they're not going to be seen is
- 47:04Speaker 2: if you have a nasty divorce with your husband and
- 47:06Speaker 2: the husband says they can't be on the show. Other
- 47:08Speaker 2: than that, they're on the show. They don't get paid.
- 47:12Speaker 2: They do not get paid unless you want to put
- 47:15Speaker 2: 500 an episode into an account. Otherwise, they don't get paid.
- 47:18Speaker 2: And then... She's, how is everybody? Well, Keller's great. Luke
- 47:23Speaker 2: is not. And they show their two faces up, Luke
- 47:27Speaker 2: and Keller. And I'm like, my God, like this is forever.
- 47:32Speaker 2: The only thing that I do think is good that
- 47:36Speaker 2: Bravo and Andy Cohen has done is they started a
- 47:40Speaker 2: job that Nepo reality show kids could go to, which
- 47:45Speaker 2: is a whole nother franchise. You think those kids could
- 47:47Speaker 2: be on there? No, I don't. Do I think this
- 47:51Speaker 2: kid's going to write a book like Colin Gosselin? Oh, maybe. Maybe.
- 47:56Speaker 2: I don't know. Maybe he'll be a bestseller author. I
- 47:59Speaker 2: don't know. I hope not. I think that. she's, I
- 48:03Speaker 2: think that she's a decent person. I don't think she's
- 48:05Speaker 2: a bad person. I don't think she's an evil person. No,
- 48:07Speaker 2: I understand that now you're in it. And if you don't,
- 48:10Speaker 2: and they convince you, you could help with other people.
- 48:13Speaker 2: Other people have helped her discover what was going on
- 48:16Speaker 2: with this kid, but to still talk about this child
- 48:20Speaker 2: and his medical conditions that forever, 10 years from now
- 48:26Speaker 2: when he's in college and someone's like, oh, I'm dating
- 48:29Speaker 2: this person. Oh, let me look him up. Oh my God.
- 48:32Speaker 2: This was, this is this kid. Like, I don't know.
- 48:36Speaker 2: Like you want to, like, I'm just saying you're, you're
- 48:39Speaker 2: screwing up someone's career because you are starting the digital history.
- 48:48Speaker 2: I don't know what she could have done in it
- 48:49Speaker 2: because if she didn't share it, then she wouldn't be
- 48:51Speaker 2: sharing her life. It's, I just think It's a really
- 48:54Speaker 2: hard thing to be a real housewife because it's not
- 48:56Speaker 2: just your life. You're signing up to share all about
- 49:00Speaker 2: your kids. And that's why Sidney probably doesn't talk to
- 49:04Speaker 2: Tamara and things like that. Because it's like, it's not
- 49:08Speaker 2: like you just have a fight with your mom and
- 49:10Speaker 2: then three days later you're like, whatever, let's not talk
- 49:12Speaker 2: about it. It's now on the TV. Now it's now
- 49:16Speaker 2: on a repeat. It's now on a Bravo Saturday thing.
- 49:18Speaker 2: And now you're 25 and you overslept. up your phone
- 49:20Speaker 2: and people are like, you're rude to your mother at
- 49:22Speaker 2: the baseball game. And you're like, Oh, fuck you. Like,
- 49:26Speaker 2: this is ruining my day. Like, I just don't think
- 49:28Speaker 2: people think enough about that. But then here I am.
- 49:31Speaker 2: I'm watching it. I'm talking about it. So am I
- 49:34Speaker 2: guilty of it? I don't know. I don't think so.
- 49:36Speaker 3: I think that, and like I said, I've made a
- 49:38Speaker 3: million mistakes as a mom, but there's no, and I
- 49:40Speaker 3: love money and I love to be on camera, but
- 49:42Speaker 3: there's not enough, Heather, that I would ever expose my kids. Now,
- 49:47Speaker 3: it doesn't mean I'm better than anyone. It just means
- 49:50Speaker 3: I know how many things I will naturally do, innocently
- 49:54Speaker 3: do to screw up my daughters. I don't want to
- 49:57Speaker 3: add to it. And by the way, she's a lawyer.
- 50:01Speaker 3: It's not like it was the only way to put
- 50:03Speaker 3: food in her mouth and her little husband's.
- 50:07Speaker 2: Well, I think she and the little husband have a
- 50:09Speaker 2: very interesting relationship.
- 50:11Speaker 4: Right.
- 50:12Speaker 2: Um, they, are you talking about the height challenge? Everything
- 50:15Speaker 2: about it. Like they, when you talk about it, they're like, yeah, we, uh,
- 50:19Speaker 2: he asked me to marry him on Google chat or something. Uh,
- 50:23Speaker 2: then all of a sudden they get married. Then they
- 50:24Speaker 2: have three, they go through in vitro. They have three kids.
- 50:28Speaker 2: Apparently his parents helped finance their life, which is fine. Um,
- 50:35Speaker 2: But yeah, is it easier to be on reality TV
- 50:37Speaker 2: than be a lawyer? Fuck yes. Is it more fun? Yes.
- 50:41Speaker 2: Is it better to go to the gym seven days
- 50:44Speaker 2: a week than go to court? Yes, it is. I'd
- 50:46Speaker 2: rather go to court. Than the gym? I'd rather do
- 50:49Speaker 2: anything than go to the gym.
- 50:50Speaker 4: Okay.
- 50:50Speaker 2: Well, her body looks great. She is smart. Like I said,
- 50:54Speaker 2: I don't think she's a bad person. I don't either.
- 50:56Speaker 2: I just think it's a bad parenting thing. I think
- 50:59Speaker 2: it's a risky thing, which now, just like I said,
- 51:02Speaker 2: the toothpaste is out of the tube. So now she
- 51:04Speaker 2: might might as well shed light on this condition that
- 51:09Speaker 2: I guess other kids have and hope that it all
- 51:12Speaker 2: works out. But it's just.
- 51:17Speaker 3: You know, my bigger issue and I have an issue
- 51:19Speaker 3: with her exposing this kid's problems is, like I said,
- 51:23Speaker 3: her talking about weight, her body and all of it.
- 51:29Speaker 3: When she has a daughter and a son that actually
- 51:31Speaker 3: has an eating disorder. And that's the hill I'll die on.
- 51:35Speaker 2: Well, then someone else could argue, well, isn't it better
- 51:37Speaker 2: that she is eating healthy and is fit?
- 51:40Speaker 3: She's like, that's not what it's about. She doesn't make it,
- 51:43Speaker 3: I wanted to be healthier. She's very clear, I want
- 51:45Speaker 3: to be thin like everybody. Well, and that can also
- 51:48Speaker 3: really change. That can be very interesting.
- 51:50Speaker 2: If someone did struggle with their weight, wanting to be
- 51:53Speaker 2: a size, a couple sizes smaller than they always were.
- 51:57Speaker 2: And all their friends were a few sizes smaller than
- 51:59Speaker 2: they were. They're living in Southern California, they're on TV,
- 52:01Speaker 2: and they have to do bits about turkey sandwiches. And
- 52:04Speaker 2: now they are... Now, I mean, if she goes and
- 52:08Speaker 2: does the fitness, the tan, where they paint them the
- 52:10Speaker 2: color of wood floors and they have to do the
- 52:13Speaker 2: fitness competition. Oh, I don't know what this is. Remember
- 52:15Speaker 2: Tamara did it? Oh, yes.
- 52:17Speaker 5: Yes.
- 52:18Speaker 2: If she does that next season... Then you're out. Maybe. Maybe.
- 52:22Speaker 2: I'll probably never be out. Right.
- 52:23Speaker 5: True.
- 52:24Speaker 2: Which is fine. They're doing the right thing. And if
- 52:25Speaker 2: I keep watching and talking... But that's probably going to
- 52:30Speaker 2: be the next step. And... And that's fine. Like, if
- 52:35Speaker 2: that's what brings you joy, I'm imagining it would be
- 52:38Speaker 2: if all of a sudden, I don't know, I looked completely,
- 52:43Speaker 2: I walked in. I mean, it must be almost like,
- 52:45Speaker 2: you know, you're stepping into a whole different thing that
- 52:48Speaker 2: you just never realized. experience ever I don't know if
- 52:51Speaker 2: she was that size at 15 and then through childbirth
- 52:54Speaker 2: whatever and now she's back or she really never was
- 52:58Speaker 2: she says I was never this fit never in my
- 53:00Speaker 2: whole life at 50 I'm the most fit and everything
- 53:03Speaker 2: which is great it's all great that being said it
- 53:07Speaker 2: can really change of course how different like in a
- 53:11Speaker 2: few years a few years ago she was a stay-at-home
- 53:14Speaker 2: mom You know, with the tiny Persian mother-in-law, you know,
- 53:18Speaker 2: flipping the bell, allegedly, for everything. And she got to
- 53:21Speaker 2: be with her kids. And then now she's been on
- 53:24Speaker 2: the show for like seven years.
- 53:26Speaker 3: And.
- 53:27Speaker 2: I mean, it is a big difference to adjust to.
- 53:29Speaker 3: I don't want to take any of that away because
- 53:31Speaker 3: it would be like if tomorrow I woke up and
- 53:33Speaker 3: I was 5'10, blonde, I would lean into it. My
- 53:37Speaker 3: only thing is as a mom, and by the way,
- 53:40Speaker 3: just so everybody knows, I was so cognizant of never
- 53:43Speaker 3: talking about my body, of turning over, and I'm old,
- 53:47Speaker 3: we had magazines, People magazine, when there'd be something about
- 53:49Speaker 3: weight loss or celebrity, and my child still developed it.
- 53:53Speaker 3: But I just think that children, especially this kid, is
- 53:57Speaker 3: watching everything his parents do.
- 54:00Speaker 2: And it's on TV.
- 54:02Speaker 3: And so how are you going to promote eating when
- 54:05Speaker 3: mom goes and gets a bowl of chicken?
- 54:08Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 54:09Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 54:09Speaker 2: We got serious there. I like that for us.
- 54:12Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 54:13Speaker 2: Let's talk about Tom Sandoval. Okay. Well, first we got
- 54:17Speaker 2: to say Summer House is official. Amanda and Wes are
- 54:21Speaker 2: not coming back. There was a photo that she posted.
- 54:25Speaker 2: that the internet is wondering if she's pregnant. I have
- 54:28Speaker 2: seen the photo. She's kind of looking out. She's wearing
- 54:32Speaker 2: this dress, which, by the way, is a brand that
- 54:34Speaker 2: Tom Sandoval's girlfriend was a model for. It's kind of
- 54:38Speaker 2: like a long, like, green, kind of pretty, like, whatever, dress. Like, casual,
- 54:43Speaker 2: but cute. And she's looking out, and from the side,
- 54:46Speaker 2: it looks like, if you told me she had the
- 54:50Speaker 2: beginnings of a bump... It looked a little bit like that,
- 54:53Speaker 2: but it also could be just the angle in the dress.
- 54:56Speaker 3: So I know that I might not leave my house
- 54:59Speaker 3: if she's pregnant for so many reasons because the world
- 55:02Speaker 3: is already a dangerous place. But if West Nile virus
- 55:05Speaker 3: got Mandy pregnant and they're not even a relationship and Heather.
- 55:09Speaker 2: No, they are still a relationship, aren't they?
- 55:12Speaker 3: As of a few weeks ago, the rumors were he
- 55:15Speaker 3: cheated on her in all of this, during all this.
- 55:17Speaker 2: But wasn't this photo taken at his farm? Yes, it
- 55:20Speaker 2: was this weekend. This weekend. At his family's farm.
- 55:22Speaker 3: And that's always the downfall of West's conquests, is he
- 55:26Speaker 3: takes them back to the farm and he dumps them.
- 55:28Speaker 2: Oh. But I will say... She has a cute figure.
- 55:32Speaker 2: A great body.
- 55:33Speaker 3: It does look like maybe, but I think it could
- 55:36Speaker 3: just be the wind blowing.
- 55:38Speaker 2: Well, it's what I have said, which people would get
- 55:40Speaker 2: mad at. I said the only thing that can save
- 55:42Speaker 2: their reality TV careers is if she gets pregnant. You'd
- 55:46Speaker 2: watch that. No, I just think that's what would forgive people.
- 55:52Speaker 2: That could get them back in the fold of the
- 55:54Speaker 2: friend group. Right now, the show is filming without them.
- 55:59Speaker 2: because Sierra probably wasn't going to film with them. But
- 56:03Speaker 2: it doesn't mean that she's still in the city. So
- 56:06Speaker 2: it doesn't mean that when the city starts filming again
- 56:08Speaker 2: in the fall and she's six months pregnant, that that
- 56:13Speaker 2: wouldn't be fucking juicy. And then he comes on and
- 56:15Speaker 2: if they're together or not, Lindsay will forgive her and
- 56:19Speaker 2: be a friend to her because she's pregnant. I'm telling
- 56:23Speaker 2: you people that will be the only, I've been saying it,
- 56:26Speaker 2: that would be the only way to make people, like
- 56:29Speaker 2: her again is if she was to have a child
- 56:33Speaker 2: and that. And even if she doesn't stay with him,
- 56:39Speaker 2: then she can join the group of hating him, which
- 56:41Speaker 2: a lot of women love when you hate your ex.
- 56:44Speaker 3: It's why they call you Professor McDonald. I mean, you
- 56:47Speaker 3: really are a doctor of reality TV. I will agree
- 56:53Speaker 3: in the cities, her only chance if she's knocked up,
- 56:56Speaker 3: she's not coming back to Summer House. I would watch
- 57:01Speaker 3: the show of her pregnant and West... doing a podcast
- 57:05Speaker 3: with his, you know, soccer friend.
- 57:07Speaker 2: What does she play? Basketball. The girl, the blonde cutie. Yeah,
- 57:10Speaker 2: that's not going to pay for the diapers.
- 57:13Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 57:13Speaker 2: And I guess a bigger question that's been haunting me
- 57:17Speaker 2: is they were nominated for an Emmy, Summer House.
- 57:21Speaker 3: Do Wes T.D. and Amanda Petuclia go to the Emmy ceremony, Heather?
- 57:27Speaker 3: Do they show up on that red carpet?
- 57:29Speaker 2: Ooh, that's a good one. Right. Well, why the fuck not?
- 57:31Speaker 2: It's your last shebang.
- 57:33Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 57:33Speaker 2: They're invited. I would.
- 57:36Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 57:36Speaker 2: You know, Ciara's going to look gorgeous. Gorgeous. Speaking of which,
- 57:43Speaker 2: how do we feel? Taylor Frankie Paul had a big weekend. Ugh.
- 57:47Speaker 2: with the baby daddy of ever who's two first it
- 57:51Speaker 2: was that they had in an immediate like zoom mediation
- 57:57Speaker 2: which we all get to see yeah this is what
- 57:59Speaker 2: i don't get okay because i don't know if it's
- 58:02Speaker 2: because the state they're in or what the hell but
- 58:05Speaker 2: normally custody battles involving children are private but not when
- 58:13Speaker 2: it comes to Little Ever. The world now knows that
- 58:16Speaker 2: Little Ever, too, was on an e-bike with his dad
- 58:19Speaker 2: with a helmet in which the dumb attorney of Dakota
- 58:22Speaker 2: tries to say, well, he has a helmet. The older
- 58:24Speaker 2: male judge was like, no, no. This kid isn't 12,
- 58:27Speaker 2: he's two. This should never be allowed. Done, never gonna
- 58:30Speaker 2: happen again. Okay, fine. Then, meanwhile, his roommate, Crew, some
- 58:38Speaker 2: weirdo who also hates women, He then somehow releases this
- 58:42Speaker 2: video that Dakota took of Taylor, who they're in a
- 58:47Speaker 2: heated argument. She's frustrated. It appears that she's confused why
- 58:53Speaker 2: he's filming her. She's, you know, and he's like, look,
- 58:55Speaker 2: look how she's clutching her fist. She wants to hit him,
- 58:58Speaker 2: but she won't. Whatever their situation is, why does the
- 59:02Speaker 2: roommate release this? It's weird. The roommate's ex-girlfriend comes out,
- 59:07Speaker 2: says what a fucking nightmare he is and was, and
- 59:10Speaker 2: why they're just these men just obsessed or jealous or
- 59:12Speaker 2: whatever with her and the other women that are making
- 59:15Speaker 2: so much money on TV and social media. And then
- 59:20Speaker 2: she defends herself and says- Listen, this is her job.
- 59:26Speaker 2: This is her livelihood. She's not going to go to
- 59:27Speaker 2: nursing school and be a nurse for 12 hours a day.
- 59:30Speaker 2: This is it. So I get it. And all these
- 59:34Speaker 2: awful things are already being said about me. You already
- 59:36Speaker 2: have seen the video of me throwing the chair. So
- 59:38Speaker 2: now I need to... do whatever I can to defend myself.
- 59:41Speaker 2: The other cast members of the show are not filming
- 59:45Speaker 2: with her. So she's like pissed about that. But then
- 59:48Speaker 2: they said, no, she is going to film. Where are
- 59:51Speaker 2: we in all this Secret Lives of Mormon Wives?
- 59:54Speaker 3: So on the ground sources tell me that she is
- 59:58Speaker 3: filming with them. There was a big change in attitude
- 1:00:03Speaker 3: from the rest of MomTalk when Taylor Frankie Paul changed
- 1:00:06Speaker 3: her Instagram bio to, to founder, president, god of.
- 1:00:11Speaker 2: She is. Of MomTalk. She is. Yeah.
- 1:00:14Speaker 3: And they are filming two things. They're doing this new
- 1:00:18Speaker 3: Orange County MomTalk, but they're also doing Secret Lives. And
- 1:00:22Speaker 3: so the rest of them... It's it's crazy what's going on.
- 1:00:26Speaker 3: They're filming these TikToks of we are surviving because the
- 1:00:30Speaker 3: big thing is, will MomTalk survive? She then goes back
- 1:00:34Speaker 3: to them, but I'm thriving and puts little captions of TikToks.
- 1:00:39Speaker 3: brands that have reached out to her opportunities, like Dancing
- 1:00:42Speaker 3: with the Stars and Can You Write a Book? Now,
- 1:00:45Speaker 3: one of them was kind of dated, but they're going back.
- 1:00:48Speaker 3: What do you mean kind of dated?
- 1:00:49Speaker 2: I'm like, well, that one was 2024.
- 1:00:50Speaker 3: One of the brands?
- 1:00:52Speaker 2: What was it? Yeah, it might have been Dancing with
- 1:00:54Speaker 2: the Stars, like one of those. So I'm like, do
- 1:00:56Speaker 2: a better job of editing. Yeah.
- 1:00:58Speaker 3: So they're going back at each other. They did film together.
- 1:01:01Speaker 3: They are filming together, but the drama off and on
- 1:01:06Speaker 3: is heated. Why this creepy roommate is doing this, I really,
- 1:01:11Speaker 3: I can't get my head around it.
- 1:01:13Speaker 2: 15 minutes of fame? I don't know. It's just very disturbing.
- 1:01:17Speaker 2: And I'm like, you know, here's the thing. We're going
- 1:01:19Speaker 2: to see more of play-by-play divorces and child custody battles
- 1:01:25Speaker 2: with the millennial 30-year-old moms that have put everything on
- 1:01:30Speaker 2: these trad wives that have been married since 19, who
- 1:01:35Speaker 2: they're going to end up, half of them are going
- 1:01:36Speaker 2: to get divorced, and 80% of them are going to
- 1:01:39Speaker 2: share every nanny cam video, every time they got in
- 1:01:43Speaker 2: a fight. And we are going to have, not we,
- 1:01:46Speaker 2: we don't have to, but if you're following this person,
- 1:01:49Speaker 2: they're going to make you aware of it. Because they're
- 1:01:51Speaker 2: going to say, well, I need to tell you why
- 1:01:55Speaker 2: I'm no longer with the cute husband. And the cute
- 1:01:58Speaker 2: husband's going to say, I need to tell you why
- 1:01:59Speaker 2: she turned into a thirst bucket and we got divorced.
- 1:02:03Speaker 2: And the kids that we already exploited for views and
- 1:02:08Speaker 2: likes and everything else are going to be exploited again
- 1:02:11Speaker 2: because now we're going to know that what we saw
- 1:02:14Speaker 2: for the last five years wasn't real. Wow.
- 1:02:17Speaker 3: You know, It would be so tempting if you and
- 1:02:21Speaker 3: a million times, God forbid, Pete, separate, divorce, and he
- 1:02:26Speaker 3: starts saying something about you, and you.
- 1:02:28Speaker 2: Had some footage. It would be hard. No, I don't
- 1:02:32Speaker 2: blame them. But it's awful. But, I mean, my kids
- 1:02:35Speaker 2: are grown, too. Right, it's awful, though. Yeah. But I
- 1:02:38Speaker 2: wouldn't want to do that.
- 1:02:39Speaker 4: I know.
- 1:02:40Speaker 2: Some things can remain private. You know, not everything has
- 1:02:43Speaker 2: to be out there. But when you've been living your
- 1:02:46Speaker 2: life online since you were 15. It's all you know.
- 1:02:49Speaker 2: You're 30. It's all you know, which is why they
- 1:02:52Speaker 2: can find these younger moms to go do reality TV
- 1:02:56Speaker 2: and why they say, why don't they find anyone more
- 1:02:59Speaker 2: interesting for real housewives that are rich and 45? Because
- 1:03:03Speaker 2: the rich 45 year old woman has been living a
- 1:03:05Speaker 2: rich private life. 45 year old life. She has not
- 1:03:08Speaker 2: put every single thing on social media for the last
- 1:03:12Speaker 2: 10 years and can't wait to become famous. So you
- 1:03:15Speaker 2: either have to stick with the oldies or start a
- 1:03:18Speaker 2: whole new thing with young thirst buckets. So these young
- 1:03:20Speaker 2: girls grew up on social media. And I don't think
- 1:03:23Speaker 2: it's a big deal for them to be on TV.
- 1:03:24Speaker 2: It's not. And they just see it as like, oh,
- 1:03:26Speaker 2: even though you're not paying me that much, it's just
- 1:03:27Speaker 2: a way for me to get bigger deals and I'm
- 1:03:30Speaker 2: doing it to expand me, which is the brand of
- 1:03:34Speaker 2: selling diaper rash because I have a two-year-old. It's a
- 1:03:37Speaker 2: big price to pay.
- 1:03:39Speaker 3: And with that in mind, this past weekend, Taylor Franke
- 1:03:42Speaker 3: posted a video of a seemingly stalking black car driving
- 1:03:48Speaker 3: up and down her street, parking in front. She caught
- 1:03:50Speaker 3: it on her closed caption TV. She hired security, but
- 1:03:54Speaker 3: it's a big price to pay.
- 1:03:56Speaker 2: Again, she's a.
- 1:03:58Speaker 3: Mother, so it doesn't really lean into the best parenting,
- 1:04:02Speaker 3: but to your point, it's all they've known.
- 1:04:04Speaker 2: I mean, someone would say, all she talks about is
- 1:04:06Speaker 2: how she has mental health issues and stuff. So did Amanda.
- 1:04:09Speaker 2: So then they said, well, Amanda, you're not coming back
- 1:04:11Speaker 2: on the show on Summer House. And then her mental
- 1:04:14Speaker 2: health thing is, um, you know, yeah, she's got mental
- 1:04:20Speaker 2: health issues too. So I don't know. Amanda's boring, but right. Well,
- 1:04:25Speaker 2: here's the thing, you know, it's, it doesn't, it's not
- 1:04:29Speaker 2: the production team's job to say yes or no, whatever. Um,
- 1:04:35Speaker 2: you know, she it's, she's, yes, she threw the bar
- 1:04:38Speaker 2: stool and if it hit the kid or not, she, um,
- 1:04:43Speaker 2: isn't doing time for child abuse. She's not. So it's like,
- 1:04:47Speaker 2: if they're gonna, if, if, uh, Shannon Bedore, who drove
- 1:04:53Speaker 2: into someone's curb and got a DUI. With Archie in
- 1:04:56Speaker 2: the car. With Archie in the car, rest in peace.
- 1:05:00Speaker 2: And also did what she had to do to clear
- 1:05:02Speaker 2: her name legally, but, you know, probably, probably won't drink
- 1:05:07Speaker 2: as much on camera and hasn't, but isn't denouncing alcohol either. Um,
- 1:05:13Speaker 2: You know, they kept her. So it's like, I don't know.
- 1:05:15Speaker 2: I mean, what it is, it's just an interesting thing. Oh,
- 1:05:21Speaker 2: Melania shared some nasty text messages with her sister after
- 1:05:25Speaker 2: her assault arrest. So it turns out Melania was fighting
- 1:05:29Speaker 2: with the sister, Adriana, right? was it Adriana who, um,
- 1:05:35Speaker 2: or Gabrielle, I can't remember which one, but she was
- 1:05:37Speaker 2: throwing candles or something at her. One of the girls
- 1:05:40Speaker 2: called the police. She was arrested. And then just this
- 1:05:45Speaker 2: past weekend, Melania was sharing the text exchanges between them
- 1:05:49Speaker 2: on her Snapchat. And I'm like, now I think again,
- 1:05:56Speaker 2: what's a girl to do when your mother is Teresa
- 1:05:59Speaker 2: and your whole life you've been on TV since you
- 1:06:01Speaker 2: were two. You go up for emancipation. I mean, but
- 1:06:05Speaker 2: I'm just saying I think that they she's choosing to
- 1:06:09Speaker 2: share all this for the same reasons. It's the only
- 1:06:11Speaker 2: thing she knows. And maybe it will help give them
- 1:06:14Speaker 2: a sister spinoff or something. If they hate each other
- 1:06:17Speaker 2: and fight enough, then that might get them another show.
- 1:06:22Speaker 3: It's there's not a family I like less on reality TV.
- 1:06:25Speaker 3: than the Giudici Giudiciases, and I.
- 1:06:29Speaker 2: Don't root for them. There, I said it. I never
- 1:06:32Speaker 2: liked Teresa. I think she's a liar. I think she's mean.
- 1:06:35Speaker 3: And so I've heard that when this incident happened in May,
- 1:06:43Speaker 3: it was Louie.
- 1:06:43Speaker 2: Louie. And Teresa. fighting about money that they owe. And
- 1:06:49Speaker 2: it's a staggering number.
- 1:06:51Speaker 3: And then the kid got involved and was very violent
- 1:06:55Speaker 3: and drunk, did attack someone. The police show up and
- 1:07:01Speaker 3: they all decide, we don't want to press charges. But
- 1:07:04Speaker 3: ever since OJ Simpson allegedly killed his ex-wife, When the
- 1:07:11Speaker 3: police show up, if I say to them, no, no,
- 1:07:15Speaker 3: I'm fine, I don't want Heather arrested.
- 1:07:17Speaker 2: But I have a gash on my face, they automatically
- 1:07:20Speaker 2: take the person. Right.
- 1:07:22Speaker 3: So I heard that happen, and there is a closed
- 1:07:25Speaker 3: document with initials of who that victim was that will
- 1:07:29Speaker 3: be released soon. All to say that they're trashy people.
- 1:07:33Speaker 2: Period. We don't know what the legal thing is. No. Allegedly.
- 1:07:38Speaker 2: But there you go with that. Okay. This was interesting.
- 1:07:44Speaker 2: I meant to say this on Christian Grace Snow, who
- 1:07:48Speaker 2: has the podcast with Vicki. Said that they used his
- 1:07:52Speaker 2: voice from the show, from his podcast. They used a
- 1:07:57Speaker 2: soundbite from his podcast on the premiere episode of Real
- 1:08:01Speaker 2: Housewives of OC, except they changed his voice and also
- 1:08:06Speaker 2: didn't say the name of the podcast or give him credit.
- 1:08:10Speaker 2: And I would like to know what was the why.
- 1:08:14Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:08:15Speaker 2: Yeah. Because I've had them use my voice for things
- 1:08:19Speaker 2: and they've reached out and said, do you mind if
- 1:08:21Speaker 2: we use your voice for this? And I go, okay.
- 1:08:22Speaker 2: And I sign whatever. But they made it sound, he
- 1:08:26Speaker 2: is a gay man and it sounded like a black woman.
- 1:08:31Speaker 4: What?
- 1:08:31Speaker 2: If you were to cast a black woman, it sounded
- 1:08:33Speaker 2: like a black woman.
- 1:08:34Speaker 5: What?
- 1:08:35Speaker 2: And so I just kind of was like, I don't
- 1:08:38Speaker 2: know if it's because of the Talk of shame and
- 1:08:41Speaker 2: all that stuff that trying to not parlay podcasting into it.
- 1:08:46Speaker 2: But right off the bat, they all have a podcast.
- 1:08:48Speaker 2: They all talk about each other on their own shows,
- 1:08:50Speaker 2: on each other's shows. So that is going to be
- 1:08:52Speaker 2: part of the storylines and you can't deny it. But
- 1:08:55Speaker 2: maybe there's something in that they don't really want to
- 1:08:57Speaker 2: give any one particular podcast. that cover this stuff any
- 1:09:02Speaker 2: light I don't know but I thought that was weird
- 1:09:05Speaker 2: and I'm glad you pointed it out it's so weird
- 1:09:08Speaker 2: and really annoying Because you work really hard talking about
- 1:09:11Speaker 2: these shows forever. And it's kind of a, yeah, it's
- 1:09:13Speaker 2: a huge ego boost to be featured on the actual show. So, like, why,
- 1:09:19Speaker 2: you know, if you could have another voice if they
- 1:09:21Speaker 2: did that, what voice would you want? Oh, to change
- 1:09:25Speaker 2: my voice? Yeah. Like I would want an English one.
- 1:09:28Speaker 2: I would just want a straight man because they seem
- 1:09:29Speaker 2: to be always getting the jobs. Done. Well, I just
- 1:09:33Speaker 2: thoroughly have enjoyed talking to you about everything. I don't
- 1:09:36Speaker 2: know if there's anything we forgot to talk about. But
- 1:09:39Speaker 2: you have a great podcast. Thank you, Heather. I was
- 1:09:42Speaker 2: a guest on your show. Thank you, Heather. And tell
- 1:09:44Speaker 2: everybody where they can find it, what days it drops,
