A major fire erupted early Thursday on Stratton Road in Rutland, engulfing a building that housed both a medical supply store and a dermatology clinic—right next to the hospital. Firefighters from city and town departments responded around 6 AM, but thankfully, no one was inside when flames broke out. The roof sustained severe structural damage, leaving the building uninhabitable for now.
