- Shaun: Welcome back to another episode of the reset with me Sean Tucker. I believe in you. I believe in your uniqueness. There was once a time where I didn't believe in myself at all. Wasn't actually that far or long ago to be honest with you is probably around two years ago. roughly at the time when my daughter was born and I was trying to mad hustle this business to work. At the time, I was really focusing on high performance and helping CEOs and high performers really find their edge and reclaim their edge with their health. What I've come to realise is a lot of the people in the high performance space, the ones who are doing really well, the ones that actually care about their health and actually take action on their health, are already doing it. There's not a lot that they need to learn, there's not a lot that they need to continue to integrate. The business people who should be taking their health more seriously, who care more about the amount of money they make. than they do how are in their bodies. That's who I was trying to help, the people who needed the most help. But what's interesting is the people who usually need the most help are the ones who are most avoidant to receiving help. So I believe in you and I believe that you can do whatever it is it is in your unique path. express and find, but at the same time, learn from me. Learn from my mistakes of not asking for help sooner, because the people who need the most help are often the people who won't ask for it until it's very very last minute. And I actually encourage you right now to reflect back to a time where maybe you did have that moment of disaster, of crisis, and maybe it was the thing that made you take action. But I guess my question today is, do you really need to arrive at a crisis to take action? Can you move in that direction without having life turn completely upside down and making everything more difficult on yourself? I know for me this is really hard patterned break, which is why I believe in you. ⁓ And I'm saying this to myself as well, I believe in you. Because at every single new level you arrive at, you're playing with the same old patterns. It's the identities that just won't break. These identities are the things that hold you still. The person who you think you are isn't the person who you really are. And that itself takes a wild level of courage to actually realize who we think we are is made up of the conditions that we met. character was born through the conditions we either overcome or didn't overcome. our environment really created us. But at the same time, if the intelligence wasn't already inside, there would be nothing to express. There'd be nothing to overcome. So there is two things going on at this moment. You aren't who you think you are, and who you are is so much more than what you realize. So simple reflection for today is, are you on a path that is uniquely yours? Or are you following a path that you think will bring you to a place where you're happy with yourself? Where you're feeling good about the path that you're on. In my experience, the times where I've been most happy have been the times where I've challenged, I actually on the path that I want to be on? Is this a path that I'm on? Is it bringing me satisfaction and fulfillment? And if it is, we continue. If it's not, let's do a 180 degree turn, look back to see where we've come, turn around and see how far we've actually come and where we've developed and grown, and then make a decision on the next step. That's all. Today is just short and sweet. And if you found value in today's episode, just share it with one person. That's all. That's all I ask. Thanks so much for tuning in, and I look forward to seeing you in tomorrow's episode.
