  Before I start though, I was always under the impression that

  was one of the main reasons why The Drunken Peasants fell apart.

  I really, really was convinced of that.

  But not too long ago, someone called me on the phone.

  Someone that you know. Someone that knows your brother

  really well and also knows Paul Parkey Junior, I believe is what

  she said. This is rough.

  OK, so I guess I'll just jump right in head first.

  Why not? So this woman claims that she

  has a friend, somebody by the name of Taylor Kirk.

  Who apparently went out with Ben from the drunken peasants and

  she said that he was abusive, that he manipulated her, got her

  drunk and high, and then how shall I say, took advantage of

  her. In a lot of states, this would

  be considered rape, sexual violation, assault.

  Yeah. And that's what she floated out

  there. Now, I'm not accusing you of

  this. I'm not stating it's true or

  wrong or anything like this. But according to this woman,

  this was the reason why you broke up your podcast and became

  deep fat fried and then remained alone.

  Paul Junior Parkey I believe is what she said, and Scotty, your

  brother. They all ended up leaving due to

  what Ben did. I was really under the

  impression that it was my exposure of what I had showed

  about Ben a while back that was the number one thing that nailed

  it down. Nailed the coffin shut for that

  podcast, but this is pretty rough.

  So at this point it's about time I asked the question.

  According to this woman, she said that Taylor Kirk wasn't one

  of the only victims, that there were other underage females,

  women that Ben did this to. She said it was so bad that you,

  as well as Paul, did not want Ben around your girlfriends when

  you weren't around because of how abusive and manipulative he

  was. And she referred to him as a

  serial cheater. Basically, he was going out with

  somebody and apparently decided to do this to women.

  And I want to know, is that true?

  Did you know this? Did you know that he was doing

  that to females? She says that you did.

  She says that Paul knew as well, and obviously Scotty, because

  Scotty had a intimate relationship.

  So did you know all this and you didn't bother to warn anybody or

  the fans out there or the people who are associated with that?

  Did you just go away quietly away from the podcast, and

  pretend there was some kind of disclosure where you couldn't

  say anything so you wouldn't have to talk about having full

  knowledge of what happened? That a lot of this went by over

  and over and over, and you did nothing to protect these females

  at all. But whenever it came to someone

  who is really close to you, you felt you had to get away from it
• 6:50
  because Scotty didn't want to be connected to that anymore.

  So this wasn't about money, it wasn't about business, it wasn't

  because of some just typical falling out.

  This was serious, serious issues.

  Well, I just want to know if it's untrue.

  accusations towards me and you targeted many other people.

  I'm saying some of the most terrible things, but here it is.

  I've actually got people who are going to verify this.

  One of them is actually thinking about pressing charges.

  And I explained to this woman that due to the nature of the

  crime, this isn't something that goes away.

  This is something you could prosecute someone for many, many

  years to come. So this incident happened a

  couple years ago, so there's a lot, a lot of time in order to

  be able to make this stick. Yeah.
